People in Jersey will be protected from | :00:00. | :00:14.
A top stories: A landmark d`y for Jersey, new laws are introdtced to | :00:15. | :00:22.
stop islanders being discrilinated against because of their race, | :00:23. | :00:27.
colour or origin. I have bedn waiting for it for a considdrable | :00:28. | :00:34.
amount of time. The United Kingdom has had racial discrimination | :00:35. | :00:37.
lawsuits 19 city folk. The number of people having to | :00:38. | :00:45.
reapply for a driving licence raises dramatically. | :00:46. | :00:49.
And reliving Jersey Live. The Channel Islands' the guest lusic | :00:50. | :00:54.
event is hailed a success. `` biggest. | :00:55. | :01:06.
People in Jersey will be protected from racial discrimination from | :01:07. | :01:13.
today. A new law has come into force. | :01:14. | :01:17.
It's the first step to bring the island's legislation in line | :01:18. | :01:20.
with the UK, and will soon cover age, gender and disability too. | :01:21. | :01:23.
with people from all walks of life making a home here. | :01:24. | :01:29.
But because of where some pdople are from or how they look, | :01:30. | :01:32.
they've become a target for racial discrimination. | :01:33. | :01:36.
Now a new law has come into force today to stop thhs, | :01:37. | :01:39.
Much needed legislation according to a local charitx | :01:40. | :01:45.
There have been a number of incidents where people have felt | :01:46. | :01:55.
that they are being discrimhnated against or are being harassdd or may | :01:56. | :02:00.
even have been victimised bdcause of the colour of their skin or because | :02:01. | :02:02.
of their national origins. The four principle | :02:03. | :02:05.
forms of discrimination are direct discrimination, | :02:06. | :02:06.
indirect discrimination, Employment lawyers say businesses | :02:07. | :02:18.
need to be ready, as there `re some potential pitfalls. They have to be | :02:19. | :02:24.
aware of what they please themselves are doing. It is quite posshble | :02:25. | :02:31.
under the law, if an employdr is held responsible for any | :02:32. | :02:33.
discriminatory acts carried out by their employees, even withott | :02:34. | :02:35.
knowledge or approval. The anti`discrimination law will | :02:36. | :02:39.
also be applied to age, gender To help Jersey stamp out | :02:40. | :02:41.
unjustified abuse. Well, Jersey's | :02:42. | :02:48.
Social Security Minister is He was in charge of drawing up | :02:49. | :02:49.
this new legislation. I asked him who would deal with | :02:50. | :02:53.
discrimination complaints. If the issue arises in the | :02:54. | :03:07.
workplace, or to do with recruitment into a job, those complaints would | :03:08. | :03:11.
be referred in the first instance to the Jersey advisory service, who | :03:12. | :03:19.
would attempt to mediate. If it is any other type of service, buying | :03:20. | :03:25.
goods, restaurants, renting property, that sort of thing, those | :03:26. | :03:30.
complaints would be referred to the Citizens Advice Bureau, who would | :03:31. | :03:36.
enlist the services of the lediation service and appoint a mediator to | :03:37. | :03:39.
try and resolve the problems. If neither of those processes work it | :03:40. | :03:47.
would be brought to a tribunal. The UK has had laws like this shnce | :03:48. | :03:51.
1965. I imagine you would wdlcome the fact that this law is p`rtly in | :03:52. | :03:56.
place today. The island needs to step up, we need to come in line | :03:57. | :04:03.
with Europe on this type of legislation. It is a small step at | :04:04. | :04:09.
an important one. This is going to be broadened out, isn't it? The law | :04:10. | :04:15.
we have in place from today is what we called an overarching rule. We | :04:16. | :04:20.
have brought in the charactdristic race, sexual gender discrimhnation | :04:21. | :04:25.
will be next, followed by possibly age because of the increasing | :04:26. | :04:30.
pension age, and then disabhlity. Disability is the most diffhcult to | :04:31. | :04:34.
bring in because of the cost businesses and employers. | :04:35. | :04:38.
A World War Two shell has been blown up in Alderndy | :04:39. | :04:40.
by the Guernsey Police bomb disposal squad. | :04:41. | :04:42.
The ten`centimetre shell was found in the road on Tourgis Hill. | :04:43. | :04:44.
The bomb squad moved the device to the coast and detonated ht | :04:45. | :04:47.
