one of his daughter's friends. That's all from the BBC News at Six,

:00:00.3:59:59

so it's Welcome to BBC Points West with

:00:00.:00:09.

David Garmston and Alex Lovell. Our main story tonight: Hinkley in

:00:10.:00:15.

the balance. Doubts emerge over whether the new

:00:16.:00:18.

nuclear power station will ever be built, but the Prime Minister says

:00:19.:00:21.

it will go ahead. And is absolutely right that

:00:22.:00:24.

countries in Europe should be able to invest in nuclear energy as part

:00:25.:00:29.

of a balanced plan to provide core energy and keep carbon emissions

:00:30.:00:31.

down. We'll be looking at the obstacles that could prevent the

:00:32.:00:33.

deal happening. Our other headlines tonight: Not

:00:34.:00:45.

out! Cricketers campaign to keep a player

:00:46.:00:48.

in Britain after he's refused asylum.

:00:49.:00:51.

The jet planes that were made in Gloucestershire ` now at last

:00:52.:00:58.

there's a museum for them. And hoping to hit even more highs `

:00:59.:01:02.

a record deal in prospect for the voice of Bristol.

:01:03.:01:10.

Good evening. The Prime Minister says he's confident a new nuclear

:01:11.:01:15.

power station at Hinkley Point in Somerset will get built, amid

:01:16.:01:18.

growing worries that the deal may collapse. There are concerns that

:01:19.:01:24.

the European Union may decide that the financial guarantees offered by

:01:25.:01:27.

the government breach the rules and the whole project could then be in

:01:28.:01:32.

jeopardy. The plans for a new power station are already behind schedule

:01:33.:01:35.

` we had been told that we would be cooking our Christmas dinner on its

:01:36.:01:39.

energy in just three years' time, now it will be a decade at least.

:01:40.:01:47.

Clinton Rogers reports. In corridors of power there are

:01:48.:01:50.

plainly nerves about the future of Hinkley C.

:01:51.:01:56.

Could we please have time to debate this? But that call by the local MP

:01:57.:02:01.

has been seized upon by anti nuclear campaigners as proof that the

:02:02.:02:04.

project is in their words looking more and more flaky.

:02:05.:02:12.

It's clear that Mr Granger is panicking, and he should be, because

:02:13.:02:18.

he has edged his political future to a project that in my opinion has no

:02:19.:02:21.

future. Now, while it might be argued "he would say that, wouldn't

:02:22.:02:25.

he?" it's been a difficult few months for Hinkley C, with the

:02:26.:02:27.

European Union now investigating whether the deal between the

:02:28.:02:30.

government and the French power company EDF amounts to illegal state

:02:31.:02:34.

subsidy and a legal academic arguing it may be invalid.

:02:35.:02:42.

Enter the Prime Minister no less to say fear not Hinkley C will be

:02:43.:02:48.

built. Countries in Europe should be able

:02:49.:02:51.

to invest in nuclear energy as part of a balanced plan to provide core

:02:52.:02:56.

energy and to keep carbon emissions down. That is what we are doing. I'm

:02:57.:03:00.

sure the commission will see that, and I am confident the deal will go

:03:01.:03:04.

ahead. And you could argue, he would say

:03:05.:03:11.

that, wouldn't he? The reality is that the European Union decision is

:03:12.:03:14.

key to the entire future of Hinkley C. If they decide that the deal

:03:15.:03:18.

between the government and EDF does amount to an illegal subsidy, there

:03:19.:03:21.

are those who believe that at that point the EDF will walk away and the

:03:22.:03:26.

entire project will collapse. Yet this week after a long pause the

:03:27.:03:29.

company restarted engineering work to prepare this huge site in

:03:30.:03:35.

readiness for Hinkley C. An investment of several million pounds

:03:36.:03:38.

` a pretty clear indication you might think their confident the EU

:03:39.:03:40.

decision will go their way. Well, with us is our political

:03:41.:03:55.

editor Paul Barltrop. Paul, the question is whether this project is

:03:56.:03:58.

being unfairly subsidised ` but the government subsidises other things

:03:59.:04:03.

doesn't it? Subsidy is permissible, although the

:04:04.:04:06.

government don't like to call it that. Under European rules you can

:04:07.:04:09.

have a subsidy where there is market failure, with things otherwise would

:04:10.:04:13.

not be provided by the open market, but there should be competition

:04:14.:04:17.

between suppliers. That easily done with something like a wind farm but

:04:18.:04:22.

not so easy with a nuclear power station. Deal with EDF was done

:04:23.:04:26.

behind closed doors and that will be scrutinised very carefully, and

:04:27.:04:30.

there will probably not be a decision before the end of this

:04:31.:04:34.

year. If they come out against it, David Cameron's energy policy is in

:04:35.:04:45.

crisis. And on a lighter note, the Prime Minister caused a bit of

:04:46.:04:48.

excitement in a Bristol restaurant last night.

