Welcome to Wales Today. Our top stories.

:00:00.:00:08.

The £50 million science fund, paid for by taxpayers, under the

:00:08.:00:11.

microscope tonight. Questions asked about how some of that money has

:00:11.:00:13.

been spent. Controversial plans to transform

:00:13.:00:30.

this park into a leisure resort are blocked by councillors on Anglesey.

:00:30.:00:37.

BAFTA Cymru says sorry for giving an award to the wrong programme by

:00:37.:00:40.

mistake on one of television's biggest nights.

:00:40.:00:43.

Also tonight, Laurel and Hardy and Charlie Chaplin once graced this

:00:43.:00:47.

Palace Theatre. Now concerns it's close to collapse.

:00:47.:00:52.

And most of us are in for a good soaking. Torrential downpours, a

:00:52.:00:56.

risk of flooding and poor travelling conditions on the way.

:00:56.:01:02.

Good evening. A multi-million pound science fund run by the Welsh

:01:02.:01:07.

Government is under scrutiny tonight. Questions are being asked

:01:07.:01:13.

about how some of the money from it has been spent. The fund is chaired

:01:13.:01:17.

by the Welsh businessman Sir Chris Evans. It's emerged £5 million from

:01:17.:01:22.

the fund went to a company where he was a shareholder. Here's our

:01:22.:01:29.

Political Editor, Nick Servini. Sir Chris Evans is a giant in the

:01:29.:01:34.

world of starting up and growing companies that develop new drugs and

:01:34.:01:39.

medical technology. Because of that expertise, the Port Talbot born

:01:39.:01:44.

businessman became the chair of the Wales life science investment fund

:01:45.:01:48.

which was set up by the Welsh government earlier in the year with

:01:48.:01:52.

£50 million of public money. His role has come under the spotlight in

:01:52.:01:57.

a major investment by the fund in a company which is developing a

:01:57.:02:01.

pioneering use of stem cells for patients who have suffered strokes.

:02:01.:02:07.

The investment is worth £5 million and that, together with an £8

:02:08.:02:11.

million grant from the Welsh government, means they are due to

:02:11.:02:18.

relocate from their current location to the Cardiff area. Sir Chris Evans

:02:18.:02:24.

was an existing shareholder and he also made a personal investment,

:02:24.:02:30.

buying shares worth £600,000, into the company after the friend had

:02:30.:02:36.

decided to put money into it. In a letter, the auditor general for

:02:36.:02:40.

Wales said his staff had made some initial enquiries and he was

:02:40.:02:43.

satisfied that there appeared to be matters that warrant external audit

:02:43.:02:50.

attention. It is also being looked at internally by the Welsh

:02:50.:02:54.

government. That confirmation from auditors led to questions being

:02:54.:02:57.

asked about the fund by Assembly Members this afternoon. Given this

:02:57.:03:03.

is not the only Welsh government fund under review, what insurers is

:03:03.:03:08.

Camberwell SCUD and provide two Welsh taxpayers that the

:03:08.:03:14.

government's -- Welsh government provide to Welsh taxpayers? The

:03:14.:03:21.

direct question that you asked me, this is now a Wales Audit Office

:03:21.:03:26.

matter, therefore it is not a matter for me until the report has been

:03:26.:03:29.

concluded and these matters have been dealt with. The fund was

:03:29.:03:40.

managed by Finance Wales. I don't wish to be drawn further in case I

:03:41.:03:43.

say anything that might be inappropriate. The future of the

:03:43.:03:48.

fund may now depend on the outcome of the examination.

:03:48.:03:52.

Nick Servini joins me now. Nick, what has Chris Evans had to say? A

:03:52.:04:01.

strong defence. The main thrust is about transparency. He says he told

:04:01.:04:05.

everyone about his close connections to the company and even stepped out

:04:05.:04:11.

of the final decision-making meeting when they decided to put the money

:04:11.:04:17.

into the company. On this issue of the personal investment, he said he

:04:17.:04:20.

paid the full share price at the time and this was part of a larger

:04:20.:04:25.

round of trying to attract investment to pay for the research

:04:25.:04:27.

round of trying to attract for this company and he says other

:04:27.:04:31.

investors asked him to put his own money into this company such as the

:04:31.:04:36.

stature that he is held within the industry. He says he is at a loss to

:04:36.:04:42.

explain why there is this examination because the Welsh

:04:42.:04:46.

government have told him that proper procedures were followed and they

:04:46.:04:51.

feel comfortable with that. At the heart of any enquiry or examination

:04:51.:04:54.

into this will be about whether those proper procedures were

:04:54.:04:57.

followed in the light of some of the questions you heard being raised in

:04:57.:05:03.

the assembly this afternoon. He says that if the company does well, Wales

:05:03.:05:09.

will benefit too. This company is doing some pioneering technology.

