Commonwealth Summit in Sri Lanka. That is all from the BBC News at | :00:00. | :00:27.
Our other headlines tonight: 45 horses are destroyed in the Vale of | :00:28. | :00:31.
Glamorgan by an animal welfare charity. They say they were starving | :00:32. | :00:41.
and neglected. Hands off our fire station. Why | :00:42. | :00:44.
these campaigners say lives are going to be put at risk. | :00:45. | :00:47.
Good evening, I'm in Merthyr where a huge party is about to begin for BBC | :00:48. | :00:51.
Children in Need so expect some strange goings on, including how a | :00:52. | :00:54.
case of mistaken identity sees Derek Brockway put in charge of the | :00:55. | :00:56.
country. ?NEWLINE Good evening. An | :00:57. | :01:04.
investigation is underway tonight after two people died in a plane | :01:05. | :01:07.
crash at Hawarden airport in Flintshire. The man and woman were | :01:08. | :01:12.
in a light aircraft which came down close to the runway at lunchtime. | :01:13. | :01:15.
Our reporter Matthew Richards is there for us tonight. Matthew, what | :01:16. | :01:23.
happened? It is some five hours... We know | :01:24. | :01:35.
that a man was reported to be dead at the scene and a woman was taken | :01:36. | :01:41.
to the nearby Chester Hospital with serious injuries. She died shortly | :01:42. | :01:45.
afterwards. A number of emergency vehicles have been attending the | :01:46. | :01:48.
scene from North Wales Police and the Welsh Ambulance Service. We've | :01:49. | :01:54.
had members of the Airbus Fire crews here. It shares land with the Airbus | :01:55. | :02:02.
plant. The runway is shared by Airbus. We understand the air | :02:03. | :02:15.
accident investigation Branch has been... We know the coroner has been | :02:16. | :02:27.
informed. Thank you very much. Apologies for | :02:28. | :02:34.
the quality of the line. How other health board has confirmed it | :02:35. | :02:40.
intends to carry on with nonemergency services. Last month it | :02:41. | :02:45.
said certain orthopaedic schedules would be cancelled for a period of | :02:46. | :02:49.
time while it dealt with increased pressure. | :02:50. | :02:52.
45 horses have had to be destroyed in the Vale of Glamorgan because | :02:53. | :02:55.
vets found they had been severely neglected and were suffering. Around | :02:56. | :02:58.
200 animals have been assessed by the RSPCA and Red Wings Horse | :02:59. | :03:07.
sanctuary over the past few days. Starving and neglected. These horses | :03:08. | :03:11.
are some of the 200 animals which are being rescued from this farm in | :03:12. | :03:14.
the Vale of Glamorgan. Just metres away from them are more than a dozen | :03:15. | :03:18.
dead horses. Diggers were moving the carcases all day. 45 animals have | :03:19. | :03:22.
had to be put down after been found in such a suffering state. Nic | :03:23. | :03:26.
Debrauwere is a vet at Red Wings horse sanctuary and is assessing the | :03:27. | :03:30.
horses at the site. We have discovered that serious concerns and | :03:31. | :03:37.
the only way to do it is to get our hands on each horse individually and | :03:38. | :03:40.
examine them one by one full stop it is what we're doing and it takes a | :03:41. | :03:44.
lot of time. Some of them are quite nervous and have not been handled | :03:45. | :03:48.
for quite some time. Some of them are quite ill. The road - has been | :03:49. | :03:54.
closed just after nine o'clock this morning three large vehicles went | :03:55. | :03:58.
down this lame. It is believed they are from local charities and horse | :03:59. | :04:01.
Sanctuary is to pick up the rest of the 200 suffering animals. Just over | :04:02. | :04:14.
45 horses have been destroyed on welfare grounds at present. It is a | :04:15. | :04:19.
sad state of affairs. Everybody down there is very upset by the whole | :04:20. | :04:24.
situation. We are focused on the welfare of those horses we can say. | :04:25. | :04:27.
We're moving forward in those terms. The Assembly is planning on fast | :04:28. | :04:30.
tracking a bill that's aimed at tackling illegal horse grazing to | :04:31. | :04:33.
prevent such cases as this happening. Neighbours say the | :04:34. | :04:40.
animals were faring well just until a few weeks ago. They were doing OK | :04:41. | :04:45.
and then the weather changed. All the rain came down and the fields | :04:46. | :04:49.
became muddy and they were struggling to find food. After more | :04:50. | :04:52.
than two hours of rounding up the horses these vehicles left the site | :04:53. | :04:56.
to take away the neglected animals and to a sanctuary to receive proper | :04:57. | :04:58.
care. Campaigners in Blaenau Gwent are | :04:59. | :05:02.
warning lives could be put at risk if plans to close one of the | :05:03. | :05:05.
county's fire stations go ahead. Today, the last chance for people to | :05:06. | :05:09.
have their say on plans to save money by the South Wales Fire and | :05:10. | :05:13.
