Welcome to Wales Today live from Edinburgh.

:00:00.:00:07.

Politicians from Wales have been pounding the streets here for weeks.

:00:08.:00:11.

As the final day of referendum campaigning draws to a close,

:00:12.:00:15.

both Yes and No camps are using every last hour to make their case.

:00:16.:00:22.

The people of Wales, England and Northern Ireland won't get a say

:00:23.:00:27.

but we'll be meeting the Welsh ex- pats living here who do get a vote.

:00:28.:00:43.

Why not go for it? Why is anyone want to be controlled by someone in

:00:44.:00:52.

another country? The feeble amount of money I have got, I will try to

:00:53.:00:55.

transferred down south. One of Wales' most successful

:00:56.:00:58.

clothing manufacturers What difference would a Yes vote

:00:59.:00:59.

make to businesses like theirs? Whatever the result, the UK

:01:00.:01:04.

is on the brink of change. We'll be looking at implications

:01:05.:01:07.

for our national identity. Trading Standards officers

:01:08.:01:11.

crackdown on under the counter cigarettes as it's revealed 15% of

:01:12.:01:19.

all tobacco sold here is illegal. And the pressure's on - tonight,

:01:20.:01:26.

the future of Cardiff City's manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

:01:27.:01:30.

could be hanging in the balance. With only hours to go

:01:31.:01:49.

until the polls close, it's a city that feels charged

:01:50.:01:55.

with an almost electrical tension. Campaigners from the Yes and No

:01:56.:01:59.

camps have come here from as far afield as Anglesey,

:02:00.:02:03.

Pembrokeshire and the South Wales Valleys frantically making

:02:04.:02:06.

their case to undecided voters who will hold the key

:02:07.:02:10.

to the outcome. But it isn't just the future

:02:11.:02:13.

of Scotland that will be decided - Wales, Northern Ireland and England

:02:14.:02:17.

are also at a cross roads. We begin tonight with James Williams

:02:18.:02:21.

who's been following the referendum campaign for Wales Today

:02:22.:02:25.

from the beginning. A two-year debate is now in its

:02:26.:02:37.

final hours. Time is running out for the two camps as they make their

:02:38.:02:42.

final push for votes. Tomorrow's decision is for Scotland alone but

:02:43.:02:46.

Wales' voice has also been heard in this campaign. Welsh politicians

:02:47.:02:52.

from both sides of the debate have been making their case, including

:02:53.:02:57.

the Welsh Secretary of state who was in Glasgow today campaigning in

:02:58.:03:01.

support of the union. But Stephen Crabb recognises a mood for change

:03:02.:03:05.

which could see more powers devolved to Wales and the issue of

:03:06.:03:14.

underfunding addressed. It is work we are looking at closely at UK

:03:15.:03:18.

Government level and going forward as part of this rethink of the

:03:19.:03:22.

British constitution, we need to be looking at funding issues as they

:03:23.:03:27.

apply to Wales. He also hinted at a shift in position which also

:03:28.:03:30.

restricted income tax powers to Wales. I have always been

:03:31.:03:37.

open-minded about income tax powers in Wales. As a Scotland is getting a

:03:38.:03:42.

new swathe of powers, it is right that we look again at this, sooner

:03:43.:03:47.

rather than later. These are issues to be addressed if Scotland votes

:03:48.:03:54.

no. The latest polls suggest it has a slender lead when the undecideds

:03:55.:04:00.

are excluded. But the supporters of independence say there is all to

:04:01.:04:05.

play for. Welsh nationalists are buzzing with excitement at the

:04:06.:04:08.

possibility. They feel it will reverberate southwards. In Wales, we

:04:09.:04:14.

can take inspiration from this. We are a few years behind but the

:04:15.:04:20.

people of Wales are also asking, if Scotland can decide on its own

:04:21.:04:25.

future, this situation is not that different, why can't we also do it?

:04:26.:04:29.

But what about the Welsh in Scotland who actually have a vote? This man

:04:30.:04:36.

was born and raised in Ceredigion and he thinks a Yes vote can create

:04:37.:04:40.

a new future for his adopted country. Why not go for it? Why does

:04:41.:04:47.

anyone want to be controlled by someone in a different country,

:04:48.:04:52.

especially as it stands just now, the three leaders in London are on a

:04:53.:04:57.

different planet. But not everyone shares his conviction. In this rural

:04:58.:05:05.

village, retiree Keith Bowen from Carmarthenshire is concerned about

:05:06.:05:09.

an independent Scotland's finances. I think a lot of money will go out

:05:10.:05:14.

of Scotland. The feeble amount of money I have got, I will try to

:05:15.:05:21.

transferred down south. If it does go that way, I will certainly very

:05:22.:05:29.

strongly think that we should move back to Wales. Keith believes

:05:30.:05:35.

