Good evening and welcome to the news from BBC Channel Islands. Airline

:00:07.:00:14.

monopoly could price visitors out of Guernsey. The tourism industry's

:00:15.:00:16.

fears over Aurigny's dominance. Plus, bad timing? The day after a

:00:17.:00:21.

tax agreement is signed, more headlines about companies dodging UK

:00:22.:00:27.

tax in the Channel Islands. We are not encouraging the dodging of tax.

:00:28.:00:34.

UK companies are using perfectly legitimate tax loopholes that exist

:00:35.:00:40.

in the United Kingdom. And road to nowhere. The anger of businesses and

:00:41.:00:44.

motorists over a key commuter route being closed for weeks. Hoteliers in

:00:45.:00:57.

Guernsey say an opportunity has been missed, following news Easyjet's no

:00:58.:01:05.

longer looking to fly to the Island. The low`cost airline dropped its

:01:06.:01:08.

application to fly to Gatwick, after the Government started looking at

:01:09.:01:11.

ways of preventing competition on the route ` all to protect the

:01:12.:01:14.

States`owned airline Aurigny. Penny Elderfield reports. Reservations

:01:15.:01:28.

coming in. Got it, really, on the island is not looking forward to

:01:29.:01:32.

that. We have 40 hotels still operating and 160 restaurants and

:01:33.:01:38.

people flying here on cheap flights would have had more money to spend.

:01:39.:01:43.

And if you want to fly to EasyJet you can only go to Jersey, now.

:01:44.:01:54.

Because ironically, on the day we're talking about EasyJet not coming to

:01:55.:01:57.

Guernsey, the airline's started selling new flights in and out of

:01:58.:02:00.

Jersey starting next year. But there is a big difference between the

:02:01.:02:04.

Islands ` Aurigny. The States`owned airline will be the only way of

:02:05.:02:07.

getting from Guernsey to Gatwick in future. And Easyjet pulled its

:02:08.:02:11.

application after moves by the States to make sure that remained

:02:12.:02:14.

the case. Moves the Government stands by. It is easy to think that

:02:15.:02:18.

one airline is a salvation and is the route to cheap fares, but this

:02:19.:02:23.

is about the long`term sustainability of that route which

:02:24.:02:26.

is our most important route. For Aurigny it's welcome news. Worried

:02:27.:02:30.

that if the extra competition had been there, they might not be, for

:02:31.:02:34.

long. Our concern was that this would have put undue pressure on us.

:02:35.:02:39.

We would probably have left the scene completely and then we would

:02:40.:02:43.

be in a serious situation. But for those involved in a tourism industry

:02:44.:02:47.

they say is struggling... Some of them are hanging on by their

:02:48.:02:51.

fingernails at the moment. Aurigny's views may have been listened to but

:02:52.:02:54.

their views were not. This particular states department has

:02:55.:03:01.

acted in the interests of Aurigny but not in the interests of the

:03:02.:03:05.

tourism industry of Guernsey and have not represented the interests

:03:06.:03:08.

of the people that live on the island. So Aurigny will get the

:03:09.:03:13.

monopoly the States thought it needed. But anyone wanting more

:03:14.:03:16.

choice, and potentially cheaper flights will be left disappointed.

:03:17.:03:27.

Some roads in Guernsey will see the speed limit drop from 35mph to 5mph

:03:28.:03:31.

in 2014. One of the roads seeing a drop is Summerfield Road where

:03:32.:03:34.

seven`year`old Mai`Lea Falla died in November 2012 after being hit by a

:03:35.:03:38.

quad bike. It will be for an initial trial period of nine to 12 months.

:03:39.:03:47.

Tax information from the Channel Islands will now be automatically

:03:48.:03:50.

shared with the UK. Jersey and Guernsey's Chief Ministers have

:03:51.:03:53.

signed a tax agreement with the UK Government to show their commitment

:03:54.:03:55.

to improve tax transparency. But what effect will this automatic

:03:56.:03:58.

exchange have on the islands? Emma Chambers reports. Will these two

:03:59.:04:01.

signatures end the UK's perception of the Channel Islands as a tax

:04:02.:04:04.

haven? Yesterday Jersey and Guernsey's Chief minister's signed

:04:05.:04:07.

an agreement with the UK Government to share all tax information

:04:08.:04:09.

automatically. The British Treasury say this is part of a global

:04:10.:04:13.

strategy to help remove the hiding places for those who seek to evade

:04:14.:04:17.

