Welcome to Wales Today, our top stories:

:00:00.:00:00.

Chris Wood took his own life, why is the system

:00:00.:00:07.

failing people like him with complex mental health problems?

:00:08.:00:12.

For my lovely son, who we had fought so hard to keep safe, to

:00:13.:00:17.

die in the street like that, to try and explain that to my husband's

:00:18.:00:20.

90-year-old parents was unbelievable.

:00:21.:00:24.

It was just horrendous. It really was.

:00:25.:00:29.

Tonight mental health charities say 'enough is enough' and tell

:00:30.:00:32.

underperforming health boards to shape up.

:00:33.:00:49.

Would it really help improve learning and school standards?

:00:50.:00:59.

Lives are at risk and homes and property too, the warning

:01:00.:01:02.

tonight on plans to reduce fire crew cover in Wrexham.

:01:03.:01:09.

Good evening, welcome to the Swalec Stadium

:01:10.:01:10.

where Glamorgan's new signing, one the world finest fastest

:01:11.:01:13.

Wales footballers have been training for the first time since the final

:01:14.:01:22.

Euro 2016 squad was announced watched by hundreds of fans.

:01:23.:01:28.

You normally see them on TV or just in a stadium and they are quite

:01:29.:01:33.

But seeing them up close here doing training is amazing.

:01:34.:01:43.

Chris Wood, from Cardiff, killed himself when he was just 25.

:01:44.:01:48.

He had complex mental health problems but a new report,

:01:49.:01:50.

seen exclusively by BBC Wales, says he would still be

:01:51.:01:54.

alive had he received the care he needed.

:01:55.:01:58.

The charity, Hafal, is now calling on the Welsh Government to do more

:01:59.:02:01.

to ensure health boards comply with the law on mental health.

:02:02.:02:06.

That is what Chris Wood's family called him when

:02:07.:02:13.

His mum, Debbie Wood, says he was gentle and kind,

:02:14.:02:17.

But life become very difficult for him when he

:02:18.:02:21.

started suffering from mental ill-health when he was 21.

:02:22.:02:25.

He had borderline personality disorder

:02:26.:02:27.

which meant he couldn't cope with intense emotions

:02:28.:02:29.

He tried to kill himself 32 times in his short life.

:02:30.:02:35.

In January 2013, he went missing and Debbie and Chris's father,

:02:36.:02:40.

Robin, found him in a lane.

:02:41.:02:42.

We had taken him to A so many times and always brought

:02:43.:02:49.

him back with us, that was a part of me that couldn't quite

:02:50.:02:52.

But what a lovely son, we had fought so hard to keep safe.

:02:53.:03:00.

To die in the street like that, to try and explain that

:03:01.:03:03.

to my husband's 90-year-old parents was unbelievable.

:03:04.:03:10.

It was just horrendous, it really was.

:03:11.:03:12.

I think I fought hard because I wanted

:03:13.:03:15.

them to actually acknowledge what they had done to him.

:03:16.:03:19.

That acknowledgement came after an independent report looking

:03:20.:03:21.

at how Cardiff and Vale Health Board had cared for Chris.

:03:22.:03:24.

It found his death would have been prevented had

:03:25.:03:27.

he received a reasonable standard of care, tspecifically a care

:03:28.:03:31.

co-ordinator to oversee a consistent approach to his complex problems.

:03:32.:03:37.

Debbie said that reading this report was devastating.

:03:38.:03:39.

It found there was no evidence that Chris's risk to himself

:03:40.:03:43.

was correctly assessed the year before he died.

:03:44.:03:46.

It also says his care plan was inadequate and

:03:47.:03:49.

there was grave concern about the lack of the involvement of

:03:50.:03:52.

Now, there are calls for the Welsh Government to do more to

:03:53.:03:57.

ensure that services comply with mental health law.

:03:58.:04:00.

We hear too much, we've learned lessons from these cases.

