Good evening. Two councils have their cuts agenda at torn up.

:00:16.:00:21.

A judge ruled that it is against the law for them to close libraries.

:00:21.:00:26.

We cannot afford not to make savings in Gloucestershire. Nor can

:00:26.:00:30.

any other council. The jobless generation. We hear

:00:30.:00:33.

from the young people denied a chance of work.

:00:33.:00:36.

And I spend a day at a college whose latest course is, quite

:00:36.:00:44.

simply, how to get a job. Plus, thanks a lot. How

:00:44.:00:51.

Gloucester's Mike Tindall hoped his boss to lose his job. -- helped his

:00:51.:00:54.

boss. First tonight, dramatic

:00:54.:00:58.

developments in the battle to save some of our public libraries,

:00:58.:01:03.

worthy of any bestseller. For months, councils across the West

:01:03.:01:08.

have based likely protests from campaign is desperate to save what

:01:08.:01:12.

they say is a vital local service. Today, the fight went to the High

:01:12.:01:19.

Court in London and resulted in victory for the protesters.

:01:19.:01:23.

Nervous, but optimistic. The campaign has never dreamed that

:01:23.:01:28.

their fight would bring them this far. The judge told them they were

:01:28.:01:32.

right to claim the councils had acted unlawfully when they had

:01:32.:01:35.

assessed how the library closures would affect vulnerable people in

:01:36.:01:39.

Gloucestershire and Somerset. does not take much to undercut the

:01:39.:01:43.

council's plans and see how fundamentally flawed they were. We

:01:43.:01:47.

argued this from the start and they chose not to listen. We would not

:01:47.:01:52.

have gone down this path if we did not have confidence in art argument.

:01:52.:01:56.

Now planned closures will have to be shelved. Plans that were drawn

:01:56.:02:02.

up to save the councils up to 3.5 million. There are many

:02:02.:02:07.

opportunities, I would have thought, for the authorities to come closer

:02:07.:02:11.

together and to make further cost savings which the consortium is

:02:11.:02:15.

indeed doing. This judgment went so far in favour of the campaigners

:02:15.:02:19.

but there is a sense it could have real ramifications for other

:02:19.:02:22.

councils planning to close libraries. The Ian Judge talked

:02:22.:02:26.

about the signal which this judgment will send to other

:02:26.:02:30.

councils. I expect they will read it very carefully and they will

:02:30.:02:34.

have to fundamentally reappraised their proposals to cut library

:02:34.:02:39.

provision in light of today's judgment. This is a significant

:02:39.:02:41.

victory for the campaigners and for some of them it was beyond their

:02:42.:02:45.

wildest dreams. It means the councils will have to go back to

:02:45.:02:49.

the drawing board and find other ways to save the money. If they

:02:49.:02:53.

still want to go ahead with library closures, their plans will have to

:02:53.:02:58.

be fundamentally and legally watertight, and also very different.

:02:58.:03:02.

All we could see ourselves back here very soon.

:03:02.:03:08.

Our political editor is with me now. The councils have seen libraries as

:03:08.:03:12.

the worst least option and were banking on the savings. What are

:03:12.:03:16.

they saying this evening? Officially they are saying it is a

:03:16.:03:19.

huge disappointment. Behind the scenes, people are saying things a

:03:19.:03:25.

lot worse than that. Very disappointed indeed. It is very

:03:25.:03:30.

complex, the legislation. Some of it is quite new. People might have

:03:30.:03:32.

heard of the Disability Discrimination Act. It is designed

:03:32.:03:37.

to give extra protection to people with disabilities, but also the

:03:37.:03:41.

elderly and people living in isolated areas. It was found that

:03:41.:03:44.

the councils were in breach of this legislation. It is a lengthy

:03:44.:03:51.

judgment, so councils would take a long time. Ken Maddock, D leader of

:03:51.:03:56.

Somerset County Council, stuck to a planned statement today. We accept

:03:56.:03:59.

all the judgment and will act accordingly. We will now take some

:03:59.:04:04.

time to consider the courts a lengthy judgment and to discuss any

:04:05.:04:09.

next steps that we need to take. That sounds like a holding

:04:09.:04:13.

statement while they think of Plan B. Does that mean the libraries are

:04:13.:04:18.

likely to be safe? The only thing we know for certain is that giving

:04:18.:04:23.

nothing is not an option. Somerset had expected to save 1.3 million a

:04:23.:04:28.

year from the library budget. Gloucestershire are expected to

:04:28.:04:31.

save 2 million. They have also spent lots of money fighting this

:04:32.:04:37.

court case. The chief Executive said they would have to think again.

