A man has been arrested under the Terrorism Act | :01:38. | :01:45.
after two police officers with a large knife near Buckingham | :01:46. | :01:47.
The officers were hurt while taking the 26-year-old | :01:48. | :01:50.
into custody when he was found with the weapon in a vehicle | :01:51. | :01:53.

incident outside Buckingham Palace. The Met says just after 8:30pm | :02:05. | :02:09.
yesterday a man stopped his car near a police vehicle. Officers then | :02:10. | :02:13.
spotted a large bladed weapon in the car and went to arrest him. Two | :02:14. | :02:18.
police officers suffered minor injuries to their arm and were taken | :02:19. | :02:22.
to hospital for treatment. The Met has praised their brave and swift | :02:23. | :02:26.
action that meant the suspect was detained very quickly. No members of | :02:27. | :02:30.
the Royal family were in Buckingham Palace at the time. Cordons were | :02:31. | :02:34.
quickly put up around the palace. The suspect, a 26-year-old man, was | :02:35. | :02:40.
also taken to hospital and arrested on suspicion of grievous polity harm | :02:41. | :02:44.
and assault. During the night he was further arrested under the Terrorism | :02:45. | :02:48.
Act. No members of the public were hurt. The Met's Counter-Terrorism | :02:49. | :02:52.

Notting Hill Carnival object people from Barcelona style attack. A | :03:02. | :03:04.
spokeswoman from Buckingham Palace said he did not comment security | :03:05. | :03:05.
issues. -- it would not comment. The most powerful storm to strike | :03:06. | :03:13.
mainland America in more than a decade has made landfall | :03:14. | :03:15.
in the southern state of Texas. Hurricane Harvey has | :03:16. | :03:19.
winds of up to 130 mph. In the early hours of this morning, | :03:20. | :03:21.
President Trump signed a disaster proclamation for the state | :03:22. | :03:24.
after the storm was classified David Willis reports | :03:25. | :03:27.
from Washington. Harvey hit Texas hard overnight, | :03:28. | :03:37.
ringing with it high winds and heavy rain. A category four hurricane. | :03:38. | :03:42.
Capable of causing catastrophic damage. Called the most powerful | :03:43. | :03:49.
storm to hit the US mainland in over a decade. This is going to be a very | :03:50. | :03:58.
major disaster. This is Harvey from above, a malevolent storm system ten | :03:59. | :04:02.
miles wide, capable of doubling up to 40 inches of rain. -- dumping. | :04:03. | :04:08.
Corpus Christi, a city in the eye of the storm, has seen a rush to | :04:09. | :04:13.
evacuate. Fears of a power outage forcing the sickest babies at a | :04:14. | :04:16.
children's hospital to be moved out of the hurricane's path. The | :04:17. | :04:21.

to see. They get get and I don't want to have them scared. I have to | :04:38. | :04:41.
be a strong mother for that will stop briefed earlier by his | :04:42. | :04:43.
advisers, President Trump is facing the first national disaster of his | :04:44. | :04:47.
term in office. The lessons of Hurricane Katrina 12 years ago still | :04:48. | :04:52.
serve as an indelible reminder of the political past of | :04:53. | :04:56.
underestimating a weather system such as this. The president urged | :04:57. | :05:01.
Texans to heed calls to evacuate, but with several days of storm force | :05:02. | :05:08.
winds and rain ahead, it is likely many of those who leave may not have | :05:09. | :05:11.
much to come back to. In the next few minutes we will go | :05:12. | :05:20.
live to our correspondent in Corpus Christi, which is one of the coastal | :05:21. | :05:22.
towns in Texas. Millions of travellers taking | :05:23. | :05:25.
to the road and rail network this weekend face disruption | :05:26. | :05:27.
because of major engineering works. The south-east of England will be | :05:28. | :05:30.
badly affected with station closures at Charing Cross, Euston | :05:31. | :05:33.
and Liverpool Street with limited In the north-west of England, | :05:34. | :05:36.
engineering work will affect stations in Manchester, Preston, | :05:37. | :05:41.
Blackpool and Bolton. Our reporter Jenny Kumar | :05:42. | :05:46.
is at King's Cross station for us. It is a day where a lot of people | :05:47. | :05:57.
are going to struggle if they are trying to use the rail network? Yes, | :05:58. | :06:01.
that's right. Here at King's Cross it is fairly quiet at the moment. | :06:02. | :06:06.
The trains are running on time but it is expected to get a lot busier. | :06:07. | :06:10.
High demand is expected on the services from here to Scotland, it | :06:11. | :06:14.
was London Euston is closed today, affecting services from that station | :06:15. | :06:20.
to the Midlands and north to Scotland. Huge engineering work is | :06:21. | :06:22.
happening here. Record numbers of works. It will have an impact across | :06:23. | :06:28.
the UK, as you say. The advice is if you are going to travel check before | :06:29. | :06:33.
you do so and expect delays. You may be wondering why this is happening | :06:34. | :06:37.
now for not well, Network Rail say there's never a good time, but there | :06:38. | :06:43.
are fewer travellers who travel in August and in the long run there | :06:44. | :06:46.
will be long-term benefits for passengers. Thanks very much for the | :06:47. | :06:48.
moment. North Korea has fired three | :06:49. | :06:48.
short-range ballistic missiles, Two of the missiles | :06:49. | :06:51.
failed in flight. The third blew up almost immediately | :06:52. | :06:58.
after it was launched. The latest firings come | :06:59. | :07:01.
during a joint US-South Korea military exercise, which has been | :07:02. | :07:04.
strongly criticised by Pyongyang. The final countdown has begun | :07:05. | :07:08.
in what is expected to be the most watched pay-per-view | :07:09. | :07:12.
boxing match ever. At the pre-fight weigh-in | :07:13. | :07:13.
for the much-hyped contest, mixed martial arts star | :07:14. | :07:15.
Conor McGregor vowed to knock out From Las Vegas, here's our sports | :07:16. | :07:18.
news correspondent Richard Conway. The hype has been unrelenting and | :07:19. | :07:33.
while the final face-off for this mega- fight was another spectacle, | :07:34. | :07:37.
it is clear Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Jr have captured the | :07:38. | :07:41.
imagination and the wallets of many boxing fans. Now, with the | :07:42. | :07:46.
formalities over, Conor McGregor is focused on the task ahead. Let's go, | :07:47. | :07:51.
let's see who can take it. He's over there twiddling his thumbs, | :07:52. | :07:56.
twitching away. I see a man afraid, that's it. The buildup has been | :07:57. | :07:59.
controversial and there are questions over a contest state | :08:00. | :08:04.
primarily for financial reasons. The man who describes himself as TBE, | :08:05. | :08:10.
the best ever, is expecting his payday to be swift. Irish fans have | :08:11. | :08:17.
flocked to Las Vegas in recent days and the celebrations will likely | :08:18. | :08:21.
continue for several more night if McGregor can pull off a shock win. | :08:22. | :08:25.
The world is going to explode if he does. It will be mad if he wins. If | :08:26. | :08:30.
he does it, what's the party going to be like? Insane. We will sleep | :08:31. | :08:35.
somewhere outside at the front! But Floyd Mayweather's father, who | :08:36. | :08:40.
taught him how the box, says McGregor's lack of experience will | :08:41. | :08:45.
see him fade. He will throw a lot of punches, this a lot and if he gets | :08:46. | :08:53.
tired then, like! -- whack! When ConAgra Brega turns to this arena it | :08:54. | :08:58.
will be the face Floyd Mayweather. -- Conor McGregor. | :08:59. | :09:06.
You get a real sense of the hype and atmosphere. | :09:07. | :09:11.
It will be insane and we will have the result by the time you wake up | :09:12. | :09:13.
tomorrow morning. England are set to take | :09:14. | :09:15.
on New Zealand in the women's rugby The Red Roses will attempt | :09:16. | :09:18.
to defend their title against the Black Ferns, | :09:19. | :09:22.
who have never lost a World Cup The sides last met in June | :09:23. | :09:25.
when England scored five tries to win 29-21 and end a five-game | :09:26. | :09:28.
winning streak for the Kiwis. The 22nd Air Guitar World | :09:29. | :09:32.
Championships have been 15 air guitarists from around | :09:33. | :09:34.
the world competed in But the title went again | :09:35. | :09:39.
to the reigning champion, Matt 'Aristotle' Burns from the USA, | :09:40. | :09:47.
who you can see here. That's what it takes to be a | :09:48. | :09:53.
champion air guitarist. He collected the prize | :09:54. | :09:56.
of a real electric guitar The competition aims to promote | :09:57. | :10:04.
world peace. Did you know that? All of the finalists were invited on | :10:05. | :10:06.
stage at the end, together. It is something that is so odd. | :10:07. | :10:17.
Charlie will do some David Carr for you later. | :10:18. | :10:21.
We think they can play real guitar? -- air guitar. | :10:22. | :10:26.
If you can, I don't think you should be allowed in the competition! | :10:27. | :10:29.
That have a look at some of the papers. The main story in the Daily | :10:30. | :10:35.
Telegraph, this is one of our main stories, the Palace in lockdown | :10:36. | :10:42.
after this knife attack. A man has been arrested. Very close to | :10:43. | :10:48.
Buckingham Palace last night. The front page of the Mail. This is | :10:49. | :10:56.
the headline. What this is an interpretation of some guidance | :10:57. | :10:59.
given by the second-in-command at the Met Police in London. What they | :11:00. | :11:03.
are saying is they have to prioritise what they describe as | :11:04. | :11:05.
vulnerable people, vulnerable callers, to their service. He says | :11:06. | :11:11.
that includes people with learning difficulties, the elderly and also | :11:12. | :11:14.
people who have English as their second language. | :11:15. | :11:18.
The front page of the Express. They are often interested in whether | :11:19. | :11:21.
stories. The bank holiday weekend. They are saying it will get quite | :11:22. | :11:25.
warm across the weekend, which is good. | :11:26. | :11:28.
That is coming up in a couple of moments. You will see this on the | :11:29. | :11:31.
front and back pages this morning. Floyd Mayweather and McGregor. All | :11:32. | :11:37.
of the buildup and hype already happening and, as I mentioned, we | :11:38. | :11:41.
will be bringing you the results of that and all of the highlights and | :11:42. | :11:45.
lowlights. Do you want to go to the back page? You will see it. The $1 | :11:46. | :11:50.
billion super fight is what they call it. If McGregor wins it will be | :11:51. | :11:54.
the end of boxing. I think it is the boxing purist who are most offended | :11:55. | :11:58.
by the idea of this fight. Yeah, any thoughts you have on that... | :11:59. | :12:10.
For AM, isn't it? Yes, for -- 4am, UK time. | :12:11. | :12:14.
We will be speaking to the Radio 5 Live commentary team who are already | :12:15. | :12:18.
in Las Vegas late in the programme, to get their expert analysis. It's | :12:19. | :12:22.
sort of showbiz rather than sport. It's an event. | :12:23. | :12:25.
Self driving cars are said to be the future, but there are still a lot of | :12:26. | :12:30.
unanswered questions surrounding them. If the vehicle was involved in | :12:31. | :12:34.
an accident, who would be responsible? The driver or computer? | :12:35. | :12:40.
Insurers are trying to find out by deliberately crashing driverless | :12:41. | :12:44.
vehicles. Here is our transport correspondent. | :12:45. | :12:47.
On a military base in Switzerland, important tests are going on. One of | :12:48. | :12:56.
the world's big as the insurance companies is deliberately crashing | :12:57. | :13:02.
cars. -- biggest. For the first time, they're simulating what | :13:03. | :13:05.
driverless vehicles might do when things go wrong. Like if the | :13:06. | :13:08.
computer was hacked so the brakes don't work. Well, this car is | :13:09. | :13:15.
obviously a complete write-off. You can really smell that the airbags | :13:16. | :13:20.
have gone. But all of the censors are now full of data, telling us | :13:21. | :13:23.
what the car did, what happened to the driver and all of that | :13:24. | :13:27.
information will be used to determine how much insurance we all | :13:28. | :13:33.
pay in future. Not too many rocks fall in Britain, but it's a problem | :13:34. | :13:39.
in Switzerland. There's not a lot of computer can do about this. So what | :13:40. | :13:47.
are insurers hoping to learn? We want to demonstrate that we can't | :13:48. | :13:52.
have the same accident investigation methods as we had before for | :13:53. | :13:56.
autonomous cars. We need to know whether the driver or the car was in | :13:57. | :13:59.
charge of driving the car. And that's the key question. If a | :14:00. | :14:06.
computer's driving, who is responsible for the crash? I don't | :14:07. | :14:09.
think people need to worry about whose fault it is. The UK has | :14:10. | :14:15.
decided an insurance policy will be required, so people will be | :14:16. | :14:19.
compensated and then insurance companies and motor manufacturers | :14:20. | :14:22.
can argue amongst themselves in the background. They save the real drama | :14:23. | :14:28.
until last. This next episode at giving the computer of moral | :14:29. | :14:32.
dilemma. When an accident is inevitable, as it hit the person on | :14:33. | :14:37.
a quad bike or the person in the car? The bike is causing the | :14:38. | :14:40.
accident, but the rider is more vulnerable. So who should the | :14:41. | :14:49.
computer hit? For this test, they simulate a car, choosing the right. | :14:50. | :14:53.
It's just a dummy, but it's still hard to watch. Computer driven cars | :14:54. | :15:03.
are inevitable and these tests will determine how our insurance will | :15:04. | :15:09.
work. They already predict premiums will go down because computers are | :15:10. | :15:11.
better drivers than humans. That is always what comes up, what | :15:12. | :15:25.
if there is an accident? Who was responsible? Yesterday we had the | :15:26. | :15:32.
stories about Wi-Fi truck. And now for the weather. You will start with | :15:33. | :15:41.
what is going on elsewhere. Yes, Hurricane Harvey. Amazing. | :15:42. | :15:47.
Catastrophic. It was just making landfall in the United States. The | :15:48. | :15:54.
eye of the storm. 130 miles per hour. This is the biggest and | :15:55. | :15:59.
strongest to hit Texas since 1961. 56 years almost. This is Houston. | :16:00. | :16:09.
The biggest storm surge is to the east of the storm. The problem is | :16:10. | :16:16.
that is coming in land. Winds are easing. It will be a hurricane for a | :16:17. | :16:26.
bit yet. It will continue to rain. Huge volumes. We could see as much | :16:27. | :16:31.
as one metre in parts of Texas for the coming days. Imagine it raining | :16:32. | :16:40.
for 14 months but condensing it into 3-4 days. Catastrophic flooding | :16:41. | :16:46.
expected. We are keeping an eye on it. That is what is happening with | :16:47. | :16:51.
Hurricane Harvey in the US. The UK for the weekend. The worst of the | :16:52. | :16:55.
wet weather we will have is just a few showers this weekend. Bank | :16:56. | :16:59.
Holiday for many. Great news for many. Sunshine to come in between | :17:00. | :17:06.
showers. Certainly, today is a better day for western Scotland and | :17:07. | :17:09.
Northern Ireland. One or two showers. Most places dry. Some | :17:10. | :17:15.
showers to the east of Scotland. More cloud in England, especially | :17:16. | :17:18.
southern areas, compared to yesterday. The odd spot of rain this | :17:19. | :17:23.
morning. That should fizzle out. Most places dry. Feeling pleasantly | :17:24. | :17:29.
warm. 24- 25 in the south. High teens further north. Looking good, | :17:30. | :17:34.
not just for the day, but the coming days. The second test between | :17:35. | :17:40.
England and the West Indies. And this evening, the big match between | :17:41. | :17:44.
England and New Zealand in the Women's World Cup rugby final at | :17:45. | :17:48.
Belfast. It will be dry with a bit of sunshine. This evening. Fine. | :17:49. | :17:55.
Light winds. Put unclear. A little bit cooler than last night. Mist and | :17:56. | :18:02.
fog. Later on, cloud pushing in the western Scotland with patchy rain. | :18:03. | :18:06.
Most will be dry. That sets us up for not a bad Sunday at all. Not | :18:07. | :18:15.
completely blue skies. Patchy and light rain returning to Scotland. | :18:16. | :18:20.
Light show and Northern Ireland. Sunday, a dry day. Pleasantly warm. | :18:21. | :18:26.
It could creep up further into Monday. Bank Holiday. In Scotland we | :18:27. | :18:34.
will see a weather front pushing with wet and windy weather through | :18:35. | :18:37.
the day. That increases in Northern Ireland. A dry and reasonably sunny | :18:38. | :18:45.
start. The sunniest on Monday will be to the south. Temperatures could | :18:46. | :18:53.
reach 27 - 28 degrees. UK wide temperatures, if not average, | :18:54. | :18:57.
certainly above. The Bank Holiday, overall, not too bad. Finally, some | :18:58. | :19:02.
August weather. Now it's time for the Film Review | :19:03. | :19:05.
with Mark Kermode and Julian Hello and welcome to | :19:06. | :19:09.
the Film Review on BBC News. To take us through this week's | :19:10. | :19:24.
cinema releases is Mark Kermode. We have Detroit, which is | :19:25. | :19:27.
the new movie by Kathryn Bigelow. We have Logan Lucky, | :19:28. | :19:39.
which I keep wanting to call Lucky Logan because it looks | :19:40. | :19:42.
like the look words should be And Tom Cruise is back doing | :19:43. | :19:45.
what he does best in American Made. I'm glad you've got a Logan Lucky | :19:46. | :19:49.
issue because I have as well. Detroit, I've seen many | :19:50. | :19:52.
rave reviews already. I'm a big fan of Kathryn Bigelow | :19:53. | :19:56.
who won an Oscar for The Hurt Locker The film is set in 1967 | :19:57. | :20:00.
in the Detroit riots, it begins with a broad canvas | :20:01. | :20:05.
and the film slowly focuses At the beginning, a speak easy | :20:06. | :20:08.
is raided, rioting breaks out, the state troopers and national | :20:09. | :20:12.
guardsmen are sent in, We then follow a particular | :20:13. | :20:14.
character played by a musician who is denied his moment | :20:15. | :20:30.
in the spotlight because the riot He takes refuge | :20:31. | :20:33.
in the Algiers Motel. The police then discend | :20:34. | :20:36.
on the motel where they believe The police are led by a character | :20:37. | :20:39.
called Krause played Who is described by writer Mark Boal | :20:40. | :20:43.
as a character who is inspired by the recorded deeds | :20:44. | :20:51.
of a Detroit policeman, although he is a | :20:52. | :20:53.
fictional character. Meanwhile John Boyega | :20:54. | :20:55.
who is such a brilliant actor, is a security guard who finds | :20:56. | :20:57.
himself in the middle He's somebody who is distrusted | :20:58. | :21:00.
by both sides and attempts to make I'm with United Security, | :21:01. | :21:06.
I'm guarding that grocery store Hey, all things considered, | :21:07. | :21:20.
this is pretty good. You can see from the clip the film | :21:21. | :21:30.
is shot with that very, sort of, distinctive | :21:31. | :21:45.
documentary-like style. Barry Ackroyd is a brilliant | :21:46. | :21:46.
cinematographer. He's done what Bigelow | :21:47. | :21:48.
has done before. Turning fact and fiction, | :21:49. | :21:50.
working with Mark Boal, turning something into | :21:51. | :21:52.
a drama based on real life The film narrows its focus down | :21:53. | :21:54.
until it gets to a single corridor of the Algiers Motel where this | :21:55. | :21:59.
terrifying interrogation and worse takes place under the auspices | :22:00. | :22:02.
of this cop played by Will Poulter. The thing I like about this is that | :22:03. | :22:05.
Kathryn Bigelow is extremely dextrous and the movie seems to move | :22:06. | :22:08.
through different genres. It starts off as a social document | :22:09. | :22:11.
then moves into something almost a musical at one point, | :22:12. | :22:14.
when it is in the hotel it becomes Some people have taken issue | :22:15. | :22:18.
with this but you remember Kathryn Bigelow directed Near Dark, | :22:19. | :22:21.
which is a vampire Western. I think it's a brilliant | :22:22. | :22:32.
horror movie. And later it becomes | :22:33. | :22:34.
a courtroom drama. I think those shifts | :22:35. | :22:35.
are its strength. Its greatest strength, | :22:36. | :22:37.
beyond the way it's put together, the brilliant editing job | :22:38. | :22:40.
which leads you through it... It's like jostling through a crowd | :22:41. | :22:42.
of people, different stories, different genres, until we're | :22:43. | :22:45.
finally focusing on one central But it's the performances | :22:46. | :22:48.
that carry it. John Boyega is brilliant, | :22:49. | :23:00.
he has a way of telegraphing really strong emotions through the tiniest | :23:01. | :23:03.
of facial expressions. He plays a character which has | :23:04. | :23:05.
a malevolence hidden under It's a tightrope that could easily | :23:06. | :23:12.
fall over into caricature The experience was | :23:13. | :23:16.
thoroughly immersive. It's often terrifying | :23:17. | :23:18.
and Kathryn Bigelow It's an urgent film, | :23:19. | :23:21.
despite it having a period setting, Steven Soderbergh is back | :23:22. | :23:25.
and it's a heist movie. It's described in one moment | :23:26. | :23:41.
of dialogue as Ocean's 7-11. Channing Tatum is the mastermind | :23:42. | :23:44.
behind this plan to rob the Charlotte Motor Speedway | :23:45. | :23:47.
during the Coca Cola 600. He was going to carry out this heist | :23:48. | :23:49.
with his brother Adam Driver. It's a heist caper movie, | :23:50. | :23:54.
so it's an impossible job, But they have figured out a way | :23:55. | :23:56.
to do it with tunnels And getting this guy, Joe Bang, | :23:57. | :24:10.
who is an explosives expert played Looking for all the world | :24:11. | :24:14.
like a beefy Jean-Paul Gauthier. Getting him out of prison to do | :24:15. | :24:17.
the job, then getting him It's written by Rebecca Blunt | :24:18. | :24:20.
who nobody has heard of before, and some people have taken it to be | :24:21. | :24:27.
a nom de plume for the director. But they say no, it's | :24:28. | :24:31.
someone we've heard before. There is a certain amount of satire, | :24:32. | :24:33.
some American flag-waving for Memorial Day, and there's a line | :24:34. | :24:36.
in it one person says, "NASCAR is like America, | :24:37. | :24:39.
you're making us harm America". But the fact is all that satire | :24:40. | :24:42.
is very much like NASCAR, it goes past you and | :24:43. | :24:45.
then we're back. I enjoyed it, it's fun, | :24:46. | :24:55.
it's flippant and flimsy. I have a sense you thought about it | :24:56. | :24:58.
deeply since you saw it. I have to say, after I finished | :24:59. | :25:03.
smiling my way through the movie, I moved to the next | :25:04. | :25:06.
thing pretty swiftly. The fact is, it's not easy to make | :25:07. | :25:08.
a film that is fun and flippant. There are enough bad movies out | :25:09. | :25:13.
there trying to do that. Take us to Tom Cruise | :25:14. | :25:15.
and American Made. The thing that Tom Cruise | :25:16. | :25:19.
does best is flying, wearing aviator shades | :25:20. | :25:21.
and smiling in a way that says, It's inspired by a real life story | :25:22. | :25:24.
and some is true and not true. A TWA pilot, who became a drugs | :25:25. | :25:34.
and arms smuggler claimed to work Ended up providing | :25:35. | :25:37.
evidence for the DEA. He is recruited by a mysterious | :25:38. | :25:40.
shadowy figure played by Donald Gleeson, | :25:41. | :25:42.
who never puts a foot wrong. He says I know you are smuggling | :25:43. | :25:45.
cigars, and you need to work You'd run the company | :25:46. | :26:01.
but after hours you can work for us. So anyone finds out about it, | :26:02. | :26:19.
family, friends, even Lucy. If you're doing it for | :26:20. | :26:29.
the good guys, yeah. But there's a lovely moment | :26:30. | :26:40.
of threat there when Donal Gleeson What then happens is, | :26:41. | :26:47.
he starts off allegedly working for the CIA filming the Communist | :26:48. | :26:52.
insurgents, then gets mixed up with Pablo Escobar, | :26:53. | :26:57.
flying cocaine to the US, The whole thing has | :26:58. | :26:59.
a chaotic momentum. Meanwhile, money is | :27:00. | :27:09.
piling up everywhere. So much so they don't have | :27:10. | :27:11.
anywhere to put it anymore. It reminded me of a lot of films, | :27:12. | :27:14.
things like Air America, The latter is a much more | :27:15. | :27:17.
substantial movie which bears up It has that accelerating pace | :27:18. | :27:22.
of something like Goodfellas, If you think of things | :27:23. | :27:25.
like The Mummy and think, Did I think a character was ever | :27:26. | :27:30.
properly three-dimensional? It's a movie that seems to be based | :27:31. | :27:39.
around an understanding of, there is a thing that | :27:40. | :27:46.
Tom Cruise does. You can like or dislike Tom Cruise, | :27:47. | :27:48.
but there is a thing he does That big slightly crazy smile | :27:49. | :27:52.
and you buy into it. Again, I thought | :27:53. | :27:56.
it was enjoyable fun. Detroit is a movie with such | :27:57. | :27:58.
substance and so much going for it, and in the case of American Made | :27:59. | :28:02.
and Logan Lucky, not Lucky Logan, they are fun but they won't stick | :28:03. | :28:05.
in the mind like Detroit will. One that will stick in the mind | :28:06. | :28:15.
is the one you will pick You need to see it | :28:16. | :28:18.
in IMAX if possible. It is an overwhelming experience, | :28:19. | :28:25.
it's Christopher Nolan. The interesting thing | :28:26. | :28:28.
is, it's very complex. It is three time structures, | :28:29. | :28:34.
one week, one day, one hour. If you have been a fan | :28:35. | :28:37.
of Nolan since Memento, you know he's interested | :28:38. | :28:44.
in travelling time. I've seen it twice now and both | :28:45. | :28:46.
times, the end of the screening, People have literally | :28:47. | :28:54.
been like that. That's a testament | :28:55. | :28:57.
to how powerful it is. But see it on the biggest | :28:58. | :28:59.
screen possible. Florence Pugh is brilliant in this | :29:00. | :29:07.
adaptation of the story. The tale of a woman who refuses | :29:08. | :29:12.
to confirm, refuses to be down-trodden, is vilified | :29:13. | :29:17.
by society as a result of it. That sounds like something only | :29:18. | :29:19.
a film critic would say but believe me, it's the film | :29:20. | :29:24.
you watch with your ears and it's A quick reminder before we go that | :29:25. | :29:28.