:04:49.:04:54.

He was working locally, and popped into a local restaurant, and what

:04:55.:04:59.

happens is people get their phones out and start taking pictures. Let's

:05:00.:05:03.

have a look at some of them. Hazel was out with a group of friends and

:05:04.:05:07.

got the PM to pose with them for this lovely snap Tom and then Becky

:05:08.:05:12.

Smith, a Bristol University student, but the PM to pose with her for this

:05:13.:05:17.

rather wacky picture. Downing Street has said it was a bit of spontaneous

:05:18.:05:23.

fun. Some other news now ` and tours at

:05:24.:05:26.

Wells Cathedral are still suspended while officials investigate how a

:05:27.:05:29.

68`year`old woman was able to fall 20 feet from a tower last month.

:05:30.:05:36.

The woman ` who still hasn't been named ` was airlifted to hospital

:05:37.:05:40.

with injuries to her hips, arms and legs. She'd been part of a group on

:05:41.:05:44.

what's called the 'High Parts' tour. Mendip District Council today

:05:45.:05:47.

confirmed it will be carrying out a full investigation.

:05:48.:05:49.

An 18`year`old man from Cheltenham has appeared in court charged with

:05:50.:05:52.

the murder of his pregnant girlfriend. 16`year`old Kayleigh

:05:53.:05:54.

Palmer was five months pregnant at the time of her death. Aston

:05:55.:05:57.

Robinson from Humber Road appeared via video link at Bristol Crown

:05:58.:06:04.

Court. He did not enter a plea. He's due to face trial in September.

:06:05.:06:13.

The former snooker player Stephen Lee has been charged with fraud. The

:06:14.:06:16.

news comes as the 39`year`old was due to launch the second part of an

:06:17.:06:21.

appeal against a 12 year ban for match fixing. Stephen Lee, who dies

:06:22.:06:25.

committing any offence, lost the first stage of his appeal in

:06:26.:06:27.

February. A cricket club in Bristol is

:06:28.:06:31.

campaigning to stop one of its players being deported to Pakistan.

:06:32.:06:35.

Ahad Rizvi played for the Easton Cowboys after moving to the UK with

:06:36.:06:38.

his family last year. They say they'll face religious persecution

:06:39.:06:41.

if they go back, but the Home Office has refused permission for them to

:06:42.:06:46.

stay. Will Glennon reports. Ahad Rizvi is a 19`year`old student

:06:47.:06:52.

from Pakistan. For the past year, he and his brothers have played cricket

:06:53.:06:55.

with the Easton Cowboys. They've become valued members of the team

:06:56.:07:00.

and the community. Since the end of March, though, Ahad has been here `

:07:01.:07:03.

the Colnbrook Detention Centre in Middlesex. The Home Office has told

:07:04.:07:09.

him he must go back to Pakistan. Ahad's sister Anum is in Yarl's Wood

:07:10.:07:12.

Detention Centre for Women, also being deported.

:07:13.:07:20.

I don't want them to leave this country. I hope that the Home Office

:07:21.:07:26.

will give them leave to remain and stay in the UK.

:07:27.:07:32.

They have got no family back in Pakistan and they can't go back to

:07:33.:07:35.

the neighbourhood with a brought up because they will be in extreme

:07:36.:07:39.

danger. Difficult back it will be living on the streets in Pakistan

:07:40.:07:45.

with nobody, and the other community here it is happy to welcome them as

:07:46.:07:48.

part of the community. It's left their father Syed devastated. He

:07:49.:07:52.

wants them to stay in Bristol, as a family, all seeking asylum together.

:07:53.:07:55.