:04:37.:04:41.

The judge has quashed original decision, so be will need a new

:04:42.:04:46.

process. We will need a new decision. We will need new

:04:46.:04:51.

consultation and we will be open- minded about what comes out of that.

:04:51.:04:55.

Over, I suspect, a few months, we will have to reconsider where this

:04:55.:05:00.

is going. But we cannot afford not to make savings in Gloucestershire.

:05:00.:05:06.

Nor can any other council in the country. It is being watched vary

:05:06.:05:09.

widely. This is a significant case across the country. It is the first

:05:09.:05:14.

time that possible library closures has been -- have been halted by a

:05:14.:05:19.

court. The number of people out of work

:05:19.:05:23.

may have risen across the country, but here in the West, the overall

:05:23.:05:27.

picture is a bit brighter with a slight fall in those claiming

:05:27.:05:31.

jobseeker's allowance. But there is still one area where we do not buck

:05:31.:05:35.

the national trend, and that his youth unemployment. One place

:05:35.:05:39.

trying to change that is Gloucestershire College. Our

:05:39.:05:44.

Business Correspondent is there now. Good evening. They are still hard

:05:44.:05:51.

at it here at Gloucestershire -- Gloucestershire College. As well as

:05:51.:05:55.

the computers here, they still have some books. The decline of

:05:55.:06:02.

industrial Britain, 1870 to 1890 is one that caught my eye. It shows

:06:02.:06:06.

that Britain has been here before. The West Country saw a slight drop

:06:06.:06:10.

in unemployment today. But here, the focus is on young people

:06:11.:06:15.

getting into work. They have practical courses in finance, hair

:06:15.:06:20.

and Beauty, Engineering, catering and hospitality. But also just a

:06:20.:06:23.

straightforward course in how to get a job. How to dress, how to

:06:23.:06:27.

fill out those application forms. It is all about trying to get these

:06:27.:06:32.

numbers down. We have put a little graft together with the West

:06:32.:06:37.

Country's unemployment numbers across the last couple of years. It

:06:37.:06:43.

started in 2009, climbing sharply up to August 2009. Then the numbers

:06:43.:06:49.

fell away. By 2010, a 5th of those people had found work again. Them

:06:49.:06:53.

climbing again steadily through the summer. This is the first month in

:06:53.:06:56.

five that we have not seen an increase in unemployment in our

:06:56.:07:01.

part of the country. Yet it is even more complicated than that. Just as

:07:01.:07:04.

there are young people, some of them in this college, the while

:07:04.:07:09.

finding it hard to get a job, I have been speaking to employers

:07:09.:07:13.

while finding it hard to get workers.

:07:13.:07:17.

The Airbus A380, the biggest passenger jet in the world. We all

:07:17.:07:21.

know it lies on West Country wings and lands on Gloucestershire gear,

:07:21.:07:27.

but when the pilot wants to stop, he relies on one of these. A tiny

:07:27.:07:33.

titanium valve. Assembled in Tewkesbury by skilled engineers.

:07:33.:07:39.

The company are famous for motion control. Every car in the Formula

:07:39.:07:45.

One circuit relies on them to get off the starting grid. Lately,

:07:45.:07:49.

business has been boring. We have achieved significant growth from

:07:49.:07:52.

Mark aircraft business which happens to be here. And our

:07:53.:07:56.

industrial business, which looks after everything on the ground, is

:07:56.:08:02.

also growing, despite the recession. Yet we still find it very hard to

:08:02.:08:05.

recruit people into the business with the right kind of skills and

:08:05.:08:08.

the right kind of outlook and is the engineering as a positive thing

:08:08.:08:14.

to do. I have heard this complaint from skilled manufacturing firms

:08:14.:08:17.

across the West before. But in Gloucestershire, they have decided

:08:17.:08:21.

to do something about it. A each time they come back from the

:08:21.:08:25.

Formula One teams, we have to replace these. Sixth-form students

:08:25.:08:29.

from Duke's pre-school got their hands on the technology this week -

:08:29.:08:36.

