Welcome to Wales Today. Our top story. | :00:00. | :00:07.
Was the road open or closed when this bus and its passengers was hit | :00:08. | :00:11.
by a huge wave in Newgale in Pembrokeshire? I was told there was | :00:12. | :00:23.
standing water but it was still possible with care. | :00:24. | :00:35.
Our other headlines tonight. Two council chiefs and unlawful | :00:36. | :00:41.
payments to avoid tax. Now, the police talk to the Crown Prosecution | :00:42. | :00:43.
Service. She campaigned to save Tower | :00:44. | :00:46.
Colliery. Wales's longest serving MP, Ann Clwyd, is standing down. | :00:47. | :00:52.
Stephen's on the road to recovery. More of us are surviving cancer and | :00:53. | :00:56.
for longer but we still have a way to go to match the best in Europe. | :00:57. | :01:01.
Good evening. In tonight's sport. Both sides desperate for points. The | :01:02. | :01:04.
pressure's on Cardiff and Swansea for this week's make or break derby. | :01:05. | :01:13.
Good evening. The driver of a bus forced off the road in horrendous | :01:14. | :01:18.
weather conditions has denied claims he was told to use another route. | :01:19. | :01:21.
Pembrokeshire council says, he ignored warnings even though traffic | :01:22. | :01:27.
was being diverted at Newgale. No-one was injured but ten | :01:28. | :01:30.
passengers and the driver had to be rescued after the bus was hit by a | :01:31. | :01:35.
huge wave. There are warnings of more bad weather to come this week. | :01:36. | :01:41.
Abigail Neal reports. This is the aftermath of the latest storm. The | :01:42. | :01:45.
411 bus from St David's to Haverfordwest was swept off the road | :01:46. | :01:48.
on Saturday night and ten passengers had to be rescued as the bus was | :01:49. | :01:54.
battered by the waves. The driver that night was back on his route | :01:55. | :01:58.
this morning, describing his shock the moment the wave hit. I mean, the | :01:59. | :02:03.
thing is, I haven't moved the steering wheel and suddenly we're | :02:04. | :02:06.
going in another direction, but it was literally the same sort of | :02:07. | :02:09.
effort as picking up a coffee table to move it. It's not something I | :02:10. | :02:18.
want to go through in the near future. Police are carrying out a | :02:19. | :02:22.
routine investigation into the accident. Pembrokeshire Council have | :02:23. | :02:25.
issued a statement saying that the driver ignored warnings from their | :02:26. | :02:30.
workers at the scene. They say that at 7pm, the council was in the | :02:31. | :02:33.
process of closing the road and advised him to take an alternative | :02:34. | :02:36.
route, something Mr Ashman flatly denies. I was told there was | :02:37. | :02:46.
standing water but it was still passable with care. They'd just | :02:47. | :02:50.
arrived. They were in the process of, I believe. But ultimately, I'm | :02:51. | :02:53.
not going to put myself or passengers at risk. Ultimately, it's | :02:54. | :03:07.
not in my best interests. We spoke to one passenger on the bus today | :03:08. | :03:15.
who corroborated division of events by the bus driver. Well, it's the | :03:16. | :03:19.
second time in a month that the storm has caused chaos here in | :03:20. | :03:22.
Newgale, and while the weather wasn't as bad as in January it | :03:23. | :03:26.
wasn't the only part of Wales to suffer. In Abersoch, a number of | :03:27. | :03:29.
beach huts were badly damaged and in Porthmadog, a train carrying tools | :03:30. | :03:32.
was overturned on the tracks by the 70 mile an hour winds. They took no | :03:33. | :03:36.
risks in Aberytwyth, sending students home for the weekend, but | :03:37. | :03:40.
in the end it was only shingle and debris that scattered the promeande. | :03:41. | :03:46.
The application sends a message to the phone. Technology came to the | :03:47. | :03:49.
rescue nearby when a phone app helped mountain rescue teams locate | :03:50. | :03:52.
a group of seven students from Manchester ,who got into trouble on | :03:53. | :03:56.
Pumlumon Mountain. If you think of the area, it's a huge area, very | :03:57. | :04:00.
poor phone signal normally. Without a clear indication of where they | :04:01. | :04:03.
were, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack, so to have a precise | :04:04. | :04:07.
location makes the job a lot easier and quicker to get help to them. The | :04:08. | :04:12.
