Flames soon spread to plastic on the roof, on to a car | :01:12. | :01:17.
We noticed some black smoke appearing from behind | :01:18. | :01:21.
the greenhouses and then there was some | :01:22. | :01:26.
The smoke got a lot worse, billowing up into the sky. | :01:27. | :01:41.
No-one was hurt in the fire, but it took 19 firefighters | :01:42. | :01:45.

into the bed of the woman and assaulted her while she thought | :02:58. | :02:59.
The trial is expected to last four days in Jersey's Royal Court. | :03:00. | :03:04.
This is not the archetypal rape case of struggling | :03:05. | :03:09.
and shouting to stop, the court was told | :03:10. | :03:13.
by the prosecution, but it was still rape, | :03:14. | :03:15.
with the traumatic consequences associated with it. | :03:16. | :03:20.
On this the first day of the trial, we heard | :03:21. | :03:22.
In front of the jury of six men and six women, | :03:23. | :03:35.
she told the court what happened last summer. | :03:36. | :03:38.

Plenty Of Fish, where her profile made it clear she was not adverse | :03:42. | :03:44.
to meeting for a relationship with no strings attached. | :03:45. | :03:46.
She and another man started messaging and, while on a night out | :03:47. | :03:49.
with friends on July 29 last year, the two messaged and met up. | :03:50. | :03:52.
When they met up, Kevin Irving was also with the man. | :03:53. | :03:55.
They went to a property in St Helier. | :03:56. | :03:57.
The victim said she was happy to go back with the man, | :03:58. | :04:00.
while Kevin Irving planned to call a taxi from the house. | :04:01. | :04:03.
But in the hours following, the prosecution claims, | :04:04. | :04:05.
while vulnerable, in bed and in the dark, the woman | :04:06. | :04:07.
was assaulted and raped by Kevin Irving, when the other man | :04:08. | :04:10.
The victim said she only realised it was someone else | :04:11. | :04:13.
when there was shouting and the door opened. | :04:14. | :04:24.
She left the property in a state of shock and reported to the rape | :04:25. | :04:28.
to a policeman she found on the street. | :04:29. | :04:30.

Previously the land was un-restricted, leading | :05:29. | :05:33.
to numerous complaints about bad parking and blocked rights of way. | :05:34. | :05:36.
The minister responsible said the only solution | :05:37. | :05:40.
was to class them as main roads, so they can be more tighly | :05:41. | :05:45.

Fathers who have run away from children, | :07:31. | :07:33.
who have been thrown away, And for them, that is a painful | :07:34. | :07:38.
thing, but thank God, they are young and can easily | :07:39. | :07:40.
So, all we are trying to say is, it doesn't matter how bad things were, | :07:41. | :07:45.
And it was well received by these students. | :07:46. | :07:50.

Good evening. We've had some lovely weather again today. Lots of | :08:42. | :09:03.
sunshine to enjoy. This picture was taken by one of our weather | :09:04. | :09:11.
watchers. The model is very similar. Fine and dry. Sunshine again but | :09:12. | :09:16.
more in the way of cloud drifting towards is in the second half of the | :09:17. | :09:21.
day. Light once again coming from the East but there are weather | :09:22. | :09:24.
fronts trying to get to us from the north over the next 24 hours or so. | :09:25. | :09:29.
By the time they get too as they had to pass through this area of high | :09:30. | :09:32.
pressure and weakening of the wail of the travel south. Little, if | :09:33. | :09:37.
anything, up for us to see, in terms of those weather fronts. Changes are | :09:38. | :09:42.
in store as it moved towards the end of the week end and into the early | :09:43. | :09:49.
fine for the islands. The cloud that fine for the islands. The cloud that | :09:50. | :09:53.
we have seen from today across parts of the island and the central part | :09:54. | :10:01.
of England may header we tomorrow. It likely will not last. Easterly | :10:02. | :10:06.
winds, clear skies of making the fairly cold night again, with | :10:07. | :10:10.
temperatures as low as four Celsius. A brief touch of Frost. Tomorrow | :10:11. | :10:15.
model is a lovely day, plenty of that sunshine but a bit more in the | :10:16. | :10:19.
way of cloud coming in from the North later in the day. 12 Celsius | :10:20. | :10:28.
the maximum temperature. Here's the board as we head into the end of the | :10:29. | :10:33.
league and the weekend. Some were weather on Friday, rather cloudy on | :10:34. | :10:37.
Saturday, that we can weather front, fine on Sunday but the weather front | :10:38. | :10:41.
arriving on Monday. More chance of some rain. | :10:42. | :10:42.
That's your news this Wednesday evening. | :10:43. | :10:43.
BBC Radio Guernsey and Jersey will have bulletins from 6am | :10:44. | :10:46.
tomorrow and I'll be back at 6.30pm tomorrow. | :10:47. | :10:48.
going into the weekend as well. A similar story across the UK. Thomas | :10:49. | :11:02.
matter has that story. Good evening, before we get to the | :11:03. | :11:13.
forecast, I want to show you a map which depicts how dry it has been | :11:14. | :11:19.
during the course of April. Brown is below average rainfall, blue is | :11:20. | :11:24.
above average. You can see how Brown the map is. Some areas in the south, | :11:25. | :11:28.
some counties have only seen a few percent so far in April. Not | :11:29. | :11:34.
necessarily a good thing at all. The rest of the week, not an awful lot | :11:35. | :11:38.
of change, a fair bit of cloud and just a bit warmer but only | :11:39. | :11:41.
marginally. The clouds are | :11:42. | :11:42. |
