investigation after a man found in a Leicester car park with

life-threatening injuries has died. The 22-year-old was discovered early

this morning on Canonsleigh Road. Police believe he was

injured during an assault. Anyone with any information

is asked to contact them. A new study has found councils

are struggling to find and pay for accommodation

for homeless people. The Joseph Rowntree Foundation

says its survey reveals a "bleak" picture and the number of cases