Rescue Service. Its chief fire officer says there wouldn't be any | :05:14. | :05:16.
additional risk to the public. Paul Heaney is at Blaina fire station in | :05:17. | :05:22.
Blaenau Gwent. Good evening. It is a chilly Blaina. | :05:23. | :05:30.
There has been a cold reception to the idea of closing this station | :05:31. | :05:34.
find me from the people who live in this neighbourhood. So why do it? A | :05:35. | :05:39.
fire service have received fewer callouts in recent years. There is | :05:40. | :05:46.
better safety on offer. Many, the fire service get their budget from a | :05:47. | :05:50.
cash strapped local authorities and have had to make millions of pounds | :05:51. | :05:54.
of savings at the coming years. Despite that backdrop, campaigners | :05:55. | :05:59.
here and in Cwmbran six hurting these services could cost lives and | :06:00. | :06:05.
add a bad idea for lots of reasons. -- cutting these services. I can | :06:06. | :06:10.
remember vividly the sound of crunching metal and breaking glass. | :06:11. | :06:17.
This man says he owes his life to the fire service. In 1996 it crashed | :06:18. | :06:23.
on an icy road in Blaenau Gwent and the crew from Blaina were there in | :06:24. | :06:28.
minutes. A minute is a long time when you are in a life situation. I | :06:29. | :06:41.
think a lot of stations could have come to the scene, but if it could | :06:42. | :06:45.
have taken five minutes longer, that's the tuition was an unstable | :06:46. | :06:49.
city wish and that they stabilised very quickly. He is one of thousands | :06:50. | :06:55.
campaigning against changes to the fire and rescue service in Blaenau | :06:56. | :06:59.
Gwent and Torfaen because it will increase response times. South Wales | :07:00. | :07:05.
Fire and rescue have to find ?10 million of savings at the next three | :07:06. | :07:08.
years. We have looked at the way they work in Bridgend, Cardiff and | :07:09. | :07:12.
the Vale of Glamorgan. Next they will look at Merthyr, Rhondda Cynon | :07:13. | :07:19.
Taff and Caerphilly. Today, their focus is further east. No changes | :07:20. | :07:23.
for Newport or Monmouthshire that controversial ones for Torfaen and | :07:24. | :07:31.
Blaenau Gwent. Firefighter Stephen Griffin and Kevin Lane died while | :07:32. | :07:38.
trying to save others in 1996. Their memorial is prominently displayed in | :07:39. | :07:42.
the Blaina station which is earmarked for closure. Lives will be | :07:43. | :07:51.
put at risk. We had a fire locally over -- only a few weeks ago. It | :07:52. | :07:59.
been consequences in that house fire if Blaina had not in the first was | :08:00. | :08:05.
to get a prompt attendance. The fire and rescue services in Wales are not | :08:06. | :08:09.
immune to the budget cuts. It will be increased attendance times. | :08:10. | :08:15.
However, when we run that through modelling it comes up as evil | :08:16. | :08:22.
increase in risk. His proposals on the public consultation which ends | :08:23. | :08:26.
today will be considered by the fire authority next month. | :08:27. | :08:28.
The Prime Minister has confirmed that the next NATO summit will be | :08:29. | :08:31.
held in Newport on the fourth and fifth of September next year. The | :08:32. | :08:35.
summit, at the Celtic Manor, is expected to be attended by the US | :08:36. | :08:38.
President Barack Obama, the first serving US President to visit Wales. | :08:39. | :08:42.
A couple in their late seventies have died in a crash on the A48 near | :08:43. | :08:46.
Carmarthen. They've been named as Walford and Daphne Bennett from | :08:47. | :08:50.
Kidwelly. Two cars collided at the Llanddarog junction just after 11 | :08:51. | :08:52.
o'clock this morning. Two other people suffered minor injuries. The | :08:53. | :09:05.
road was closed for several hours. There's been a call for an all-Wales | :09:06. | :09:08.
approach to how police deal with people who suffer from mental health | :09:09. | :09:12.
problems. Figures obtained by BBC Wales show significant differences | :09:13. | :09:15.
across our four police forces in the numbers of people who end up in | :09:16. | :09:18.
custody after suffering a mental health crisis. The mental health | :09:19. | :09:22.
charity Hafal. Says a police cell should be a last resort. Here's | :09:23. | :09:24.
