Ukrainians in crime era, as the high-level talks to resume the

:00:00.3:59:59

Welcome to BBC Points West with Alex crisis continue.

:00:00.:00:00.

Welcome to BBC Points West with Alex Lovell and David Garmston. Our main

:00:00.:00:00.

story tonight. The 20 year plan to stop flooding on

:00:07.:00:10.

the levels. The range of me`sures include new roads and a barrage and

:00:11.:00:15.

would cost ?100 million. But some residents going back home today

:00:16.:00:25.

don't believe a word of it. There are three papers written on the

:00:26.:00:30.

barrage and flood defences over 14 years, nothing has been dond. I have

:00:31.:00:34.

no faith in the Environment Agency at all.

:00:35.:00:40.

The other stories in the news tonight. Sam, the three year old

:00:41.:00:46.

boy, who died after a new NHS computer failed to call him for a

:00:47.:00:49.

scan. Why black people are four thmes more

:00:50.:00:53.

likely to be stopped and se`rched by the police in parts of the west

:00:54.:00:58.

And a new home for Anne, thd elephant who was rescued by

:00:59.:01:00.

Longleat. But will she be lonely? Good evening. The draft 20 xear plan

:01:01.:01:10.

to prevent serious flooding in Somerset is due to be presented to

:01:11.:01:13.

the government tomorrow. It's been eagerly awaited and the BBC has seen

:01:14.:01:19.

a draft of the document. Now we understand that it could cost up to

:01:20.:01:22.

?100 million to implement. Puestion is, where will that money come from?

:01:23.:01:25.

Our Somerset correspondent Clinton Rogers is one of the first

:01:26.:01:29.

journalists to see the report and he joins us from the Somerset Levels

:01:30.:01:36.

now. As you can see, pumping is still

:01:37.:01:43.

going on to get that water off the Moors, but still something like

:01:44.:01:48.

23,000 acres of farmland ard still under water. You might remelber that

:01:49.:01:52.

earlier this year, the environment Secretary, Owen Paterson, c`me

:01:53.:01:57.

here, famously without his wellies, and he told the people of Somerset

:01:58.:02:01.

they had six weeks to come tp with an action plan to stop this kind of

:02:02.:02:05.

flooding happening again. So they went away, local people, landowners,

:02:06.:02:09.

civic leaders, the Environmdnt Agency, to talk. To talk a bit

:02:10.:02:14.

more. And then to come up whth this plan which I have now seen. A draft,

:02:15.:02:19.

at least. It is content. Thd question is, is it affordable, is it

:02:20.:02:24.

achievable? Do people who lhve around here believe anything will be

:02:25.:02:28.

done to prevent a repeat of the kind of misery they have had to dndure?

:02:29.:02:35.

You just do not know where to start. It is the first time Betty has been

:02:36.:02:40.

back to her flooded home in Moorland for three years. Almost everything

:02:41.:02:48.

here is ruined. She has no faith that the government will give to any

:02:49.:02:51.

promises it makes to stop this happening again. Do you think they

:02:52.:02:54.

will find the money for you? Of course not, all promises, that is

:02:55.:03:02.

all it is. When you see this kind of devastation, it is easy to see why

:03:03.:03:07.

flood victims like here in Loorland want action and they wanted quickly.

:03:08.:03:14.

The draft Somerset flood pl`n I have seen is an enormous wish list, 3

:03:15.:03:19.

pages long. It has got one big price tag attached to it. To do everything

:03:20.:03:23.

that is in the report would cost more than ?100 million. So dxactly

:03:24.:03:29.

what is in it? No surprises that top of the list is dredging. To start

:03:30.:03:34.

with, at least eight kilometres of rivers. They also want artificial

:03:35.:03:38.

channels leading to the sea widened, that is the King Sedgemore drain.

:03:39.:03:44.

There is also talk of raising road levels, including the A361 `nd roads

:03:45.:03:49.

leading to communities like Muchelney. Among the most expensive

:03:50.:03:57.

suggestion is building a barrier across the river at Bridgwater,

:03:58.:04:00.

using its to control the flow of water from the sea into the rivers

:04:01.:04:04.

and vice versa, to reduce flooding on the moors and protect thd town of

:04:05.:04:07.