:04:01.:04:03.

If people don't want to deliver the mental health measure,

:04:04.:04:06.

they should give up delivering the mental health services

:04:07.:04:09.

themselves and give it to a health board that's capable of doing that.

:04:10.:04:12.

The Welsh Government, that spends 11% of the health budget

:04:13.:04:14.

on mental health, says it is a priority.

:04:15.:04:16.

They say they expect services to comply with national guidelines

:04:17.:04:20.

and it has introduced a measure to ensure all those

:04:21.:04:23.

in secondary services have a care and treatment plan.

:04:24.:04:27.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board has apologised to Chris's

:04:28.:04:30.

family and said they have taken steps to address the issues raised

:04:31.:04:34.

It also says it has been developing services for people

:04:35.:04:38.

I just feel he was let down so badly and so were we.

:04:39.:04:44.

There was nobody for us to turn to for advice or help because every

:04:45.:04:48.

time we asked, there was no response.

:04:49.:04:50.

We said everything there was to say and nobody was listening.

:04:51.:04:53.

That is the worst thing and it will haunt me forever.

:04:54.:04:56.

It is impossible to know how many people have gone

:04:57.:04:59.

through a similar experience to Chris but mental

:05:00.:05:03.

health charities say it isn't uncommon.

:05:04.:05:05.

It has taken Chris's family three years to fight for answers.

:05:06.:05:08.

They are speaking out now as they want changes made

:05:09.:05:10.

so people like Chris, who have complex mental health issues,

:05:11.:05:13.

There are plans to reduce the maximum size of infant classes

:05:14.:05:22.

But an education expert says it won't have much impact on learning

:05:23.:05:28.

and there's also concern that already overcrowded schools

:05:29.:05:32.

will struggle to cope with the change.

:05:33.:05:34.

The policy is part of the deal between the Labour-run Welsh

:05:35.:05:37.

Government and the Liberal Democrats which saw the Lib Dems' only

:05:38.:05:41.

Assembly Member Kirsty Williams, appointed Education Secretary.

:05:42.:05:44.

Getting out of the classroom and into the sunshine in half term week.

:05:45.:05:51.

School may be a distant thought for these children playing

:05:52.:05:55.

and meeting the animals at this farm near Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan

:05:56.:05:59.

but the new Welsh Government, with its Lib Dem

:06:00.:06:01.

Education Secretary, Kirsty Williams, has

:06:02.:06:04.

a new priority, to cut class sizes for the youngest children.

:06:05.:06:08.

For my kids, I chose a school that wasn't within my

:06:09.:06:11.

catchment area and it was because I knew class sizes weren't

:06:12.:06:16.

huge and they concentrated on the emotional,

:06:17.:06:18.

You can't do that with huge class sizes.

:06:19.:06:24.

is so much better for the children and it is nice

:06:25.:06:30.

One expert, who's advised the government for the last

:06:31.:06:34.

six years says the policy isn't backed up by evidence.

:06:35.:06:38.

I would use the money for the pressing thing.

:06:39.:06:45.

The most pressing thing of all, which is independent of class sizes,

:06:46.:06:47.

we haven't developed the capacities of our teachers to be world-class

:06:48.:06:51.

There is scepticism too from people who are in politics.

:06:52.:06:58.

From within Labour about the cost of this flagship Lib Dem policy

:06:59.:07:02.

Most of the primary schools in Cardiff Central

:07:03.:07:06.

We have a huge problem of undersupply as we've got a

:07:07.:07:11.

The competition for places is huge and the anxiety of

:07:12.:07:16.

parents who don't have a place near to where they left, where they can

:07:17.:07:20.

The average infant class size is 25.4.

:07:21.:07:26.

But recent data shows more than 7000 pupils, around 7%, were in classes

:07:27.:07:32.

According to the Lib Dems, more than half of all

:07:33.:07:38.