Roger Pinney. When a mental health crisis | :09:25. | :09:29.
strikes, who knows how the sufferer will react. Some will deal with it, | :09:30. | :09:33.
coal with without help. For others there is a descent into drink and | :09:34. | :09:41.
drugs. Inevitably in some cases the police will get involved. The police | :09:42. | :09:46.
do have a tool to help them deal with people who are suffering a | :09:47. | :09:52.
mental health crisis, it is called section 136 of the mental health | :09:53. | :09:56.
act. They can be taken to a place of safety. But should this place be a | :09:57. | :10:03.
police cell only hospital ward? The statistics obtained show markedly | :10:04. | :10:08.
different approaches in north and south Wales. In 2011-2012, in North | :10:09. | :10:15.
Wales, there were 134 address. A year later that figure had fallen to | :10:16. | :10:19.
27. In the same period in South Wales, the number of arrests rose | :10:20. | :10:28.
from 533 to 706. Internet poll is, there were small changes. As farmers | :10:29. | :10:34.
North Wales Police are concerned -- as far as North Wales Police are | :10:35. | :10:40.
concerned they have 16 nurses who are in attendance at the custody | :10:41. | :10:44.
suites. They held that the custody sergeants to decide whether the | :10:45. | :10:49.
person is suffering from a mental health problem. You have to look at | :10:50. | :10:56.
the need for proper availability of safe places in the health services | :10:57. | :11:00.
and you have two be conscious of the fact the police are the service of | :11:01. | :11:08.
last resort. The Welsh Government has a mental health strategy and the | :11:09. | :11:12.
police forces have contributed to it. It has proved difficult to | :11:13. | :11:16.
establish where the custody trends are moving in different directions. | :11:17. | :11:20.
At the mental health charity Hafal they say it is time for an all Wales | :11:21. | :11:25.
approach. I am not surprised that our differences. We would rather | :11:26. | :11:30.
focus on what is being done to help this client group. You will always | :11:31. | :11:35.
have people being arrested and the this act. What are we going to | :11:36. | :11:43.
address this? They say that may mean sorting as practical issues like | :11:44. | :11:49.
housing. All agree this is a complex issue. All agree that a no easy | :11:50. | :11:52.
solutions. Much more to come before seven | :11:53. | :11:56.
o'clock. Wales haven't won an autumn international for four years. Can | :11:57. | :11:59.
they put it right against Argentina tomorrow? | :12:00. | :12:06.
Swansea Bay has given its final presentation in the bid to become | :12:07. | :12:11.
the 2017 UK City of Culture. It faces competition from Dundee, Hull | :12:12. | :12:14.
and Leicester with the winner to be named on Wednesday. Delegations from | :12:15. | :12:18.
all four cities have travelled to Londonderry, the current holder of | :12:19. | :12:22.
the title. Earlier, I asked Nick Bradley from Swansea Council to give | :12:23. | :12:26.
me his pitch on why his city deserves to win. | :12:27. | :12:33.
Swansea Bay is a fantastic area. It is based on the people for the | :12:34. | :12:38.
people. At the time of austerity you invest in those communities that | :12:39. | :12:43.
need it the most. But it had some fantastic ideas as well. We have | :12:44. | :12:50.
Russell T Davies committing to the launch of his new drama. There is | :12:51. | :12:55.
new music for the event. We have committed to one of the biggest | :12:56. | :12:59.
outdoor art exhibitions in the world. We are committed to a huge | :13:00. | :13:04.
range of activities that I think we'll really illuminate the Swansea | :13:05. | :13:08.
Bay region. But it was tough. What would it mean if this bid was won? | :13:09. | :13:15.
It would be transformational. You only have to look around in | :13:16. | :13:18.
Londonderry to see what the city of dead -- culture means to the | :13:19. | :13:25.
people. For Swansea Bay it'll be a huge huge asset. The excitement and | :13:26. | :13:30.
support we have from the Welsh Government, from the people of | :13:31. | :13:34.