Matt will be here with the weather. But first, a summary of this | :30:13. | :30:16.
morning's main news. A man found with a large blade | :30:17. | :30:20.
in a car outside Buckingham Palace is being questioned | :30:21. | :30:24.
by counter-terror police. Two officers were injured | :30:25. | :30:27.
after tackling the 26-year-old last night and have been praised | :30:28. | :30:29.
for their quick reactions. It is understood that no | :30:30. | :30:32.

mainland America in more than a decade has made | :30:35. | :30:41.
landfall in Texas. Hurricane Harvey has winds | :30:42. | :30:44.
of up to 130 mph and has Some residents are reported to be | :30:45. | :30:47.

people have lost power. The emergency services said | :30:55. | :30:57.
it was too dangerous to respond And in a few minutes we'll get | :30:58. | :31:00.
an idea of the full force of the hurricane when we speak | :31:01. | :31:18.
to a correspondent in Corpus The bank holiday getaway could be | :31:19. | :31:21.
more of a headache this weekend as major engineering work begins | :31:22. | :31:38.
on the rail network. The south-east of england will be | :31:39. | :31:42.
most affected with stations closures at Charing Cross, Euston | :31:43. | :31:45.
and Liverpool Street, as well as limited | :31:46. | :31:47.
service from others. In the north-west of England | :31:48. | :31:49.
engineering works will affect Manchester, Preston, | :31:50. | :31:51.
Blackpool and Bolton. The disruption is because of work | :31:52. | :31:52.
involving around 17,000 engineering North Korea has fired three | :31:53. | :31:55.
short-range ballistic missiles, Two of the missiles failed | :31:56. | :31:58.

strongly criticised by Pyongyang. Nearly ?500,000 will be given | :32:07. | :32:15.

to tackle littering. It's hoped the money will go | :32:19. | :32:20.
towards creating new apps and smart bins, which will alert rubbish | :32:21. | :32:23.
collectors when they're full. Smart everything these days. But we | :32:24. | :32:29.
definitely need smarter people to stop throwing litter on the ground. | :32:30. | :32:32.
Smart people would be useful! If someone can develop those. If | :32:33. | :32:37.
someone knows where we can find some... | :32:38. | :32:40.
There are none here. Don't say it out loud! | :32:41. | :32:44.
What have you got for us? It's a fantastic weekend. Something for | :32:45. | :32:48.
everyone this weekend. The World Cup final. Those two gentleman behind | :32:49. | :32:54.
you. No love lost there. It has been | :32:55. | :32:58.
fairly low-key in Las Vegas, if that's possible. But it sort of | :32:59. | :33:02.
exploded overnight. It's the fight everyone is talking about. Good | :33:03. | :33:04.
morning. They have weighed in | :33:05. | :33:09.
overnight for this match up. Most of the talk has been | :33:10. | :33:14.
about whether the Mixed Martial Arts superstar Connor MacGergor can | :33:15. | :33:17.
actually beat the greatest boxer of his generation, | :33:18. | :33:19.
Floyd Mayweather. The purse is eye-watering, | :33:20. | :33:21.
with the final paycheck to be That is expected | :33:22. | :33:24.
to break all records. After a relatively low key | :33:25. | :33:31.
build-up in Las Vegas, but the weigh-in for the junior | :33:32. | :33:35.
heavyweight contest was raucous. Thousands of Irish fans have | :33:36. | :33:38.
travelled to get behind their man. Mayweather at 40 is 11 years older | :33:39. | :33:42.
and has come out of retirement and McGregor has vowed | :33:43. | :33:46.
to knock him out. England won the Women's Cricket | :33:47. | :33:52.
World Cup last month, and this evening in Belfast | :33:53. | :33:55.
the Red Roses play in the Final But standing in the way | :33:56. | :33:58.
are New Zealand, the number one The Black Ferns are four times | :33:59. | :34:04.
champions, beating England in three finals in a row | :34:05. | :34:12.
between 2002 and 2010. England are the champions, though, | :34:13. | :34:15.
which makes tonight's match at the Kingspan Stadium a fitting | :34:16. | :34:20.
climax to the tournament. Pretty excited by the goal we've | :34:21. | :34:32.
been weighted -- been waiting for the so long. We were wanting to get | :34:33. | :34:36.
to this final again and it's been our goal all season. It's finally | :34:37. | :34:37.
here at! The Second Test between England | :34:38. | :34:40.
and the West Indies looks England won by an innings | :34:41. | :34:42.
in the First Test, but were bowled The Windies Shannon Gabriel took | :34:43. | :34:49.
four wickets, including the skipper Joe Root | :34:50. | :34:56.
was dropped early on, but went on to make another | :34:57. | :35:04.
half century before being caught out Ben Stokes was also dropped | :35:05. | :35:08.
a couple of times too, but held the England innings | :35:09. | :35:15.
together with a brilliant century They took one Windies | :35:16. | :35:17.
wicket before the close. The tourists will resume | :35:18. | :35:20.
on 19-1 later this morning. Jimmy said there was a lot on offer | :35:21. | :35:29.
for him. We got a few chances tonight. That was really without | :35:30. | :35:33.
them playing any attacking shots. If anything they were looking to get | :35:34. | :35:37.
through the night. But when tomorrow comes round a few more shots will | :35:38. | :35:42.
get played, overly -- hopefully we get a few more chances. | :35:43. | :35:43.
It's one of the biggest days in the rugby league calendar, | :35:44. | :35:47.
There's lots at stake for one of the most prized pieces | :35:48. | :35:52.
Hull are looking to retain the trophy after a thrilling victory | :35:53. | :35:57.
against Warrington last year, their first Wembley win. | :35:58. | :35:59.
The Warriors are looking to win the Challenge Cup for a 20th time. | :36:00. | :36:04.
I think all of the talk about greatest and Dynasty is, we haven't | :36:05. | :36:14.
built it up like that. We are coming to win a top -- cup final. All of | :36:15. | :36:21.
the plaudits and names will follow us. We are going to win and that's | :36:22. | :36:23.
all. Not overconfident. We have a lot of | :36:24. | :36:31.
respect. But we've had a great trading week this week. The players | :36:32. | :36:37.
are equipped very well and if we do what we practice, we've structured | :36:38. | :36:42.
the game plan, make sure we have a clear head, we have a chance of | :36:43. | :36:46.
getting a trophy but it's going to be a massive one for us. | :36:47. | :36:48.
After the summer break, Formula 1 is back and Lewis Hamilton, | :36:49. | :36:51.
in his 200th Grand Prix, looks like the man to beat | :36:52. | :36:54.
The three-time world champion was fastest in second practice | :36:55. | :36:58.
yesterday in his Mercedes, nearly half a second quicker | :36:59. | :37:00.
than championship rival Sebastian Vettel. | :37:01. | :37:02.
If Hamilton seals pole this afternoon, he'll equal the record | :37:03. | :37:05.
England's men have lost their semi-final at the Euro Hockey | :37:06. | :37:12.
They were beaten 3-1 against the Netherlands. | :37:13. | :37:17.
The hosts will now go on to face Belgium in Sunday's final, | :37:18. | :37:20.
while England play Germany in the third place playoff. | :37:21. | :37:24.
England's women face the same opposition in their bronze medal | :37:25. | :37:26.
Plenty of football over the weekend, of course. | :37:27. | :37:40.
Manchester United and Huddersfield will be looking to make it three | :37:41. | :37:43.
United are at home to Leicester, newly promoted Huddersfield host | :37:44. | :37:47.
The lunchtime kick-off is on the south coast. | :37:48. | :37:49.
Bournemouth are one of the five teams that have lost | :37:50. | :37:52.
both their games so far this season and they have got a tough match | :37:53. | :37:56.
Bournemouth, the manager is so good. They had a fantastic season last | :37:57. | :38:12.
season. They had to defeat but sometimes that can happen in the | :38:13. | :38:16.
beginning. I know it will be complicated. | :38:17. | :38:17.
All the fixtures and match previews are on the BBC Sport Website | :38:18. | :38:22.
including all the Scottish Prmiership news. | :38:23. | :38:31.
Champions Celtic are at home to St Johnstone. | :38:32. | :38:39.
The Vuelta Espana, the Tour of Spain, continues | :38:40. | :38:45.
with Chris Froome still in the leader's Red Jersey. | :38:46. | :38:47.
The four-time Tour de France winner finished safely in the peleton | :38:48. | :38:50.
in yesterday's seventh stage into the city of Cuenca. | :38:51. | :38:52.
He holds a slender 11 second lead in the General Classification, | :38:53. | :38:55.
as he aims to win the race for the first time and become only | :38:56. | :38:59.
the third man to complete the tour de frnace and Vuelta double | :39:00. | :39:03.
Layter today, Chris and Gabby Adcock will play for a place in the final | :39:04. | :39:08.
of the World Badminton Championships in Glasgow. | :39:09. | :39:13.
The fifth seeds came from a set down to beat their opponents | :39:14. | :39:17.
With no bronze medal match though, the British pair know that whatever | :39:18. | :39:25.
happens in their semi final against the world number ones | :39:26. | :39:28.
from China, they'll be guaranteed a medal. | :39:29. | :39:31.
Finally, congratulations to Laura and Jason Kenny, celebrating their | :39:32. | :39:37.
first child. The Olympic Champions shared | :39:38. | :39:41.
a picture of their new family on social media saying: "Welcome | :39:42. | :39:45.
to the world little Albert Louie "You kept us waiting a week | :39:46. | :39:48.
but it was all worth it." Almost nine pounds. I wonder how | :39:49. | :40:00.
long before he is on two wheels? When they became pregnant, she | :40:01. | :40:06.
announced it by showing a picture of a two wheeler. | :40:07. | :40:09.
No stable lives as! It's all in the genes. | :40:10. | :40:17.
It's all what you do with your legs! Thanks very much. | :40:18. | :40:24.
Around this time every Saturday, Mike Bushell shares his latest | :40:25. | :40:27.
sporting challenge and this week's has to be one of the strangest yet. | :40:28. | :40:30.
Are you familiar with this? Goat yoga? | :40:31. | :40:36.
I'm bracing myself. You would be forgiven | :40:37. | :40:39.
for thinking goats and yoga have I genuinely thought this was going | :40:40. | :40:41.
to be goats doing yoga. This is all about broadening your | :40:42. | :40:55.
horizons. There are so many new ways to practise yoga these days, for | :40:56. | :41:01.
example on a paddle board in Devon. Upper-class here have also been | :41:02. | :41:05.
introduced to an even stranger form down on the farm. We all know how | :41:06. | :41:15.
good yoga is for you, spiritually and for the body. What in Devon, | :41:16. | :41:20.
they do things differently. Hence we are in a barn of straw. They want to | :41:21. | :41:25.
bring out the animal in us. Are they kidding? Connecting with the earth. | :41:26. | :41:33.
Teacher, Donna, has over 70 animal names for her class's yoga positions | :41:34. | :41:36.
but this summer she has been combining animal bonding with yoga | :41:37. | :41:41.
moves by introducing pygmy goats to her classes. We combine all of them | :41:42. | :41:49.
amazing benefits of a standard yoga practice with animal therapy. It's | :41:50. | :41:53.
proven that animal therapy, when you are with animals and stroking | :41:54. | :41:58.
animal, it helps to reduce the stress response within the body and | :41:59. | :42:05.
it also helps to increase the oxytocin and chemicals, happy | :42:06. | :42:10.
hormones. You focus the minds of other things, so you are still doing | :42:11. | :42:14.
the yoga poses but also concentrating on bonding with our | :42:15. | :42:18.
ferry friends. They seem to love it. There is no evidence that the goats | :42:19. | :42:22.
enhance the physical benefits of yoga in any way when they are | :42:23. | :42:26.
treading on your back, they are certainly not trained masseurs, but | :42:27. | :42:31.
they do bring laughter. They like to nibble on my head. Maybe because it | :42:32. | :42:36.
looks like straw! I'm not sure it helps a great deal but it's good for | :42:37. | :42:40.
the concentration because you have to work really hard not to fall over | :42:41. | :42:43.
while they are doing it. It's strangely very relaxing. When the | :42:44. | :42:47.
hooves go into you it's therapeutic, like a massage ball. It's funny and | :42:48. | :42:52.
funny makes you happy. I've done laughing yoga before but you have to | :42:53. | :42:57.
force yourself to laugh. Here, it's hysterical. Goat yoga was first | :42:58. | :43:01.
uttered America by a farmer who claimed the goats were making her | :43:02. | :43:05.
feel better from an autoimmune illness and the consensus here was | :43:06. | :43:08.
that the goats were beneficial and would be invited back every week. | :43:09. | :43:12.
Brilliant. Go to love people, so it's great fun. It could be doing | :43:13. | :43:19.
Pilates or press ups, whatever. We end up in a sleeping dog pose, when | :43:20. | :43:25.
the goats are naturally attracted to us, to come and sleep on us as well. | :43:26. | :43:31.
Gorgeous! I've never known one to be so interactive! Normally use a | :43:32. | :43:36.
runout, but this has been very interactive! -- normally you zone | :43:37. | :43:40.
out. As ever, Mike manages to discover a | :43:41. | :43:49.
sport you didn't know existed. That's sweet! Laughter makes you | :43:50. | :43:55.
happy. We want to get more on a story | :43:56. | :43:59.
developing this morning. In the last few hours Hurricane Harvey has hit | :44:00. | :44:04.
land, bringing winds of up to 130 mph to the coastal Texas. This is | :44:05. | :44:07.
the satellite image. That's the hurricane. You can see the big mass | :44:08. | :44:13.
of swirl over Texas, specifically the coastline, as it moves from the | :44:14. | :44:19.
sea and on to the land. It's happening as we speak. | :44:20. | :44:23.
That's the image from above. Let's see what it looks like on the | :44:24. | :44:28.
ground. They say it's too dangerous for the emergency services in Corpus | :44:29. | :44:33.
Christi. We can go to a CBS reporter who is there. We get a sense | :44:34. | :44:38.
straightaway from looking at you just how severe conditions are. | :44:39. | :44:44.
Describe what it's like. Absolutely. Especially since Harvey made | :44:45. | :44:48.
landfall, the conditions have worsened. The sheets of rain are | :44:49. | :44:53.
just pounding down and frankly the gust of wind makes it difficult to | :44:54. | :44:57.
stay standing sometimes. If you can see these massive palm trees behind | :44:58. | :45:02.
me, about 25 feet tall. At least three of them have toppled over. | :45:03. | :45:06.
We've seen debris flying all over the place, we heard a transformer | :45:07. | :45:12.
blow and that's really just the beginning. Officials do expect | :45:13. | :45:18.
conditions will continue to worsen. We're just trying to make sure that | :45:19. | :45:22.
we are watching for any falling debris. There are actually some | :45:23. | :45:26.
light fixtures here that are dangling in the wind. Yeah, it's not | :45:27. | :45:31.
safe situation for people. Especially who have decided to | :45:32. | :45:36.
hunker down and see how long they can weather the storm. | :45:37. | :45:43.
We are concerned for your safety. Can you continue? It is really | :45:44. | :46:00.
flying. It is flying. It seems to be coming down. We will keep an eye on | :46:01. | :46:06.
it. But umm... We will leave it there rare moment to check it is | :46:07. | :46:14.
safe for you. -- for a moment. Apologies. Safety comes first. You | :46:15. | :46:22.
can get a sense of the severity of the wind. Many have been evacuated. | :46:23. | :46:28.
But some have remained, as you heard from the brief report. There is a | :46:29. | :46:35.
storm surge that comes after which is of the most concern. And we can | :46:36. | :46:43.
have the most detail is now from Matt. That picture is not telling | :46:44. | :46:51.
the story, I think. There is huge amounts of rainfall. Yes. The wind | :46:52. | :46:59.
and storm surge. 130 miles per hour. The strongest to hit Texas since | :47:00. | :47:09.
1961. As the storm goes inland, rainfall. Jews anywhere in the UK. | :47:10. | :47:18.
Imagine all of the year's rainfall falling in three days. | :47:19. | :47:25.
Back to the UK. A different story. We will have a little bit of rain | :47:26. | :47:37.
this weekend. Nowhere near it the amounts they will have. For those of | :47:38. | :47:49.
you on a Bank Holiday weekend, it is a good one. Some rain in central and | :47:50. | :47:55.
southern parts of England and Wales. Not as sunny as yesterday. To the | :47:56. | :48:01.
east, one or two showers. Eastern Scotland has the heaviest showers. | :48:02. | :48:06.
Even though the showers and the forecasts, the vast majority will | :48:07. | :48:10.
not get them. Staying dry, sunny spells. Temperatures similar to | :48:11. | :48:15.
yesterday. A bit more cloud. A weekend of festivals. It stays dry | :48:16. | :48:20.
until late on Monday when rain will arrive. Then it will get hotter and | :48:21. | :48:30.
hotter. 27. It is good outside. Variable cloud. Some showers in | :48:31. | :48:34.
eastern Scotland which will fade away gradually. Tonight. Mist and | :48:35. | :48:40.
fog Thatchers. Temperatures could get down to single figures. It could | :48:41. | :48:50.
get into the teens. A reasonably sunny Sunday. Sunshine breaking | :48:51. | :48:56.
through for most. A few splashes of rain. The odd shower in Northern | :48:57. | :49:03.
Ireland later on. Temperatures if anything are higher than today. 25- | :49:04. | :49:08.
26. That is good for the Notting Hill Carnival. A brief Clinton to | :49:09. | :49:16.
the Bank Holiday Monday. Slightly warmer. To the north and west. | :49:17. | :49:21.
Weather front approaching. A change back to something more windy and | :49:22. | :49:26.
wet. A gradual process. The heaviest rain in western Scotland. The cloud | :49:27. | :49:32.
into England and Wales later on. Impact in temperatures. Around where | :49:33. | :49:37.
it should this time of year. Increased amounts of blue sky and | :49:38. | :49:47.
pretty warm. 28 degrees is possible. Back to you. Thankfully more benign | :49:48. | :49:53.
weather conditions compared to Texas. Our colleagues in Texas say | :49:54. | :50:04.
that our reporter is safe. We were concerned about her safety. Thank | :50:05. | :50:08.
you for joining us again that he can you pick up where you left off and | :50:09. | :50:13.
tell us about the numbers of people who have left and concerns about | :50:14. | :50:19.
safety over there? Sure. Right now, state officials do not have hard | :50:20. | :50:23.
numbers for how many people evacuated the area. There were seven | :50:24. | :50:27.
coastal counties in low-lying areas with mandatory evacuations. That | :50:28. | :50:34.
happened already on Thursday evening and into Friday. Many people in the | :50:35. | :50:43.
other areas chose to stay. They did not want to abandon their homes and | :50:44. | :50:48.
belongings. They were worried about transporting children and pets to | :50:49. | :50:51.
another location. So they decided to stay here. This is what they are | :50:52. | :50:57.
faced with. Frankly, I don't think anyone expected this storm to get | :50:58. | :51:04.
this bad. It only became a category four hurricane on Friday. Even a | :51:05. | :51:10.
three was a surprise. Making landfall as a four will come as a | :51:11. | :51:14.
shock for many people waking up to see the damage. I can tell you they | :51:15. | :51:19.
are not getting much sleep because the building even where we are is a | :51:20. | :51:25.
little bit. We were inside. People in the homes will be frightened to | :51:26. | :51:30.
experience such a devastating storm. We have been told some 30 inches of | :51:31. | :51:35.
rain may be falling over the next 24 hours or so. And then a real concern | :51:36. | :51:40.
about the possibility of a storm surge and flooding. Exactly. You | :51:41. | :51:50.
know, that is what officials are so concerned. It is a collection of | :51:51. | :52:08.
issues, winds, storms, and Harvey will hang out and dump up to three | :52:09. | :52:12.
feet of rain in the area. That makes for flooding concerns and downed | :52:13. | :52:17.
trees and powerlines. All of the worst things of a storm coming | :52:18. | :52:20.
together to make this historical people. This is just the beginning. | :52:21. | :52:29.
We will see what the flooding looks like in major cities like Euston for | :52:30. | :52:35.
example which is already bracing for a lot of water. -- Houston. There | :52:36. | :52:40.
have been question marks about how much time they had to react when it | :52:41. | :52:44.
was clear how severe this weather would be. Yeah, you know, a lot of | :52:45. | :52:54.
people were very stubborn, and they said they did not think it was going | :52:55. | :53:00.
to be so bad. Even a week ago, we were anticipating a tropical storm. | :53:01. | :53:06.
And now here we are in the middle of a massive hurricane. People had | :53:07. | :53:13.
time, they did leave, we saw a lot of people leaving. We saw miles and | :53:14. | :53:18.
miles of people trying to live down. Other people again decided not to go | :53:19. | :53:23.
that rout. -- trying to leave town. It is a gamble. Some have decided to | :53:24. | :53:31.
stay in their homes. Perhaps they do not have enough supplies. All the | :53:32. | :53:35.
shops are closing down of the businesses are closed. Officials | :53:36. | :53:40.
told people, look, if we can get to you in case of emergency, we will | :53:41. | :53:45.
try. But if we cannot, if it is too dangerous for us, we will not make | :53:46. | :53:49.
it to you. Thank you so much for your time this morning. You and your | :53:50. | :53:55.
crew, stay safe, we will speak to you later on. Just a couple of | :53:56. | :54:00.
things they have had to think about. There are only so many ways to | :54:01. | :54:03.
prepare for something like this. They have had to move premature | :54:04. | :54:08.
babies from the hospital because of power failure concerns. Alligators | :54:09. | :54:15.
have been displaced as they go to higher ground due to the quantity of | :54:16. | :54:19.
water. They have to think about many things. The weather over here is a | :54:20. | :54:25.
little bit more mild and gentle for us. The Bank Holiday gets under way. | :54:26. | :54:31.
You might consider getting a tent and surrounding yourself with | :54:32. | :54:35.
nothing but spectacular countryside. Wild camping is becoming | :54:36. | :54:38.
increasingly popular with people looking for alternatives to | :54:39. | :54:44.
organised campsites. It seems not all are at one with nature, due to | :54:45. | :54:47.
increased rubbish. Wild camping is about getting closer | :54:48. | :54:56.
to nature and getting away from Soudelor Seshan. Getting away from | :54:57. | :55:08.
Soudelor -- civilisation. Responsible wild campers like these | :55:09. | :55:13.
make sure they are discreet, do not cause damage, and take everything | :55:14. | :55:17.
home with them when they leave is it is traditionally something done on | :55:18. | :55:23.
the high heels. New audiences have come aware of wild camping and are | :55:24. | :55:28.
treating it in a different manner. There seems to be a more disposable | :55:29. | :55:32.
culture coming into what people perceive to be wild camping. That is | :55:33. | :55:38.
now coming within 500 metres of car parks and carrying inasmuch as they | :55:39. | :55:43.
need. And as for taking everything home, this is what National Trust | :55:44. | :55:51.
ranges are finding. This ranger is spending more and more of his time | :55:52. | :55:56.
chasing off and cleaning up after clueless campers. We have pulled out | :55:57. | :56:02.
countless tents and inflatable mattresses, batteries... So, this is | :56:03. | :56:11.
evidence of the remains of a fire site. It is quite often the soot of | :56:12. | :56:19.
remnants that we will come across. We have had experiences where we | :56:20. | :56:23.
have taken trailer loads of rubbish out. It has become a place for | :56:24. | :56:32.
festival-goers to abandon tents and camping clutter at the end knowing | :56:33. | :56:36.
someone would clean it up. But this is not a festival site. The National | :56:37. | :56:41.

say they are. They are distracted the responsible. If you want to find | :56:48. | :56:49.
out how, go to the website. There will be extra police on duty | :56:50. | :57:01.
at the Manchester Pride event. Following the bombing in May, | :57:02. | :57:04.
security will be increased. Police say there is no evidence of any | :57:05. | :57:07.
specific threat. Well before the official start of | :57:08. | :57:18.
Manchester pride, the party was in full swing. Day, last in, bisexual, | :57:19. | :57:25.
and transgender people from all over Europe getting together to celebrate | :57:26. | :57:30.

so it is a great way to celebrate this. Everyone has different issues | :57:36. | :57:39.
through the year. It is one chance to relax a bit. It's all we want to | :57:40. | :57:45.
talk about to be if you want to do Pride, it has to be Manchester | :57:46. | :57:54.

fantastic feast of fun. Events like these are key to show we can stay | :57:58. | :58:02.
together to work towards eradicating discrimination. There is a serious | :58:03. | :58:09.
side to the Pride this year. Police say there is no evidence of a | :58:10. | :58:13.
terrorist threat to the community or Greater Manchester, but after the | :58:14. | :58:18.
attack in May and more recent atrocities in Europe, they have | :58:19. | :58:22.
reviewed security. We will look at a number of security measures around | :58:23. | :58:28.

a very major disaster. This is Harvey from above, | :04:04. | :04:10.
a malevolent storm system ten miles wide, capable of dumping up | :04:11. | :04:13.
to 40 inches of rain. Corpus Christi, a city | :04:14. | :04:16.

of winds that could leave homes uninhabitable for | :04:31. | :04:33.

and her three children. I try to be strong because I don't | :04:41. | :04:42.
want my children to see. They get scared and I don't | :04:43. | :04:46.
want to have them scared. I have to be a strong | :04:47. | :04:49.