:05:09.:05:13.

Industry experts say it has got good prospects and if it does very well,

:05:13.:05:18.

all the investors are set to benefit, including the Welsh

:05:18.:05:23.

taxpayer as we now own 11% in this company. The potential conflict is

:05:23.:05:27.

that the life science investment fund is investing in this company

:05:27.:05:32.

which can be notoriously unpredictable and expensive. I guess

:05:32.:05:37.

it is about marrying at those demands with the fact that this is a

:05:37.:05:45.

fund backed by the Welsh taxpayer and how those two can come together.

:05:45.:05:50.

Plans for a new holiday complex on Anglesey which developers claim

:05:50.:05:53.

could have created 600 jobs are in doubt tonight after councillors

:05:53.:05:57.

rejected them. A company called Land and Lakes wants to build on land

:05:57.:06:00.

around the former Anglesey Aluminium plant in Holyhead. It says it's

:06:00.:06:05.

going to appeal. Here's Roger Pinney.

:06:05.:06:12.

The last day of production at Anglesey Aluminium and the

:06:12.:06:17.

bitterness was there for all to see. Around 500 jobs lost, the

:06:17.:06:21.

development around the site is seen as a legacy project, bringing

:06:21.:06:23.

much-needed employment back to the area. This is one of three sites a

:06:23.:06:31.

company called Land and Lakes want to develop. The company did not want

:06:31.:06:37.

to be interviewed following today's decision but in a statement said it

:06:38.:06:42.

is disappointed and will appeal. Land and Lakes have spent the last

:06:42.:06:47.

three years working on the project alongside Anglesey Aluminium and

:06:47.:06:51.

council officials. Plenty of time for opinion to divide. Not very

:06:51.:06:55.

happy about it because it is going to lose this nice environment. We

:06:55.:07:02.

shall miss it. Anything that produces work and a reasonable

:07:02.:07:08.

standard of living has got to be a good thing. Land and Lakes has

:07:08.:07:14.

produced artists impressions of what it proposes. 500 leisure lodges

:07:14.:07:18.

along with spa and restaurants and they say public will still have

:07:18.:07:21.

access to the beach and some woodland. Nearby, another 300 lodges

:07:21.:07:29.

are proposed and a hotel. Initially, the company hopes the lodges will be

:07:29.:07:33.

used by workers building the planned nuclear power station. And on a

:07:33.:07:39.

third site, the developers want to build 360 houses. In total, the

:07:39.:07:45.

development would cover an area equivalent to more than 300 football

:07:45.:07:49.

pitches, prompting concern about scale, although there is scepticism

:07:49.:07:52.

about the number of jobs it would bring. With developers, that is

:07:53.:07:59.

always the issue. They always exaggerate the number of jobs. In

:07:59.:08:06.

many circumstances, the number of jobs which were promised have

:08:06.:08:10.

quartered, probably, and a lot of them have not gone to local people.

:08:10.:08:16.

Today's decision does not quite send Land and Lakes back to the drawing

:08:16.:08:19.

board but it does mean there is a pause for thought.

:08:19.:08:24.

A prisoner has been given a second life sentence for attacking the man

:08:24.:08:28.

who killed April Jones. A court heard how convicted murderer and

:08:28.:08:31.

rapist Juvinal Ferreira slashed Mark Bridger from his temple to his chin

:08:31.:08:34.

at Wakefield Prison in West Yorkshire in an attempt to get him

:08:34.:08:37.

to reveal where the five-year-old's body is hidden. April was abducted

:08:37.:08:44.

in Machynlleth last year. Her body has never been found.

:08:44.:09:04.

An investigation has started into the cause of a fire which killed an

:09:04.:09:08.

elderly woman at sheltered housing in Aberystwyth. It started in a

:09:08.:09:11.

ground floor flat at Glyn Padarn yesterday evening. The woman is

:09:11.:09:14.

thought to have been in bed when the fire broke out. 27 residents were

:09:14.:09:18.

evacuated to safety, many of them disabled or confined to a bed.