Met Office have warned there is another band of strong wind and | :04:13. | :04:15.
heavy rain to come, with some coastal areas facing wind speeds of | :04:16. | :04:20.
up to 80 miles an hour. Dyfed Powys Police say they're | :04:21. | :04:23.
talking to the Crown Prosecution Service and another police force | :04:24. | :04:25.
over payments to two council chief executives. Auditors say Mark James, | :04:26. | :04:30.
the chief executive of Carmarthenshire, and his counterpart | :04:31. | :04:33.
at Pembrokeshire, Bryn Parry Jones, were unlawfully paid pension | :04:34. | :04:35.
contributions directly to avoid paying tax. Our reporter Cemlyn | :04:36. | :04:46.
Davies is in Carmarthen. So the police are taking a close look at | :04:47. | :04:58.
this? That's right. Dyfed Powys Police are now liaising with the CPS | :04:59. | :05:02.
and with another force after those three reports were published last | :05:03. | :05:10.
week. As you say, the Wales Audit Office concluded both councils had | :05:11. | :05:13.
acted unlawfully by allowing their chief executives to receive direct | :05:14. | :05:16.
payments in lieu of pension contributions. In Carmarthenshire's | :05:17. | :05:22.
case, the auditors also said the decision to cover Mark James' legal | :05:23. | :05:25.
costs for a case he's pursuing against a local blogger was also | :05:26. | :05:36.
unlawful. Well, both councils have denied doing anything wrong. In fact | :05:37. | :05:40.
Carmarthenshire Council released a bullish statement saying its actions | :05:41. | :05:43.
were honourable and lawful at all times. That response has concerned | :05:44. | :05:50.
some councillors who are now demanding answers. I think it did | :05:51. | :06:03.
not recognise the seriousness of the report so far. Councillors are | :06:04. | :06:09.
making their views very clear particularly over the media | :06:10. | :06:12.
fortunes. Serious questions need to be answered. Carmarthenshire | :06:13. | :06:17.
Council's executive board have been meeting. That's a meeting that was | :06:18. | :06:23.
scheduled to take place anyway and Mark James was at that meeting. | :06:24. | :06:28.
Afterwards, the board released a strong statement criticising the | :06:29. | :06:30.
local Plaid Cymru MP, Jonathan Edwards, who's written to the police | :06:31. | :06:43.
about the auditor's reports. In the statement, the executive board | :06:44. | :06:46.
claims the principle of innocent until proven guilty appears to have | :06:47. | :06:54.
been lost. The statement goes onto point out the officers robustly deny | :06:55. | :06:57.
they have acted in any way other than a professional and proper | :06:58. | :07:00.
manner and they have the board's full support. Well, councillors will | :07:01. | :07:03.
debate the reports at an extraordinary meeting of the council | :07:04. | :07:05.
on the 27 February. The family of missing teenager Nida | :07:06. | :07:09.
Naseer say she was deeply depressed for two years before disappearing in | :07:10. | :07:12.
December. Her sister says the 19-year-old from Newport was also | :07:13. | :07:15.
jealous of a friend, who'd been granted asylum and allowed to attend | :07:16. | :07:20.
university. Nida's family, who are from Pakistan, had been refused | :07:21. | :07:23.
asylum. Gwent Police say they've received over 50 calls regarding | :07:24. | :07:26.
reported sightings across the UK but Nida is still missing. | :07:27. | :07:33.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death | :07:34. | :07:36.
of a patient at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. 81-year-old Alan Walker | :07:37. | :07:40.
from Leeswood near Mold died nearly two weeks ago. Rebecca John is in | :07:41. | :07:46.
the newsroom. What do we know so far? Jamie, Alan Walker died at | :07:47. | :07:52.
Wrexham Maelor Hospital on 23 January. The cause of his death | :07:53. | :07:58.
hasn't been confirmed. But an anonymous hospital worker has told | :07:59. | :08:01.