Bridgwater. The big problem has always been we have got an

:04:08.:04:12.

environmentalist saying that you cannot dam rivers. But thousands are

:04:13.:04:19.

under threat, so it is basically a no`brainer. James has becomd the

:04:20.:04:23.

face of flooding on the levdls. Like most farmers, his business has been

:04:24.:04:28.

crippled by the worst flood in a century. He says the governlent

:04:29.:04:31.

cannot ignore this report. The thing of it is, if they do not have

:04:32.:04:35.

something now, and then it happens all over again, and it costs

:04:36.:04:43.

millions if not billions, again you cannot afford to let it happen. We

:04:44.:04:47.

are told tomorrow the Prime Minister will receive the report. People here

:04:48.:04:52.

will be hoping his pockets `re deep but his heart is synthetic.

:04:53.:04:59.

`` sympathetic. The Prime Minister was once quoted

:05:00.:05:03.

as saying that money is no object with this flooding, this report will

:05:04.:05:07.

be a test of that. The government has already promised somethhng like

:05:08.:05:12.

?10 million but that leaves ?89 million gap. To be fair, sole of the

:05:13.:05:16.

people involved in writing this report has said that in acttal fact,

:05:17.:05:20.

a lot of the things they ard suggesting, like dredging the rivers

:05:21.:05:24.

and this down, could be dond for 30 million and some of that money could

:05:25.:05:29.

be raised locally. There is talk of a flood levee that everyone in the

:05:30.:05:32.

area should pay annually. Interesting to see what people think

:05:33.:05:37.

of that. People living locally you want concrete solutions to prevent

:05:38.:05:41.

the kind of misery we have seen happening again next year.

:05:42.:05:51.

Homes that have taken many xears to build, today being torn apart.

:05:52.:05:56.

Because it is all foul water, penetrated into the plaster and

:05:57.:06:00.

plasterboard. It has all got to come down. Because it is all bashcally

:06:01.:06:06.

sewage. After the big flood, the big clean`up begins. Two all thd flaws

:06:07.:06:10.

in our house downstairs are like this. Sue and her husband f`ced

:06:11.:06:17.

months of rebuilding. A mountain which would be easier to tile, they

:06:18.:06:20.

said, if they had faith that the floods would never come back. I just

:06:21.:06:25.

think it is going to happen again next year. We are very angrx now and

:06:26.:06:30.

upset, because you can put xour home back together, but I could not get

:06:31.:06:36.

it again. My health would not me. You have still got seven or eight

:06:37.:06:40.

inches inside the house in the main areas. It is just a disaster. For

:06:41.:06:47.

Mark and Sharon, it is hard to know where to start. Inside, important

:06:48.:06:51.

papers are ruined, all the furniture will be thrown away. As it came up

:06:52.:06:55.

to their... And even above the flood line, the water has worked hts way

:06:56.:07:02.

in. It is like this. The whole place is just soaking wet. Here, too,

:07:03.:07:12.

everywhere this down `` every wire will need replacing, walls will have

:07:13.:07:16.

to be demolished and rebuilt. The wood is too warped and wet to burn.

:07:17.:07:21.

That is what happens. Because there is no structure to it, nothhng to

:07:22.:07:25.

hold it together, it just w`rps This is a managed waterway. If you

:07:26.:07:31.

don't dredge, if you don't lanage, this happens. And I don't w`nt to do

:07:32.:07:36.

that again. I don't want to be here, continually doing this every

:07:37.:07:40.

year, because I have got a life to live. The people here want one

:07:41.:07:44.

thing. A guarantee that aftdr they have rebuilt this time, there lies

:07:45.:07:47.

here will not keep sinking back down to this catastrophic level. `` their

:07:48.:07:55.

lives here. As I said earlier the Prime Minister

:07:56.:07:59.

will get his own copy of thd report tomorrow. But officially Owdn

:08:00.:08:02.

Patterson will stand up in the House of Commons at 9.30 tomorrow.

:08:03.:08:12.

Interesting to see if he has got anything concrete to say or if he

:08:13.:08:15.

will say, I have got your rdport, I will take it away and read ht. We

:08:16.:08:19.

will watch with interest. A coroner has ruled a three`year`old

:08:20.:08:23.

heart patient died after a new NHS computer system failed to schedule

:08:24.:08:26.

him for a vital hospital sc`n. An inquest heard today that Saluel

:08:27.:08:28.

Starr's heart was disadvant`ged by the delays at the Royal United

:08:29.:08:32.

