Two words came into my mind today on my way into work - ear muffs. It

was that sort of wind. Tomorrow, we would appreciate the lighter wind,

but there is a price to pay, there will not be so much sunshine. The

wind is easing already in many areas. It is still very gusty along

the North Sea coast, however. As the night goes on, it will be

easing away, but showers will continue in Norfolk. It will be

quite icy tomorrow morning there. Alesi also in northern Scotland

overnight tonight. -- icy. It will be the coldest morning of the week

tomorrow, with a widespread frost. The best of the sunshine will be in

the first half of the day. There will still be some wintry showers

clipping the coast of Norfolk and Suffolk, but it will not be as

windy. Increasing cloud in Northern Ireland, with some wet weather not

too far away. Cloud increasing in Scotland. Northern Scotland might

be quite icy. Although it is not as windy tomorrow, it will still be

quite cold. Then we look at this weather system coming in from the

west. There is the potential for a few temperatures -- centimeters of

sleet and snow. There could be some wintry showers on the heels in the

west. In the Central Band, in the rush-hour, there could be some snow.

This weather system begins to fade away during Friday. Saturday, still
