Guernsey's government has gone undercover to find out

if there are problems with islanders? internet speeds.

They're using new equipment to establish why some people?s

It comes after a rise in colplaints to local internet service providers.

Over the past three months, under the radar, Guernsey's

government has been snooping on the companies that provide

It follows complaints from tsers about their internet speeds.

And now the States wants to find out who's really at fault.

It's been using special software to monitor the broadband speeds at