President Trump is facing the first national disaster | :04:56. | :04:58.
of his term in office. The lessons of Hurricane Katrina 12 | :04:59. | :05:00.
years ago still serve as an indelible reminder | :05:01. | :05:03.
of the political past of underestimating a weather | :05:04. | :05:05.
system such as this. The President urged Texans | :05:06. | :05:16.
to heed calls to evacuate, but, with several days of storm | :05:17. | :05:18.
force winds and rain ahead, it's likely many of those who leave | :05:19. | :05:21.
may not have much to come back to. Our North America correspondent | :05:22. | :05:28.
James Cook is in the seaside town of Corpus Christi for us | :05:29. | :05:31.
and sent this update. Hurricane Harvey smashed a short | :05:32. | :05:40.
just a short time ago, not far from here, about 30 miles north-east of | :05:41. | :05:46.
where we are standing. Rockport is where it came ashore. The winds were | :05:47. | :05:53.
said to be at 130 mph according to the national hurricane centre. It | :05:54. | :06:01.
makes it a category four, most powerful storm to hit the mainland | :06:02. | :06:06.
of the United States in more than a decade. There are reports of damage, | :06:07. | :06:11.
I have seen parts of a building that was being constructed coming down, | :06:12. | :06:14.
palm trees are coming down as well. The real effect will only come to | :06:15. | :06:20.
light as we get into the morning. The governor of Texas has warned | :06:21. | :06:24.
that this is going to be an extremely serious storm, and a | :06:25. | :06:29.
potentially major disaster. That is certainly possible at the moment. | :06:30. | :06:37.
You can get a real sense of the scale of the there in Corpus | :06:38. | :06:45.
Christi. We will speak to a storm chaser later in the programme. | :06:46. | :06:49.
Millions of travellers taking to the road and rail network this | :06:50. | :06:52.
weekend face disruption because of major engineering works. | :06:53. | :06:54.
The south east of England will be badly affected with station closures | :06:55. | :06:57.
at Charing Cross, Euston and Liverpool Street. | :06:58. | :07:05.
There will be limited services at other stations. | :07:06. | :07:07.
In the north west of England engineering work will affect | :07:08. | :07:10.
stations in Manchester, Preston, Blackpool and Bolton. | :07:11. | :07:11.
Jenny Kumar is at King's Cross station for us. | :07:12. | :07:19.
It has been quite busy in the last hour. I think people are heeding the | :07:20. | :07:26.
advice and travelling early, avoiding peak periods. The | :07:27. | :07:30.
combination of record levels of engineering works, station works, | :07:31. | :07:37.
more people expected to stay at home rather than go on holiday could | :07:38. | :07:40.
prove a transport headache this weekend. It is expected to be busy | :07:41. | :07:48.
here this weekend, they are expecting more people to travel on | :07:49. | :07:51.
services between here and Scotland. The London Euston station is close, | :07:52. | :07:57.
affecting routes to the Midlands and Scotland. They are expecting high | :07:58. | :08:02.
demand here instead. The Edinburgh festival finishes this weekend as | :08:03. | :08:10.
well. There is a massive engineering project across England, millions of | :08:11. | :08:15.
pounds being spent on that and that will have a massive impact. The | :08:16. | :08:20.
advice is, if you are going to travel, check before you do so and | :08:21. | :08:23.
expect delays. You may be wondering why it is happening now, Network | :08:24. | :08:28.
Rail said there is never an ideal time. If you are thinking of | :08:29. | :08:34.
avoiding the trains and getting in your car, they are warning that a | :08:35. | :08:45.
record 15,000 motorists are expected to hit the roads this weekend. | :08:46. | :08:54.
North Korea has fired three short-range ballistic missiles, | :08:55. | :08:56.
Two of the missiles failed in flight, the third blew up almost | :08:57. | :09:00.
The latest firings come during a joint US-South Korea | :09:01. | :09:04.
military exercise, which has been strongly criticised by Pyongyang. | :09:05. | :09:07.
England are set to take on New Zealand in the women's rugby | :09:08. | :09:10.
The Red Roses will attempt to defend their title | :09:11. | :09:14.
against the Black Ferns, who have never lost a World Cup | :09:15. | :09:17.
The sides last met in June when England scored five tries | :09:18. | :09:20.
to win 29-21 and end a five-game winning streak for the Kiwis. | :09:21. | :09:24.
Conor McGregor, the mixed martial arts star claimed he has never seen | :09:25. | :09:34.
champion boxer, Floyd Mayweather in worse physical shape as the pair | :09:35. | :09:37.
exchanged words at a raucous weigh-in in Las Vegas last night. | :09:38. | :09:40.
Ahead of tonight's clash in what is being billed | :09:41. | :09:43.
as the richest fight of all time let's look at the other reasons it | :09:44. | :09:47.
The clash of two men at the top of their game. Floyd Mayweather has | :09:48. | :10:08.
come out to meet a man making his debut. Conor McGregor is an ultimate | :10:09. | :10:12.
fighting Champion from Ireland. He is 11 years younger than his | :10:13. | :10:17.
opponent. McGregor has had 13 first-round knockout is in USC, but | :10:18. | :10:22.
if he wins, it could be the greatest shock in a -- the history of sport. | :10:23. | :10:31.
He would pass a record of 49 fights without defeat -- Floyd Mayweather | :10:32. | :10:40.
would. There is also a huge payday at stake. The fight is expected to | :10:41. | :10:49.
break the record of 4.6 million pay-per-view viewers. | :10:50. | :10:53.
Let's speak now to Steve Bunce who is in Las Vegas as part | :10:54. | :10:56.
of the 5Live commentary team for tonight's clash. | :10:57. | :10:59.
You are very much looking the part this morning. What is the mood | :11:00. | :11:09.
there? What are the expert saying? The experts are divided. The boxing | :11:10. | :11:16.
experts think it is a mismatch. They think it is a 1-horse race and that | :11:17. | :11:19.
there is no way that Floyd Mayweather could lose. It is even | :11:20. | :11:26.
suggested he won't even get hit. There at 900 mixed martial artists, | :11:27. | :11:35.
and all of those men and women, they think that Conor McGregor has got a | :11:36. | :11:45.
great chance. There is a very divided opinion here in this city. | :11:46. | :11:50.
Whether you think it is pantomime or not, there is always a what if | :11:51. | :11:55.
around that boxing match. Once two men getting the ring, you just don't | :11:56. | :12:01.
know might happen. Yes, we have no idea what is going to happen with | :12:02. | :12:07.
Conor McGregor. The "What if" here is capital letters. I don't think I | :12:08. | :12:17.
have ever looked forward to the opening round quite as much as this, | :12:18. | :12:21.
because we absolutely have no idea how this kung fu and ju-jitsu | :12:22. | :12:29.
expert, we have no idea how McGregor will react once the first bell | :12:30. | :12:37.
sounds. 20,000 people, one referee and an unbeaten opponent. The first | :12:38. | :12:43.
20 seconds, I have never looked forward to an opening round like | :12:44. | :12:48.
this one. How has Conor McGregor have been preparing? You must have | :12:49. | :12:54.
had some expertise? He is a brilliant UFC fighter. Is there a | :12:55. | :12:59.
danger that in the heat of the moment, he might forget what | :13:00. | :13:06.
discipline he is fighting in? Think about this. You might want to close | :13:07. | :13:12.
your eyes. If you were to lash out, and style, and gets disqualified, he | :13:13. | :13:21.
will lose 75% of his guaranteed $1 million. He has prepared in private. | :13:22. | :13:31.
He has done some fairly public spiring which he leaked onto social | :13:32. | :13:39.
media, which he has done in private -- sparring. He is trying to change | :13:40. | :13:47.
the way he fight, from mixed martial arts to boxing. He hired one of the | :13:48. | :13:52.
world's most famous rocks in referees to work in the gym. He did | :13:53. | :13:58.
it, with a bow tie on like a real referee. Even sometimes when it was | :13:59. | :14:05.
just in the bag, this referee would coach him in boxing etiquette, | :14:06. | :14:08.
telling him what he could all couldn't do. We were seeing earlier | :14:09. | :14:13.
that the images of the way in happened overnight. You have seen | :14:14. | :14:17.
many of these over the years, there is a bit of nonsense to do with | :14:18. | :14:22.
this. We saw McGregor are screaming in the face of his opponent. Floyd | :14:23. | :14:28.
Mayweather looking very calm. Can we read anything into those moments? | :14:29. | :14:32.
Absolutely not. That is what Mayweather does. Weighing in before | :14:33. | :14:40.
a fight, in his underpants, he has had it before. Ten years ago, there | :14:41. | :14:45.
were about 12,000 Brits swearing at him. The majority of the crowd, you | :14:46. | :14:53.
can see the building over my right shoulder, most of those people were | :14:54. | :15:01.
Irish fans. Did Conor McGregor lose his cool? Definitely. I don't think | :15:02. | :15:07.
we can read too much into the way in. Before the way in, there were | :15:08. | :15:14.
some telling shot. Conor McGregor got some great cheers ringing out. | :15:15. | :15:19.
He looked to me like he was suddenly realising that, oh, gosh, I'm the | :15:20. | :15:25.
style. He looked a little bit nervous. -- star. | :15:26. | :15:36.
What about the atmosphere? Will it make a difference? It might. I was | :15:37. | :15:45.
speaking to someone who will work with me on the show. He said don't | :15:46. | :15:56.
expect 19,000 Irish fans. The tickets are simply too expensive. | :15:57. | :16:01.
Half of the arena will be people coming from the casinos. And then | :16:02. | :16:10.
another quarter in the box. Then the Irish. They wheel outsing anybody, | :16:11. | :16:18.
sure, they always do, but they won't be as intimidating as they were at | :16:19. | :16:34.
the way in. There is only the two in the ring and the ref, none of the | :16:35. | :16:38.
fans. You will be in the commentary box. Will you be wearing the | :16:39. | :16:44.
Hawaiian shirt? For this fight, I can exclusively reveal this, I have | :16:45. | :16:49.
acquired a brand-new shirt sent to me from Honolulu. It has coconut | :16:50. | :17:00.
husk buttons. Don't am I wife, it cost nearly $300. -- don't tell my | :17:01. | :17:09.
wife. I will be wearing an exclusively. We go live at four | :17:10. | :17:14.
o'clock. It is radio. You can wear whatever you want on radio. Thank | :17:15. | :17:20.
you so much. My pleasure. I will speak to you soon. You will get no | :17:21. | :17:25.
better commentary anywhere for that fight. That is the information. The | :17:26. | :17:33.
buildup starts at half past three. The fight started four o'clock this | :17:34. | :17:45.
morning. It will be huge. We have a lot of fun but it is dangerous. You | :17:46. | :17:52.
can give some thoughts this morning. Let us know. I want to know if | :17:53. | :17:58.
anyone thinks Colin McGregor stands a chance at all, if you are on his | :17:59. | :18:06.
side. You can tweet or e-mail. And now for the weather. We have been | :18:07. | :18:14.
keeping an eye on taxes. We saw this morning what it looks like on the | :18:15. | :18:20.
grounds that the -- Texas. We will start with the satellite image | :18:21. | :18:24.
behind me. Stunning. But a terrifying image. A Category 4 | :18:25. | :18:33.
storm. This is the centre. The winds have wrapped around it. 130 miles | :18:34. | :18:40.
per hour. Areas in its path will get two separate punches. Winds and | :18:41. | :18:53.
rain. A storm surge at the moment as well. Ones that comes in, the winds | :18:54. | :19:04.
will ease, but the rain will be devastating. It is in shifting on. | :19:05. | :19:10.
It is staying in the same areas. 14 months of rainfall in Birmingham, | :19:11. | :19:14.
imagine that, squeezed into three days. That is why we will see | :19:15. | :19:22.
catastrophic flooding in Texas. It will go on through the week. | :19:23. | :19:26.
Thankfully, for us, much more quiet. A Bank Holiday weekend. One or two | :19:27. | :19:34.
this weekend. Many will stay completely dry. It will feel warm | :19:35. | :19:39.
under the sun as well. Today is a better day for Scotland and Northern | :19:40. | :19:43.
Ireland compared to yesterday. The heaviest in eastern Scotland today. | :19:44. | :19:49.
Thunder cannot be ruled out. More cloud in southern parts of England | :19:50. | :19:52.
and Wales compared to yesterday producing rain in the Midlands and | :19:53. | :19:56.
East Anglia. Mostly dry into the afternoon. Sunny spells once the | :19:57. | :20:04.
cloud breaks. Looking good for those of those heading to Headingley. A | :20:05. | :20:10.
second test between England and the West Indies taking place. Dry until | :20:11. | :20:16.
late on Monday. This evening, Belfast, the Women's World Cup final | :20:17. | :20:23.
in the rugby. A great day in the weather for you as well. Dry this | :20:24. | :20:27.
evening with clear skies. Mist and fog patches forming the night. Cool | :20:28. | :20:32.
in the countryside. Down to single figures. Double-figure temperatures | :20:33. | :20:38.
for Sunday. Cloud the western Scotland. Isolated showers in the | :20:39. | :20:43.
west of England and Wales to begin with. The vast majority, dry on | :20:44. | :20:48.
Sunday. More sunshine compared to today. Temperatures just a little | :20:49. | :20:52.
bit higher. Crucially, most of you will stay dry. Sunday night. Changes | :20:53. | :21:01.
taking place. Monday, Bank Holiday for most people. Wet weather pushing | :21:02. | :21:07.
into Northern Ireland in Scotland. Dry to begin with but turning wet | :21:08. | :21:12.
and windy through the day. A lovely start for the north and west and | :21:13. | :21:18.
Wales. Rain by the evening. That will impact temperatures for the | :21:19. | :21:22.
north of the UK. 18 degrees is not bad for this time of year. Further | :21:23. | :21:28.
south, increased sunshine. We could see temperatures on Monday, Bank | :21:29. | :21:35.
Holiday, across England, peaking at 28. That will be in the south-east. | :21:36. | :21:38.
Thank you. Around 700,000 people in the UK | :21:39. | :21:40.
are on the autism spectrum. Getting a formal diagnosis can | :21:41. | :21:43.
sometimes be difficult. That was the experience | :21:44. | :21:46.
of Patrick Samuel, who was diagnosed Prior to that, he self-harmed | :21:47. | :21:48.
and once had to be driven home by the police following | :21:49. | :21:56.
a violent outburst. Since his diagnosis, | :21:57. | :21:58.
he says his life has been turned It saved my life. There is no other | :21:59. | :22:14.
way to put it than that. Without art, I would not be here today. The | :22:15. | :22:22.
life I had before art, I was incredibly frustrated, angry, | :22:23. | :22:27.
depressed. I became non-verbal. I was not talking about my problems, | :22:28. | :22:32.
the things that were troubling me of the incidents that were occurring | :22:33. | :22:38.
quite frequently, the meltdowns, the self injury. My carer put an A3 pad | :22:39. | :22:59.
in front of me and said draw. Every day for years I have painted as a | :23:00. | :23:03.
form of therapy. My first drawing is one that I am fond of. It means a | :23:04. | :23:07.
lot to me. A self-portrait with half of my face being normal and the | :23:08. | :23:18.
other half being skill -- skeletal. That is how I felt, useless and | :23:19. | :23:29.
dead. Now I feel like I have paint in my veins. It is how I breathe and | :23:30. | :23:39.
live. It was a very long flight to get my diagnosis. It costs a lot for | :23:40. | :23:47.
the local CCG, the clinical commissioning group, to find it. I | :23:48. | :23:52.
remember the psychiatrists putting a box of tissues in front of me. I sat | :23:53. | :23:57.
there with a huge grin on my face because I felt vindicated. Stories | :23:58. | :24:09.
like mine sadly are very, very common. A diagnosis up to a lot of | :24:10. | :24:14.
services and support that can help you. As for the label of the | :24:15. | :24:22.
syndrome, I wear it proudly because it explains a lot of know I am and | :24:23. | :24:32.
why I am the way I am. I have never had an experience like that before | :24:33. | :24:36.
of seeing my work on display and people actually stopping, looking, | :24:37. | :24:41.
and that is when they would talk to me as well. I hope that my work and | :24:42. | :24:50.
the story that hotel my work inspires and motivates others who | :24:51. | :24:56.
are looking for a way to express themselves. --I tell. Stunning | :24:57. | :25:01.
pictures. Thank you to him for sharing his story. | :25:02. | :25:04.
To discuss the value of art therapy for people on the autism spectrum | :25:05. | :25:08.
we are joined by Tom Purser from the National Autistic Society. | :25:09. | :25:11.
Thank you very much for being with us this morning. It is hard to | :25:12. | :25:16.
believe he did no art before his diagnosis and then explored it | :25:17. | :25:20.
through art therapy. All of that talent laid untouched for so many | :25:21. | :25:27.
years. That is correct. Think about what stopped him, experiences of | :25:28. | :25:36.
meltdowns in public, self injury, anger. He was struggling to process | :25:37. | :25:41.
the world around him. He found it quite overwhelming. Many have told | :25:42. | :25:48.
us that is there experience of finding a world overwhelming and | :25:49. | :25:53.
getting in the way of what they want to do. Very moving hearing him | :25:54. | :25:57.
explain his own condition and how he looks at himself. The issue of | :25:58. | :26:03.
diagnosis was one of the ones he highlighted, how important it is to | :26:04. | :26:08.
get it so that you can make the next steps. It is important. Yes. We have | :26:09. | :26:16.
autism crisis in this country. It took him years to access that | :26:17. | :26:22.
diagnosis. He needed help from his MP to actually get that. That story | :26:23. | :26:27.
is too common. People tell us they are awaiting years. Research has | :26:28. | :26:33.
shown adults are waiting up to two and a half years to get help and | :26:34. | :26:39.
even five years from first raising that. Why is it happening? In the | :26:40. | :26:44.
last 10- 15 years we have seen an awareness increase regarding autism. | :26:45. | :26:51.
Since 2009, adult diagnostic services appeared for the first | :26:52. | :26:56.
time. They have been overwhelmed. Unfortunately they do not keep data | :26:57. | :27:01.
over who was waiting for diagnosis and how long they are waiting for. | :27:02. | :27:05.
There is no national picture of how much investment needs to go into | :27:06. | :27:09.
these services. Some adult individuals might be concerned about | :27:10. | :27:17.
getting a diagnosis. You can see the relief, the pride, and his ability | :27:18. | :27:24.
to understand the world that he gained. It was critical for him. It | :27:25. | :27:31.
won't be the right method for everyone, though. That is correct. | :27:32. | :27:37.
He clearly had a transformative effect from art on his life. For | :27:38. | :27:46.
other autistic people, it can be finding a way to process the world | :27:47. | :27:49.
around them, whether it is art, whether it is other things that they | :27:50. | :27:58.
want like trampolining, music, horse riding, anything that gives them joy | :27:59. | :28:03.
and focus in life can have that same effect. I think it is about removing | :28:04. | :28:09.
that experience of getting too much information in public places in | :28:10. | :28:13.
finding a way of unlocking potential in people and talent that is | :28:14. | :28:17.
important. What has been the experience in your own family? It | :28:18. | :28:22.
affected you. I have a 15-year-old son, Charlie, diagnosed at age two. | :28:23. | :28:29.
He draws incessantly and is a great artist as well. It is that attention | :28:30. | :28:38.
to detail that makes him a good artist. You don't have to be great | :28:39. | :28:45.
either. You don't need to be a savant to justify exploring these | :28:46. | :28:48.
creative outlet. Not at all. It is about using creativity in whatever | :28:49. | :28:56.
form to find joy in life. Thank you so much. Stay with us. Headlines | :28:57. | :29:00.
coming up next. Hello, this is Breakfast | :29:01. | :30:08.
with Charlie Stayt and Rachel Coming up before eight, | :30:09. | :30:10.
Matt will have the weather. But first, a summary of this | :30:11. | :30:18.
morning's main news. The most powerful storm to strike | :30:19. | :30:21.
mainland America in more than a decade has made | :30:22. | :30:24.
landfall in Texas. Hurricane Harvey has winds of up | :30:25. | :30:26.
to 130 miles per hour and has Some residents are reported to be | :30:27. | :30:29.
trapped inside collapsed buildings. Tens of thousands of | :30:30. | :30:34.
people have lost power. The emergency services said | :30:35. | :30:36.
it was too dangerous to respond Earlier we spoke to the CBS News | :30:37. | :30:39.
reporter Weijia Jiang who is in Corpus Christi | :30:40. | :30:45.
where residents were advised to evacuate as Hurricane | :30:46. | :30:47.
Harvey approached. Right now, state officials don't | :30:48. | :30:57.
have any hard numbers for how many people have evacuated the area. But | :30:58. | :31:02.
there were seven coastal areas that had mandatorily evacuations. That | :31:03. | :31:09.
happened already on Thursday evening and into Friday. Many people in the | :31:10. | :31:16.
other areas chose to stay in the path of Hurricane Harvey. They | :31:17. | :31:19.
didn't want to abandon their homes or they were worried about | :31:20. | :31:28.
transporting their children. Frankly, I don't think anyone | :31:29. | :31:34.
expected this storm to get this bad. It only became a category four | :31:35. | :31:46.
hurricane aimed on Friday, even a category three was a surprise. So | :31:47. | :31:50.
people will be waking up very shocked to see the damage. The | :31:51. | :31:57.
building where we are is shaking, so I can imagine people inside their | :31:58. | :32:01.
homes are very frightened and then made not be able to sleep -- on | :32:02. | :32:09.
Friday. You have the winds, you have the storm surge plus Haavi is | :32:10. | :32:14.
expected to just hang out in the area and dump a tremendous amount of | :32:15. | :32:22.
Maine, up to three feet -- rain. There are flooding concerns, there | :32:23. | :32:28.
are trees down, power lines down, all the worse things of a bad storm | :32:29. | :32:33.
coming together to make this quite historic. This is just the | :32:34. | :32:37.
beginning. We are not going to understand the devastation for days | :32:38. | :32:42.
to come, once we see all the flooding here and in major cities | :32:43. | :32:48.
such as Houston. They are already bracing for a lot of water. Since we | :32:49. | :33:01.
spoke to her, conditions have worsened significantly. We are not | :33:02. | :33:06.
able to go to our live correspondence because the | :33:07. | :33:09.
conditions are so bad, but we will keep you updated. | :33:10. | :33:13.
A man found with a large blade in a car outside Buckingham Palace | :33:14. | :33:16.
is being questioned by counter-terror police. | :33:17. | :33:18.
Two officers were injured after tackling the 26-year-old last | :33:19. | :33:20.
night and have been praised for their quick reactions. | :33:21. | :33:23.
It is understood that no members of the Royal Family | :33:24. | :33:25.
Millions of travellers taking to the road and rail network this | :33:26. | :33:31.
weekend face disruption because of major engineering works. | :33:32. | :33:33.
The south east of england will be most affected with stations closures | :33:34. | :33:36.
at Charing Cross, Euston and Liverpool Street - | :33:37. | :33:39.
as well as limited service from others. | :33:40. | :33:41.
In the north west of England, engineering works will affect | :33:42. | :33:43.
Manchester, Preston, Blackpool and Bolton. | :33:44. | :33:45.
The disruption is because of work involving around 17,000 engineering | :33:46. | :33:47.
North Korea has fired three short-range ballistic missiles, | :33:48. | :33:52.
Two of the missiles failed in flight, the third blew up almost | :33:53. | :33:58.
The latest firings come during a joint US-South Korea | :33:59. | :34:11.
military exercise, which has been strongly criticised by Pyongyang. | :34:12. | :34:13.
Those are the main stories this morning. | :34:14. | :34:26.
Nearly half a million pounds will be given to community projects | :34:27. | :34:29.
in England to help develop new technology to tackle littering. | :34:30. | :34:32.
It's hoped the money will go towards creating new apps and smart | :34:33. | :34:35.
bins which will alert rubbish collectors when they're full. | :34:36. | :34:37.
We are full of sports news today, actually. This isn't happening | :34:38. | :34:44.
tonight... It is happening, finally. It has been in the making for | :34:45. | :34:49.
months, years even. There is no title on the line. You had a great | :34:50. | :35:01.
chat in the last 20 minutes. But it is all about selling? Yes, if Floyd | :35:02. | :35:08.
Mayweather remains undefeated, will it still count? Will the boxing | :35:09. | :35:17.
purists regard this as a wind? It is sanctioned by the boxing regulators, | :35:18. | :35:26.
this is where the debate is. Can Conor McGregor actually box? It will | :35:27. | :35:31.
be his first fight. Has Floyd Mayweather still got it? He is a lot | :35:32. | :35:42.
older. This belt says it all, it is actually cold the money belt. Here's | :35:43. | :35:49.
a few years younger than you. The thing around this fight, even if you | :35:50. | :35:56.
take it has a bit of a pantomime or whatever, there is still a big | :35:57. | :36:06.
question. Before we get into it, everyone is underestimating the | :36:07. | :36:09.
Irish spirit. They have amazing spirit in warfare. I felt it. I | :36:10. | :36:14.
believe with you. They have weighed in overnight | :36:15. | :36:20.
for the fight that everyone is talking about, and most | :36:21. | :36:25.
of the talk has been about whether the Mixed Martial Arts | :36:26. | :36:28.
superstar Connor McGregor can actually beat the greatest | :36:29. | :36:31.
boxer of his generation, The purse is eye-watering, | :36:32. | :36:33.
with the final paycheck to be That is expected | :36:34. | :36:36.
to break all records. After a relatively low key | :36:37. | :36:54.
build-up in Las Vegas, the weigh-in, for the junior | :36:55. | :36:57.
heavyweight contest, was raucous. Thousands of Irish fans have | :36:58. | :36:59.
travelled to get behind their man. Mayweather at 40 is 11 years older | :37:00. | :37:02.
and has come out of retirement and McGregor has vowed | :37:03. | :37:06.
to knock him out. That's the worst shape I've ever | :37:07. | :37:12.
seen him. He looks blown out of shape. Trust me on that. There was a | :37:13. | :37:16.
lot of talk about you having trouble making weight, but you did not? I am | :37:17. | :37:19.
a professional, it is sacrificed, dedication, focus. I make it. I am | :37:20. | :37:25.
in peak physical condition. As everyone can tell, I am ready. Dark | :37:26. | :37:33.
my words. I just want to thank the fans. I am not really worried about | :37:34. | :37:40.
the scale, all the last time. This will be Conor McGregor's last fight. | :37:41. | :37:44.
We will see that fight live. England won the Women's Cricket | :37:45. | :37:46.
World Cup last month, this evening in Belfast | :37:47. | :37:53.
the Red Roses play in the Final But standing in the way | :37:54. | :37:56.
are New Zealand, the number one The Black Ferns are four time | :37:57. | :38:01.
champions and beat England in three finals in a row | :38:02. | :38:05.
between 2002 and 2010. England are champions though, | :38:06. | :38:07.
which makes tonight's match at the Kingspan Stadium a fitting | :38:08. | :38:10.
climax to the tournament. Yes, I am pretty excited by the goal | :38:11. | :38:19.
that we have waited for for so long. The ambition for three years. To get | :38:20. | :38:26.
this far north going, it has been our goal all season. It is finally | :38:27. | :38:28.
here. It's a big day in Ruby League | :38:29. | :38:29.
as Hull FC take on Wigan Warriors at Wembley in the | :38:30. | :38:33.
Challenge Cup Final. When the two teams met under | :38:34. | :38:45.
the Wembley arches in 2013, But today could spell history | :38:46. | :38:48.
in the making for both sides. Hull are looking to retain | :38:49. | :38:52.
the trophy, while Wigan are aiming We can talk now to former | :38:53. | :38:55.
Leeds Rhinos and England captain Kevin Sinfield, who's | :38:56. | :39:00.
in our London newsroom. You won back-to-back cup not so long | :39:01. | :39:06.
ago, what is it going to take? -- cups. Two teams steeped in history | :39:07. | :39:10.
in the challenge. 23 winds between them. Hull heartbeat | :39:11. | :39:16.
in the challenge. 23 winds between them. Hull -- have beaten Wigan | :39:17. | :39:19.
twice. It is going to be an absolute cracker. Hull were seemingly jinxed | :39:20. | :39:28.
at Wembley. They won't have to worry about that now? I think they might | :39:29. | :39:34.
have been... I have lost five far north myself, hull will be free | :39:35. | :39:38.
today. They will be relaxed and looking forward to it. I think we | :39:39. | :39:43.
have got some really big game experience in there, guys who have | :39:44. | :39:47.
won the trophy a number of times. I am really looking forward to getting | :39:48. | :39:51.
out there. The fans are going to come out and make a real spectacle | :39:52. | :39:55.
and a real occasion for the players. Two key players are the captains, | :39:56. | :40:02.
Gareth Bale retires at the end of the year, one of the most respected | :40:03. | :40:08.
players in the world. Sean O'Loughlin, very similar, very | :40:09. | :40:16.
decorated and well respected. That will have a huge bearing on where | :40:17. | :40:23.
the trophy ends up. Yes, it has a huge bearing on a play's career to | :40:24. | :40:30.
do well at Wembley. Wigan's identity as a club has been really tied up in | :40:31. | :40:40.
this? Yes, they have won 19 of the challenge cup trophy before. There | :40:41. | :40:45.
is something about Wembley and Wigan, it just seems to fit. We had | :40:46. | :40:53.
an absolutely magnificent player in his Wigan career. There is a lot of | :40:54. | :41:05.
history here, a lot of great things working in Wigan's says. It is an | :41:06. | :41:11.
intriguing far north. Two teams on the top of the game, there will both | :41:12. | :41:18.
be looking to get some silverware. Yes, it should be an intriguing far | :41:19. | :41:21.
north. It will be across -- You can watch the | :41:22. | :41:27.
Challenge Cup Final on BBC1. The Second Test between England | :41:28. | :41:30.
and the West Indies looks England won by an innings | :41:31. | :41:34.
in the First Test but were bowled The Windies Shannon Gabriel took | :41:35. | :41:38.
four wickets, including The skipper, Joe Root, | :41:39. | :41:44.
was dropped early on, but went on to make another | :41:45. | :42:04.
half century before being caught out Ben Stokes was also dropped a couple | :42:05. | :42:07.
of times too but held the England innings together | :42:08. | :42:11.
with a century before he too fell. They took one Windies wicket | :42:12. | :42:14.
before the close though, the tourists will resume | :42:15. | :42:16.
on 19-1 later this morning. Jimmy said there was a lot on offer | :42:17. | :42:23.
for him. We got a few chances tonight. We were really good out | :42:24. | :42:26.
there, playing attacking shots. Looking just to get through the | :42:27. | :42:29.
night. When tomorrow comes around, hopefully we will get a few more | :42:30. | :42:31.
chances. After the summer break, Formula One | :42:32. | :42:31.
is back and Lewis Hamilton, in his 200th Grand Prix, looks | :42:32. | :42:34.
like the man to beat in Belgium. The three time World Champion | :42:35. | :42:37.
was fastest in second practice at Spa yesterday in his Mercedes, | :42:38. | :42:40.
nearly half a second quicker than championship leader | :42:41. | :42:43.
Sebastian Vettel. If Hamilton seals pole this | :42:44. | :42:45.
afternoon - he'll equal the record England's men have | :42:46. | :42:47.
lost their semi-final at the Euro Hockey | :42:48. | :42:54.
Championship in Amsterdam. They were beaten 3-1 | :42:55. | :42:56.
against the Netherlands. The hosts will now go on to face | :42:57. | :42:58.
Belgium in Sundays final, whilst England play Germany | :42:59. | :43:01.
in the third place playoff. England's women face the same | :43:02. | :43:04.
opposition in their bronze medal Plenty of football over | :43:05. | :43:07.
the weekeknd of course, Manchester United and Huddersfield | :43:08. | :43:15.
will be looking to make it three United are at home to Leicester, | :43:16. | :43:18.
newly promoted Huddersfield host The lunchtime kick-off | :43:19. | :43:22.
is on the south coast, Bournemouth are one of the five | :43:23. | :43:34.
teams that have lost both their games so far this season, | :43:35. | :43:37.
and they have got a tough match As long as the team can play the | :43:38. | :43:46.
football they want to play, they had a fantastic season last season. | :43:47. | :43:50.
Defeats sometimes can happen. But that is just in the beginning. I | :43:51. | :43:54.
know it will be complicated. All the fixtures and match previews | :43:55. | :43:58.
are on the BBC Sport Website including all the Scottish | :43:59. | :44:02.
Prmiership news, Champions Celtic The Vuelta Espana, the Tour of Spain | :44:03. | :44:04.
continues with Chris Froome The four-time Tour de France winner | :44:05. | :44:09.
finished safely in the peleton in yesterday's seventh stage | :44:10. | :44:13.
into the city of Cuenca. He holds a slender 11 second lead | :44:14. | :44:15.
in the General Classification as he aims to win the race | :44:16. | :44:18.
for the first time and become only the third man to complete the tour | :44:19. | :44:22.
de frnace and Vuelta double Later today, Chris and Gabby Adcock | :44:23. | :44:26.
will play for a place in the final of the World Badminton | :44:27. | :44:36.
Championships in Glasgow. The fifth seeds came from a set down | :44:37. | :44:38.
to beat their opponents With no bronze medal match though, | :44:39. | :44:41.
the British pair know that whatever happens in their semi final | :44:42. | :44:51.
against the World Number Ones from China, they'll be | :44:52. | :44:54.
guaranteed a medal. And finally congratulations | :44:55. | :44:56.
to Laura and Jason Kenny - who are celebrating the arrival | :44:57. | :44:58.
of their first child. The Olympic Champions shared | :44:59. | :45:04.
a picture of their new family on social media saying, | :45:05. | :45:10.
"Welcome to the world little You kept us waiting a week, | :45:11. | :45:12.
but it was all worth it." How long until they are wearing | :45:13. | :45:38.
lycra? Thank you. And now for the weather and the Bank Holiday weekend | :45:39. | :45:45.
update. I have a Bank Holiday weekend forecast with more dry | :45:46. | :45:50.
weather than wet weather. Sunshine breaking through a lot of cloud for | :45:51. | :45:54.
some of you. It will produce the odd bit of rain. Eastern part of | :45:55. | :46:03.
Scotland, cloud producing rain. That will gradually break up. Sunny | :46:04. | :46:08.
spells into the afternoon. Temperatures lifting into the low | :46:09. | :46:16.
20s. That is good for those going to the Leeds and Redding Festivals. | :46:17. | :46:22.
They are getting hotter by Sunday. A fine evening tonight. Clout in | :46:23. | :46:26.
southern areas will gradually start to break up. -- cloud. The odd | :46:27. | :46:33.
shower in southern and western areas overnight. Cloud thickening up in | :46:34. | :46:39.
Scotland. Fog patches for Sunday morning. A dry and bright start for | :46:40. | :46:45.
many. Sunshine in areas compared to today. The odd spot of rain in | :46:46. | :46:52.
Scotland. For most, a dry Sunday. Very pleasant. Warm in the sunshine. | :46:53. | :46:59.
Light winds further south. The Notting Hill Carnival and Leeds | :47:00. | :47:06.
Carnival this weekend. Both staying dry, but Notting Hill being hotter. | :47:07. | :47:13.
28 in the sunshine. The Bank Holiday for many of you. Not in Scotland. | :47:14. | :47:18.
They will see the wettest and windiest weather on Monday. Rain | :47:19. | :47:22.
pushing from the west. Winds as well. That will go through Northern | :47:23. | :47:26.
Ireland as well be increasing in northern and western England and | :47:27. | :47:29.
Wales after a sunny start. Not rising too much. The further south | :47:30. | :47:36.
and east, the sunniest. Can you believe it, a bank levy Monday for | :47:37. | :47:41.
some. We will see the best conditions so far -- Bank Holiday | :47:42. | :47:48.
Monday. Not too bad at all. That is it to be I will have another update | :47:49. | :47:55.
on half an hour. That has gone up a degree since earlier. You have done | :47:56. | :47:56.
well. It could be really hot soon. We will have the headlines at eight | :47:57. | :48:09.
o'clock. And now it is time for The Travel Show. | :48:10. | :48:10.
So we're going to be diving on an archaeological site? | :48:11. | :48:15.
We're swimming back to the Bronze Age in Macedonia. | :48:16. | :48:18.
You see all walks of life coming in to get a tattoo, | :48:19. | :48:22.
We're making a lasting mark in Singapore. | :48:23. | :48:28.
It's art, and it's beautiful art at that. | :48:29. | :48:43.
First this week, we're visiting this small country with a big history | :48:44. | :48:47.
and sites stating all the way back to the Bronze Age. | :48:48. | :48:49.
People there are hoping that ancient past will pull in today's tourists. | :48:50. | :48:53.
We sent Amanda Ruggieri to Lake Ohrid in Macedonia to find out more. | :48:54. | :49:00.
This mostly rural country has drawn people and empires | :49:01. | :49:03.
The ancient Persians conquered this area, | :49:04. | :49:16.
So I arrived into Macedonia late last night. | :49:17. | :49:20.
It is a landlocked little country in the Balkans, | :49:21. | :49:22.
so I drove 3.5 hours through mountains and forests. | :49:23. | :49:36.
But I didn't see a single body of water. | :49:37. | :49:38.
Until I drove over a hill and found myself here at Lake Ohrid, | :49:39. | :49:42.
one of the most beautiful lakes I think I've ever seen. | :49:43. | :49:49.
Even the town of Ohrid even was a town at the time that | :49:50. | :49:57.
King Alexander the Great was king in the fourth century BC. | :49:58. | :50:00.
That ancient history is one of the main reasons | :50:01. | :50:02.
Most of the tourists want to experience the engine thing, | :50:03. | :50:12.
What about as a local, as a Macedonian, what does | :50:13. | :50:16.
The history, I actually love the history. | :50:17. | :50:20.
In the same time I'm feeling so proud about my history. | :50:21. | :50:33.
I've got a sense of this lake's extraordinary | :50:34. | :50:35.
But to really go in search of Lake Ohrid's ancient roots, | :50:36. | :50:52.
So we're going to be diving on an archaeological site? | :50:53. | :51:00.
So it's not just your normal typical everyday dive, | :51:01. | :51:04.
it's like something more on top of that. | :51:05. | :51:06.
Including a lot of interesting artefacts and objects which are more | :51:07. | :51:09.
We don't have to go far to find traces of Ohrid's | :51:10. | :51:17.
With the water so still and clear, diving here is so relaxing, | :51:18. | :51:22.
but I almost swim right by without even noticing | :51:23. | :51:25.
But when I look, I see they look like the stumps of trees. | :51:26. | :51:45.
These are wooden pylons that in a stroke of Bronze Age ingenuity, | :51:46. | :51:48.
once held up houses built on a platforms over the water. | :51:49. | :51:55.
In fact, archaeologists have found 6000 remains of these | :51:56. | :51:57.
Jovan also points out some other object and it's obvious they aren't | :51:58. | :52:07.
just the normal debris that you would expect to see | :52:08. | :52:10.
This artefact is probably something used to drink from, all right, | :52:11. | :52:14.
so as you can see there is a really small handle right here, | :52:15. | :52:18.
So judging by this, if you can see... | :52:19. | :52:23.
That's the most perfect little handle! | :52:24. | :52:39.
So, it's kind of interesting to see how they used to do these things. | :52:40. | :52:43.
You think this would have been a cup to drink out of? | :52:44. | :52:46.
As fascinating as it is to discover, and even touch artefacts | :52:47. | :53:09.
from Ohrid's ancient past, it is still difficult to picture | :53:10. | :53:12.
what life would have been like here some 3000 years ago. | :53:13. | :53:15.
This is where this reconstructed Bronze Age settlement comes in. | :53:16. | :53:17.
Called the Bay of the Bones, the settlement has 24 houses built | :53:18. | :53:21.
Lake Ohrid and the area are considered so special, | :53:22. | :53:25.
they even have been listed as a world Heritage site by UNESCO. | :53:26. | :53:28.
And Ohrid has another big draw for visitors around the world, too. | :53:29. | :53:31.
The annual Ohrid summer festival has hosted musicians, | :53:32. | :53:34.
actors and singers from more than 60 different countries. | :53:35. | :53:36.
Our concerts are full and this year we have more than 350 artists | :53:37. | :53:40.
We have 33 concerts, ballet performances, | :53:41. | :53:42.
The venues used for the Ohrid summer festival are all historic sites. | :53:43. | :53:51.
That includes this ancient Roman amphitheatre. | :53:52. | :53:54.
We have this marvellous stage also in the amphitheatre, | :53:55. | :53:57.
Is there is something really special about performing | :53:58. | :54:01.
in an amphitheatre like this or in an 11th century church? | :54:02. | :54:15.
Possibly dating all the way back to the ninth century, | :54:16. | :54:18.
Ohrid's church of Saint Sofia is one of the most important buildings | :54:19. | :54:21.
Today, it's interior is covered with glorious Byzantine frescoes, | :54:22. | :54:24.
painted between the 11th and 13th centuries. | :54:25. | :54:26.
On a night like this, when a pianist is performing | :54:27. | :54:29.
here for the festival, the combination of Ohrid's history, | :54:30. | :54:31.
It is easy to see why locals are hopeful that more and more | :54:32. | :54:36.
visitors will fall in love with this area and its history. | :54:37. | :55:09.
You know, it's rare that a lot of our local tattoo | :55:10. | :55:12.
community comes together, congregated in one area in one spot. | :55:13. | :55:15.
These are very talented individuals and, you know, it's art, | :55:16. | :55:18.
I guess I'm one of the most well-known tattooists in the world. | :55:19. | :55:27.
I've been travelling for about ten years now, | :55:28. | :55:30.
Tattooing is really intimate, because you're dealing with touching | :55:31. | :55:41.
people and it is one-on-one for so long, it's just | :55:42. | :55:44.
It's overwhelming getting a lot of attention, you know what I mean? | :55:45. | :55:56.
This is a very significant event for the tattooing community, | :55:57. | :55:59.
We've come up from an era of back in the day where | :56:00. | :56:03.
tattoos might have had a bit of negative connotation. | :56:04. | :56:06.
There are still a few barriers and the stigma | :56:07. | :56:09.
So doing an event like this is really just trying | :56:10. | :56:17.
The people in Singapore associate tattooing with negativity like being | :56:18. | :56:25.
But now we are opening up, you see all walks of life | :56:26. | :56:31.
coming in to get a tattoo, bankers, lawyers, doctors, you know. | :56:32. | :56:34.
People are opening up to it quite a lot more and I think | :56:35. | :56:38.
We are looking for the quality of work. | :56:39. | :56:56.
The points are given in each individual details. | :56:57. | :57:01.
For example, for colours, we make sure they are bright | :57:02. | :57:03.
For black and grey, of course we're looking at the design, | :57:04. | :57:28.
The individual creation from the artist. | :57:29. | :57:31.
A good tattoo on the individual body, you're not only | :57:32. | :57:34.
going to attract more people looking at you, | :57:35. | :57:35.
you will also help the wearer to have a better self-confidence. | :57:36. | :57:43.
Unfortunately, I have never been satisfied for the things I've done. | :57:44. | :57:47.
As long as my client likes it, they are happy | :57:48. | :57:49.
about it for many years, it is fine with me. | :57:50. | :57:58.
The greatest part of going to conventions is I am able to draw | :57:59. | :58:02.
tattoos all over the world, my name, and a piece of myself, | :58:03. | :58:05.
my soul, and it lives there until the person passes, you know. | :58:06. | :58:32.
And that's it for this week's Travel Show, but coming up next | :58:33. | :58:35.
Carmen begins becoming a journey through Japan. | :58:36. | :58:43.
Tackling the flavours that locals love but visitors might find | :58:44. | :58:46.
A bit like an oyster, really salty but the consistency... | :58:47. | :58:53.
Join us next week for that if you can, but if you can't | :58:54. | :59:00.
wait until then, sign up to our social media feeds. | :59:01. | :59:07.
But from me, Henry Golding, and the rest of the Travel Show | :59:08. | :59:12.
team here in Singapore, it is goodbye. | :59:13. | :00:23.
Hello this is Breakfast, with Charlie Stayt and Rachel Burden. | :00:24. | :00:25.
Hurricane Harvey hits land as the Texas coast takes a battering. | :00:26. | :00:28.
It's the biggest storm the US has faced in more than a decade. | :00:29. | :00:35.
Winds of up to 130 miles an hour have forced thousands | :00:36. | :00:37.
There are downed trees, downed power lines, all the worst things of a bad | :00:38. | :00:52.
storm coming together to make this historic. | :00:53. | :00:56.