Hospital in Bath, which meant he hadn't had tests for twenty months

:08:33.:08:36.

following heart surgery. Sally Challoner reports. He didn't play

:08:37.:08:47.

up. He was just so kind and gentle and he understood us. And wd

:08:48.:08:49.

understood him. Samuel Starr was born with complex

:08:50.:08:52.

cardiac problems. He had he`rt surgery in Bristol when he was just

:08:53.:08:56.

nine months old. But a vital follow`up scan at Bath's Roxal

:08:57.:08:58.

United Hospital didn't happdn on time, because a new computerised

:08:59.:09:04.

booking system failed. During the lost six months, his heart got

:09:05.:09:08.

worse, and he then didn't strvive urgent surgery. Samuel's surgeon had

:09:09.:09:13.

told the inquest his condithon would have been picked up if he'd been

:09:14.:09:17.

seen earlier. And that his heart had seriously deteriorated by the time

:09:18.:09:20.

he had the operation in Augtst 012 Samuel wasn't the only cardhac

:09:21.:09:23.

patient to fall through the cracks of the new system. He did h`ve a

:09:24.:09:31.

convex heart condition, and if this could happen at any time, why was he

:09:32.:09:36.

not monitored? It is like C`therine said, it is unforgivable. They can

:09:37.:09:42.

say what they want. Samuel was never going to have a straightforward

:09:43.:09:45.

life, we knew that and we understood that, but we thought there was a

:09:46.:09:50.

care plan in place that he would be monitored regularly, seen b`ck in

:09:51.:09:53.

Bristol and we had a good as chance as any heart child surviving. And

:09:54.:10:01.

reaching adulthood. Samuel was not the only cardiac patient to fall

:10:02.:10:04.

through the cracks of the ndw system. 63 had their appointments

:10:05.:10:07.

delayed. We don't know the outcomes of those children. The RUH refused

:10:08.:10:10.

to be interviewed today, but in a statement they offered their sincere

:10:11.:10:13.

condolences to Samuel's famhly, and were very sorry for the del`y in his

:10:14.:10:17.

outpatient's appointment. They added that they've now improved the

:10:18.:10:25.

booking system that had failed. Identically been able to properly

:10:26.:10:28.

grieve, because we've had this hanging over us. `` I don't think we

:10:29.:10:32.

have been able to properly grieve. Maybe we will have some timd to take

:10:33.:10:37.

out, remember Samuel as we want to remember him, rather than through

:10:38.:10:41.

medical notes and statistics. Samuel's parents are among `t least

:10:42.:10:44.

ten families currently taking part in a review of child heart services

:10:45.:10:48.

in the Bristol area. They'll meet with the government lawyer leading

:10:49.:10:51.

it next week. In the meantile they'll get an independent ledical

:10:52.:10:54.

opinion into his care to trx and find the answers they still seek.

:10:55.:11:09.

It is 6:40pm on Wednesday evening. We will have a full weather forecast

:11:10.:11:17.

shortly. Also, still to comd. The Swindon dog with all the moves,

:11:18.:11:21.

getting ready to well the crowds at Crufts.

:11:22.:11:29.

Mack the dog is here and he will be joining us in the studio shortly.

:11:30.:11:34.

Avon Somerset Police is bding accused of unfairly targeting

:11:35.:11:36.

members of black communities in Bristol when it comes to who they

:11:37.:11:40.

stop and search. Figures from the government show across the force's

:11:41.:11:43.

area, black people are four times more likely to be pulled ovdr

:11:44.:11:46.

compared to white people. Btt the police argue it's following the law

:11:47.:11:50.

but takes any complaints seriously. Here's Chris Brierley.

:11:51.:12:02.

Respect, it is respect. At this cafe in Lawrence Hill in Bristol, members

:12:03.:12:06.

of the Somali community discuss their concerns. They believd the

:12:07.:12:09.

police are an fairly targethng them. Government figures appear to back up

:12:10.:12:15.

their claims. `` an fairly targeting them. In the Avon and Somerset area,

:12:16.:12:19.

a black person is four times more likely to be pulled over th`n white

:12:20.:12:26.

person. Stopping and searchhng us, not one time or two times, but

:12:27.:12:29.

multiple times. Why is the police coming into this area and stopping

:12:30.:12:36.

us as Somalis, and not the other communities? This community's

:12:37.:12:41.

councillors say young black men feel victimised. This is an issud for

:12:42.:12:47.

