week and a half away from

meteorological spring, which is the

1st of March and you would think

things might be getting a little bit

warmer, not the case as you will

find, it'll get cold but in the

short term, the weather is improving

because Monday, the weather had the

blues, it was not a pretty day. The

image, stretching all the way to the

far north and this weather front

will decide to slow down as it

reaches eastern parts of the UK and

across the UK, that means the

atmosphere is going in reverse mode,

something is happening, something is

looming. Lots of cold weather on the

way as we will find. Here is the

further towards the east, it will

rain its way out across the east so

anywhere down towards East Anglia

and the south-east on Tuesday,

another great day with a bit of rain

and a bit of brightness. -- grey

day. In the west, a lot better. The

following night, the winds change

direction and a North east to

easterly wind will be very much the

feature for the future from

Wednesday onwards. Not too cold at

this stage, this is Wednesday

morning, a bit of a frost in

Scotland and Northern Ireland, maybe

the south-east but the real reversal

in the wind doesn't kick in until

Wednesday, winds coming out of

Scandinavia across central western

parts of Europe, so we are starting

to feel the chill along these

eastern coasts down to the South as

well on Wednesday. Should be a

bright day and with high pressure

building, there is a big area of

high pressure building, it doesn't

mean always a lot of sunshine but

the weather will be dry and settled,

but that wind really will be cold.

Here is Thursday, it is blowing

straight out of the east across

Holland into the UK as well, still a

bit of a southerly but still

temporarily across the far

north-west of the country, look at

that, temperatures down to 5 degrees

in Norwich already on Thursday.

Beyond that, Friday, Saturday and

Sunday, an enormous high pressure

builds across northern parts of

Europe stretching all the way from

the Atlantic across Scandinavia, all

the way to Siberia and a round,

round, round, this high pressure

will flow, thick, called almost

funny like air losing across the

Baltic here in the
