You're watching East Midlands Today. had then we would not them. | :00:00. | :00:00.
Tonight - an historic day for the Queen and for Leicester. | :00:07. | :00:13.
Her Majesty was in the city to hand out Maundy money of -- to scores of | :00:14. | :00:23.
delighted residents. It is lovely. Not many people get please and I am | :00:24. | :00:28.
so lucky to be one of them. And a damning report reveals how this | :00:29. | :00:36.
seven-year-old was let down by teachers and care workers. Plus, the | :00:37. | :00:42.
search for a family here the Nottinghamshire who could shed light | :00:43. | :00:53.
on a murder going back 36 years. And defeat for the can-mac foxes in | :00:54. | :00:59.
Madrid leaves their Champions League hopes on a knife edge. | :01:00. | :01:05.
Welcome to Thursday's programme with Dominic Heale | :01:06. | :01:08.
First tonight - the Queen - accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh | :01:09. | :01:12.
- has attended this year's traditional Maundy service | :01:13. | :01:14.
to 91 men and 91 women to reflect Her Majesty's age. | :01:15. | :01:29.
Outside the cathedral, it's estimated around | :01:30. | :01:33.
Outside the cathedral, it's estimated around 16,000 people lined | :01:34. | :01:35.
the streets to catch a glimpse of the Royal visitor. | :01:36. | :01:37.
Well, Amy Harris is at Leicester Cathedral for us | :01:38. | :01:39.
this evening, and Amy, history has been made | :01:40. | :01:41.
It has. The Maundy ceremony dates back ceremonies and -- centuries and | :01:42. | :01:49.
it has been hosted at every cathedral across the country, apart | :01:50. | :01:53.
from Leicester. Until today. The last time the Queen visited was in | :01:54. | :01:57.
2012 at the start of a Jubilee Tower. Today, just like then, people | :01:58. | :02:02.
were delighted to see her. -- we start off jubilee tour. | :02:03. | :02:09.
Early morning and a sea of faces in Leicester. | :02:10. | :02:12.
Thousands lined the streets, eager to catch a glimpse | :02:13. | :02:14.
of the Queen as she arrived for the annual Maundy | :02:15. | :02:16.
We were here at 20 past eight this morning. | :02:17. | :02:19.
She looked fantastic and she was waving to everyone as well. | :02:20. | :02:23.
It was lovely to see her and nice to see her in Leicester. | :02:24. | :02:38.
At Leicester Cathedral, the Yeoman of the Guard patrol the grounds, | :02:39. | :02:41.
ready for Her Majesty to carry out this most ancient of royal duties. | :02:42. | :02:44.
The Maundy ceremony dates back centuries and is an important annual | :02:45. | :02:47.
It has been hosted at every cathedral across the country, | :02:48. | :02:50.
The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh were welcomed at the cathedral | :02:51. | :02:59.
by the Dean of Leicester and the Bishop, delighted to be | :03:00. | :03:02.
The Maundy service happens each year, but this is the last | :03:03. | :03:09.
of the English cathedrals the Queen has been to and she was very aware | :03:10. | :03:15.
of that, very conscious that we had waited a long time. | :03:16. | :03:18.
In her 91st year, the Queen presented 91 men and 91 women | :03:19. | :03:20.
with specially minted money in two leather purses. | :03:21. | :03:25.
It is a ceremony that, over the years, has changed. | :03:26. | :03:27.
The monarch used to wash the feet of pensioners. | :03:28. | :03:29.
Now, Her Majesty prefers to shake hands. | :03:30. | :03:36.
One of the lucky few receiving the purses is Marilyn, who, | :03:37. | :03:41.
like all of those honoured, has spent her life helping others. | :03:42. | :03:44.
There are not that many people who get these. | :03:45. | :03:48.
I am just so lucky to be one of them. | :03:49. | :03:50.