communities in my ward. It hs an issue disproportionately for young

:12:48.:12:50.

black men and needs to be t`ken seriously and talked about. This

:12:51.:12:53.

needs to be part of the bro`der discussion that we have as city For

:12:54.:12:57.

the police to stop and search someone, they have two have what is

:12:58.:13:03.

called reasonable grounds to suspect someone is carrying a weapon or

:13:04.:13:06.

stolen goods. Across the West, 27,000 people were stopped last

:13:07.:13:12.

year, double the number since 2 07. Despite using the powers more, the

:13:13.:13:15.

police acknowledge it is far from perfect. Sometimes perception is

:13:16.:13:21.

very important and I want to make people understand that stop and

:13:22.:13:25.

search is an individual dechsion by the officer, and individual

:13:26.:13:29.

interaction. That person is not happy about how the officer had done

:13:30.:13:32.

it, only to know about it bdcause people should be treated with

:13:33.:13:36.

respect and courtesy during a stop search. No one is wanting to be

:13:37.:13:41.

stopped but it is necessary to keep the streets safe. The circld

:13:42.:13:44.

people's concerns about stop and search, the police are workhng with

:13:45.:13:48.

community organisations and one of those is this man. He is a xoung

:13:49.:13:53.

film`maker who knows only too well what it is like to be stoppdd. It is

:13:54.:13:59.

quite infuriating and embarrassing. It is intimidating as well. Now he

:14:00.:14:04.

set to make a documentary to demonstrate to the police the impact

:14:05.:14:07.

stop and search has on young people. Two what I'm

:14:08.:14:12.

. What I'm going to do is investigate what people can do for

:14:13.:14:22.

the police to help them change the organisation. The figures are stark,

:14:23.:14:27.

black people are more likelx to be stopped than white. But it hs

:14:28.:14:30.

conjugated and for the police, it is more about keeping the `` it is

:14:31.:14:34.

complicated and for the polhce, it is about keeping the streets safe.

:14:35.:14:37.

Anne the elephant is finallx to get a brand new, purpose built home at

:14:38.:14:41.

Longleat, the safari park that rescued her from a circus. But the

:14:42.:14:44.

animal protection group which raised the alarm about her ill tre`tment is

:14:45.:14:48.

still worried that she could be lonely. Michelle Ruminski's report

:14:49.:14:50.

contains scenes that some m`y find upsetting.

:14:51.:14:58.

16 years old and level`headdd. Anne has been having lunch at Longleat

:14:59.:15:02.

here for almost three years. `` 60 years old. Soon she will get a

:15:03.:15:07.

purpose`built home. It is ddfinitely an exciting milestone for Anne, we

:15:08.:15:14.

want to give her something tailored to her needs, and she will hopefully

:15:15.:15:18.

see it through to the rest of her life. She was re`homed here after

:15:19.:15:22.

this secret footage showed her being kicked and abused by a formdr groom

:15:23.:15:27.

when she worked in a circus. Plans were built a year ago to buhld a

:15:28.:15:32.

purpose`built sanctuary for her and other elephants. Then in November,

:15:33.:15:39.

Longleat announced that thex were being reviewed. Fears of a delay

:15:40.:15:43.

sparked an angry reaction. We wanted to be sure we got it right, so we

:15:44.:15:48.

assembled an elephant imposhng, which had experts around thd ``

:15:49.:15:53.

symposium, which had experts from around the world and we talked about

:15:54.:15:59.

the specifications for the house was it going to be suitable in terms of

:16:00.:16:03.

size, and what restrictions we would place upon ourselves to futtre use

:16:04.:16:07.

for the house. One change to the plan which has upset the anhmal

:16:08.:16:12.

protection group that brought Anne's abuse in the circus to light

:16:13.:16:15.

if there is a distinct posshbility she will live out the remainder of

:16:16.:16:21.

her days alone, unless Longleat buys suitable companion. Animal defence

:16:22.:16:25.

International has worked with leading experts and found that

:16:26.:16:29.

companionship plays a significant part of recovery of animals who have

:16:30.:16:34.

been isolated and abused, and Anne spent the majority of her thme with

:16:35.:16:37.

other elephants and we think this will be a significant part of her

:16:38.:16:41.

recovery. It will be very s`d thing if she has to spend the rest of her

:16:42.:16:47.

days alone. We would take an opposite view. We are not alone in

:16:48.:16:51.

this, the experts we consulted, specifically with Anne, would tell

:16:52.:16:57.

us that she was better on hdr own. By the time the Haven is buhlt, Anne

:16:58.:17:02.

will have lived here for more than three and a half years. Longleat

:17:03.:17:06.

says this is just how long ht takes to Hill is the very best facility

:17:07.:17:12.

for a very special animal. `` to build the best facility.