I understand that this has been played in a field `` ploughdd. It | :04:48. | :05:03.
had been handled and/or savd to be moved. It was taken to a safe | :05:04. | :05:08.
location by way of a controlled explosion, and it was dealt with, | :05:09. | :05:15.
the main charge was initiatdd and the item was destroyed. | :05:16. | :05:18.
A new hotel could be built in Jersey. | :05:19. | :05:20.
The Co`op's come up with revised ?12 million plans | :05:21. | :05:22.
for its Charing Cross supermarket site in St Helidr | :05:23. | :05:24.
after the planning authorithes threw out earlier proposals. | :05:25. | :05:26.
They include a branch of the budget hotel chain | :05:27. | :05:29.
It's emerged the number of people on short term driving licences | :05:30. | :05:35.
in Guernsey because of medical conditions | :05:36. | :05:37.
has risen dramatically in the last few years. | :05:38. | :05:40.
In 2008 the Environment Dep`rtment, which is responsible for thdm, | :05:41. | :05:42.
Now it processes around 5,000 a year. | :05:43. | :05:49.
But he's one of thousands that regularly has to | :05:50. | :05:57.
re`apply for his licence because of medical reasons. | :05:58. | :06:07.
I had a bypass operation in 200 , a single bypass. Since then, the issue | :06:08. | :06:15.
me a licence every three ye`rs, I have to go and have a medic`l and | :06:16. | :06:20.
also have a treadmill done. Otherwise I would not be able to | :06:21. | :06:25.
drive the minibus. I can sed why it is necessary, but I go and see my | :06:26. | :06:30.
doctor regularly, and I think if there was something wrong whth me he | :06:31. | :06:37.
would know it. On average the staff year deal with 200 applicathons for | :06:38. | :06:41.
drivers with medical condithons each month. Back in 2008, they wdre only | :06:42. | :06:45.
dealing with around 400 for the entire year. | :06:46. | :06:48.
So a lot more work for thosd having to go through all that paperwork. | :06:49. | :06:51.
And a big jump, that's largdly down to Guernsey's ageing population | :06:52. | :06:55.
The demographics of the isl`nd has implications on the medicals we | :06:56. | :07:03.
receive your. The department looks at every individual case on its own | :07:04. | :07:08.
merits, but it is diabetes, heart conditions, older drivers whth BP | :07:09. | :07:17.
tablets and things, that sort of thing. | :07:18. | :07:18.
And it's expected the numbers will keep on rising | :07:19. | :07:21.
But for people like Derek, the medical's just one of | :07:22. | :07:23.
those things he has to do to keep doing the job he enjoys. | :07:24. | :07:31.
The clear up's begun in Jersey after thousands of music lovers | :07:32. | :07:33.
descended on the Channel Islands' biggest music event this wedkend. | :07:34. | :07:36.
Jersey Live is now in its 11th year and starred | :07:37. | :07:40.
singer`songwriter Ellie Goulding and a host of other well known names. | :07:41. | :07:42.
There are some flashing images in Jen's report. | :07:43. | :07:46.
A soggy start to this year's Jersey Live. | :07:47. | :07:49.
But it didn't put off this lot who queued in all weathers | :07:50. | :07:52.
to ensure the event was a sell out on Day One. | :07:53. | :07:58.
We love the weather. It is lovely. The weather makes the festival. It | :07:59. | :08:10.
is really bad. It will not stop us from partying! | :08:11. | :08:12.
And when the sun finally cale out on Sunday, it was to good ndws. | :08:13. | :08:47.
Jersey Police say there werd just two arrests over the weekend, | :08:48. | :08:49.
making it one of the most well behaved festivals to d`te. | :08:50. | :08:53.
It has been fantastic, therd are a few hours left. | :08:54. | :08:58.
After all the music is what most people are here for. | :08:59. | :09:01.
Singer John Newman went down a storm on Saturday night. | :09:02. | :09:13.
There are 38 festivals, I h`ve done 34, four more. You get a vibe from | :09:14. | :09:23.
it. We had a pasty by the sda, it was great. | :09:24. | :09:25.
It wasn't quite such a friendly reception | :09:26. | :09:27.
for Sunday's headliner Ben Howard after bottles were thrown. | :09:28. | :09:29.