Scotland's future is best served in the union. This woman is not so

:05:36.:05:39.

certain. The Glasgow University lecturer is wavering from one side

:05:40.:05:42.

to the other on almost a daily basis. She wonders what impact a Yes

:05:43.:05:50.

vote might have on Wales. Scotland going independent would leave Wales

:05:51.:05:54.

as practically the loan Celtic voice in Westminster. Does that leave them

:05:55.:06:00.

in a very weak position? Possibly. And on the one hand it might inspire

:06:01.:06:04.

people in Wales to fight for independence and in some ways I

:06:05.:06:09.

would like that they would, but Wales is in a very different

:06:10.:06:12.

position to Scotland in terms of economics. Just some of the voices

:06:13.:06:19.

with a Welsh accent in a national conversation of over 4 million but

:06:20.:06:22.

with the referendum hanging in the balance, every vote will count.

:06:23.:06:27.

Whatever happens, there is a promise that change is coming to this

:06:28.:06:31.

place. But it is far less certain where that leaves Wales.

:06:32.:06:34.

David Torrence has written books on Scotland's referendum

:06:35.:06:38.

and about Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond.

:06:39.:06:45.

An historic day for Scotland, obviously, but also historic for

:06:46.:06:52.

Wales, England and Northern Ireland. Absolutely. The union is often cast,

:06:53.:07:01.

particularly in Scotland, as an Anglo Scottish relationship but it

:07:02.:07:06.

is a 4 way relationship. Whatever happens, it will have an impact on

:07:07.:07:09.

all four parts of the United Kingdom. You have lived in Wales for

:07:10.:07:17.

a while. Independence is not on the agenda there in a way that it so is

:07:18.:07:23.

here. Much lower levels. In recent polls it was 11%. Historically it

:07:24.:07:29.

has been much higher in Scotland and now it is higher still. But I think

:07:30.:07:34.

it would have a knock-on impact. It would certainly increase Plaid

:07:35.:07:38.

Cymru's confidence going into the next assembly elections and

:07:39.:07:42.

developing that argument in Wales. When you arrive in this city, the

:07:43.:07:48.

place is electric. You can almost touch the atmosphere. The nervous

:07:49.:07:53.

tension is extraordinary. I have been back-up for a few months. I was

:07:54.:07:59.

in London before that. A lot of people are running on adrenaline.

:08:00.:08:04.

Unusually, hyperbole does not apply but in this case it is absolutely

:08:05.:08:10.

justified. The cliche, too close to call, applies to the result and also

:08:11.:08:14.

another cliche that whatever happens, the status quo is not an

:08:15.:08:16.

option. Thank you very much. If this campaign has been

:08:17.:08:21.

about anything its been about winning hearts and minds,

:08:22.:08:23.

but also pockets and purses too. The economy has been at

:08:24.:08:26.

the centre of the debate here with both sides claiming the stability of

:08:27.:08:29.

the country is best in their hands. So what would a Yes vote mean

:08:30.:08:33.

for our businesses in Wales? Our correspondent Brian Meechan

:08:34.:08:36.

has been finding out. It is Scotland's referendum but its

:08:37.:08:56.

impact will be felt in Cardiff and across Wales for workers, shoppers

:08:57.:09:00.

and businesses. The result is as uncertain as what comes next. And if

:09:01.:09:05.

there is one thing businesses hate, it is an certainty. Whether there is

:09:06.:09:10.

a yes or No vote in this referendum, it will usher in major changes in

:09:11.:09:16.

Wales. For businesses, that means potential risks, but also if they

:09:17.:09:22.

can adapt to whatever comes along, potentially great rewards. The Royal

:09:23.:09:35.

Bank of Scotland has already said it will base its headquarters in London

:09:36.:09:37.

in the event of independence although it does not expect jobs to

:09:38.:09:40.

move. It means this Scottish company would remain firmly British in the

:09:41.:09:42.

event of a Yes vote. Experts say companies could be attracted to

:09:43.:09:44.

