This is East Midlands Today with Anne Davies and me Quentin Rayner. | :00:05. | :00:08.
Tonight, after the riot, the vandals are read the riot act. | :00:08. | :00:13.
After two night of violence, justice is swift. Hundreds of | :00:14. | :00:16.
people have appeared at Nottingham magistrates' court today, the | :00:16. | :00:18.
youngest an 11 year-old girl who has pleaded guilty to criminal | :00:19. | :00:24.
damage. Also, a wall of shame, the rioters wanted by police to face up | :00:24. | :00:29.
for their crimes. And after the extraordinary disturbances in the | :00:29. | :00:33.
East Midlands, MPs tell the Prime Minister what is needed now to stop | :00:33. | :00:40.
this happening again. In other news, the man who lost his | :00:41. | :00:47.
wife, and the thieves who stole their jewellery. They are my | :00:48. | :00:52.
precious memories from the last two years of our marriage. It is | :00:52. | :01:02.
:01:02. | :01:07. | ||
Good evening and welcome to Thursday's programme. First tonight | :01:07. | :01:10.
it's been a day when reality caught it's been a day when reality caught | :01:10. | :01:11.
up with the rioters, when they appeared in court to face the | :01:11. | :01:16.
consequences. Among them, an 11 year-old girl, who admitted going | :01:16. | :01:19.
out with a gang of up to thirty youths in Nottingham who were | :01:19. | :01:23.
throwing missiles and damaging buildings. The city's magistrates | :01:23. | :01:28.
court is still dealing with dozens of people accused of being involved. | :01:28. | :01:38.
:01:38. | :01:43. | ||
Our reporter is there. They are struggling to press the court is | :01:43. | :01:51.
still sitting here in Nottingham. A total of 502 people have been now | :01:51. | :01:57.
arrested. 61 of them have now been charged. The police have told us | :01:57. | :02:02.
that they had charged 15 people with that firebombing incident at | :02:02. | :02:07.
the police station on Tuesday night. The charges include arson with | :02:07. | :02:11.
intent, and a violent disorder. Many of the people who have been | :02:11. | :02:16.
caught up in this, and who have appeared here at the magistrates' | :02:16. | :02:25.
court our children. Beyond this one of them was 11-year-old. | :02:25. | :02:31.
11-year-old and part of this mayhem. We cannot identify the girl. She | :02:31. | :02:34.
appeared that Nottingham magistrates' court after two nights | :02:34. | :02:42.
in the cells. She pleaded guilty to two charges, -- criminal damage, | :02:42. | :02:48.
and attempted criminal damage. She was part of a 30 strong a gang who | :02:48. | :02:52.
threw missiles and caused the damage. The judge asked her what | :02:52. | :02:57.
she thought about getting caught up in this. She said she was being a | :02:57. | :03:03.
don, she said she would join in. She said she did not know how | :03:03. | :03:09.
serious this was. As she was referred to a youth attending a | :03:09. | :03:14.
panel, others took their turn in the dock. They were distinctive in | :03:14. | :03:21.
their police issued jogging bottoms, T-shirts and plimsolls. The obvious | :03:21. | :03:28.
person charged was 44-year-old. Charges range from a public order | :03:28. | :03:33.
offences, to criminal damage. The judge had harsh words for those who | :03:33. | :03:39.
appeared before him. He shouted at 24-year-old Craigie Cave. He told | :03:40. | :03:46.
him to get a life, and sort himself out. He said -- he asked him | :03:46. | :03:52.
whether he felt ashamed of themselves. He said these yobbos | :03:52. | :03:59.
were viewed as Gummer by the public. The judge has faced criticism over | :03:59. | :04:04.
the sentences. He said if he wants someone to blame, go and see the | :04:04. | :04:09.
government, do not blame if the judges and magistrates to do their | :04:09. | :04:12.
job for Professor -- profession League and with the guidelines laid | :04:12. | :04:20.
down. The Justice Secretary, Ken Clarke, was asked about those | :04:20. | :04:24.
guidelines. He said although he did not agree, he did have some | :04:24. | :04:30.
sympathy with the judges. He would prefer the judges to use their | :04:30. | :04:34.
common sense, and follow their own judgment. The court here at | :04:34. | :04:38.
Nottingham is still processing many of those cases from the people who | :04:38. | :04:46.
have been charged, they will continue to do so until they have | :04:46. | :04:49.