:09:18.:09:21.

As far as I am aware, it was only one flat where the fire occurred and

:09:21.:09:24.

I don't think the other flats have suffered any more damage than smoke

:09:24.:09:27.

damage. I am glad to say most of the residents are now back home which

:09:27.:09:29.

suggests the damage was not too extensive, but it is very sad that

:09:29.:09:32.

somebody has lost a life and I extend my sympathies to the family

:09:32.:09:35.

there. A 49-year-old man involved in a

:09:35.:09:38.

shooting incident in Newport in which his estranged wife died has

:09:38.:09:42.

been released from hospital. The man has been receiving treatment at the

:09:42.:09:45.

Royal Gwent Hospital since the shooting on sea breeze Avenue in

:09:45.:09:50.

August. Police say they will speak to him as soon as he's well enough.

:09:50.:09:54.

BAFTA Cymru has apologised after giving its top prize for news to the

:09:54.:09:58.

wrong nominee. On Sunday night the award was presented to the BBC's

:09:58.:10:01.

Welsh language programme Newyddion for its coverage of last year's

:10:01.:10:05.

Olympics. But it's now emerged that the award should have gone to ITV

:10:05.:10:08.

Wales. Our arts and media correspondent Huw Thomas is with me.

:10:08.:10:16.

How did this happen? BAFTA Cymru are putting this down to a clerical

:10:16.:10:20.

mistake by one of its staff. It is an annual ceremony which took place

:10:20.:10:24.

in Cardiff on Sunday night and the News category included Newyddion,

:10:24.:10:34.

BBC Wales Today and ITV Wales. On Sunday night, Newyddion took the

:10:35.:10:39.

award home for its coverage of the Olympics, but it has since emerged

:10:39.:10:45.

it should have gone to ITV Wales. The chair of BAFTA Cymru has told me

:10:46.:10:49.

that the head of the jury which decided the award was at the

:10:49.:10:53.

ceremony but that he first became aware that a mistake had happened in

:10:53.:10:57.

the early hours of Monday morning. After checking the paperwork, the

:10:57.:11:01.

error was confirmed and that confirmation received last night.

:11:01.:11:05.

This morning, the award was presented to ITV Wales in Cardiff. I

:11:05.:11:11.

asked him whether he or the BAFTA Cymru director would be resigning as

:11:11.:11:15.

a result of this mistake but he said he felt they were both best place to

:11:15.:11:19.

now oversee this investigation into what happened. And any word from ITV

:11:19.:11:30.

Wales or BBC? ITV Wales says it is grateful to BAFTA Cymru for

:11:30.:11:37.

correcting this mistake. The BBC have congratulated ITV Wales but

:11:37.:11:42.

said the sense of disappointment was palpable.

:11:42.:11:54.

You're watching Wales Today. Plenty still ahead.

:11:54.:11:57.

Brought crashing down by strong winds - the 1,200-year-old oak tree

:11:57.:12:02.

now being preserved. And this is coming our way in the

:12:02.:12:06.

next few hours - Derek will have all the details.

:12:06.:12:08.

Plans to scrap several bus routes in Mid and West Wales is a body blow

:12:08.:12:12.

for rural communities and people will suffer. That's the warning

:12:12.:12:18.

tonight from the Protection of Rural Wales campaign group. It comes after

:12:18.:12:23.

Arriva announced a depot in Aberystwyth and bus stations in New

:12:23.:12:26.

Quay, Lampeter and Dolgellau could close in December.

:12:26.:12:36.

If you have not got a car, if you are living away from post offices,

:12:36.:12:40.

if you are living away from doctors surgeries, if you want to go and see

:12:40.:12:44.

people in hospitals, how are you going to do it? Inevitably, there

:12:44.:12:50.

will be concern, irritation and anger that we have got to have a

:12:50.:12:55.

system which provides for both the country and bourbon areas. -- urban

:12:55.:13:01.

areas. So how will many parts of rural

:13:02.:13:05.