tax. The Channel Islands are one of the first to sign up to the new

:04:18.:04:21.

system. It has been government policy for a long time that we would

:04:22.:04:24.

comply with relevant international standards and when those standards

:04:25.:04:27.

change we engage with them and we want to help develop them. We know

:04:28.:04:32.

that the world is moving towards an automatic exchange of information

:04:33.:04:36.

and we believe that signing the agreement is in the best interests

:04:37.:04:41.

of Jersey. But what does this new agreement involve? Any financial

:04:42.:04:51.

information is passed back to the UK on British residents. So anybody

:04:52.:04:55.

living in the UK, but has some kind of arrangement here, those details

:04:56.:04:58.

are disclosed to the UK tax authorities, so they will be so that

:04:59.:05:04.

they have got lovely information so we are cooperating and making that

:05:05.:05:08.

happening effectively and efficiently which is good for our

:05:09.:05:13.

relationship with Britain, good for transparency and good for our

:05:14.:05:17.

reputation. Good for our reputation ` but will this move put people off

:05:18.:05:20.

doing business here? Not at all It just becomes another compliance

:05:21.:05:31.

issue. But it does not help everyone to business. Without additional

:05:32.:05:38.

costs. The ink hadn't even dried on the agreement before there were

:05:39.:05:40.

national headlines suggesting UK Companies use the Channel Islands to

:05:41.:05:43.

reduce their corporation tax. Our politicians believe this agreement

:05:44.:05:46.

will improve our image ` but it might take longer to change the

:05:47.:05:55.

front pages. So can this deal stop the negative headlines about these

:05:56.:05:57.

supposed tax`dodging practices of big companies doing business through

:05:58.:06:00.

the Channel Islands? Earlier, I put that question to Guernsey's Chief

:06:01.:06:07.

Minister, Deputy Peter Harwood. With respect we are not encouraging the

:06:08.:06:10.

dodging tax. What has happened is that UK retail chains are using

:06:11.:06:15.

perfectly legitimate tax loopholes that exist under United Kingdom

:06:16.:06:20.

laws, to enable them to reduce their tax and United Kingdom. It is a

:06:21.:06:29.

matter that is within the control of the UK Government and the Treasury.

:06:30.:06:34.

They could if they wanted cup of those particular tax provisions that

:06:35.:06:40.

these organisations have taken advantage of and they can close that

:06:41.:06:48.

down any time. Is this just a rubber`stamping exercise or will it

:06:49.:06:52.

change any of that? What it does is opens up a channel of communication

:06:53.:06:57.

for the exchange of information between Guernsey, Jersey and the

:06:58.:07:00.

Isle of Man and other territories with the United Kingdom Treasury. It

:07:01.:07:07.

should make the UK Treasury being more effective and efficient in

:07:08.:07:11.

collecting the taxes that are legitimately due to it. And these

:07:12.:07:19.

placing strong that demands on you? What is the hold`up? The US

:07:20.:07:25.

government was in shock down for a beer part of this month which has

:07:26.:07:28.

delayed the final negotiations. We have not got an agreed position We

:07:29.:07:33.

had hoped to have signed the agreement with the US at the same

:07:34.:07:37.

time as the UK but that was not the case but that was due, solely, to

:07:38.:07:41.

the fact that the US government was shut down earlier this month.

:07:42.:07:50.

Commuters in Guernsey are being warned to expect severe delays. One

:07:51.:07:54.

of the main routes in and out of St Peter Port is being dug up to

:07:55.:07:57.

install new telecoms cables. The work's expected to take more than a

:07:58.:08:00.

month to complete. Mike Wilkins reports. There's rarely a moment day

:08:01.:08:04.

or night when this road is traffic free. The Rohais is one of the main

:08:05.:08:10.

routes in and out of St Peter Port. And from Friday it will close for

:08:11.:08:14.

more than a month. The reason is this. Fibre`optic cable. The

:08:15.:08:17.

telecoms company JT is upgrading its network so the road's got to come

:08:18.:08:22.

up. We would obviously like to apologise to commuters for any

:08:23.:08:24.

inconvenience this is causing, but this is part of our multi`million

:08:25.:08:29.

pound investment in the island in rolling out fibre to local

:08:30.:08:33.

businesses and part of the Rover programme for the States of Guernsey

:08:34.:08:39.

education system as well. It's not just commuters who use this stretch

:08:40.:08:42.

