taken on with autism or learning difficulties amounts to just 0.1%.

but there is still concerns there are big barriers in place for people

maths and English and many colleges say that is simply unrealistic.

Practically they can do maths and English but sat down at a desk

with a pen and paper, they don't show what they are capable of.

I would like to see them reassess their capabilities.

Here at Abingdon and Wintey college, they're working to change attitudes.

It is demonstrating that doing it this way can work and once we can

show success, people will listen and starts to look and say, "if you

can be successful there, you can be successful on a wider scale.".