With the ceremony over, the Royals posed for photographs | :03:51. | :03:53.
with local schoolchildren at the end of a service that leaves | :03:54. | :03:56.
all cathedrals now visited and one that many here in Leicester | :03:57. | :03:58.
After the service, just to give you a bit more of a flavour of her | :03:59. | :04:09.
visit, the Queen headed to Saint Martin's house just behind me, where | :04:10. | :04:16.
she enjoyed a three course meal of locally produced food, including | :04:17. | :04:22.
trout from a local river, before being taken home. That left every | :04:23. | :04:29.
cathedral in the country visited, and a Maundy Thursday for Leicester | :04:30. | :04:32.
like no other. Well, the bank holiday weekend | :04:33. | :04:34.
is very nearly upon us. So, stand by for | :04:35. | :04:36.
Charlie's Easter forecast. Yes, if you're expecting this | :04:37. | :04:43.
weekend to be as nice as last weekend, you will be disappointed. | :04:44. | :04:46.
More details coming up for a chilly weekend in a few moments. | :04:47. | :04:53.
Next tonight, chaos, collusion and a lack of professional | :04:54. | :05:02.
curiousity are just some of the findings of a serious case | :05:03. | :05:06.
review into the death of a seven year old girl from Nottingham. | :05:07. | :05:09.
Shanay Walker died in 2014 from a brain injury and was found | :05:10. | :05:12.
Her aunt and grandmother were both jailed for cruelty. | :05:13. | :05:16.
In a moment, we'll be hearing from the chair | :05:17. | :05:18.
of the city's Safeguarding Board, but first, Quentin Rayner has been | :05:19. | :05:21.
In assessment videos, Shanay Walker appeared | :05:22. | :05:28.
to have a good relationship with her aunt, Kay-Ann Morris, | :05:29. | :05:31.
Her guardian was in fact harsh, cruel and abusive to her | :05:32. | :05:35.
Morris was cleared of murder but was jailed for cruelty, | :05:36. | :05:38.
along with Shanay's grandmother Juanila Smikle. | :05:39. | :05:44.
The review found that concerns were raised about bruising to Shanay | :05:45. | :05:47.
And there was a lack of professional cure the city. Safeguarding and | :05:48. | :05:56.
Rangers were described as chaotic at Southglade primary school. A number | :05:57. | :06:00.
of teachers raised concerns about abuse and injuries but they were not | :06:01. | :06:03.
acted upon. One safeguarding form went missing and after Shanay | :06:04. | :06:08.
Walker's death, it was rewritten by a head teacher and teaching | :06:09. | :06:15.
assisting. The serious case review made another of other conclusions. | :06:16. | :06:26.
There was little case discussion and reflection on a melting new | :06:27. | :06:31.
information. Professionals lost sighter Schone. --. | :06:32. | :06:42.
The important role played by schools in safeguarding vulnerable children | :06:43. | :06:49.
needs to be reinforced and any concerns of school staff should be | :06:50. | :06:52.
followed up in writing. Nottingham City Council says many things have | :06:53. | :06:56.
changed over the last two years and it is in a stronger position to | :06:57. | :06:59.
protect children from harm. The council, health services and schools | :07:00. | :07:03.
are working much more closely on safeguarding issues and staff are | :07:04. | :07:06.
being trained to have the confidence to escalate concerns more easily. | :07:07. | :07:16.
Chris Cook is chair of Nottingham's safeguarding board, | :07:17. | :07:18.
Can I start by asking you what collectively went wrong | :07:19. | :07:23.
among the professionals who dealt with this case? | :07:24. | :07:25.
Before I answer your question, can I just say that on behalf | :07:26. | :07:28.
of the Safeguarding Board, I would like to express our sincere | :07:29. | :07:30.
condolences to the family and friends of Shanay. | :07:31. | :07:32.
What went wrong, in essence, there was a great deal of difficulty | :07:33. | :07:41.
around information sharing and a lack of | :07:42. | :07:43.