Swansea and from the arts community across Wales was phenomenal. You are | :13:35. | :13:38.
standing in Londonderry, a previous winner of city of culture, what does | :13:39. | :13:44.
it mean for them? It has been transformational for them. Just | :13:45. | :13:48.
talking to the taxi drivers, Pete on the streets, it has transformed the | :13:49. | :13:54.
city. The Turner prize is just at the side of me. The enthusiasm that | :13:55. | :14:01.
everybody has taken for this price is extraordinary. Every single | :14:02. | :14:06.
person I have spoken to has said it has transformed both their lives and | :14:07. | :14:10.
the city. It's considered one of the most | :14:11. | :14:14.
difficult cancers to treat but now Welsh doctors are leading the way | :14:15. | :14:17.
with a ground breaking approach to treating cancer of the oesophagus. | :14:18. | :14:21.
Patients from across the UK will be invited to take part in the trial | :14:22. | :14:24.
which will test the benefits of combining drugs and cutting edge | :14:25. | :14:27.
technologies. Caroline Evans has been to Singleton Hospital in | :14:28. | :14:35.
Swansea to find out more. This woman from Aberystwyth is | :14:36. | :14:39.
undergoing radiotherapy as she has done every day this week. She was | :14:40. | :14:44.
diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus in July and for her | :14:45. | :14:49.
radiotherapy and chemotherapy had not -- and not surgery was | :14:50. | :14:52.
considered the best treatment. For those who should have surgery she | :14:53. | :14:55.
believes this trial is an exciting development. You have to trial | :14:56. | :15:01.
anything don't you. You have to keep living. I have a lot to live for. | :15:02. | :15:10.
You just do whatever they tell you. Cancer of the oesophagus is the | :15:11. | :15:14.
ninth most common cancer in adults. Every year in Wales 900 people are | :15:15. | :15:19.
diagnosed with the condition. On average, only 8% will live for five | :15:20. | :15:24.
years after the diagnosis. This trial will bring together a | :15:25. | :15:28.
combination of radiotherapy and two different chemotherapy drugs before | :15:29. | :15:35.
surgery. Our radiotherapy techniques have improved so much and there has | :15:36. | :15:38.
been studies particularly from Holland that have shown this | :15:39. | :15:44.
technique can improve the outlook for patients. It doesn't seem to | :15:45. | :15:50.
lead to a higher rate of complications after operations. Part | :15:51. | :15:55.
of the trial will take place here along with Wales 's other main | :15:56. | :15:58.
cancer centres in Cardiff and in North Wales. Patients will be drawn | :15:59. | :16:05.
from across the UK. There are various inclusion criteria. They | :16:06. | :16:08.
have got to be suitable for surgery and also the able to cope with | :16:09. | :16:19.
YouTube must we are offering them. -- with the surgery we are offering | :16:20. | :16:23.
them. Football and rugby now. Here's Ashleigh with all of tonight's | :16:24. | :16:26.
sport. Chris Coleman says the honour of leading his country was the | :16:27. | :16:30.
reason behind his decision to stay on as Welsh manager for another two | :16:31. | :16:34.
years. The FAW confirmed today that Coleman will now take Wales through | :16:35. | :16:38.
to the 2016 European Championships. James Williams reports. | :16:39. | :16:49.
Was this the Victor reader saved Chris Coleman's job? After | :16:50. | :16:53.
disappointing World Cup qualifying campaign a recent win over Macedonia | :16:54. | :16:58.
followed by an unexpected draw to Belgium strengthened his position. | :16:59. | :17:03.
But as his contract remained unsettled the questions over his | :17:04. | :17:06.
future grew. But after months of delays was confirmed today that | :17:07. | :17:11.
Chris Coleman will remain Wales boss for the Euro 2016 qualifiers. He | :17:12. | :17:16.
said there was only one job for him. I just thought the Welsh job and the | :17:17. | :17:21.
honour of doing it will be bigger than any other job I could do. I | :17:22. | :17:27.
will never get a bigger honour, I won't get more responsibility. I | :17:28. | :17:30.
didn't have any thoughts of managing the Premier league. I wasn't tempted | :17:31. | :17:37.
about Crystal Palace. The only job that has been in my thinking has | :17:38. | :17:46.
been Wales. Where the most expensive player is, the press follows. The | :17:47. | :17:54.
deal is done and the F a chief said it is time to move on. We have made | :17:55. | :17:59.
the right decision. In hindsight, we should have signed it earlier. We | :18:00. | :18:05.
looking forward, Euro 2016 is what we talking about. Let's finish what | :18:06. | :18:13.
we started. At the training session, the players got into the | :18:14. | :18:17.
charity spirit. Tomorrow, it is business as usual when they face | :18:18. | :18:23.
