from the BBC News at Six. So it's goodbye from me. On BBC One we now

:00:00.3:59:59

join the BBC's news Welcome to Wales Today. Our top

:00:00.:00:00.

story. Our Accident Emergency departments

under pressure. Some patients are being asked to stay away.

:00:11.:00:19.

An internal e-mail describes Wrexham Maelor Hospital as being log-jammed

with patients. nursery education - councils across

:00:21.:00:36.

the country prepare to slash budgets this year.

:00:37.:00:52.

They are decisions I would much prefer not to be making.

:00:53.:00:57.

The arts are facing the axe too. Hollywood star Michael Sheen is

:00:58.:01:00.

urging local authorities here not to cut funding.

:01:01.:01:02.

A man's jailed for six years for starting a fire which destroyed this

crisps factory in Crumlin. And the body that governs world

:01:07.:01:09.

rugby warns it won't give its backing to any break away by the

:01:10.:01:11.

Welsh regions. One of North Wales' biggest

:01:12.:01:19.

hospitals has been described as being log jammed with patients. An

:01:20.:01:24.

e-mail sent to staff at Wrexham Maelor and seen by BBC Wales

:01:25.:01:27.

indicates the pressure our hospitals are under at the start of the year.

:01:28.:01:32.

In the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg area, patients have been asked to avoid

:01:33.:01:35.

going to Morriston and the Princess of Wales emergency departments after

:01:36.:01:40.

a surge in admissions. It follows a similar plea from Hywel Dda Health

:01:41.:01:44.

Board at the weekend. Our reporter Steffan Messenger was granted rare

:01:45.:02:02.

access to the A unit at Morriston. Packed full and under pressure.

:02:03.:02:05.

Agents behind the scenes at Morriston Hospital A Almost every

:02:06.:02:16.

bed here is taken. This man was admitted after suffering a

:02:17.:02:26.

haemorrhage. I don't know when I will get out of here. You have got

:02:27.:02:31.

to be grateful that we have got places to come to. There are too

:02:32.:02:40.

many patients attending to few. They are doing an excellent job but there

:02:41.:02:45.

aren't enough of them any more. As the health board tries to coax with

:02:46.:02:49.

the increase in emergency cases, beds have had to be freed up in

:02:50.:02:53.

other parts of the hospital 's, with some routine operations cancelled.

:02:54.:02:58.

Two wards have also been closed due to a rise in the winter vomiting

:02:59.:03:03.

bug. We have had a bit of a crisis in the last few days. Very often

:03:04.:03:10.

people have had a context problem brewing for some days and if they

:03:11.:03:18.

have managed to see their GP, it could have avoided them ending up in

:03:19.:03:26.

A They are a little bit frightened, they don't know where to

:03:27.:03:30.

go and the problems reported in casualty don't necessarily mean GP

:03:31.:03:35.

surgeries are not accessible all available. Sometimes people don't

:03:36.:03:39.

make the right choices. Across Wales it is a similar picture. Patients

:03:40.:03:44.

An e-mail sent to staff at Wrexham have been asked to avoid emergency

:03:45.:03:58.

An e-mail sent to staff at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and seen by BBC

:03:59.:04:01.

where describes how the hospital is logjam with patients. It may have

:04:02.:04:07.

been a mild winter but it is taking its toll. People are being told to

:04:08.:04:12.

think twice before attending A Steffan's here with me now. So what

:04:13.:04:16.

more do we know about the situation in North Wales and at Wrexham Maelor

:04:17.:04:22.

Hospital in particular? BBC Wales has seen an internal e-mail which

:04:23.:04:26.

describes the situation at the hospital as being logjam with

:04:27.:04:30.

patients. He says it has led to high levels of inappropriate patients at

:04:31.:04:40.

A and long delays of ambulances. The e-mail also calls for staff to

:04:41.:04:44.

review all patients to see who might be eligible for discharge as a

:04:45.:04:48.

matter of urgency. As a result of the e-mail being made public, the

:04:49.:04:53.

health board has updated the statement they sent as earlier as

:04:54.:04:58.

regards the situation in A departments across Wales. They say

:04:59.:05:04.

it has been a peak in demand to the three main hospitals in North Wales.

:05:05.:05:08.

