Good evening, the headlines on BBC Newsline - a murder inquiry begins | :00:12. | :00:15.
after a man's body is found in north Belfast. | :00:16. | :00:20.
Tough new alcohol guidelines say there's no such thing as a safe | :00:21. | :00:24.
I don't think the government telling us what we are going to do is going | :00:25. | :00:34.
to come into it. The Chief Medical Officer Michael | :00:35. | :00:36.
McBride will be with me in A leading Muslim at centre | :00:37. | :00:39.
of the court case against Pastor James McConnell speaks | :00:40. | :00:43.
out about the verdict. Also on the programme, | :00:44. | :00:45.
the County Armagh man whose new year We have come to Coney Island which | :00:46. | :01:00.
is half the size it normally is due to the rising levels of the loch. | :01:01. | :01:02.
has got off to a very happy, and wealthy start. | :01:03. | :01:11.
Can Ulster go closer to the knockout stages of the European cup. | :01:12. | :01:15.
And a chilly night to come with the chance of a widespread frost. | :01:16. | :01:18.
Staying cold through the weekend with bright spells and wintry | :01:19. | :01:20.
The man murdered in north Belfast last was 31-year-old Conor McKee. | :01:21. | :01:26.
The police have revealed his body was found by his mother. | :01:27. | :01:30.
It's still unclear how he died or who was behind his death. | :01:31. | :01:37.
Conor McKee's body was removed from the family home | :01:38. | :01:40.
He had been found by his mother in an upstairs bedroom at 10:30. | :01:41. | :01:49.
This was a particularly brutal murder, and the more dramatic | :01:50. | :01:55.
for Conor's mother who found him, a tragedy for his family | :01:56. | :02:03.
31-year-old Conor McKee leaves behind two young | :02:04. | :02:10.
At this stage, police say they are keeping an open mind | :02:11. | :02:14.
about a motive for his killing but that one line | :02:15. | :02:17.
Connor was on bail from prison on drugs offences. | :02:18. | :02:22.
At this stage, we still don't know how this | :02:23. | :02:25.
A postmortem examination is due to be carried out | :02:26. | :02:29.
The police to want to hear from anyone who saw | :02:30. | :02:35.
a man in and around Conor's house at around 6:15 yesterday evening. | :02:36. | :02:40.
They want to hear from someone who has | :02:41. | :02:42.
I'm making a specific appeal to someone who | :02:43. | :02:48.
contacted police in the early hours of this morning. | :02:49. | :02:51.
I would ask that person as a matter of urgency to make contact | :02:52. | :02:54.
They have information that can assist our inquiry. | :02:55. | :03:01.
All day, the area around Conor McKee's home has been cordoned | :03:02. | :03:04.
off while the scene of his murder is examined. | :03:05. | :03:10.
Very sad that the young man in his 30s should be killed | :03:11. | :03:16.
It is something that has shocked everyone in the community | :03:17. | :03:21.
and something that must be rightly condemned by all people. | :03:22. | :03:25.
Forensic examinations at the family home are continuing this evening. | :03:26. | :03:29.
Police say the more information they get, the more likely it will be | :03:30. | :03:32.
New government guidance says there's no safe level when it comes | :03:33. | :03:42.
A new lower recommended limit has been set and for the first time it's | :03:43. | :03:48.
The guidance also says pregnant women should not take any alcohol. | :03:49. | :03:54.
I'll be talking to the chief medical officer shortly but first | :03:55. | :03:57.
Limits outlined today may surprise some who | :03:58. | :04:06.
consider themselves moderate drinkers. | :04:07. | :04:08.
The new guidelines are designed to discourage drinking | :04:09. | :04:11.
every day because scientific evidence points towards the harm it | :04:12. | :04:14.
Previously men could drink more than 14 units advised for women. | :04:15. | :04:24.
It equates roughly to seven glasses of wine, | :04:25. | :04:29.
six pints of beer or 15 single shots of spirits. | :04:30. | :04:34.
The new guidance now explicitly states that no alcohol should be | :04:35. | :04:38.
consumed during pregnancy and it pours cold water on suggestions that | :04:39. | :04:43.
drinking small amount of alcohol has health benefits. | :04:44. | :04:50.