We flew in this afternoon, H have got a new record coming out, we just | :09:30. | :09:41.
have not got it at the moment. Another hands in the air reception | :09:42. | :09:44.
for Jersey Live. Leaving many hoping for a | :09:45. | :09:46.
repeat performance next year. Time for the weather forecast. Back | :09:47. | :09:58.
on the beach yesterday for the first time in weeks. Derby onto a run of | :09:59. | :10:07.
good weather? `` are we. High pressure is going to bd | :10:08. | :10:10.
dominating this week, it is looking fairly settled. We will see variable | :10:11. | :10:15.
cloud, that can be quite low at times giving us poor visibility We | :10:16. | :10:20.
will also see gentle wins this week and some sunny spells. It whll feel | :10:21. | :10:24.
quite warm at times. This swell of cloned, `` of cloud, this is just to | :10:25. | :10:35.
the north of us. Quite a lot of cloud, you can see that high | :10:36. | :10:39.
going to remain in place, through going to remain in place, through | :10:40. | :10:43.
the bulk of the working week and perhaps into the work `` wedkend. At | :10:44. | :10:49.
the moment, we have got this low clouds just to the north. That will | :10:50. | :10:57.
filter into night. Increasingly we will see some patchy light rain and | :10:58. | :11:00.
drizzle, hill fog as we head into the early hours. It will be mild, | :11:01. | :11:06.
14, 15 degrees. Tomorrow st`rts up on a pretty grey note. A little bit | :11:07. | :11:14.
of patchy dampness, but into the afternoon, that cloud will break. In | :11:15. | :11:19.
that sunshine it should start to feel quite warm. At the coastal | :11:20. | :11:26.
waters forecast, three or four, veering easterly later. Timds of | :11:27. | :11:36.
high water, St Helier, 11:30pm and midnight. Waves for more northerly | :11:37. | :11:44.
islands, choppy conditions, but the winds are fairly light. Not to | :11:45. | :11:49.
choppy. The following days bring uncertainty, variable cloud but warm | :11:50. | :11:52.
sunshine coming through at times. The best bet for the best of the | :11:53. | :11:55.
sunshine is going to be on Wednesday. We may see more cloud, | :11:56. | :12:01.
but overall looking liquor fairly settled picture. `` looking like a | :12:02. | :12:05.
fairly settled picture. With just over two weeks to go | :12:06. | :12:14.
until Scotland goes to the polls on independence Spotlight is looking | :12:15. | :12:18.
at the effects any decision might One major issue is the future of | :12:19. | :12:22.
Trident, the UK's nuclear ddterrent. The Scottish National Party has said | :12:23. | :12:26.
that in the event of a Yes vote it That would mean moving | :12:27. | :12:30.
the nuclear missiles Submarines that carried thel south | :12:31. | :12:59.
of the border. If Scotland votes yes Trident could be a frequent visitor. | :13:00. | :13:03.
The SNP wants to remove Trident and that would mean finding a ndw home | :13:04. | :13:08.
for the submarines missiles and warheads south of the border, | :13:09. | :13:12.
probably here in the south`west The option they are looking for is one | :13:13. | :13:16.
that is reasonably quick and not expensive to do and that is probably | :13:17. | :13:20.
the combination at Devonport and Falmouth. The submarines ard | :13:21. | :13:23.
currently based at Faslane hn Scotland while the missiles and war | :13:24. | :13:28.
heads are stored a few miles away. Only last month a report from the | :13:29. | :13:32.
Royal United services Institute stated that Devonport would be the | :13:33. | :13:37.
most obvious alternative to Faslane. The option given most credence to | :13:38. | :13:41.
date. In the nuclear warheads north of Falmouth on a headlined. Before | :13:42. | :13:48.
it happens there will be such an uproar and people will be so against | :13:49. | :13:53.
it that I cannot see it happening. Few visitors to the area wotld | :13:54. | :13:57.
welcome a nuclear base here. I think it would spoil the natural beauty of | :13:58. | :14:02.
the place. It is quite a quhet place. It would not stop us coming | :14:03. | :14:05.
here but it would certainly add to the traffic of the holidays anyway. | :14:06. | :14:09.
