Hello, welcome to The NFL Show. | 0:00:34 | 0:00:35
Sometimes it is hard to know how
to motivate your team. | 0:00:35 | 0:00:42
Bury it! | 0:00:42 | 0:00:43
They can't handle you! | 0:00:43 | 0:00:44
They can't handle you! | 0:00:44 | 0:00:45
They can't handle you! | 0:00:45 | 0:00:47
They can't handle you! | 0:00:47 | 0:00:48
They can't handle you. | 0:00:48 | 0:00:49
Let's go! | 0:00:49 | 0:00:54
One, two, three! | 0:00:54 | 0:00:56
Here goes. | 0:00:56 | 0:00:57
They can't handle you! | 0:00:57 | 0:00:59
They can't handle you! | 0:00:59 | 0:01:01
What are you doing? | 0:01:01 | 0:01:02
I'm motivating you. | 0:01:02 | 0:01:04
I've be watching the Vikings,
I've been motivating you. | 0:01:04 | 0:01:06
That was an assault. | 0:01:06 | 0:01:08
It was a gentle tap. | 0:01:08 | 0:01:10
Done with affection. | 0:01:10 | 0:01:14
Coming up on tonight's show,
we will be bringing you Thursday's | 0:01:14 | 0:01:19
highlights between two AFC division
toppers, the Tennessee | 0:01:19 | 0:01:21
Titans and the Pittsburgh Steelers. | 0:01:21 | 0:01:22
We will talk game management
and the technical artistry | 0:01:22 | 0:01:25
of a game-winning drive. | 0:01:25 | 0:01:26
We'll look ahead to this
weekend's week 11 fixtures. | 0:01:26 | 0:01:28
You are making me nervous, you two. | 0:01:28 | 0:01:29
And we'll bring you all the biggest
stories from last week's games. | 0:01:29 | 0:01:33
Who did I say they
are going to beat? | 0:01:35 | 0:01:37
CHANTING. | 0:01:37 | 0:01:47
Oh! | 0:01:48 | 0:01:50 | |
How about the A. | 0:01:50 | 0:01:51
Hey! | 0:01:51 | 0:01:53 | |
HE SNIFFS. | 0:01:53 | 0:01:53
That definitely weren't me. | 0:01:53 | 0:01:55
Smells like onions and ketchup. | 0:01:55 | 0:01:57
No, mine is vegan, baby. | 0:01:57 | 0:01:58
Plant-based. | 0:01:58 | 0:02:02
Well, I'm joined once again
by the fully motivated | 0:02:02 | 0:02:05
Jason Bell and Osi Umenyiora. | 0:02:05 | 0:02:07
We'll draw a line over
the opening, and we'll move on. | 0:02:07 | 0:02:11
Right, we're going to show you,
to start with, a celebration | 0:02:11 | 0:02:14
from the 49ers' locker room. | 0:02:14 | 0:02:15
Because, when they beat the Giants,
that's their first win | 0:02:15 | 0:02:17
of the whole season. | 0:02:17 | 0:02:19
I mean, that is great
to see, isn't it? | 0:02:19 | 0:02:22
That's amazing. | 0:02:22 | 0:02:28
I've been in locker rooms like
that's where you get that one win. | 0:02:28 | 0:02:31
And you feel like that. | 0:02:31 | 0:02:32
Come on, man? | 0:02:32 | 0:02:33
They beat the Giants. | 0:02:33 | 0:02:35
That's their first win. | 0:02:35 | 0:02:36
They're celebrating like they just
won the championship. | 0:02:36 | 0:02:38
The championship? | 0:02:38 | 0:02:38
I mean, come on. | 0:02:38 | 0:02:40
That's setting the bar
low right there, that's | 0:02:40 | 0:02:42
setting a real low bar. | 0:02:42 | 0:02:47
If you celebrate after
you win your first game, | 0:02:47 | 0:02:49
I mean, how are you going
to celebrate when you | 0:02:49 | 0:02:52
actually do win something? | 0:02:52 | 0:02:53
But that's a relief,
that's what it is. | 0:02:53 | 0:02:54
Yeah? | 0:02:54 | 0:02:55 | |
I can understand that. | 0:02:55 | 0:02:57
I like to see that. | 0:02:57 | 0:02:58
Yeah, I'm all about it, man. | 0:02:58 | 0:02:59
When I was in Houston,
we beat Dallas first game | 0:02:59 | 0:03:02
of the year, it was like that. | 0:03:02 | 0:03:03
Let me guess, you only
celebrated like that | 0:03:03 | 0:03:05
after you won the Super Bowl? | 0:03:05 | 0:03:07
That... | 0:03:07 | 0:03:08
But I think I'm a little bit more
upset because they're celebrating | 0:03:08 | 0:03:11
like that after beating the Giants. | 0:03:11 | 0:03:12
We've got to move on. | 0:03:12 | 0:03:13
We're going to review one of the big
games from last weekend now. | 0:03:13 | 0:03:16
The NFC's Dallas Cowboys against
the NFC South Atlanta Falcons. | 0:03:16 | 0:03:19
Both teams have been fighting
for form a little bit. | 0:03:19 | 0:03:21
Both in danger of losing sight
of their division leaders. | 0:03:21 | 0:03:24
And the big news going into this
game was that the Dallas star | 0:03:24 | 0:03:27
running back Zeke Elliott would now
start his six-game suspension | 0:03:27 | 0:03:29
after months of court order delays. | 0:03:29 | 0:03:31
So, he wasn't available
for the Cowboys. | 0:03:31 | 0:03:34
And, whilst he wasn't missed,
there were other problems | 0:03:34 | 0:03:36
for the Cowboys as well. | 0:03:36 | 0:03:37
Other injuries that
affected them in this game. | 0:03:37 | 0:03:39
First of all, the left tackle
time on Smith, right? | 0:03:39 | 0:03:42
You realise how important
he was in this game. | 0:03:42 | 0:03:44
And also, no one is
talking about Sean Lee. | 0:03:44 | 0:03:46
When Sean Lee got hurt on defense,
that defense really fell apart. | 0:03:46 | 0:03:50
And they don't win games
when he's not in the line-up. | 0:03:50 | 0:03:54
Dallas's defense, because the O line
was weakened, spent a lot | 0:03:54 | 0:03:57
of time on the field. | 0:03:57 | 0:03:58
And they were weakened, as Jason
says, by a couple of injuries, too. | 0:03:58 | 0:04:01
So, they were just shattered
going into the third fourth quarter | 0:04:01 | 0:04:04
against this Atlanta offence. | 0:04:04 | 0:04:06
Yes, they were. | 0:04:06 | 0:04:07
Atlanta Falcons just
continued to pound them, | 0:04:07 | 0:04:08
and they wore them down. | 0:04:08 | 0:04:10