- Tewkesbury School. They will be back every week. The idea is to

:08:36.:08:41.

show young people that engineering can be exciting. Absolutely

:08:41.:08:44.

thrilled in terms of it being a pilot that appears to be working

:08:44.:08:49.

with an advanced engineering company. It has a real sexy feel to

:08:49.:08:54.

it, which people need to understand and know more about. It is one of

:08:54.:08:57.

five companies in the county that have paired up with five local

:08:57.:09:01.

schools. If it works, this scheme will be copied across the country.

:09:02.:09:06.

It is pretty called knowing that two of Formula One drivers have sat

:09:06.:09:11.

in this seat that turn now. students are understandably excited

:09:11.:09:16.

and inspired. Knowing how different parts of it are made and how the

:09:16.:09:22.

balance work. Soon the stages of how it is made. Is this something

:09:22.:09:27.

you might do when you leave school? I would quite like to design stuff

:09:27.:09:34.

for cars and airforce stopped this scheme will not fix next month's

:09:34.:09:38.

unemployment problem, or even next year. But this is about the long

:09:38.:09:41.

haul, something which engineers understand.

:09:41.:09:45.

Since we first told that story on the radio in Gloucester this

:09:45.:09:48.

morning, they have had lots of recruitment companies on to them,

:09:48.:09:54.

even some budding engineers. Best of luck. But this is more than just

:09:54.:09:58.

about fitting square pegs into square holes, getting more people

:09:58.:10:02.

to make more widgets. This is about the old question, what do you want

:10:02.:10:08.

to do when you grow up? We are with some young people, asking exactly

:10:08.:10:15.

that question. We will speak to Amelie in just a

:10:15.:10:18.

moment. We are going to hear about a group of disadvantaged teenagers

:10:18.:10:22.

in Bath. They have produced a from about what life is like for them.

:10:22.:10:27.

They have got 10 the youngsters who have each made a minute of the

:10:27.:10:31.

video. It is being shown for the first time tonight. The film was

:10:31.:10:36.

devised, acted and shot by the teenagers with the help of Bath-

:10:36.:10:46.
:10:46.:10:47.

based charity And mentoring Plus. In the future I see countries at

:10:47.:10:54.

war, civil wars and a very big divide between rich and poor. In

:10:54.:10:59.

five years' time, I see myself in the army, which makes it more of a

:10:59.:11:07.

personal issue. I see it being the rich as safe and everyone else left

:11:07.:11:12.

to fend for themselves. The government gone bust or not really

:11:12.:11:16.

caring. The future as it is, it needs to get worse before it gets

:11:16.:11:21.

better. Before people start to realise what they need to do.

:11:21.:11:25.

very positive message and it is on at the egg Theatre tonight. For

:11:25.:11:29.

various reasons we cannot join them at the moment. But good luck to

:11:29.:11:39.

them tonight. We may try later. It is good to have you with us.

:11:39.:11:45.

Coming up, New Zealand's World Cup winning star Stephen Donald talks

:11:45.:11:55.

to last about his new life in Bath. Iced sponge cake. Perfect.

:11:55.:11:58.

I have been finding out how the money you gave to children in Need

:11:58.:12:01.

last year is making a huge difference to a young lives in the

:12:01.:12:07.

West. First, a man has been arrested on

:12:07.:12:10.

suspicion of murder after a woman's body was found at a house in

:12:11.:12:15.

Bristol. Ambulance crews were called to the home in St George

:12:15.:12:19.

yesterday morning after reports that someone had suffered a cardiac

:12:19.:12:25.

arrest. The woman, believed to be in her 60s, died at the scene. A 63

:12:25.:12:28.

year-old is in custody. A young man from Bath who was

:12:28.:12:32.

attacked on a night out in Cardiff earlier this month is showing signs

:12:32.:12:38.

of improvement. The 19 year-old, a talented ballet dancer, is now off

:12:38.:12:43.

the critical list and his family say he is in good spirits. The

:12:43.:12:45.

police investigation into the assault is continuing.

:12:45.:12:49.

Bath could become a hot spot for hi-tech companies and a new plans

:12:49.:12:53.

being drawn up for the city's future. The proposal is to use

:12:53.:12:57.

fields near Bath Hunter and to absorb flooding which regularly

:12:57.:13:01.

happens close to the river bank after prolonged wet weather and

:13:01.:13:06.

land development of land next to the Avon. The council says the

:13:06.:13:11.

flooding has held back building on some prime spots in the city.

:13:12.:13:17.

Quite a lot of them for the long deep river corridor. Echoing

:13:17.:13:24.

previous industrial age. We want to see a new age of employment and

:13:24.:13:30.

creative, digital technology sectors, which do so well here.