He says as minority Shia Muslims in Karachi they've been persecuted,

:07:56.:08:05.

attacked and threatened. When I came here, I wanted to leave

:08:06.:08:13.

the place for safety. They said, we don't want you to be here. So many

:08:14.:08:18.

people of my family have been killed. They have been killed. They

:08:19.:08:23.

are now more in this world. The Home Office said it won't comment on

:08:24.:08:26.

individual cases but official documents shown to me indicate that

:08:27.:08:29.

both Ahad and his sister have exhausted their appeals. It has not

:08:30.:08:32.

been accepted that they'll be unsafe in Pakistan and they are due to be

:08:33.:08:37.

sent home, forcibly if necessary. The cricket club is helping the

:08:38.:08:41.

Rizvis launch one more appeal with a new legal team. They're hoping to

:08:42.:08:46.

get their star player back, but for now at least Ahad's time in Easton

:08:47.:09:01.

may be over. It's Friday and we are live here on

:09:02.:09:05.

BBC One. We will have the weekend weather shortly. And if you haven't

:09:06.:09:11.

decided what's for tea tonight ` how about dandelion, nettle or cow

:09:12.:09:14.

parsley? The food that's free ` but how does it taste?

:09:15.:09:28.

They were some of Gloucestershire's most historic aircraft, but some of

:09:29.:09:34.

the creations were left to the elements unseen and unprotected.

:09:35.:09:47.

But now they have a new home. Once upon a time, Gloucestershire

:09:48.:09:54.

ruled the skies. These jet planes helped build the area's aviation

:09:55.:09:58.

Heritage. But for almost 30 years, the fight has been on to give these

:09:59.:10:03.

military marvels at home. From today, this is it. No longer

:10:04.:10:09.

battered and bruised by the elements, these planes are here to

:10:10.:10:14.

help inspire the next generation of pilots and engineers. Talking of

:10:15.:10:20.

which, the red carpet was laid ready for a legend of the skies.

:10:21.:10:25.

The guest of honour has just arrived, the last man to fly the

:10:26.:10:28.

real version of one of these, one of the most decorated British pilots

:10:29.:10:35.

around, Captain Eric Brown who is here unveiled a plaque, now aged

:10:36.:10:38.

95. I just wish some of those wonderful

:10:39.:10:46.

days could happen again, not war, but we had wonderful spirit none

:10:47.:10:51.

better than here in the Gloucester factory which was set up in World

:10:52.:10:57.

War I and prospered through World War II. I shall never forget the

:10:58.:11:04.

wonderful people. What a heritage we have. Don't lose it. You have set it

:11:05.:11:11.

up Tom and I hope it stays forever. Thank you.

:11:12.:11:16.

From the past to the future. You could feel the life coming back into

:11:17.:11:20.

this place and into these aeroplanes. Even the wine was jet

:11:21.:11:28.

fuel. The museum is open, everything is

:11:29.:11:32.

ready to go. Let's make our own piece of aviation history. Where

:11:33.:11:48.

shall we go? Police in Bristol are investigating

:11:49.:11:52.

a series of arson attacks after cars were set alight in the street over

:11:53.:11:54.

the bank holiday weekend. Several vehicles were set on fire in

:11:55.:11:58.

Henbury and Southmead in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police are

:11:59.:12:01.

asking anyone with information or who saw anything that night to get

:12:02.:12:09.

in touch we are appealing for members of the local community to

:12:10.:12:13.

examine their own consciences. If they know something about these

:12:14.:12:16.

offences it is vitally important they reported to us.

:12:17.:12:30.

The biggest food festival ever held in Bristol comes to a close this

:12:31.:12:33.

weekend. There have been events held right

:12:34.:12:36.

across the city. Sally Challoner joins us from the festival site now.

:12:37.:12:39.

IMac Queen Square and I'm surrounded by a village of pop`up restaurants

:12:40.:12:44.

and tents. There are still days of events for people to catch up with.

:12:45.:12:48.

Street food, food trails and celebrity chefs. One event got my

:12:49.:12:55.

eye that is on tomorrow. It is foraging, and I had a goal earlier

:12:56.:13:02.

this morning. Not since the Second World War have

:13:03.:13:05.

so many people taken to foraging for food. It is free on the good for

:13:06.:13:12.

you, and fun. And you can eat these?

:13:13.:13:16.

You can eat every part of the dandelion. Belief, even the flower

:13:17.:13:24.

head. It is quite bitter, so it might be something that you need to

:13:25.:13:28.

get used to. Mrs Trudy, she is leading a foraging

:13:29.:13:33.

walk tomorrow as part of the Bristol food connections Festival.

:13:34.:13:39.

