Welcome to Wales Today. Our top story tonight: Loretta Matthews has | :00:03. | :00:07.
been smoking since she was 12. She's just one of the growing | :00:07. | :00:16.
number of women who have lung cancer. It is too late now really. | :00:16. | :00:26.
:00:26. | :00:36. | ||
That it is not too late for others. Also in the programme tonight: | :00:36. | :00:39.
Former Assembly Members received an 800,000 golden handshake payout | :00:39. | :00:46.
after last year's elections. Hundreds turnout in protest at | :00:46. | :00:52.
plans to develop the cattle market in Cowbridge. | :00:52. | :00:55.
This is what Newport's medieval would have looked like. Now, the | :00:55. | :00:58.
latest stage in the restoration work to return it to its former | :00:58. | :01:06.
glory. And I am live in Bath on the | :01:06. | :01:11.
running track where one of our best Olympic hopefuls trains six days a | :01:11. | :01:15.
week. Dai Greene is aiming for a bigger Olympic Games this summer in | :01:15. | :01:23.
London. We will speak to him and a few minutes. -- In a few minutes. | :01:23. | :01:26.
Good evening. The number of women in Wales with lung cancer is still | :01:26. | :01:30.
increasing. That's the warning today from the charity Cancer | :01:30. | :01:33.
Research UK. Although the rate among men has been falling, the | :01:33. | :01:35.
latest figures show that they're still more likely to develop the | :01:35. | :01:38.
disease. 1,300 men were diagnosed with the illness in 2009 and almost | :01:38. | :01:44.
1,000 women. Nick Palit reports. 62-year-old Loretta Matthews from | :01:44. | :01:49.
Gilfach Goch started smoking at the age of 12. Half a century on, she | :01:49. | :01:59.
has terminal lung cancer. There were no warnings years ago. I | :01:59. | :02:06.
started in school when I was 12. You have one and you end up having | :02:06. | :02:11.
more. Loretta's story is reflected in figures released today by Cancer | :02:11. | :02:14.
Research UK that show the number of women with lung cancer in Wales is | :02:14. | :02:19.
rising. In 2010, there were 1,800 deaths in Wales. 1,000 men and 800 | :02:19. | :02:22.
women. However, while the incidences of lung cancer in men | :02:22. | :02:24.
have fallen over the last four decades, in women, they've actually | :02:24. | :02:34.
doubled from 19 cases per 100,000 in 1975 to 38 in 2009. Over the | :02:34. | :02:38.
years, there's been increase in the proportion of women attending the | :02:38. | :02:44.
lung cancer clinic. This reflects smoking patterns from 30 to 40 | :02:44. | :02:52.
years ago. In the 1960s and early 70s, more men were smoking but the | :02:52. | :02:59.
incidences were falling whereas in women it was rising. Cancer UK say | :02:59. | :03:01.
legal measures to ban smoking in public places and the advertising | :03:02. | :03:04.
ban has helped reduce the numbers starting the habit. Recently in | :03:04. | :03:07.
England, displays of cigarettes in bigger shops have been hidden | :03:07. | :03:17.
:03:17. | :03:18. | ||
behind closed doors. The Department of Health wants to go further. They | :03:18. | :03:21.
believe cool brands and bright colours are enticing young people | :03:21. | :03:27.
to take up smoking. In a UK wide consultation, they are examining | :03:27. | :03:31.
making these packets brand free. But it's the older generation, like | :03:32. | :03:34.
these bingo-playing ladies in Cardiff, that find it hard to kick | :03:34. | :03:44.
:03:44. | :03:48. | ||
the habit of a lifetime. You are 79 the same as me. I and 81 this year. | :03:48. | :03:54.
We don't have sex or drink but we have a fad. I suffer with my chest | :03:54. | :03:59.
anyway so I should not smoke. I gave up for 14 weeks and I gained | :03:59. | :04:05.
weight. I started smoking again. Cancer UK say half of all long-term | :04:05. | :04:07.
smokers will be killed by their addiction. A statistic that's now | :04:07. | :04:11.
all too real for Loretta. The charity say the challenge now is to | :04:11. | :04:13.
dissuade a new generation from starting the habit in the first | :04:13. | :04:16.
place. Their pay and expenses have been in | :04:17. | :04:20.
the headlines for years. But now Assembly Members are being | :04:20. | :04:22.
criticised for getting grants when they leave office. More than | :04:23. | :04:25.