:13:30.:13:35.

sides are being chosen yet, but there would consultations next year.

:13:35.:13:38.

Councillors hope the Riverside could be used to create new housing

:13:38.:13:41.

and more jobs. The Glastonbury Festival has been

:13:41.:13:46.

named the best major event of its kind in the country. The event was

:13:47.:13:51.

given the award last night at the UK festival awards, but Glastonbury

:13:51.:14:01.
:14:01.:14:01.

did not sweep the board. It missed out on the prize for best toilets.

:14:01.:14:11.
:14:11.:14:16.

We can rejoin Ali at the E kpwrbgs g gg theatre in bath. -- Egg

:14:16.:14:23.

Theatre. I'm here at the chirp's theatre in

:14:23.:14:28.

Bath. All the people behind me have been involved in making a film

:14:28.:14:32.

called Futures, looking at the future of ten young disadvantaged

:14:32.:14:37.

children here in the city. One of the films was made by Luke. You've

:14:37.:14:44.

been involved with the Mener toing Plus scheme. What did you get out

:14:44.:14:52.

of it? I've got a meant ore -- mentor out of it which provided me

:14:52.:14:59.

with a stable job. You got an apresence isship in carp entri.?

:14:59.:15:04.

Yes. What were you like before that? I was getting in trouble at

:15:04.:15:08.

school. Outside of school. A troublemaker. My future was quite

:15:08.:15:13.

bland. So you really feel like it's turned things around for you?

:15:13.:15:22.

Definitely. That is the mayor of Bath young citizen of the year.

:15:22.:15:28.

Mike, this covers the whole of north-east Somerset. What do young

:15:28.:15:34.

people get out of this for their future? We recruit about 40 adult

:15:34.:15:37.

volunteer mentors. We match them to a young person who needs extra

:15:37.:15:41.

support. That mentor meetsz up with the young person once a week

:15:41.:15:45.

sometimes for three or four hours. They get support in terms of their

:15:45.:15:50.

self- confidence, self-esteem as well as practical support around

:15:50.:15:54.

education, employment and to have a good time. They go out and do

:15:54.:16:00.

recreational things. Men toring Plus also provides interest groups

:16:00.:16:06.

and holiday activities. The making of this film is an example of one

:16:06.:16:11.

of those activity. You think this has really changed your future?

:16:11.:16:15.

Absolutely. I've seen the film. It is fantastic. It will be on their

:16:15.:16:21.

website from next week. Tonight, I'll leave you. We are at a

:16:21.:16:25.

premiere, but the future's looking bright for some of the children

:16:25.:16:35.

who've made that film. Thank you. Losing one leader may be misfor the

:16:35.:16:41.

Euan but losing two a careles ness. England rugby has lost a captain

:16:41.:16:46.

and coach in less than a week. Martin Johnson has walked away. His

:16:46.:16:51.

captain, Mike Tindall is appealing against the decision to sack him.

:16:51.:16:58.

John Maguire reports on yet another day of turmoil at Twickenham.

:16:58.:17:02.

They set out for the World Cup in New Zealand with the highest hopes.

:17:02.:17:06.

Now England's coach and captain have paid for fuelures on and off

:17:06.:17:10.

the pitch with their jobs. Martin Johnson faced the cameras again

:17:10.:17:15.

today, this time, to announce his resignation. You just weigh up the

:17:15.:17:20.

situation has it is now. Make the decision. Ee, I'd like to have a go

:17:20.:17:25.

at it or no, it's the right call for myself and my situation and the

:17:25.:17:30.

team that we have a change. That's the decision I've come to. Despite

:17:30.:17:35.

playing for his country 75 times, Mike Tindall was booted out of

:17:35.:17:40.

England and fined 25,000 after a drunken night out early in the

:17:40.:17:45.

tournament. He's lodging an appeal. His coach at Gloucester says that

:17:45.:17:50.

send his lub are his priorities -- club are his priorities now. Mike

:17:50.:17:54.

has to deal with the appeal properly and perform properly. Keep

:17:54.:18:00.

his place in the Gloucester team. So you know, whatever opens up or

:18:00.:18:04.

doesn't, that will be sorted out over the next month. This was the

:18:04.:18:08.

night in question and the kiss on the head that was manna from heaven

:18:08.:18:14.

for the tabloids keen to expose the antics of the Royal Family's newest

:18:14.:18:19.

member. One reason Tindall paid so heavily was officials at the Rugby

:18:19.:18:23.