This has led to delays in patients being admitted. They say staff are

:05:09.:05:13.

informed and measures are in place to ease the situation and they

:05:14.:05:17.

emphasise that no planned surgery has had to be postponed as a result

:05:18.:05:22.

of the situation. But this is another illustration of the pressure

:05:23.:05:28.

A departments are under. As all 22 of Wales' local

:05:29.:05:31.

authorities prepare to make major budget cuts this year, tonight one

:05:32.:05:34.

of our biggest councils has said it will go ahead with plans to increase

:05:35.:05:38.

the age children can start full-time education. But it has delayed when

:05:39.:05:42.

the change comes into force. The plans are part of proposals to save

:05:43.:05:46.

?70 million over four years and also include closing libraries and day

:05:47.:05:49.

centres. Our reporter Daniel Davies is at the council's headquarters for

:05:50.:06:00.

us now with the latest. The Welsh government says it has

:06:01.:06:03.

managed to protect local councils from the worst of the spending cuts

:06:04.:06:08.

so far. That is going to change this year and if you want to know what it

:06:09.:06:11.

means for public services, you can look at Rhondda Cynon Taff council

:06:12.:06:15.

where the cabinet pushed through some pretty unpopular cuts today.

:06:16.:06:21.

School is a few years away for this girl but her big sister goes

:06:22.:06:26.

full-time. Her parents have been fighting plans by the local council

:06:27.:06:30.

that would mean children can't have a full-time place until they are

:06:31.:06:34.

four years old. We understand that cuts need to be made but we

:06:35.:06:36.

understand that cuts need to be made but we

:06:37.:06:39.

the county would rather see the cuts made elsewhere.

:06:40.:06:43.

the county would rather see the cuts can deal with cuts far more than

:06:44.:06:44.

children perhaps can. We can deal with cuts far more than

:06:45.:06:51.

as guinea pigs. After angry protests, Rhondda Cynon Taff

:06:52.:06:55.

Council's Cabinet today agreed protests, Rhondda Cynon Taff

:06:56.:07:02.

changes in September instead of April but Ross is still worried. She

:07:03.:07:11.

will be four in September so the psychological impact on her, we

:07:12.:07:15.

don't know what it will do to her and how we will explain it to not

:07:16.:07:18.

being able to go to school her friends. Nursery classes are not the

:07:19.:07:24.

only service threatened. Ten day centres for the elderly will close

:07:25.:07:28.

as well as libraries across the county. Meals on wheels will be

:07:29.:07:32.

delivered throughout the week but no longer on the weekend when they will

:07:33.:07:36.

be chilled. And there will be a consultation on more cuts. The

:07:37.:07:41.

council is looking at closing the Museum and Art Centre in Pontypridd.

:07:42.:07:46.

Some paddling pools and some sports centres could close and streetlights

:07:47.:07:50.

will also be switched off in some nonresidential areas. Whatever

:07:51.:07:56.

decision we make, unfortunately it is going to affect some section of

:07:57.:08:01.

the community. It has been a very unpleasant day and I feel we will

:08:02.:08:04.

have many more similar days in the future. This Labour led council

:08:05.:08:11.

blames the cuts on the UK government's austerities squeeze.

:08:12.:08:14.

These people are losing much loved services.

:08:15.:08:21.

The local council is saying that people in the area should be

:08:22.:08:26.

prepared for more cuts. Meanwhile, those parents, they say they could

:08:27.:08:30.

try and stop the changes to nursery schools by taking it to the courts.

:08:31.:08:34.

It is a pretty bleak start to 2014 but it is a reminder that councils

:08:35.:08:38.

right across Wales are going to be facing similar situations.

:08:39.:08:42.

Meanwhile, Hollywood star Michael Sheen is urging local authorities in

:08:43.:08:45.

Wales not to cut funding for the arts. It comes after Neath Port

:08:46.:08:49.

Talbot Council decided to withdraw its support for the West Glamorgan

:08:50.:08:52.

Youth Theatre Company, a drama group Sheen used to perform with. The

:08:53.:08:55.

council says third sector organisations can't be exempted as

:08:56.:08:58.

it tackles a funding gap of nearly ?40 million over the next four

:08:59.:09:01.

years. Cemlyn Davies reports. For nearly 40 years, the West

:09:02.:09:04.

Glamorgan Youth Theatre Company has mentored young actors like these.

:09:05.:09:09.