of road, it has one of the island's biggest supermarkets on it as well

:08:43.:08:46.

as one of the largest hotels, so shoppers and tourists will also be

:08:47.:08:50.

affected. The result was a problem on Guernsey. Most of the services

:08:51.:08:56.

are on the roads and if we want to have modern communications then I'm

:08:57.:09:00.

afraid that is where the work has to be done and we have over 2000

:09:01.:09:05.

roadworks throughout the year. So whilst JT's aiming to improve

:09:06.:09:08.

broadband connectivity for its customers, it's the commuters and

:09:09.:09:11.

their connection to town that will suffer the most. Strong winds and

:09:12.:09:17.

rough seas have meant Condor cancelling their fast ferries to the

:09:18.:09:21.

UK today ` will tomorrow be any better? Here's the weather with

:09:22.:09:22.

Holly. We have some quiet conditions at

:09:23.:09:32.

first. Some fog initially should clear through the morning then we

:09:33.:09:36.

are looking at a mostly drive picture `` drive picture. But we're

:09:37.:09:42.

going to notice the breeze picking up. We had a line of cloud going

:09:43.:09:49.

through earlier today. That was associated with showers. Behind it,

:09:50.:09:56.

skies are largely clear. Through tonight we're going to keep some

:09:57.:10:01.

clear conditions. You can see that Russia is rising a little bit. The

:10:02.:10:08.

winds are dropping. Now, as we head into tomorrow, you notice that those

:10:09.:10:14.

isobars start to squeeze together which will mean that the breeze is

:10:15.:10:18.

increasing and that warm front might bring us one or two showers. But,

:10:19.:10:26.

mostly a drive picture. Come Friday, low`pressure in charge of the

:10:27.:10:29.

weather. We have some showers feeding in from the west but we

:10:30.:10:33.

should be well protected from them and we should find that it is a

:10:34.:10:38.

largely dry and fine picture. Quite a fair overnight, allowing some mist

:10:39.:10:45.

and fog to form through the early hours. It might become a little bit

:10:46.:10:52.

chilly compared to recent nice. We might start tomorrow with some

:10:53.:10:55.

visibility problems but as the breeze picks up that should clear.

:10:56.:11:00.

Sunny spells through the day with the risk of 12 showers. Mostly, a

:11:01.:11:05.

drive picture. Temperatures, not too bad for the time of year at around

:11:06.:11:11.

18 degrees. That wind will remain blustery through the day. And the

:11:12.:11:13.

coastal waters forecast. And we see an increasing risk of

:11:14.:11:28.

some rain later. The sea state is moderate other rather rough in the

:11:29.:11:32.

North. And if we look at the tight times. `` tide times.

:11:33.:11:46.

For the next few days, essentially dry by day, but Thursday, Friday and

:11:47.:11:54.

Saturday night or bringing the risk of some heavy rain and if we look

:11:55.:11:59.

ahead to Monday we have the potential for some quite stormy

:12:00.:12:07.

conditions. Top chefs from Jersey and Guernsey have been competing for

:12:08.:12:10.

the culinary crown. Their task was to prepare and cook a four course

:12:11.:12:16.

dinner for a team of judges, all themselves chefs at some of the most

:12:17.:12:21.

prestigious London restaurants. Unlike football match, the winner

:12:22.:12:27.

was team jersey. Jolly well done. Time for me to hand you over to

:12:28.:12:30.

Justin and Rebecca with news of how one town's most famous export was

:12:31.:12:35.

used in today's royal christening. can sit down between now and

:12:36.:12:44.

Christmas, and put our differences all to bed and go on with this

:12:45.:12:48.

company where they can deliver for the travelling public, and we can

:12:49.:12:51.

deliver for our members. Thank you very much.

:12:52.:12:53.

Russia has dropped piracy charges against 30 Greenpeace activists,

:12:54.:12:55.

replacing them with hooliganism charges. Three of those held are

:12:56.:12:59.

from Devon. The new charge has a maximum penalty of seven years

:13:00.:13:02.

rather than 15. Well, Janine Jansen joins us with the latest from our

:13:03.:13:09.

newsroom. We have just heard news that Russia

:13:10.:13:13.

has dropped all piracy charges against all 40 members of

:13:14.:13:19.

