The Mayor's plans for London to become

the electric-car-capital of Europe appear to be faltering as only

a tiny percentage of Londoners have been found to have changed their

Boris Johnson said he wanted to have 100,000 electric cars

in the city but currently only % of that target has been achieved.

The mayor promised to bring 100 000 electric vehicles onto London 's

roads. Five years on there were just 3000. At this car dealership, these