But its future is uncertain after Neath Port Talbot Council decided to

:09:10.:09:12.

withdraw its contribution of more than ?13,500. That's a third of the

:09:13.:09:23.

theatre's annual income. It is obviously a very sad sign of the

:09:24.:09:27.

times. We understand that the council is under huge financial

:09:28.:09:30.

pressure but it makes it sad that youth arts seem to be taking a big

:09:31.:09:35.

hit at the moment. I think it is a short-sighted view. My worry is that

:09:36.:09:39.

in ten years time when there is money floating around, that area

:09:40.:09:44.

needs a new youth Theatre. It had one. The drama company has a

:09:45.:09:48.

sparkling alumni that includes Gavin and Stacey's Joanna Page and Steffan

:09:49.:09:51.

Rhodri, and Dr Who writer Russell T Davies. But

:09:52.:09:55.

Rhodri, and Dr Who writer Russell T graduate is Michael Sheen. The

:09:56.:09:55.

actor, promoted the work of a fostering

:09:56.:09:58.

team in his promoted the work of a fostering

:09:59.:10:10.

luxury when times are hard. It will be too late when the day comes when

:10:11.:10:14.

people discover it is not an add-on, it is at the heart of how we

:10:15.:10:18.

perceive ourselves, how we find a sense of who we are, the stories we

:10:19.:10:22.

tell and how we connect with each other. Art and culture is at the

:10:23.:10:26.

very heart of that. If it all dries up, it will be too late so it needs

:10:27.:10:30.

support now. Neath Port Talbot Council says it recognises the value

:10:31.:10:33.

of the contribution of organisations like this one but the third sector

:10:34.:10:36.

can't be exempted as it looks to make savings in light of significant

:10:37.:10:40.

budget cuts. Other local authorities are facing the same challenge. Some

:10:41.:10:49.

local authorities are doing very well in terms of maintaining their

:10:50.:10:52.

commitment but the majority are saying they are finding it

:10:53.:10:55.

increasingly hard to find what is discretionary expenditure for the

:10:56.:11:01.

arts in the face of competing pressures for other statutory

:11:02.:11:03.

services. These young people are focussing on a performance they'll

:11:04.:11:07.

give in South Africa over Easter. But behind the scenes the search for

:11:08.:11:10.

alternative funding is already underway as council cuts continue to

:11:11.:11:20.

take their toll. We will be tracking what the

:11:21.:11:23.

councils across Wales decided over the next few weeks.

:11:24.:11:26.

So there we saw two examples of how councils are proposing to make their

:11:27.:11:31.

books balance. How typical are the examples we've seen today? Councils

:11:32.:11:36.

are looking at what they have to do and what they can get away with not

:11:37.:11:39.

doing or getting other people to do for them. Many things we have taken

:11:40.:11:45.

for granted over the last generation is that the councils have them, for

:11:46.:11:50.

example in Carmarthenshire, the council is looking at either handing

:11:51.:11:52.

over playing fields to the rugby feels that run and use them, and if

:11:53.:11:59.

they don't want to run them because of the costs, putting their freezer.

:12:00.:12:06.

Putting them up five fold. For example, from ?50, going up to ?250.

:12:07.:12:14.

We are going to see lots of different things like that in the

:12:15.:12:19.

next few weeks. In Anglesey, one of the proposals is that the gallery

:12:20.:12:23.

will not have as many staff and the lighthouse would be open for as many

:12:24.:12:31.

days. What happens next? In every area it is different but they have

:12:32.:12:36.

got until mid-March to decide. It might be libraries in one area,

:12:37.:12:40.

schools in another area and streetlights in another area. They

:12:41.:12:44.

have got to balance the books. They have got to decide how much they put

:12:45.:12:46.

up council tax for have got to decide how much they put

:12:47.:12:51.

much they cut. And the bad news is, there will

:12:52.:12:55.

much they cut. And the bad news is, A group of Assembly Members

:12:56.:12:57.

much they cut. And the bad news is, examine the response to storm damage

:12:58.:12:59.

much they cut. And the bad news is, on the coast in the last few weeks.

:13:00.:13:00.

The Environment and Sustainability Committee will also see if there's

:13:01.:13:05.

