Good evening. It's quite chilly. The worst of the wind has eased away

from the north. Further south, the winds light. Temperatures falling

sharply. Quite a hard frost in some parts of the Midlands and southern

England. It could be a frosty start where you are. Plenty of sunshine.

Further north, the odd pocket of frost. General temperatures higher

in the north. Still some showers in the North West of Scotland, which

will continue through the day. Most places will be dry. The best of the

sons and will be further south. Hazy at times. A fine, crisp day across

many parts of England and Wales, and even across Northern Ireland and

Scotland. Temperatures at sixes and sevens briefly. But they will fall

very sharply as we head into the evening. Hard frost developing under

this area of high pressure. Fog will become more of an issue as we head

into the middle part of the week, particularly across England and

Wales. That Fog will be a bit of a problem. With a lot of people on the

move, we are expecting some disruption. You can see the extent

of the fog we are expecting by Wednesday morning. Some of it will

shift. Some of it will not. Otherwise, sunshine again across

England and Wales. Cloud for Northern Ireland and Scotland, with

showers in the West of Scotland. Relatively mild. Temperatures in

some spots reaching double figures. Further south will be chilly on

Wednesday. Despite the sunshine, it will be even colder. Across part of

the Midlands and southern England, if you keep the fog all