Isn't that key to the role of people working in this field? | :07:44. | :07:52.
It is extremely key, but on this occasion, | :07:53. | :07:55.
There needed to be more professional curiosity. | :07:56. | :08:01.
It is, in this case, a fact that the aunt who was caring | :08:02. | :08:09.
for Shanay at the time was deceitful and she duped the professionals. | :08:10. | :08:12.
Information sharing, deficiencies in people | :08:13. | :08:13.
talking to each other between departments and agencies... | :08:14. | :08:15.
This seems to happen time and time again. | :08:16. | :08:19.
It always seems to be highlighted in serious case reviews. | :08:20. | :08:21.
It is highlighted in many serious case reviews but it | :08:22. | :08:24.
does not surprise me, because where you have cases | :08:25. | :08:26.
being managed by many agencies, I think there is a likelihood that | :08:27. | :08:29.
I accept that and we need to improve on that. | :08:30. | :08:34.
And the Safeguarding Board has a role to do in that | :08:35. | :08:37.
Because that also seems to happen quite rarely in similar questions. | :08:38. | :08:42.
At the moment, there is nobody that has been held to account | :08:43. | :08:45.
You will note from the inquest that the coroner could not find any | :08:46. | :08:51.
one individual culpable for these matters. | :08:52. | :08:53.
And finally, a word about the school. | :08:54. | :08:55.
What was your assessment of the safeguarding arrangements | :08:56. | :08:57.
Safeguarding arrangements were chaotic, and that is what we have | :08:58. | :09:03.
We are working with the benefit of hindsight. | :09:04. | :09:13.
I am now satisfied that safeguarding arrangements, | :09:14. | :09:15.
As they are with many schools in Nottingham. | :09:16. | :09:19.
A man's been jailed for seven years for raping a woman | :09:20. | :09:25.
in Nottingham after last year's Goose Fair. | :09:26. | :09:28.
29-year-old Nasser Ahmed from Basford attacked the woman | :09:29. | :09:30.
at the Forest Recreation Ground last October. | :09:31. | :09:32.
A court heard he'd been drinking in the city | :09:33. | :09:34.
before returning to the Goose Fair site. | :09:35. | :09:39.
Ahmed will also be deported once he's served his sentence. | :09:40. | :09:41.
A man's been charged with causing death by dangerous driving | :09:42. | :09:43.
after an elderly pedestrian was killed in South Derbyshire. | :09:44. | :09:49.
The 75-year-old man died on Main Street in Hilton | :09:50. | :09:51.
24-year-old Matthew Hogg from Etwall appeared in court today. | :09:52. | :09:56.
The incident's also being investigated by | :09:57. | :09:57.
the Independent Police Complaints Commission. | :09:58. | :10:04.
The RMT has announced strike action ahead of the May Bank Holiday on two | :10:05. | :10:08.
rail companies serving the East Midlands. | :10:09. | :10:10.
Staff at Virgin East Coast, which covers Newark and Grantham, | :10:11. | :10:13.
will walk out for 48 hours on Friday 28th April. | :10:14. | :10:17.
RMT members at Arriva Rail North, which serves Nottingham | :10:18. | :10:21.
and parts of Derbyshire, will hold a 24-hour | :10:22. | :10:23.
Both are over changes to on-board staffing. | :10:24. | :10:30.
You're watching East Midlands today. Next tonight... | :10:31. | :10:34.
Detectives investigating the murder of a toddler in Australia nearly 50 | :10:35. | :10:36.
years ago are trying to track down an East Midlands family who could | :10:37. | :10:39.
The little girl went missing from a beach just | :10:40. | :10:43.
Police now say they want to speak again | :10:44. | :10:48.
to the Goodyear family, who were there at the time | :10:49. | :10:50.
and are now believed to be living in Nottinghamshire. | :10:51. | :10:52.
The family of Cheryl Grimmer are still searching for the truth | :10:53. | :10:58.