Finland. The Euro qualifiers will be Coleman 's ultimate test. Another | :18:24. | :18:26.
disappointing campaign and fans might not be sold charitable. Rugby. | :18:27. | :18:30.
Would you believe it's four years since Wales last won a match during | :18:31. | :18:35.
an autumn series? It's a statistic that Warren Gatland says is weighing | :18:36. | :18:38.
heavily on him as they prepare to face Argentina tomorrow. After | :18:39. | :18:41.
defeat to South Africa last Saturday, winning is the only | :18:42. | :18:48.
option. The 21st of November 2009. It is | :18:49. | :18:54.
hard to believe it is for long years since Wales last won amassed in the | :18:55. | :18:58.
autumn series. After signature Shane Williams display against Argentina. | :18:59. | :19:03.
It is a statistic that does not tell the whole story. Wales have storm | :19:04. | :19:08.
the six Nations twice since then and reached a World Cup semifinal. But | :19:09. | :19:11.
it is an embarrassment for a side that once to be dominant in the | :19:12. | :19:17.
world game. They fell short to South Africa last weekend. They don't want | :19:18. | :19:22.
to lose again this year. We want a four out of four. We got reasonably | :19:23. | :19:31.
close last week. But this week, we have got to cope with the few | :19:32. | :19:36.
injuries. We want to make sure we have a big game in terms of Gethin | :19:37. | :19:43.
Jenkins and that milestone. It'll be for him and all of us if we come -- | :19:44. | :19:48.
if we don't come off the field with a win. Gethin Jenkins will get is | :19:49. | :19:55.
100th cap tomorrow. Cory Allen will win his first cap as part of the new | :19:56. | :19:59.
look midfield where Dan Biggar will also be trying to take his chance. | :20:00. | :20:05.
It is about me getting an opportunity to put a marker down. | :20:06. | :20:08.
The main thing is getting a win for the team. The boys played well last | :20:09. | :20:14.
weekend and we were unlucky. As a team, we were unfortunate to lose. | :20:15. | :20:20.
This week it is about winning. Just over half of the available tickets | :20:21. | :20:24.
have been sold. After last year 's shock defeat, the Millennium Stadium | :20:25. | :20:29.
crowd might feel nervous. Another big sporting event is on its | :20:30. | :20:33.
way to Wales. Cardiff will host the World Half Marathon Championships in | :20:34. | :20:36.
2016. It'll be the biggest athletics event in Wales since the 1958 Empire | :20:37. | :20:40.
Games. Organisers hope to attract some of the world's top runners, | :20:41. | :20:43.
who'll be preparing for the Olympic Games. The race will be part of the | :20:44. | :20:47.
Cardiff Half Marathon, which attracted 14,000 runners this year. | :20:48. | :20:50.
World rally champion Sebastien Ogier has pulled clear at the top of the | :20:51. | :20:53.
Wales Rally GB standings today. The 29-year-old Frenchman won four of | :20:54. | :20:57.
the six stages on day two of the championship. Dolgellau's Elfyn | :20:58. | :20:59.
Evans is currently in eighth position. | :21:00. | :21:02.
Today is, of course, the big day for the big bear. Pudsey's been brushed | :21:03. | :21:05.
down and polished up and he's ready to raise millions of pounds again | :21:06. | :21:09.
this year for some very worthwhile causes. Lucy Owen is amid the fun | :21:10. | :21:15.
and fundraising in Merthyr for us this evening. Thank you. Good | :21:16. | :21:25.
evening and welcome to the College Merthyr Tydfil. It is the venue for | :21:26. | :21:30.
the Welsh bit of Children in Need. There has been a fantastic | :21:31. | :21:35.
atmosphere here today. Staff and students have dressed up. They have | :21:36. | :21:41.
been raising money all week. Final rehearsals are taking place 49th | :21:42. | :21:46.
broadcast. You can see the children's choir there who are going | :21:47. | :21:51.
to be performing. They have been sounding amazing in rehearsal. They | :21:52. | :21:56.
are super excited and will be performing tonight. It is going to | :21:57. | :22:03.
be a fantastic night. I hope you can join us. We have all been mistaken | :22:04. | :22:09.
for somebody else at some point. But for some people it happens all the | :22:10. | :22:14.
time. Especially to a certain BBC weatherman who happens to look | :22:15. | :22:26.
rather like a famous politician. First Minister, do you have anything | :22:27. | :22:36.
to say? No comment! Morning, First Minister. Good morning, First | :22:37. | :22:48.