:17:13.:17:15.

The future of tolls on the Severn Bridge was debated in Parli`ment

:17:16.:17:18.

today with one west country MP suggesting the money could be used

:17:19.:17:22.

to build a third Severn crossing. Mark Harper, the MP for the Forest

:17:23.:17:25.

of Dean, says a new bridge between his constituency and Gloucester

:17:26.:17:28.

would cut congestion and boost the economy. Here's our Gloucestershire

:17:29.:17:34.

reporter, Steve Knibbs. This morning's commute into

:17:35.:17:36.

Gloucester from the Forest of Dean, misery for thousands of drivers

:17:37.:17:40.

every day. Mark Harper says these sort of bottlenecks could bd history

:17:41.:17:44.

if a third Severn crossing hs built using toll money from the existing

:17:45.:17:46.

bridges when ownership reverts to the government in four years' time.

:17:47.:17:59.

I would like ideally it is to be paid for during taxation and the

:18:00.:18:02.

tolls on the existing bridgds to be no more than is needed. I do not

:18:03.:18:06.

want the Minister to rule ott, if we can get the crossing and earlier ``

:18:07.:18:14.

sooner and earlier by getting some told money, I would together on the

:18:15.:18:18.

table. I do not want to wait 20 years for a third crossing. No

:18:19.:18:21.

decision has been made. No decision has been made on where any new

:18:22.:18:24.

crossing would go yet but it would obviously benefit traffic coming

:18:25.:18:28.

into the Forest too. A double edged sword maybe for those who'd welcome

:18:29.:18:31.

the economic boost but have also campaigned for lower tolls. It would

:18:32.:18:34.

be fantastic for the Forest of Dean but I would be very interested to

:18:35.:18:40.

see, given his conversion of the third seven crossing, where Mark

:18:41.:18:43.

thinks it is going to go and how it is going to be done, becausd there

:18:44.:18:48.

is a lot of things happening both sides of the river, it will be

:18:49.:18:52.

interesting to see where we can squeeze it in. A third Severn

:18:53.:18:55.

crossing isn't such an unustal idea either. Before it was destroyed in

:18:56.:18:58.

an accident on the river 50 years ago, a railway bridge used to cross

:18:59.:19:02.

from Purton to the Forest. The remains can be seen on the river

:19:03.:19:05.

bank. But today's call for ` new bridge appears to be taken seriously

:19:06.:19:09.

the county council says it's already thinking about what would bd needed.

:19:10.:19:12.

It is not just throwing a plank over a river. It is the infrastrtcture

:19:13.:19:16.

you need on the 838 as well. We cross the river from here, where we

:19:17.:19:23.

go to the other side, and also how you get the traffic into Gloucester

:19:24.:19:26.

or onto the motorway. There's four years to go before we'll know what's

:19:27.:19:30.

happening with the money from the Severn crossings. But the transport

:19:31.:19:33.

minister did accept today that using existing revenue from tolls to fund

:19:34.:19:38.

new bridges had worked elsewhere. Campaigners backing the

Sainsbury's want to buy it `nd build a supermarket there, permission

idea being shot down by minority groups and I do not want thhs to be

group. The world famous dog show Crufts

:22:04.:22:06.

starts this Thursday and a pooch from Swindon has a starring role.

:22:07.:22:10.

Mack is not just any old dog though, he's a Bouvier des Flandres, a

:22:11.:22:13.

French breed originally put to work herding cows. Mack has been chosen

:22:14.:22:18.

to carry out two prestigious roles. He'll be representing his breed and

:22:19.:22:20.

demonstrating his intelligence, because as we know, dogs ard very

:22:21.:22:25.

clever. And he joins us in the studio now with his owner J`net

:22:26.:22:32.

Garret. Hello, and welcome to you both. They give very much. Tell us

:22:33.:22:42.

about your pet and how you got him. Here two years old, Bouvier des

:22:43.:22:45.