In the media you will hear this where reports say, if you take some | :04:51. | :04:56.
wine, it could be good for your heart. That has never been the | :04:57. | :05:00.
medical operation -- position. The new guidance | :05:01. | :05:08.
reflects not only new sciences but changes in society | :05:09. | :05:09.
with two thirds of alcoholic drinks Sharing a bottle of wine between the | :05:10. | :05:23.
couple is probably now binge drinking for them because that would | :05:24. | :05:27.
be five units each and even if you did that a couple of times of Wake, | :05:28. | :05:30.
you are coming close to the maximum limit for the week. | :05:31. | :05:31.
They are unrealistic in terms of the drinking culture these days. People | :05:32. | :05:44.
look at what they eat a lot more these days, they are more health | :05:45. | :05:46.
conscious but when it comes to a night out, they will not limit | :05:47. | :05:52.
themselves to one drink. We are Irish so publicly drink more | :05:53. | :05:57.
than anybody else. 14 units and night might be a better guideline! | :05:58. | :06:05.
Everything in measure and quantity. You can say that about anything. I | :06:06. | :06:07.
think it's scaremongering. and drink them all in one go | :06:08. | :06:08.
and it's important to have The Chief Medical Officer | :06:09. | :06:14.
Michael McBride is with me. If there is no safe level, white | :06:15. | :06:29.
issue the guidance at all 14 units a week? Some people will choose to | :06:30. | :06:32.
drink and we have to that people might find it unacceptable risk so | :06:33. | :06:43.
it is losing about six months of life over a 50 year period. Some | :06:44. | :06:46.
people may say, I'm prepared to have that trade-off for what I regard to | :06:47. | :06:51.
be a pleasurable experience. If we put that in context, that is the | :06:52. | :06:55.
same impact as sitting watching one hour of television a day, eating to | :06:56. | :07:03.
begin but he's a week or a day for 50 years. It is about risk and | :07:04. | :07:07.
balance and the guidance is therefore people to look at and | :07:08. | :07:10.
think and then make their own informed decisions. It is a matter | :07:11. | :07:17.
of choice, it is measuring those units can be difficult for people. | :07:18. | :07:22.
One pint of strong lager can be a lot more in terms of units and a | :07:23. | :07:26.
normal lager and Wine Festival and strength so how do you measure? It | :07:27. | :07:31.
is the piece of work that we still have to do. We're putting this kind | :07:32. | :07:34.
is out for consultation until April. We're interested in the public 's | :07:35. | :07:39.
views about whether it is clear and concise and allows them to make a | :07:40. | :07:42.
clear decision but I agree, we still have a lot of work to do. You're | :07:43. | :07:48.
working with the public consultation but how do we translate units into | :07:49. | :07:53.
informing people how they can understand. Whatever way you do it, | :07:54. | :07:57.
it involves coalitions and they are quite complex. It depends on the | :07:58. | :08:02.
strength and it is not straightforward. A glass of wine can | :08:03. | :08:06.
be anything from two units up to 3.4. Especially if you're drinking | :08:07. | :08:12.
at home? What is 175 litres? Who knows what that is? Looking at this | :08:13. | :08:19.
in a wider perspective, the drinking Irish can have a positive and | :08:20. | :08:23.
negative connotation. How epidemic is our alcohol dependency? We have | :08:24. | :08:37.
something more drinking at lower levels. Fewer children are drinking | :08:38. | :08:41.
than ten years ago but it costs health service ?250 million a year. | :08:42. | :08:48.
That would pay for 30,000 hip replacements, 20,000 cardiac bypass | :08:49. | :08:54.
operations and apply borders. The impacts in terms of cirrhosis and | :08:55. | :09:02.
cancer, it causes 6% of all cancers. Also the impact on family numbers | :09:03. | :09:04.
that are affected in the communities. The cost for the | :09:05. | :09:08.
criminal Justice System, the impact of alcohol and are unhealthy | :09:09. | :09:12.
relationship with it here are very significant. If you are looking for | :09:13. | :09:17.
wholesale change, would you like to see the day when you don't advocate | :09:18. | :09:22.
smoking so you don't advocate drinking alcohol either? We are not | :09:23. | :09:27.
advocating drinking, or they are saying is, people need to make | :09:28. | :09:33.
informed choices. Even drinking 14 units a week, spread over more than | :09:34. | :09:37.
three days, carries with it now levels of risk. Women who drink that | :09:38. | :09:45.
amount of alcohol will still, we would still see 17 cases per 1,000 | :09:46. | :09:53.
cases of West Cancer -- breast cancer. Any amount of alcohol is | :09:54. | :09:59.
particularly increases the risk. This is the new evidence, the risk | :10:00. | :10:02.
associated with cancers is greater than we once thought and we haven't | :10:03. | :10:06.
looked at this evidence in over 20 years. If we are looking to change | :10:07. | :10:12.
habits, what part does a publican or supermarket play in changing our | :10:13. | :10:16.
habits, allowing as to make that happy choice? We have worked very | :10:17. | :10:21.
closely with the industry, we have taken 1 billion units of alcohol out | :10:22. | :10:27.
of the UK. We have worked closely with the trade here in Northern | :10:28. | :10:32.