Wales cope with fewer transport links? Cemlyn Davies has spent the

:13:05.:13:08.

day in one town in Ceredigion which is expected to lose its local bus

:13:08.:13:12.

service at the end of the year. It isn't hard to see why so many are

:13:12.:13:17.

drawn to New Quay on holiday or to live. But now there are fears

:13:17.:13:20.

locally that changes to public transport will lead to fewer

:13:20.:13:22.

visitors, whilst people living here may also be forced to leave. After

:13:22.:13:34.

yesterday's announcement, they say New Quay could become a ghost town.

:13:34.:13:37.

Amanda Bainbridge's daughter goes to school in Aberystwyth, some 23 miles

:13:37.:13:41.

away. The bus service she uses to get there would be scrapped under

:13:42.:13:47.

Arriva's plans. There would be no way my daughter could get home from

:13:47.:13:51.

school so I would have to get to Aberystwyth everyday which means I

:13:51.:13:54.

could not work at all. I don't know what I am going to do now. In the

:13:54.:13:59.

could not work at all. I don't know local post office there were further

:13:59.:14:05.

concerns. It is absolutely disgusting really, because people

:14:05.:14:09.

can't get here, people come to do the coastal path, they will be able

:14:09.:14:15.

to do that, and, obviously, my customers are a lot of elderly

:14:15.:14:19.

people so they can't get to hospital appointments. It is scary enough as

:14:19.:14:21.

it is. In the winter it gets appointments. It is scary enough as

:14:21.:14:27.

isolated anyway. The elderly are going to get even more so. Rural

:14:27.:14:30.

communities like this one often rely on tourism and the potential impact

:14:30.:14:34.

on visitor numbers is another worry. Louise Bujeja works in a local cafe

:14:35.:14:39.

and runs a guest house. She's already been affected by the

:14:39.:14:44.

decision to scrap Sunday buses. We have guests who would come on the

:14:44.:14:48.

train and needed to go back to Aberystwyth so I needed to drive

:14:48.:14:51.

them in the end otherwise they would not have got their train back. If we

:14:51.:14:56.

had told them they were no bus services, they would have cancelled

:14:57.:14:59.

the booking and we would have lost money. Is that something you are

:14:59.:15:04.

worried will happen more often? Yes, of course. Arriva says the financial

:15:04.:15:09.

pressure on its operations in Ceredigion is unsustainable and so

:15:09.:15:12.

its current services in the area can't continue. Whilst that

:15:12.:15:15.

announcement has angered and disappointed many here, it hasn't

:15:15.:15:23.

come as a surprise to everyone. It was bound to happen. The buses have

:15:23.:15:27.

been running NT four years. I have not used the buses for 50 years. It

:15:27.:15:33.

is unfortunate for people who can't drive because they need the buses.

:15:33.:15:39.

But I would not be able to afford to run the buses carrying three or four

:15:39.:15:45.

people. But for those who do use the service, its loss would be a bitter

:15:45.:15:48.

blow. The last Arriva bus is expected to leave New Quay on

:15:48.:15:51.

December 21st. Staying with transport, more than

:15:51.:15:55.

£40 million is to be spent improving rail links between North and South

:15:55.:15:59.

Wales. The new lines are expected to take 16 minutes off journey times

:15:59.:16:02.

and the single line between Wrexham and Chester will be doubled. Work is

:16:02.:16:14.

likely to finish by spring 2015. A peaceful protest has taken place

:16:14.:16:18.

at a site in the Vale of Glamorgan which could potentially be used for

:16:18.:16:21.

exploratory drilling for gas reserves. People against the plans

:16:21.:16:23.

demonstrated as councillors visited the site at Llantrithyd.

:16:23.:16:26.

It's a theatre steeped in history - one of the UK's only Victorian music

:16:26.:16:30.

halls still standing. But tonight there are concerns Swansea's Palace

:16:30.:16:34.