BBC Wales, Mr Walker wasn't expected to die and his death was a | :08:02. | :08:05.
reflection of poor supervision, poor management and poor leadership. The | :08:06. | :08:13.
worker added that the hospital should be shut down. The exact | :08:14. | :08:17.
circumstances of Mr Walker's death are unclear, but we do know that he | :08:18. | :08:21.
died the day after an incident at the hospital on 22 January. The | :08:22. | :08:25.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board have confirmed that police are | :08:26. | :08:28.
investigating the incident and say they can't comment further while the | :08:29. | :08:34.
investigation is underway. They say the safety of patients is their top | :08:35. | :08:38.
priority and a small number of staff have been assigned to other duties | :08:39. | :08:42.
while the investigation is ongoing. North Wales Police say no one's been | :08:43. | :08:46.
arrested but staff members are assisting officers in piecing | :08:47. | :08:48.
together the sequence of events leading up to Alan Walker's death. A | :08:49. | :08:54.
postmortem examination has been carried out. The cause of death has | :08:55. | :08:57.
been deferred pending further toxicology tests. A coroner's | :08:58. | :09:02.
investigation into Mr Walker's death has been adjourned until June. | :09:03. | :09:13.
Much more to come before seven o'clock. They say if it ain't broke, | :09:14. | :09:17.
don't fix it. So will Warren Gatland make changes for Ireland? | :09:18. | :09:24.
Around 18,000 people in Wales are diagnosed with cancer every year. | :09:25. | :09:29.
Two years ago, the Welsh Government promised key improvements to the way | :09:30. | :09:34.
cancer services are delivered. But are they working? A new report shows | :09:35. | :09:38.
the proportion of patients who survive for at least a year after | :09:39. | :09:44.
cancer has gone up 14% in a decade. That's a slightly bigger rise than | :09:45. | :09:47.
in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. 86.6% of girls are now | :09:48. | :09:51.
being vaccinated against cervical cancer. But we're lagging behind in | :09:52. | :09:57.
other areas. There's been a 5% drop in the uptake of bowel cancer | :09:58. | :10:01.
screening. And fewer survive the most common cancers compared to the | :10:02. | :10:06.
rest of Europe. Survival rates for lung cancer here are 8.6%. The | :10:07. | :10:14.
European average is 13%. In a moment, we'll hear from a leading | :10:15. | :10:17.
doctor. But first, one man's story of surviving cancer. I name is Steve | :10:18. | :10:32.
Spencer Evans and I am 57. I come from near Bridgend. In 2012, it was | :10:33. | :10:44.
confirmed I had cancer of the mouth. Cancer of the jaw and in the glands | :10:45. | :10:54.
on both sides of my neck. They took about two thirds of my jaw away. | :10:55. | :11:04.
They took it away. They took about 12 inches of bones out of my leg | :11:05. | :11:11.
here fashioned a new jawbone out of it. They took the glands away from | :11:12. | :11:20.
each side of my neck. I had to learn to speak again. I had to learn to | :11:21. | :11:27.
swallow again. At the time, I was very depressed. Everybody I talked | :11:28. | :11:34.
to, they were all telling me about people dying. This is the pumps that | :11:35. | :11:44.
I use to feed myself with. The food goes through a tube into my | :11:45. | :12:01.
stomach. It takes me ten hours every night to feed myself. I have now | :12:02. | :12:08.
persuaded the surgeons to give me deconstructing surgery -- | :12:09. | :12:14.
reconstructive surgery. They will take the skin from somewhere on my | :12:15. | :12:22.
body and crafted over the implant. I hope that will help me with my | :12:23. | :12:28.
eating that I used to love taking my dog for a walk. Because of problems | :12:29. | :12:36.
I have with my balance, that is something that will have to wait. I | :12:37. | :12:41.
am looking forward to that in the future. Dr Tom Crosby is Clinical | :12:42. | :12:46.
Director of Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff. The report makes much of | :12:47. | :12:50.
the fact survival rates have improved more here than in the rest | :12:51. | :12:55.
of the UK. But the trend is the same everywhere. To what extent is this | :12:56. | :12:59.
because our performance was poor to begin with? That is something in | :13:00. | :13:10.
that but we have to recognise that improvements are being made. We have | :13:11. | :13:15.
seen a large increase in survival rates and that is important because | :13:16. | :13:22.
one year survival rates tend to reflect the stage at which patients | :13:23. | :13:31.
are diagnosed with the disease. Why are we behind the rest of Europe in | :13:32. | :13:34.
terms of survival rates for most common cancers? That is what we need | :13:35. | :13:42.
to understand more about. We know that way we deliver excellent care, | :13:43. | :13:46.
we do that very well. It results in Wales and a mental institution, can | :13:47. | :13:52.
be as good as anywhere. We have seen that way we deliver good care, | :13:53. | :14:01.
patients appreciate that and have benefited. They didn't have cases -- | :14:02. | :14:14.