840,000 has been paid out to 22 former AMs who left after last | :04:25. | :04:35.
:04:35. | :04:37. | ||
year's elections. Political careers can end very | :04:37. | :04:41.
suddenly. Some politicians choose to retire but for others the voters | :04:41. | :04:46.
make the decision for them. In last year's election, 22 Assembly | :04:46. | :04:51.
Members left the Assembly and have received a resettlement grant. A | :04:51. | :04:56.
total payout of 840,000. Even though I'm a professional person | :04:56. | :05:00.
and have diplomas and degrees are not ever, it is not the easiest | :05:00. | :05:04.
thing to get work and you have to consider who you are going to get | :05:04. | :05:09.
of any calibre into politics. That is unless you give them some | :05:09. | :05:14.
recompense when they lose their seat. I am totally aware that | :05:14. | :05:17.
taxpayers' money must be looked at very carefully and there I believe | :05:17. | :05:24.
we have done that in my time in the Assembly. So who got what? The | :05:24. | :05:28.
former First Minister Rhodri Morgan got more than 46,000 when he | :05:28. | :05:32.
retired. A Alun Cairns is now the MP for the Vale of Glamorgan and he | :05:32. | :05:38.
got nearly 30,000. Mick Bates who was convicted of attacking two | :05:38. | :05:43.
paramedics in 2010 took almost 44,000. Plaid Cymru's Gareth Jones | :05:43. | :05:53.
:05:53. | :05:58. | ||
got just under 30,000. In the current climate, people say it's a | :05:59. | :06:08.
:06:09. | :06:10. | ||
lot of money for two days' work a week. It is the chance you take | :06:10. | :06:14.
when you go into politics. It is not just former Assembly Members | :06:14. | :06:18.
that get the cash. There are similar grants available for MPs to | :06:18. | :06:23.
leave Westminster. Some of them have received more than 60,000. In | :06:23. | :06:27.
Cardiff Bay, the rules are being tightened for Assembly Members | :06:27. | :06:34.
elected last year. Whoever gets the money and however much that they | :06:34. | :06:41.
receive, the issue is sure to keep attracting controversy. | :06:41. | :06:44.
A father who caused the death of his five-year-old son by dangerous | :06:44. | :06:47.
driving has been jailed for 21 months. 34-year old-Alan Evans from | :06:47. | :06:50.
Wrexham was also banned from driving for five years after | :06:50. | :06:54.
previously admitting the offence that happened in May last year near | :06:54. | :06:56.
Welshpool. Public health officials are | :06:56. | :06:59.
investigating an outbreak of the stomach bug cryptosporidium at a | :06:59. | :07:03.
community farm in Cwmbran. Four people who work at Greenmeadow Farm | :07:03. | :07:06.
are known to have caught the bug after feeding lambs and goats, | :07:06. | :07:09.
while a further 13 possible cases in staff and volunteers are under | :07:09. | :07:15.
investigation. Police say they remain concerned | :07:15. | :07:18.
for the welfare of a 24-year-old man who went missing in Aberystwyth | :07:18. | :07:21.
on Monday. CCTV shows Simon Andrew Jones leaving a takeaway on Pier | :07:21. | :07:25.
Street in the early hours of the morning. Friends and family have | :07:25. | :07:28.
spent the day handing out leaflets, hoping to raise awareness of his | :07:28. | :07:35.
disappearance. Close to 1,000 people took part in | :07:35. | :07:37.
a demonstration to protest about the planned closure of a 200-year- | :07:37. | :07:41.
old livestock market in the Vale of Glamorgan this afternoon. Cowbridge | :07:41. | :07:46.
was brought to a near standstill by local residents opposed to the sale | :07:46. | :07:50.
of the site for housing. Matt Murray reports. | :07:50. | :07:53.
Cowbridge is a market town and these protestors clearly want it to | :07:53. | :07:57.
remain one. Police estimated that nearly 1,000 people took part in | :07:57. | :08:02.
the demonstration. With businesses closing early and a convoy of 50 | :08:02. | :08:04.
tractors joining in, farmers say the closure of the cattle market | :08:04. | :08:13.
would have a major impact on their business. It would be absolutely | :08:13. | :08:17.
devastating because the nearest alternatives would be Abergavenny | :08:17. | :08:21.
or Carmarthen market. It means a round trip in both directions of | :08:21. | :08:28.
over 100 miles. The council says land will be allocated at St Mary | :08:28. | :08:38.
