Police have arrested a second man in connection with the murder

Anthony McErlain's body was found in a flat in the town last night.

A 33-year-old man was arrested earlier, and a short time ago

police said they had also arrested a 50-year-old man

Kevin Sharkey was in Ballycastle today.

A heinous crime. That is what we said they were investigating. And

they McErlain was 48 and was then a neighbour's flat yesterday evening.

Something happened while he was there, and before the end of the day

he was dead. He came to visit his friend.

And he didn't have far to travel, the victim left the last days of his

life in this light, and lost his life just around the corner.

And same McErlain was known to many around this coastal town, including

a former school classmate. Just a lovely character. Wouldn't

have passed you in the street without speaking. Always had a wave

and a smile. The last time I saw him, we were chatting about the old

days. The police are trained to find out

more details of Anthony McErlain's last time alive. Particularly around

the spot at half past 8pm last night. Frantic teams have spent the

whole day carrying out examinations. It is not sure how many people were

an awful murderer. Today a community and a family

having to deal with the devastation of murder.

morning I wasn't sure it was too bad, because the last couple of

times the trees came down, but they go there are some down today.

At its height, 18,000 homes and businesses were without electricity.

And the storm gave one pet rabbit in Omagh a bit of a hare-raising

adventure after his hutch was blown onto the roof of a care home.

What's up Doc? Bumper of the bunny has become something of a sensation

after his a board antics. He normally has four paws firmly on the

ground at Leeds, a care home for adults with mental issues. It high

winds from strong Gertrude blew him into the air and he ended up on the

roof, which gave a shock to this man who feeds and cares for Bumper.

It lifted the run and blew it over the henhouse. I found the rabbit

halfway up the roads this morning. When the Fire Brigade was called, at

first they thought it was a hoax. But when crew from Bravo Watch in

Omagh arrived, they found Bumper on the roof. With the help of a carrot,

he was caught and brought to safety. Residents at Woodbank House are

grateful for the rescue. We love all the rabbits, if we lost

any of them it would be like losing a member of the family. All of us

here at Woodbank House are a family. No Bumper and his hutch mate Thumper

I safe and sound. They will be hoping their flying days are over.

There were long delays leaving Belfast today

A lorry overturned causing tailbacks onto the Westlink,

tomorrow. We could still see gusts of up to 65 mph. Added to that, we

now have snow and ice as well. Tomorrow, frequent showers of sleet

and snow. It becomes icy. Given the strength of the winds, we could get

some many blizzard conditions of the hills. Tomorrow, strong, gusty winds

and we have sleet and snow showers to come. By tomorrow morning quite a

few of us could see a covering of sleet and snow. Plenty of snow

showers piling into Scotland on the strong when is, blizzard conditions

here as well. For Northern England into the republic of Highland,

someone true showers here too, it could become snow. It could trickle

across the Midlands as well. Many parts across here remaining dry and