That's their formula. | 0:04:10 | 0:04:14
The formula is run the ball,
you know, control the time | 0:04:14 | 0:04:17
and possession, and keep that
defense well rested. | 0:04:17 | 0:04:19
And that didn't happen
and they were exposed because of it. | 0:04:19 | 0:04:21
As you can see, going
into the second quarter, | 0:04:21 | 0:04:24
the Cowboys actually had the seven
and three Lee. | 0:04:24 | 0:04:26
Prescott found Bryce Butler who made
that falling catch for 30 yards. | 0:04:26 | 0:04:28
Clayborn sacks Prescott again. | 0:04:28 | 0:04:31
And then it was from around this
time that the Falcons started to put | 0:04:31 | 0:04:35
long drives together,
to tire out the Cowboys. | 0:04:35 | 0:04:38
Coleman there going in for
a one-yard touchdown | 0:04:38 | 0:04:40
to make it 10-7 to Atlanta. | 0:04:40 | 0:04:42
Yeah, and that's what's happens. | 0:04:42 | 0:04:44
When you're on the field a bunch,
you get tired, you get exposed. | 0:04:44 | 0:04:47
And also I was watching the game,
you saw with Sean Lee out of it, | 0:04:47 | 0:04:50
it seemed like they just
weren't communicating well. | 0:04:50 | 0:04:52
And that middle linebacker position,
that's an important role to kind | 0:04:52 | 0:04:55
of get guys lined up and everybody
to be on the same page. | 0:04:55 | 0:04:55
Especially in the defense
that they run over there. | 0:04:57 | 0:04:59
He's crucial to the
success of their team. | 0:04:59 | 0:05:01
Him going off, he's the one
who ties everything, | 0:05:01 | 0:05:03
both the run and the pass together. | 0:05:03 | 0:05:05
Him being off the football field had
a really bad effect on them. | 0:05:05 | 0:05:08
Some people might only
see our Saturday show | 0:05:08 | 0:05:10
as their experience of the NFL. | 0:05:10 | 0:05:11
They'll go, hang on a minute,
you know, it is a 40-second play. | 0:05:11 | 0:05:15
And then you get to rest for a bit. | 0:05:15 | 0:05:17
And then there's another. | 0:05:17 | 0:05:18
But the interesting thing that
you've shown is the mental | 0:05:18 | 0:05:20
concentration that's needed
when you are on the defense, | 0:05:20 | 0:05:22
too, to look at eyes,
to try and spot a decoy, etc. | 0:05:22 | 0:05:25
So you're really talking
mental fatigue rather | 0:05:25 | 0:05:27
than physical fatigue. | 0:05:27 | 0:05:27
Absolutely. | 0:05:29 | 0:05:31
And remember, all you have to do
is make one mistake, | 0:05:31 | 0:05:33
and that can be a touchdown. | 0:05:33 | 0:05:37
So, you could be focused in on nine
plays out of a ten-play drive, | 0:05:37 | 0:05:40
and then lose your cool. | 0:05:40 | 0:05:41
And there you go,
you've got a touchdown. | 0:05:41 | 0:05:43
We saw Justin Hardy's touchdown. | 0:05:43 | 0:05:45
Now, that made it 17-7 to Atlanta. | 0:05:45 | 0:05:47
Matt Ryan here finding
Taylor Gabriel for a 34-yard catch | 0:05:47 | 0:05:49
and run towards the end
of the third quarter. | 0:05:49 | 0:05:51
And then into the fourth
quarter, Atlanta's offence | 0:05:51 | 0:05:53
continued to motor. | 0:05:53 | 0:05:58
Austin Hooper took them down
to the one-yard line there. | 0:05:58 | 0:06:00
And we will see Ryan find Hooper
again for another one-yard | 0:06:00 | 0:06:03
touchdown, to make it 24-7 Atlanta. | 0:06:03 | 0:06:06
And the thing with Atlanta,
and we've talked about it all season | 0:06:06 | 0:06:09
as well, is they do have
so many weapons. | 0:06:09 | 0:06:11
And yet they haven't
really clicked that often. | 0:06:11 | 0:06:13
Yes, they have not. | 0:06:13 | 0:06:14
Yes, they have not. | 0:06:14 | 0:06:16
I think when you're talking
about the Atlanta Falcons, | 0:06:16 | 0:06:18
then people want to talk discuss
the Super Bowl from last year. | 0:06:18 | 0:06:21
But I think, more importantly
than that, they're just not | 0:06:21 | 0:06:23
finding their rhythm. | 0:06:23 | 0:06:24
There are not in sync
with each other yet because, | 0:06:24 | 0:06:27
as the season wears on,
a good team with that | 0:06:27 | 0:06:29
amount of talent, I think
there are going to figure it out | 0:06:29 | 0:06:32
more than anybody else. | 0:06:32 | 0:06:33
Remember, last year, we were talking
about they started slow. | 0:06:33 | 0:06:35
They clicked and kind of started
working at this point | 0:06:35 | 0:06:38
of the season last year. | 0:06:38 | 0:06:39
So, maybe that's just
the kind of team they are. | 0:06:39 | 0:06:41
We'll see if they turn the corner. | 0:06:41 | 0:06:43
Clayborn sacked Prescott
for the sixth time there, | 0:06:43 | 0:06:45
to seal the game for Atlanta
who moved to five and four. | 0:06:45 | 0:06:50
I said we spoke a lot about it
on Tuesday night, but it is a heck | 0:06:50 | 0:06:54
of an achievement, isn't it? | 0:06:54 | 0:06:55
Six sacks in a game? | 0:06:55 | 0:06:56
Incredible. | 0:06:56 | 0:06:57
Everything has to line up perfectly
for you in order to accomplish that. | 0:06:57 | 0:07:00
Last time anybody gets
to the quarterback, | 0:07:00 | 0:07:02
but they're not sacked,
because maybe the DBs didn't | 0:07:02 | 0:07:04
cover, the quarterback
threw the ball quick. | 0:07:04 | 0:07:06
In order for you to get at their six
times, the quarterback | 0:07:06 | 0:07:09
has to hold the ball,
the DBs have to cover | 0:07:09 | 0:07:11
to give you enough time
to get to the quarterback. | 0:07:11 | 0:07:15
Everything has to line up,
it's a complete team effort. | 0:07:15 | 0:07:17
For Dallas, some of their