You speak to any teacher they will tell you if they have a smaller

:07:39.:07:44.

class sizes they can offer better services to those pupils, they can

:07:45.:07:48.

identify strengths or weaknesses easier.

:07:49.:07:50.

I'd have some concerns about the debate, do we

:07:51.:07:55.

reduce class sizes or do we improve teachers' professional allotment?

:07:56.:07:59.

It should be how do we ensure a situation

:08:00.:08:03.

The Welsh Government insist teaching development is a priority too but

:08:04.:08:08.

with money tight and opposition parties lukewarm on the class size

:08:09.:08:12.

plan, some deft footwork may be needed to make it a reality.

:08:13.:08:26.

Will this change happen? There are two factors, money and political

:08:27.:08:35.

will. Arwyn Jones was king of the financial climate the new government

:08:36.:08:39.

is in. Every new commitment in this administration will have to be paid

:08:40.:08:43.

for from the cutbacks among others. This Lib Dem policy has a price tag

:08:44.:08:49.

and Labour's Jenny Rathbone is concerned it could come at the

:08:50.:08:52.

expense of some of Labour's education priorities. This is a

:08:53.:08:57.

minority government, it doesn't have an overall majority. The

:08:58.:09:01.

Conservatives and Plaid Cymru have said they agree with David Reynolds,

:09:02.:09:05.

money could be better spent differently. Add to that those

:09:06.:09:10.

concerns within Labour and it all looks pretty difficult for the

:09:11.:09:11.

government to get this done. Staying with schools,

:09:12.:09:12.

a consultation on the future of four secondary schools

:09:13.:09:14.

in Powys has closed. The council has plans to close

:09:15.:09:17.

Gwernyfed and Brecon schools, and create a single school

:09:18.:09:21.

in their place, and doing the same at Builth Wales

:09:22.:09:24.

and Llandrindod schools. The changes could be put

:09:25.:09:26.

in place for the start The number of adults in Wales

:09:27.:09:29.

who say they smoke has fallen to 19% according to the Welsh Government's

:09:30.:09:39.

latest Health Survey. But there's still concern

:09:40.:09:42.

about binge drinking, Wrexham's council leader has

:09:43.:09:46.

criticised proposals which could see up to 24 posts cut

:09:47.:09:53.

from the town's fire station. The north Wales Fire Authority has

:09:54.:09:57.

to save a million pounds and is considering removing one

:09:58.:10:00.

of the fire appliances The Fire Brigade's Union

:10:01.:10:05.

is also opposing the plan. Llangefni last summer and a chip

:10:06.:10:12.

shop is engulfed in flames. It took 20 minutes for a fire crew

:10:13.:10:16.

to arrive as the town's station The firefighters union warned then

:10:17.:10:19.

that this type of situation would rise in future and say Wrexham

:10:20.:10:24.

faces problems if up to 24 posts It isn't only about tracks itself,

:10:25.:10:41.

it is the area that will suffer. The availability of surrounding

:10:42.:10:44.

stations, I don't think have been evaluated properly for the executive

:10:45.:10:48.

panel to make this decision to take to the full fire authority.

:10:49.:10:50.

The council leader agrees and wants an urgent meeting with the north

:10:51.:10:52.

Wales Fire Authority about the options

:10:53.:10:54.

We have the hospital, one of the largest prisons in the country being

:10:55.:11:04.

built. Local development plan, we are looking to propose to build

:11:05.:11:11.

between 13 thousand and 20,000 homes in Wrexham. I thought they would be

:11:12.:11:14.

more demand on Fire Services not less. This is the resort centre in

:11:15.:11:22.

Wrexham. West than two months old cost ?15 million. The Fire Brigades

:11:23.:11:25.