Wales' new financial zone but there would be competition from English

:09:45.:09:49.

cities. Coming out of Scotland, they don't necessarily want to move to

:09:50.:09:53.

London. The great advantage Cardiff has got is that you already have a

:09:54.:09:58.

pool of knowledge in financial services, provide the infrastructure

:09:59.:10:01.

and the people to do it, or the right elements, and it will attract

:10:02.:10:08.

business. Even if there is a narrow No vote, some may decide to relocate

:10:09.:10:13.

if it looks as if the issue is not settled and another referendum

:10:14.:10:17.

looms. Another uncertainty is what currency Scotland will use. The

:10:18.:10:20.

Scottish Government wants to continue with the pound as part of a

:10:21.:10:26.

currency union with the UK. The Conservatives, Labour and the

:10:27.:10:28.

Liberal Democrats have rejected the idea of a deal. And that matters to

:10:29.:10:33.

businesses like this one where bosses do not believe there will be

:10:34.:10:37.

any currency union. It employs 60 people, manufacturing knitwear and

:10:38.:10:41.

socks for brands like burglary and the Royal Family. It is hard to see

:10:42.:10:48.

how Scotland can vote yes and keep the pound. You can't have your own

:10:49.:10:52.

tax making laws if you are going to run someone else's currency. There

:10:53.:10:55.

is going to be a stranger rape issues. We will have two factor in

:10:56.:11:05.

an element into our -- there is going to be exchange rate issues.

:11:06.:11:19.

For businesses, workers and consumers in Wales, this referendum

:11:20.:11:23.

has huge implications. We can't know yet the full extent of what they

:11:24.:11:24.

are. In homes

:11:25.:11:27.

across this country tonight, even now, people will be wrestling

:11:28.:11:31.

with which way to vote tomorrow. For people here,

:11:32.:11:34.

this debate has certainly raised questions about identity and what it

:11:35.:11:36.

means to be Scottish. Later we'll be exploring Britishness

:11:37.:11:39.

and what if anything it now means. First, the rest

:11:40.:11:43.

of the day's news with Lucy. Counter-terrorism police have seized

:11:44.:11:48.

material from a house in Cardiff The property in the Cathays area

:11:49.:11:52.

of the city, was searched early this morning and

:11:53.:11:56.

a number of items were taken away. South Wales Police said there was no

:11:57.:11:59.

immediate threat to public safety and that cooperation with the local

:12:00.:12:03.

community was vital to tackle A man has been remanded in custody

:12:07.:12:13.

strangled and with head injuries. The body of Karen Catherall,

:12:14.:12:16.

who was 45, 47-year-old Darren Jeffreys

:12:17.:12:19.

appeared before magistrates today. He'll appear again before Mold Crown

:12:20.:12:25.

Court at the end of the month. An inquest into her death

:12:26.:12:28.

has been opened and adjourned. Almost half of smokers here have

:12:29.:12:32.

been offered illegal tobacco. That's according to the anti-smoking

:12:33.:12:36.

group ASH. In the first research of its kind,

:12:37.:12:39.

the findings also suggests Wales has a larger market

:12:40.:12:43.

in under-the-counter cigarettes Our health correspondent Owain Clake

:12:44.:12:46.

has the story. We are doing inspections today

:12:47.:12:59.

looking for illicit tobacco. Trying to stamp out a trade worth

:13:00.:13:04.

millions. A team led by Trading Standards searching for illegal

:13:05.:13:09.

cigarettes in Cardiff. This place is not easy to search. But soon the

:13:10.:13:14.

dogs sniff something out. We have got an indication of a tobacco

:13:15.:13:20.

product down there. Bingo. Several illegal packs hidden inside a

:13:21.:13:25.

printer. They have a very small quantity under the counter, just to

:13:26.:13:29.

show, and then they will have a larger stash somewhere else in the

:13:30.:13:38.

store. If someone is found guilty of selling these, there is a fine and

:13:39.:13:43.

ebb to ten years in prison and this team say they are uncovering more

:13:44.:13:47.

and more. They recently seized ?40,000 worth of illegal cigarettes

:13:48.:13:53.

in two days. And there are three types. Regular cigarettes imported

:13:54.:13:56.

duty free from abroad. Illicit cigarettes for the black market. And

:13:57.:14:03.

counterfeit tobacco. Most are sold from private homes but many can be

:14:04.:14:08.

bought under the counter in pubs, clubs or shops. Organised criminals

:14:09.:14:13.

have been linked to this apply. Typically, at around ?4 per packet,

:14:14.:14:17.

they are half the price of regular packets. If you can access illegal

:14:18.:14:23.

packets for half the price of retail tobacco, it makes it very easy to

:14:24.:14:28.

start smoking. Adult smokers are not motivated to quit. Mark George is a

:14:29.:14:33.