Well the court is still sitting here at Nottingham as the system | :04:49. | :04:52.
struggles to process the dozens of people charge over the rioting in | :04:52. | :04:59.
the city. In Leicester, there wa handful of | :04:59. | :05:05.
arrests. Today the police released pictures of people they wanted to | :05:05. | :05:08.
identify. The police were not taking any | :05:08. | :05:13.
chances last night. Children coming into Leicester city centre were | :05:13. | :05:18.
being stopped and searched. The teenagers who brought by eczema had | :05:18. | :05:22.
their tyres let down. It was never going to be popular, but his was an | :05:22. | :05:27.
effective message. They said they would take our bikes to be did not | :05:27. | :05:36.
leave the area. I saw an adult walking about with a hood. They are | :05:36. | :05:44.
telling us to calm down and go home. After what happened the night | :05:44. | :05:51.
before police needed to get tough. On Tuesday they needed it riot dear. | :05:51. | :05:56.
They are to the damage was caught on camera. Today Leicestershire | :05:56. | :06:03.
Police released these pictures from CCTV. They hope the public will | :06:03. | :06:09.
help them identify them. Many youths have been arrested, there | :06:09. | :06:13.
has been huge public presser pourri hardline response. There were | :06:13. | :06:19.
questions about the causes. There is a lack of things to do. There is | :06:19. | :06:29.
:06:29. | :06:30. | ||
a lack opportunities. There are no jobs, that does not excuse it. | :06:30. | :06:35.
Obviously there is a definite reason behind it. This is not a -- | :06:35. | :06:39.
this is not behaviour of people who think they have a bright future. | :06:39. | :06:44.
They think they have nothing to lose. Two trucks were set on fire | :06:45. | :06:49.
near the city centre, it turned out to be an isolated incident. Most | :06:49. | :06:59.
:06:59. | :07:05. | ||
people will be hoping that it stays that way. | :07:05. | :07:08.
It's been a busy day in the courts and also at Westminster where | :07:08. | :07:11.
Parliament was recalled. It gave MP's from the East Midlands their | :07:11. | :07:14.
first opportunity to question the Prime Minister on the government's | :07:14. | :07:16.
response to the disturbances. Our Political Editor John Hess is there | :07:16. | :07:25.
for us tonight. So John, what has been said so far? MPs want to take | :07:25. | :07:30.
part of this emergency debate even though it is part a recess. They | :07:31. | :07:34.
want answers, and a degree of certainty about what is happening | :07:34. | :07:44.
:07:44. | :07:45. | ||
next. Does he seem to excuse his behaviour as down to bad economic | :07:45. | :07:54.
are blurred. They are excusing poor behaviour. We need to see spending | :07:54. | :07:59.
on the police, and the fire service, and the much-maligned back office | :07:59. | :08:07.
staff. We need those teams TBL to respond effectively. Officers were | :08:07. | :08:11.
reluctant to use force. What a assurances can he give them if they | :08:11. | :08:16.
have to use force? The Prime Minister has said that CCTV has | :08:16. | :08:21.
proved highly valuable, can explain of how it will be easier for | :08:21. | :08:30.
committees to get more CCTV? With me outside our Parliament are | :08:30. | :08:36.
too experienced ministers, Alan Duncan, and Vernon Coaker. I was | :08:36. | :08:41.
struck by the measured tone from MPs, very little political point- | :08:41. | :08:45.
scoring, what do you think it needs to be done to address this problem? | :08:46. | :08:50.
It is right that Parliament came back, and I think this unity is a | :08:50. | :08:57.
good thing. I can assure people we have a firm grip on this. Although | :08:57. | :09:01.
it Vernon Coaker would like a public inquiry, I do not want to | :09:01. | :09:05.
see a load of men in suits sitting on a panel. There I think this | :09:05. | :09:10.
place needs to work, all of MPs need to work out why so many young | :09:10. | :09:16.
people do not know the difference between right and wrong. Why is | :09:16. | :09:20.
that keeping? I cannot answer that in at two minutes, it is a lot of | :09:20. | :09:25.
things, family breakdown, the lack of good schools, the lack of fear | :09:25. | :09:29.
and a priority. He is a combination of all those things are I'm going | :09:29. | :09:35.
to bring in Vernon Coaker, while we bring up a young people who do not | :09:35. | :09:41.
have any respect for discipline? Quite a lot of young people do. The | :09:42. | :09:47.
appalling thing that we saw on our television screens show that for a | :09:47. | :09:52.
minority there is a significant problem. We need to understand why | :09:52. | :10:02.
