- what are they getting right? Staff at Arriva Trains Wales

are entering the last few hours of a 24-hour walk out,

which has caused travel chaos on the first day back to work

after the festive break. Up to 100,000 passengers have been

affected - as more than 1000 services across the country

are cancelled. Our reporter Nick Palit

who were killed in a car crash in Hengoed last night say

they'll be sorely missed. Relatives of 18-year-old