Ireland and publicans in terms of training staff about not telling | :10:33. | :10:37.
people alcohol they are intoxicated and we have worked closely with big | :10:38. | :10:41.
supermarkets who are already putting calories on the side of drinks | :10:42. | :10:45.
bottles of wine. It is written to the alcohol we sell actually has the | :10:46. | :10:50.
units marked on the side. We need to do much, much more but we had a | :10:51. | :10:53.
collaboratively should ship. There is no one magic bullet to address | :10:54. | :10:58.
our and healthy relationship with alcohol. It is education, | :10:59. | :11:00.
legislation and guidance to the public. | :11:01. | :11:02.
You're watching BBC Newsline and there's plenty more to come, | :11:03. | :11:04.
including one of Shakespeare's best known comedies gives amateur actors | :11:05. | :11:12.
from Belfast the chance of a lifetime. | :11:13. | :11:23.
A prominent Muslim who was at the centre of the court case | :11:24. | :11:25.
against Pastor James McConnell has spoken for the first time | :11:26. | :11:28.
Dr Raied Al Wazzan told BBC Newsline's Mark Simpson that he has | :11:29. | :11:35.
no regrets about complaining to the police about the Pastor | :11:36. | :11:39.
Cleared on all charges. But Pastor McConnell may not have had to go to | :11:40. | :11:53.
court at all if it had not been for a complaint to the police from this | :11:54. | :11:58.
man. Dr Hadiza Bawa-Garba. So, does he now regret getting involved? | :11:59. | :12:03.
Absolutely not, I will do it again if somebody puts a Muslim community, | :12:04. | :12:10.
stereotyping them, I will definitely protect them. Here is the sermon | :12:11. | :12:14.
that Dr Hadiza Bawa-Garba and a number of others complained about. | :12:15. | :12:18.
People say there are good Muslims in Britain. That may be so but I don't | :12:19. | :12:25.
trust them. It's a huge implication and is it you don't trust all | :12:26. | :12:29.
Muslims, that was not acceptable for us because that has lots of | :12:30. | :12:35.
indications. We have lots of doctors, teachers working in this | :12:36. | :12:37.
country and if you don't trust them, that is going to create disc | :12:38. | :12:42.
relation against them. After his trial ended this week, Pastor | :12:43. | :12:46.
McConnell clarified what he had said about Muslims. I would do it again | :12:47. | :12:51.
but I would work differently I would be conscious that I was hurting | :12:52. | :12:58.
innocent Muslims. I think he has learned now about this experience. I | :12:59. | :13:02.
hope he will choose his words carefully. Now that the case is | :13:03. | :13:08.
over, would you meet customer,? Yes, I am willing to discuss him and talk | :13:09. | :13:14.
about these things. Would you shake his hand? If he wants to shake my | :13:15. | :13:21.
hand and he trusts me, I will shake his hand. The court case may now be | :13:22. | :13:26.
over but this might not be where the story ends. | :13:27. | :13:28.
A Sinn Fein Assembly Member has agreed to apologise and pay | :13:29. | :13:32.
compensation to the Ulster Unionist MP Tom Elliott over a defamatory | :13:33. | :13:36.
Phil Flanagan posted the message on Twitter two years ago | :13:37. | :13:41.
after Mr Elliott appeared on a BBC Radio programme. | :13:42. | :13:44.
The High Court was told that the Fermanagh-South Tyrone MP | :13:45. | :13:47.
has been fully vindicated and his reputation restored. | :13:48. | :13:55.
Phil Flanagan sent this tweet after hearing Tom Elliott | :13:56. | :13:57.
Within an hour, he deleted it but it was too late. | :13:58. | :14:01.
The tweet had already been seen by 167 Twitter users | :14:02. | :14:03.