:10:02. | :10:03. | ||
that is. We need an inquiry, we need to look at families. It is | :10:03. | :10:06.
important that we say we are pleased with the policing that was | :10:06. | :10:15.
taking place across Nottinghamshire. I'm worried about the police cuts, | :10:15. | :10:23.
resources are in issue. Swift - the -- twist just were a. We need to | :10:23. | :10:29.
cease with the justice. We need severe sentences that are given to | :10:29. | :10:39.
:10:39. | :10:40. | ||
the perpetrators. Thank you very much indeed. | :10:40. | :10:42.
$$NEWLINEYou're watching East Midlands Today from the BBC. | :10:42. | :10:45.
Sport's on its way when we find out why Derbyshire's coming to | :10:45. | :10:51.
Nottinghamshire, and we're not talking cricket. Ironing the depths | :10:51. | :11:01.
of Derbyshire, I'm about to go in there. | :11:01. | :11:04.
An investigation is underway into a suspected arson attack at a former | :11:04. | :11:08.
pub in Derby. The Old Sherwood Foresters pub on St Thomas Road - | :11:08. | :11:11.
which dates back to 1836 - is currently being converted into a | :11:11. | :11:14.
Sikh temple. Firefighters were called here late last night. | :11:14. | :11:18.
Derbyshire Police say at the moment they're not linking the fire to the | :11:18. | :11:22.
disorder in the city earlier this week. | :11:22. | :11:25.
A 24 year old man from Arnold appeared in court earlier today, | :11:25. | :11:28.
charged with manslaughter. 29 year- old Shane Lee was found unconscious | :11:28. | :11:33.
on Hallams Lane in Arnold on Sunday morning. He later died in hospital | :11:33. | :11:37.
from head injuries. The 24 year old has been bailed but will appear at | :11:37. | :11:40.
Nottingham Crown Court on the 25th August. A second man remains on | :11:40. | :11:47.
bail pending enquiries. Thieves who broke into a house to | :11:47. | :11:49.
steal jewellery have wreaked more damage than even they probably | :11:49. | :11:52.
intended. Andrew Dickenson's house in Leicestershire was broken into | :11:52. | :11:55.
yesterday and all his dead wife's jewellery has been stolen. He says | :11:55. | :11:58.
every piece taken is a memory of his wife Michelle and he's | :11:58. | :12:08.
:12:08. | :12:12. | ||
desperate to have them back. From There are work men at Andrew | :12:12. | :12:16.
Dickenson's House today, installing a new alarm system. But it has come | :12:17. | :12:21.
too late to save his wife's jewellery. Wings, bangles and | :12:21. | :12:25.
bracelets - each one a precious memory. It is particularly | :12:25. | :12:30.
upsetting because my wife passed away in January this year. I am | :12:30. | :12:34.
still coming to terms with that and to be faced now with the loss of | :12:34. | :12:40.
precious memories is heartbreaking. Michel's death is still very raw | :12:40. | :12:45.
for Andrew and for their two children. The jury was a memento of | :12:45. | :12:49.
32 years of married life. favourite piece was a bring that we | :12:49. | :12:55.
bought in Lake Garda. -- a you ring up. At the funeral director's, we | :12:55. | :12:59.
had to ask for that to be removed from her body because it was the | :12:59. | :13:05.
most treasured possession she had. And you wanted it? I wanted it back | :13:05. | :13:09.
and now I don't have it any more. Police have asked pawnbrokers to be | :13:09. | :13:12.
on the lookout for people trying to sell large amounts of gold | :13:12. | :13:18.
jewellery. Andrew just wants some or any of the pieces returned. | :13:18. | :13:23.
Called his treasure, basically. My wife was a treasure. You could | :13:23. | :13:28.
write a story on every single one. We went to the jewellery Quarter in | :13:28. | :13:32.
