It follows the dawn raids on Tuesday morning in Aylesbury

:00:53.:01:03.

and the surrounding areas involving 120 officers.

:01:04.:01:05.

11 men were arrested then, three have

:01:06.:01:06.

Five of the defendants speaking here today were from Aylesbury,

:01:07.:01:10.

others were from Cheshire, Milton Keynes and Buckingham.

:01:11.:01:13.

All men were refused bail, they've been remanded in custody to appear

:01:14.:01:19.

at Aylesbury Crown Court which is sitting at Amersham next Monday.

:01:20.:01:25.

An investigation's underway after a body was found in a van on

:01:26.:01:28.

It's believed to be that of a man in his 40s.

:01:29.:01:32.

Officers were called to Burger King at the retail park at

:01:33.:01:34.

The man's death is being treated as unexplained.

:01:35.:01:39.

The van is thought to have been there some time.

:01:40.:01:42.

We're still trying to establish how long it's been here,

:01:43.:01:44.

but initial reports suggest it could be up to a week, maybe slightly

:01:45.:01:49.

Obviously that's one of the things we need to try and ascertain.

:01:50.:01:53.

In terms of the investigation, it depends on how quickly it takes,

:01:54.:01:56.

how long it takes to identify the male and then obviously do

:01:57.:01:59.

A new study by scientists in Oxford claims having moles

:02:00.:02:03.

on your skin can quadruple your risk of developing skin cancer.

:02:04.:02:06.

The research has been presented to the Wolrd Congress on Cancers

:02:07.:02:10.

Adina Campbell has been finding out more.

:02:11.:02:13.

Eating superfoods is more important than ever

:02:14.:02:16.

since Imogen was diagnosed with skin cancer nearly two years ago.

:02:17.:02:19.

It was caused by a mole on her back which over time had

:02:20.:02:23.

She's now been left with a big scar, a reminder

:02:24.:02:30.

It's a bit like being hit by a sledgehammer.

:02:31.:02:34.

You're desperately frightened and sad for my children.

:02:35.:02:37.

They are aware that Mummy has had moles taken off.

:02:38.:02:40.

They don't understand what melanoma means because I have protected them

:02:41.:02:45.

from that, because they're still quite young.

:02:46.:02:47.

I do worry about the idea that they might grow up without me.

:02:48.:02:50.

Imogen has more than 100 moles on her body.

:02:51.:02:54.

And according to a new study by researchers at Oxford University,

:02:55.:02:57.

people like her are four times more likely to develop skin cancer.

:02:58.:03:01.

It's well`known that having atypical moles or funny looking moles,

:03:02.:03:06.

and a large number of moles does increase the risk

:03:07.:03:12.

Imogen now writes a health blog about her medical treatment,

:03:13.:03:17.

Even though she lives in Gloucestershire, she has transferred

:03:18.:03:22.

all her health care checkups to the Churchill Hospital in Oxford.

:03:23.:03:26.

I trust that when I go and see them and have a

:03:27.:03:31.

dermatological checkup that they'll look at my skin, and they'll know

:03:32.:03:33.

what to look out for and know what to spot.

:03:34.:03:36.

They've got an amazing team of people who see melanoma patients

:03:37.:03:38.

They don't do that in Gloucestershire.

:03:39.:03:43.

Having regular checkups is now a top priority for Imogen.

:03:44.:03:46.

She has now taken up running to keep healthy and hopes her future

:03:47.:03:53.

Gloucestershire Police have insisted they've learned important lessons

:03:54.:04:00.

The next cull could start at any time in the coming weeks.

:04:01.:04:06.

Officers have said this year's focus will be more on community policing

:04:07.:04:09.

It comes on the same week that Oxfordshire

:04:10.:04:15.

and Buckinghamshire have been named as counties that will be vaccinating

:04:16.:04:18.

They were threatened with closure in a huge round of budget cuts

:04:19.:04:23.

Now three years on, many of the county's libraries

:04:24.:04:26.

By next week, 14 of the 43 libraries in Oxfordshire

:04:27.:04:32.

will have local people working for free to help keep them operating.

:04:33.:04:35.

But some say it is creating a second rate service as Tom Turrell reports.

:04:36.:04:40.

Keeping the shelves well stocked at Grove library.

:04:41.:04:45.