Greenpeace. The concern over the piracy charges was a maximum jail

:13:20.:13:28.

sentence of up to 15 years. The new service says this has been replaced

:13:29.:13:30.

by the lesser charge of hooliganism which carries a maximum punishment

:13:31.:13:36.

of seven years in jail. Three out of the six Britons come from Devon,

:13:37.:13:41.

they are Alexandra Harris, here in Britain. The debate was taking in

:13:42.:13:52.

the Commons, and the local MP commented on this earlier today. I

:13:53.:13:57.

know that both families suffer the inevitable ` the shocking anxiety

:13:58.:14:00.

and anguish of knowing that those whom they love are isolated and

:14:01.:14:03.

segregated in a far`away place, accused of something that they are

:14:04.:14:07.

convinced, as I am, they did not do, and anxiously awaiting their return.

:14:08.:14:19.

This news will be great news for the families tonight, who say they have

:14:20.:14:22.

had very little contact over the last 45 weeks.

:14:23.:14:30.

Still to come in Spotlight tonight, we meet the Weymouth footballer

:14:31.:14:33.

who's lucky to be alive. Also ahead, it's been a big day for

:14:34.:14:37.

little Prince George ` we head to the East Devon

:14:38.:14:43.

Now to the remarkable story of a Weymouth footballer whose recovery

:14:44.:14:48.

from a life`threatening illness is being described as a miracle by

:14:49.:14:51.

doctors. Kyle Critchell grew up playing alongside the likes of Theo

:14:52.:14:54.

Walcott and Gareth Bale, before moving to Torquay United and

:14:55.:14:57.

Weymouth. In August, he contracted severe sepsis. It was so serious his

:14:58.:15:03.

family were told his life was in the balance. But Kyle is on the road to

:15:04.:15:07.

recovery and he's given his first interview to the BBC's Laurence

:15:08.:15:13.

Herdman. Kyle Critchell lives and breathes

:15:14.:15:18.

football. In 2005, a precocious talent lined up in the Southhampton

:15:19.:15:23.

youth team, women with Premier league stars of the future. But

:15:24.:15:27.

eight years later, he faced his darkest hour. I went to a training

:15:28.:15:32.

game with Weymouth, and got home in the evening and had a sore back. I

:15:33.:15:37.

woke up in the morning and it was excruciating. The pain was terrible,

:15:38.:15:42.

and we called an ambulance, and they give me pain relief to put me in a

:15:43.:15:46.

comfortable position. That is when it started. Sepsis is an

:15:47.:15:50.

overwhelming infection, but most people have not heard of it. The

:15:51.:15:54.

body responds by injuring its own tissue and organs. It accounts for

:15:55.:15:59.

37 thousand deaths in the UK each year. That is more than double

:16:00.:16:06.

cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer combined. Very quickly, he

:16:07.:16:13.

became dangerously ill. I asked my family a few questions regarding,

:16:14.:16:19.

and my dying? And I can't remember this. Doctors prepared his family

:16:20.:16:25.

for the worst, and his fiancee was left with a harrowing decision. He

:16:26.:16:30.

was in a high dependency unit, and it was whether he should go into

:16:31.:16:35.

life support, and the decision was made that he should stay in high

:16:36.:16:39.

dependency, tried in the entity different breathing machines. Former

:16:40.:16:47.

team`mate Gareth Bale signed a contract to become the world's most

:16:48.:16:53.

expensive player, while Kyle was recovering from one of the most

:16:54.:16:58.

deadly diseases in the world. They weren't expected me to be here, so

:16:59.:17:03.

it has to be a minor miracle, if not a major medical, and I'm so happy to

:17:04.:17:07.

see that I have come through it and can hopefully live normally and

:17:08.:17:11.

achieve the things I want to. Football means everything to him,

:17:12.:17:17.

but whether he resumes playing spell remains to be seen. Right now, the

:17:18.:17:21.

focus is to get well and to raise awareness of sepsis. A little`known

:17:22.:17:25.

condition that nearly claimed his life.

:17:26.:17:33.

An East Devon town, renowned for its lace`making, kept up a Royal a

:17:34.:17:36.

tradition today by playing a part in the christening of Prince George.

:17:37.:17:39.

When the young prince arrived for the ceremony in the Chapel Royal at

:17:40.:17:42.

St James's Palace, he was resplendent in a replica christening

:17:43.:17:45.

robe of Honiton lace. Hamish Marshall traces the history of the

:17:46.:17:48.

intricate fabric and its links to the Royal family.

:17:49.:17:53.

Keeping the past alive. It's intricate and time`consuming, but

:17:54.:17:56.