The youngest of four, her family emigrated from Bristol | :10:59. | :11:03.
Two years later, on a day at the beach with her mum | :11:04. | :11:11.
the little girl disappeared from a shower block in Wollongong, | :11:12. | :11:14.
Last month, nearly 50 years on, a breakthrough in the case | :11:15. | :11:19.
when a 63-year-old man was charged with her abduction and murder. | :11:20. | :11:23.
Now Australian detectives are trying to track down a family | :11:24. | :11:25.
from Nottinghamshire that provided crucial statements to the police | :11:26. | :11:28.
Detectives are trying to find the Goodyear family. They believe they | :11:29. | :11:41.
were last living here in Nottinghamshire. In 1970, Peter | :11:42. | :11:45.
Goodyear was 37 and living in Australia with his wife, Mavis, and | :11:46. | :11:52.
their daughters. Karen, six and Jeanette, five. They gave police | :11:53. | :11:56.
racial statements on the day that Cheryl went missing. It has been a | :11:57. | :12:01.
long time, 47 years. We have not spoken to the Goodyear family since | :12:02. | :12:04.
that time and we would like to get in contact with them to go over some | :12:05. | :12:08.
aspects of that day, as best as their memory can remember. It is a | :12:09. | :12:13.
bit of an unusual request but we have not had any contact with them | :12:14. | :12:16.
and that is why we are seeking to speak to them. Like the disobedience | :12:17. | :12:20.
of Madeleine McCann here, the case of Cheryl Grimmer is a -- ingrained | :12:21. | :12:26.
in the mind of every Australian. It changed how parents behaved. | :12:27. | :12:31.
Cheryl's mother felt perfectly safe letting her brothers take Cheryl to | :12:32. | :12:37.
the shower block after going to the beach to watch the sand. They were | :12:38. | :12:42.
out of sight 30 seconds but that is all it took. Cheryl's parents died | :12:43. | :12:46.
never knowing what happened to her. It affects all the family because I | :12:47. | :12:52.
cannot leave my children alone for one second. Attempts to trace the | :12:53. | :12:55.
Goodyear family have so far proved unsuccessful. Detectives are now | :12:56. | :13:00.
urging the family or anyone who might know them to get in contact | :13:01. | :13:01.
with the police. One of the biggest questions | :13:02. | :13:11.
about Brexit is what happens to all the EU nationals and other | :13:12. | :13:14.
foreigners living in Britain. And what's the likely | :13:15. | :13:17.
effect on British workers? New official figures show exactly | :13:18. | :13:21.
how many foreign workers there are in this region, | :13:22. | :13:23.
so Anne's been crunching the numbers and asking, | :13:24. | :13:26.
what's next for them? We hear a great deal about people | :13:27. | :13:30.
from other EU countries and beyond living | :13:31. | :13:35.
and working in the UK. But how many are | :13:36. | :13:37.
there actually here? New figures from the Office | :13:38. | :13:39.
of National Statistics answer The first headline number | :13:40. | :13:42.
is this - 116,000. That's how many EU citizens | :13:43. | :13:49.
of working age are in our region. are here from outside the EU - | :13:50. | :13:55.
that's 2.7 per cent. So, altogther, 170,000 | :13:56. | :14:11.
foreign workers. So what proportion of | :14:12. | :14:12.
the workforce is that? Well, there are around two million | :14:13. | :14:18.
workers in the region, so the percentage of foreigners | :14:19. | :14:21.
in jobs is around eight And many of them work | :14:22. | :14:29.
in industries like catering: It is not seen as an area that many | :14:30. | :14:40.
people want to go into, catering. But there is a tendency to move away | :14:41. | :14:44.
and not work within that tertiary sector. | :14:45. | :14:46.
Nearly one in three foreign workers, some 49,000, | :14:47. | :14:48.
are engaged in what the ONS calls "elementary occupations." | :14:49. | :14:54.