19-year-old youth worker and says more and more people are

:14:34.:14:37.

deliberately sneaking out illegal smokes. People who smoke illegal

:14:38.:14:46.

cigarettes are of college for a week. Tests have found high levels

:14:47.:14:57.

of undesirable substances. The Welsh Governance Centre 's ?7,000 extra

:14:58.:15:01.

will be spent on sniffer dogs and, in the backyard of another Cardiff

:15:02.:15:05.

grocery store, this one has made another find. It looks like they

:15:06.:15:10.

have arrived a little too late. We have found evidence of illicit

:15:11.:15:17.

tobacco. The hundreds of cigarettes that were once inside have gone but

:15:18.:15:20.

despite this disappointment, they know it will not be long before they

:15:21.:15:22.

find many more. The body which represents doctors

:15:23.:15:24.

in Wales has called for a full scale independent inquiry

:15:25.:15:28.

into all services in the NHS. The chairman of the BMA questioned

:15:29.:15:30.

the sustainability of the service He also called for

:15:31.:15:33.

Health Inspectorate Wales to be made independent

:15:34.:15:36.

and said that the policy on whistleblowing wasn't fit

:15:37.:15:38.

for purpose. The Welsh Government says it looks

:15:39.:15:40.

forward to reading the report. If we don't do something now, the

:15:41.:15:55.

way that the shortage of stash -- staff and escalating costs and

:15:56.:15:59.

inefficient management processes are going, we face imminent meltdown to

:16:00.:16:01.

the NHS that will be irretrievable. The Church in Wales has announced

:16:02.:16:04.

that people who object to women bishops on the grounds of conscience

:16:05.:16:07.

can remain in the Church. During a meeting in Lampeter today,

:16:08.:16:09.

a code of practice for women bishops was discussed,

:16:10.:16:12.

which said they were equal with their male counterparts, but that

:16:13.:16:14.

a male bishop could be requested The bishops did what we ask them to

:16:15.:16:29.

do. They deliberately trust we put in them to come up with a code that

:16:30.:16:33.

will allow everyone to feel included and valued.

:16:34.:16:36.

The number of people unemployed in Wales, has remained

:16:37.:16:38.

In Wales, 96,000 people are out of work.

:16:39.:16:42.

The Welsh Government said the figures are down

:16:43.:16:46.

The Welsh Rugby Union has launched a nationwide education programme

:16:47.:16:51.

to help everyone involved in the game to recognise and remove

:16:52.:16:53.

They say at the elite level players and officials are well aware

:16:54.:16:58.

of the dangers but, at grass roots, especially where children

:16:59.:17:01.

are involved, there's a need for greater awareness of the dangers of

:17:02.:17:04.

of continuing to play while concussed.

:17:05.:17:10.

We want to give all of those involved the tools to recognise the

:17:11.:17:18.

signs and symptoms of concussion and when they do to make sure they

:17:19.:17:22.

remove those players from play or training at the appropriate time and

:17:23.:17:25.

they do not return to play until they have seen a doctor.

:17:26.:17:28.

Football, and it seems the future of Cardiff City manager

:17:29.:17:31.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is hanging in the balance tonight.

:17:32.:17:33.

It's understood he's met club officials today to discuss

:17:34.:17:35.

his future after they were booed off at the end of

:17:36.:17:38.

Claire Summers is outside the stadium for us tonight.

:17:39.:17:42.

As you can imagine, the rumour mill has gone into overdrive but as

:17:43.:17:54.

things stand, the future does look bleak for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

:17:55.:17:59.

Appointed in January, it seems his reign may now be over. This seems to

:18:00.:18:04.

have been prompted by the defeat to Middlesbrough last night. The start

:18:05.:18:08.

of the season has been a disaster for Cardiff and things get worse

:18:09.:18:13.

every time they take to the field. It is a run of form which has seen

:18:14.:18:17.

just one point from the last 12, leaving them in 17th place in the

:18:18.:18:22.

championship. While we have been on air, a slight development. My

:18:23.:18:26.

sources have told me that talks are still going on between Ole Gunnar

:18:27.:18:30.