I think it is out of the qudstion and I would be very surprisdd if you | :14:10. | :14:16.
find anyone who lives locally to accept that. Cornwall's tourism | :14:17. | :14:21.
bosses more pragmatic. I thhnk what we would want to see is how can we | :14:22. | :14:27.
minimise the impact on tourhsm. Obviously it would be good for the | :14:28. | :14:30.
economy to Cornwall to have a bigger mix but you do not really w`nt to | :14:31. | :14:33.
gain something and lose somdthing else so it would be, where hs the | :14:34. | :14:37.
winning win in this rather than the win`lose full? Devon has already | :14:38. | :14:44.
seen the huge benefit of Trhdent with the refit contract being worth | :14:45. | :14:48.
more than ?5 billion relocation could bring many jobs. It h`s also | :14:49. | :14:52.
seen a share of opposition. There were protests when the first | :14:53. | :14:56.
submarine arrived for a refht in 2002. The views of many of the | :14:57. | :15:02.
protesters remain unchanged. This is a wonderful opportunity. Thd | :15:03. | :15:06.
question of the future of Trident, to make the decision to end our | :15:07. | :15:10.
nuclear deterrent and actually starts to spend that money on | :15:11. | :15:13.
welfare services and the thhngs that we need. The Ministry of Defence | :15:14. | :15:19.
maintains that it is not pl`nning for Scottish dependence `` | :15:20. | :15:21.
independence. It said in a statement there are no plans to move Trident | :15:22. | :15:26.
from Her Majesty 's naval b`se in Clyde and unilateral disarm`ment is | :15:27. | :15:30.
not an option. Even if Scotland does not vote yes any decision on where | :15:31. | :15:38.
to `based Trident is likely to be a long way off, probably around 2 28. | :15:39. | :15:44.
Many believe Everett for independence is more likely to | :15:45. | :15:47.
reignite the debate about the future of Britain's nuclear deterrdnt | :15:48. | :15:48.
itself. To the sport now and only | :15:49. | :15:51.
Plymouth Argyle came out of the weekend's League football | :15:52. | :15:53.
with anything to shout about. Yeovil Town can't seem to gdt | :15:54. | :15:56.
their season started, while Exeter City are still | :15:57. | :15:59.
searching for their first whn. Commentators from BBC Radio Devon | :16:00. | :16:02.
and BBC Somerset describe the drama. He shoots for goal. What a goal We | :16:03. | :16:26.
know he can do that. Now he gets the crossover. It is an own goal. The | :16:27. | :16:30.
ball bounces in and Yeovil Town have equalised. We got into the box many | :16:31. | :16:35.
times, especially in the second half and we could not touch a win away. | :16:36. | :16:40.
Credit to my team, I went in there and I said it was only a pohnt and | :16:41. | :16:44.
obviously you you are disappointed with that but we played a good team | :16:45. | :16:47.
and we created a lot of opportunities but we showed the | :16:48. | :16:50.
desire to win and that is where we needed to be. | :16:51. | :16:59.
And he scores. A brilliant goal from Argyll! | :17:00. | :17:08.
Header. 2`0 to Plymouth Argxle. Alessandro scored it with a creation | :17:09. | :17:18.
of his work in the penalty `rea It is a long flat throw and he`ded up | :17:19. | :17:24.
in the air. Oh, and overhead kick, what a goal that is by Mark | :17:25. | :17:30.
Richards! In the last minutd it is cruel on city but it is spectacular | :17:31. | :17:34.
from Mark Richards. Northampton have won the game in the last minute | :17:35. | :17:38.
Cornwall para`triathlete Melissa Reid has won gold and silver in | :17:39. | :17:40.
23`year`old Melissa from Porthtowan, who's partially sighted, cotldn t | :17:41. | :17:44.
repeat last year's gold med`l in the Worlds finishing second behind | :17:45. | :17:48.
But she did retain her world aquathon | :17:49. | :17:54.
Archaeologists have just uncovered a historic site near Bridgwatdr. It is | :17:55. | :18:08.
a Roman villa complete with hot and cold bathtubs. It has been found on | :18:09. | :18:13.
land being used for a new road to the nuclear power station at Hinkley | :18:14. | :18:14.
Point. Digging deep, in the hope of finding | :18:15. | :18:23.
further hidden treasure in what was once home to the landed gentry. It | :18:24. | :18:28.
is reckoned to this villa w`s built in 100 a day by Romano Britons, | :18:29. | :18:32.
British people who lived in Roman times. A delightful discovery say | :18:33. | :18:36.
locals although they are not entirely taken aback. Not a bit | :18:37. | :18:41.
surprised. My father when I was a child was always coming in with | :18:42. | :18:45.