Birmingham especially to buy her memorable pieces of jewellery and | :13:32. | :13:35.
now we don't have them any more because some person has invaded my | :13:35. | :13:41.
world. This is East Midlands Today. Next | :13:41. | :13:45.
tonight, four people have appeared in court in connection with | :13:45. | :13:50.
fraudulently claiming more than 220,000 in benefits. Two people | :13:50. | :13:55.
were sent to prison. Leicester City Council says the cases highlight | :13:55. | :14:00.
how big the problem is. The judge described the actions of | :14:01. | :14:05.
the two people as cheating the public. The pair, from Leicester, | :14:05. | :14:10.
both pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to benefit fraud Podmore | :14:10. | :14:15.
than 75,000. They admitted owning a home Jaqueline claimed to have | :14:15. | :14:21.
rented. What some went on to claim income support as a lone parent, | :14:21. | :14:25.
housing and council tax. council take a very tough stance | :14:25. | :14:30.
and we have a zero-tolerance policy of benefit fraud. Over the last six | :14:30. | :14:34.
years, the investigations team have been in the top 10 councils in the | :14:34. | :14:39.
country. There is was not be any benefit fraud case heard today. | :14:39. | :14:45.
After a trial, a woman was found guilty of forgery claiming 62,000 | :14:45. | :14:52.
of benefits. Meanwhile, another woman pleaded guilty to dishonestly | :14:52. | :14:56.
claiming 84,000 of benefits. Leicester City Council says people | :14:56. | :15:02.
simply cannot get away with it, but today's cases are just the tip of | :15:02. | :15:06.
the iceberg. The court was told that Watson, who used to be a | :15:06. | :15:10.
school governor, and Bates, will have to sell their home and the | :15:10. | :15:16.
money will be repaid. The judge sentenced Watson to 16 months in | :15:16. | :15:20.
prison and Bates to eight months in prison. The judge said that | :15:20. | :15:28.
benefits were for the needy and not for the greedy. This was agreed. | :15:28. | :15:31.
-- this was agreed. With the events of the last few | :15:32. | :15:36.
days unfolding hearing England, it is easy to forget there is an | :15:36. | :15:40.
ongoing humanitarian crisis in East Africa. 18 of relief workers in | :15:40. | :15:43.
Leicester is appealing to the public to remember the millions | :15:43. | :15:49.
facing disease and starvation. They are sending three tons of medical | :15:49. | :15:55.
equipment to Kenya next week. For Suresh, making sure these | :15:55. | :15:59.
crucial supplies making to Kenya is especially important because he was | :15:59. | :16:05.
born there. I feel that not enough is being done and this is not a | :16:05. | :16:11.
man-made problem. They have not had any rain for two years and that is | :16:11. | :16:17.
the cause of this problem. I really want to help as much as I can. | :16:17. | :16:22.
estimated 250 children are dying every day in East Africa, and one | :16:22. | :16:25.
Briton in sachet like this can help set them on the road to recovery. | :16:25. | :16:31.
The team are taking out 15,000 of them. Most international aid is a | :16:31. | :16:36.
riding in this region of eastern Kenya, but supplies from Leicester | :16:36. | :16:41.
will go to Eldoret just north of Nairobi and then to the Ethiopian | :16:41. | :16:46.
border, where more aid is needed. So ranges, medical gloves, mineral | :16:46. | :16:49.
packs and milk drinks have been donated by local companies, but | :16:49. | :16:54.
there is space for another ton. if anybody has anything to do with | :16:54. | :16:59.
medical supplies, equipment or medicines, and even Tories, because | :16:59. | :17:04.
we want to try and help the children who have nothing left. | :17:04. | :17:09.
cargo is being transported for free and the duo are using their own | :17:09. | :17:12.
money to a journey with it to make sure it reaches those who need it | :17:12. | :17:18.
most. Later in the programme, Trial does | :17:18. | :17:24.
caving and Sara takes a rain check. -- Kylie does caving. We will see a | :17:24. | :17:28.
small amount of rain macro overnight and bear is more to come | :17:28. | :17:36.
overnight. -- there is more to come. | :17:36. | :17:41.
Here is an inspiring tale for you. A soldier who lost his right leg | :17:41. | :17:43.
when a landmine exploded in Afghanistan is cycling through the | :17:43. | :17:48.
East Midlands today as part of a 500 mile charity ride. Matt | :17:48. | :17:52.