Union and local politicians argue given such a large recent investment

:11:26.:11:27.

talk of course makes little sense. The Fire Service says a working

:11:28.:11:29.

group has concluded that removing one fire engine and a crew

:11:30.:11:31.

from here by end of the decade would be the least damaging option

:11:32.:11:34.

under consideration. The Venture play centre

:11:35.:11:36.

in Wrexham was the scene We've got the insurance cleared at

:11:37.:11:38.

last. The manager, also a local

:11:39.:11:49.

councillor, says the changes We need to take it on trust, they

:11:50.:11:59.

are not choosing the worst place to cut. Nevertheless, it is still going

:12:00.:12:07.

to be a worse service than it was. That puts it all at risk of stop

:12:08.:12:09.

The Fire Authority will meet in a few stop weeks' time and says

:12:10.:12:12.

there'll be wide consultation on whichever proposal is chosen.

:12:13.:12:14.

Much more to come before seven o'clock -

:12:15.:12:16.

Wales players have been training for the first time

:12:17.:12:18.

since the final Euro 2016 squad was announced watched

:12:19.:12:21.

And pine martens were on the verge of extinction now something

:12:22.:12:27.

Three weeks tomorrow, you'll be asked if you want

:12:28.:12:37.

the UK to remain or leave the European Union.

:12:38.:12:40.

Both sides of the debate are at loggerheads

:12:41.:12:42.

and today there's been a focus on jobs.

:12:43.:12:44.

A report, commissioned by the campaign group

:12:45.:12:47.

Britain Stronger in Europe, has estimated that

:12:48.:12:49.

more than 6,000 manufacturing jobs would be created in Wales

:12:50.:12:54.

Leave campaigners have called the findings absurd,

:12:55.:13:00.

saying many similar projections in the past have proved to be wrong.

:13:01.:13:04.

Our political editor Nick Servini has been going through the detail.

:13:05.:13:11.

what is it saying? This has been done by a think tank called. We are

:13:12.:13:24.

in the single market now of course, it means there are no tariffs, there

:13:25.:13:29.

is no taxation with regard trade within the EEE you. It is hugely

:13:30.:13:35.

complex area and they could be integration in future in terms of

:13:36.:13:39.

energy and finance. It is this area which the CBI thinks could lead to

:13:40.:13:43.

an increase in the numbers of jobs in Wales. Less run through some of

:13:44.:13:49.

the figures. There are 100,000 jobs in Wales currently linked directly

:13:50.:13:53.

or indirectly to exports to the EU. It is about 10% of the private

:13:54.:13:59.

sector workforce. 42,000 of those, the biggest single term, either in

:14:00.:14:03.

manufacturing. Those figures are not disputed. But as controversial as

:14:04.:14:09.

the finding from the think tank that deepening of the single market could

:14:10.:14:15.

lead to more than 6000 new jobs in manufacturing in Wales between now

:14:16.:14:20.

and 2030. Remain campaigners are saying if it is a Brexit, those jobs

:14:21.:14:25.

could be under threat. Leave campaigners are saying, this is

:14:26.:14:28.

absurd, we're talking about losing jobs that haven't been created. They

:14:29.:14:33.

say if you want to talk about job creation must talk about regulation

:14:34.:14:38.

and red tape from Brussels which too often constrict growth rather than

:14:39.:14:42.

help it. Jobs warning about an exit have been

:14:43.:14:46.

a hallmark of this campaign. We have had them on the huge level, work the

:14:47.:14:53.

same were often than not, we haven't had well specific figures like we

:14:54.:14:57.

have had today. I would say we will get more localised figures. I

:14:58.:15:03.

understand the league campaign next week are going to give Welsh

:15:04.:15:06.

projections on what the potential number of new EU migrants will be

:15:07.:15:14.

over the course of the next 14 years and the pressure point that have on

:15:15.:15:16.

public services, most notably the NHS.

:15:17.:15:18.

Lots to talk about in football and cricket in tonight's

:15:19.:15:20.

