same pocket as the red. It shouldn't be a problem. I think he

almost touching. If he was at the first one, the first red on the

left-hand, it will push the second red to the right. It can be made.

getting a nice angle on the ball-on, a line of three leads to the right

of the black. I don't know if the top of the three will go to the

left corner. It will make an easier position if it does. We can only

assume it doesn't. Just has a slight angle so he can force it

around. Now the question is where does the next red come from?

He certainly responded in a great fashion. He's playing a Judd Trump

special. The black didn't go in, but excellent break from Barry

Hawkins on 109. Back level again. Three frames off. I think at the

moment Barry Hawkins is probably feeling slightly more comfortable

than Judd Trump. This pressure on Judd - he's expected. He's expected

to win, to win the match 2-7 by the bookmakers. Heavily odds-on

favourite to win the match. So, of course, the crowd expect them as

well. So a little bit of added pressure on Judd Trump. You can't

argue with that. That's a great shot that was. Excellent pot.

There's the answer to the pressure. Well, has he got the desire to

canon on the red. Does he have enough to pot it. It's close. He

may have to use a bit of side. think the other question, Ken, is

if he can roll in, does the black go to the opposite corner? If it

does - not much to do with the cue ball. He was able to screw back to

play for the back in the pocket so it obviously doesn't go into the

left corner pocket. He did not really generate enough pace in the

cue ball really, to bring many reds into play. He may just have a red

to the left middle. Yes, excellent shot, played on the right line. He

may be able to knock this black in as we watch the red again. Stayed

on the line, didn't veer off. He may be able to get rid of the red

that's close, and open the black in the pockets. That's a great shot as

well. He's played a couple of really good shots in this break

there, and was surprised when he didn't get it. That's why he was up

so quickly. He looked as though he left himself pretty straight on the

given him a better angle on the black. So there are a couple of

loose reds, but nothing you can get on to make the red a certain pot.

There's a possible plant there. I mean, if he pots the black, screws

back a few inches, he'll have the red left, to the pink up into the

pocket. They did look at the applicant. There's a bit of

distance between the two reds. It makes it a bit more difficult.

head that he's not happy to have left himself in that position. When

you look straight from behind the pocket it looks simple. There's a

gap between the reds causing the problems, and, well, there's been a

maybe. Maybe he'll be better advised to knock the yellow safe.

trying to pinch this one. This is the one he decided. This is tight.

Well, he needs to be really close to the yellow. An effort to avoid

the kiss on the yellow - of course It got back to the table quicker

off to the red, to the right of the pink. He played that very as well.

He has a little angle here. He may be able to Notch up some reds on

the way down to the black, or stay I think he may have to play a canon,

I can't see a loose leg he can play on. He played the canon. He didn't

play it with pace. He's nestleed on a red. OK, he's unlucky. He hit the

first red and nestleed on to the second one. Needs to cover the red.

He comes through, Barry Hawkins. Always got to be careful that you

don't slide past them. Got the pace right. This is a big frame. The way

Barry Hawkins is looking and the way he's playing, he's a good 5-3

But again, the same type of shot for Judd trump. Again, somewhere up

behind the green and brown here - he'll try to cover the right-hand

side of the table. If he can cover the right-hand side of the table

which he hasn't done, would have made it difficult for Barry Hawkins

wherever we got that, for the last few safety attempts the opponent

was in lots of trouble. Barry Hawkins has got the upper hand now,

no doubt. It's been a little difference between the two players.

a little better, putting a bit more concentration into it. He certainly

knows his way around a table, Barry Hawkins. He's in a little bit of

trouble here. He's looking to come off the side cushion and hit the

red that is closest - half ball and lead the Kew boll to the left-hand

corner pocket. It's obvious you try to get one on the top cushion. It

was hit in hope. And this offered a great chance for Barry Hawkins. And

what we have seen in the last two frames - you won't be surprised if

could be got safe. Maybe - he's not safe, obviously there's a couple of

reds possible. It's obviously not straightforward. If it had of been,

Barry Hawkins would be downplaying this by now. He has one to the

right, one to the left middle that he doesn't really fancy. It's all

about the first red. Can he pot it It wasn't that difficult, was it.

He didn't have to do anything to the cue ball to be on the pink.

How many times would you Trump. So much you expect of yourself. It's

no easy games that at this level. Barry Hawkins has been given the

opportunity, was always going to be a tough nut. It's certainly proven

that way. He'll have to produce something. He'll have to produce

something really special to Trump. This frame now looks as though it

could slip away quite easily You mentioned in the last frame

when he made that one before break, of 85, and the frame before, his

cue ball was really getting pinpoint positional play, isn't he?

He's under complete control. When you have a good cue ball, good

control of the cue ball, it certainly takes a lot of pressure

off your pots. There's no doubt about that. Definitely these types

of breaks, pressure breaks, at this rate, the adrenalin rushing around

your body, you know it's a great opportunity to take command in this

match. It's a big favourite for this tournament. But he has kept it

on a string, as you would say. Very, very composed. He doesn't look

nervous. He's certainly up for the job. Sometimes when you put on the

pressure, you know what it's like. Sometimes you can hit the ball too

hard or too soft. That's when you start making things difficult. He's

been keeping the squew ball, close control, and that's what it's all

about when you build up. Yes, he can't play much better than this.

Nobody could. He's had his chance. He's won the last two frames with

one visit. You'd be surprised if he didn't win this frame with that one

visit. 52 points the lead. 59 remaining. So pot the red, go 53

points in front with 51 left. There it goes. Perfect on the pink. Judd

Trump will be coming back to the table. He's in all kinds of trouble

because his opponent is one frame away from a place in the quarter

time, and the favourite could be on his way home. Just overtrumped that,

but I don't think Trump will bother coming back to the table. 66 points

the difference, 43 remaining. I think Judd is getting ready for the

big comeback if he possibly can. Yes, he does complete. The hot

favourite to win the tournament - not only to win the match - is now

two behind and Barry Hawkins goes to the dressing-room to try and get

himself ready for the one frame he needs to win the match. So Barry

Hawkins will be hoping that's the last time he has to break off in

this is the result, these fine lines. It doesn't matter how well