Government's coastal protection strategy since it recommended

:13:06.:13:10.

improvements more than a year ago. In Westminster, the Welsh Secretary

:13:11.:13:14.

told MPs Wales would get a share of any extra flood repair funding spent

:13:15.:13:18.

in England. All A 43-year-old man has been given a life sentence for a

:13:19.:13:22.

string of sexual offences which were described by a judge as chilling and

:13:23.:13:25.

terrifying. Barry Rosedale admitted rape, sexual

:13:26.:13:28.

assault, robbery and possessing a knife at Mold Crown Court. The

:13:29.:13:32.

attacks on women happened over a three-month period in the

:13:33.:13:40.

Queensferry area of Deeside. The courage of all the victims

:13:41.:13:45.

involved, who have either talked to him or tried to fight off his

:13:46.:13:50.

attacks, and I do believe because of their courage and the way they have

:13:51.:13:54.

dealt with these incidents has prevented his finding from going any

:13:55.:13:58.

further or becoming more serious the night in question.

:13:59.:14:00.

Police are investigating after a 51-year-old man was airlifted to

:14:01.:14:02.

hospital following reports of a possible stabbing in Pontypridd.

:14:03.:14:06.

Paramedics were called to a Tesco Express on Taff Street at lunchtime

:14:07.:14:10.

after a man had walked in and collapsed with a puncture wound to

:14:11.:14:14.

his abdomen. He was flown by air ambulance to the University Hospital

:14:15.:14:17.

of Wales in Cardiff where his injuries are not believed to be

:14:18.:14:20.

life-threatening. An MP is calling for tougher

:14:21.:14:23.

sentences for motorists convicted of driving offences which cause death

:14:24.:14:27.

or serious injury. Susan Elan Jones has been prompted by the case of

:14:28.:14:30.

nine-year-old Robert Gaunt from Overton near Wrexham. He was killed

:14:31.:14:35.

in 2009 by a hit-and-run driver who served ten months in jail.

:14:36.:14:41.

This tribute on the side of a busy road outside the village of Overton

:14:42.:14:44.

marks the spot where a day out playing with friends ended in

:14:45.:14:47.

tragedy for a nine-year-old boy and his family. The driver -- the boy

:14:48.:14:56.

came out of this public footbath and he was struck by two cars. The

:14:57.:15:00.

driver of the second stopped but the driver of the first left the scene

:15:01.:15:03.

and was later arrested trying to conceal the damage to his car.

:15:04.:15:06.

61-year-old David Lunn was jailed for 22 months but sentencing

:15:07.:15:09.

guidelines meant he served just ten months. Ten months is one present of

:15:10.:15:18.

your lifetime. This family have got a life sentence for as long as they

:15:19.:15:26.

live. They will miss Robert. There has to be some measure of punishment

:15:27.:15:30.

fitting the crime. Robbie Gaunt's case moved the local MP to call for

:15:31.:15:34.

a change in the way those convicted of causing death whilst driving are

:15:35.:15:41.

punished by the courts. Drivers who end the lives of innocent bubo have

:15:42.:15:49.

their sentences reduced, reduced, reduced, until it declines to a

:15:50.:15:52.

matter of months. Longer sentences for drink driving would be welcomed

:15:53.:15:55.

by the family of Kieran Lea Arnold. The 21-year-old from Cymau in

:15:56.:15:58.

Flintshire was killed last June when his car

:15:59.:16:01.

Flintshire was killed last June when twice the legal drink drive limit

let down by the British law system and I think the judge who was

:16:08.:16:09.

sitting and I think the judge who was

:16:10.:16:14.

"my hands are tied by the British and I think the judge who was

:16:15.:16:17.

legal system" , because he felt himself this should have been a

:16:18.:16:21.

bigger sentence. Each family touched by these tragedies say no sentence

:16:22.:16:24.

could ever equal their own but believe higher sentences will

:16:25.:16:28.

promote higher standards. You're watching Wales Today. Plenty

still ahead. Dealing with early onset dementia in

A worker who lost his job after the Real Crisps factory burned down says

:16:50.:16:54.

he's disappointed at the sentence given to the man responsible for the

today after admitting arson. Jordan Davies has more.

:17:05.:17:13.