Lower paid, lower skilled jobs, many of them in manufacturing, | :14:55. | :14:56.
Only about one in ten UK citizens do those kinds of jobs. | :14:57. | :15:03.
The big question then - will any restrictions on foreign | :15:04. | :15:05.
workers post-Brexit be good or bad for the region's economy? | :15:06. | :15:12.
I think that we would lose a lot of talent from the University. I think | :15:13. | :15:19.
that there are some more personal impacts as well. The staff that we | :15:20. | :15:25.
have have joined the university because they wear their best person | :15:26. | :15:28.
for the job at the time that we did that recruitment process. It would | :15:29. | :15:32.
have a devastating impact, not just on them, but on colleagues and | :15:33. | :15:34.
students that they work with. With one in 16 in our workforce | :15:35. | :15:36.
from other EU countries, employers and politicians in this | :15:37. | :15:39.
region will certainly be hoping for as smooth | :15:40. | :15:42.
a transition as possible. Leicester City says its working | :15:43. | :15:49.
with UEFA and the Spanish authorities to establish the "full | :15:50. | :15:54.
facts" of disturbances involving of the capital before last | :15:55. | :15:57.
night's European Champions Spanish police say some fans | :15:58. | :16:05.
were causing trouble But Leicester City supporters | :16:06. | :16:08.
have accused officers Police say that they are growing | :16:09. | :16:18.
increasingly concerned for the welfare of a Derbyshire man has been | :16:19. | :16:26.
missing more than a fortnight. 22-year-old Peter was last seen at | :16:27. | :16:29.
the end of March and it is thought he might have gone to a gaming | :16:30. | :16:32.
convention in Birmingham but has not been seen since. Officers are | :16:33. | :16:34.
appealing for help to trace him. The number of people | :16:35. | :16:36.
trespassing on railway tracks across the East Midlands | :16:37. | :16:39.
is at a five-year high. British Transport Police says | :16:40. | :16:44.
more than 400 incidents In the past decade, more | :16:45. | :16:46.
than 150 people have died across the country, | :16:47. | :16:55.
trespassing on the railway. A programme of cultural events | :16:56. | :16:57.
and exhibitions in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire has boosted | :16:58. | :17:00.
the region's economy Research shows The Grand Tour | :17:01. | :17:02.
appealed to international tourists, as well as those living | :17:03. | :17:09.
in the East Midlands, and now organisers are | :17:10. | :17:11.
planning another jaunt. Chatsworth House, home | :17:12. | :17:13.
to one of the most Chatsworth House, home to one | :17:14. | :17:23.
of the most significant art In the 17th and 18th | :17:24. | :17:26.
centuries, young aristocrats, including the Fifth | :17:27. | :17:30.
Duke of Devonshire, travelled the continent | :17:31. | :17:34.
on In the last couple of years, | :17:35. | :17:35.
a taste of that has been created a little | :17:36. | :17:41.
closer to home. Alongside Chatsworth, The Grand Tour | :17:42. | :17:47.
wanted to showcase the cultural treasures of | :17:48. | :17:49.
Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire in The Harley Gallery, Derby Museum, | :17:50. | :17:51.
other fringe venues and here at the Nottingham Contemporary welcomed | :17:52. | :17:57.
more than 1.5 million visitors over the history of the grand | :17:58. | :18:00.
tour and what it was way of packaging it, making it | :18:01. | :18:12.
contemporary and interesting for Dozens of items, some never | :18:13. | :18:15.
before seen on public display, were brought | :18:16. | :18:19.
to the Contemporary from Chatsworth. Standing alongside new works | :18:20. | :18:20.
by 21st-century artists. It was one of ten projects | :18:21. | :18:22.
in England where arts and tourism organisations collaborated | :18:23. | :18:29.
to boost cultural tourism. With the tour bringing | :18:30. | :18:34.
in more than ?32 million to the local economy, it is no wonder | :18:35. | :18:36.
that is coming back. This money comes from the likes of | :18:37. | :18:46.
the Arts Council, can-mac visit England... Because the campaign was | :18:47. | :18:49.
so successful, it is coming back in 2018. | :18:50. | :18:52.