Good morning. As well as the latest on Hurricane Harvey I've got news | :01:53. | :02:05.
for the bank holiday weekend. It will contain more dry and sunny | :02:06. | :02:08.
weather for some of you than it does wet. | :02:09. | :02:12.
The most powerful storm to strike mainland America in more | :02:13. | :02:15.
than a decade has made landfall in Texas. | :02:16. | :02:17.
Hurricane Harvey has winds of up to 130mph and has battered | :02:18. | :02:20.
Some residents are reported to be trapped inside collapsed buildings. | :02:21. | :02:24.
The emergency services said it was too dangerous | :02:25. | :02:25.
Harvey hit Texas hard overnight, bringing with it high | :02:26. | :02:33.
A category four hurricane, capable of causing catastrophic damage. | :02:34. | :02:42.
Deemed the most powerful storm to hit the US | :02:43. | :02:45.
This is going to be a very major disaster. | :02:46. | :02:53.
This is Harvey from above, a malevolent storm system ten miles | :02:54. | :02:57.
wide, capable of dumping up to 40 inches of rain. | :02:58. | :03:02.
Corpus Christi, a city in the eye of the storm, | :03:03. | :03:05.
Fears of a power outage forcing the sickest babies at a children's | :03:06. | :03:13.
hospital to be moved out of the hurricane's path. | :03:14. | :03:17.
The National Weather Service warned of winds that could leave homes | :03:18. | :03:20.
uninhabitable for weeks or even months. | :03:21. | :03:23.
Among those heeding the local mayor's advice to "get out | :03:24. | :03:26.
of dodge", this woman and her three children. | :03:27. | :03:31.
I try to be strong because I don't want my children to see. | :03:32. | :03:34.
They get scared and I don't want to have them scared. | :03:35. | :03:37.
I have to be a strong mother for that. | :03:38. | :03:39.
Briefed earlier by his advisers, President Trump is facing | :03:40. | :03:41.
the first national disaster of his term in office. | :03:42. | :03:45.
The lessons of Hurricane Katrina 12 years ago still serve | :03:46. | :03:48.
as an indelible reminder of the political past | :03:49. | :03:50.
of underestimating a weather system such as this. | :03:51. | :03:57.
The President urged Texans to heed calls to evacuate, but, | :03:58. | :04:01.
with several days of storm force winds and rain ahead, | :04:02. | :04:03.
it's likely many of those who leave may not have much to come back to. | :04:04. | :04:12.
Our North America Correspondent James Cook is in the seaside town | :04:13. | :04:15.
of Corpus Christi for us and sent this update. | :04:16. | :04:23.
Hurricane Harvey smashed the shore just a short time ago, not very far | :04:24. | :04:30.
from here. About 30 miles east north-east of where we are standing | :04:31. | :04:35.
in Corpus Christi. Rockport is where it came ashore. The winds were said | :04:36. | :04:41.
to be 130 mph according to the National Hurricane Center, that | :04:42. | :04:46.
makes it a category four hurricane. An extremely dangerous storm. And | :04:47. | :04:50.
the most powerful storm to hit the mainland United States in more than | :04:51. | :04:54.
a decade. There is already reports of damage. I'd seen part of a | :04:55. | :05:01.
building that was being constructed coming down. There are palm trees | :05:02. | :05:04.
down as well and other damage. The real effect will only come to light | :05:05. | :05:07.
as we get into the morning. The governor of Texas had warned that | :05:08. | :05:11.
this was going to be an extremely serious storm and a potential major | :05:12. | :05:17.
disaster. That is, at the moment, certainly possible at the moment. | :05:18. | :05:26.
It seems conditions are worsening as we speak. | :05:27. | :05:29.
A man has been arrested under the terrorism act after two black -- two | :05:30. | :05:37.
police officers were injured. Concerned crowds look on as police | :05:38. | :05:47.
investigate a possible terror incident outside Buckingham Palace. | :05:48. | :05:53.
The Met says just after 8:30pm a man stopped his car near a police | :05:54. | :05:57.
vehicle. Officers spotted a large bladed weapon and went to arrest | :05:58. | :06:02.
him. Two police officers suffered minor injuries to their arm and were | :06:03. | :06:07.
taken to hospital for treatment. The Met has praised their brave and | :06:08. | :06:11.
swift action that meant the suspect was detained quickly. No members of | :06:12. | :06:15.
the Royal family were in Buckingham Palace at the time. Cordons were | :06:16. | :06:19.
quickly put up around the Palace. The suspect, a 26-year-old man, was | :06:20. | :06:24.
also taken to hospital. He was arrested on suspicion of grievous | :06:25. | :06:28.
bodily harm and assault. During the night he was further arrested under | :06:29. | :06:32.
the terrorism act. No members of the public were hurt. The Counter | :06:33. | :06:36.
Terrorism Command is now investigating. Security remains | :06:37. | :06:39.
tight in London for the bank holiday weekend. A ring of steel is being | :06:40. | :06:52.
promised around the Notting Hill Carnival to protect people from the | :06:53. | :06:54.
threat of a Barcelona style terror attack. A spokeswoman for the Palace | :06:55. | :06:57.
said it didn't comment on security issues. | :06:58. | :07:00.
Millions of travellers taking to the road and rail network this | :07:01. | :07:03.
weekend face disruption because of major engineering works. | :07:04. | :07:05.
The south east of England will be badly affected with station | :07:06. | :07:07.
closures at Charing Cross, Euston and Liverpool Street. | :07:08. | :07:09.
There will be limited services at other stations. | :07:10. | :07:11.
In the north west of England engineering work will affect | :07:12. | :07:14.
stations in Manchester, Preston, Blackpool and Bolton. | :07:15. | :07:15.
Jenny Kumar is at King's Cross station for us. | :07:16. | :07:23.
Give us a round-up of how it's going to look for people as they try to | :07:24. | :07:32.
travel by rail today's. As you say, lots of disruption across the | :07:33. | :07:35.
country. Here at King's Cross I've noticed it said the increase in | :07:36. | :07:40.
passengers. It is expected to get quite busy today, particularly on | :07:41. | :07:44.
those services between here and Scotland because London Euston is | :07:45. | :07:47.
closed and that's impacting on services between there and the | :07:48. | :07:51.
Midlands and the North and Scotland. Also the Edinburgh Festival is | :07:52. | :07:55.
coming to an end this weekend, it is expected to get pretty busy here. | :07:56. | :07:59.
Trains are running to time, there have been a few minor cancellations. | :08:00. | :08:06.
And some minor delays. Disruption across the country though. This is a | :08:07. | :08:11.
massive engineering project. ?130 million it costing, some 17,000 | :08:12. | :08:17.
staff are involved. The aim is to improve services. Network Rail say | :08:18. | :08:21.
there was no ideal time to do this, however there are fewer passengers, | :08:22. | :08:27.
up to 50% fewer travelling on the bank will they weekend. If you are | :08:28. | :08:30.
thinking of avoiding the train and getting in your car, the AA is | :08:31. | :08:36.
warning a record number, some 15 million motorists, are expected to | :08:37. | :08:40.
take to the raids this weekend. The advice is check before you travel | :08:41. | :08:42.
and expect some delays. Thank you. North Korea has fired three | :08:43. | :08:47.
short-range ballistic missiles, Two of the missiles failed | :08:48. | :08:48.
in flight, the third blew up almost The latest firings come | :08:49. | :08:52.
during a joint US-South Korea military exercise, | :08:53. | :08:55.