fixtures coming up. | 0:07:17 | 0:07:19
Philadelphia, the Chargers
who are a little bit hit | 0:07:19 | 0:07:21
and miss, obviously. | 0:07:21 | 0:07:22
Washington, the Giants
which are divisional games, | 0:07:22 | 0:07:24
so that ratchets up the atmosphere
and pressure a little bit, no matter | 0:07:24 | 0:07:27
how badly some teams are doing. | 0:07:27 | 0:07:29
And then they've got
the Raiders as well. | 0:07:29 | 0:07:31
And all of that without Elliott. | 0:07:31 | 0:07:33
Dallas Cowboys are in big trouble. | 0:07:33 | 0:07:35
Judging by how they play,
they are in big trouble. | 0:07:35 | 0:07:37
That is a murderous row of games,
a murderous row of teams they have | 0:07:37 | 0:07:40
to go there and face. | 0:07:40 | 0:07:42
Teams that are also fighting
for their playoff lives. | 0:07:42 | 0:07:44
So, every game is
going to be a battle. | 0:07:44 | 0:07:46
If they don't bring their A-game,
they might lose all of those games. | 0:07:46 | 0:07:49
And, by the time they get
to Zeke back, it's Seahawks | 0:07:49 | 0:07:52
and the Eagles again. | 0:07:52 | 0:07:53
They've still got those two
divisional games against the Eagles. | 0:07:53 | 0:07:55
If you're going to put a positive
spin on it, you would go, | 0:07:55 | 0:07:58
that still means we can catch them. | 0:07:58 | 0:08:00
Right. | 0:08:00 | 0:08:01
But damage is done by then. | 0:08:01 | 0:08:03
If they go through that rwo,
and they don't win any games, | 0:08:03 | 0:08:06
I mean, nothing is going
to help them. | 0:08:06 | 0:08:08
OK. | 0:08:08 | 0:08:09 | |
That's a very bleak
way to end that chat. | 0:08:09 | 0:08:11
Here's a round-up of
what else in week ten. | 0:08:11 | 0:08:15
Hey, every season is full
of defining moments. | 0:08:15 | 0:08:16
Let's make this day
a defining moment for us. | 0:08:16 | 0:08:21
The New Orleans Saints
at the Buffalo Bills. | 0:08:21 | 0:08:23
Take your time,
they say, never rush. | 0:08:23 | 0:08:25
But this rushing game was special. | 0:08:25 | 0:08:27
COMMENTATOR: And he's
in for the score. | 0:08:27 | 0:08:29
Let's go. | 0:08:29 | 0:08:30
Seven and two, the Saints leading
the way in the NFC South. | 0:08:30 | 0:08:35
The Minnesota Vikings
at the Washington Redskins. | 0:08:35 | 0:08:38
Is this the catch of
the year by Maurice Harris? | 0:08:38 | 0:08:45
The Vikings unperturbed. | 0:08:45 | 0:08:47
Working their combinations. | 0:08:47 | 0:08:50
We just started. | 0:08:50 | 0:08:52
You want another one? | 0:08:52 | 0:08:53
The Vikings, top of the NFC North. | 0:08:53 | 0:08:55
The New York Giants
at the San Francisco 49ers, | 0:08:55 | 0:08:59
Giants of history, locked tight
in the basement. | 0:08:59 | 0:09:03
The 49ers at last with a victory. | 0:09:03 | 0:09:08
The New England Patriots
at the Denver Broncos. | 0:09:08 | 0:09:11
Tom Brady still in charge. | 0:09:11 | 0:09:15
The Patriots, contenders yet again. | 0:09:15 | 0:09:18
COMMENTATOR: Touchdown, Patriots. | 0:09:18 | 0:09:23
How to reignite a season
when you've lost Allan Rodgers. | 0:09:23 | 0:09:27
Don't throw. | 0:09:27 | 0:09:28
Give it to Ty Montgomery. | 0:09:28 | 0:09:29
Then again, why not throw it? | 0:09:29 | 0:09:33
The Packers rekindled,
the Bears still struggling. | 0:09:33 | 0:09:36
The Miami Dolphins at
the Carolina Panthers. | 0:09:36 | 0:09:38
The Panthers soon pouring it on. | 0:09:38 | 0:09:40
Their rushing game. | 0:09:40 | 0:09:41
The passing game. | 0:09:41 | 0:09:44
And still only second in the NFC
South, the hot division. | 0:09:44 | 0:09:51
The Houston Texans at the LA Rams. | 0:09:51 | 0:09:55
COMMENTATOR: He swings it out. | 0:09:55 | 0:09:56

Spins and falls. | 0:09:58 | 0:09:59
Touchdown. | 0:09:59 | 0:10:00
A big third quarter for the Rams. | 0:10:00 | 0:10:02
Two for Robert Woods. | 0:10:02 | 0:10:03
The Rams staying ahead
of the Seahawks in the NFC West. | 0:10:03 | 0:10:07
HE COUGHS. | 0:10:07 | 0:10:11
My throat! | 0:10:11 | 0:10:13
My throat! | 0:10:13 | 0:10:14
Don't forget, you can catch extended
highlights and analysis | 0:10:14 | 0:10:16
on our Tuesday show. | 0:10:16 | 0:10:17
That's NFL this week. | 0:10:17 | 0:10:18
And you can find that
on the iPlayer right now. | 0:10:18 | 0:10:21
This show is also on the iPlayer
once we are off air. | 0:10:21 | 0:10:24
Right now, we're going to get
into a couple of stories | 0:10:24 | 0:10:26
surrounding last week's games. | 0:10:26 | 0:10:27
We're going to start
with a really sad one, actually, | 0:10:27 | 0:10:30
and that is Marquis Goodwin
of the 49ers who scored this | 0:10:30 | 0:10:32
touchdown against the Giants
on Sunday, only hours | 0:10:32 | 0:10:34
after he and his partner
lost their unborn son due | 0:10:34 | 0:10:37
to pregnancy complications. | 0:10:37 | 0:10:46
Our hearts and thoughts go out
to him and his partner. | 0:10:46 | 0:10:50
Now, you may have noticed
in the review, the absence | 0:10:50 | 0:10:57
of the Jacksonville Jaguars
against the LA Chargers, | 0:10:57 | 0:10:59
and this was for very good reason. | 0:10:59 | 0:11:01
Because there's no way to simply sum
up the frankly odd end to this game. | 0:11:01 | 0:11:04
But we are going to try over
the next couple of minutes. | 0:11:04 | 0:11:07
The Jags were down by three
in the fourth quarter, | 0:11:07 | 0:11:10
and there were two minutes to go. | 0:11:10 | 0:11:11
Blake Bortels pass was tipped, and
it was intercepted by Trey Boston. | 0:11:11 | 0:11:16