:08:38. | :08:49. | ||
Hill. Alan John is the head of the chamber of trade and says parking | :08:49. | :08:52.
spaces would be limited if the site was sold. Cowbridge is already | :08:52. | :08:57.
chaos to park and there would be limited parking at the new site. | :08:57. | :09:00.
The market has been in Cowbridge for 200 years and these protestors | :09:00. | :09:10.
:09:10. | :09:14. | ||
want it to remain for future generations. | :09:14. | :09:17.
It's been ten years since the discovery of the medieval Newport | :09:17. | :09:21.
ship on the banks of the River Usk. It might be another five years | :09:21. | :09:24.
until it looks something like this replica, but now the next step of | :09:24. | :09:26.
restoration is underway with the vessel's 15th Century timbers being | :09:26. | :09:36.
:09:36. | :09:37. | ||
preserved in a giant freezer. This is where it all began. 10 | :09:37. | :09:41.
years ago on the banks of the River Esk. Workmen building the new | :09:41. | :09:47.
Waterfront theatre discovered the world's best preserved 15th century | :09:48. | :09:52.
ship. Hundreds came to see the vessel. But its future was far from | :09:52. | :09:57.
certain. Campaigners fought hard to secure its permanent restoration. | :09:57. | :10:02.
10 years on, this custom-built freezer is being used to extend the | :10:02. | :10:08.
life of the timbers by 500 years. This one is put through the | :10:08. | :10:14.
chemical treatments and the wax and put in the free trial. This is the | :10:14. | :10:19.
curator of the new board ship. He says this project is unique in the | :10:19. | :10:28.
UK. We are the only people in the UK who a freeze drying everything. | :10:28. | :10:35.
It is such a rare technique. There are only a handful of projects in | :10:35. | :10:39.
Europe doing this. Archaeologists are using this vessel which is | :10:39. | :10:43.
similar to the new board ship as an instruction manual in how to | :10:43. | :10:47.
preserve and eventually rebuilt the medieval craft. They are using the | :10:47. | :10:51.
latest laser techniques to unlock the trading should's past. A kind | :10:51. | :10:56.
like this was found embedded in the help as a good-luck charm. Jean | :10:56. | :11:00.
Gray has been involved with the ship ever since its discovery. She | :11:00. | :11:04.
hopes to see it rebuilt and put in display in the city within five | :11:04. | :11:09.
years. We have lost a lot of our history by buildings being | :11:10. | :11:17.
demolished. The Newport said -- the Nuba people said that this time we | :11:17. | :11:19.
want to preserve this because this is our history. We know more about | :11:20. | :11:24.
the history of the Newport should than ever before but enthusiasts | :11:24. | :11:29.
here are now looking to its future. They want to turn this into a real- | :11:29. | :11:34.
life version of this. They say it's not about winning or | :11:34. | :11:37.
losing, it's the taking part that counts. Well, that philosophy has | :11:37. | :11:40.
caused a bit of controversy in Aberystwyth this week. Two local | :11:40. | :11:42.
football volunteers have been handed suspended bans for breaking | :11:42. | :11:45.
the Football Association of Wales' guidelines, by allowing young | :11:45. | :11:54.
children to compete for trophies. Cemlyn Davies reports. | :11:54. | :11:56.
Russell Hughes Pickering has been involved in junior football in the | :11:56. | :12:00.
Aberystwyth area for more than a decade but he's been warned he may | :12:00. | :12:10.
:12:10. | :12:11. | ||
not be allowed to carry on. chairman and the secretary of the | :12:11. | :12:17.
league says you are suspended until the end of the year 2013. Russell | :12:17. | :12:19.
and Dilwyn Roberts-Young have been given a suspended twelve month ban | :12:20. | :12:24.
for allowing primary school children to compete for cups. | :12:24. | :12:32.
provide a lot of good football for local juniors across the season. | :12:32. | :12:37.
Kids are playing in 56 teams week in week out. We provide one | :12:37. | :12:44.
competition a year and it is played over today's and to suggest and | :12:44. | :12:49.
sash and a ban for one-year seems a bit Mr Hughes Pickering and Dilwyn | :12:49. | :12:51.
Roberts-Young young have appealed the decision. They say the rules | :12:51. | :13:01.
