The Executive is considering scrapping plans

because of uncertainty about UK public spending

I think we need to have a one-year budget.

I would have rather looked ahead and done a three-year budget to 2020

but there is so much uncertainty in the air -

the statements made by Mr Osborne before he exited

office, that I think the prudent way forward

for us in the Executive is to have a one-year budget.

A man in his 40s has died

in a two-car collision in Londonderry.

Thousands of pilgrims gathered in Rome today to

see her proclaimed a saint at a ceremony in the Vatican.

her contribution to this area at a sculpture

which was rededicated in her honour.

You mention her name, you know she has done something

Like, she really cared and she brought happiness to us all

in a time of war, as those riots were all here.

Also at today's service was a priest who helped

bring Mother Teresa to Belfast in 1971.

When the people saw that she was in the church,

Needless to say because they recognised her at once.

But after the Mass, the people took hold of her.

They brought her round the district and talked to her.

Mother Teresa's order, the Sisters of Charity, have

been invited back to Ballymurphy later this month for

Northern Ireland drew 0-0 with the Czech Republic

of their World Cup qualifying campaign tonight.

They earn a point in Group C, but, in the first match

since reaching the Knockout stages of Euro 2016,

Michael O'Neill's side failed to reach those heights.

Good evening. We have some warmer air heading for this week, but not

before we get some overnight rain tonight. Once that clears out of the

way, not an awful lot of rain in the forecast until later in the week. It

will often quite cloudy that it should brighten up at times, and, as

I mentioned, turning warmer. But a breezy and wet nights developing for

many. Heavy bursts, perhaps more towards the southern counties. It

will also feel mild and money. Temperatures of around 12 - 14

Celsius. Things will eventually improve tomorrow. Drying and

brightening throughout the day, but a bit of a dull, misty start, with

further spells of rain and drizzle. They will either way, and the breeze

will as well. Into the afternoon, as we head towards it, things are

drying up and brightening across the Republic. That rain hits off towards

Central, western Scotland, north-west England, Wales and parts

of the South as well. Very misty and murky, some sea fog

around. A dry afternoon for Northern Ireland. We are hopeful the cloud

will lessen that will brighten up at times, with a few glimmers of

sunshine. Those temperatures are rising as well, getting up to 22

degrees. Tuesday, we do have a weak weather front pushing across Ireland

into southern Scotland. That could bring patchy rain, not a lot. In

behind that, we started to drag on those southerly winds and they're

bringing warm air from the continent, and it looks as though it

is going to be staying with as at least until the middle part of the

week. On Tuesday, for Ireland, southern Scotland, we have some

cloudy conditions. Bits and pieces of rain not emerging to equate to

hack great deal. Bright and breezy but the south is warm and humid. A

lot of cloud, but some bright spells. Maybe more on Wednesday,

when it gets even hotter in the south. That rain pushing towards the

north in Scotland, turning mainly dry across Northern Ireland and

southern Scotland. Things become unsettled later on Thursday. Until