Come on, Blake. | 0:11:16 | 0:11:18
OK. | 0:11:18 | 0:11:19 | |
So, that's what the Jags
fans thought of that. | 0:11:19 | 0:11:22
Next play, Chargers'
rookie Austin Ekeler | 0:11:22 | 0:11:24
fumbles the ball, right? | 0:11:24 | 0:11:28
Now, Tashaun Gibson recovers it,
and he runs this in for what is then | 0:11:29 | 0:11:32
thought to be the go-ahead score. | 0:11:32 | 0:11:34
This is a touchdown,
it would take Jacksonville | 0:11:34 | 0:11:36
up to 20 if they kick
the extra point, 21-17. | 0:11:36 | 0:11:39
However, they then look
at the replays here | 0:11:39 | 0:11:40
and they apparently... | 0:11:40 | 0:11:48
I still don't think
it is conclusive, show | 0:11:48 | 0:11:51
he was touchdown by contact
when he recovered the ball. | 0:11:51 | 0:11:53
So... | 0:11:53 | 0:11:54 | |
By whom? | 0:11:54 | 0:11:56
Exactly. | 0:11:56 | 0:11:59
By his own guy? | 0:11:59 | 0:12:01
Who knows. | 0:12:01 | 0:12:03
That meant The Jags had to start
on the 36-yard line. | 0:12:03 | 0:12:06
Four plays later, it's third and 25. | 0:12:06 | 0:12:07
And Blake Bortels throws another
pick to Trey Boston. | 0:12:07 | 0:12:10
Oh, man, that was ugly. | 0:12:10 | 0:12:11
Yes. | 0:12:11 | 0:12:12 | |
That was bad. | 0:12:12 | 0:12:14
Stick with me on this. | 0:12:14 | 0:12:15
LA ran the clock down
as much as they could. | 0:12:15 | 0:12:18
They gave the ball
back to Jacksonville | 0:12:18 | 0:12:19
with a minute remaining. | 0:12:19 | 0:12:20
Bortels found Jayden Mickens and it
put The Jags in field goal range. | 0:12:20 | 0:12:24
Josh Lambeau kicks the game time
in field goal, and that | 0:12:24 | 0:12:26
sends it into overtime. | 0:12:26 | 0:12:28
Like it. | 0:12:28 | 0:12:30
The Chargers have the ball. | 0:12:30 | 0:12:32
Philip Rivers then does that. | 0:12:32 | 0:12:37
Ooh, that's nice. | 0:12:37 | 0:12:40
He throws the interception
to AJ Boyer. | 0:12:40 | 0:12:42
He's nice. | 0:12:42 | 0:12:44
Is he your friend? | 0:12:44 | 0:12:45
No. | 0:12:45 | 0:12:47 | |
I like him though. | 0:12:47 | 0:12:48
AJ Boyer's heading to the end
zone for the touchdown, | 0:12:48 | 0:12:51
until he gets tackled by Philip
Rivers. | 0:12:51 | 0:12:53
Stood over him. | 0:12:53 | 0:12:57
Philip does that all the time. | 0:12:57 | 0:13:00
Right. | 0:13:00 | 0:13:01
OK. | 0:13:01 | 0:13:02 | |
It hit left The Jags
with that field goal. | 0:13:02 | 0:13:04
It was partially blocked. | 0:13:04 | 0:13:05
But it just squeaked over. | 0:13:05 | 0:13:07
And just to round everything
up, Lambeau used to be | 0:13:07 | 0:13:09
the Chargers's kicker. | 0:13:09 | 0:13:10
They cut him and it takes
The Jags to six and three. | 0:13:10 | 0:13:13
It was a crazy end. | 0:13:13 | 0:13:16
Is it serendipity? | 0:13:16 | 0:13:18
When something comes... | 0:13:18 | 0:13:18
Yes. | 0:13:18 | 0:13:20 | |
I've been here for a while. | 0:13:20 | 0:13:23
I don't think that's
just an English word. | 0:13:23 | 0:13:25
It was a big win for The Jags. | 0:13:25 | 0:13:27
Oh, huge. | 0:13:27 | 0:13:32
Oh, huge. | 0:13:32 | 0:13:33
When you're a young team,
those tight games like that, | 0:13:33 | 0:13:36
highly contested games,
it kind of gives you an attitude | 0:13:36 | 0:13:38
that changes who you are as a team. | 0:13:38 | 0:13:40
But what that highlights
as well is what a lot | 0:13:40 | 0:13:43
of people have said all year,
which is The Jags could | 0:13:43 | 0:13:46
go a very long way. | 0:13:46 | 0:13:48
But there is a doubt
over Blake Bortles. | 0:13:48 | 0:13:50
Can they go a long way
with Blake Bortles. | 0:13:50 | 0:13:52
They can go a long way with that
defense and that running game, | 0:13:52 | 0:13:55
even though Fournette didn't
play his best game the last | 0:13:55 | 0:13:58
game that they played. | 0:13:58 | 0:13:59
But with Blake Bortles,
some of the things you see him do, | 0:13:59 | 0:14:02
you can't make mistakes like that,
especially in those | 0:14:02 | 0:14:04
crucial situations. | 0:14:04 | 0:14:05
He's shown a propensity to do this
over and over again. | 0:14:05 | 0:14:09
Can't do it in the postseason
because you won't win, | 0:14:09 | 0:14:11
teams are too good. | 0:14:11 | 0:14:13
The main thing I liked is he was not
playing well but they picked it | 0:14:13 | 0:14:17
up on special teams. | 0:14:17 | 0:14:18
You've got to win two
of the phases and they're always | 0:14:18 | 0:14:21
going to play good defense. | 0:14:21 | 0:14:22
So, the team knows
they got to pick it up. | 0:14:22 | 0:14:24
If you were in the Jacksonville
defense and were back in the locker | 0:14:24 | 0:14:27
room after that game,
what would you say to Blake Bortles? | 0:14:27 | 0:14:30
Nothing. | 0:14:30 | 0:14:31
We won the game. | 0:14:31 | 0:14:32
I'm not going to say
anything to him. | 0:14:32 | 0:14:34
But in a situation like that,
even if we would have lost, | 0:14:34 | 0:14:37
I wouldn't have said
anything to him. | 0:14:37 | 0:14:38
Who would say something to him? | 0:14:38 | 0:14:40
The coach has to say
something to him. | 0:14:40 | 0:14:42
Because we all make mistakes. | 0:14:42 | 0:14:43
We all have bad games. | 0:14:43 | 0:14:44
He seems to do it on a much,
a more regular basis. | 0:14:44 | 0:14:47
But it's not something I'd be like,
hey, Blake, you can't. | 0:14:47 | 0:14:50
No. | 0:14:50 | 0:14:51 | |
You don't what nobody
doing that to you. | 0:14:51 | 0:14:53
Exactly. | 0:14:53 | 0:14:54
They could win the Super Bowl