Football Union that he as a senior player, he should have set an

:18:24.:18:29.

example to younger men in the squad. He's a massive role model for us.

:18:29.:18:34.

He's been a great player. I've watched him, always represented him.

:18:34.:18:41.

He's a lot of wisdom and knowledge behind him. He can harness our

:18:41.:18:47.

youth and energy and focus us. Instruct us, help us, train us.

:18:47.:18:54.

He's massive to us. England's loss may be Gloucester's gain. A club

:18:54.:19:00.

rusher for Mike Tindall's availability full-time. He's

:19:00.:19:03.

considerably poorer unless he wins his appeal.

:19:03.:19:07.

We shall see. Three-and-a-half weeks ago, Stephen

:19:07.:19:12.

Donald was the toast of New Zealand. Now, the World Cup winner is hoping

:19:12.:19:15.

to bring the good times back to Bath. He arrived in this country

:19:15.:19:19.

ten days ago. Made his debut for the club at the weekend. Today,

:19:19.:19:25.

he's speak spoken for the first time about his life in England and

:19:25.:19:30.

his last minute call up to the Rugby World Cup final.

:19:31.:19:35.

He's travelled from New Zealand to the south-west of England. Stephen

:19:35.:19:41.

Donald is a hero in his homeland and an expensive acquisition for

:19:41.:19:46.

Bath. The 27-year-old is rather modest about his new cult status?

:19:46.:19:56.

No star attraction. I'm just here to try and play. The England

:19:56.:20:00.

captain, they are stars. Just slipping in the back door, really.

:20:00.:20:06.

Would love to contribute to Bath getting to where they want to. They

:20:06.:20:11.

are very ambitious. I would love to get on that bandwagon. Donald won

:20:11.:20:16.

22 caps for his country but was left out of their World Cup squad.

:20:16.:20:22.

He was on a fishing holiday when the call came from the All Blacks

:20:22.:20:27.

due to injuries. I wasn't holding my breath. I checked my foun. There

:20:27.:20:33.

were a few missed calls from a private number. They were trying to

:20:33.:20:41.

get old hold of me. Reality hit that the holiday was over. So, from

:20:41.:20:45.

nowhere, he was in the World Cup Final squad. Then, off the bench to

:20:45.:20:50.

score the final penalty that won the match. You'd think he would be

:20:50.:20:55.

nervous. No, I was pretty calm about it all. Just another kick. 35

:20:55.:20:59.

minutes out from full-time, you're not thinking this will be the match

:20:59.:21:03.

winner. I enjoyed the moment, enjoyed the next days that followed.

:21:03.:21:10.

It was good for my family and all my close friends, to lap it all up,

:21:10.:21:15.

too. Bath are getting him in his prime. They'll hope he's not lost

:21:15.:21:20.

the winning touch when he makes his full debut this weekend.

:21:20.:21:25.

This Friday's Children In Need appeal takes place against the

:21:25.:21:29.

toughest economic climate in years. But as families get poorer, as

:21:29.:21:35.

Pudsey know, the children need extra help. I've been to a school

:21:35.:21:45.

in Weston-super-Mare where your generosity has really saved the day.

:21:45.:21:49.

# Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside... #

:21:49.:21:54.

This is the Bourneville estate. It is in Weston-super-Mare. Though no

:21:54.:21:59.

day-trippers come to visit. But hundreds of our children live here

:21:59.:22:08.

where child poverty is the highest in the south-west. With many

:22:08.:22:13.

parents working long hours to make ends meet, the after school club at

:22:13.:22:18.

Bourneville Primary provides a vital service. Number one is they

:22:18.:22:22.

give our children something to do. I think that's really important

:22:22.:22:25.

that children have something to do. It is somewhere they can go and

:22:25.:22:30.

meet their friends. They can do exciting things. I think bear will

:22:30.:22:34.

have... The team here creates a comfortable home from home where

:22:34.:22:38.

children can laugh, chat and play games, including shops. Knock Knock,

:22:38.:22:46.

is this shop open? Yes, it is. can I have today? We can sell like

:22:46.:22:55.

little cakes and sponge cakes and mocho chock owes. They are like

:22:55.:23:01.

little drinks. Sugar, cream, chocolate on top and sprinkles and

:23:01.:23:06.

that. They didn't know it but their world could have fallen apart.