Almost two years later, Phil Flanagan was in court to answer | :14:04. | :14:11.
Tom Elliott told the hearing that he served in the UDR for ten | :14:12. | :14:15.
He will now get an apology and compensation. | :14:16. | :14:25.
The apology must also be tweeted and aired, physical -- Phil Flanagan | :14:26. | :14:33.
must now accept that his tweet was untrue and wholly without | :14:34. | :14:35.
foundation. It must be posted for the end of today. | :14:36. | :14:37.
of compensation to be paid by Mr Flanagan. | :14:38. | :14:44.
The hearing was told that insurers are refusing to pay costs or | :14:45. | :14:53.
compensation in this case. That decision is now being challenged by | :14:54. | :14:56.
Phil Flanagan in a separate legal action. | :14:57. | :15:07.
Today we have spoken to a company which has lost 70,000 witnesses to | :15:08. | :15:14.
the waters of Loch May. Rivers agency which is responsible for | :15:15. | :15:17.
regular ten for what level there will appear before a storm and | :15:18. | :15:25.
emitting next week. At the place they call the ban is | :15:26. | :15:29.
that where the river runs into Loch me, it is beautiful but even on a | :15:30. | :15:33.
calm day, there is no concealing the chaos that rising waters have | :15:34. | :15:36.
caused. In the distance are huge tunnels, part of a horticulture | :15:37. | :15:41.
operation and by the Donnelly family. They grow lettuce with the | :15:42. | :15:45.
major supermarkets but they too have become victims of the waters. In | :15:46. | :15:53.
this huge tunnel closest to the river, 70,000 of them languish in | :15:54. | :15:56.
the waters, a loss to the company of thousands of pounds. They will have | :15:57. | :16:01.
to be thrown out now, there is no way they could survive that. It is a | :16:02. | :16:08.
complete write-off. All around the shore, the floodwaters are in | :16:09. | :16:14.
packing and communities. At nearby GAA ground, it is flooded. It has | :16:15. | :16:17.
not damaged the social club yet but it is a major inconvenience. With | :16:18. | :16:22.
regard to social members using the club, they just have not been able | :16:23. | :16:30.
to use it for this last or so. Today we got the chance to take to the | :16:31. | :16:35.
flooded river, the biggest in the British Isles. We are going to | :16:36. | :16:40.
deliver supplies to the warden of Coney Island who is marooned there. | :16:41. | :16:44.
The island is disappearing under his feed. You can see how much the water | :16:45. | :16:49.
has encroached onto the island here. Peter says and a good day, the art | :16:50. | :16:54.
nine acres of Coney Island but at the moment, there is half that. The | :16:55. | :16:59.
big problem is going to be the aftermath, the clean-up. A lot of | :17:00. | :17:03.
litter has come and in the wash and it has come well in. There is a lot | :17:04. | :17:11.
of litter and queueing up to do, some of it will be done in the | :17:12. | :17:14.
assembly on Tuesday when the Rivers agency is possible for the levels of | :17:15. | :17:19.
the lock will be asked some tough questions by MLAs. | :17:20. | :17:23.
A day-long security alert in Londonderry has ended | :17:24. | :17:26.
Some older people had to leave their homes overnight | :17:27. | :17:30.
after reports that a bomb had been left in the Southway area, | :17:31. | :17:32.
All the roads in the area have now re-opened. | :17:33. | :17:38.
Now, many people are dreaming of picking up this weekend's record | :17:39. | :17:41.
lottery jackpot but one County Armagh man's lottery dream | :17:42. | :17:45.
Ross Hearst has just won a whopping ?4 million on a scratchcard. | :17:46. | :18:02.
Ross is a man and one serious winning streak. ?20 in the previous | :18:03. | :18:13.
shop. Then I won another ?20 in another shop. Then I changed again | :18:14. | :18:20.
and won ?10, all in one day. The next day I exchanged it and that is | :18:21. | :18:28.
when I won the 4 million. You must have thought, I am so lucky winning | :18:29. | :18:34.
50 quid? He didn't tell me! I couldn't really keep it under my | :18:35. | :18:38.
hat! The Butler scratchcard in this lurking shop. It was the last one in | :18:39. | :18:44.
the screen in the shop. There were no more scratchcards. I was going to | :18:45. | :18:48.
get something to eat and I turned and said, no, I will exchange the | :18:49. | :18:56.
one from before. What a boost for a couple expecting their first baby in | :18:57. | :18:57.