:13:01. | :13:02. | ||
are confusing. The Football Association of Wales has said, | :13:02. | :13:06.
children know the score at the end of the game. They understand if | :13:06. | :13:10.
they have won a lost. Our aim is to take away the pressure from adults | :13:10. | :13:14.
of playing for points and trophies. We want to encourage children to | :13:14. | :13:18.
have fun any no pressure environment. There were no points | :13:18. | :13:21.
or prizes on offer for these young footballers enjoying a kick-about | :13:21. | :13:23.
this morning. But do their parents think competing adds too much | :13:24. | :13:30.
pressure at this age? It is all about learning at the end of the | :13:30. | :13:40.
day. The whole idea of football is to win. They need some motivation | :13:40. | :13:47.
at this stage. They need some incentive. I think it is good for | :13:47. | :13:53.
them. The finals of this year's junior football festival will go | :13:53. | :13:56.
ahead here at the home of Aberyswtyth Town. So next month, | :13:56. | :13:59.
children of all ages will run out at Park Avenue hoping to get their | :13:59. | :14:09.
:14:09. | :14:13. | ||
So just over 100 days to go before the start of the London Olympics | :14:13. | :14:15.
and Claire's in Bath tonight catching up with one of our best | :14:15. | :14:21.
medal hopes. Thank you. Good evening. Welcome to the University | :14:21. | :14:25.
of Bath. This is where one Welshman trains six days a week on this | :14:25. | :14:29.
track, but of course when it is raining like tonight he comes | :14:29. | :14:33.
indoors to the indoor track, where he doesn't have to get wet, of | :14:33. | :14:37.
course. Talking of Welshmen, Dai Greene already has three titles, | :14:37. | :14:41.
but this summer he is going for the big one, he is going for gold in | :14:42. | :14:47.
the London Olympic Games, and this is why he is the man to beat. | :14:47. | :14:51.
Dai Greene has a dream that his golden this summer. His event is | :14:51. | :14:55.
the 400 metres hurdles and is currently the best in the world at | :14:55. | :14:59.
what he does. He is the European, Commonwealth and world champion. He | :14:59. | :15:03.
could have been a footballer as part of Swansea's youth set-up but | :15:03. | :15:07.
turned down a contract to turn professional at 16. His future was | :15:07. | :15:10.
on the track, and this summer at the London Olympics his way he | :15:10. | :15:15.
could become a superstar. The 26- year-old has overcome epilepsy to | :15:15. | :15:19.
get to the top. Gold in the next few months would be the final | :15:19. | :15:23.
hurdle to complete the set. The final in the Olympic Stadium will | :15:23. | :15:29.
take place on Monday 6th August. If he wins that race, Dai Greene can | :15:29. | :15:34.
then claim to be one of the greatest British athletes. | :15:34. | :15:39.
The man himself is here now. Hello. 100 days to go till the Olympics. | :15:39. | :15:45.
How does that milestone affect you next week? Does it? We try not to | :15:45. | :15:50.
think about it too much, but it has been five years and then 500 days, | :15:50. | :15:54.
and the year to go, and a hundred days, it is obviously the last | :15:54. | :15:58.
stretch really, and three months of hard training to make sure I am in | :15:58. | :16:02.
tip-top shape when the -- when August rolls round. You are | :16:02. | :16:06.
obviously a proud Welshman but living in Bath. How to deal with | :16:06. | :16:11.
the weight of expectation? Is it easier been away from Wales? | :16:11. | :16:14.
don't feel the expectation. I know everyone expects me to do well and | :16:14. | :16:18.
bring home the gold medal but I expect that from myself also. I | :16:19. | :16:23.
trained hard and as long as I do myself tripped -- just as are my | :16:23. | :16:28.
training I will be happy with my performance -- justice in my | :16:28. | :16:32.
training. I don't feel pressure from others, it is from myself and | :16:32. | :16:36.
my coach, and it has won the gold medal in the Olympics. As spent a | :16:36. | :16:39.
few hours watching you this afternoon and I don't think I have | :16:39. | :16:42.
ever seen an athlete to so many interviews, TV crews from all over | :16:42. | :16:49.
the world, how to cope with that? usually say no to most of them! I | :16:49. | :16:52.
just do it all in one day and get it over with and it means I can | :16:52. | :16:57.
concentrate on training instead of doing it little by little. It is | :16:57. | :17:00.
great to get extra attention but important not to detract from my | :17:00. | :17:05.
training and preparation. You were saying, you are a superstar to many | :17:05. | :17:08.
people already, but your family really keep your feet on the ground. | :17:09. | :17:13.