with that defense. | 0:14:54 | 0:14:56
But they can't it with Blake
Bortles, is that what you're saying? | 0:14:56 | 0:14:59
I... | 0:14:59 | 0:15:00 | |
They showed a lot of holes,
even offensively, to scare me. | 0:15:00 | 0:15:03
Defensively, yes. | 0:15:03 | 0:15:05
That defense could win the Super
Bowl but the offense couldn't? | 0:15:05 | 0:15:08
That defense can't win a Super Bowl
with that offense, no. | 0:15:08 | 0:15:10
OK. | 0:15:10 | 0:15:12 | |
Let's show you all the results... | 0:15:12 | 0:15:14
I tried to catch you out
in many different ways | 0:15:14 | 0:15:16
there and you didn't fall for it. | 0:15:16 | 0:15:21
Here are all the results
from week ten. | 0:15:21 | 0:15:23
Here are all the results
from week ten. | 0:15:23 | 0:15:24
Big win for Seattle in that
Thursday night game. | 0:15:24 | 0:15:26
22-16 against the Arizona Cardinals. | 0:15:26 | 0:15:27
So, they are staying
in touch with the Rams. | 0:15:27 | 0:15:29
Cleveland lost again,
Detroit beating them 38-24. | 0:15:29 | 0:15:31
The Jets were beaten
by Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 15-10. | 0:15:31 | 0:15:36
There was a big win for Tennessee
as well against Cincinnati, 24-20. | 0:15:36 | 0:15:40
We'll show you a little bit more
of that in just a moment. | 0:15:40 | 0:15:45
As far as the standings
are concerned, Patriots | 0:15:45 | 0:15:47
and the Steelers were seven and two,
records in the East and the North. | 0:15:47 | 0:15:51
Titans and The Jags,
looks like a head-to-head battle | 0:15:51 | 0:15:53
between the two of them
in the South. | 0:15:53 | 0:15:55
And the Chiefs, despite
being on a bye week, | 0:15:55 | 0:15:58
still maintain a healthy lead
in the West. | 0:15:58 | 0:16:01
The Eagles were also on a bye week,
8-1, best record in the NFL | 0:16:01 | 0:16:04
at the moment in the East. | 0:16:04 | 0:16:06
Vikings have a two-game
lead over the Lions | 0:16:06 | 0:16:08
and the Packers in the North. | 0:16:08 | 0:16:09
Fascinating battle in
the South between the Saints | 0:16:09 | 0:16:11
and the Panthers and the Falcons. | 0:16:11 | 0:16:14
It's a two-way fight in the West
between the Rams and the Seahawks. | 0:16:14 | 0:16:18
But notice that important 1 in the W
column for the 49ers. | 0:16:18 | 0:16:23
So, we're going to bring
you highlights of Thursday's game | 0:16:23 | 0:16:25
between Tennessee and Pittsburg
brother in just a moment. | 0:16:25 | 0:16:31
Before we do, we are going to look
back at Tennessee's win | 0:16:31 | 0:16:34
against Cincinnati,
and how their quarterback | 0:16:34 | 0:16:35
Marcus Mariota orchestrated
their game-winning drive. | 0:16:35 | 0:16:37
Because they basically went from one
end of the field to the other, | 0:16:37 | 0:16:40
to snuff out the Bengals
in this game. | 0:16:40 | 0:16:43
They are three points down. | 0:16:43 | 0:16:45
They have originally started
this drive with five | 0:16:45 | 0:16:47
minutes left on the clock
on their own 27-yard line. | 0:16:47 | 0:16:50
So, now, they've still
got three time-outs. | 0:16:50 | 0:16:52
So, now, they've still
got three time-outs. | 0:16:52 | 0:16:53
Just shy of three minutes left,
and they're are on the 50-yard line. | 0:16:53 | 0:16:56
So, throughout this drive,
what are they trying to do? | 0:16:56 | 0:17:03
First of all, they need to score,
that's the most important part. | 0:17:03 | 0:17:06
Also they need to take a little
bit time off the clock. | 0:17:06 | 0:17:09
Five minutes left, they have
plenty of time to score. | 0:17:09 | 0:17:11
Even here, two minutes and 58
seconds, that is an eternity | 0:17:11 | 0:17:14
for them to be able to get the ball
down the field. | 0:17:14 | 0:17:17
What you want to do there is go down
the middle because it | 0:17:17 | 0:17:20
keeps your man in play. | 0:17:20 | 0:17:22
If you go out of bounds,
the clock stops. | 0:17:22 | 0:17:24
If you stay in the middle,
the clock keeps going. | 0:17:24 | 0:17:27
Because they have time-outs,
they are in control of that. | 0:17:27 | 0:17:29
They've been running the ball
all game, so be linebackers suck up, | 0:17:29 | 0:17:32
and that's where you throw the ball
back behind them. | 0:17:32 | 0:17:34
The more you run it, the better. | 0:17:34 | 0:17:36
We've moved it on to
that 30-yard line. | 0:17:36 | 0:17:38
Still two minutes 22 on the clock,
and they've still got | 0:17:38 | 0:17:40
their three time-outs. | 0:17:40 | 0:17:42
Yeah. | 0:17:42 | 0:17:42 | |
That's still a bunch of time. | 0:17:42 | 0:17:44
They still have the opportunity
to run the football down the field. | 0:17:44 | 0:17:47
If this was a minute left,
there's no way they would run | 0:17:47 | 0:17:50
the football right there. | 0:17:50 | 0:17:51
But they still have plenty of time. | 0:17:51 | 0:17:55
Also, not only do they
have their time-outs, | 0:17:55 | 0:17:57
the two minute warning is also
an additional time-out. | 0:17:57 | 0:17:59
So they actually
have four time-outs. | 0:17:59 | 0:18:00
They can run the ball even more. | 0:18:00 | 0:18:02
From a defensive point of view,
when you know the offense are trying | 0:18:02 | 0:18:05
to run down the clock,
what can you do to try and delay it? | 0:18:05 | 0:18:09
Very little. | 0:18:09 | 0:18:10
You've just got to stop them. | 0:18:10 | 0:18:11
The problem is, that defense has
been on the field all game. | 0:18:11 | 0:18:14
They were on the field
