A report into the death of ` baby in Oxfordshire has found

The one`year`old was found dead at her home in May last year.

A criminal investigation into the case is still underway

Adina Campbell has been following the story ` and explained

The child ` named simply as Child N in this report `

The report states it is likdly the one`year`old's mother was ilplicated

Although not named by the Oxfordshire Safeguarding

Board ` who carried out the report ` The BBC understands the inf`nt at

Police were called to a property in Bicester last May. Shortly

afterwards they announced they were treating Sara's death as murder

Sarah's mother ` Angela Whitworth ` was named by police as a suspect.

She left the country and travelled to Kenya.

Police have been trying to track her down her through Interpol.

And what do we know about the report itself?

Well, it insists the death of Child N was neither

"predictable nor preventabld" ` but a sad case of a child who died

It does however say there wdre some minor areas of concern.

One of them being a referral involving the chhld being

It says that should've been investigated.

It also says claims of domestic abuse ` although never provdd `

The report also adds inform`tion could have been better shardd

There is always the benefit of hindsight,

looking back to see if things could have been done differently.

And this was an unusual casd and the findings found that, evdn with

the benefit of hindsight, it was difficult to have ever predhcted or

worked in a different way to have prevented the death of this child.

It's also important to make one more thing clear `

there was no evidence to suggest Child N's father was involvdd in any

way in the death ` and the criminal investigation is still ongohng.

South Central Ambulance says its vehicles have been involved

in more than 240 accidents on the roads in the last five xears.

The figures show ambulances had more accidents than rapid rdsponse

The service is urging motorhsts to slow down and stop if they say

housing delivery, some of that employment land may now comd under

pressure for shifting into residential land.

100 new homes are expected built in the town every year

This land's been set aside for the next stage of the Khngsmere

New allotments, play facilities a second primary school.

And even a community woodland for neighbouring Chesterton.

Those responsible for Bicester's growth, say ?1 billion worth

of public and private investment will support its transformation

Now we are bringing forward employment space, we are brhnging

forward a wonderful town centre We are bringing forward the recreation

facilities, education that `ll helps to complement Bicester as a town.

As more people like the Days move to the area, getting

the right balance of housing, jobs and infrastructure will be key

In Angus's particular case he required pretty rapid anaesthesia

and intubation, and several drugs to keep his heart beating harddr

and faster so that is the interventions we undertook on him.

We got there in about 13 minutes from here once we were taskdd

and we were able to offer those almost immediately when we `rrived.

Angus MacPherson is now recovering and back at work two days a week.

Firmly focused on the job, but now with first`hand expdrience

of the vital work of the other emergency servhces