Solskjaer and the chairman and these have been initiated by the manager

:18:31.:18:36.

himself. The feeling is that talks will result in him leaving his post

:18:37.:18:40.

and for that not to happen would take a huge effort from the chairman

:18:41.:18:43.

but we are told the talks are amicable and they do not involve

:18:44.:18:48.

owner Vincent Tan. This is an interesting twist because even

:18:49.:18:52.

following the defeat last night, he was defiant and said he was the

:18:53.:18:56.

right man to lead Cardiff City. I am employed to do it, I will do it

:18:57.:19:01.

sticking to my beliefs and philosophy and I think I am. I will

:19:02.:19:05.

go home tonight and think about this. There is nothing else I can

:19:06.:19:13.

do. I am paid to do this job. Are their names in the hat yet for a

:19:14.:19:19.

successor? One fan has told me tonight you can't blame Ole Gunnar

:19:20.:19:22.

Solskjaer for everything. The players have got to stand up and be

:19:23.:19:28.

accountable. But many want Tony Pulis, who is available after

:19:29.:19:31.

leaving Crystal Palace. We are expecting a statement in the

:19:32.:19:32.

morning. In other Football news, Wales'

:19:33.:19:34.

women's hopes of qualifying for the They lost 1-0 to Ukraine

:19:35.:19:37.

in their final qualifier. The home team scored

:19:38.:19:41.

from a corner in the 61st minute. That's it from me.

:19:42.:19:45.

Now back to Jamie in Edinburgh. Welcome back to Edinburgh where

:19:46.:19:55.

the final day of campaigning is The question that will face four

:19:56.:19:57.

million voters tomorrow is, should Scotland be

:19:58.:20:02.

an independent country. The debate about the future

:20:03.:20:05.

of the UK has prompted a wider discussion about

:20:06.:20:08.

our sense of national identity. Do you feel Welsh, British,

:20:09.:20:11.

European? And will

:20:12.:20:14.

the referendum change any of that? Our correspondent Huw Thomas

:20:15.:20:18.

has been finding out. The last night of the Proms, a

:20:19.:20:40.

celebration of music and of national identity. Since the 1700s, rule

:20:41.:20:49.

Britannia has been some as an anthem of British values. But as Scotland

:20:50.:20:54.

decides whether to keep the union, is any shared sense of Britishness

:20:55.:20:58.

coming apart at the seams? The last census showed a third of people

:20:59.:21:02.

identify themselves as British or accommodation of British, Welsh and

:21:03.:21:08.

other nationalities. But only half said they felt only Welsh. I am

:21:09.:21:14.

British, parents Spanish, my children have an Italian father and

:21:15.:21:21.

my partner is Indian. What would you say your nationality is? I have

:21:22.:21:26.

lived in Swansea for more than six years so I will say Welsh.

:21:27.:21:32.

Oystermouth Castle in Swansea was built, burned down and build again

:21:33.:21:36.

during the conflicts that predated the official unions between Wales,

:21:37.:21:41.

England and Scotland. The debate surrounding the referendum has been

:21:42.:21:46.

mercifully peaceful but it has fired a discussion about nationality and

:21:47.:21:51.

our own identity. Elin Williams is a teacher in the Swansea Valley who

:21:52.:21:56.

has embraced the debate. I think it is really healthy to think about

:21:57.:22:00.

your identity and yourselves of nationality or patriotism because it

:22:01.:22:10.

knows -- makes you what you are. It affects how you see yourself because

:22:11.:22:13.

it challenges people to take a step back and think about it and think

:22:14.:22:16.

about what makes them proud to be Welsh or British and that can never

:22:17.:22:22.

be a negative thing. What makes us feel Welsh, British or both has a

:22:23.:22:28.

lot to do with our history. The two things interlock and work, for a

:22:29.:22:33.

very long time, a very easy thing to say. I am British and I am Welsh. I

:22:34.:22:39.

am proud of both. Somewhere along the line, there has been a falling

:22:40.:22:44.

apart and I think part of the current crisis in Scotland is,

:22:45.:22:49.

depending on which way they vote, how we address again the issue of

:22:50.:22:53.

what it means culturally to be part of the British Isles. It is politics

:22:54.:23:00.

that has prompted the debate about national identity and it can mean

:23:01.:23:04.

the boundaries between identity and ideology become blurred. Within the

:23:05.:23:08.