for 40 minutes. | 0:18:14 | 0:18:18
They're already worn out. | 0:18:18 | 0:18:20
OK. | 0:18:20 | 0:18:21 | |
Now, we are at the 3rd & 5,
around the 25-yard line. | 0:18:21 | 0:18:24
The thing is, they are within field
goal range here, so they know | 0:18:24 | 0:18:27
if it was to all go wrong,
they'd get the three and they'd be | 0:18:27 | 0:18:31
level with the Bengals. | 0:18:31 | 0:18:32
It would still give them,
1.55 is an eternity, is it, | 0:18:32 | 0:18:35
in the fourth quarter? | 0:18:35 | 0:18:37
On top of that, the field goal
only gets them to a tie. | 0:18:37 | 0:18:40
It doesn't make them win the game. | 0:18:40 | 0:18:41
They have to go for the win here. | 0:18:41 | 0:18:43
The have to go for the score. | 0:18:43 | 0:18:45
You know I like this. | 0:18:45 | 0:18:46
This is a great play. | 0:18:46 | 0:18:47
Explain why. | 0:18:47 | 0:18:49
It's because they needed
to get five yards. | 0:18:49 | 0:18:51
The cornerback is sitting at five,
thinking they are going to throw | 0:18:51 | 0:18:53
a short ball, and they got him
with a double move. | 0:18:53 | 0:18:56
Caused a pass interference,
a new set of downs, now they can | 0:18:56 | 0:18:59
go and try to score. | 0:18:59 | 0:19:00
Even though they didn't
catch that ball, there | 0:19:00 | 0:19:02
was a foul, penalty called. | 0:19:02 | 0:19:03
That gives them
the next set of downs. | 0:19:03 | 0:19:05
Exactly. | 0:19:05 | 0:19:08
So, now, they've still got
a couple of time-outs. | 0:19:08 | 0:19:10
We join them at 2nd & 2,
and the ball is on around | 0:19:10 | 0:19:13
the 12 and 13-yard line. | 0:19:13 | 0:19:14
This is where it helps
if your quarterback can run as well. | 0:19:14 | 0:19:17
Absolutely, it gives you an option. | 0:19:17 | 0:19:19
Because he knows, I can't
turn the ball over by | 0:19:19 | 0:19:21
forcing a bad throw. | 0:19:21 | 0:19:22
So, what does he do? | 0:19:22 | 0:19:23
He takes off because he knows,
I've got to protect this ball | 0:19:23 | 0:19:26
and at least get the field goal. | 0:19:26 | 0:19:28
And stay in bounds? | 0:19:28 | 0:19:29
Um, I think he was trying
to get to the end zone. | 0:19:29 | 0:19:32
The guy just so happened
to bring him down. | 0:19:32 | 0:19:34
Which leaves them with this. | 0:19:34 | 0:19:36
And the game-winning touchdown. | 0:19:36 | 0:19:38
Great call. | 0:19:38 | 0:19:40
Get it to your guy
who can move the pile. | 0:19:40 | 0:19:43
A physical guy who can
break tackles. | 0:19:43 | 0:19:46
DiMarco Murray playing a good
game, getting the ball, | 0:19:46 | 0:19:48
quick throw, great. | 0:19:48 | 0:19:50
Just hold onto it and get
it over the goal line. | 0:19:50 | 0:19:52
It was a great play. | 0:19:52 | 0:19:55
Obviously, in a third-down
situation, if they did score in 4th | 0:19:55 | 0:19:58
down, they have to kick
the field goal. | 0:19:58 | 0:20:00
So they needed to score,
and DiMarco Murray was able to get | 0:20:00 | 0:20:02
the ball across the line. | 0:20:02 | 0:20:04
That's a great drive, isn't it? | 0:20:04 | 0:20:07
We couldn't show everything
because we don't have time. | 0:20:07 | 0:20:10
But what you can see with that,
I think, as a fan and maybe | 0:20:10 | 0:20:13
as a new fan, it's a whole load
of chess moves. | 0:20:13 | 0:20:15
It isn't simply getting
the ball from one end | 0:20:15 | 0:20:18
of the field to the other
in the quickest possible time. | 0:20:18 | 0:20:20
Time management. | 0:20:20 | 0:20:21
This is where head coaches come
into play, how they are managing | 0:20:21 | 0:20:24
the clock, the play calling. | 0:20:24 | 0:20:26
It's all about winning. | 0:20:26 | 0:20:26
How much is the quarterback aware
of the play clock there? | 0:20:26 | 0:20:29
Or has he got so much
going on that he has | 0:20:29 | 0:20:32
to rely on his head coach? | 0:20:32 | 0:20:33
In that particular situation, it is
crucial he knows the play clock. | 0:20:33 | 0:20:36
The play clock for him
is going to be right | 0:20:36 | 0:20:38
there in the corner. | 0:20:38 | 0:20:39
He had to be sitting over there,
looking, trying to run down | 0:20:39 | 0:20:42
as much time as possible,
if they are trying to preserve | 0:20:42 | 0:20:45
a lead, or if they are trying
to score and score multiple | 0:20:45 | 0:20:48
touchdowns, then he has
to score more and more. | 0:20:48 | 0:20:50
So, he's very aware
of what is going on. | 0:20:50 | 0:20:52
They are clever lads, aren't they? | 0:20:52 | 0:20:54
A little bit. | 0:20:54 | 0:20:55
Yeah, of course. | 0:20:55 | 0:20:56
It's not just about running
up and hitting people, | 0:20:56 | 0:20:58
like some in the game! | 0:20:58 | 0:20:59
Oh! | 0:20:59 | 0:21:00 | |
They are the clever ones. | 0:21:00 | 0:21:01
He set us up! | 0:21:01 | 0:21:02
Yes, I did. | 0:21:02 | 0:21:03
To the Titans at the Steelers. | 0:21:03 | 0:21:05
This was the Thursday night game. | 0:21:05 | 0:21:06
In it, we had two teams
who were topping their divisions, | 0:21:06 | 0:21:09
two teams who were enjoying
a four-game winning streak. | 0:21:09 | 0:21:11
So, the big question was,
would Super Mariota be able | 0:21:11 | 0:21:14
to match the super offense
of Big Ben Bell and Brown? | 0:21:14 | 0:21:15
COMMENTATOR: The flag is down,
free play, takes the shot downfield. | 0:21:20 | 0:21:25
Antonio Brown goes out and gets it. | 0:21:25 | 0:21:26
Hard count works. | 0:21:26 | 0:21:27
Touchdown, Steelers. | 0:21:27 | 0:21:31
Antonio now on the outside,