what is expected to be the most watched pay-per-view boxing match | :09:12. | :09:12.
ever. The hype has been unrelenting, and | :09:13. | :09:30.
while the final face-off for this mega- fight was another spectacle, | :09:31. | :09:35.
it's clear Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Junior have captured the | :09:36. | :09:41.
imagination of many boxing fans. Now, with the formalities over, | :09:42. | :09:44.
McGregor is focused on the task ahead. Let's go, let's see who can | :09:45. | :09:50.
take it. He's over there twiddling his thumbs, twitching away. I see a | :09:51. | :09:55.
man afraid, that's it. The build-up has been controversial, and there | :09:56. | :09:59.
are questions over a contest stage primarily for financial reasons. The | :10:00. | :10:04.
man who refers to himself as the best ever is expecting his payday to | :10:05. | :10:09.
be swift. It won't go the distance, mark my words. Irish fans have | :10:10. | :10:14.
flocked to Las Vegas in recent days and the celebrations will likely | :10:15. | :10:18.
continue for several nights if McGregor can pull off a shock win. | :10:19. | :10:23.
The world is going to explode if he does. It would be mad if he wins. | :10:24. | :10:30.
What's the party going to be like? I don't know, I'll be asleep outside | :10:31. | :10:35.
somewhere! But Floyd Mayweather's father believes McGregor's lack of | :10:36. | :10:40.
experience will see him fade. He's going to miss a lot, and he's going | :10:41. | :10:50.
to get tired, then... Shall be gone. Went Conor McGregor returns to this | :10:51. | :10:54.
arena it will be to phase one of the greatest boxers of his generation. | :10:55. | :10:57.
The time for talking is over. So much to talk about. Let's speak | :10:58. | :11:09.
to David Haye in Las Vegas for tonight's fight. Thank you for | :11:10. | :11:13.
joining us. Great views over Las Vegas this morning. What's the | :11:14. | :11:20.
atmosphere like? It's amazing. This hotel is absolutely buzzing. It's | :11:21. | :11:25.
early in the morning, it's 1am at the moment. People are really | :11:26. | :11:30.
excited and have already started drinking. It is insane over here. | :11:31. | :11:35.
I'm sure it is. Lows of travelling fans as well for the fight. We've | :11:36. | :11:40.
lost the picture to David... Your back. We know there are loads of | :11:41. | :11:45.
travelling fans in support of McGregor but will they make a | :11:46. | :11:49.
difference? Does he stand a chance against Floyd Mayweather? | :11:50. | :11:55.
Realistically know but this is sport. The good thing about sport is | :11:56. | :11:58.
anything can happen at any given time. You had Usain Bolt pulling a | :11:59. | :12:04.
hamstring. Who would have thought the Jamaicans would come in last in | :12:05. | :12:10.
the 100 meter relay? You had myself, I snapped my Achilles tendon in my | :12:11. | :12:14.
last fight against Tony Bellew. I was the huge favourite but things | :12:15. | :12:17.
happen in sport and that's what's make this fight is so intriguing. If | :12:18. | :12:22.
both fighters stay healthy I believe there's only one winner, Floyd | :12:23. | :12:28.
Mayweather. Fighting someone having their first boxing match is | :12:29. | :12:33.
ridiculous to believe that Conor McGregor has a chance, but, you | :12:34. | :12:40.
know, when there's so much pride, it feels like all of Ireland over here. | :12:41. | :12:49.
There are so Irish fans over here than there are four Floyd Mayweather | :12:50. | :12:54.
and we are in his hometown. I can't wait to be ringside to see the | :12:55. | :12:59.
anticipation. I'm hoping for an entertaining fight. It can only go | :13:00. | :13:03.
one way in my opinion and that's the boxer winning a boxing match. If he | :13:04. | :13:07.
is to get anywhere near and even get through to the second half of the | :13:08. | :13:13.
fight, how does he do it? He's going to have to do something he's never | :13:14. | :13:16.
done and more importantly he's going to have to do something that 49 | :13:17. | :13:24.
professional fighters, 23 or 24 while champions, when table to get | :13:25. | :13:28.
to Floyd Mayweather. He's going to somehow bypass all those 20 years a | :13:29. | :13:33.
piece of experience to do it all with three months training. It's | :13:34. | :13:37.
like the table tennis champion beating Roger Federer in a tennis | :13:38. | :13:41.
match after practising tennis for three months. It's not really going | :13:42. | :13:47.
to happen. Unless Roger Federer pulled a hamstring or breaks his | :13:48. | :13:51.
ankle. There needs to be some type of injury in this fight for me to | :13:52. | :13:54.
believe that Conor McGregor has a legitimate chance. David, we are | :13:55. | :14:00.
watching the way in pictures earlier and it was interesting to see that | :14:01. | :14:08.
McGregor was going for the extremely aggressive approach, screaming | :14:09. | :14:11.
literally in Floyd Mayweather's face. Do you think any of that | :14:12. | :14:15.
attitude will be in the ring and could that make any difference? The | :14:16. | :14:22.
one thing about boxing is the more you try to knock someone out, the | :14:23. | :14:25.
less chance you have of knocking them out. You need to relax. You | :14:26. | :14:31.
need to really let it flow and Conor McGregor doesn't know how to do | :14:32. | :14:34.
that. He doesn't have the experience, he doesn't understand | :14:35. | :14:39.
fighting with the type of rules Floyd Mayweather has been fighting | :14:40. | :14:43.
with his whole career. Fighting with a different type of gloves. He's | :14:44. | :14:47.
used to people kicking him, taking him out. This is a different mindset | :14:48. | :14:53.
and different rhythm, a different pace. It's so different to what he's | :14:54. | :14:57.
used to that it's going to be like a fish out of water. In boxing | :14:58. | :15:03.
particularly, all it takes is one punch. He needs to get a hole in one | :15:04. | :15:10.
with his first-ever shot on the golf course. It can be done | :15:11. | :15:15.
statistically, there is a chance he can do it, but it really needs to | :15:16. | :15:20.
be... He needs to literally win the lottery with his first ticket. | :15:21. | :15:25.
There's no doubt that UFC and the profile it's getting if they were | :15:26. | :15:30.
not almost whatever happens. Does it do a discredit to boxing? Not | :15:31. | :15:35.
really. What does is it gets people excited. Boxing is about | :15:36. | :15:39.
entertainment, it's about getting people excited. This fight done it | :15:40. | :15:44.
more than I can think of any other fight in history. This is really | :15:45. | :15:49.
captivating the world's imagination. People who aren't boxing fans, | :15:50. | :15:54.
people who aren't MMA fans, people who have maybe never heard of MMA, | :15:55. | :15:58.
they know about it now because Conor McGregor has put it on the map with | :15:59. | :16:07.
his brash talking, his sharp suits. With his explosive performances he's | :16:08. | :16:10.
shown the world what mixed martial arts are. But unfortunately he's | :16:11. | :16:16.
going to have to have a boxing match. It's like Conor McGregor | :16:17. | :16:20.
going into judo, challenging the Olympic gold medallist, the greatest | :16:21. | :16:24.
ever judo player at judo, after never having done it before. Or | :16:25. | :16:33.
jujitsu, or karate, kick boxing, Thai boxing. These people are | :16:34. | :16:37.
seasoned, condition that that one discipline. He's going to have to | :16:38. | :16:42.
somehow bypass 35 years of experience in three months. I | :16:43. | :16:48.
believe it's too much of a tall order. Thank you. Enjoy the fight. | :16:49. | :17:00.
Great camera work as well. That's the advantage of having exceedingly | :17:01. | :17:06.
long boxers arms! Also quite masterly, powerful arms! | :17:07. | :17:10.
And Steve will be joined by Mike Costello for exclusive radio | :17:11. | :17:12.
commentary of the fight on Sunday from 3.30am - as well as updates | :17:13. | :17:15.
You will not hear better boxing commentary anywhere, let me tell you | :17:16. | :17:29.
that. Steve Bunce said he's got a specially made shirt for the | :17:30. | :17:30.
occasion! Let us know what you think about | :17:31. | :17:48.
that fight taking place at 4am on Sunday morning. There's been one | :17:49. | :17:54.
story that's been breaking as become an air and that's the hurricane in | :17:55. | :18:02.
America, making landfall in Texas. You've got the latest pictures of | :18:03. | :18:06.
the journey of this hurricane. Yes, good morning. It's a category four | :18:07. | :18:12.
storm, the stronger storm to hit Texas since 1961. It has maintained | :18:13. | :18:16.
a bit of strength and has weakened to a category three. This is the | :18:17. | :18:21.
latest radar shot from Texas. You can see the rain bands around, this | :18:22. | :18:26.
is where the winds fall. It's around that where we saw the winds touch | :18:27. | :18:31.
130 mph. Those winds still strong and devastating. The storm surge | :18:32. | :18:35.
just to the east of that. That will ease over the coming hours. The big | :18:36. | :18:39.
problem is with this storm as it works its way in as well as taking | :18:40. | :18:44.
down property and some of the electricity network and plants and | :18:45. | :18:48.
trees from the strength of the wind, and that storm surge, is how much | :18:49. | :18:55.
rain will fall. It doesn't move a great deal. The stormers and pushed | :18:56. | :19:00.
on as you would normally expect. Its days as a weakened feature but over | :19:01. | :19:03.
the same areas and over the next three or four days we could see as | :19:04. | :19:08.
much as a metre of rainfall. Imagine it raining in Birmingham for 14 | :19:09. | :19:13.
months and then convincing it back into three or four days worth of | :19:14. | :19:16.
rainfall. That's the sort of rainfall we are talking about. There | :19:17. | :19:20.
could be some catastrophic flooding and it will be a storm that | :19:21. | :19:25.
continues to rumble on as far as devastation and impact is concerned | :19:26. | :19:28.
right into next week. We've got that across the other side of the | :19:29. | :19:32.
Atlantic. Stay much quieter closer to home as we head into the bank | :19:33. | :19:37.
holiday weekend. The worst of the rainfall we can expect with just a | :19:38. | :19:41.
few showers. For many the bulk of the weekend will be dry with someone | :19:42. | :19:49.
sunshine. If you splashes of rain at the moment, and a few showers in | :19:50. | :19:53.
eastern Scotland. The odd one in northern England and Northern | :19:54. | :19:56.
Ireland first thing. The East of Scotland is where the heavy showers | :19:57. | :20:01.
will be. Temperatures into the upper teens across England and Wales | :20:02. | :20:05.
widely into the 20s. When the sun is on your back it will feel warm. | :20:06. | :20:09.
Strong sunshine, bear that in mind if you are off to Headingley for the | :20:10. | :20:13.
second test between England and the West Indies. A bit more cloud at | :20:14. | :20:17.
times but still some funny spells coming through. A bit of sunshine to | :20:18. | :20:24.
be found this evening in Belfast in the women's rugby World Cup final. | :20:25. | :20:31.
As we go into this evening and overnight, clear skies with patchy | :20:32. | :20:35.
mist and fog. Scotland and northern England in particular. If you | :20:36. | :20:38.
showers into the West. Many of those will cross into the far west of | :20:39. | :20:42.
Scotland, the Western Isles in particular. That takes us into | :20:43. | :20:46.
Sunday which for most of you will be dry. Early morning showers should | :20:47. | :20:50.
fade away. A bit cloudy with some light rain or drizzle. Most will | :20:51. | :20:55.
stay dry, a bit more sunshine around compared to today. With winds light | :20:56. | :21:02.
it will feel warm once again. That takes off towards Monday. Bank | :21:03. | :21:05.
holiday for the vast majority of the UK. Not in Scotland, that's where | :21:06. | :21:10.
you will see the wettest and windiest weather. It will move | :21:11. | :21:14.
slowly through the day, also into Northern Ireland during the | :21:15. | :21:17.
afternoon. It will increase the cloud in western parts of England | :21:18. | :21:21.
and Wales after bright start. Driest and sunniest in the south. Sky is | :21:22. | :21:27.
blue for the bank holiday weekend. Temperatures in the team for the | :21:28. | :21:31.
northern half of the UK but we could see the warmest weather of August so | :21:32. | :21:34.
far, believe it or not on a bank holiday! | :21:35. | :21:41.
Tonight England meet New Zealand in the Women's Rugby World | :21:42. | :21:44.
Maggie Alphonsi was part of the winning team three years ago, | :21:45. | :21:49.
she joins us now from outside the Kingspan stadium where the match | :21:50. | :21:52.
Great to see you this morning. We know there is no love lost between | :21:53. | :22:02.
these two sides, this particular Black ferns team and the England | :22:03. | :22:10.
women's team. How gnarly will it be on the pitch later this evening? | :22:11. | :22:15.
It's going to be a really competitive game today. These two | :22:16. | :22:19.
have met each other three times in a World Cup final and New Zealand have | :22:20. | :22:23.
one each time. It's always been a tight match. The last time they met | :22:24. | :22:29.
England obviously one in New Zealand 29-21. The tie before that New | :22:30. | :22:34.
Zealand beat England in England 25-20. This is going to be a very | :22:35. | :22:39.
physical and competitive encounter. But also it's the cool heads that | :22:40. | :22:44.
count in these situations. They've got a long day today. They are going | :22:45. | :22:48.
to wake up this morning, it's tough to get you a mind in the right place | :22:49. | :22:54.
for such a big occasion. Yes, it's such a long day. Seven and 40 5pm | :22:55. | :22:58.
kick-off. The key thing is to make sure they can control their | :22:59. | :23:03.
emotions, not get pumped up too early -- 7:45pm kick-off. It's about | :23:04. | :23:07.
going through their tactics and game plan but also switching off and | :23:08. | :23:10.
relaxing. Then bringing out their emotions when they need to come | :23:11. | :23:16.
7:45pm. The players are used to this and they will be ready for this. | :23:17. | :23:21.
It's a great showpiece for women's rugby. It's getting more must | :23:22. | :23:25.
profile and effectively the two best teams are going to be live on | :23:26. | :23:30.
British TV. It's absolutely brilliant. This tournament has been | :23:31. | :23:33.
the most competitive tournament. It's been viewed across 110 | :23:34. | :23:38.
countries. The last match got up to 1 million viewers. It highlights the | :23:39. | :23:42.
fact women's sport is getting the recognition it deserves. People want | :23:43. | :23:45.
to watch it. We saw the England women cricket, the football team and | :23:46. | :23:53.
also GB hockey. Now it's rugby's turn. It shows a shift and change of | :23:54. | :23:58.
interesting women's sports. And of women's rugby has shot up. That's | :23:59. | :24:05.
really over the last ten years. I noticed a couple of changes in the | :24:06. | :24:08.
England line-up, enforced because Daniel Waterman was ruled out with | :24:09. | :24:12.
concussion. How much is that likely to change this team? It's a solid | :24:13. | :24:18.
squad altogether. It's going to have a big impact. Danielle is an | :24:19. | :24:23.
experienced player, would have gone for her fourth rugby World Cup | :24:24. | :24:32.
final. England have made changes. Megan Jones comes in at 13. It will | :24:33. | :24:36.
have a big impact but at the same time England have so much depth in | :24:37. | :24:44.
their squad. Apologies, we just lost Maggie! One or two problems with our | :24:45. | :24:49.
links this morning. That game is happening tonight. Good luck to the | :24:50. | :24:52.
England team. That matches kicking off at around 7:30pm. | :24:53. | :24:56.
You're watching Breakfast from BBC News, it's time now | :24:57. | :24:58.
Nazir Afzal, former Chief Prosecutor for North West Crown Prosecution | :24:59. | :25:05.
Service is here to tell us what's caught his eye. | :25:06. | :25:16.
This is the story from the Daily Mail. Yes, it's covered in a number | :25:17. | :25:23.
of places. Policing facing substantial challenges with | :25:24. | :25:26.
resources. Craig Mackey the Deputy Commissioner of the Met yesterday | :25:27. | :25:29.
said that they would have to prioritise who they visit. Amongst | :25:30. | :25:37.
the priorities are those with difficulties and the elderly bottles | :25:38. | :25:41.
are those who don't speaking be as a first language. The Daily Mail are | :25:42. | :25:45.
concentrating on that in a story. Others are too. Somehow if you speak | :25:46. | :25:49.
English you'll be discriminated against. I think it's another good | :25:50. | :25:55.
example of how a realistic message is being misinterpreted or poorly | :25:56. | :26:02.
communicated. The reality is that 999 isn't affected, they will come | :26:03. | :26:05.
to anyone who requires an emergency response. When it comes to car | :26:06. | :26:10.
crime, when you want to report a relatively low level but impactful | :26:11. | :26:13.
crime, the police will say well, generally you fill in online or make | :26:14. | :26:19.
a call but if you can't speak the language we are prepared to come out | :26:20. | :26:22.
to you. It's about the challenges the police face in terms of | :26:23. | :26:25.
resources. They aren't able to have as many stations as they used to | :26:26. | :26:29.
have all the people to go and visit you. The former Chief Constable of | :26:30. | :26:34.
Greater Manchester Police tweeting about this saying it's disappointing | :26:35. | :26:37.
a serious debate about police priorities is used to make cheap | :26:38. | :26:42.
political points. It's a big issue for the police. Peter is that the | :26:43. | :26:47.
Luke Wright. Policing has had substantial cuts, 20% or | :26:48. | :26:53.
thereabouts. Nonetheless they don't have the stations they used to have, | :26:54. | :26:56.
they don't have the officers on the street and there a massive impact in | :26:57. | :27:00.
terms of safer neighbourhoods. My challenge is that we've got to make | :27:01. | :27:05.
use of the resources that we have by focusing on the element you are | :27:06. | :27:11.
distracting from the main point. Let's pick up on your second story. | :27:12. | :27:20.
Also in the Daily Mail. This is a councillor in Manchester City | :27:21. | :27:23.
Council. She's been talking about grooming gangs, male patriarch E, | :27:24. | :27:31.
issues of that nature. Ordinarily if you're a liberal councillor or any | :27:32. | :27:35.
councillor, you get reselected unless there's a specific reason why | :27:36. | :27:39.
you shouldn't be. The local Labour Party have decided not to selected | :27:40. | :27:43.
to standing next year 's elections. She claims is because of her | :27:44. | :27:47.
outspoken nature, talking about the patriarch -- patriarchy. The Labour | :27:48. | :27:57.
Party say its hub alleged poor attendance. It plays into the debate | :27:58. | :28:02.
we've been having over the last week after the Newcastle case where Sarah | :28:03. | :28:05.
Champion resigned because she was saying pretty much the same thing | :28:06. | :28:11.
and I've been saying. People are suspicious as to the motives of the | :28:12. | :28:15.
party in deselecting has. There's no avoiding it this weekend, it's made | :28:16. | :28:18.
the back pages and the inside pages of the papers. The individual story | :28:19. | :28:24.
of Conor McGregor, really is I'm sure bound to end up in a Hollywood | :28:25. | :28:33.
movie. I have no doubt whatsoever. Weathering -- my son was wide awake | :28:34. | :28:39.
at 5am, he said he was training himself to be up tomorrow morning | :28:40. | :28:42.
for the pay-per-view. I've no doubt there are many others sitting there | :28:43. | :28:46.
waiting for this event. It's not boxing as we know it. The point is | :28:47. | :28:51.
he has inspired people. He's not a boxer. I just saw the David Haye | :28:52. | :29:00.
interview. His MMA. But people are excited by this. They are excited by | :29:01. | :29:04.
the journey he is taking. From being on the dole, from having no work at | :29:05. | :29:08.
all. We made reference to his previous job as a plumber. Now look. | :29:09. | :29:14.
?75 million is what he gets for tonight. As long as he doesn't start | :29:15. | :29:19.
kicking and doing things he shouldn't be! Exactly. Can you | :29:20. | :29:23.
imagine, people would be quite excited if he did. My personal view | :29:24. | :29:28.
is it's a boxing match and Floyd Mayweather is the boxer. But | :29:29. | :29:33.
McGregor's story is exciting. So many Irish people have gone to Las | :29:34. | :29:36.
Vegas to support him. Not just Irish people. People seem to be more | :29:37. | :29:41.
excited about this event than many others. You could send your son in | :29:42. | :29:46.
here for some work experience! He's just had his GCSEs. I'm not going to | :29:47. | :29:52.
say no to him doing anything whatsoever at the moment because I'm | :29:53. | :29:55.
congratulating him on his achievement. Thank you. I -- the | :29:56. | :30:06.
headlines coming up in just a moment. | :30:07. | :30:24.
Hello, this is Breakfast with Charlie Stayt and Rachel Burden. | :30:25. | :30:28.
Coming up before 9, Matt will have your weekend weather. | :30:29. | :30:31.
But first at 8:30am, a summary of this morning's main news. | :30:32. | :30:35.
The most powerful storm to strike mainland America in more | :30:36. | :30:38.
than a decade, has made landfall in Texas. | :30:39. | :30:40.
Hurricane Harvey has winds of up to 130 miles per hour and has | :30:41. | :30:43.
Some residents are reported to be trapped inside collapsed buildings. | :30:44. | :30:53.
Tens of thousands of people have lost power. | :30:54. | :30:55.
The emergency services said it was too dangerous | :30:56. | :30:57.
Earlier we spoke to a CBS News reporter who is in Corpus Christi, | :30:58. | :31:10.
where residents were advised to evacuate as Hurricane | :31:11. | :31:12.
Right now state officials don't have any hard numbers for how many people | :31:13. | :31:19.
evacuated the area but we can tell you there were seven coastal | :31:20. | :31:26.
counties who had mandatory evacuations. That happened already | :31:27. | :31:32.
on Thursday evening and into Friday. But many people in the other areas | :31:33. | :31:39.
chose to stay in the path of Hurricane Harvey. They didn't want | :31:40. | :31:44.
to abandon their homes or belongings or worry about transporting their | :31:45. | :31:47.
children and pets to another location so they decided to stay | :31:48. | :31:50.
here. This is what they are faced with. Frankly, I don't think anyone | :31:51. | :31:55.
expected this storm to get this bad. It only became a category four | :31:56. | :32:00.
hurricane late on Friday and until then even a three was a surprise to | :32:01. | :32:06.
many. To make landfall at a four is going to come as a shock for many | :32:07. | :32:10.
people waking up and saying the damage. I can tell you they are | :32:11. | :32:14.
probably not getting much sleep, though, because the building even | :32:15. | :32:18.
where we are shaking a little bit when we are inside. So I can imagine | :32:19. | :32:23.
people inside their homes are pretty frightened to experience such a | :32:24. | :32:28.
devastating storm. It really is a one, two, three punch. You have the | :32:29. | :32:33.
winds and the storm surge of up to 12 feet and Harvey is expected to | :32:34. | :32:43.

together to make this historic for people. This is just the beginning. | :32:55. | :32:59.
We're not even going to understand the devastation the days to come, | :33:00. | :33:02.
once we see all that flooding that happens not just here but at other | :33:03. | :33:07.
major cities, like Houston, which is already bracing for a lot of water. | :33:08. | :33:14.
That with the CBS journalist speaking to us earlier. The reason | :33:15. | :33:21.
we cannot cross over to our correspondences because the | :33:22. | :33:24.
conditions are so bad. We will keep you up-to-date on that this morning. | :33:25. | :33:26.

