Good evening. The Banksy painting which was

controversially removed from a wall in Bristol has gone back on display.

The picture was taken by youth club workers who planned to sell it. But

after a debate about the ownership, it's now on show at the City Museum.

Andrew Plant reports. Art for the outside world now inside

a museum. Banksy's Mobile Lovers ` lost not in each other but the lure

of technology ` taken in through the eyes and the cameras of those who'd

come to see it. They are so absorbed with their mobiles. They are not

aware of what is going around, so I can understand. It is a story of our

times. Whereas in the beginning he would slap something up and not give

it an awful lot of thought, I think this is thought`provoking.

The artwork at the subject of a tug of war was removed from its home

here on Tuesday, taken by a nearby youth club determined to sell it and

use the cash to keep going. But police politely impounded the

picture, even giving a receipt, and placed it in its new home while its

ownership is established. I am not sure what will happen in the future

about this. It is interesting that it has appeared within it and people

are speculating on whether Banksy had an ulterior motive around it.

That is not for me to say. Many Banksys have been defaced over the

years. There's speculation that this near GCHQ in Cheltenham is another

new work. It was finalised yesterday and then carefully cleaned by locals

seem to love it already. This one at least seems safe from a similar

fate. The artist held an exhibition at the same museum in 2009. It

proved hugely popular with the public. Now, four years later,

another Banksy on show here, although not everyone seems quite so

excited. Police in Wiltshire are asking

witnesses to come forward after a man's body was discovered in the

water in Devizes. He was found shortly before seven this morning

near to the Wharf. Officers want to hear from anyone who went on a boat

on the canal last night. They're also keen to talk to anyone who was

near The Lamb pub between one and two this morning.

As a result of that death, the annual Devizes to Westminster Canoe

Race had to be delayed. It's a gruelling challenge lasting up to

four days, as Zoe Gough reports. Enthusiasts rank this among the

toughest endurance events in the world. So a survival kit is vital

and rigorously checked. We have seen in the past that they have bought

kids Ultima clothes to keep the weight down in the boat. They try it

but they did not get through. `` they have brought kids' clothes.

More than 300 crews all facing up to 125 miles from picturesque Wiltshire

to the choppy River Thames. I am nervous. That is an understatement.

Police were still at the spot where a body was found as the race finally

for a short time this afternoon after a fire in its lion enclosure.

A visitor's car overheated. The woman and two children inside had to

be rescued by Rangers before it went up in flames. The lions were moved

out of the area and nobody was hurt. Football, and Yeovil managed to hold

on to a draw away at Blackburn but still remain at the bottom of the

Championship. In League One, there were 2`1 victories for Swindon, who

beat Coventry, and Bristol City, who saw off Notts County with a late

goal. In League Two, Cheltenham lost to

Fleetwood. Bristol Rovers play tomorrow. They

have just four games left to avoid dropping out of the Football League.

Rovers are only just above the League Two relegation zone. If they

do go down, it will be the first time in their history that they've

been relegated to the Conference. In rugby, Bristol can guarantee

their position at the top of the Championship if they can beat second

place London Welsh tonight. The Exiles are the only team Bristol

haven't beaten this season. We'll bring you the results at 10pm.
