Day 3 Masters Snooker Highlights

Hello and welcome to highlights from their Beth fair Masters.

Tonight we will bring you action from two first round matches full

Stock Shaun Murphy against Ricky Walden, but we start with Judd

Trump against Barry Hawkins in what stir tip -- started out to be done

absorbing encounter. After six frames it was 3-3, but Hawkins won

the next two and was just one frame from victory. Trump won the 9th

with a break of 105. We will join the action in the 10th frame. A lot

ball to travel. Looks just about OK. A couple of reds to go at here. One

mill. As I've always said, it is harder watching than playing. At

least when you are playing, you've got the cue in your hand. They will

be glad to be into a deciding frame because it certainly looked at

times as if Judd would let this Just about OK. How well did he play

look like it is straight forward to get on to a red. But if he gets on

row. And he is coming to the table, but it definitely is all over now,

It has been a valiant effort, as I say, but not just enough. A Shaun

Murphy, in the end to have to struggle his way through this match.

He looked comfortable, but in the I tried my hardest today, I gave it

everything, but it wasn't good enough. My performance was pretty

good out there, start to finish, I let him off, missed too many balls.

It will always catch up with you. It doesn't matter if you have a

tough one at the start, as long as you win, it doesn't matter.

Somebody said to me, don't worry about winning the first frame, try

and win the last one. Little sporting cliches, this sounds

stupid but they do carry some weight. I'm just pleased to be 3.