The south east of england will be affected the most with station | :33:52. | :33:54.

In the north west of England, engineering works will affect | :33:59. | :34:00.

The disruption is because of work involving around 17,000 | :34:02. | :34:03.

It's hoped the money will go towards creating new apps and "smart | :34:32. | :34:34.
bins" which will alert rubbish collectors when they're full. | :34:35. | :34:45.
You can normally tell, can't you? When a bin is full? Chappell but in | :34:46. | :35:00.
Park and so on, often people leave bags by the side, perhaps they need | :35:01. | :35:03.
an alert device so the bins could be emptied. | :35:04. | :35:09.
Or someone just to look at it? Your butler?! So, let's talk about the | :35:10. | :35:15.
big boxing match. It's interesting, you can talk about | :35:16. | :35:23.
the boxing fight, the panto, but the other side is this sort of romance, | :35:24. | :35:28.
McGregor story of where he was five years ago, to this extraordinary | :35:29. | :35:33.
moment in time and this pay cheque. To be honest, I think every boxer | :35:34. | :35:37.
has their hard luck story and they come from, generally, that | :35:38. | :35:40.
background and make their way up and out and become millionaires on my | :35:41. | :35:45.
word, these two men are already multimillionaires. Mayweather, whose | :35:46. | :35:51.
nickname is the money man, will get close to 1 billion in career | :35:52. | :35:54.
earnings, no matter what happens, in the early hours of tomorrow morning. | :35:55. | :36:01.
And McGregor is always a -- already a superstar in the UFC mixed martial | :36:02. | :36:04.
arts, will take on something like $100 million. I imagine they will be | :36:05. | :36:09.
able to afford a butler to emptied their bin! | :36:10. | :36:14.
Yes, several. Starting with this super fight this morning. | :36:15. | :36:16.
In his first pro-fight under boxing rules, can the Mixed Martial Arts | :36:17. | :36:20.
superstar Connor McGregor actually beat the greatest boxer | :36:21. | :36:22.
The purse is eye-watering, with the final paycheck to be | :36:23. | :36:27.

Thousands of Irish fans have travelled to Vegas | :36:41. | :36:48.
Mayweather, at 40, is 11 years older, but is unbeaten and has come | :36:49. | :36:52.
out of retirement looking for his 50th win but McGregor has | :36:53. | :36:55.
It's the worse shape I've ever seen him, looks blown out, out of shape. | :36:56. | :37:12.
I'm going to breeze through him, trust me on that. There was a lot of | :37:13. | :37:17.
talk about you struggling to make the weight come out was it? 153, I'm | :37:18. | :37:26.
a professional, I'd made it. Look at me, I'm in peak physical condition. | :37:27. | :37:31.
I put in the work, as everyone can tell, I'm ready. It won't go the | :37:32. | :37:36.
distance, mark my words. I just want to thank the fans, I'm not really | :37:37. | :37:42.
worried about the scale or the last time. This will be Conor McGregor's | :37:43. | :37:48.
last fight also. Commentary on five live tomorrow morning from about | :37:49. | :37:49.
4am. England won the Women's Cricket | :37:50. | :37:51.

the Red Roses play in the Final But standing in the way | :37:54. | :37:56.

champions and beat England in three finals in a row | :38:00. | :38:04.
between 2002 and 2010. England are champions, though, | :38:05. | :38:08.
which makes tonight's match at the Kingspan Stadium a fitting | :38:09. | :38:10.
climax to the tournament. Pretty excited by the goal we've | :38:11. | :38:17.
been waiting for for so long. The ambition is to get to this final | :38:18. | :38:33.
again and it's been up our goal all season with this squad of players | :38:34. | :38:34.
and it's finally here. The Second Test between England | :38:35. | :38:36.
and the West Indies looks England won by an innings | :38:37. | :38:39.

a couple of times too, but held the England innings | :38:58. | :39:01.
together with a century They took one Windies wicket | :39:02. | :39:04.

to get through the night. But when tomorrow comes round, | :39:28. | :39:30.
a few more shots will get played, It's one of the biggest days | :39:31. | :39:33.
in the rugby league calendar, There's lots at stake for one | :39:34. | :39:38.
of the most prized pieces Hull are looking to retain | :39:39. | :39:43.
the trophy after a thrilling victory against Warrington last year, | :39:44. | :39:47.
their first Wembley win. The Warriors are looking to win | :39:48. | :39:49.
the Challenge Cup for a 20th time. I think all the talk externally, the | :39:50. | :40:08.
greatness and Dynasty 's and all that, we haven't been doing that, | :40:09. | :40:11.
we've come here to win a cup final, that's what we want to do, the rest | :40:12. | :40:14.
will take care of itself. All the plaudits and the names will follow. | :40:15. | :40:17.
We're going to win, that is the aim. But we've had a great | :40:18. | :40:22.
trading week this week. The players are equipped very well | :40:23. | :40:31.
and if we do what we practice, we've structured the game plan, | :40:32. | :40:34.
make sure we have a clear head, we have a chance of getting a trophy | :40:35. | :40:37.
but it's going to be a massive England's men have lost | :40:38. | :40:41.
their semi-final at the Euro Hockey They were beaten 3-1 | :40:42. | :40:44.
against the Netherlands. The hosts will now go on to face | :40:45. | :40:47.
Belgium in Sunday's final, whilst England play Germany | :40:48. | :40:50.
in the third place playoff. England's women face the same | :40:51. | :40:52.
opposition in their bronze medal After the summer break, Formula One | :40:53. | :40:55.

looks like the man The three time World | :41:04. | :41:05.
Champion was fastest in second practice at Spa yesterday | :41:06. | :41:10.
in his Mercedes, nearly half a second quicker than championship | :41:11. | :41:13.
leader Sebastian Vettel. If Hamilton seals pole this | :41:14. | :41:18.
afternoon - he'll equal the record The Vuelta Espana, the Tour of Spain | :41:19. | :41:21.
continues with Chris Froome The four-time Tour de France | :41:22. | :41:27.

in the General Classification as he aims to win the race | :41:33. | :41:39.

to Laura and Jason Kenny - who are celebrating the arrival | :41:47. | :41:54.
of their first child. The Olympic Champions shared | :41:55. | :41:57.
a picture of their new family on social media saying, | :41:58. | :42:03.
"Welcome to the world little You kept us waiting a week, | :42:04. | :42:05.
but it was all worth it." No pressure on that little one! I'm | :42:06. | :42:17.
thinking of that other couple... Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf. A bit | :42:18. | :42:24.
of pressure. I'm more curious to know... We'll | :42:25. | :42:28.
come to you in a moment! LAUGHTER I'm more curious to know if Albert | :42:29. | :42:33.
will be in Tokyo in three years' time during his money on. I hope so, | :42:34. | :42:38.
really hope so. There might be another one by then! Just saying! | :42:39. | :42:45.
LAUGHTER Blimey! We haven't forgotten about | :42:46. | :42:51.
the football. Dan, a full programme of fixtures in England and Scotland. | :42:52. | :42:54.
Manchester United and Huddersfield looking to maintain that 100% | :42:55. | :42:59.
record. One of the grounds we will be live at today. I fancied team has | :43:00. | :43:06.
taken a bit of a battering. Any tips? It has been a difficult start | :43:07. | :43:13.
for fantasy football. Huddersfield have been brilliant, they are taking | :43:14. | :43:17.
on Manchester United. We have Juan Mata on the programme, the fact he | :43:18. | :43:23.
is giving 1% of his salary to charity and encouraging others to do | :43:24. | :43:31.
that. And we will chat to you -- Zlatan Ibrahimovic later in the | :43:32. | :43:36.
season. We have Craig Dawson on, from West Brom, another great start | :43:37. | :43:40.
to the season. Jonathan Walters. And talking to Mick McCarthy this week. | :43:41. | :43:44.
A fantastic character. He is manager of Ipswich and Neil Warnock is | :43:45. | :43:47.
manager of Cardiff and they are first and second in the | :43:48. | :43:53.
championship. Mick McCarthy has been in football 40 years and Neil | :43:54. | :43:56.
Warnock 50 years. We went to see Mick McCarthy and he has been | :43:57. | :43:59.
reminiscing on years go by, take a look. If we look back at the | :44:00. | :44:06.
Barnsley line-up we've got here. Number six, Michael McCarthy. Number | :44:07. | :44:11.
seven, Neil Warnock. CHUCKLES They're the pair of you are. Top two | :44:12. | :44:24.
in the championship. I said at the weekend, to oldfarts. He texted me | :44:25. | :44:32.
the next morning saying, you speak for yourself! There is a perception | :44:33. | :44:36.
about us older boys that we don't have the ambition or the drive or | :44:37. | :44:39.
it's moved on and we haven't moved on with it. I hope at the moment | :44:40. | :44:43.
that we are showing that is not the case. We have got the desire and | :44:44. | :44:50.
passion and drive. There is a bit of Ipswich interest in our house so we | :44:51. | :44:55.
have screened shot the table, before now. In all their history, well over | :44:56. | :45:01.
100 years, they've only had 15 permanent managers. That is | :45:02. | :45:05.
dedication. And the fact they do stick by their men. On at midday | :45:06. | :45:09.
today and we also have Channing Tatum on the programme talking about | :45:10. | :45:12.
his Premier League predictions. Not sure how much he knows about | :45:13. | :45:18.
football but we will accept him. Great stuff. Thank you. See you | :45:19. | :45:24.
later, thank you, Ollie. It is 8:45am. | :45:25. | :45:28.
Hundreds of thousands of revellers are expected | :45:29. | :45:30.
to take to London's streets for the Notting Hill Carnival this | :45:31. | :45:32.
weekend, but the Metropolitan Police says there will be extra security | :45:33. | :45:35.
to prevent vehicle attacks and to deal with acid-related injuries. | :45:36. | :45:37.
The force's tactics, including raids and arrests ahead | :45:38. | :45:39.
of the event and the planned use of facial recognition technology, | :45:40. | :45:42.
to identify potential troublemakers has come in for criticism. | :45:43. | :45:44.
Let's speak to Emma Dent Coad, the MP for Kensington, | :45:45. | :45:47.
Good morning. Thank you for joining us. What do you make of the police | :45:48. | :45:58.
preparations for this year's Carnival, appropriate? Clearly they | :45:59. | :46:03.
think they have been very thorough and have made over 650 arrests. It | :46:04. | :46:08.
makes you wonder about the level of policing we have in London Day today | :46:09. | :46:13.
if 650 arrestable people have been out there and they have had to wait | :46:14. | :46:17.
until Carnival, the last moment. I know somebody who was arrested ten | :46:18. | :46:23.
days ago, a 14-year-old boy, without collecting donations but with his | :46:24. | :46:27.
father for Grenfell Tower survivors. He was totally innocent and I find | :46:28. | :46:33.
it shocking. I hope they are genuine criminals who have been arrested. I | :46:34. | :46:36.
just worry about the timescale of this. These people out there all | :46:37. | :46:41.
this time... What are you saying here exactly, do you think the | :46:42. | :46:44.
police are being heavy-handed in targeting people in the run-up to | :46:45. | :46:48.
the carnival unfairly? That is a concern. They always do this before | :46:49. | :46:52.
Carnival, and that's fair enough. People they think who are going | :46:53. | :46:58.
there to cause trouble up deal drugs and they arrest and so they can keep | :46:59. | :47:02.
them off the streets. I see the rationale behind that where it is | :47:03. | :47:07.
fair but knowing that two people apprehended by the police, one was | :47:08. | :47:12.
handcuffed... It makes you wonder how on earth they were identified | :47:13. | :47:15.
and makes me wonder how many of those other people were genuinely | :47:16. | :47:21.
criminals, potential criminals or how many of them has been perhaps | :47:22. | :47:25.
mistakenly identified. I just don't know. There was a reference to eat | :47:26. | :47:38.
it by Stormzy -- eight weeks from -- a tweet from Stormzy, who also | :47:39. | :47:47.
mentioned Glastonbury. It is about targeting the black community, do | :47:48. | :47:52.
you think? I've been going to Carnival for over 30 years. In the | :47:53. | :47:57.
early days there was police brutality, which I found | :47:58. | :48:01.
bloodcurdling. Despite all the improvements in police training over | :48:02. | :48:05.
the years, I do feel there is that element there still, among some of | :48:06. | :48:10.
the police forces, that they see young black people just mingling and | :48:11. | :48:16.
they imagine that they're up no good. I think that's a huge shame. I | :48:17. | :48:21.
don't know how they would identify people who are criminals or not. If | :48:22. | :48:28.
there are 650 arrestable people out there, why did they wait until | :48:29. | :48:32.
Carnival? We know there was concern that the anger towards some | :48:33. | :48:39.
authority figures in the wake of Grenfell may create a kind of flash | :48:40. | :48:42.
point for the frustration of local residents at the Carnival. Is that a | :48:43. | :48:47.
concern for you? Absolutely not. I know Greg Hands has been upsetting | :48:48. | :48:51.
people about this and so has my predecessor. I really, really don't | :48:52. | :48:56.
think so. We are not children. Afro-Caribbean community are very | :48:57. | :49:02.
respectful of what has happened, everyone has been affected. | :49:03. | :49:06.
Everybody knows somebody who has lost somebody. This is the whole | :49:07. | :49:10.
community grieving. Why on earth would there be any kind of flash | :49:11. | :49:15.
point? It's like awake, I think. People will be respectful. I can't | :49:16. | :49:20.
see that anger coming from Carnival, I really can't. OK, Emma, thank you | :49:21. | :49:25.
very much. Just a word from the Metropolitan Police. The officer in | :49:26. | :49:31.
overall charge of policing says, we will be uncompromising in ensuring | :49:32. | :49:34.
the safety and security of the public and if that means putting a | :49:35. | :49:38.
significant effort into dealing with criminality before Carnival, I am | :49:39. | :49:41.
unapologetic about that and will continue to do so. | :49:42. | :49:45.
It is 8:49am. If you have plans for the weekend you want to know what | :49:46. | :49:49.
the weather will do. Thank you and good morning. Bank | :49:50. | :50:02.
Holiday weekend. A couple of showers around, particular we today, and | :50:03. | :50:05.
from wetter weather on Monday towards the north-west of the UK but | :50:06. | :50:09.
other than that, some dry weather, sunny weather and feeling worn once | :50:10. | :50:14.
the sun is on your back. A lot more cloud stretching from East Anglia to | :50:15. | :50:17.
the south-west and yesterday, producing the odd spot of rain. A | :50:18. | :50:20.
few showers in Northern Ireland and to the north and east of Scotland, | :50:21. | :50:25.
is in heavy ones in Aberdeenshire. One or two showers in eastern | :50:26. | :50:28.
England towards the afternoon. The vast majority staying dry. | :50:29. | :50:35.
Temperatures into the high teens if not low to mid-20s. 25 the high | :50:36. | :50:39.
towards the south-east. For those off to the festivals at Leeds and at | :50:40. | :50:45.
Reading, the situation will hopefully not require Wellington | :50:46. | :50:47.
boots. Looks like it is set to stay dry and just a little heads up the | :50:48. | :50:52.
Monday, hot and sunny in Reading. We finished the day with some sunshine | :50:53. | :50:56.
in many areas today and tonight, with some clear skies, a few mist | :50:57. | :51:00.
and fog patches. Some patchy rain and drizzle for the islands of | :51:01. | :51:05.
western Scotland. Maybe a couple of isolated showers in the west of | :51:06. | :51:10.
England and Wales. Sunday mostly dry, morning mist and fog patches | :51:11. | :51:14.
clearing, not to chilly. Through the day, the cloud increasing in the | :51:15. | :51:18.
Highlands but for the vast majority of UK, the Brice Samba, reasonably | :51:19. | :51:22.
sunny, perhaps a little more sunshine tomorrow for some in the | :51:23. | :51:25.
south compared with today. Across eastern Scotland as well. If you are | :51:26. | :51:31.
heading off to Notting Hill Carnival, a cracking few days on the | :51:32. | :51:36.
way, light winds and sunshine. Dry and a bit more cloud but still some | :51:37. | :51:39.
sunshine for the Leeds Carnival as well. Into Monday, Bank Holiday for | :51:40. | :51:44.
many, looking drive. High pressure to the south and east. Weather | :51:45. | :51:48.
fronts into Scotland and Northern Ireland bringing something wetter | :51:49. | :51:50.
and windier through the day and it will increase the cloud in the | :51:51. | :51:58.
North. But really not a bad weekend all in all. Temperatures on Monday | :51:59. | :52:02.
17-18 and can you believe it, not only as a Bank Holiday Monday but it | :52:03. | :52:06.
could potentially be the warmest day of August so far, 28 Celsius. | :52:07. | :52:13.
That wouldn't be too hard, the warmest day in August! | :52:14. | :52:19.
But a Bank Holiday Monday, you can't complain. | :52:20. | :52:21.
The time is 8:52am. Earlier this Summer, Sajid Javid, | :52:22. | :52:24.
the Communities Secretary said British Muslims must do more | :52:25. | :52:26.
than simply condemn terror Today, hundreds | :52:27. | :52:28.
of community leaders, teachers and business people | :52:29. | :52:31.
will meet for an 'anti-terror' camp in Staffordshire, | :52:32. | :52:33.
the aim to tackle extremism. We're now joined | :52:34. | :52:36.
by Zahid Iqbal, President of Peace Education Programme | :52:37. | :52:39.
and Mariam Khalid, Good morning to both of you. Zahid, | :52:40. | :52:55.
maybe you could explain why this event is taking place? As you know, | :52:56. | :53:00.
we have had a terrible year in terms of terrorist attacks. Just up the | :53:01. | :53:03.
road from here we had Manchester Arena. We had the London attacks and | :53:04. | :53:13.
last year Nice and Berlin. We are very concerned about the issue of | :53:14. | :53:16.
radicalisation, particularly in young British Muslims. We have | :53:17. | :53:20.
organised this three-day training camp to teach the participants about | :53:21. | :53:27.
extremism, the ideology of extremism and to promote how they can promote | :53:28. | :53:32.
the counter narratives. We want all these people, the leaders, teachers, | :53:33. | :53:37.
young people, to go out into their communities, into their schools and | :53:38. | :53:43.
universities and to challenge extremism where they find it and at | :53:44. | :53:47.
the same time to act as positive role models for young British | :53:48. | :53:52.
Muslims. We are always told in the wake of these terrible events, we | :53:53. | :53:59.
must separate Islamist extremism from ordinary Muslim members of the | :54:00. | :54:04.
communities. There are passages in the Koran, much as there might be in | :54:05. | :54:09.
the Bible, that taken out of context in a literal translation would | :54:10. | :54:14.
support jihad. How would you work around that? We have to educate | :54:15. | :54:20.
people that these verses and references are completely taken out | :54:21. | :54:26.
of context. They relate to specific issues to do with say, war between | :54:27. | :54:29.
states, not indiscriminate killing of innocent people in markets and | :54:30. | :54:37.
mosques or where ever. So it's actually teaching them that... It's | :54:38. | :54:44.
trying to ensure that people do not misinterpret or misconstrue those | :54:45. | :54:50.
verses and the distortion of Islam that is being promoted. Mariam, we | :54:51. | :54:57.
talked a moment ago... We often use that phrase eyes and ears. What you | :54:58. | :55:01.
are alluding to is how you spot things, early signs of someone being | :55:02. | :55:05.
radicalised. The teacher, that might be you, you might be in that | :55:06. | :55:08.
position. You hear something, you see something, what do you do? | :55:09. | :55:15.
I think we have to be very careful, in terms of sometimes you might hear | :55:16. | :55:19.
something that is completely innocent, but my first and foremost | :55:20. | :55:23.
duty as a teacher is safeguarding. That also can... As schools we are | :55:24. | :55:31.
required to follow the prevent strategy and we need to implement | :55:32. | :55:35.
that in schools. So if any teacher finds themselves in the unfortunate | :55:36. | :55:40.
situation where they do hear something that they kind of thing, | :55:41. | :55:43.
this doesn't sound quite right... You put it to the relevant person | :55:44. | :55:46.
within the school and then there is a process that you have to follow. | :55:47. | :55:53.
But that in itself is school policy. That comes under something that all | :55:54. | :55:57.
teachers... The starting point for that is you, | :55:58. | :56:01.
and I'm only asking you because you are the one who is here, it's | :56:02. | :56:05.
replicated in workplaces, in universities, it could be in | :56:06. | :56:08.
schools. Someone somewhere has to make the first decision of saying, | :56:09. | :56:12.
I'm seeing or hearing something that for some reason is making me feel | :56:13. | :56:15.
like something is not right and then deciding whether or not you pass on | :56:16. | :56:18.
that thing. That is a big responsibility. It is a big | :56:19. | :56:23.
responsibility. When you train to be a teacher, a doctor or any | :56:24. | :56:26.
professional, you kind of take that on as part of your job because that | :56:27. | :56:29.
is essentially part of your job. You are looking at the bigger picture | :56:30. | :56:33.
and safeguarding all people. Children are vulnerable as it is, | :56:34. | :56:38.
obviously, and they will say things in innocence, especially when | :56:39. | :56:40.
talking about primary school children. They might not fully | :56:41. | :56:45.
understand what they are saying. I'm sorry, do you want to pick up on | :56:46. | :56:49.
that, Zahid? It's incredibly difficult but the key thing is if | :56:50. | :56:54.
there is a teacher or social worker or any professional, and where there | :56:55. | :56:57.
is some concern, they need to discuss it with the individual | :56:58. | :57:01.
concerned and just see, are there signs or are they just sort of | :57:02. | :57:06.
innocent comments be made? There are signs. You can pick up on things | :57:07. | :57:09.
like black and white thinking on them and us mentality, binary | :57:10. | :57:15.
thinking. Perhaps that young person is very critical of society and so | :57:16. | :57:22.
on. There are things that can be spotted. I think it is up to the | :57:23. | :57:26.
teacher or whoever concerned, to tease out what the issues, having a | :57:27. | :57:32.
frank discussion, in safe place. Zahid and Mariam, thank you very | :57:33. | :57:40.
much. It is 8:57am. Around this time every Saturday Mike Bushell shares | :57:41. | :57:43.
his latest sporting challenge on this week's has to be one of the | :57:44. | :57:46.
strangest yet. Yes, if I give you a clue it's to do | :57:47. | :57:51.
with yoga and goats. Mike can explain. | :57:52. | :57:54.
This is all about broadening your horizons. | :57:55. | :57:55.
There are so many new ways to practise yoga these days, | :57:56. | :58:00.
for example on a paddle board in Devon. | :58:01. | :58:02.
But the class here have also been introduced to an even stranger | :58:03. | :58:05.
We all know how good yoga is for you, spiritually | :58:06. | :58:12.
What in Devon, they now like to do things differently. | :58:13. | :58:18.
They want to bring out the animal in us. | :58:19. | :58:24.
Teacher, Donna, has over 70 animal names for her class's yoga | :58:25. | :58:33.
positions, but this summer she has been combining animal bonding | :58:34. | :58:36.
with yoga moves by introducing pygmy goats to her classes. | :58:37. | :58:43.
We're combining all of the amazing benefits of a standard yoga practice | :58:44. | :58:46.
along with the benefits of animal therapy. | :58:47. | :58:49.
There's research to prove that animal therapy, | :58:50. | :58:54.
when you are with animals and stroking animal, it helps | :58:55. | :58:56.
to reduce the cortisol in the body, so the stress response | :58:57. | :58:59.
within the body, and it also helps to increase | :59:00. | :59:01.
the oxytocin and dopamine chemicals, happy hormones. | :59:02. | :59:06.
This does focus the mind on other things, so you're still trying to do | :59:07. | :59:11.
the yoga poses but you're concentrating on bonding | :59:12. | :59:13.
There is no evidence and it's not being suggested that the goats | :59:14. | :59:20.
enhance the physical benefits of yoga in any way when they're | :59:21. | :59:23.
treading on your back, they're certainly not trained | :59:24. | :59:25.
masseurs, but they do bring laughter to a session. | :59:26. | :59:28.
I think it's the blonde hair, maybe it looks like straw! | :59:29. | :59:36.
I'm not sure it helps a great deal, but it's good for the concentration | :59:37. | :59:39.
because you have to work really hard not to fall over | :59:40. | :59:41.
When the hooves go into you it's therapeutic, like a massage ball. | :59:42. | :59:47.
It's funny and funny makes you happy. | :59:48. | :59:51.
I've done laughing yoga before but you have to sort | :59:52. | :59:53.
Goat yoga was first started in America by a farmer who claimed | :59:54. | :00:02.
the goats were making her feel better from an autoimmune | :00:03. | :00:05.
illness, and the consensus here was that the goats | :00:06. | :00:07.
were beneficial and will be invited back every week. | :00:08. | :00:09.
You could be doing Pilates or press ups, whatever. | :00:10. | :00:18.
We end up in the sleeping dog pose, when the goats are naturally | :00:19. | :00:23.
attracted to us, to come and sleep on us as well, maybe. | :00:24. | :00:27.
I've never known a yoga class to be so interactive! | :00:28. | :00:32.
Normally you zone out and go into your own world, | :00:33. | :00:34.
We're back to the list of unusual things he gets up to! The headlines | :00:35. | :00:52.
coming next. Hello this is Breakfast, with | :00:53. | :01:13.
Charlie Stayt and Rachel Burden. Hurricane Harvey hits land as | :01:14. | :01:16.
the Texas coast takes a battering. It's the biggest storm the US has | :01:17. | :01:19.
faced in more than a decade. Winds of up to 130 miles an hour | :01:20. | :01:22.

