Nations table stands. England leading after two victories out of

feeling? I am OK. It was a complete shambles last night, to be honest.

There was a lot of pressure on the referee. He could have made a

decision on Wednesday but a lot of the French have travelled up from

the South West as well. It was a nightmare, but it was absolutely

freezing. But players' safety was first and foremost. You look cold,

I have to say. Someone said on Tuesday that the match could have

through the middle was a fantastic try he set up for Jonathan Davies.

It will be tough for us, but if we can maintain our go forward up

front we can take those chances. Still, a big moment for a Greek

Laidlaw. Can he open up this defence? -- Greig Laidlaw. He is a

converted scrum-half. He will have a real go at it today. He is a

Scotland need to get that final pass. We saw that three times last

week. They had eight clean breaks in couldn't convert one. It is also

about confidence, isn't it? It is. Scotland have not scored a try for

a long, long time and that will get in their mind. They have got to

keep going forward. They are breaking tackles and breaking the

a lot of composure. We needed to bring a more attacking game coming

take opportunities. What did you make of Wales last week? They had a

We know there will be under pressure defensively. It is vital

power. Jim Hamilton comes in and that is a big hit. They are massive

men. What Wales do very well is they filled the pitch, they get a

winner on each side, which spreads the defence and makes the holes a

little bit bigger, hence the bricks. They have got to keep doing that.

Bad news for Warren Gatland. George North has gone off. He has twisted

his ankle. Yes, you can see that. Even the Scottish fans will be

disappointed. He is such an exciting player. Sometimes an

injury like that can take a few weeks. He will spend time in the

cry of therapy! Am sure he can't wait! He has done very well. Chris

Cusiter is giving Greig Laidlaw some very clean ball. He missed his

first kick, but the great thing about Greig Laidlaw is that it will

not put him off his game. He has had the ball in his hands a lot.

Scotland are obsessed about putting it in behind to David Denton. This

seems to be good default play, to put it behind the runner. You can

see here that Jonathan Davies just reads it so well. They did this all

last week. There was a great opportunity for Scotland to exert

real pressure but he missed touch. By and large, he has done OK. I

don't think that his nerves missing that touch. We have all been

impressed with the work that the Scottish back row is putting in.

Scotland do we do pits in on a lot of pressure or the call to not

being made. Have wills been affected by the loss of Sam

Warburton? It is never good to lose the captain just before the game. I

think Aaron Shingler has done very well since he came on. He is

getting the feel of the game. I think they are missing Sam

Warburton addicts, not as many turnovers. It is nearly 400 minutes

since Scotland have scored a try. They newly got over. I have really

good last passage of play. Good recycling. Great offence thereby

Leigh Halfpenny. But Scotland keep playing. They went Alderley up to

the try-line, but Alan Jacobson, if he had gone over that ball and

passed it out it was almost a guarantee drive. I think Rory

Lamont was untouched there! The really just needed to keep hold of

the ball that close to the line. To lose it back close to the line is

The first half was very tight. Touch and go. It shows what a

could see that there was about a five stone a difference. I thought

Alex Cuthbert did really well there. He came from the right, to the left,

and back on the right again. Jonathan Davies never had the ball

in his hands, so why is Nick De Luca trying to tackle him? You will

never get away with it. Leigh Halfpenny doesn't miss from there.

He is a clinical finisher. He is playing well, full of confidence at

the moment. The Millennium Stadium was rocking here today. It was a

very complete second half performance by Wales. Absolutely.

If anything, Scotland were on top at half-time. They kept the ball a

lot better than they did in the second half. Warren Gatland has

been speaking to the Welsh team this week about what he would do if

they give away penalties. It really cost Scotland, the lack of numbers.

That is purely down to numbers that allowed Leigh Halfpenny to get

around Mike Phillips there. It has been a great testament to the

athleticism of these players. Scotland got blitzed by 24 points

in 15 minutes. Apart from that, Scotland were really competitive.

They had some great passages of play, but they couldn't get back

into the game. Stuart Hogg has a future in this game. He doors. He

is very quick. She was very unlucky here. I don't think that was a

knock-on. He lost control but regained it before it touched the

ground. Greig Laidlaw, who has played a lot of his rugby at scrum-

half got in there of the side. Scotland deserved more. I think

Greig Laidlaw had a good start for Scotland. He made a few mistakes

but he didn't let it affect him. I think you'll be quite happy.

wins in 12 games in the Six Nations for Andy Robinson, and that needs
