astonishing gold medal for Max Whitlock. Great Britain's first

floor medal, gold medal, in the gymnastics for over 100 years. He is

emotions for her. The suggested afterwards that she would be

thinking about her future and said she had plenty to reflect on 20 got

that is a great thing. You can step away from whatever

is important for me to do. If someone had told me

after the 2012 Olympics I would be here with another medal I would have

shaken my head and said it would be one step too far but having won last

year and silver this year I am absolutely delighted done

athletics for so many years, since the age of nine or ten I have

always trained, I trained after-school, competing at weekends,

South Yorkshire Championships, right the way through two world

and Olympic championship. It has been tough but it

has been incredible. I can't wait to get home

to see my family and Mixed emotions at the Olympic

way things are going now, perhaps they are starting to raise their

sights even higher and today Team GB said they were going to upgrade

us, at Team GB, we are just taking every day as it comes. I'm confident

we will pass that. We haven't looked at an alternative higher target but

it is looking like somewhere in the 50s would be the end product. That

would be quite something. We know that for medals are guaranteed

velodrome, Nick Dempsey will get a sailing medal and Andy Murray in the

final of the tennis. That is right Andy Murray's final begins in the

next hour or so. He's up against a Juan Martin del Potro. He beat

Rafael Nadal in the semifinals so he is in form. Murray is going for