Mrs cow parsley. It is edible, but is in the same family as hemlock. If

:13:40.:13:44.

you're not absolutely certain it is cow parsley, don't eat it. The walk

:13:45.:13:53.

is organised by the Knowle West Media Centre, who want to encourage

:13:54.:13:56.

people into this area of countryside, in the heart of the

:13:57.:13:57.

city. It's really versatile, you can even

:13:58.:14:01.

make a porridge out of it. Samuel Pepys but in his diary that he ate

:14:02.:14:07.

Nettle porridge. We wanted to show that all this food is wild and

:14:08.:14:11.

local, you can go and find it so you don't have to pay for it, but think

:14:12.:14:15.

about the health benefits, as well. We will have a panel discussion

:14:16.:14:20.

about legality, what you can eat and what you can eat.

:14:21.:14:29.

I also made blackberry whisky. Today BBC Gardener's Question Time was in

:14:30.:14:37.

town, and I had a question for them. First of all, what should I not

:14:38.:14:44.

porridge ? I would be careful of some of the

:14:45.:14:49.

fun guy and toadstools, because although there are some wonderful

:14:50.:14:53.

things out there, there are some things that can look like something

:14:54.:14:57.

good but could give you a gastric upset or something worse. Seek

:14:58.:15:02.

advice or only go for things you are 100 present sure about.

:15:03.:15:08.

I look for dead meat along the roads, and it might sound

:15:09.:15:13.

disgusting, but a nice plump rabbit is marvellous, and if I can't eat

:15:14.:15:20.

it, the CAT scan. The programme they were recording

:15:21.:15:23.

will go out next Friday and Sunday on Radio 4. And here is what I

:15:24.:15:29.

foraged earlier. Nettles and dandelions. David, I picked this for

:15:30.:15:37.

you it is cow parsley. But as Trudy said earlier, it is very similar to

:15:38.:15:41.

hemlock, so I will bring it back and see what you think.

:15:42.:15:45.

I think I might stick to a cheese omelette.

:15:46.:15:51.

We have been doing a few turns down at the food festival and we appear

:15:52.:15:57.

again on Saturday and Sunday. Bath rugby have a huge game ahead of

:15:58.:16:01.

them this weekend. They go head to head with

:16:02.:16:04.

Harlequins, and whoever wins will get the last place in the

:16:05.:16:07.

Premiership playoff. Bath are having their best season for years ` they

:16:08.:16:11.

haven't been out of the top four. They beat Quins at home earlier in

:16:12.:16:14.

the season and they're feeling pretty confident.

:16:15.:16:17.

We gave Northampton a pretty tough test this weekend. We are proud of

:16:18.:16:23.

what we have done, and we want to really put it to Quins. If we play

:16:24.:16:28.

the game we have showed in the last few weeks I think we will do a good

:16:29.:16:31.

job. And Bristol Rugby are already

:16:32.:16:35.

through to their play offs ` their fight for promotion starts this

:16:36.:16:37.

weekend against Rotherham. They've been trying to get back into

:16:38.:16:40.

top flight rugby ever since they were relegated back in 2009. And

:16:41.:16:44.

they're hoping with a new coaching team at the top ` this will be their

:16:45.:16:48.

year ` as Damian Derrick reports. Two very different men with

:16:49.:16:51.

different backgrounds, but one goal ` to get Bristol back into the

:16:52.:16:54.

Premiership. Andy Robinson ` World Cup winner and former England and

:16:55.:16:58.

Scotland head coach. Sean Holley ` four times a league winner with

:16:59.:17:06.

Welsh side Ospreys. I've not been involved in a play`off

:17:07.:17:09.

situation before. We have achieved our first objective which was to get

:17:10.:17:14.

to the play`offs, and now it is vital that we perform.

:17:15.:17:20.

Like Andy, I want to be involved in big games and cope with the pressure

:17:21.:17:23.

and take these boys to a different level. But Bristol have been here

:17:24.:17:30.

before. The final score, if you are a

:17:31.:17:35.

Bristol supporter, you don't want to hear it. A mad 20 minutes against

:17:36.:17:40.

Cornish Pirates two years ago cost them a place in the play`off final.

:17:41.:17:44.

But now they have another chance and there's a good feeling this time,

:17:45.:17:47.

even though the tension will be there come kick off.

:17:48.:17:55.

What a surprise me is how can he is during games. Really amazing.

:17:56.:18:03.

I need a heart rate monitor at times.

:18:04.:18:09.