Not a bad night for this. Glamorgan are hosting their first tee 20 blast

:15:21.:15:44.

tonight. Not a great start. More of the cricket in a moment.

:15:45.:15:45.

As Wales prepare for their first major championship in almost six

:15:46.:15:49.

decades, police have written to almost 90 Welsh fans, ordering

:15:50.:15:51.

them to surrender their passports to stop them travelling to France.

:15:52.:15:54.

The fans have all been involved in previous football-related disorder.

:15:55.:15:59.

It is the venue for our group stage opener

:16:00.:16:06.

But Wales' most senior officer involved in helping to police

:16:07.:16:11.

the tournament says some fans are not welcome in France.

:16:12.:16:15.

Those already subject to banning orders were

:16:16.:16:23.

today ordered to surrender their passports by 7pm tonight.

:16:24.:16:26.

The very fact they have been arrested for

:16:27.:16:28.

committing criminal offences at football

:16:29.:16:31.

Their behaviour is behaviour we don't want to see at

:16:32.:16:34.

football games, be it here or abroad.

:16:35.:16:36.

Hence why they are being stopped from going.

:16:37.:16:38.

Of the 87 Welsh fans object of banning orders, more

:16:39.:16:40.

The others are based in Wrexham, Swansea and Newport.

:16:41.:16:44.

If they don't surrender their passports by this evening,

:16:45.:16:46.

We will be going to their houses to find them, they can

:16:47.:16:50.

There are further offences they've committed they could be

:16:51.:16:53.

charged for and put before the courts.

:16:54.:16:59.

After the Bordeaux game the next up is the northern town of Lens

:17:00.:17:02.

where Wales will meet England.

:17:03.:17:03.

The capacity of the stadium here is larger than the population

:17:04.:17:05.

England has been here before, facing Colombia in a

:17:06.:17:09.

World Cup match in 1998 and there was trouble on the streets.

:17:10.:17:11.

This time the French authorities are banning alcohol.

:17:12.:17:15.

Anywhere in the street, there will be no consumption of

:17:16.:17:17.

alcohol, they won't be able to carry alcohol.

:17:18.:17:20.

We know in Lens they will

:17:21.:17:22.

be doing checks at the coach park and at the car park to stop people

:17:23.:17:26.

Although the Euros are a peaceful festival of football there is

:17:27.:17:32.

In Euro 2012 there were clashes between Russian

:17:33.:17:36.

and Polish supporters and these days there is also the added

:17:37.:17:39.

Malcolm Tarbitt runs the International Centre for Sport

:17:40.:17:46.

He says fans must cooperate fully with

:17:47.:17:51.

We are aware their national threat level is at the

:17:52.:17:55.

They currently have implemented a state of emergency.

:17:56.:18:01.

We would advise any fans, don't make any jokes about

:18:02.:18:04.

Stick to the rules and secondly, be vigilant.

:18:05.:18:12.

Ffion Owen, a student from Aberystwyth,

:18:13.:18:14.

has been planning her French trip for months.

:18:15.:18:16.

Despite any potential security problems she is delighted

:18:17.:18:19.

We don't know what to expect so it is going to be

:18:20.:18:24.

The group stage ends in Toulose with the game against Russia on

:18:25.:18:28.

It is hoped the travelling fans will be leaving that

:18:29.:18:32.

city in just a buoyant a mood as when they left Wales.

:18:33.:18:38.

The players will be heading to France before the end the week.

:18:39.:18:41.

There was extra scrutiny at training today, 200 supporters who'd won

:18:42.:18:45.

a competition were allowed in to watch them rain.

:18:46.:18:51.

It is not everyday you get the chance to get

:18:52.:18:58.

this close to the likes Joe Ledley and Gareth Bale.

:18:59.:19:00.

Their every move was monitored in training today.

:19:01.:19:04.

I just want to make the boys in class jealous because they only

:19:05.:19:08.

answer to the name of Gareth Bale on the yard.