than it does wet. See you in 15 minutes. | :02:48. | :02:52.
The most powerful storm to strike mainland America in more | :02:53. | :02:57.
than a decade has made landfall in Texas. | :02:58. | :02:59.
Hurricane Harvey has winds of up to 130 miles per hour and has | :03:00. | :03:02.
Some residents are reported to be trapped inside collapsed buildings. | :03:03. | :03:05.
The emergency services say it's too dangerous to respond to some calls. | :03:06. | :03:08.
Harvey hit Texas hard overnight, bringing with it high | :03:09. | :03:12.
A category four hurricane, capable of causing catastrophic damage. | :03:13. | :03:17.
Deemed the most powerful storm to hit the US | :03:18. | :03:19.
This is going to be a very major disaster. | :03:20. | :03:32.
This is Harvey from above, a malevolent storm system ten miles | :03:33. | :03:35.
wide, capable of dumping up to 40 inches of rain. | :03:36. | :03:41.

They get scared and I don't want to have them scared. | :04:15. | :04:16.
I have to be a strong mother for that. | :04:17. | :04:19.
Briefed earlier by his advisers, President Trump is facing | :04:20. | :04:21.
the first national disaster of his term in office. | :04:22. | :04:24.
The lessons of Hurricane Katrina 12 years ago still serve | :04:25. | :04:26.
as an indelible reminder of the political past | :04:27. | :04:29.
of underestimating a weather system such as this. | :04:30. | :04:36.
The President urged Texans to heed calls to evacuate, but, | :04:37. | :04:39.
with several days of storm force winds and rain ahead, | :04:40. | :04:41.
it's likely many of those who leave may not have much to come back to. | :04:42. | :04:56.
Our North America Correspondent James Cook is in the seaside town | :04:57. | :05:00.
of Corpus Christi for us and sent this update. | :05:01. | :05:02.
Hurricane Harvey smashed the shore just a short time ago, | :05:03. | :05:04.
About 30 miles east-north-east of where we are standing | :05:05. | :05:08.
The winds were said to be 130mph, according | :05:09. | :05:15.
to the National Hurricane Center, that makes it a category | :05:16. | :05:17.
An extremely dangerous storm, and the most powerful storm to hit | :05:18. | :05:22.
the mainland United States in more than a decade. | :05:23. | :05:27.
I've seen part of a building that was being constructed coming down. | :05:28. | :05:38.
There are palm trees down as well, and other damage. | :05:39. | :05:40.
The real effect will only come to light as we get into the morning. | :05:41. | :05:44.
The Governor of Texas had warned that this was going to be | :05:45. | :05:47.
an extremely serious storm, and a potential major disaster. | :05:48. | :05:49.
That is, at the moment, certainly possible. | :05:50. | :06:00.
We'll keep you up-to-date with the situation in Texas. | :06:01. | :06:06.

travelling fans there in support of McGregor but will they make a | :11:12. | :11:14.
difference? Do you think he done is the kind of chance against Floyd | :11:15. | :11:20.
Mayweather? Realistically know but this is sport. The good thing about | :11:21. | :11:24.
sport is anything can happen at any given time. You had Usain Bolt | :11:25. | :11:31.
pulling a hamstring. Who'd have thought the Jamaicans would come in | :11:32. | :11:36.
last in the 100 meter relay. I snapped my Achilles tendon in my | :11:37. | :11:39.
last fight against Tony Bellew. I was a huge favourite going into that | :11:40. | :11:43.
fight. Things happen in sport, that's what makes this fight so | :11:44. | :11:49.
intriguing. If both fighters stay healthy I believe there's only one | :11:50. | :11:53.
winner, Floyd Mayweather. Arguably the greatest ever boxer, fighting | :11:54. | :11:57.
someone having their very first boxing match. It's ridiculous to | :11:58. | :12:02.
believe Conor McGregor has a chance. But, when there's so much pride on | :12:03. | :12:09.
the line, when all the Irish, it feels like all of Ireland is over | :12:10. | :12:12.
here. There are so many more Irish fans here than there are four Floyd | :12:13. | :12:16.
Mayweather, and we're in his hometown. I can't wait to be | :12:17. | :12:23.
ringside to see the anticipation. I'm hoping for an entertaining fight | :12:24. | :12:28.
but it can only go one way in my opinion, that's the boxer winning in | :12:29. | :12:30.
a boxing match. How can McGregor do it? He's going | :12:31. | :12:54.
to have to do something that 49 professional boxers couldn't do to | :12:55. | :12:59.
Floyd Mayweather. You'll have to buy past 20 years of experience to do it | :13:00. | :13:03.
all in three months training. It's like the table tennis champion | :13:04. | :13:06.
beating Roger Federer in the tennis match after practising tennis for | :13:07. | :13:12.
three months. It's not really going to happen. Unless Roger Federer | :13:13. | :13:15.
pulled a hamstring and breaks his ankle. There needs to be some type | :13:16. | :13:20.
of injury in this fight for me to believe Conor McGregor has a | :13:21. | :13:25.
legitimate chance. We were watching the way in pictures earlier on. | :13:26. | :13:32.
McGregor was going for the extremely aggressive approach literally | :13:33. | :13:39.
screaming in his face. Do you think any of that kind of attitude will be | :13:40. | :13:43.
in the ring, and could that make any difference? The one thing about | :13:44. | :13:49.
boxing is the more you tried to knock someone out, the less chance | :13:50. | :13:54.
you have of knocking them out. You need to relax. You need to really | :13:55. | :13:59.
let it flow and Conor McGregor doesn't know how to do that. He | :14:00. | :14:04.
doesn't have the experience, he doesn't understand fighting with the | :14:05. | :14:07.
type of rules Floyd Mayweather has been fighting with his whole career. | :14:08. | :14:11.
Fighting with different gloves, the referee. He's used to people kicking | :14:12. | :14:16.
him, choking him out. This is a completely different mindset and | :14:17. | :14:21.
they different pace. It's so different to what he's used to, it's | :14:22. | :14:26.
going to be like a fish out of water. In boxing particularly, all | :14:27. | :14:33.
it takes is one punch. He needs to really and truly get a hole in one | :14:34. | :14:36.
with his first-ever shot on the golf course. It can be done | :14:37. | :14:42.
statistically, there is a chance he could do it. But it really needs to | :14:43. | :14:47.
be... He needs to literally win the lottery with his very first ticket. | :14:48. | :14:51.
There's no doubt that UFC and the profile it's getting is a winner | :14:52. | :14:56.
almost whatever happens. Does it do a discredit to boxing? Not really. | :14:57. | :15:06.
It gets people excited. Boxers are a -- boxing is about entertainment, | :15:07. | :15:10.
and this fight has done it more than any other fight I can think of in | :15:11. | :15:15.
history. This has really captivated the world's imagination. People who | :15:16. | :15:21.
are not boxing fans or MMA fans. People who may never have heard of | :15:22. | :15:25.
MMA know about it because Conor McGregor has really put it on the | :15:26. | :15:29.
map. With his brash talking, his sharp suits and sharp tongue. He's | :15:30. | :15:37.
shown the world what mixed martial arts are. But unfortunately he's | :15:38. | :15:40.
going to have to have a boxing match. It's like Conor McGregor | :15:41. | :15:48.
going into judo, challenging the Olympic gold medallist, challenging | :15:49. | :15:51.
them at judo, having never done it before. Or jujitsu, or karate, or | :15:52. | :16:01.
kick boxing, Thai boxing. These people are seasoned, condition at | :16:02. | :16:04.
that one discipline. He's going to have to somehow bypassed 35 years of | :16:05. | :16:13.
experience in three months. I believe it's too much of a tall | :16:14. | :16:15.
order. David Haye speaking to us from Las | :16:16. | :16:32.
Vegas. The fighters at 4am tomorrow morning. You can follow it all on | :16:33. | :16:36.
five live. The best commentary around. | :16:37. | :16:39.
Here's Matt with a look at this morning's weather. | :16:40. | :16:44.
It's not looking too bad. Let's quickly start with hurricane Harvey. | :16:45. | :16:54.
I want to show you this stunning but terrifying imagery. Notice the | :16:55. | :17:05.
well-defined I. 130 miles an hour winds as that came onshore. The | :17:06. | :17:11.
storm surge just the east of. It has since weakened a but it's still a | :17:12. | :17:19.
fully fledged hurricane. Bringing damaging, destructive winds. The | :17:20. | :17:29.
other feature is rainfall. Notice the bright colours. The storm stays | :17:30. | :17:33.
in Texas. Normally they move off eastwards. These are set to stay. We | :17:34. | :17:43.
could see a metre of rain. It's like 14 months of rainfall condensed into | :17:44. | :17:46.
three or four days. Catastrophic flooding is forecast across the | :17:47. | :17:51.
region. We'll keep you updated as we go throughout the week. In the UK, | :17:52. | :17:58.
much quieter. The only rain we've got to concern ourselves with is a | :17:59. | :18:02.
future was. For a weekend and some of you a bank holiday weekend that, | :18:03. | :18:09.
a dry weather to come. More than yesterday across some parts of | :18:10. | :18:13.
central, southern England and Wales. If you showers across Scotland. | :18:14. | :18:18.
Eastern Scotland could have the odd rumble of thunder. We will see skies | :18:19. | :18:23.
brightening from the West. Most places staying dry. Temperatures | :18:24. | :18:27.
this afternoon in that sunshine is going to feel pleasantly warm up to | :18:28. | :18:35.
25 degrees. Sunscreen needed if you're heading off to Headingley for | :18:36. | :18:39.
England against the West Indies in the second test. Today is fine for | :18:40. | :18:44.
the next few days. Lovely evening in store for the World Cup final | :18:45. | :18:47.
between England and New Zealand in Belfast. Tonight we've got clear | :18:48. | :18:57.
skies across the country. Temperatures across rural parts of | :18:58. | :19:00.
northern England and Scotland could get down to single figures. Into | :19:01. | :19:06.
Sunday if you isolated showers in the West to begin with. More cloud | :19:07. | :19:11.
through the day with occasional rain, drizzle. The rest of the UK | :19:12. | :19:15.
should stay dry all day long. Not completely blue skies everywhere but | :19:16. | :19:20.
when the sunshine breaks through the cloud it's going to feel warm once | :19:21. | :19:24.
again with temperatures in the high teens and low to mid 20s further | :19:25. | :19:27.
south you go. That takes us into Monday. We start to see weather | :19:28. | :19:36.
France working in from the North. While much of England and Wales | :19:37. | :19:43.
starts with sunshine, through the day Scotland and Northern Ireland | :19:44. | :19:46.
was the outbreaks of rain with gusty winds. Wettest conditions on the | :19:47. | :19:55.
hills in western Scotland. Bank holiday Monday and some of the | :19:56. | :19:59.
warmest weather of August so far in the South. | :20:00. | :20:05.
That is quite warm! Time for a look at the newspapers. The former chief | :20:06. | :20:21.
prosecutor for the north-west CPF is joining us to tell us what's caught | :20:22. | :20:26.
his eye. Good morning. We are going to start off with this story about | :20:27. | :20:31.
problems involving the exams system at the poshest school in the | :20:32. | :20:37.
country. I'm sure we've had conversations this week around the | :20:38. | :20:41.
GCSE exams and the A-level exams the week before and how challenging it | :20:42. | :20:52.
is. There is a Deputy head at Eton who it is alleged leaked some of the | :20:53. | :20:56.
questions to fellow colleagues and as a result young people at Eton | :20:57. | :21:01.
were given a substantial advantage. What's happened is not only has he | :21:02. | :21:07.
lost his job, but the young people are going to be assessed on the | :21:08. | :21:11.
basis of their previous performance in early mock exams rather than | :21:12. | :21:17.
having to get the advantage of knowing some of the questions. The | :21:18. | :21:20.
secrecy around the exams is a reason. If the tan offence of any | :21:21. | :21:29.
kind? It can be. You've got to show you've benefited in some way. The | :21:30. | :21:33.
teacher wouldn't have benefited but the school might have benefited. | :21:34. | :21:37.
There could be a potential prosecution somewhere down the line | :21:38. | :21:39.
if you could show there was fraud. In this case it's something he | :21:40. | :21:47.
shouldn't have done. Maybe he didn't intend to but young people have | :21:48. | :21:50.
suffered as a result. As a prosecutor you probably know more | :21:51. | :21:53.
about guns and weapons than you might wish to. Tell us a bit about | :21:54. | :21:57.
the story you've picked up in the mirror. There was a prosecution in | :21:58. | :22:00.
Liverpool of a man in relation to firearms offences and he was given a | :22:01. | :22:05.
substantial sentence when the police located them at his residence. Once | :22:06. | :22:10.
they carried out some ballistic research they found this particular | :22:11. | :22:15.
gun had been used in 19 previous incidents. This specific garden. -- | :22:16. | :22:27.
this specific garden. There's good news. The good is that we've got | :22:28. | :22:33.
such good intelligence around firearms and we are able to manage | :22:34. | :22:37.
the supply generally so it's difficult to get hold of one. The | :22:38. | :22:42.
bad news is when they have one they tend to repeat use it. I've dealt | :22:43. | :22:46.
with several cases in the past, where the same firearm was used. | :22:47. | :22:52.
They use it, they bury it and then another person has access to the gun | :22:53. | :22:57.
when they need it. In this case it's over a seven-year period. It was | :22:58. | :23:01.
used 19 times over a long period of time. Absolutely. They are very | :23:02. | :23:06.
difficult to get hold of, thankfully. But when they have one | :23:07. | :23:10.
they make the greatest used of it. The challenge is to identify where | :23:11. | :23:13.
they are. This one has been taken out of circulation. Sadly they find | :23:14. | :23:18.
another one. This is a picture in The Times which is a pretty famous | :23:19. | :23:23.
picture of Afghanistan in the early 1970s. It appears it's only recently | :23:24. | :23:31.
been revealed to President Trump. When he was standing for election he | :23:32. | :23:34.
made it clear he wasn't going to send any troops into Afghanistan. | :23:35. | :23:37.
America wouldn't be fighting wars of that nature. Last week he announced | :23:38. | :23:42.
they would be sending more troops into Afghanistan. Apparently one of | :23:43. | :23:48.
the major factors was his national security adviser showed him this | :23:49. | :23:52.
picture. This is Afghanistan in 1972. This is women wearing short | :23:53. | :23:57.
skirts, going to university, having a cigarette. The message was, this | :23:58. | :24:03.
is the country that we had. This is the country we can have again if we | :24:04. | :24:08.
allow our troops for the Liberals and those in favour of human rights | :24:09. | :24:13.
to win and succeed, that women will have the rights they are currently | :24:14. | :24:17.
being denied in large parts of Afghanistan. I was born in England | :24:18. | :24:21.
but my father took me to Pakistan over London 1970. We went through | :24:22. | :24:27.
Afghanistan. In those days War hadn't happened. Yes, it was like | :24:28. | :24:30.
this. People freely mixing and moving, having every right to | :24:31. | :24:37.
education, and there's a bit of me that says will never be able to get | :24:38. | :24:45.
back to that kind of situation. That should be our ambition to give women | :24:46. | :24:48.
the rights they are being clearly denied. We often tap into your | :24:49. | :24:53.
expected use from your prosecuting years. We are doing a story about | :24:54. | :24:57.
self driving cars and one of the questions is, if it has a crush, who | :24:58. | :25:08.
is responsible? -- crash. First of all, are you driving it? You'll have | :25:09. | :25:14.
to have a license that enables you to programme software which I think | :25:15. | :25:18.
is a challenge. If you're in control, the law says if you're in | :25:19. | :25:22.
control of the car then you're responsible. What about sitting in | :25:23. | :25:27.
the car? If you're in the drivers seat, even if you're not actually | :25:28. | :25:31.
driving, you are in control of the car. In my view you would be | :25:32. | :25:36.
responsible. You'd have substantial mitigation. You could say someone | :25:37. | :25:40.
has put a virus in that or whatever it is. Ultimately you are the | :25:41. | :25:48.
driver, therefore you are responsible. These are challenging | :25:49. | :25:52.
conversations will be having about whether or not people responsible | :25:53. | :25:57.
given that AI is doing so much. It's fascinating. Self driving cars are | :25:58. | :26:05.
said to be the future. So many unanswered questions surrounding | :26:06. | :26:05.
them. If the vehicle was | :26:06. | :26:08.
involved in an accident, who would be responsible - | :26:09. | :26:10.
the driver or the computer? Insurers are trying to find out | :26:11. | :26:13.
by deliberately crashing On a military base in Switzerland, | :26:14. | :26:25.
important tests are going on. One of the world's biggest insurance | :26:26. | :26:28.
companies is deliberately crashing cars. For the first time, they are | :26:29. | :26:35.
simulating what driverless vehicles might do when things go wrong. Like | :26:36. | :26:39.
if the computer was hacked, so the brakes don't work. This car is | :26:40. | :26:46.
obviously a complete write-off. You can smell that the airbags have | :26:47. | :26:51.
gone. All of the senses are full of data telling them what the car did, | :26:52. | :26:56.
what happened to the driver, and that information will be used to | :26:57. | :26:59.
determine how much insurance will pay in future. Not too many rock | :27:00. | :27:06.
falls in Britain but it is a problem in Switzerland. There's not a lot a | :27:07. | :27:15.
computer can do about this. So what are insurers hoping to learn? We | :27:16. | :27:21.
want to demonstrate that we cannot have the same accident investigation | :27:22. | :27:25.
methods as we had before for autonomous cars. We need to know | :27:26. | :27:30.
whether the driver or the car was in charge of driving the car. And that | :27:31. | :27:36.
is a key question. If a computer is driving, who will be responsible for | :27:37. | :27:40.
the crash? I don't think people need to worry about whether it there for | :27:41. | :27:44.
all the computers fault. The government has decided an insurance | :27:45. | :27:48.
policy will be required. So people will be compensated, and then | :27:49. | :27:52.
insurance companies and motor manufacturers can argue among | :27:53. | :27:55.
themselves in the background. They save the real drama until last. This | :27:56. | :28:00.
next test is about giving the computer a moral dilemma. When an | :28:01. | :28:03.
accident is inevitable, does it hit the person on the quad bike or | :28:04. | :28:12.
someone in a car? The bike is causing the accident but the rider | :28:13. | :28:16.
is more vulnerable, so who should the computer hit? This test, they | :28:17. | :28:23.
simulate a car choosing the rider. It's just a dummy but it's still | :28:24. | :28:33.
hard to watch. Computer driven cars are inevitable, and these tests will | :28:34. | :28:37.
determine how our insurance will work. They already predict premiums | :28:38. | :28:42.
will come down because computers make better drivers than humans. | :28:43. | :28:45.
Richard West got, BBC News, Switzerland. | :28:46. | :28:58.
Let's see what's coming up later in the programme. What do Taylor Swift | :28:59. | :29:14.
and Right said Fred have in common? Rhythm apparently. We ask how their | :29:15. | :29:18.
song inspired her latest track. Hello this is Breakfast, with | :29:19. | :30:06.
Charlie Stayt and Rachel Burden. Coming up before 10, Matt will have | :30:07. | :30:09.
all your weekend weather. But first, at 9:30am, a summary | :30:10. | :30:14.
of this morning's main news. The most powerful storm to strike | :30:15. | :30:19.
mainland America in more than a decade has made | :30:20. | :30:22.
landfall in Texas. Hurricane Harvey has winds | :30:23. | :30:24.
of up to 130 miles per hour and has Some residents are reported to be | :30:25. | :30:27.
trapped inside collapsed buildings. Tens of thousands of | :30:28. | :30:31.
people have lost power. The emergency services said | :30:32. | :30:33.
it was too dangerous Earlier we spoke to the CBS News | :30:34. | :30:35.
reporter Weijia Jiang, who is in Corpus Christi, | :30:36. | :30:43.
where residents were advised to evacuate | :30:44. | :30:45.
as Hurricane Harvey approached. Right now state officials don't have | :30:46. | :31:00.
any numbers for how many evacuated the areas. But seven coastal | :31:01. | :31:04.
counties had mandatory evacuations. That happened already on Thursday | :31:05. | :31:10.
evening and then into Friday. But many people in the other areas chose | :31:11. | :31:18.
to stay in Harvey's pass and didn't want to abandon their homes or | :31:19. | :31:21.
belongings or worry about transporting their children and pets | :31:22. | :31:25.
to another location, so they decided to stay here. And this is what they | :31:26. | :31:29.
are faced with. Frankly, I don't think anybody expected this storm to | :31:30. | :31:34.
get this bad. It only became a category four hurricane late on | :31:35. | :31:38.
Friday and up until then even a three was a surprise to many. So for | :31:39. | :31:43.
it to be a four and making landfall at a four is going to come as a | :31:44. | :31:51.
shock for many people waking up and seeing the damage. I can tell you, | :31:52. | :31:53.
they are probably not getting much sleep because the building even | :31:54. | :31:56.
where we are is shaking a little bit when we are inside, so I imagine | :31:57. | :32:00.
people inside their homes are pretty frightened to experienced such a | :32:01. | :32:06.
devastating storm. It really is a one, two, three punch. You have the | :32:07. | :32:10.
wins and the storm surge of up to 12 feet, plus Harvey is expected to | :32:11. | :32:14.
just sort of hanging out in the area and dump a tremendous amount of | :32:15. | :32:18.
rain, up to three feet, in the area. All those frightening conditions | :32:19. | :32:26.
lead to concerns about downed trees and downed power lines, all the | :32:27. | :32:29.
worst things of the storm coming together, to make this historic for | :32:30. | :32:33.
people. So this is just the beginning. We're not even going to | :32:34. | :32:38.
understand the devastation for days to come, once we seal that flooding | :32:39. | :32:42.
Babin is not only here but other major cities, like Houston, for | :32:43. | :32:45.