just a straight take-off. | 0:21:31 | 0:21:33
Ben knows he's got a free play,
so he's going to look off | 0:21:33 | 0:21:36
the safety, got the safety to move,
and basically just | 0:21:36 | 0:21:39
throw a jump ball. | 0:21:39 | 0:21:42
Where is a blitz coming from? | 0:21:42 | 0:21:44
There it is. | 0:21:44 | 0:21:45
Onto his right, Mariota throws too
high, it is intercepted. | 0:21:45 | 0:21:47
Through it right into
the hands of Mike Hilton. | 0:21:47 | 0:21:49
And the Nickel man out
of bounds at the 25. | 0:21:49 | 0:21:53
Big early mistake from
Mariota and the Titans. | 0:21:53 | 0:21:55
Really, it was just
a complete overthrow. | 0:21:55 | 0:21:57
There was no real
pressure to speak of. | 0:21:57 | 0:21:59
The ball just got away from him. | 0:21:59 | 0:22:02
3rd & goal, here is
Mariota, scrambling, | 0:22:02 | 0:22:06
gets away, did he get in? | 0:22:06 | 0:22:09
Touchdown. | 0:22:09 | 0:22:14
Marcus Mariota. | 0:22:14 | 0:22:15
That's exactly what they say
about Mariota, he doesn't understand | 0:22:15 | 0:22:17
when he gets to the biggest moments,
why should anybody have the ball | 0:22:17 | 0:22:20
in their hands but him? | 0:22:20 | 0:22:22
More often than not,
he loves to run in these situations | 0:22:22 | 0:22:23
Nine-point game. | 0:22:28 | 0:22:31
Mariota, 1st down shot down
the middle of the field. | 0:22:31 | 0:22:34
Open, no safety there,
Matthews at the 20. | 0:22:34 | 0:22:36
Cuts back at the 15,
and Matthews goes. | 0:22:36 | 0:22:39
Opening play touchdown
for the Titans. | 0:22:39 | 0:22:42
75 yards, and it is a three-point
game just like that. | 0:22:42 | 0:22:46
This is called quarters
coverage here. | 0:22:46 | 0:22:48
You end up with this
receiver and this receiver | 0:22:48 | 0:22:51
which locks up that safety,
which means the post | 0:22:51 | 0:22:54
is strictly one on one,
on the outside, and just too much. | 0:22:54 | 0:22:58
1st & goal for the five. | 0:22:58 | 0:23:02
Antonio Brown, touchdown! | 0:23:02 | 0:23:07
And the Steelers respond
to the Tennessee touchdown. | 0:23:07 | 0:23:09
This is 3rd & goal to start
the fourth quarter. | 0:23:12 | 0:23:15
Roethlisberger. | 0:23:17 | 0:23:17
Fake. | 0:23:17 | 0:23:19 | |
Going to throw it. | 0:23:19 | 0:23:20
And it's a touchdown
for Jesse James. | 0:23:20 | 0:23:24
You have to really sell this,
to get these guys to buy it. | 0:23:27 | 0:23:30
They totally did. | 0:23:30 | 0:23:31
And you don't get many easier
touchdown passes than that. | 0:23:31 | 0:23:35
Here tonight, Steelers have spent
a lot of time inside the red zone. | 0:23:35 | 0:23:38
From the ten, Roethlisberger. | 0:23:38 | 0:23:39
Throwing end zone. | 0:23:39 | 0:23:42
Antonio Brown, spectacular catch! | 0:23:42 | 0:23:43
Touchdown. | 0:23:43 | 0:23:44
Wow. | 0:23:44 | 0:23:48 | |
And I do believe I saw my
first ever helmet catch. | 0:23:48 | 0:23:51
Yes. | 0:23:51 | 0:23:52 | |
Is this a helmet catch, Mike? | 0:23:52 | 0:23:55
Please tell me that
is a helmet catch. | 0:23:55 | 0:23:56
Pittsburgh. | 0:23:56 | 0:23:58
Going to get to eight and two. | 0:23:58 | 0:24:01
So, that win for Pittsburgh moves
them to eight and two. | 0:24:05 | 0:24:07
That makes them the top seed in
the AFC, until the Patriots display. | 0:24:07 | 0:24:10
Obviously, because the Patriots
go into their next | 0:24:10 | 0:24:12
fixture at seven and two. | 0:24:12 | 0:24:14
Here are the remaining
fixtures for this week. | 0:24:14 | 0:24:19
Let's just pick a few of them out
because there are some really | 0:24:22 | 0:24:25
tasty games coming up. | 0:24:25 | 0:24:26
Let us start, and lots of them
in the NFC as well where there | 0:24:26 | 0:24:29
are some real powerhouses. | 0:24:29 | 0:24:30
Rams at Minnesota Vikings. | 0:24:30 | 0:24:32
Oh, game of the week! | 0:24:32 | 0:24:33
Top offense, top defense. | 0:24:33 | 0:24:34
You know who I'm going for. | 0:24:34 | 0:24:35
The Vikings? | 0:24:35 | 0:24:36
Of course. | 0:24:36 | 0:24:39
Apart from the fact you're
friends with half of them! | 0:24:39 | 0:24:42
And you know Mike Zimmer as well
who was your coach at Dallas. | 0:24:42 | 0:24:45
Why else would you go for them? | 0:24:45 | 0:24:46
Because their offense now has
the ability to score points. | 0:24:51 | 0:24:53
Case Keenum is scoring points. | 0:24:53 | 0:24:54
We knew the defense was going
to basically push them forward | 0:24:54 | 0:24:57
but now they are scoring points
offensively with all these injuries? | 0:24:57 | 0:25:00
Got to give them credit. | 0:25:00 | 0:25:02
You know what? | 0:25:02 | 0:25:03
I want to see how the Rams play? | 0:25:03 | 0:25:05
Because they've beaten up on some
cupcakes, realistically. | 0:25:05 | 0:25:07
Outside of the Dallas Cowboys,
and I think they played another team | 0:25:07 | 0:25:10
earlier who they beat. | 0:25:10 | 0:25:11
Outside of that, they've beaten
up on some cupcakes. | 0:25:11 | 0:25:13
This is a legitimate team
that they are playing, | 0:25:13 | 0:25:15
with the Minnesota Vikings. | 0:25:15 | 0:25:17
I want to see if this
team is for real or not. | 0:25:17 | 0:25:17
Actually, for a lot of the teams
in the NFC, the big, | 0:25:21 | 0:25:24
the surprise big hitters,
they've got some fixtures coming up | 0:25:24 | 0:25:26
where you go, right, now,
we'll see what you're made of. | 0:25:26 | 0:25:28
at home to the Washington Redskins. | 0:25:31 | 0:25:33
How do you see this one? | 0:25:33 | 0:25:35