UK, national identity and its relationship with politics is

:23:09.:23:12.

complicated. Over the last two centuries it has been perfectly

:23:13.:23:16.

possible to say you are proud of being Welsh or Scottish without

:23:17.:23:20.

meaning you want to see independence. It is exactly the same

:23:21.:23:23.

with Britishness. Just because people say they feel they belong to

:23:24.:23:27.

British does not mean it is a flag-waving patriotism. Defining the

:23:28.:23:34.

parameters of national identity can be difficult, regardless of the

:23:35.:23:38.

Scottish referendum result, the Proms will continue even if

:23:39.:23:39.

Britannia's rule is reduced. The BBC's Felicity Evans

:23:40.:23:43.

has travelled Britain from Wales through England to

:23:44.:23:45.

Scotland on a road journey What are your general observations

:23:46.:24:01.

after this extraordinary journey? What seems to have happened, broadly

:24:02.:24:06.

speaking, is that for the last 18 months people largely ignored what

:24:07.:24:10.

was going on in Scotland and now Scotland has virtually their full

:24:11.:24:14.

potential because people in England and Wales are wondering how it is

:24:15.:24:18.

going to affect them -- their full attention. In England, the lack of

:24:19.:24:26.

devolution. The leader of Newcastle City Council said he thinks whatever

:24:27.:24:30.

is on offer to Scotland should also be on offer to every English city.

:24:31.:24:37.

Change is also heading towards the home nations. Do you sense that

:24:38.:24:41.

people there well come those changes? The theme that has struck

:24:42.:24:48.

me, speaking to so many people during this journey, is the

:24:49.:24:53.

disillusioned with Westminster politics. The disconnect between the

:24:54.:24:56.

political class and what is going on in Wales and England. What people

:24:57.:25:01.

would welcome is some sort of attempt to break through that and

:25:02.:25:05.

perhaps the referendum will focus the attention of the political class

:25:06.:25:11.

on doing that. 97% registration in Scotland. Whichever way they vote,

:25:12.:25:17.

that is fantastic. Thank you very much.

:25:18.:25:19.

And Felicity is a part of BBC Wales'

:25:20.:25:22.

Let me just run through with you where you can get the latest news.

:25:23.:25:28.

Coverage begins when polls close tomorrow evening on BBC One Wales

:25:29.:25:30.

You can also follow events on BBC Radio Wales and Radio Cymru.

:25:31.:25:36.

The results as they come in will of course be on our BBC News website

:25:37.:25:39.

As you can probably see behind me, a pretty cloudy evening in Edinburgh

:25:40.:25:51.

tonight. Let's see what the weather has in store for Wales.

:25:52.:25:59.

It has been a dry month in Scotland so far. And in Wales, the driest

:26:00.:26:13.

start to September in many years. Porthmadog was the warmest place

:26:14.:26:18.

today. 24 Celsius this afternoon. Well above average for this time of

:26:19.:26:23.

year. Fine this evening and staying dry overnight. Clearer in the West

:26:24.:26:31.

and another mild night. Here is the picture for 8am in the morning. Most

:26:32.:26:39.

of the country dry. The odd spot of drizzle but brighter in the south

:26:40.:26:43.

and west. Sunshine in Aberystwyth and Carmarthen. During the day, more

:26:44.:26:51.

of the country will brighten up. Most places dry but I would not rule

:26:52.:26:55.

out a heavy shower cropping up in the south-east later on. It will

:26:56.:27:01.

turn out warm again tomorrow. Temperatures rising into the 20s.

:27:02.:27:06.

Tomorrow evening and overnight, scattered showers working their way

:27:07.:27:10.

north and east. Some low cloud and missed. A mild and muggy night in

:27:11.:27:15.

the South. Some sunshine breaking through. Scattered showers as well

:27:16.:27:20.

and they could be thundery in places. Back to Jamie.

:27:21.:27:25.

So the final day of campaigning here is drawing to a close.

:27:26.:27:29.

Tomorrow the campaigns will cease and millions of people

:27:30.:27:32.

in the quiet of the polling booth will make an historic decision.

:27:33.:27:36.

That'll change all of our lives wherever we live in Britain

:27:37.:27:40.

That's Wales Today live from Scotland

:27:41.:27:48.

Thank you for watching. From all of us on the programme. Good evening.