90% of cases feud they are having excellent care. As a doctor, if you | :14:15. | :14:18.
had to choose one priority for next year, where would you put the | :14:19. | :14:20.
funding in cancer screening, prevention or treatment? It is in | :14:21. | :14:29.
diagnosing cancer is earlier. We have seen the outcomes for | :14:30. | :14:43.
challenging cancers can be poor. Thank you very much. | :14:44. | :14:46.
Lawyers acting for men who say they were sexually abused by a teacher | :14:47. | :14:50.
while at school in Cardiff in the 1960s and 1970s say they're looking | :14:51. | :14:53.
into ten new potential claims. It means that at least twenty | :14:54. | :14:56.
individuals now say they were victims of David Leighton Davies, | :14:57. | :15:05.
who died in 1980. In December, BBC Wales revealed that insurers for | :15:06. | :15:07.
Cardiff council had paid out more than ?350,000 since 2011 to seven | :15:08. | :15:11.
men who say they were sexually abused by while they were pupils of | :15:12. | :15:14.
Davies at Cyntwell High in Ely. Paul Martin reports. The class photograph | :15:15. | :15:23.
from the early 1970s. Among the faces, the art teacher. By 1977, he | :15:24. | :15:29.
was a convicted child sex offender. Now, more men say he abused them | :15:30. | :15:46.
while he was a teacher. Since we broadcast the story in December, one | :15:47. | :15:51.
man who contacted us that he was abused at school and at his own home | :15:52. | :15:57.
by the teacher. I was shocked to read about him. You hear about | :15:58. | :16:03.
others abusing trust and position, this had been kept so quiet, it had | :16:04. | :16:08.
only come out now after 30 of 40 years. He used his position of | :16:09. | :16:13.
responsibility and trust and took full advantage of it. I wish it had | :16:14. | :16:18.
not happened. He should not have done what he did. If he was alive, | :16:19. | :16:22.
you would have to ask him the question, why? Lawyers are now | :16:23. | :16:30.
looking into what he and nine others say it happened at these two | :16:31. | :16:38.
schools. If the new claims are formalised, the council may or may | :16:39. | :16:42.
not contest them. 54 years after his death, acquisitions about what the | :16:43. | :16:49.
teacher did cast a long shadow. Wales' longest-serving MP is | :16:50. | :16:52.
standing down at the General Election next year. Ann Clwyd, who's | :16:53. | :16:55.
76, has been MP for Cynon Valley for thirty years. She says she'll | :16:56. | :16:59.
continue to speak out on issues such as human rights and the NHS. For | :17:00. | :17:04.
many years, she was the only Welsh woman MP at Westminster. Our | :17:05. | :17:07.
parliamentary correspondent David Cornock reports. As a woman in what | :17:08. | :17:20.
was often a man's world, she knew how to get noticed. She spent a | :17:21. | :17:27.
night on the ground to back the campaign for the colleges in the | :17:28. | :17:32.
1990s. I am pleased we managed to get some sort of reprieve for the | :17:33. | :17:42.
colliery. She was only the fourth Welsh woman MP in Wales. The more | :17:43. | :17:50.
difficult it was, the more determined you became to get your | :17:51. | :17:54.
foot in the door. I always tell people to keep your foot in the | :17:55. | :18:00.
door. She made her name on foreign affairs at Westminster. She was | :18:01. | :18:04.
often independent and outspoken. She was sacked by Neil Kinnock and Tony | :18:05. | :18:11.
Blair put up the G1 cross-party support for raising the issue about | :18:12. | :18:17.
the care her husband received at hospital. There are increasing | :18:18. | :18:24.
complaint about nurses who fail to show care and compassion for | :18:25. | :18:32.
patients. The premise that to lead a review of complaints. I felt very | :18:33. | :18:37.
angry that this should be happening in the NHS. The vast amount of | :18:38. | :18:43.
letters I got certainly proved I was not alone. That gave me particular | :18:44. | :18:50.
impetus to carry on the campaign and it is still going on. She says she | :18:51. | :18:56.
will continue to speak out foot of the House of Lords may follow. She | :18:57. | :19:00.
says this is not a swansong but a pause for breath. | :19:01. | :19:02.
