A pub in the centre of Lurgan has been destroyed in an early morning

fire. The blaze at The Manhattan bar in Church Place has now been put out

by fire crews. Police are investigating how it started. Claire

Savage reports. Smoke was seen coming from the

Manhattan in Lurgan and the fire was so intense that the floors inside

collapsed. There is still a stench of smoke in the air and the building

was so badly damaged by the fire that the roads surrounding it will

remain closed off until tomorrow. Fire crews cannot complete the

search of the property until it is safe. We have to see if there were

people inside the building, and we took appropriate action in terms of

searching for those people who might have still been in the building. The

fire crews that were committed were forced back due

building. The manager of the bar has told the Fire Service he was the

last person in the building. We are assuming at the moment that the

premises are clear. The police say they are investigating the cause of

the fire and want anyone with any information

More than 30 cars have been vandalised in north Belfast. It

happened on a stretch of the Ballygomartin Road. Wing mirrors

were broken from the cars and the police say they possibly had been

kicked off. Some number plates were also ripped from vehicles. It's

thought that it happened in the early hours of this morning. A

22-year-old man has been arrested. The Tourism Minister Arlene Foster

has said she hopes direct flights between Belfast and Canada will

resume in the near future. Speaking on the Sunday Politics programme,

she said her department was working on attracting more major events to

Northern Ireland, but more direct flights into here were needed. The

Italian airline is coming soon, and we have the circuit of Ireland Rally

coming, and the North West 200. We have been concentrating on bringing

large-scale events to Northern Ireland -- and Northern Ireland. We

are delighted the Irish open is coming back at Royal County Down in

2015. So we have been spending a lot of time building up our events

strategy over the last period of time but we need direct flights in,

so that's why I spend a lot of time when I go out on trade missions

talking to the tourism sector, and I will do again, to push the number

one priority, which is Canada. We believe strongly that should be a

Canadian link again. There hasn't been for some time.

Golf, and Rory McIlroy has just finished his final round at the US

Masters in Augusta. He's carded a three-under-par 69 for the day

leaving him on even par for the tournament. Both he and Darren

Clarke are out of contention behind the leaders, Americans Bubba Watson

and Jordan Speeth. Clarke finished on 9-over after carding a final

round 76. Graeme McDowell made an early exit after failing to find his

touch on the famous Augusta greens. McIlroy birdied the 16th as he

targeted as high a finish as possible. I played well. You know,

I've driven the ball as well as I ever had. I'm driving the ball so

well and so long, and the most part straight and giving myself the

birdies. I'm just not making the parts that I need to, or that I

should. -- the parts. I have a couple of weeks to come back on the

tour with a little more confidence in the short game, and if the longer

game is there, it looks like it will be a good season.

In Gaelic Games, Derry are through to the Division One final of the

National Football League. They defeated Mayo by two points at Croke

Park this afternoon. Now with a look at the weather forecast for the week

ahead, here's Cecilia Daly. Not an awful lot of rain in the

forecast the week ahead, but we're not completely dry. But it looks

like at least to begin with we will get a couple of nice days. Tonight

the cloud will clear again meaning it will be quite chilly,

particularly as the winds ease away so in rural spots temperatures could

get quite low temperatures leading to frost on the grass. Chilly start

tomorrow, but not too long before it feels pleasant and a lot of dry and

bright through the day. Probably the best of the sunshine is in the

morning, and the breeze which has been gusty through the weekend will

be a lot lighter tomorrow. If we zoom out, or if you're travelling

south or across parts of Britain, find a everywhere across the UK and

Ireland. Still a gusty wind across the north and east of Scotland, so

showers here. The further south, the warmer the temperature and the

sunnier it will be. Although over parts of the Republic of Ireland and

Northern Ireland, some cloudy spells tomorrow. It should stay dry and

still quite bright, and as the breeze continues to ease down, you

will get brightness coming down and 14 will feel pleasant. Looking at

what is coming up the rest of the week, lovely datacom on Tuesday,

probably the warmest of the week. -- a lovely day to come. Cloud will

bringing spots of rain, mainly to the north and west. Many places will

stay dry and you will see why in a moment. On Tuesday, high-pressure

front go south, and there is rain for parts of Ireland. It will mean a

cloudy day and warmer sunnier weather. More cloud and bits and

pieces of rain across northern and western areas. A night start to the

week, chilly nights, cloudy on Wednesday and Thursday with a few