Holly is mastering the art of making Honiton lace. The 14`year`old shows

:17:57.:18:00.

off her skills at the Thelma Hulbert gallery in the town. It does take a

:18:01.:18:05.

while, but it is rewarding, because you have something to show, and

:18:06.:18:08.

hopefully, it might go towards my art GCSE, which I'm working on now.

:18:09.:18:14.

It is quite difficult, but once you get used to it, it's not bad. For

:18:15.:18:21.

four centuries, Honiton and lacemaking have been intertwined.

:18:22.:18:26.

It's very fine, the result of a miniature weaving process. One

:18:27.:18:30.

square centimetre can take up to five hours to produce. Large pieces

:18:31.:18:36.

are often the result of dozens of people's effort, and it's reached

:18:37.:18:41.

the highest houses in the land. NEWS REPORT: Our first look at Britain's

:18:42.:18:45.

month`old Royal Prince, Charles of Edinburgh. Sleeping peacefully

:18:46.:18:50.

through an hour of history... From today's future King, six decades

:18:51.:18:53.

ago, to his son, today's proud father in 1982, Honiton lace has

:18:54.:18:57.

been part of the christening robes, a tradition continuing in 2013.

:18:58.:19:06.

Queen Victoria was a great supporter. Those who keep the

:19:07.:19:10.

Honiton tradition alive today hope coverage of the christening will

:19:11.:19:14.

help boost their craft. Well, I hope more people will visit the museum.

:19:15.:19:18.

We have lovely examples of lace in the museum, some of which goes back

:19:19.:19:22.

before Victoria's time, but quite a lot of lace that was used by the

:19:23.:19:27.

Royal family. We've got a nice piece that went round a skirt that was

:19:28.:19:30.

commissioned by Queen Victoria, which is on show in the museum, and

:19:31.:19:35.

I hope people come to visit us and see that Honiton lace is still being

:19:36.:19:39.

made. There are two places in the town where the history of lace is

:19:40.:19:43.

brought to life, and one reveals another Royal connection. This

:19:44.:19:46.

negligee and nightgown belonged to Wallis Simpson.

:19:47.:20:03.

Onto sport, and there wasn't a single goal scored by the three

:20:04.:20:06.

Devon football teams last night. But at least two of them managed to

:20:07.:20:10.

prise a draw from their contests. Spotlight's Dave Gibbins has the

:20:11.:20:13.

details on a night which literally saw the lights go out on Plymouth

:20:14.:20:15.

Argyle. Exeter City stayed third in league

:20:16.:20:18.

two after their goalless draw at Oxford University, were right behind

:20:19.:20:23.

them in the placings. If Lennon had executed the best chance of the

:20:24.:20:26.

evening, city would have claimed two seconds, but to come away with a

:20:27.:20:31.

point was good enough. Limit Argyle have schooled only eight goals in

:20:32.:20:37.

their 13 league games `` Plymouth Argyle have scored only eight goals.

:20:38.:20:45.

Lewis Alessandra came closest to finding the promised land the call

:20:46.:20:51.

call, as manager John Sheridan extends his search for a striker.

:20:52.:20:58.

They also concentrated on buying new bulbs, when the stadium descended

:20:59.:21:02.

into darkness for 11 minutes, when the flood lights went out. The venue

:21:03.:21:09.

at which there was some goals was where Torquay United slipped to a

:21:10.:21:17.

two nil defeat at Bromwich Albion. There is early days, manager Alan ``

:21:18.:21:24.

the manager is hoping his two new recruits will breathe new life into

:21:25.:21:32.

the goals. In just a few minutes time, Exeter

:21:33.:21:35.

Cathedral will be welcoming the Countess of Wessex for a performance

:21:36.:21:38.

of biblical proportions. The story of Noah's Ark was set to music in

Benjamin Britten's famous opera, Noye's Fludde, and tonight it'll be

:21:42.:21:44.

performed by 170 school children from Devon as part of the Two Moors

:21:45.:21:49.

Festival, set up in the wake of the outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease

:21:50.:21:56.

in 2001. John Henderson went along for a sneak preview. They came in to

:21:57.:22:04.

buy two, the cast of Norwell's flight. Among them was ten`year`old

:22:05.:22:11.