Completely gutted. This is what was left of the Company macro factory

after the blaze. 60 firefighters fought to save the fight but it was

surprised that it was not more. But it was interesting to hear what was

:17:45.:17:48.

said in there with regards to what had gone on. But still a very sad

:17:49.:17:54.

day. Colin Goulding was sentenced to six years and three months in

:17:55.:17:57.

prison. He admitted tricking a lit cigarette in any area that did not

:17:58.:18:03.

allow smoking. This footage shows him around the time of the start of

:18:04.:18:07.

the blaze. Later the court was told he went outside to film what was

:18:08.:18:11.

happening, fully aware of both his parents were working in the building

:18:12.:18:16.

that night. The court was told that Colin Goulding's intellectual

:18:17.:18:20.

capacity was equivalent to a 14-year-old. The judge said he took

:18:21.:18:23.

this into account and accepted he did not start the fire deliberately.

:18:24.:18:28.

He said the amount of loss and damaged suffered by the community

:18:29.:18:32.

said -- meant this was a serious case. The most prominent thing that

:18:33.:18:38.

has come through to us during the investigation is how it has affected

:18:39.:18:42.

the families of the workers. 77 people have lost their jobs. Others

:18:43.:18:47.

have had to relocate to the North of England and Ireland. Three quarters

:18:48.:18:52.

of the site was completely destroyed. None of the specialist

A weekly art class for the over 40s, but with a difference. Everyone here

:19:54.:19:58.

That is why I retired. I had to retire really. I had a Masters

also lives in the town, believes that diagnosis came too late for her

:20:19.:20:22.

He'd started showing early signs of dementia when he was in his 40s.

:20:23.:20:27.

Katie noticed the changes in her husband but it took a further six

:20:28.:20:31.

and a half years for David to be formally diagnosed with dementia by

:20:32.:20:37.

his doctors. Getting past the GP was the issue. GPs do need training now

will stop there are so many young people that GPs need training to

:20:45.:20:49.

look beyond chronic fatigue, depression. They need to be looking

:20:50.:20:53.

at memory loss. The Alzheimer's Society says it's concerned that

:20:54.:20:56.

people like David who have early onset dementia are slipping through

:20:57.:21:02.

the cracks. It is important for younger people to be diagnosed as

:21:03.:21:06.

soon as because quite often they will have experienced symptoms for

:21:07.:21:11.

quite a while before going to their GP. The journey through dementia is

:21:12.:21:14.

quicker for young people so the sooner they have the medication and

:21:15.:21:17.

the support they need, the sooner they can live with dementia.

:21:18.:21:20.

Dementia in younger people is a growing cause of concern but it's

:21:21.:21:23.

still a rare condition when compared to the number of patients over the

:21:24.:21:27.

age of 65 who visit their GP with the same symptoms. People who

:21:28.:21:35.

present with memory problems at a younger age, you immediately think

:21:36.:21:39.

of different diagnosis and depression seems to be top of the

:21:40.:21:42.

list. The problem when you get a patient who has got very young onset

:21:43.:21:48.

dementia, it is almost certain going to be a delay in diagnosis. The

:21:49.:21:51.

Alzheimer's Society believe there could be up to 50,000 people in the

:21:52.:21:55.

UK living with early onset dementia. People like David Beresford, whose

:21:56.:21:59.

condition initially went unchecked. It's hoped that younger people with

the condition get the The governing body of world rugby is

their current dispute. Our sports reporter Ashleigh Crowter is here.

:22:22.:22:27.

How significant is this? We have had this statement from the IRB. They

:22:28.:22:35.

run the game and appoint match officials. There is no doubt tonight

:22:36.:22:39.

that the Welsh Rugby Union top brass will be delighted to hear the

:22:40.:22:43.

custodians of the game say it is very clear that cross-border rugby

:22:44.:22:47.

competitions should be organised and run by the unions, not the clubs.

:22:48.:22:52.

The reason this is important is that the Welsh regions are backing a plan

:22:53.:22:56.

by clubs in England to set up a rival tournament to the Heineken

:22:57.:22:59.

Cup. The Heineken Cup. But rugby union are having nothing to do with

:23:00.:23:03.

that and are refusing to back the idea. Today, the IRB seemed to

:23:04.:23:09.

support their position. They are seeing anyone who plays in the

:23:10.:23:12.

tournament not sanctioned by the national governing body will be

:23:13.:23:16.

outsiders. But there may be some crumbs of comfort in this statement.

:23:17.:23:22.