I accidentally dropped some raisins on the floor this morning, you might | :33:59. | :34:14.
interested to know. I hadn't realised how sticky they are, when | :34:15. | :34:18.
you accidentally squashed it. That's why I've sat over here now. Can you | :34:19. | :34:25.
hear it? Yes. That is brilliant! Thank you for that. Take us through | :34:26. | :34:30.
the big event happening tonight. An enormous event and it has been | :34:31. | :34:36.
built up and up over the last few days, weeks and months, between | :34:37. | :34:40.
those two men, the face-off. They wade in. A serious side to this. A | :34:41. | :34:44.
lot of people don't think it should have been sanctioned because of the | :34:45. | :34:47.
dolphin experience between Floyd Mayweather... He has fought 487 | :34:48. | :34:55.
professional rounds in boxing. Conor McGregor, a WFC mixed martial arts | :34:56. | :34:59.
champion, he has done a lot of that but no professional boxing. | :35:00. | :35:04.
Some people say this is a freak show, it's been hyped up, it's a | :35:05. | :35:08.
moneymaking exercise and we have fallen for it completely. The very | :35:09. | :35:11.
fact we are even talking about it this morning, it's not a genuine | :35:12. | :35:16.
sporting event. But it has been sanctioned on the growth of UFC, | :35:17. | :35:20.
mixed martial arts, they feel it is a sport in its own right. Conor | :35:21. | :35:24.
McGregor is the figurehead of that sport. Floyd Mayweather, even though | :35:25. | :35:28.
he has been out of the ring for a couple of years, the greatest boxer | :35:29. | :35:31.
of a generation. People want to see these matches and they feel it | :35:32. | :35:35.
publicises boxing and UFC. It depends how this fight goes. It | :35:36. | :35:40.
could damage both sports, it could raise 1's profile more than the | :35:41. | :35:41.
other. I will talk about the seriousness of the | :35:42. | :35:57.
golf in experience. A lot of people think it could be dangerous for | :35:58. | :35:59.
Conor McGregor. UFC can be a brutal sport in its own right and he knows | :36:00. | :36:02.
the dangers of that. Floyd Mayweather is an absolute craftsman | :36:03. | :36:04.
in boxing, an artist. So people are worried. There is a sobering note in | :36:05. | :36:07.
among the hype, it is dangerous. Combat sports can be dangerous, but | :36:08. | :36:10.
it's what we all want to find out. This time tomorrow we will know who | :36:11. | :36:11.
has won. The big question is, | :36:12. | :36:16.
in his first pro Boxing match, can the Mixed Martial Arts | :36:17. | :36:18.
superstar, Connor McGregor beat the greatest boxer | :36:19. | :36:20.
of his generation, Floyd Mayweather? They are both going to earn | :36:21. | :36:22.
a fortune in finding out, Mayweather will make | :36:23. | :36:25.
at least $200 million. The weigh-in, for the junior | :36:26. | :36:26.
heavyweight contest, that's an 11 Thousands of Irish fans have | :36:27. | :36:30.
travelled to Las Vegas Mayweather, at 40, | :36:31. | :36:40.
is 11 years older, but is unbeaten and has come out | :36:41. | :36:42.
of retirement aiming McGregor has promised that the fight | :36:43. | :36:45.
won't go the distance. That's the worse shape I've | :36:46. | :36:52.
ever seen him, he looks I'm going to breeze | :36:53. | :36:54.
through him, trust me on that. There was a lot of talk | :36:55. | :36:58.
about you having trouble making the weight, | :36:59. | :37:00.
you did not... 153, I'm a professional, | :37:01. | :37:02.
I make weight. It's sacrifice, it's | :37:03. | :37:06.
dedication, it's focus, Look at me, I'm in peak | :37:07. | :37:08.
physical condition. I put in the work, as everyone | :37:09. | :37:12.
can tell - I'm ready. It won't go the distance, | :37:13. | :37:16.
mark my words. I just want to thank the fans, | :37:17. | :37:21.
I'm not really worried This will be Conor McGregor's | :37:22. | :37:25.
last fight also. We will see. England won the women's | :37:26. | :37:40.
cricket World Cup last month. This evening the red Roses play in the | :37:41. | :37:43.
final of the Rugby World Cup. Standing in the way, the mighty New | :37:44. | :37:47.
Zealand, the number one ranked team in the world. They are four time | :37:48. | :37:50.
champions, beating them in three finals in a row between 2002-2010, | :37:51. | :37:57.
but England are the current champions, which makes tonight's | :37:58. | :38:00.
match in Belfast and fitting climax to the tournament. | :38:01. | :38:03.
Yeah, pretty excited by the goal we've been waiting for for so long. | :38:04. | :38:06.
The ambition for three years on was to get to this final again, | :38:07. | :38:10.
and it's been up our goal all season with this squad of players | :38:11. | :38:13.
The second test between England and the West Indies has started out as a | :38:14. | :38:24.
much tighter affair. England won by an innings in the first Test that | :38:25. | :38:29.
bowled out for 258 at Headingley yesterday. The Windies' Shannon | :38:30. | :38:34.
Gabriel took four wickets, including Alastair Cook on 11. Kemar Roach | :38:35. | :38:38.
also took four. Joe Root dropped early on but went on to make another | :38:39. | :38:43.
half-century. He was caught for 59. Ben Stokes rescued things. He was | :38:44. | :38:47.
dropped a couple of times, including 98. He held the innings together | :38:48. | :38:51.
with a century before he fell as well. They took one West Indies | :38:52. | :38:56.
wicket before the close. The West Indies will resume on 19-1. | :38:57. | :38:59.
Jimmy said there was a lot on offer for him. | :39:00. | :39:02.
Him and Broady beat the bat a few times. | :39:03. | :39:04.
That was really without them playing any attacking shots. | :39:05. | :39:07.
If anything, they were looking to get through the night. | :39:08. | :39:10.
But when tomorrow comes round, a few more shots will get played, | :39:11. | :39:13.
It's one of the biggest days in the rugby league calendar, | :39:14. | :39:17.
for one of the most prized pieces of silverware in the sport. | :39:18. | :39:24.
Hull are looking to retain the trophy after that thrilling | :39:25. | :39:26.
victory against Warrington last year, their first Wembley win. | :39:27. | :39:29.
The Warriors have their name on the cup more than any club - | :39:30. | :39:32.
victory for them would be their 20th. | :39:33. | :39:37.
I think all the talk externally, greatness and dynasties | :39:38. | :39:41.
and all that, we haven't built it up like that. | :39:42. | :39:43.
We're coming here to win a cup final, that's what we want to do, | :39:44. | :39:47.
all the rest of it will take care of itself. | :39:48. | :39:49.
All the plaudits and the names will follow. | :39:50. | :39:51.
We're going to win, that is the be all and end all. | :39:52. | :39:57.
Very, very assured, not overconfident. | :39:58. | :40:01.
But we've had a great training week this week. | :40:02. | :40:05.
The players are acquitting themselves very, very well. | :40:06. | :40:09.
If we do what we've practiced, and we've stuck to the game plan, | :40:10. | :40:13.
make sure we've got a clear head, we have a chance of getting | :40:14. | :40:16.
a trophy, but it's going to be a massive one for us. | :40:17. | :40:21.
Plenty of football over the weekend. Manchester United and Huddersfield | :40:22. | :40:26.
will be looking to make it three wins out of three three in the | :40:27. | :40:31.
Premier League. United are at home to Leicester, newly promoted | :40:32. | :40:34.
Huddersfield to Southampton. The lunchtime kick off is on the south | :40:35. | :40:38.
coast. Bournemouth are yet to pick up a point this season and have a | :40:39. | :40:40.
tough match against Manchester city. Bournemouth, the team can play | :40:41. | :40:47.
footaball how they want to play. They had a fantastic | :40:48. | :40:49.
season last season. OK, they start with two defeats, | :40:50. | :40:52.
but sometimes that can happen, All the fixtures and match previews | :40:53. | :41:10.

The summer transfer window shuts next Thursday, | :41:12. | :41:17.
and we've seen some massive signings, Neymar leaving Barcelona | :41:18. | :41:23.
for Paris St Germain for ?200 pounds tops them all, | :41:24. | :41:26.
but how about this on the Offical Real madrid Twitter feed early this | :41:27. | :41:29.
morning that caught everyone by surprise? | :41:30. | :41:31.
Have a look at this. What?! | :41:32. | :41:42.
Yes, welcome, Messi. They were hacked. | :41:43. | :41:49.
I was going to say! I was hoping for that reaction. Just to be clear, it | :41:50. | :41:54.
was completely fake. Someone hacked into the official Twitter feed. They | :41:55. | :42:03.
did it before, to PSG. Presumably 30 people were taken in before it was | :42:04. | :42:09.
revealed. It went viral, 27,000 retweets but he is not joining Real | :42:10. | :42:13.
Madrid, Lionel Messi. I think they have had enough bad news losing | :42:14. | :42:18.
Neymar. It just goes to show, none of us are safe! , change that | :42:19. | :42:21.
password. It is 9:42am. Earlier this summer Sajid Javid said | :42:22. | :42:31.
British Muslims must do more than simply condemn terror after a spate | :42:32. | :42:36.
of attacks. Today, hundreds of community | :42:37. | :42:47.
leaders, teachers and business people will meet for | :42:48. | :42:49.
an 'anti-terror' camp in Staffordshire, the aim | :42:50. | :42:50.
to tackle extremism. We're now joined | :42:51. | :42:52.
by Zahid Iqbal, President of Peace Education Programme | :42:53. | :42:54.
and Mariam Khalid, Presumably will be people gathered | :42:55. | :43:00.
at this event are very much aligned to the peaceful message of Islam. | :43:01. | :43:03.
What is the idea? How do you reach the young men and women, and we're | :43:04. | :43:08.
talking a tiny minority of them, who are hearing a different message? It | :43:09. | :43:15.
is a tiny minority that they cause such havoc, as they did at | :43:16. | :43:18.
Manchester Arena up the road a few months ago. It's a really important | :43:19. | :43:23.
problem we need to address. As you say, we have 500 young people, | :43:24. | :43:32.
community leaders and imams coming to this. We want them to learn about | :43:33. | :43:36.
extremism on what the counter narratives are, so they can go back | :43:37. | :43:41.
to their communities, to their mosques, schools and universities | :43:42. | :43:46.
and so on, and where ever they may encounter extremist discussions, | :43:47. | :43:49.
they can counter it through reasoned discussion and debate and so on. You | :43:50. | :43:55.
mentioned imams. Isn't part of the issue, in many different Muslim | :43:56. | :44:02.
communities in the UK, imams are older men. We know the Muslim | :44:03. | :44:06.
population in the UK is young. In fact it is very female as well. We | :44:07. | :44:12.
need those young female voices to be heard and to be strong, don't we? | :44:13. | :44:16.
That is a brilliant point. In terms of this particular training event | :44:17. | :44:23.
that is being organised, over half I would say our female participants. | :44:24. | :44:27.
So it is very much something that as Muslim women we are at the forefront | :44:28. | :44:34.
of not just gaining knowledge about the theological debate, in terms of | :44:35. | :44:40.
when you do have people who are using... As you mentioned earlier, | :44:41. | :44:44.
using phrases and taking them out of context and being able to counter | :44:45. | :44:47.
that. And for the future generations as well. We see mothers | :44:48. | :44:52.
especially... Mothers, it is more than that, it's mothers, | :44:53. | :44:56.
girlfriends... I once heard, and I'm sure this is a very basic theory but | :44:57. | :45:00.
the best way to protect a teenage boy from extremism is to give him a | :45:01. | :45:07.
job and girlfriend. There are many motivations, actually, that drive | :45:08. | :45:12.
these people to become extremists. I think what's really important about | :45:13. | :45:19.
this event is its community event and it's a grassroots organisation, | :45:20. | :45:21.
very much bottom-up rather than top-down imposed by the government. | :45:22. | :45:23.
We selected the hashtag #JihadAgainstTheJihadis. We | :45:24. | :45:39.
don't want our Baghdadi being the role model for Muslims. We want | :45:40. | :45:42.
positive role models who can promote Islam as it should be seen, as a | :45:43. | :45:48.
religion of peace, tolerance, love for humanity and service for | :45:49. | :45:52.
humanity. Mariam, you are a teacher. Help us break this down from a | :45:53. | :45:56.
talking shop, albeit an important one with a lot of people invited, to | :45:57. | :46:01.
something that works in a community. You are in a classroom, and you hear | :46:02. | :46:07.
things that strike you, in whatever way, as being something you're not | :46:08. | :46:10.
sure about. What gives you the confidence to know when to say | :46:11. | :46:14.
something to somebody else, when you can just wait and watch? How do you | :46:15. | :46:19.
get those decisions right? We hear time and time again that people say | :46:20. | :46:22.
afterwards, they heard something, they heard some attitudes or | :46:23. | :46:26.
something but nothing was done? It's a difficult situation and we have to | :46:27. | :46:31.
be honest about it. It's not a black and white situation and there are a | :46:32. | :46:35.
lot of times where you are thinking, is this situation one where I should | :46:36. | :46:39.
take it forward or not? I think through having more knowledge, in | :46:40. | :46:44.
myself personally, speaking for myself, going to events such as | :46:45. | :46:50.
this, and for me becoming more confident in the theological debate | :46:51. | :46:54.
and the backing that is behind the extremist mindset, if I can | :46:55. | :46:57.
understand that more myself and I know how to counter it, I'm putting | :46:58. | :47:02.
myself in a better position. Theological arguments, they might | :47:03. | :47:04.
not have much to do with something new here. It could be something | :47:05. | :47:09.
slightly divorced from the debate were talking about, it will be | :47:10. | :47:12.
something else altogether, couldn't it? There could be, lots of factors | :47:13. | :47:18.
contribute to this, social, economic. Schools are in the | :47:19. | :47:21.
community, so it's not just the pupils, you have to look at what | :47:22. | :47:25.
kind of families, what kind of areas the schools are in. It is having | :47:26. | :47:31.
that open conversation, I think, not pointing fingers essentially, but | :47:32. | :47:35.
creating that space as teachers, work colleagues working together | :47:36. | :47:40.
with community members, with parents, with community leaders... | :47:41. | :47:44.
And social media, the often distorted information online. | :47:45. | :47:50.
Thank you both for your time this morning. We'll take a look at the | :47:51. | :47:55.
weather now. Looking pretty good for the Bank Holiday weekend? Not words | :47:56. | :48:02.
you would think you would say so far in this month of August. | :48:03. | :48:07.
But yes, the weekend and the Bank Holiday for some is shaping up quite | :48:08. | :48:10.
well. There will be some splashes of rain and showers to come but the | :48:11. | :48:14.
emphasis will be on a lot of dry weather. Once the sun is out it | :48:15. | :48:18.
should feel pleasantly warm. This is the latest satellite imagery. More | :48:19. | :48:22.
ploughed compared to yesterday in the Bristol Channel through to East | :48:23. | :48:26.
Anglia. The odd shower and spot of rain. Heavier showers in | :48:27. | :48:29.
Aberdeenshire and Moray Firth at the moment. A small risk of some | :48:30. | :48:35.
thunder. Perhaps the odd shower elsewhere. Into the afternoon across | :48:36. | :48:38.
northern and eastern England, but very few in number. Most of you stay | :48:39. | :48:42.
dry during the day. Even if you start with cloud, some sunny | :48:43. | :48:47.
moments. Once the sun is out, winds are lighter from the south-west and | :48:48. | :48:52.
will feel pleasantly warm. 201125 for some. If you're going to Leeds | :48:53. | :48:59.
Festival, sunny and dry, and by Monday at the bidding Festival it is | :49:00. | :49:02.
going to get a good deal hotter, with more in the way of sunshine. -- | :49:03. | :49:08.
Reading Festival. Any showers we do have will fade away. Tonight around | :49:09. | :49:11.
England's channel and the western coast, there may be the odd isolated | :49:12. | :49:16.
shower. The vast majority will stay dry. Temperatures in rural parts | :49:17. | :49:21.
down in single figures but mostly double figures, mid-teens to start | :49:22. | :49:27.
Sunday. If you missed on fog patches. Some isolated showers in | :49:28. | :49:31.
the West, cloud in the Highlands and some patches of drizzle. Most of it | :49:32. | :49:35.
will have a dry Sunday, even a little more sunshine here and there | :49:36. | :49:39.
compared with today. Accordingly, temperatures up a degree or so. | :49:40. | :49:43.
Notting Hill Carnival, if that is in your sites, bright sunshine to go | :49:44. | :49:48.
with the bright costumes. Hot by Monday. | :49:49. | :49:51.
Similar sort of weather in Leeds but it will cloud over on Monday after a | :49:52. | :49:55.
bright start due to these weather fronts. We're not going to be | :49:56. | :49:59.
sailing through the weekend quite so plain sailing, but there will be | :50:00. | :50:03.
some rain and gusty wind pushing into Scotland and Northern Ireland. | :50:04. | :50:06.
Heaviest of rain on the hills of western Scotland. That will stop the | :50:07. | :50:11.
temperatures rising too much, 17-18, not bad for this time of year. | :50:12. | :50:14.
Further south, starting with sunshine. Cloud in the West but we | :50:15. | :50:18.
stick with the blue skies overhead in East Anglia and the south-east. | :50:19. | :50:23.
Here, some of the warmest conditions of August so far. 28 Celsius, 82 | :50:24. | :50:30.
Fahrenheit. Enjoy your Saturday. Lovely, thank you. 9:50am now. | :50:31. | :50:34.

shares his latest sporting challenge, this week's has to be one | :50:37. | :50:38.
You would be forgiven for thinking goats and yoga have nothing | :50:39. | :50:47.
in common, but as Mike has been | :50:48. | :50:49.
finding out the two work rather well together... | :50:50. | :50:51.
This is all about broadening your horizons. | :50:52. | :50:52.
There are so many new ways to practise yoga these days, | :50:53. | :50:57.
for example on a paddle board in Devon. | :50:58. | :50:59.
But the class here have also been introduced to an even stranger | :51:00. | :51:02.
We all know how good yoga is for you, spiritually | :51:03. | :51:08.
What in Devon, they now like to do things differently. | :51:09. | :51:18.
They want to bring out the animal in us. | :51:19. | :51:26.
Teacher, Donna, has over 70 animal names for her class's yoga | :51:27. | :51:31.
positions, but this summer she has been combining animal bonding | :51:32. | :51:34.
with yoga moves by introducing pygmy goats to her classes. | :51:35. | :51:41.
We're combining all of the amazing benefits of a standard yoga practice | :51:42. | :51:45.
along with the benefits of animal therapy. | :51:46. | :51:50.
There's research to prove that animal therapy, | :51:51. | :51:53.
when you are with animals and stroking animal, it helps | :51:54. | :51:56.
to reduce the cortisol in the body, so the stress response | :51:57. | :51:59.
within the body, and it also helps to increase | :52:00. | :52:02.
the oxytocin and dopamine chemicals, happy hormones. | :52:03. | :52:05.
This does focus the mind on other things, so you're still trying to do | :52:06. | :52:08.
the yoga poses but you're concentrating on bonding | :52:09. | :52:11.
There is no evidence and it's not being suggested that the goats | :52:12. | :52:17.
enhance the physical benefits of yoga in any way when they're | :52:18. | :52:20.
treading on your back, they're certainly not trained | :52:21. | :52:25.
masseurs, but they do bring laughter to a session. | :52:26. | :52:27.
I think it's the blonde hair, maybe it looks like straw! | :52:28. | :52:34.
I'm not sure it helps a great deal, but it's good for the concentration | :52:35. | :52:37.
because you have to work really hard not to fall over | :52:38. | :52:40.
When the hooves go into you it's therapeutic, like a massage ball. | :52:41. | :52:46.
It's funny and funny makes you happy. | :52:47. | :52:53.
I've done laughing yoga before but you have to sort | :52:54. | :52:56.
Goat yoga was first started in America by a farmer who claimed | :52:57. | :53:01.
the goats were making her feel better from an autoimmune illness, | :53:02. | :53:03.
and the consensus here was that the goats were beneficial | :53:04. | :53:06.
You could be doing Pilates or press ups, whatever. | :53:07. | :53:21.
We end up in the sleeping dog pose, when the goats are naturally | :53:22. | :53:24.
attracted to us, to come and sleep on us as well, maybe. | :53:25. | :53:27.
I've never known a yoga class to be so interactive! | :53:28. | :53:31.
Normally you zone out and go into your own world, | :53:32. | :53:33.
I have seen that a few times now. Obviously it looks lovely and cute | :53:34. | :53:51.
but for some people it would be a nightmare? And also sitting in a | :53:52. | :53:56.
slightly vulnerable position, right underneath the goat's... If it | :53:57. | :53:59.
works, it works! It is 9:53am. Pop superstar Taylor Swift was under | :54:00. | :54:02.
two-years-old when Right Said Fred's hit I'm Too Sexy was dominating | :54:03. | :54:05.
the airwaves in the summer of 1991. And yet, if you listen closely | :54:06. | :54:08.
to Swift's new single, Look What You Made Me Do, | :54:09. | :54:14.
you may recognise a familiar beat. # Ooh, look what you made me do, | :54:15. | :54:18.
Look what you made me do Yes, Taylor Swift's new single, | :54:19. | :54:30.
which currently sits at number one on the download charts, | :54:31. | :55:17.
incorporates the riff We can speak to Richard Fairbrass | :55:18. | :55:19.
from 'Right Said Fred'. How are you this morning? Fine, how | :55:20. | :55:29.
are you? Where did you hear this question at the phrase is | :55:30. | :55:34.
interpolation of your particular track. Explain that for us. If it | :55:35. | :55:41.
was a sample, they'd be lifting a piece of the original track and then | :55:42. | :55:44.
pasting it into something that they were doing. That's not what they've | :55:45. | :55:48.
done here, this is an interpolation, just taking a musical section and | :55:49. | :55:55.
reinterpreting it to their own particular song. As you can hear, | :55:56. | :56:00.
they've taken the meter as much as anything. Richard, tell us, did | :56:01. | :56:04.
Taylor Swift get in touch and ask in advance, what was the process? They | :56:05. | :56:09.
told us what they wanted to do and we were very cool with it. Our | :56:10. | :56:14.
position has always been that the song, and it sounds a bit precious | :56:15. | :56:18.
to say this, the song is always more important than anything that gets in | :56:19. | :56:23.
the way of the song. The song is not guilty of anything, so you just let | :56:24. | :56:27.
the song do it. Our decision was let them get on with it and let them do | :56:28. | :56:30.
what they want to do. They've been great. I got a huge bunch of flowers | :56:31. | :56:35.
from Taylor Swift in my house. I can see them right now, a massive bunch | :56:36. | :56:40.
of flowers from Taylor Swift and Jack, who produced the album. | :56:41. | :56:43.
They've been great, and all the people who represent her have been | :56:44. | :56:48.
very community give, friendly and relaxed. The whole thing has been so | :56:49. | :56:53.
easy. -- very communicative. Her trying to move her music in a | :56:54. | :56:58.
different direction, do you like it? What was interesting, when I first | :56:59. | :57:04.
heard the track, I went to the lyric video because lyrics are really | :57:05. | :57:07.
important to me. I wanted to see what she was saying. What I liked | :57:08. | :57:11.
about the lyrics is they were quite dark, quite angry, quite cynical. In | :57:12. | :57:20.
my head I imagine her standing over somebody with a knife, singing that. | :57:21. | :57:28.
I liked it, because it's dark. I tell you what Richard, I can say now | :57:29. | :57:32.
because I don't think Taylor Swift is listening watching, I prefer your | :57:33. | :57:37.
version! I like its tongue in cheek. I hope you're going to make some | :57:38. | :57:42.
cash out of it! Funnily enough, hand on heart, I | :57:43. | :57:45.
haven't even thought about the money. Yesterday but the phone down | :57:46. | :57:51.
and I thought, yes, of course, it's a writing credit. But one main | :57:52. | :57:58.
thing, we did a festival in Thornbury this year and our ambition | :57:59. | :58:03.
is to get out to North America and other territories and do lots of | :58:04. | :58:07.
live work. This will only help. Good luck Richard, thank you for speaking | :58:08. | :58:11.
to us. Just before I let you go, in terms | :58:12. | :58:17.
of the interest in your song, have there been more downloads of it? | :58:18. | :58:23.
They're probably has. I'm still a pigeon post type bloke. Its pen and | :58:24. | :58:29.
pencil for me. I do twitter, that's as much as I do, my brother does all | :58:30. | :58:33.
the technical stuff. If there has been a spike in downloads, I would | :58:34. | :58:37.
know it. She can't really do that gravelly delivery you hard. I'm not | :58:38. | :58:42.
sure what you call it, that style of singing, she can't do that. If she | :58:43. | :58:46.
smoked 80 cigarettes sedation might be able to! LAUGHTER | :58:47. | :58:51.
But right now she can't. Richard, thank you very much. | :58:52. | :58:55.
Clearly enjoying himself, that's it from all of us. I will be back on | :58:56. | :59:01.
BBC One at six o'clock tomorrow with Roger. | :59:02. | :59:02.
Until then, from everyone here, goodbye. | :59:03. | :59:07. |