Minister, can you sign this agreement. Your first appointment | :22:49. | :22:53.
this morning is straight into the press conference. Good morning | :22:54. | :23:03.
everyone. I am announcing today that sunshine will be continuous across | :23:04. | :23:08.
Wales from tomorrow with immediate effect. Rainfall has been banned | :23:09. | :23:13.
apart from during the night to water the flowers. Snowfall has been | :23:14. | :23:17.
increased especially during the school holidays and on Christmas | :23:18. | :23:22.
Day. Furthermore, Barry Island will be made a world Heritage site and | :23:23. | :23:27.
Jamie Owen will be made Lord Irwin of Pembroke Dock. Derek Brockway, | :23:28. | :23:36.
hands off my lectin. It is only one First Minister. What about the | :23:37. | :23:42.
snow? No, sling your hook. Out the door. Out, out, out! I am here to | :23:43. | :23:56.
announce a new initiative. They will be permanent sunshine across the | :23:57. | :24:01.
whole of Wales. Any questions? Not you. Pudsey Bear. Nice try! | :24:02. | :24:18.
Nice try, Derek. They will be much more people doing their bit for | :24:19. | :24:21.
Pudsey Bear on the main tools and in need programme. Let's have the | :24:22. | :24:27.
weather with a man is familiar to Wales Today viewers. | :24:28. | :24:31.
It is going to be sunny over the whole of Wales tomorrow. | :24:32. | :24:37.
Temperatures are balmy 30 degrees. The outlook for next week is any all | :24:38. | :24:42.
the way and for the rest of the method looks as if it is going to be | :24:43. | :24:48.
a heatwave across Wales. Slap on that sunscreen. Across the UK, they | :24:49. | :24:54.
will be is Spitz and spots, mainly spots but that is a warning for | :24:55. | :25:01.
severe wind in Barry Island. That's it from me. Take care! There is only | :25:02. | :25:09.
one weatherman in Wales and it is me. Hoppe! What a cheek! | :25:10. | :25:17.
Nice try! It's all in a good cause. If you | :25:18. | :25:28.
want to donate you can call 03457 33 22 33. You can also donate by text | :25:29. | :25:37.
or online. Back from the corridors of power, did you enjoy running the | :25:38. | :25:42.
country? Yes, I did. I think others stick to the isobars. | :25:43. | :25:48.
The weather has been kind to Pudsey Bear today and that is more dry | :25:49. | :25:53.
weather to come over the weekend. Not completely dry everywhere. I | :25:54. | :25:59.
can't promise you any sunshine. Most places dry. In the south-east, that | :26:00. | :26:06.
is a risk of mist and fog and ground frost with temperatures falling as | :26:07. | :26:12.
low as two - three Celsius. This is the pics of eight o'clock in the | :26:13. | :26:16.
morning. Quite chilly in the south-east. It is cloudy and less | :26:17. | :26:23.
cold is life. -- elsewhere. The temperatures six degrees in Wrexham. | :26:24. | :26:29.
Quite cloudy tomorrow. Just a few spots of drizzle in the west. The | :26:30. | :26:33.
best chance of any brightness in the north-east. Temperatures, 9-11 | :26:34. | :26:43.
Celsius. If you are in Cardiff for the rugby, nice and dry. Drive for | :26:44. | :26:48.
the Wales versus Finland. Much tomorrow evening. Most of the | :26:49. | :26:55.
country dry in the evening. Sunday looks cloudy, patchy light rain in | :26:56. | :27:01.
the north with a spot or two of drizzle and Pembrokeshire. It is | :27:02. | :27:06.
looking dry in the south with highs of 12 Celsius on Anglesey. Next week | :27:07. | :27:10.
will turn colder with the risk of frost and ice. Wintry showers | :27:11. | :27:16.
including snow. Most of the snow on the hills and mountains where did | :27:17. | :27:17.
we'll settle. Investigation is underway after two | :27:18. | :27:26.
people died in a plane crash at how ardent Bear port in Flintshire. The | :27:27. | :27:32.
man and a woman were in a light aircraft. | :27:33. | :27:34.
I'll have an update for you here after the BBC News at Ten. That's | :27:35. | :27:38.
Wales Today, have a great weekend. From all of us on the programme, | :27:39. | :27:41.
thank you for watching, good evening. | :27:42. | :27:43. |