April! 2016 marks the 400th anniversary | :18:58. | :19:04.
of the death of the playwright And that means that some amateur | :19:05. | :19:08.
actors from Belfast are getting By day she is a human | :19:09. | :19:12.
resources administrator. But an amateur actor | :19:13. | :19:25.
Maggie Gorman has now been cast by the Royal Shakespeare Company | :19:26. | :19:28.
to star in the production I think it's the biggest opportunity | :19:29. | :19:42.
we are ever going to get. I just like the slow pace of amateur | :19:43. | :19:45.
dramatics and this is one big chance to bring some real excitement into | :19:46. | :19:48.
it and some real professionalism. Players who will act | :19:49. | :19:49.
with professionals and they are also getting specialist help | :19:50. | :19:54.
to rehearse the parts. Some actors have said that it is a | :19:55. | :20:06.
deathbed moment, the moment you remember the birth of your children, | :20:07. | :20:11.
your wedding day and the moment you played bottom and the RSC stage in a | :20:12. | :20:15.
Midsummer nights dream! a story of love, mischief | :20:16. | :20:17.
and fairies in an enchanted forest. The Belfast amateurs | :20:18. | :20:21.
have some of the most important roles in this | :20:22. | :20:27.
year's production. It is sometimes difficult to get on | :20:28. | :20:39.
with your day job because you think, blimey in five months' time, I will | :20:40. | :20:43.
be acting with the Royal Shakespeare Company. How could that happen! | :20:44. | :20:45.
spartan rehearsal studio in May to perform alongside | :20:46. | :20:49.
Then they take the stage at the home of the RSC in Stratford-upon-Avon. | :20:50. | :20:54.
For them, 2016 really is set to be a dream year. | :20:55. | :21:02.
And it's important weekend for Ulster's rugby players. | :21:03. | :21:07.
They return to European action with a trip to France this Sunday. | :21:08. | :21:11.
For the Champions Cup match away to Oyonnax. | :21:12. | :21:14.
Director of rugby Les Kiss has made eight changes to the side | :21:15. | :21:17.
Some key players are rested but Craig Gilroy | :21:18. | :21:21.
Captain Rory Best is included - and says despite defeat in the last | :21:22. | :21:26.
game Ulster's confidence hasn't been dented. | :21:27. | :21:34.
It will be a very imposing atmosphere and it will be a very | :21:35. | :21:41.
physical game. I think for us, it's important that we just stick to what | :21:42. | :21:44.
has been working well for us and that has been our accuracy. At the | :21:45. | :21:49.
Munster game, we had a really good run of games where we just kept the | :21:50. | :21:52.
ball. We did not give it back cheaply and because teams a lot of | :21:53. | :21:56.
pressure. We need to continue to do that this Sunday. There is pressure | :21:57. | :22:00.
on us, which is good in that we have to go there and when everyone to | :22:01. | :22:02.
stay alive in Europe. It's the fifth round of local | :22:03. | :22:03.
football's Irish Cup tomorrow. There are the 16 ties in all | :22:04. | :22:06.
and a chance for many of our smaller clubs to take on the more | :22:07. | :22:09.
established teams. Nial Foster has been to one club | :22:10. | :22:11.
which has plenty of form When you think of Holland in both, | :22:12. | :22:22.
you might think of Samson and Goliath but there is a football club | :22:23. | :22:26.
named after the famous yard and in recent years, the welders have | :22:27. | :22:37.
become Irish cup giant killers. The championship that Glenavon added the | :22:38. | :22:42.
season with the help of an Irish league veteran. They are a | :22:43. | :22:46.
premiership side and we will always be the underdogs but they will get | :22:47. | :22:51.
them down at our place and we will give it our best shot. If we get a | :22:52. | :22:55.
win, brilliant, but it's the biggest rock you can win in this country so | :22:56. | :23:00.
decides to progress as best you can. The East Belfast side one Steel and | :23:01. | :23:05.
Sons Cup on Christmas Day and the 26 goals to his name already this | :23:06. | :23:09.
season, the star striker is aiming for more success. We were on a high | :23:10. | :23:23.
but there are other players who are thinking we have won something but | :23:24. | :23:28.
we want to win more. We're history. Even now, we need to knuckle down | :23:29. | :23:35.
and keep progressing. We have 126 already so obviously a lot of people | :23:36. | :23:41.
know that I am aiming for 100 by the end of the year but it is about | :23:42. | :23:50.
winning matches and trophies. They already know the lyrics, could | :23:51. | :23:55.
welders be singing again on cup final day in May? | :23:56. | :23:58.