The next year's programme is to be announced in | :18:53. | :18:54.
It looked brilliant. Andrea is here on the sofa with us. The address is | :18:55. | :19:08.
probably give away as to what we are leading on tonight. No prizes for | :19:09. | :19:10.
guessing where we begin tonight. So Leicester City's European dream | :19:11. | :19:13.
is still alive despite a refereeing decision that left manager | :19:14. | :19:16.
Craig Shakespeare saying his A 1-0 defeat at the 10 | :19:17. | :19:17.
times Spanish champions - Athletico Madrid - | :19:18. | :19:27.
was down to a penalty - and a The fans left the stadium hopeful | :19:28. | :19:34.
but frustrated and there was only one talking point. Was it a penalty? | :19:35. | :19:41.
Norway. Never penalty. I said it was never a penalty. It looked like it | :19:42. | :19:46.
was outside the box. It should have been 0-0. If not for the penalty, | :19:47. | :19:55.
which is totally uncalled for! Was a penalty? The referee thought so but | :19:56. | :20:00.
replays showed it wasn't. Atletico Madrid talisman Antoine Griezmann | :20:01. | :20:05.
made no mistake from the spot but that refereeing decision left the | :20:06. | :20:08.
players, and manager Craig Shakespeare, furious. I think we | :20:09. | :20:14.
were hard done by. It is one of the major decisions in the game. It is a | :20:15. | :20:18.
definite foul but it is outside the box. It was a balmy evening in | :20:19. | :20:23.
Madrid and there was a spine tingling atmosphere before kick-off. | :20:24. | :20:30.
But like back in 1997, when the two clubs met in the Uefa Cup, the night | :20:31. | :20:37.
will be remembered for controversial referee decisions. I was here 20 | :20:38. | :20:42.
years ago when we got robbed. I never thought we would have the | :20:43. | :20:45.
opportunity for payback. We were robbed again, same as 1997. Cheated | :20:46. | :20:52.
again. Leicester defended well and worked so hard to stay in the Thai. | :20:53. | :21:00.
-- stay in the game. On balance, fans for this was a good result. It | :21:01. | :21:05.
could have been 3-0 down by the end of this late, so I am optimistic. | :21:06. | :21:12.
2-1 at our place, we could not alone. It is a breakaway bardic | :21:13. | :21:17.
call, happy days. The European dream is still on? Absolutely. Is the Pope | :21:18. | :21:25.
Catholic? They don't know what will hit them. Champions of England, we | :21:26. | :21:34.
know what we are! The fans are far from downhearted and feel that they | :21:35. | :21:38.
were only beaten by a controversial penalty. There is everything to play | :21:39. | :21:41.
for back at the King Power Stadium in six days' time. | :21:42. | :21:47.
Elsewhere, a busy fixture list and important games | :21:48. | :21:49.
this Easter weekend - fixtures that will help decide | :21:50. | :21:51.
Forest expect the second highest league attendance of the season | :21:52. | :22:01.
tomorrow and a win over Blackburn will put them eight points clear of | :22:02. | :22:06.
the Championship relegation zone and pretty much says. The significance | :22:07. | :22:10.
of the game is clear for all to see. There's a huge gap at this stage of | :22:11. | :22:14.
the season with other teams playing themselves. It looks very good for | :22:15. | :22:18.
Nottingham Forest, but focus on that performance and have a good level | :22:19. | :22:21.
performance and hopefully get three points and move forward. With Derby | :22:22. | :22:25.
County can keep alive their slim hopes, they could do with making it | :22:26. | :22:32.
four wins in a row. The focus is on trying to get the training balance | :22:33. | :22:36.
right and the team spirit as good as we can get it. Most importantly, the | :22:37. | :22:42.
results have backed up some of the hard work done by the players. With | :22:43. | :22:47.