Football and rugby now here's Claire with tonight's sport. | :19:03. | :19:05.
The South Wales football derby is just five days away and it's going | :19:06. | :19:08.
to be more tense than usual as Swansea and Cardiff battle to avoid | :19:09. | :19:12.
relegation from the Premier League. The Bluebirds are one place off the | :19:13. | :19:15.
bottom, while Swansea have dismissed claims that their board discussed | :19:16. | :19:18.
the position of manager Michael Laudrup after Saturday's defeat at | :19:19. | :19:27.
West Ham. That is more riding on the South Wales derby than just the | :19:28. | :19:31.
local bragging rights. Both sides are desperate for points. Swansea | :19:32. | :19:36.
city have been sucked deeper into the relegation battle after they | :19:37. | :19:43.
lost at West Ham. It was disappointing and I have nothing | :19:44. | :19:49.
else to say about it. The result led to rumours that the board was | :19:50. | :19:54.
reviewing his position. But they have dismissed these claims. But | :19:55. | :19:59.
everybody feels an edge. Beating Cardiff city would change the mood. | :20:00. | :20:06.
If Cardiff city when, we will be in a dogfight. The results have not | :20:07. | :20:13.
been the best, but a win on Saturday would give the team able. Cardiff | :20:14. | :20:22.
city hope they victory will turn the corner for them. They need mod | :20:23. | :20:29.
results like that in the next month. We have two league games and a cup | :20:30. | :20:35.
game at home. You will not be tired from travelling. It would be better | :20:36. | :20:43.
for the boys to come into training and look forward to the next game. | :20:44. | :20:53.
The Derby will be a classic. It has never had so much to -- riding on | :20:54. | :21:01.
it. The connections from Old Trafford have paid well for the | :21:02. | :21:09.
manager. It should give us confidence to go to the Liberty | :21:10. | :21:12.
Stadium and give the Swansea players what they deserve. | :21:13. | :21:22.
Rugby. Warren Gatland is weighing up his selection options ahead of | :21:23. | :21:25.
announcing his side to face Ireland tomorrow. Lions centre Jonathan | :21:26. | :21:28.
Davies and captain Sam Warburton are both pressing for starting places in | :21:29. | :21:34.
Dublin. Wales say they know face a huge job on Saturday. One game down | :21:35. | :21:41.
and a first win in the bag. For defending champions, it was not of | :21:42. | :21:49.
the quality many expected. There were positives, but that is plenty | :21:50. | :21:54.
to do this week. It was a good first half. We did not quite go to plan in | :21:55. | :22:02.
the second half. We have things to work on. We have this week now to | :22:03. | :22:11.
prepare and get things right. Warren Gatland names besides to place -- | :22:12. | :22:21.
play Ireland tomorrow. The Jonathan Davies be selected? -- will Jonathan | :22:22. | :22:32.
Davies be selected? Sam Warburton received a warm welcome as he came | :22:33. | :22:36.
off the bench on Saturday. He could return. Ireland at home will be a | :22:37. | :22:43.
big step up. They used to a win over Scotland yesterday and watching them | :22:44. | :22:48.
closely at the Wales defence coach. All roads lead to Dublin at the | :22:49. | :22:59.
moment. I watched the game and hope had butterflies just watching stop I | :23:00. | :23:10.
was taking notes. Anticipation of a big game coming up. Irish fans have | :23:11. | :23:17.
not forgotten that Warren Gatland dropped Brian O'Driscoll. For | :23:18. | :23:24.
Ireland, it is proving additional motivation. | :23:25. | :23:26.
There was disappointment for Wales' Women who lost their Six Nations | :23:27. | :23:29.
opener yesterday. Wales were leading after dominating the first half. | :23:30. | :23:32.
This try from Lowri Harries, but Italy fought back and powered their | :23:33. | :23:36.
way over the line with just four minutes left on the clock. Wales | :23:37. | :23:39.
play Ireland on Friday night. There's nothing like the Six Nations | :23:40. | :23:43.
to bring rugby fans together. We're a passionate bunch whether watching | :23:44. | :23:47.
it in the stadium or in the living room at home. 620,000 of us watched | :23:48. | :23:53.
the game on TV on Saturday. Maureen Boyardi invited a few friends and | :23:54. | :23:56.
family around to her house in Treorchy. This is how the Six | :23:57. | :24:16.
