your day-to-day, I can offer you something better tomorrow. The skies

will brighten, and the rain will temporarily moved away, for most of

us, anyway. It has been wet today, and there have been problems across

southern England for travellers It will take quite a while, but

eventually the rain and the stronger winds will move their way out into

the North Sea overnight. It will become drier, with clear patch

pushing through. We need to get rid of some rain from East Anglia first

thing tomorrow before we get into something a lot drier. There are one

or two showers around here and there still, some heavy ones for the

north-west of Scotland, and against snow over the higher ground. But a

decent day for going out and about. Temperatures above average, but

there is rain creeping in behind me, and yet again, Thursday night into

Friday, a band of rain sweeping across, and this area of low

pressure with his gale