:19:09.:19:11.

You can see they are all enjoying each other's company

:19:12.:19:13.

and how much fun they are having.

:19:14.:19:15.

We normally see them on TV or just in

:19:16.:19:17.

the stadium and they are quite far away.

:19:18.:19:21.

But then just seeing them up close here, just doing training is

:19:22.:19:25.

There is no doubting the popularity of the Wales national team.

:19:26.:19:32.

200 fans have come to watch today's training session.

:19:33.:19:34.

Gareth Bale is here for the first time since winning the

:19:35.:19:37.

But Joe Allen, Joe Ledley and Hal Robson Kanu will miss

:19:38.:19:44.

the friendly in Sweden because of injury.

:19:45.:19:45.

A blonde Aaron Ramsey and Gareth Bale trained away

:19:46.:19:48.

from the main group with those who are not fully fit.

:19:49.:19:51.

But both could feature in the game in Stockholm this weekend.

:19:52.:19:55.

No doubt, Bale is the biggest draw not only for fans and

:19:56.:19:59.

photographers but for the youngest player in the squad too.

:20:00.:20:03.

When I first met him I was a bit starstruck.

:20:04.:20:06.

But he makes everyone feel welcome and he is just another one of us.

:20:07.:20:11.

While Euro 2016 opponents, England, will have had three warm up

:20:12.:20:18.

Fewer friendlies is not a problem for the players.

:20:19.:20:25.

I think when we met up last week to go to Portugal the boys, the

:20:26.:20:30.

majority of the players, had the week off from the club.

:20:31.:20:35.

It is important because it is a long season and, more mentally than

:20:36.:20:38.

physically, it is nice to have a bit of a break.

:20:39.:20:42.

The football in France is fast approaching.

:20:43.:20:47.

For many here, a lifetimes ambition is about to be realised.

:20:48.:20:52.

Growing up as a young kid to playing in a tournament like

:20:53.:20:55.

As you said, it is something we have been working for

:20:56.:21:00.

We missed last time, this is it.

:21:01.:21:05.

We believe that from the start and with the games we played in we

:21:06.:21:08.

Wales have two more days to prepare on home soil

:21:09.:21:13.

Then it is straight to France and the real business will begin.

:21:14.:21:22.

And you can catch a special programme on that very long

:21:23.:21:25.

Wales: The Road to the Euros is on BBC One Wales at 7.30pm.

:21:26.:21:33.

Back to the cricket, and Glamorgan have a new star

:21:34.:21:36.

Fans are in for a treat, they're seeing one of the finest

:21:37.:21:42.

The south African Dale Steyn has joined the Welsh county

:21:43.:21:46.

Coach Robert Croft hopes he'll take plenty of wickets, and bring

:21:47.:21:50.

Any batsmen that goes out and faces him knows they are in for the

:21:51.:22:04.

contest. They can take liberties with that pace. If they are good to

:22:05.:22:09.

try it, they could get on done. It is the intensity. As the fast bowler

:22:10.:22:12.

that is what I have to bring stop you have to bowl at 90 mph plus that

:22:13.:22:18.

is what I can offer. It doesn't guarantee success but it is what I

:22:19.:22:23.

can do. It excites players, especially your team-mates when they

:22:24.:22:25.

see the ball flying past. It is exciting.

:22:26.:22:30.

Glamorgan 31-2. Commentary on Radio Wales tonight.

:22:31.:22:34.

They were on the verge of extinction in Wales but pine martens relocated

:22:35.:22:37.

from Scotland in a bid to save them have given birth to

:22:38.:22:40.

Hidden cameras have confirmed three of the ten females have

:22:41.:22:43.

20 animals were released into the wild in Ceredigion

:22:44.:22:47.

last autumn by the Vincent Wildlife Trust.

:22:48.:22:50.

Elusive, quick moving and primarily nocturnal.

:22:51.:22:56.