I've known him for a long time at Edinburgh and Scotland, and he is a

:18:10.:18:12.

real enthusiast and brings out the best in players. Sean brings a

:18:13.:18:17.

complete different aspects. He is a very good communicator, very clear

:18:18.:18:23.

on what he wants. Contrasting personalities, but

:18:24.:18:28.

mutual respect. I love the clarity of message that

:18:29.:18:34.

John has and how he puts that across the.

:18:35.:18:39.

I love the integrity and humility of how he goes about his business... He

:18:40.:18:43.

is a real rugby man, and let's hope that comes across to the squad.

:18:44.:18:47.

Let's hope they're still smiling after tomorrow's match.

:18:48.:18:54.

Now you might remember this face ` or more likely this voice. It's

:18:55.:18:59.

Christina`Marie, from Bristol, who made it to the final of the BBC

:19:00.:19:04.

talent show The Voice. Since then she's been toing and froing from

:19:05.:19:07.

Bristol to London, seeing record producers, writing music, and hoping

:19:08.:19:10.

every minute to hear the news she's longing for ` that a record company

:19:11.:19:14.

wants to sign her. So what's the latest? I caught up with her.

:19:15.:19:22.

I have not been signed as yet. Lots of discussions and meetings still

:19:23.:19:28.

being held. It is looking promising. There is lots of

:19:29.:19:35.

interest, but there is a 45 day waiting period, so I have to wait

:19:36.:19:40.

and see what happens. You have been on parole and since

:19:41.:19:44.

the end of the show, haven't you? Yes, it has been crazy having to

:19:45.:19:48.

come back from London to Bristol and I just, and in between I have been

:19:49.:19:55.

recording and writing and try to keep the energy as much as

:19:56.:20:15.

possible. SHE SINGS.

:20:16.:20:26.

My own personal stuff would be a little different to what I have done

:20:27.:20:31.

on the show. Who I am as a musician is not necessarily a diva in a big

:20:32.:20:37.

dress. I am more live sounding with drums, big and beautiful. Date if

:20:38.:20:45.

the real drums with some synthesisers and a live sounding

:20:46.:20:51.

vibe. I want to bring that out. What is like coming back to Bristol

:20:52.:20:54.

and seeing friends and family again after TV stardom?

:20:55.:20:58.

It's been great. It is a bit strange at first, but it is great to see

:20:59.:21:03.

friends and family and spend some real`time without cameras they and

:21:04.:21:07.

have some privacy. When I came back from the show I went into hiding for

:21:08.:21:11.

a couple of days and didn't really see anyone other than the people

:21:12.:21:13.

closest to me which was nice. It's been nice to have a breeder, that's

:21:14.:21:19.

what is nice but coming home. SHE SINGS.

:21:20.:21:34.

What is the dream for the future? Just to carry on doing what I love

:21:35.:21:37.

and to be able to survive I doing that and not have to go back to what

:21:38.:21:42.

I was doing before for work. This is my dream, and it would be great to

:21:43.:21:46.

be signed and without the music I love as a recording artist. That is

:21:47.:21:48.

Michael. We're right behind you. Thanks for

:21:49.:21:53.

entertaining us and allowing us to find out the latest.

:21:54.:22:03.

Thank you. And Christina`Marie performed some

:22:04.:22:05.

songs especially for us. You can see all of those exclusive

:22:06.:22:10.

tracks on our facebook page: facebook.com/pointswest.

:22:11.:22:14.

And that was filmed in the BBC garden ` looking lovely too ` and if

:22:15.:22:18.

you want to help make it even nicer ` then now is your chance. Back in

:22:19.:22:22.

August a team of volunteers built the BBC Bristol Garden, but two of

:22:23.:22:25.

the planters were never finished, so now, if you're under 16, we'd like

:22:26.:22:29.

you to design them. Our garden design competition is open to all

:22:30.:22:33.

schools in the west for teams of up to five people. Two planters need

:22:34.:22:36.

designing ` one is for under 11s, the other for under 16s. We'll have

:22:37.:22:40.

details of how your school can enter in a moment, but first, Jules Hyam

:22:41.:22:43.

teamed up with Rebecca Bevan from the BBC's gardening programmes to

:22:44.:22:50.

give you some tips. One of the first things to think

:22:51.:22:52.

about when you are designing is, where is the sum? Unfortunately, in

:22:53.:22:59.

the case of this bed, the Sun spends most of its time behind the shed, so

:23:00.:23:03.

you need to think about plants that are suitable for the shade. There

:23:04.:23:07.

are lots of them, including useful herbs like mint and chives.