Indeed, my parents still live in South Wales, and they come to visit | :17:13. | :17:18.
every now and again, believe me to my own devices and they don't | :17:18. | :17:21.
understand my training times so it is nice not to talk shop with them, | :17:21. | :17:27.
but they are there were many the most. You have a big couple of | :17:27. | :17:30.
months coming up before the Games and you after Portugal now to | :17:30. | :17:34.
sunnier climates, which will be good. It has been raining the last | :17:34. | :17:38.
few weeks so it will be nice to be in Portugal for training. And | :17:38. | :17:41.
hundred days to go scenes like not long but there is still a lot of | :17:41. | :17:45.
training to be done and prep work in that time, and they will train | :17:45. | :17:49.
as I have for the last hundred days, make sure I am one point for the | :17:49. | :17:52.
Games. The very best of luck and thanks for taking time out to talk | :17:52. | :17:57.
to us tonight. Go and avoid the rain drops! Let me bring you up to | :17:57. | :18:01.
date with the rest of the sport. The latest on Wales rugby coach | :18:01. | :18:04.
Warren Gatland and his injury that you remember we reported yesterday. | :18:04. | :18:08.
His wife Trudy has told a New Zealand newspaper he may not | :18:08. | :18:11.
recover in time to take charge of Wales on their summer tour to | :18:11. | :18:15.
Australia. She says they were just see closer to the time whether he | :18:15. | :18:19.
can get to Australia or not -- they were deceived. He fractured both | :18:19. | :18:23.
heels after falling from a ladder at the family's beach house. There | :18:23. | :18:27.
is rugby action tonight, the Dragons are at home this evening in | :18:27. | :18:33.
the Pro12, welcoming Treviso this evening to Rodney Parade, the club, | :18:33. | :18:37.
of course, just below them in the table. The Ospeys in second trouble | :18:37. | :18:40.
to the Blues tomorrow and the Scarlets are also in contention | :18:40. | :18:47.
still, a way to Aironi on Sunday. Let's turn to football, and Swansea | :18:47. | :18:52.
City say it is time to stop the rot. Of course it has been four defeats | :18:52. | :18:55.
on the bounce, and they will want to win against Blackburn tomorrow, | :18:55. | :19:00.
a side fighting to get out of the relegation zone. This one's of | :19:00. | :19:03.

winning ways. -- this once. Brendan Rodgers says they are not safe yet. | :19:07. | :19:13.
Here are the other Championship fixtures. Cardiff City still | :19:13. | :19:16.
occupied the last play-off place and face Barnsley tomorrow. In the | :19:16. | :19:18.

Town 1 Newport County are looking Town 1 Newport County are looking | :19:21. | :19:25.
to secure survival away to York City. It is one of the most famous | :19:25. | :19:30.
races in the world. Tomorrow, of course, the Grand National takes | :19:30. | :19:35.
place at Aintree, and this year there is plenty of welsh interest. | :19:35. | :19:38.
Evan Williams has three runners tomorrow, and one of them, Copper | :19:38. | :19:48.
:19:48. | :19:50. | ||
We have been to the stables to see how preparations are going. | :19:50. | :19:56.
It is a tense time for Evan Williams. He may be one of the UK's | :19:56. | :19:59.
top jump trainers but when it comes to the Grand National he knows | :19:59. | :20:02.
nothing can be taken for granted. This year he has three horses in | :20:02. | :20:06.
the running including Aintree regular State of Play who only runs | :20:06. | :20:12.
in the Grand National. In the last three years he has finished and a | :20:12. | :20:16.
top four, but tomorrow's race will almost certainly be his last. | :20:16. | :20:20.
back for a 4th time and try to be placed is almost impossible, only a | :20:20. | :20:25.
few horses have ever done that, so I hope he comes back safe and sound | :20:25. | :20:29.
and you can have an honourable retirement. Realistically, Evan is | :20:29. | :20:33.
placing his hopes on two younger horses, Deep Purple has already | :20:33. | :20:37.
proved himself at Sandown and hunting down, but it is his | :20:37. | :20:43.
stablemate, Cappa Bleu, who could upset the applecart. A number of | :20:43. | :20:47.
bookmakers are placing him third favourite for tomorrow. He will be | :20:47. | :20:52.
ridden by Paul Moloney, who's switched from State of Play. He is | :20:52. | :20:57.
the younger horse, and I think he could have a better chance, and | :20:57. | :21:01.
that is why I am siding with him, you know? The omens are good for | :21:01. | :21:04.