She's one of 300 volunteers now helping to run

:04:46.:04:50.

It's good to know that you're helping somebody to do something

:04:51.:04:55.

that if they were here on their own, perhaps might not be able to do

:04:56.:04:59.

I consider it a civic duty to get on and help organise the community

:05:00.:05:05.

and ensure that the facilities that we all need are there for us all.

:05:06.:05:08.

Georgina is only working here today because three years ago,

:05:09.:05:11.

20 of Oxfordshire's 43 libraries faced closure as the county council

:05:12.:05:14.

looked at how it might save tens of millions of pounds.

:05:15.:05:17.

But following campaigns and protests,

:05:18.:05:21.

Some Conservatives call it the Big Society.

:05:22.:05:27.

We have asked community groups to come forward with volunteers who are

:05:28.:05:30.

prepared to take on some of the hours for running the libraries.

:05:31.:05:36.

And the response has been absolutely phenomenal.

:05:37.:05:41.

Next week, Old Marston library will become the 14th in the county to

:05:42.:05:45.

have local people giving up their free time to keep it open.

:05:46.:05:49.

Children's author Mary Hoffman, who lives locally, told me, "By getting

:05:50.:05:55.

volunteers to help run libraries, this is a blatant attempt by

:05:56.:05:58.

Conservative council and coalition government to run down libraries.

:05:59.:06:02.

Providing a second`rate service which might

:06:03.:06:07.

Asking volunteers to help out will help save more than a quarter

:06:08.:06:17.

But while some are critical of the scheme, this story may run and run.

:06:18.:06:24.

Motorists are facing three months of diversions when a part of a road

:06:25.:06:28.

is closed for work to demolish and rebuild a railway bridge.

:06:29.:06:30.

The route over this bridge on the A417 at Challow, near Wantage will

:06:31.:06:35.

Network Rail ned to raise the height of the bridge,

:06:36.:06:40.

It's part of the electricification of the Great Western Main Line.

:06:41.:06:47.

We're back in BBC Breakfast tomorrow morning,

:06:48.:06:51.

but for now goodnight and with the weather here's Alexis Green.

:06:52.:06:54.

A lot of cloud overnight tonight, it could be quite dense in places, low

:06:55.:06:58.

cloud giving some mist and fog over hilltop areas, even mist and fog

:06:59.:07:02.

where we've had the clear skies and the light winds in the countryside.

:07:03.:07:05.

Temperatures tonight dropping to around 14 to 15 Celsius.

:07:06.:07:07.

It will be a cloudy, misty, murky start to the day tomorrow.

:07:08.:07:11.

During the afternoon, hard to say exactly where

:07:12.:07:18.

the sunshine will be but it will be here and there during the afternoon

:07:19.:07:25.

Looking ahead to the rest of the week and including

:07:26.:07:33.

the weekend, tomorrow, a lot of cloud to start the day, Saturday,

:07:34.:07:36.

some bright and sunny spells developing, Sunday, looking fairly

:07:37.:07:38.

temperatures continue to be above average.

:07:39.:07:42.

Now the national outlook. Good evening. Still a hint of summer

:07:43.:07:55.

in the air, temperatures up to 23 or 24 for today. Tomorrow, another dry

:07:56.:07:59.

day for many and skies will probably look like this picture behind me. I

:08:00.:08:02.

will show you what the satellite picture looked like today. The

:08:03.:08:06.

reason why I'm showing you this, tomorrow the cloud cover will look

:08:07.:08:10.

similar. Some with clear, blue, skies and sparkling sunshine, others

:08:11.:08:14.

stuck underneath the low grey skies again. Really, through the course of

:08:15.:08:18.

tonight it is fairly quiet on the weather front across England and

:08:19.:08:21.

Wales. Just a few clear spells here and there. You will notice there is

:08:22.:08:26.

a bit of rain to talk B across the Northern Isles, northern parts of --

:08:27.:08:29.

talk B across the Northern Isles, northern parts of Scotland and

:08:30.:08:31.

knocking on the door of Northern Ireland. Let's pick up on this band

:08:32.:08:35.

of rain. We will start the forecast for the morning rush-hour in

:08:36.:08:43.

Scotland. You will notice it is raining for Lerwick, Amos mory and

:08:44.:08:44.