:23:08.:23:13.

We won't give you a lot of sun to play with, but we also want give you

:23:14.:23:17.

a lot of soil. We really need to keep the weight down, so we won't be

:23:18.:23:22.

planting the entire plant and soil, we will only be giving you about

:23:23.:23:27.

that much. You have really got to think about what goes in their.

:23:28.:23:30.

There is no point putting in big trees and bushes, but think about

:23:31.:23:34.

smaller plants or plant whose roots will spread sideways.

:23:35.:23:39.

These beds are some of the first you will see when you come out of these

:23:40.:23:42.

doors, so they need to create a good impact. You can do that with flowers

:23:43.:23:46.

like these, but you can also do it with leaves. Think about the

:23:47.:23:52.

texture, the colour and the shape. And have loads of fun designing good

:23:53.:23:59.

contrasts. This area is not about contrasts, it

:24:00.:24:07.

is about wildlife. That tree is there for a reason, and the reason

:24:08.:24:10.

is it gives the garden visibility. It means birds and insects can see

:24:11.:24:16.

that it is here. So in terms of these beds, think about what else

:24:17.:24:21.

will work for wildlife. Maybe think about things that will attract

:24:22.:24:24.

insects or some kind of water feature.

:24:25.:24:29.

Quite a challenge! I have designed a few beds and borders in my time, and

:24:30.:24:33.

the thing to do is really look into your plants. Do some research and

:24:34.:24:36.

make sure you have left enough space for everything. Good luck, and we

:24:37.:24:40.

looking forward to seeing your results.

:24:41.:24:44.

Well, Beccy really is looking forward to seeing your designs

:24:45.:24:47.

because she is one of the judges, alongside the head gardener at

:24:48.:24:49.

Stourhead, the Natural History Unit's One Show series producer, and

:24:50.:24:55.

me! Perhaps we could have a swimming

:24:56.:24:58.

pool. We've put plans, photos and all the details you need in an entry

:24:59.:25:02.

pack, and you can get one by emailing [email protected].

:25:03.:25:10.

There's also details of how to enter, as well as all the terms and

:25:11.:25:14.

conditions, on our web page: bbc.co.uk/pointswest. Really hope

:25:15.:25:21.

you'll get involved! Now the weather: the cloud has been

:25:22.:25:30.

streaming steadily over the last 40 minutes, and that is a taste of the

:25:31.:25:33.

weekend. Low`pressure dominating the patent.

:25:34.:25:40.

It will be very windy through Saturday and Sunday. Some heavy rain

:25:41.:25:46.

later tonight. That will give way to bright spells and showers.

:25:47.:25:51.

Differences in parts of the region on how many showers you will catch,

:25:52.:25:57.

but it will be unsettled. That is the low`pressure bringing rain

:25:58.:25:59.

towards us later tonight. Some of that will turn heavy, it will clear

:26:00.:26:04.

before daybreak. Thereafter the showers packed in across many

:26:05.:26:11.

districts. And so it will continue into Sunday. There are signs that

:26:12.:26:16.

the showers will fade on Sunday afternoon and evening. Dry

:26:17.:26:20.

conditions at the moment. Cloud is thickening as we speak ahead of the

:26:21.:26:26.

band of rain. Around midnight will be in most of the region. It will be

:26:27.:26:35.

breezy during the night. Some hill fog, temperatures will be mild, nine

:26:36.:26:42.

up to 11 Celsius. Tomorrow that band of rain clears to the east and

:26:43.:26:45.

things will brighten, but more showers will follow. Differences of

:26:46.:26:50.

wind direction and topography will determine which areas seem more or

:26:51.:26:56.

less showers, but most of us will see some showers at some point.

:26:57.:26:59.

Winds will strengthen into the afternoon and evening. A yellow

:27:00.:27:07.

warning in western parts. Strong gusts, perhaps up to 40 or 50 mph.

:27:08.:27:19.

Not a day to have your gazebo up! Are very similar pattern into

:27:20.:27:24.

Sunday. The showers will fade. If you can delay things, next weekend.

:27:25.:27:29.

High`pressure could dominate them and it will be a different story.

:27:30.:27:37.

We are down at the food connections Festival in Bristol this weekend,

:27:38.:27:42.

maybe we can see you there. Otherwise the late news returns

:27:43.:27:47.

after ten and we will see you on Monday.

:27:48.:27:48.