Woollard is being accompanied along the six-day root and hopes to raise | :17:52. | :17:58.
more than 10,000. Cycling 500 miles in six days is | :17:58. | :18:03.
tough, even for keen cyclist. But when you only have one leg, it's | :18:03. | :18:09.
completely different. The hills take it out of me straight away. It | :18:09. | :18:14.
is basically like hopping up a hill because you can only use one leg | :18:14. | :18:18.
and you have the momentum of the lads behind you, so the best thing | :18:18. | :18:25.
to do is to just attack it. Cycling up the hill format uses around 300% | :18:25. | :18:30.
more energy than an able-bodied riders. 12 months ago, he made a | :18:30. | :18:33.
comment that he thought it would be good to doing a sponsored by grind | :18:33. | :18:40.
to make money for the stadium centre in Pirbright. This is the | :18:40. | :18:48.
result. -- a sponsored bike ride. Matt used the Sandes Centre during | :18:48. | :18:53.
his recovery. It offers welfare facilities and support to military | :18:53. | :18:57.
personnel and their families. He hopes this ride will raise over | :18:57. | :19:05.
10,000. But are expected to reach -- reach Pirbright tomorrow. | :19:05. | :19:11.
If you see him whizzing by, say hello. 500 miles in six days is a | :19:11. | :19:17.
lot. Forest have a signing at last. | :19:17. | :19:21.
Their 4th signing of the summer. It is striker Matt Derbyshire, who has | :19:21. | :19:25.
joined them from Greek side Olympiakos. If they have not told | :19:25. | :19:29.
us the fee, but we know that Matt has agreed a three-year deal, | :19:29. | :19:34.
having previously played for Blackburn Rovers where he scored 20 | :19:34. | :19:39.
league and cup goals. He was back in Britain last season, on loan at | :19:39. | :19:43.
Birmingham City, but now he says he is really keen to work with Steve | :19:43. | :19:46.
McLaren. Leicester City manager Sven Goran | :19:46. | :19:51.
Eriksson says he has no intention of selling Sol Bamba. The defender | :19:51. | :19:54.
has been linked with a move to Blackburn but with Leicester in a | :19:54. | :19:59.
strong financial position, there is no need to listen to any of us. | :19:59. | :20:05.
First of all, he is not for sale. He is our player and he will go on | :20:05. | :20:08.
being our player. Secondly, we have not heard anything from Blackburn | :20:08. | :20:12.
or any other club about him so I don't know where that is coming | :20:12. | :20:17.
from. He is young Clough fast and from the East Midlands. | :20:17. | :20:23.
Kyle Ryde is motorcycling's newest star. B38 -- rewrote the record | :20:23. | :20:27.
books when he won his first championship race at 13 and last | :20:27. | :20:35.
weekend, he knocked up another victory - at Brands Hatch. | :20:35. | :20:40.
The chequered flag goes out, number 77 wins it. This was the moment | :20:40. | :20:48.
Kyle Ryde became a record-breaker. At the age of 13 years, he won a | :20:48. | :20:58.
British championship - a triumphant first. I thought top five was good, | :20:58. | :21:05.
but a winner was excellent. I was nearly ready to start crying but I | :21:05. | :21:10.
kept it in. There is a real family heritage to what he does. His dad | :21:10. | :21:15.
is a former sidecar racer and build one of his early bikes himself. | :21:15. | :21:19.
Everything is in the wheels. Scooter, a push bike, mini bike, he | :21:19. | :21:26.
was well up for it. As a family, life now revolves around Carlisle's | :21:26. | :21:31.
road trips, both here and abroad. Bat has picked out the very best | :21:31. | :21:35.
young riders from across Europe and it is a sign of his very real trap | :21:35. | :21:41.
-- talent, but travelling is hard. It is worse for my dad because I am | :21:42. | :21:47.
always asleep. And so is finding the money. Every spare penny we | :21:47. | :21:51.
earn goes to him. We have fund- raising events where the community | :21:51. | :21:56.
get involved and everyone is behind us. Without all these people, we | :21:56. | :22:02.
wouldn't be able to do it. As for his mum, she is supportive, but no | :22:02. | :22:05.
one should could suggest that top- level racing is safe. It doesn't | :22:05. | :22:15.
matter where he comes. But it stays until the chequered flag, so I know | :22:15. | :22:19.
he is safe. It has been hard and expensive getting this far, but he | :22:19. | :22:24.
is a young man with an entire community behind him. A great start | :22:24. | :22:34.
in the making. Coberley, he will repay us one day! -- hopefully. | :22:34. | :22:38.