Flandres, his name is Mack he is one of three in our house. I am a

:22:46.:22:51.

trainer, I have trained him. There you go! He is going to cross

:22:52.:22:58.

specifically to show him off and his skills as well? He is going not as

:22:59.:23:01.

the supermodel role, as the beautiful role, although he should!

:23:02.:23:08.

He is going to demonstrate what a Bouvier des Flandres looks like

:23:09.:23:13.

Stand! So you are looking to buy a car and would, to show, it hs like

:23:14.:23:18.

that, if you wanted to buy one, you would ask somebody. He went last

:23:19.:23:24.

year and he was a hit? Yes. You have trained him so well, what would

:23:25.:23:30.

happen when you had a cold? I would sneeze and I would get a tissue It

:23:31.:23:40.

is because I moved them! And he will do something else? 12, good boy And

:23:41.:23:54.

he can take lots of? Mac, P`ul! He just nibbled at the end. Good boy.

:23:55.:24:02.

How do you encourage and to do that? Any of it. Della Fordgate h`ve got

:24:03.:24:07.

young babies, I train them to pick things up and give me things back.

:24:08.:24:16.

If I asked to give me the, he would. I asked him to give me things back

:24:17.:24:20.

and you get a treat every thme he does it. And then I take it further.

:24:21.:24:27.

And it is all about reward? It is all about reward. The assochation is

:24:28.:24:33.

that, he is going to be in ten `` devastating his intelligencd. Their

:24:34.:24:39.

motto is kind, fair and effdctive. He is a workaholic! Dare we say

:24:40.:24:48.

almost total walkies? Time to go to sleep. Dogs across the West now you

:24:49.:24:52.

will be in trouble with thehr owners!

:24:53.:24:57.

Former airline pilot flew into Gloucester today but chose `n

:24:58.:25:05.

unusual place to land. He used a seaplane and lived `` and l`nded on

:25:06.:25:11.

the river. John told us that amphibious plane owners havd two

:25:12.:25:17.

practice every six months and he was using the video `` the river he was

:25:18.:25:19.

visiting! At least he had some decent weather

:25:20.:25:27.

for once to do some of that practice water landing and take`off. It is

:25:28.:25:31.

going to be a different story as we head into tomorrow. First of all,

:25:32.:25:35.

let's see this photo taken xesterday by Derek Hitchens. This is `n

:25:36.:25:41.

optical phenomena we call a sun pillar, this is only for very rarely

:25:42.:25:47.

will me have plates of ice crystals falling in the swaying motion and

:25:48.:25:50.

reflecting the light in precisely the same way, and the sun h`s to be

:25:51.:25:55.

in a certain angle, just above or below the horizon to give this

:25:56.:25:59.

effect. So some of you on the banks of the Bristol Channel saw the same

:26:00.:26:02.

thing yesterday and pondered what it was. You might see that tomorrow, a

:26:03.:26:09.

lot of cloud tomorrow, patchy rain, like in nature, that is out towards

:26:10.:26:11.

the western part of our viewing area. Tonight, we drank clotd in

:26:12.:26:18.

from the West. We will see the signal out there for this frontal

:26:19.:26:24.

zone to stay to the west of us. That is introducing patchy light rain

:26:25.:26:28.

which will eventually moving across us to introduce more rain for us

:26:29.:26:33.

all. The amounts will be insignificant compared to what we

:26:34.:26:37.

have had of late. This evenhng, steadily increasing cloud, ` pretty

:26:38.:26:40.

benign, quiet patent despitd the cloud. Some patchy light rahn or

:26:41.:26:49.

drizzle out in the western part of Somerset at dawn, but no threat of a

:26:50.:26:57.

frost. Temperatures above freezing. Then tomorrow, we will have some

:26:58.:27:01.

hill fog quite readily over the Mendips, Exmoor and elsewhere.

:27:02.:27:06.

Ladies and gents of brightndss but I would not hold your breath,

:27:07.:27:10.

generally just cloud and a loderate breeze. You will see an err`tic

:27:11.:27:13.

signal for light rain here `nd there, maybe the odd heavy burst but

:27:14.:27:21.

that should be the exception. Temperatures slightly down on today.

:27:22.:27:25.

Beyond that, still grey and down through the first part of Friday,

:27:26.:27:29.

high pressure is dominating into the weekend. For a number of daxs,

:27:30.:27:32.

thereafter. Hurray! From all others here, my macro

:27:33.:27:40.

particularly, who is ready to go, good evening. I will see at 10pm!

:27:41.:27:44.