New Orleans. | 0:25:35 | 0:25:36
At home, if you've ever played
New Orleans at home, | 0:25:36 | 0:25:39
you know it's almost impossible
to go in there and beat them. | 0:25:39 | 0:25:42
This is a team that's hot, on fire,
has everything clicking. | 0:25:42 | 0:25:44
Offense, defense, special teams. | 0:25:44 | 0:25:45
Why is it so hard to be
them in their own dome? | 0:25:45 | 0:25:48
It's a mystery, man. | 0:25:48 | 0:25:49
We used to call that place
the Bermuda Triangle. | 0:25:49 | 0:25:51
Like, we would literally,
when I was with the Giants, we would | 0:25:51 | 0:25:54
go there and just disappear. | 0:25:54 | 0:25:55
Nobody would know
what happened to us! | 0:25:55 | 0:25:57
We would lose about 40,
50 points, nobody knows. | 0:25:59 | 0:26:01
They've got some New Orleans voodoo
thing going on over there. | 0:26:01 | 0:26:04
An incredible place
to go there and play. | 0:26:04 | 0:26:06
Really difficult to do go and win. | 0:26:06 | 0:26:07
Oh, man. | 0:26:07 | 0:26:10
I like that. | 0:26:10 | 0:26:11
I like the idea of Drew Brees
sticking pins into a doll. | 0:26:11 | 0:26:14
THEY LAUGH. | 0:26:14 | 0:26:18
I mean, look. | 0:26:18 | 0:26:19
Now that you don't have to have
Drew Brees win every game, | 0:26:19 | 0:26:22
they are so dynamic
with their running game. | 0:26:22 | 0:26:25
It's hard to beat those guys. | 0:26:25 | 0:26:27
So, you'll go Saints as well? | 0:26:27 | 0:26:29
Both of you go Saints. | 0:26:29 | 0:26:30
Bermuda Triangle! | 0:26:30 | 0:26:32
Another absolutely fascinating game. | 0:26:32 | 0:26:34
Not only an NFC matchup,
but a divisional matchup as well. | 0:26:36 | 0:26:38
The Philadelphia Eagles
and their amazing record, | 0:26:38 | 0:26:41
going to Dallas to take
on the Cowboys. | 0:26:41 | 0:26:45
Huge test for the Eagles, yes? | 0:26:45 | 0:26:48
It would have been if Zeke
Elliott was playing. | 0:26:48 | 0:26:50
And if they had their left tackle. | 0:26:50 | 0:26:52
If the Cowboys don't
have their left tackle, | 0:26:52 | 0:26:54
Tyrone Smith in this game
against Philly, they are going | 0:26:54 | 0:26:56
to give up 15 sacks to whoever
the right defensive end is, | 0:26:56 | 0:27:00
to give up 15 sacks to whoever
the right defensive end is, | 0:27:00 | 0:27:01
because those defensive lineman
for Philly are boiling. | 0:27:01 | 0:27:02
So, this is a big game
for the Philadelphia Eagles. | 0:27:02 | 0:27:05
I think they're going to be able
to beat the Cowboys. | 0:27:05 | 0:27:07
Yeah, once again, Sean Lee
is not in that line-up. | 0:27:07 | 0:27:10
That defense can get exposed. | 0:27:10 | 0:27:11
Obviously, they can't play well
without him in the line-up. | 0:27:11 | 0:27:13
You are both going Eagles? | 0:27:13 | 0:27:16
Yeah. | 0:27:16 | 0:27:17 | |
OK. | 0:27:17 | 0:27:19 | |
Let's take a look at some
of the highs and lows this week. | 0:27:19 | 0:27:22
An emotional afternoon
for Teddy Bridgwater, | 0:27:22 | 0:27:26
tears of joy at being active on game
day for the first time in two years. | 0:27:26 | 0:27:30
In this same game... | 0:27:30 | 0:27:31
Look at that. | 0:27:31 | 0:27:32
Maurice Harris, who they brought
in off the practise squad... | 0:27:34 | 0:27:37
Anybody can do it. | 0:27:37 | 0:27:38
I'm starting to believe you, man. | 0:27:38 | 0:27:40
That man couldn't do it. | 0:27:40 | 0:27:42
Oh! | 0:27:42 | 0:27:44 | |
Landing on a side line bystander. | 0:27:44 | 0:27:46
The Vikings celebrate
one of their touchdowns | 0:27:46 | 0:27:48
by playing leapfrog. | 0:27:48 | 0:27:49
That's a horrible celebration. | 0:27:49 | 0:27:51
Now, this is a great celebration. | 0:27:51 | 0:27:52
This was last week. | 0:27:52 | 0:27:54
AJ Green's scuffle. | 0:27:54 | 0:27:55
And the Steelers recreated it. | 0:27:55 | 0:27:59
These boys are crazy. | 0:27:59 | 0:28:02
I love that. | 0:28:02 | 0:28:03
Special teams, special teams. | 0:28:03 | 0:28:05
Special teams for special players. | 0:28:05 | 0:28:06
Let me tell you. | 0:28:06 | 0:28:08
What number does he have? | 0:28:08 | 0:28:11
33? | 0:28:11 | 0:28:12 | |
33. | 0:28:12 | 0:28:13 | |
Welcome! | 0:28:13 | 0:28:14
Go get it. | 0:28:14 | 0:28:17
Pushed him forward. | 0:28:17 | 0:28:18
The Broncos guy thought
you might need a bit of help. | 0:28:18 | 0:28:21
Oh, that is sweet. | 0:28:21 | 0:28:23
The personal protector
always does it. | 0:28:23 | 0:28:25
You need an athletic guy in there. | 0:28:25 | 0:28:28
That is Jaguars' Corey Grant who
runs the fake punt in for the score. | 0:28:28 | 0:28:32
Defensive back. | 0:28:32 | 0:28:33
Special teams player. | 0:28:33 | 0:28:34
What I like is, even if they
are not your friend, | 0:28:34 | 0:28:36
if they wear the same number,
there is some kind | 0:28:36 | 0:28:39
of connection as well! | 0:28:39 | 0:28:45
Finally, Robert Woods caught this
pass from Jared Gough to go 94 | 0:28:45 | 0:28:48
yards for the touchdown. | 0:28:48 | 0:28:49
That's the longest
Rams play in 53 years. | 0:28:49 | 0:28:51
I like that. | 0:28:51 | 0:28:53
We will have plenty more in-depth
analysis this Tuesday, | 0:28:55 | 0:28:57
on those games, on BBC Two,
from 11:15pm, NFL This Week. | 0:28:57 | 0:29:00
So, from myself, Osi and Jason... | 0:29:00 | 0:29:02
I won't do the cheek slap again. | 0:29:02 | 0:29:04
It is good night. | 0:29:04 | 0:29:07
What are you doing? | 0:29:07 | 0:29:09
Oh, right. | 0:29:09 | 0:29:10
On me? | 0:29:10 | 0:29:11 |