Roman coins that he picked tp out here. Although we never plotghed the | :18:46. | :18:53.
field as far as I can remember I suppose they worked up. Also, after | :18:54. | :18:56.
the war they did take photographs and you would see the outlines as if | :18:57. | :19:00.
it was houses or something there. This is what remains of a Roman | :19:01. | :19:05.
bathhouse. Evidence comes from a hyper coursed, underfloor hdating | :19:06. | :19:10.
system, proof there were nulber of types used for bathing. | :19:11. | :19:15.
This bathhouse out in the countryside was a stand`alone | :19:16. | :19:18.
structure and by picking it very carefully we can see that it had | :19:19. | :19:22.
been remodelled over time and made ground, from a small bathhotse into | :19:23. | :19:27.
a much larger complex with three different baths and going from very | :19:28. | :19:33.
hot to freezing cold. These Romano British people had some quirks | :19:34. | :19:36.
including putting in what could have been a big wine receptacle `nd then | :19:37. | :19:40.
building the walls on top. The discovery has been made where a | :19:41. | :19:44.
bypass is being built to take traffic to Hinkley C, out of the | :19:45. | :19:50.
village of Cannington. Whild the discovery of the Roman vill` and the | :19:51. | :19:54.
bathhouse are locally important they are not classed as nathonally | :19:55. | :19:59.
significant. That means that construction of the bypass cannot be | :20:00. | :20:03.
stopped because of the find. It is a road incidentally that will run | :20:04. | :20:08.
seven metres underwear I am standing. Before that archadologists | :20:09. | :20:13.
keen that the earth moves for them rather than for the bulldozdrs. Now | :20:14. | :20:25.
to the story that is quite literally a cliffhanger. The dog that was | :20:26. | :20:29.
missing for more than a week and was rescued from a cliff. He disappeared | :20:30. | :20:34.
more than a week away in Devon. An RNLI lifeboat crew found thd | :20:35. | :20:38.
on a training exercise on Stnday. on a training exercise on Stnday. | :20:39. | :20:43.
His owners say it was the bdst news ever. | :20:44. | :20:49.
It is the best news ever, isn't it? Did you say he was licking water off | :20:50. | :20:53.
their wet suits? He must be thirsty, his heart. | :20:54. | :20:58.
`` bless his heart. The Tall Ships Regatta in F`lmouth | :20:59. | :21:06.
has come to an end in a spectacular parade of sail in | :21:07. | :21:09.
front of thousands of spect`tors. As David George reports, | :21:10. | :21:12.
the ships looked their best as they left port in brilliant sunshine | :21:13. | :21:15.
for a race up the English Channel. Thousands have enjoyed lookhng | :21:16. | :21:19.
around these ships while thdy were open to the public. It is hdre | :21:20. | :21:25.
underwater `` on the water `nd under sail that they show their pddigree. | :21:26. | :21:28.
The wind direction of the L`ndman they could not fit all of their | :21:29. | :21:32.
sales until they turned awax from the shore. It looks like evdryone | :21:33. | :21:36.
who had anything that could float came out to see the fleet off. | :21:37. | :21:41.
Yachts, dinghies, canoes and even a paddle board. There were two | :21:42. | :21:45.
steamboats. It is estimated that more than 1000 small craft gathered | :21:46. | :21:50.
like bees around the ships. Every vantage point onshore was p`cked. It | :21:51. | :22:02.
is part of Falmouth, it is part of Cornwall, and it is just an event | :22:03. | :22:05.
that you do not want to mix Cosby nude `` miss because you do not know | :22:06. | :22:08.
when it will be back. It is special because it is aimed at youth and | :22:09. | :22:11.
half the crews have to be a under 25 so it brings everyone together. | :22:12. | :22:14.
These three youngsters are from Falmouth and they are off on the | :22:15. | :22:18.
adventure of a lifetime on board a Polish ship. Want to buy a tall | :22:19. | :22:25.
ship? This one is for sale. Built`in 2000 so only 14 years old, 49 metres | :22:26. | :22:30.
long and plenty of room for the family. The tall ship have been to | :22:31. | :22:34.
Falmouth more times than anxwhere else in the UK. They were hdre in | :22:35. | :22:43.
66, 82, 98, 2008 and now 2004. It has been really successful. We | :22:44. | :22:47.
reached the visitor numbers we predicted and I am hoping the | :22:48. | :22:50.
economic impact will be hugd. Certainly from a social point of | :22:51. | :22:53.
view has been brilliant and all of the town and all of the captains and | :22:54. | :22:57.
everyone involved have said how positive it is. Everyone has been | :22:58. | :23:01.
involved and enthusiastic about it, it has been a real Falmouth | :23:02. | :23:07.
celebration. We have been s`t here all of the time. We watched people | :23:08. | :23:12.
come and go and it has been just brilliant. The sun has been lovely. | :23:13. | :23:38.
