48-year-old Mark Harbinson of Sheepwalk Road in Stoneyford

was arrested in the north of England yesterday.

He's charged with possession of a pistol and ammunition

with intent to endanger life as Colletta Smith reports.

Lisburn Magistrates Court heard today that police had searched

Mark Harbinson's farm on the 21st December after a tip off.

But Mr Harbinson wasn't in at the time and didn't come back

when he heard police were at his home.

They say he was given help to flee to Dublin where he stayed a few days

before getting the boat on to Holyhead and then trained to

Carlisle. He then stayed in a caravan behind an old friends has. .

had a kind of breakdown because at the time he was just coming to the

end of a licence period for a previous crime. A sexual offence

More rain in the forecast, I'm afraid. Low pressure continues to

dominate our weather. More rain moving in tomorrow. Rainfall warning

issue. Heavy rain at times tomorrow particularly in the east and this

could well lead to some flooding problems. Damp for a while tonight

but many places will dry up as it goes on and some clear skies likely,

too. Quite chilly with a risk of fog first thing on Sunday morning but it

should be a dry start before the rain arrives but once it sets in, it

is on for the rest of the day. River levels are exceptionally high. The

ground is extremely saturated so we have flooding issues. Tried towards

the north coast along the Antrim coast, as well. The rain moving from

the South West which means a wet start across the Republic of

Ireland. A broad swathe of rain brings several hours worth of wet

weather to many parts of England and Wales and eventually Scotland and an

amber rain warning has been issued for eastern Scotland. It will be

chilly and wet tomorrow afternoon in Northern Ireland. Strong winds on

the east coast with a risk of flooding in some places, especially

the east, but as we head back to the work for the first time this year on

Monday, it is looking drier as we look further into the week, the same

old weather. Still some rain to come.