Nations Opener went down with them. I tell you what, if it was not for | :24:17. | :24:20.
the Italians, we would not have a scream in the valleys! -- ice cream | :24:21. | :24:34.
exclamation mark. If he does not get it, . Oh my God. It had the post. | :24:35. | :25:01.
Poor boy. Look at his face. Absolutely brilliant. Don't count | :25:02. | :25:04.
your chickens. So that's how they do it in | :25:05. | :25:14.
Treorchy, but is it just as lively at your house? We're looking for a | :25:15. | :25:20.
family to film watching the Ireland match this weekend. Are you | :25:21. | :25:23.
passionate about watching Wales? If so, why not get in touch? Just email | :25:24. | :25:28.
us. Tell us a bit about who comes round, and what goes on. We look | :25:29. | :25:31.
forward to hearing from you. Derek shouts a lot watching the | :25:32. | :25:33.
rugby, especially when it's raining. If my charts are right, it could be | :25:34. | :25:43.
a bit stormy in Ireland next Saturday. A change in the month | :25:44. | :25:47.
hasn't brought a change in the weather. There is more severe | :25:48. | :25:50.
weather on the way this week. More heavy rain and gales. In fact in the | :25:51. | :25:54.
next eight days, some parts of South and West Wales could have another | :25:55. | :25:58.
100mm or more of rain. That's four or five inches and about a month's | :25:59. | :26:02.
worth! Most of Wales has been dry today but rain will move slowly | :26:03. | :26:04.
northeast this evening. Drier, clearer weather following overnight | :26:05. | :26:06.
with showers. Temperatures inland falling close to freezing with a | :26:07. | :26:10.
frost in places and a risk of icy patches. Here's the picture for | :26:11. | :26:13.
eight in the morning. Some places dry and chilly with a touch of | :26:14. | :26:17.
frost. A few mist patches but there will be showers around. Heavy in | :26:18. | :26:21.
places and wintry on higher ground with a little snow. So a mixture of | :26:22. | :26:24.
sunshine and scattered showers tomorrow. During the afternoon, most | :26:25. | :26:27.
places will become dry for a time but more rain will reach the far | :26:28. | :26:32.
southwest by evening. Top temperatures six to eight Celsius. | :26:33. | :26:35.
The wind backing southeasterly and increasing during the afternoon. | :26:36. | :26:40.
Becoming strong with gales in the southwest. Tomorrow night an | :26:41. | :26:43.
Atlantic storm with move towards southwest Ireland. So tomorrow | :26:44. | :26:45.
evening, the weather will do downhill again. -- go downhill | :26:46. | :26:54.
again. Turning wet and very windy. Strong to severe gale force winds | :26:55. | :26:57.
with Met Office warnings in force. Wednesday will remain windy with | :26:58. | :27:00.
further spells of rain and heavy showers. There is also a risk of | :27:01. | :27:04.
flooding on parts of the coast from Anglesey to Southwest Wales, with | :27:05. | :27:07.
large waves and fairly high tides. Thursday, less windy and brighter | :27:08. | :27:10.
with showers. The showers will be wintry on higher ground. A little | :27:11. | :27:13.
snow on the mountains. Friday may start dry followed by showers and | :27:14. | :27:16.
more disturbed weather on the way next weekend from yet another deep | :27:17. | :27:22.
area of low pressure! Not ideal for those of you travelling to Dublin | :27:23. | :27:24.
for the rugby. X Ray's on at 7.30pm. Here's Lucy | :27:25. | :27:33.
and Rhodri with a preview. Hello. Our programme is back and we will be | :27:34. | :27:37.
meeting a second-hand car dealer who shouts and swears and threatens that | :27:38. | :27:43.
customers. We will go behind the scenes as trading standards shuts | :27:44. | :27:51.
down a shocking call centre empire. I'll have an update for you here at | :27:52. | :27:55.
eight o'clock and again after the BBC News at ten. That's Wales Today. | :27:56. | :28:00.
Thank you for watching. From all of us on the programme, good evening. | :28:01. | :28:01. |