The second round of matches in the Gaelic Football's Bank | :23:59. | :24:01.
of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup continue this Sunday. | :24:02. | :24:03.
For one manager it's a return to familiar territory. | :24:04. | :24:06.
Pete McGrath takes on Down - a county he led to two All Ireland | :24:07. | :24:10.
titles - with his Fermanagh side looking to build | :24:11. | :24:13.
History shows that in recent times, when Fermanagh have held a | :24:14. | :24:26.
successful season, it was always followed by a depth. We are | :24:27. | :24:31.
determined not to let that happen into the 16. Expectations are higher | :24:32. | :24:35.
than last year and the McKenna Cup has been used to get us ready for | :24:36. | :24:38.
the campaign but we are looking forward to the challenges that lie | :24:39. | :24:39.
ahead. Northern Ireland's junior world | :24:40. | :24:40.
golfing champion has returned home from America - after winning another | :24:41. | :24:43.
prestigious tournament. 13-year-old Tom McKibbin won | :24:44. | :24:45.
the Junior Hobnda Classic in Florida, as well as coming second | :24:46. | :24:48.
in two other events. He called into see us and to show | :24:49. | :24:51.
us his new trophies. Really happy because I have played | :24:52. | :25:02.
it three times and I have come second and third the other two times | :25:03. | :25:07.
in the first year I played, Rory won it. Tell us how you want it. Eight | :25:08. | :25:15.
birdies on the first day. Birdie after birdie after birdie! It feels | :25:16. | :25:20.
great to be able to win the big one Sunday after winning the junior one | :25:21. | :25:26.
that is the exact same. It's just great. | :25:27. | :25:33.
The weather is next. There has been a real chill in the | :25:34. | :25:42.
air today as we had overnight there is a risk of frost. We might see | :25:43. | :25:47.
some icy patches appearing on untreated roads particularly in the | :25:48. | :25:52.
West. Overnight, we have a band of rain moving across Ireland and that | :25:53. | :25:57.
will introduce showers across the Irish Sea coast. Maybe falling as | :25:58. | :26:02.
Hale or sleep or snow of the more mountains. Into the weekend we will | :26:03. | :26:06.
keep the cold feeler to our weather and the wintry showers will never be | :26:07. | :26:12.
too far away. Those showers could be quite heavy at times and falling as | :26:13. | :26:17.
sleet and snow as they hit higher ground. If you are out and about, | :26:18. | :26:20.
you will really notice the temperatures. Really pretty chilly | :26:21. | :26:26.
feeling to the day. It says six and seven but I think five is more | :26:27. | :26:30.
likely to do wrap up if you're heading out. Saturday night and into | :26:31. | :26:36.
Sunday, is going to be another cool night. Because there is more cloud | :26:37. | :26:40.
cover, temperatures will not drop down quite as low as they will | :26:41. | :26:43.
tonight and not as low as they did last night. The risk of a frost is | :26:44. | :26:50.
reduced as we head into Sunday morning. Sunday, we keep that | :26:51. | :26:53.
similar feeler. It's going to be another wintry day, perhaps more in | :26:54. | :26:57.
the ways of brightness as we go through the day so the chance of | :26:58. | :27:00.
seeing some brighter skies between those showers. It's not going to | :27:01. | :27:05.
happen impact on the temperatures, again, a pretty chilly but the day | :27:06. | :27:12.
it just four or 5 degrees. Have had this low pressure stalled over us | :27:13. | :27:15.
for the past few days and as it disappears, see how tightly packed | :27:16. | :27:19.
those at the which means the winds will pick up and we will draw colder | :27:20. | :27:23.
air out of the north and that will start to make its presence felt as | :27:24. | :27:27.
we go through the week. Still a cool start to the week but as we head | :27:28. | :27:31.
into the middle of next week, temperatures will drop away and it | :27:32. | :27:34.
looks like winter will finally start to feel like winter! | :27:35. | :27:41.
We don't have a national dress in Northern Ireland. Oh, we do, yes. | :27:42. | :27:49.
We don't have a national dress in Northern Ireland. Oh, we do, yes. | :27:50. | :27:56.
A wee skirt or trousers and a green blouse. | :27:57. | :28:00. |