Theatre is on the verge of collapse. The council says it's doing all it

:16:34.:16:37.

can to save the building, but says it simply doesn't have the money to

:16:38.:16:41.

restore it. Carwyn Jones reports. It first opened its doors in 1888 is

:16:41.:16:46.

a bustling music Hall. In its heyday at the turn of the last century, it

:16:46.:16:50.

hosted performances by Charlie Chaplin and Laurel and Hardy Dom but

:16:50.:16:55.

the halcyon days of the Palace Theatre are now a distant memory. It

:16:55.:16:59.

has become a decaying wreck in the heart of Swansea. It is difficult to

:16:59.:17:03.

imagine the glory days of the Palace Theatre. That has led to a stark

:17:03.:17:13.

warning tonight by the theatre's trust. The advisory body that

:17:13.:17:19.

safeguards Theatre is across the UK. Each year, it has become

:17:19.:17:23.

increasingly more derelict, more abandoned, more neglected, and the

:17:23.:17:27.

water is coming in and that is weakening the structure of the

:17:27.:17:31.

building. The longer it is left in that condition, the weaker the

:17:31.:17:34.

building becomes and eventually, it will fall down. The Palace Theatre

:17:34.:17:42.

has been closed since 2006. The last time a theatrical performance was

:17:42.:17:53.

staged here was 11 years ago. We should be really battering on the

:17:53.:17:57.

doors of the council and saying, you have got to do something about it.

:17:57.:18:01.

It is a Grade-II listed buildings so it should not be left to decay.

:18:01.:18:07.

Swansea council says it is doing all it can to safeguard the building's

:18:07.:18:11.

future. It recently commissioned a feasibility study to explore

:18:11.:18:15.

possible uses for the theatre, but the council is in a tricky position.

:18:15.:18:21.

I am surprised it has not been broken into. It is in private

:18:21.:18:26.

ownership. One option could be to serve a compulsory purchase order,

:18:26.:18:32.

but it admits it does not have the millions of pounds needed to fund

:18:32.:18:36.

the restoration. There are even doubts about its viability as a

:18:36.:18:40.

theatre. This building has particular challenges which would

:18:40.:18:44.

not be easily reconciled with the needs of modern theatre in terms of

:18:44.:18:49.

health and safety and access and so on. Unfortunately, the architecture

:18:49.:18:53.

of the building makes a theatre use very problematic. But an online

:18:53.:18:58.

campaign to save the building is gathering momentum. By registering

:18:58.:19:06.

as a charity, it could access grant funding which the council can't.

:19:06.:19:10.

Hundreds of local people have already voiced their support. The

:19:10.:19:15.

history of the building tells a lot about the history of Swansea. This

:19:15.:19:18.

building more than any other has been used by the people of Swansea.

:19:18.:19:24.

While there does seem to be widespread concern, finding a

:19:24.:19:27.

solution will take time. That is the one thing this building does not

:19:27.:19:30.

have. We've been warned of some miserable

:19:30.:19:31.

weather. How bad is it going to get? Wales is in the firing line for some

:19:31.:19:42.

very heavy rain in the next 24 hours. There is a Met Office warning

:19:42.:19:46.

in force covering the whole country, valid until the end of tomorrow.

:19:46.:19:51.

It's a yellow warning which means be aware. 20mm to 50mm of rain in

:19:51.:19:59.

places in just a few hours. Possibly more on higher ground. Drains

:19:59.:20:03.

blocked by leaves and small streams may be unable to cope with the

:20:03.:20:07.

torrential rain. There is a risk of flooding. Poor travelling conditions

:20:07.:20:09.

as well. This evening and tonight, flooding. Poor travelling conditions

:20:09.:20:13.

some dry weather, but also showers or longer spells of rain. Heavy and

:20:13.:20:19.

thundery in places. Temperatures not falling much. 15 or 16 Celsius.

:20:19.:20:26.

Feeling muggy with a breeze. Here's the picture for 8.00am in the

:20:26.:20:30.

morning. Parts of north, mid Wales and the Marches dry but make the

:20:30.:20:44.

most of it. It won't last. There is the potential for some very heavy

:20:44.:20:52.

rain. Further south and west, there will be showers. Rain in

:20:52.:20:56.

Pembrokeshire with a brisk southeasterly wind on the coast.

:20:56.:21:00.

Later in the morning, heavy rain will reach the south and west and

:21:00.:21:04.

this will spread across the rest of the country during the afternoon.

:21:04.:21:09.

Turning very wet. Some torrential downpours and you may hear thunder.

:21:10.:21:15.