:23:06.:23:12.

Funding for Extend, dried up. The helpers were hours away from losing

:23:12.:23:19.

their jobs when Children In Need announced a 25,000 grant. When we

:23:19.:23:25.

received a phone call on Friday afternoon from Points West, saying

:23:25.:23:29.

we were exstabgtic was an understatement. We were running the

:23:29.:23:33.

risk of not being here after Christmas. This has made all the

:23:33.:23:38.

difference. I think I hugged Lynne who did all the bidding. We did a

:23:38.:23:41.

dance round the office. There were lots of parents in reception who

:23:41.:23:46.

saw it. It was a fantastic relief. We were so scared we'd lose this.

:23:46.:23:50.

It would be really annoyed. I wouldn't have a lot of fun then. I

:23:50.:24:00.
:24:00.:24:05.

haven't got much toys in my house. And I would be really upset. If I

:24:05.:24:10.

was at home, well, I wouldn't be doing arts and crafts or playing

:24:10.:24:20.

with a tea set cos I don't have any of that.

:24:20.:24:24.

None of us can help where we're born, which pocket we happen to

:24:24.:24:28.

fall into. In the UK, millions of kids live in relative poverty which

:24:28.:24:34.

means they don't have very much. What I found out here is that a few

:24:34.:24:37.

pounds wisely spent can make a profound difference to young

:24:37.:24:42.

people's lives. Movingly, these children will be raising money for

:24:43.:24:47.

Children In Need this year too and Tommy has a plea. Please can you

:24:48.:24:54.

give money to Children In Need because they don't have much.

:24:54.:24:59.

West Country appeal is just up the road at western Peer this year.

:24:59.:25:03.

We're asking a lot in hard times. We want the Bourneville estate

:25:03.:25:06.

children to like it beside the seaside.

:25:06.:25:11.

And they really were delightful children at Bourneville Primary

:25:11.:25:16.

even though there was something wrong with their pool table!

:25:16.:25:19.

Unbelievable! Such bad luck, David. Tommy was very sweet.

:25:19.:25:25.

It is really, I'm feeling it is really chilly, Ian. Just changed a

:25:25.:25:26.

really chilly, Ian. Just changed a little bit?

:25:26.:25:31.

I should have worn my hat that I had on yesterday!

:25:31.:25:35.

It will get milder as it stands into tomorrow. It will get a lot

:25:35.:25:40.

brighter as well. We're likely to start with early fog such as this

:25:40.:25:44.

picture taken at the airport. As that lifts out of the way, a good

:25:44.:25:47.

deal of sunshine around for many of us tomorrow. It will remain dry.

:25:47.:25:52.

For the time being, we've a cold front tracking northwards and

:25:52.:25:58.

eastwards. Once that's cleared away into tomorrow, things will brighten

:25:58.:26:02.

up significantly. Just a moderate breeze from the south-west. A

:26:03.:26:07.

milder direction. Things will remain into Thursday, Friday and

:26:07.:26:13.

Saturday. The rainfall radar showing how the cold front's Makin

:26:13.:26:18.

roads towards us. The heaviest puplss of rain have tracked in

:26:18.:26:21.

through Devon, Somerset and parts of Wales. It is largely dry to the

:26:21.:26:25.

east of the M5. There are some showery outbreaks of rain which

:26:25.:26:29.

will continue for a while into this evening. By 9 pm, most of that

:26:29.:26:33.

should be out of the way to the north of us. The skies will tend to

:26:33.:26:38.

clear from the west as the night wears on. An overhang of cloud

:26:39.:26:43.

towards the east. Somewhere in the middle will be the dividing line by

:26:43.:26:47.

the time we reach dawn tomorrow. These conditions ripe. Moisture at

:26:47.:26:53.

lower levels for fog to form. M4 corridor, Wiltshire, vales of the

:26:53.:26:59.

Severn in Gloucestershire likely to have fog in the morning. Tomorrow,

:26:59.:27:03.

the last overhang of that cloud clearing out of Wiltshire.

:27:03.:27:08.

Brightening up with the and catching up with the rest of us.

:27:08.:27:11.

Brighter weather with us for the rest of the day. Staying dry. Winds

:27:11.:27:17.

have shifted to a more southerly quarter. The rain is still missing

:27:17.:27:21.

us into the evening. Temperatures tomorrow, 13 Celsius is quite

:27:21.:27:27.