In cricket, Nottinghamshire have signed the West Indies batsman | :22:38. | :22:42.
Darren Bravo until the end of the season, after David Hussey and Adam | :22:42. | :22:46.
Voges both left the club. There is one championship match we are | :22:46. | :22:54.
keeping an eye on. Wes Durston hit a career-best of 151, and | :22:54. | :22:59.
Derbyshire's bowlers then set upon their work. There are still two | :22:59. | :23:04.
days to go. Tomorrow, or we will hear from Nottingham Forest's new | :23:04. | :23:12.
signing, Matt Derbyshire of all stock. | :23:12. | :23:18.
For do not wonder how to spend your weekend. It is time for our guide. | :23:18. | :23:24.
It seems there was plenty to discover for Kylie in -- under her | :23:24. | :23:31.
feet. I am just outside Matlock Bath. I | :23:31. | :23:35.
have had a 20 minute walk to get here and my adventure has not even | :23:35. | :23:45.
:23:45. | :23:47. | ||
started yet. I need to get kitted Looking equally stylish, with me | :23:47. | :23:52.
are Barber and Nigel. They arcading experts, thankfully, and we are | :23:52. | :24:00.
going in this little Hobbit hole. No ropes? Know. Why I disappear | :24:00. | :24:04.
into a dark cave, here are some other things you can get up to. It | :24:04. | :24:08.
is time for the Summer Sundae weekender at Leicester's de | :24:08. | :24:15.
Montfort Hall. In Nottingham, head to the Forest raised ground for a | :24:15. | :24:19.
Caribbean Carnival. Once you get in the cave, it is quite cool. A | :24:19. | :24:27.
little slippery underfoot and you have to watch your head. | :24:27. | :24:32.
passage gets a little bit wider here and then a... It opens up into | :24:32. | :24:38.
that. It feels like a cave but it is an abandoned mine with a natural | :24:38. | :24:42.
features like stalagmites and stalactites. It is a great sense of | :24:42. | :24:50.
adventure. We have had to bring all sorts of special equipment down | :24:50. | :24:55.
here to show you what it looks like. If I get the cameraman to turn his | :24:55. | :24:59.
light off and I turn this one off, you can see it is really pitch | :24:59. | :25:03.
black. Lighting up the dark on Saturday, the firework | :25:03. | :25:09.
championships are on at Belvoir Castle. And it from Saturday, the | :25:09. | :25:13.
Pony Club Championships, with more than 1,500 members competing. You | :25:13. | :25:17.
can go along and watch for free. What is it about caving that gets | :25:17. | :25:27.
:25:27. | :25:28. | ||
you? It is the wow factor. When you go round a corner, it is like, wow! | :25:28. | :25:33.
It is that sense of adventure. The kids say, "I didn't think it was | :25:33. | :25:43.
:25:43. | :25:44. | ||
like this!" Time for me to an end up in the daylight. | :25:44. | :25:49.
That suggests that Jason is still in their! Kylie is showing no dark | :25:49. | :25:59.
To the weather. A few dark clouds. We will get a bit of sunshine over | :25:59. | :26:06.
the weekend. A picture to remind you of a holiday he in Sussex. | :26:06. | :26:11.
Thank you to Peter for sending this in. He says he arranged the pebbles | :26:11. | :26:18.
himself for the photograph! We are going to start to see a small | :26:18. | :26:22.
amount of rain working into the far north of the region overnight. The | :26:22. | :26:27.
cloud is starting to increase and it makes it quite humid. It will | :26:27. | :26:31.
stay quite breezy and the rain starts to work further south by the | :26:31. | :26:35.
early hours, producing some Hill fog across parts of the Peak | :26:35. | :26:42.
District. First thing tomorrow, the weather front is still around so it | :26:42. | :26:47.
keeps us quite cloudy. The further south you are, it is a drier start | :26:47. | :26:51.
but there is still some cloud around and just a glimmer of | :26:51. | :26:54.
brightness into the afternoon. Temperatures not disappointing, | :26:54. | :27:01.
considering the cloud. There is rain on the way, just starting to | :27:01. | :27:06.
come in over my shoulder and that will join us overnight on Friday | :27:06. | :27:10.
into Saturday. They called France takes its time to clear on Saturday | :27:10. | :27:20.

morning, tipping us quite damp. -- a called Patch. A few sunny spells | :27:21. | :27:28. |
