with the late news 10:10. Good evening. The Welsh Government

should have powers over policing, an influential report into the future

of devolution is expected to say on Monday. The Silk Commission is also

expected to say there should be more than the current 60 Assembly

Members. Here's our Political Editor, Nick Servini.

Should it be out of control of the Welsh Government? The circuit card

broadcasting. But it's the devolution of policing

which will trigger rest of the debate and disagreement.

An investigation has started into a fire which damaged a school in

Bangor. Firefighters were called to Our Lady's School last night to

tackle the blaze, which happened away from the main building.

Celebrations have taken place across Wales and the rest of the world to

mark St David's Day. There were parades in Cardiff, Pwllheli and

Aberystwyth. In Risca near Newport, Army Medics returning from