Notts County as good a safe only two, the striker took time out ahead | :22:48. | :22:58.
of the game at Crewe, demonstrating an NFL -- to an NFL player to take a | :22:59. | :23:04.

-- football is all about. In rugby, there's another massive | :23:08. | :23:17.
game for the Leicester Tigers. Just three matches left | :23:18. | :23:19.
in the league this season - they face Newcastle Falcons and it | :23:20. | :23:22.
looks like the fight for the all important play-off | :23:23. | :23:24.

your sport. We need to know about the weather | :23:27. | :23:39.
now. Because it is Easter and it is supposed to be niceties that! | :23:40. | :23:44.
Supposed to be, but more likely to get snow at Easter than Christmas. | :23:45. | :23:47.
It will be called a than what it was on Christmas Day. It was about 14 | :23:48. | :23:52.

is on Easter. It has been a tale of two stories and to Haas today. We | :23:59. | :24:03.
had sunshine first thing this morning but in the afternoon, it | :24:04. | :24:08.
clouded over. That has been a theme as we have gone through the last | :24:09. | :24:11.
week or so. High pressure is still with us but plenty of cloud to chase | :24:12. | :24:15.
will stop that is the way of it tonight as well. Lots of cloud | :24:16. | :24:18.
around, the odd spot of drizzle into the early hours of Friday morning. | :24:19. | :24:23.
Generally dry night, apart from parts of the Peak District. | :24:24. | :24:29.
Temperatures of around six, seven, eight Celsius. That takes us through | :24:30. | :24:33.
to the weekend, bank holiday weekend, Easter weekend. It will be | :24:34. | :24:37.
a little bit chilly, as I mentioned. There will be some rain around as | :24:38. | :24:40.
well but also plenty of dry weather. By no means is it right off this | :24:41. | :24:45.
weekend weather-wise. Going through the daytime on Good Friday, cloud | :24:46. | :24:49.
around, not a huge amount of brightness, the odd glimmer here and | :24:50. | :24:52.
there. ) through the daytime. Again, a couple of showers, the majority | :24:53. | :24:57.
started division from the north-west into the afternoon. Temperatures of | :24:58. | :25:03.
12, 13 Celsius. That is OK. Compared to last weekend, you'll only be | :25:04. | :25:06.
disappointed I was exceptional then. This is much closer to average. | :25:07. | :25:10.
Saturday daytime, looking OK. That is probably the best of the four | :25:11. | :25:15.
days. Good amount of dry and fine weather alone. It is a bit chilly | :25:16. | :25:19.
with a cold breeze coming from the north and north-west. Certainly good | :25:20. | :25:22.
amount of dry and bright weather through daytime through Saturday. On | :25:23. | :25:26.
Sunday, we kind of hang onto this high-pressure here. Good amount of | :25:27. | :25:30.
dry weather and through the daytime on Sunday and then into Monday, but | :25:31. | :25:33.
still a couple showers to look out for their Azelle. It will not be | :25:34. | :25:40.
completely dry weekend. There will be some showers at times but for | :25:41. | :25:42.
your Easter egg hunts on Sunday and things like that, plenty of dry | :25:43. | :25:47.
weather to get out and about in. Maybe just take a little umbrella. | :25:48. | :25:51.
You'd do need the big umbrella, the golf umbrella, but the little | :25:52. | :25:54.
emergency umbrella. As we go through the next few days, temperatures are | :25:55. | :26:00.
around 11, 12, maybe 13 Celsius at absolute test. That is not much rain | :26:01. | :26:04.
in the outlook boxes so that should reassure you a little bit that we | :26:05. | :26:05.
have dry weather to come. You should be a politician. You know | :26:06. | :26:12.
why? Yet been managing expectations. I feel reassured! What a wonderful | :26:13. | :26:19.