Welsh hopes at Aintree. Today Pembrokeshire trainer Peter Bowen | :21:04. | :21:10.
made history when his horse Always Waning won the chase for the third | :21:10. | :21:16.
consecutive year. We were on good form, and we took him out of the | :21:16. | :21:23.
National because of the ground, and it paid off. Back in the Mail at | :21:23. | :21:28.
Glamorgan -- Vale of Glamorgan, Cappa Bleu is winding down. For | :21:28. | :21:32.
Evan Williams this is the calm before the storm. He knows only too | :21:32. | :21:37.
well that predicting success at Aintree means all bets are off. | :21:37. | :21:42.
Let me bring you up-to-date with the day's cricket, and Glamorgan | :21:42. | :21:44.
and Derbyshire at the Swalec Stadium and the wickets have | :21:45. | :21:49.
certainly been tumbling again today. Glamorgan were all bowled out for | :21:49. | :21:54.
just 95, only four players making double figures. Robert Croft the | :21:54. | :21:58.
last man out for 12. It was tough going as well for Derbyshire in | :21:58. | :22:03.
their second innings, and at the close they had reached 152-6. This | :22:03. | :22:07.
afternoon here in Bath was pretty sunny, but my goodness, the clouds | :22:07. | :22:12.
above are pretty grey and black. Don't tell me, Derek, I bet it is | :22:12. | :22:13.
Don't tell me, Derek, I bet it is lovely and sunny back home in | :22:13. | :22:18.
Wales? There has been some sunshine but | :22:18. | :22:22.
also be clouds today, showers and a few thunderstorms. What a week it's | :22:22. | :22:27.
been. Beautiful sunshine, showers, hail, snow as well. Rhodri Llwyd | :22:27. | :22:32.
took this snap on the A494 near Rhydymain in Gwynedd yesterday. | :22:32. | :22:36.
Hail the size of peas followed by snow closing the road for some time. | :22:36. | :22:40.
Over the weekend it will turn colder, some showers and frost but | :22:40. | :22:44.
I can also promise sunshine. Sunday a thing the best day of the weekend. | :22:44. | :22:48.
For tonight, further showers on their way, heavy in places too, | :22:48. | :22:52.
wintry on high ground, dry in the north, not as cold as last night | :22:52. | :22:56.
when-three was recorded in Powys, temperatures generally staying | :22:56. | :23:00.
above freezing. Tomorrow morning, some rain and showers in the south, | :23:00. | :23:04.
in fact it could be quite what in Pembridge every time with even snow | :23:04. | :23:08.
on the Brecon Beacons. Northern counties should be much drier, her | :23:08. | :23:12.
plea some sunshine in Wrexham but feeling chilly, though, with a | :23:12. | :23:15.
north easterly breeze. During the day the rain and showers in the | :23:15. | :23:18.
south will gradually Clear Way, it should turn drier and a bit | :23:19. | :23:23.
brighter, a little sunshine in the afternoon, but a few showers moving | :23:23. | :23:28.
into the North. Colder today, top temperatures 7-11 Celsius, with a | :23:28. | :23:32.
chilly north-north-easterly breeze. Tomorrow evening, now, any showers | :23:32. | :23:36.
will fatally this with a dry night, the sky clearing and temperatures | :23:36. | :23:41.
dropping close to freezing or below. That means a widespread frost. | :23:41. | :23:45.
Sunday I think a promising start, cold but sunny, during the day | :23:45. | :23:49.
cumulus clouds building up, wouldn't rule out the odd shower, | :23:49. | :23:52.
but otherwise dry with lighter winds as well. Make the most of the | :23:52. | :23:56.
fine weather on Sunday because next week will turn more unsettled, low | :23:56. | :24:00.
pressure bringing rain, heavy showers and blustery wind. By the | :24:00. | :24:04.
way, the Brecon Lions are organising a Duck Race on Sunday, | :24:04. | :24:07.
everyone is welcome, and the weather looks good. That is the | :24:07. | :24:13.
forecast. Have a lovely weekend. Watch out for Jack Frost! We will | :24:13. | :24:20.