Grace who is playing a peacock. Charlie and I are the animals in the

:22:12.:22:17.

art, and I am a peacock. What do you have to do? We have to walk up the

:22:18.:22:22.

aisle, and go on to the arc, and we're singing where we do that. What

:22:23.:22:27.

is it like? It is really nervous, but it's really exciting at the same

:22:28.:22:33.

time. Her brother might be a wolf, but even be the `` they have worries

:22:34.:22:45.

about performing. I hope my brother doesn't make faces at me, but he is

:22:46.:22:51.

done it at other performances, which is about mad. Noye's Fludde is

:22:52.:23:02.

predominantly an amateur cast, but it does have a former journalist

:23:03.:23:07.

playing God. It is rather daunting, playing God, and apparently it has

:23:08.:23:11.

bad luck attached to it, but hopefully it will be all right. The

:23:12.:23:15.

production is part of the Two Moors Festival, which was started to

:23:16.:23:23.

encourage people back to Devon after the foot and mouth outbreak. The

:23:24.:23:27.

director hopes it will inspire his young cast. The key thing for me was

:23:28.:23:34.

inspiring them and making sure they had a good experience, because these

:23:35.:23:37.

things can be brilliant for confidence and can be an amazing

:23:38.:23:41.

lifelong experience that they will remember for ever. Lots of people

:23:42.:23:46.

can be quite with `` they can also be quite dangerous if they are to

:23:47.:23:51.

ski. Whether it is divine intervention or not, this arc is

:23:52.:23:57.

full. The performance as a sell`out. It looks and sounds very impressive.

:23:58.:24:03.

Good luck to everyone involved. Hopefully we won't need now is at

:24:04.:24:11.

end terms of the weather? We have some rain on the way, but hopefully

:24:12.:24:16.

not yet. Tomorrow, it is not looking good, I suppose, with some early

:24:17.:24:20.

mist and fog, and the wind picking up, but we may see a few showers.

:24:21.:24:27.

The slump of cloudy can see in the Atlantic and extending towards Spain

:24:28.:24:33.

has asked in its sights for Thursday night. At the moment, we have clear

:24:34.:24:41.

skies, but you can see it will be quiet at the moment, but this is the

:24:42.:24:46.

next weather system that will push in. For Thursday, a few showers

:24:47.:24:51.

perhaps, by Thursday night will see that weather system feeding across

:24:52.:24:54.

us, and it will be showery and blustery. You can see on the

:24:55.:25:00.

satellite picture, we have some cloud and 12 showers as well, but

:25:01.:25:04.

essentially, has been pretty nice, and his boys `` as it was install

:25:05.:25:11.

the park today. You can see the leaves barely moving. Not much in

:25:12.:25:18.

the way of cloud there at all. Indeed, that lack of cloud will lead

:25:19.:25:25.

to tonight, just of view mist and fog patches forming in the early

:25:26.:25:29.

hours, not too many, just here and there. A very chilly night compared

:25:30.:25:34.

to some recent nights, with some spots getting down to six degrees.

:25:35.:25:38.

Tomorrow, so mist and fog event initially, with the breeze picking

:25:39.:25:43.

up, which should help to clear it, and Macy's some showers especially

:25:44.:25:55.

out of the West will stop `` wee shoes `` we should see some

:25:56.:25:59.

showers. For the Isles of Scilly, the pieces will increase through the

:26:00.:26:05.

day, and probably they will be the most likely spot to cease and

:26:06.:26:10.

showers. The times of high water are here. Looking at the Surf conditions

:26:11.:26:22.

for tomorrow, the south coast looks quite choppy, and the waves won't be

:26:23.:26:29.

very impressive, but quite usable. Coastal waters will have when is

:26:30.:26:37.

backing south easterly seven or eight and some brain feeding and

:26:38.:26:41.

later, and we will see some rain reducing visibility through the

:26:42.:26:51.

course of the day, day. The rest of the week, Thursday night is

:26:52.:26:58.

concerning, with an area of heavy rain. We have Met Office early

:26:59.:27:05.

warning and we could have large puddles on the road. A dry start

:27:06.:27:09.

essentially on Friday, but you could see some unpleasant driving

:27:10.:27:14.

conditions, and the rain will build on Friday. The weekend, Saturday

:27:15.:27:23.

will start to write on rain will moving later, with strong winds

:27:24.:27:27.

expected as well. On Sunday, we will see some deals and sharp showers,

:27:28.:27:31.

but it will be worse on Monday, where you will cease and gales.

:27:32.:27:36.

Thank you, Holly. That is the news and weather. There will be around

:27:37.:27:41.

the updates on your radio stations. From everyone here, good night.
