and West of Scotland. Into the evening we're going to thicken up

the Crouch through the Midlands, maybe into northern England,

producing the odd spot of rain. -- we will thicken up the cloud. With

more cloud around in the south-west, not quite so chilly, maybe a touch

of frost in more northern parts of Scotland. It looks like a pretty

reasonable weekend for large swathes of the UK. Some brighter weather in

the south-east. Sunshine in Scotland. This is where the warmest

temperatures are, in the West of Scotland. In between, cloud, not

much rain. There's some in the far south and west. 16-17 for Cardiff,

London and Glasgow. It that bit cooler along the North Sea coast.

The weather front clears away towards the near continent, so by

Sunday the wind is lighter. Still breeze down the North Sea coast.

Quite grey and cool again. Head inland and further west,