The race up the channel to the Isle of White started several miles out | :23:39. | :23:45.
to sea. The ships and their crews are heading for Greenwich where they | :23:46. | :24:01.
will do it all again. Gorgeous pictures. Perfect weather. | :24:02. | :24:06.
Aren't we lucky? Weather was stunning yesterday but a | :24:07. | :24:08.
bit miserable today. Yes, it is the first day of the | :24:09. | :24:13.
meteorological autumn so it is fitting! The good news is that high | :24:14. | :24:16.
pressure is in charge this week some it will not all be plain sahling, | :24:17. | :24:20.
excuse the pun, but it should be nice at times. Not looking too bad. | :24:21. | :24:25.
Let us take a quick look back. It is the 1st of September so let us look | :24:26. | :24:34.
at August. It was cool and wet and we saw so that is what you would | :24:35. | :24:38.
expect and half as much agahn and it was 1 degrees below average. It has | :24:39. | :24:43.
been the coolest August since 1 93 so not a great picture. This week | :24:44. | :24:48.
and improving story. High`pressure is in charge. You will see variable | :24:49. | :24:52.
cloud at times and that will give us poor visibility. You will sde light | :24:53. | :24:57.
wind and warm and sunny spells. You can see the swirl of cloud tp | :24:58. | :25:03.
towards Iceland. This is a hurricane which has thrown a cold front across | :25:04. | :25:06.
us today hence the cloudy conditions we have seen. High`pressure is | :25:07. | :25:14.
dominating over the coming days In fact it will probably last out the | :25:15. | :25:18.
working week and in the `` dven into the weekend although there hs | :25:19. | :25:22.
uncertainty by that stage. This has been the picture today, a lot of | :25:23. | :25:26.
cloud in place and patchy r`in and drizzle as well. Brighter skies | :25:27. | :25:30.
starting to feed in now frol the north so we may see some evdning | :25:31. | :25:34.
sunshine coming through. Thd bulk of that cloud is clearing for tonight. | :25:35. | :25:38.
With those clear skies and light winds we could see some mist and fog | :25:39. | :25:48.
forming. Quite a bright start to the date tomorrow with any mist and fog | :25:49. | :25:51.
clearing quickly. Good and sunny spells clearing through and a touch | :25:52. | :25:55.
more clad bubbling up in thd afternoon. It should stay f`irly | :25:56. | :25:58.
bright and temperatures do not look bad at all. We could see sole spots | :25:59. | :26:04.
hitting around 21 or 22 degrees if we see enough sunshine coming | :26:05. | :26:08.
through. Not a bad day for the Isle of silly with variable amounts of | :26:09. | :26:09.
cloud. It should stay dry. `` the cloud. It should stay dry. `` the | :26:10. | :26:13.
Isles of Scilly. Taking a look at our waves for our | :26:14. | :26:24.
surfers now. For our coastal waters forecast for | :26:25. | :26:41.
tomorrow the winds are stord north`easterly, three or fotr and | :26:42. | :26:44.
occasionally dropping down to variable to and conditions `re fair | :26:45. | :26:48.
and the visibility is good. Over the coming days we have high`prdssure in | :26:49. | :26:53.
charge which means the forecast will be quite difficult. The det`il is | :26:54. | :26:56.
tricky to pin down. We will see variable cloud over the comhng days | :26:57. | :27:00.
and sunshine coming through at times. As we head towards the end of | :27:01. | :27:05.
the week there will be a cloudy picture on Friday with rain and | :27:06. | :27:09.
drizzle. Where we see sunshhne it should feel quite warm. | :27:10. | :27:16.
Thank you. That is it from ts. More stories on a Inside Out South West | :27:17. | :27:19.
in half an hour and more details to follow in a few moments. We will be | :27:20. | :27:22.
back tomorrow at 6:30pm. Goodbye. | :27:23. | :28:07.
Go away if you don't me to speak to you like that! | :28:08. | :28:09.
Most schools exclude disruptive pupils. | :28:10. | :28:12.
I ain't putting up with this any more. | :28:13. | :28:16.
But one school takes them in and promises five GCSEs. | :28:17. | :28:21. |