Pine martens were on the edge of extinction so these Scottish

:22:57.:23:02.

ones, where they still have a healthy number

:23:03.:23:05.

of the mammals, were brought here and kept in introductory pens

:23:06.:23:08.

When they felt comfortable in their new surroundings

:23:09.:23:13.

Now seven months later, three of the pine martens have

:23:14.:23:17.

David Baven from the Vincent Wildlife trust has been

:23:18.:23:23.

monitoring their movements, he says these births

:23:24.:23:26.

It reinforces in our minds of the habitat of anti-and the environment

:23:27.:23:39.

is perfectly suitable for pine martens. We have been monitoring the

:23:40.:23:43.

situation for decades and not seeing any recovery. This was the only

:23:44.:23:47.

action available to us if we wanted to have a one night if pine martens

:23:48.:23:49.

enamel woodlands. There had been some concerns

:23:50.:23:51.

from farmers about the relocation. But although a carnivore,

:23:52.:23:53.

a pine marten is more likely to dine mice and berries rather

:23:54.:23:56.

than any livestock. It is woodlands like this where the

:23:57.:24:05.

pine martens and their kids will flourish. Because of the success of

:24:06.:24:09.

this project, another 20 pine martens will be released here in the

:24:10.:24:11.

autumn. These dens saw the birth

:24:12.:24:11.

of the kits. Still only a few weeks old it'll be

:24:12.:24:13.

another three weeks before the new borns make their way

:24:14.:24:16.

around these woods. Their eyes have only just opened.

:24:17.:24:26.

They are not up to much. They are sleeping all the time. They are

:24:27.:24:29.

dependent on their mothers do everything.

:24:30.:24:30.

Ceredigion has also seen a successful reinforcement projects

:24:31.:24:32.

Which were also once in fear of dying out now they are thriving.

:24:33.:24:38.

It's hoped the Pine Marten will be another animal that makes Ceredgion

:24:39.:24:40.

Derek, what does the weather have in store?

:24:41.:24:51.

A big contrast in the weather today. This was the scene in Pontypool

:24:52.:24:57.

early on. But in Pendine it has been glorious. Temperatures around 21

:24:58.:25:03.

Celsius. The satellite pictures shows the extent of the cloud today

:25:04.:25:07.

covering much of England and parts of Wales. The best of the sunshine

:25:08.:25:11.

further north and west. Tonight, drive for most of us with the odd

:25:12.:25:15.

shower here and there but no more than that. Some cloud red boat clear

:25:16.:25:25.

in the north. A dry day tomorrow, a cloudy day for most of us.

:25:26.:25:31.

Elsewhere, it will turn to brighten up and the clouds breaking up

:25:32.:25:34.

hearing. Here is the picture in more detail for three o'clock in the

:25:35.:25:39.

afternoon. Fine and dry, sunny for most with a few fair weather clouds.

:25:40.:25:43.

It should be a beautiful afternoon in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Kennedy again

:25:44.:25:49.

and Carmarthenshire. A light moderate breeze, top temperatures up

:25:50.:25:57.

to 20 Celsius. Cooler on the coast. In the Vale of Glamorgan, drive

:25:58.:26:00.

tomorrow and becoming sunny. A high of 19 Celsius with a north-easterly

:26:01.:26:07.

breeze. If you were going to the Eisteddfod in Flint, no need for the

:26:08.:26:11.

wellies. Another dry day and brightening up. Fine tomorrow

:26:12.:26:16.

evening, staying dry overnight. The sky is clear so it will turn cooling

:26:17.:26:21.

places. Dropping down to five Celsius. Friday, drive. Elsewhere,

:26:22.:26:27.

more cloud especially in the east. For the weekend, a few showers which

:26:28.:26:33.

may be thundery in places. Some sunshine and becoming warmer.

:26:34.:26:36.

I'll have an update for you here at eight o'clock and again

:26:37.:26:40.