The IRB say it strongly believes in the establishment of what they say

:23:23.:23:27.

is a truly representative pan European Rugby cup edition, which

:23:28.:23:30.

seems to imply that what is there at the moment, the Heineken Cup, is not

:23:31.:23:36.

truly represented. The IRB appeared to be open to some change in

:23:37.:23:41.

European Rugby Cup provided it is backed by the unions. The regions

:23:42.:23:45.

want to change and to be fair they say they would rather have that

:23:46.:23:48.

change in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union rather than going for a

:23:49.:23:51.

nuclear option of some sort of breakaway.

:23:52.:23:54.

Stayin with rugby, and the Newport Gwent Dragons have announced the

:23:55.:23:57.

double signing of Wales internationals Lee Byrne and Aled

:23:58.:24:01.

Brew. Byrne, the former Ospreys fullback, is returning to Wales from

:24:02.:24:04.

Clermont Auvergne, while winger Brew rejoins the Dragons after two years

:24:05.:24:08.

at Biarritz. Both will arrive at Rodney Parade in the summer.

:24:09.:24:13.

Ole Gunner Solskjaer has made his first signing as Cardiff City

:24:14.:24:17.

manager. He's bought fellow Norwegian Magnus Wolff Eikrem from

:24:18.:24:21.

Dutch side Heerenveen. The international midfielder has

:24:22.:24:23.

previously been coached by Solskjaer at Manchester United reserves and

:24:24.:24:28.

Molde in Norway. Among the nominations announced for

:24:29.:24:31.

this year's BAFTA Film Awards was one for a first-time Welsh director.

:24:32.:24:35.

Kieran Evans from St David's in Pembrokeshire has made music videos

:24:36.:24:39.

for the likes of the Manic Street Preachers and Kylie Minogue. Kelly

:24:40.:24:42.

and Victor is his first feature-length film. He's been

:24:43.:24:46.

nominated in the outstanding debut category.

:24:47.:24:50.

It's a familiar warning of more rain tonight. Sue has the details.

:24:51.:24:58.

Mixed weather at the moment. A band down over the next few days, turning

:24:59.:25:10.

wet and windy tonight. This rain will move eastwards across Wales

:25:11.:25:15.

tonight. Possibly wintry in the hills and a Met Office warning is in

:25:16.:25:20.

place. Any further rain and welcome after the recent flooding. Becoming

:25:21.:25:24.

increasingly showery through the early hours. Quite brisk winds.

:25:25.:25:33.

Tomorrow, if you missed and fog patches first thing. A cloudy start.

:25:34.:25:39.

Showery outbreaks of rain. But clearing eastwards through the day.

:25:40.:25:44.

A few isolated showers lingering but it turns much drier and brighter

:25:45.:25:49.

with sunny spells in the afternoon. Also feeling fresher in the breeze.

:25:50.:25:55.

Temperatures in single figures. Tomorrow night, much calmer. Turning

:25:56.:26:03.

drier and clearer. A few showers around but we could see some frost

:26:04.:26:07.

and ice patches early on Friday. A cold start on Friday. Some rain

:26:08.:26:14.

arriving from the West late morning but not amounting to much. But the

:26:15.:26:22.

pressure chart shows that front clearing later on Friday. High

:26:23.:26:25.

pressure building from the south to give a much more settled day on

:26:26.:26:31.

Saturday. But this is -- Atlantic low is heading our way on Sunday. A

:26:32.:26:39.

bright day on Saturday with sunny spells but quite cold. Frosty

:26:40.:26:46.

overnight into Sunday. It starts dry and bright but the wind strengthened

:26:47.:26:50.

with rain moving in from the west later on Sunday. After a relatively

:26:51.:26:55.

mild start to January, things looked to be turning colder next week.

:26:56.:27:00.

Today's picture is from Paul Johnson. Welcome sunshine after all

:27:01.:27:06.

the recent flooding. The main news again from the BBC.

:27:07.:27:19.

An inquest jury has concluded that the fatal place shooting of Mark

:27:20.:27:24.

Duggan in the summer of 2011 was lawful. His death sparked riots

:27:25.:27:27.

which spread to a number of cities in England.

:27:28.:27:30.

We'll be back at 8.00pm and again after the BBC News at 10.00pm.

:27:31.:27:37.

That's Wales Today. From all of us here, have good evening.
