Good evening. They were set-up to generate jobs and boost the economy,

but tonight, there are concerns over one of the Welsh Government's

Enterprise Zones. An entrepreneur claims businesses are struggling and

ministers are failing to deliver at an Enterprise Zone in the Vale of

Glamorgan, which is responsible for improving the aerospace industry.

Bethan Lewis reports. They are meant to help the economy take off. Seven

enterprise zones across Wales which the government says will attract

more businesses, new jobs and more wealth. This man got a grant to help

set up his company exporting parts for light aircraft. The MoD still

operate their fields here and the working hours are a frustration to

business. They will only operate Monday to Friday from half past nine

until half past four in the afternoon, civil service office

hours. The reality or business, especially aviation, is that it is a

seven day per week operation. In this week's enterprise committee at

the Assembly ministers said the problem is being addressed. The

private company has been set up to extend the opening hours. We

acknowledge it has been difficult for the businesses there but it can

be very difficult sometimes taking things through the MOD which is a

vast organisation in terms of the chain of command. We are committed

to getting this right and hopefully from April it will be got right and

attract further businesses. The ministers assurances on extended

flying hours will be welcomed aboard this businessman argues they will

have to go further for this enterprise zone to reach its full

potential. A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder, after a

body was discovered partially submerged in a river in Cardiff.

David Alun-Lewis, from Ystrad Mynach, was found in the River Taff,

in Grangetown, in the early hours of Thursday morning. The man will

appear before magistrates tomorrow. A consignment of animal feed from

farmers in Cardigan is heading to Somerset to help farmers still

affected by flooding. Around 90 tonnes of donated hay and food will

be given to farmers struggling to feed their stock. It's been

organised by the Farmers Union of Wales. What we are doing at the

moment is repaying the fever that was given to us in mid to North

Wales last year. It was farmers from England who helped out with porridge

so that is all we are doing, being that back. Hundreds of people have

gathered in Cardiff for a fun run in aid of Sport relief. People were

able to run one, three or six miles, and were joined by Paralympian Aled

Sion Davies and TV presenter Matt Johnson. Rugby, and the Dragons have

lost to Connacht by 24 points to eight. They conceded four tries

while Tom Prydie crossed for the Dragons' only try. Meanwhile,

Scarlets Head Coach Simon Easterby, admits his side's play-off hopes are

over after they lost by 14 points to six in Glasgow. He started playing

football on the parks in Cardiff, now Gareth Bale, the most expensive

player ever, is preparing for one of the biggest games in world football.

morning which could cause a little concerned as there will not be time