Despite the heavy rain, still feeling mild and muggy. Temperatures

:21:15.:21:20.

above average. 17 to 20 Celsius with a southeasterly breeze. In Rhondda

Cynon Taff, turning wet tomorrow. Some torrential rain in the

:21:30.:21:33.

afternoon with a high of 18 Celsius in Pontypridd. Tomorrow evening, the

:21:33.:21:38.

heaviest rain will clear, so turning drier, but still some rain and

:21:38.:21:44.

scattered showers overnight. And remaining mild. Friday, further rain

:21:44.:21:49.

and showers, but some drier, brighter spells as well and feeling

:21:49.:21:56.

fresher. Better news for the weekend. High pressure on the way

:21:56.:22:03.

and that means much drier, more settled weather. Some sunshine and

:22:03.:22:11.

lighter winds. Cooler nights too, with mist and fog patches. In the

:22:11.:22:17.

meantime, there is more rain on the way. Some torrential downpours

:22:17.:22:23.

tomorrow afternoon. Take extra care if you're travelling and keep an eye

:22:23.:22:32.

on the forecast. You can keep up-to-date with the weather on our

:22:32.:22:34.

website. Back in April, we brought you the

:22:34.:22:45.

story of the 1200 -year-old oak tree, which was one of the oldest in

:22:45.:22:50.

Europe, and was blown down in a storm. The ancient tree is being

:22:50.:22:54.

preserved in a number of ways, including being turned into art,

:22:54.:23:00.

jewellery and ornaments. The tree was already 350 years old

:23:00.:23:07.

when the Welsh prince rallied his armour under its branches in 1157

:23:07.:23:12.

before defeating King Henry the second in a battle nearby. It was

:23:12.:23:15.

not the military that brought it down, however, but 60 mph winds.

:23:15.:23:21.

Many conservationists wanted to preserve it and one of those ways

:23:21.:23:25.

involved chopping it into small pieces. I need a piece of wood which

:23:25.:23:36.

is shaped something like that. I then cut it in half and then I draw

:23:36.:23:45.

the axe so it is all cut out of wood. After I have drawn the axe, I

:23:45.:23:51.

roughly saw it down. And then I start carving it with this. The drug

:23:51.:23:59.

could be redirected elsewhere in Pontfadog but the best hope of

:23:59.:24:02.

resurrecting the tree comes from a cutting which has been successfully

:24:02.:24:07.

grafted onto a young oak. It will incorporate the ochre's DNA which

:24:07.:24:12.

could mean an impressive life span. For a tree to grow to 1200 years old

:24:12.:24:17.

means it is special. It has got very hearty jeans. If people look after

:24:17.:24:30.

them, it will last for ever. Eventually, we will have a new trees

:24:30.:24:34.

arriving Phoenix like from the old tree. When this mighty oak was

:24:34.:24:41.

brought down, many local people were deeply saddened, but thanks to the

:24:41.:24:45.

carving skills of Stuart Jones, this ancient tree will it again.

:24:45.:24:54.

The main news again from the BBC. David Cameron has given the clearest

:24:54.:24:58.

signal that of a clear policy that he would campaign at the next

:24:58.:25:02.

election. Speaking at the end of the Conservative party conference in

:25:02.:25:06.

Manchester, the Prime Minister said under 25 is could lose their

:25:06.:25:10.

automatic entitlement to benefits. He said the Conservatives should be

:25:10.:25:13.

allowed to finish the job they began.

:25:13.:25:18.

The last few years have been a real struggle but what people want to

:25:18.:25:21.

know is this, was the struggle with it? And here is the honest answer,

:25:21.:25:28.

the struggle will only be worth it if we as a country finish the job we

:25:28.:25:33.

have started. Questions are being asked about how

:25:33.:25:37.

some of the many paid for by taxpayers to develop companies in

:25:37.:25:41.

the science industry has been spent. The fund is cheered by the Welsh

:25:41.:25:46.

businessmen Sir Chris Evans. It has emerged a major investment went to a

:25:46.:25:50.

company where he was a shareholder. He insists he declared his interest

:25:50.:25:54.

in full. Plans for new homes and a holiday

:25:54.:25:57.

congress on Anglesey which developers claim could have created

:25:57.:26:02.

600 jobs are in doubt tonight after councillors rejected them. The

:26:03.:26:06.

company, called Land and Lakes, wants to build on land around the

:26:06.:26:12.

Anglesey Aluminium plant in Holyhead. It said it is going to

:26:12.:26:16.

appeal. If you have got a story for us get

:26:16.:26:18.

in touch. That's it for now. More from me at

:26:18.:26:25.

8.00pm and at 10.25pm. From all of us here, have a good evening.
