oxide as more and more young people use laughing gas as a way to get | :00:15. | :00:23.
high. It can cause suffocation, choking and people have died from | :00:23. | :00:28.
the inhalation of nitrous oxide. the police reveal three young | :00:28. | :00:37.
children found dead at a flat in Lowestoft all died from drowning. | :00:37. | :00:42.
And money will be invested in dementia research in the East. | :00:43. | :00:52.
And the Big Wild Sleepout gets underway tonight. | :00:52. | :00:56.
First tonight: A warning over the dangers of inhaling nitrous oxide, | :00:56. | :00:59.
or "laughing gas". It's easy to buy and has many uses, but it's also | :00:59. | :01:03.
become one of the most popular ways for young people to get high. | :01:03. | :01:06.
Nitrous oxide is used in the food and catering industries, it's used | :01:06. | :01:12.
by dentists, and it's even used to boost the power of car engines. It's | :01:12. | :01:16.
legal to buy and it's cheap. We found we could buy a box of 50 | :01:16. | :01:23.
cannisters online for 23. When it's inhaled it gives a powerful high, | :01:23. | :01:26.
which will last for about a minute. Home Office figures show that for | :01:26. | :01:31.
young people it's second only to cannabis in popularity. In a moment | :01:31. | :01:35.
we'll hear from an expert on solvent abuse, but first this report from | :01:35. | :01:44.
Alex Dunlop. Laughing gas, whatever you call it, | :01:45. | :01:50.
this has become a cheap way to get a quick hi. Fights like this are all | :01:50. | :02:00.
:02:00. | :02:01. | ||
too common in Norwich 's lobby area. Six empty canisters were found | :02:01. | :02:08.
nearby. This was one of the canisters retrieved. We are going to | :02:08. | :02:13.
warn people not to use them. Nitrous oxide can be very dangerous. People | :02:13. | :02:16.
have died from the inhalation of nitrous oxide. It can cause | :02:16. | :02:24.
suffocation, choking. Last year this boy suffered a fatal | :02:24. | :02:32.
heart attack after inhaling nitrous oxide. This is a legitimate box made | :02:32. | :02:38.
to whip cream. To find these after an illegal | :02:38. | :02:44.
reader is not uncommon, but to find them discarded on a pavement has | :02:44. | :02:49.
until now been quite rare. Do you know what these are? yes.Do you | :02:49. | :02:59.
:02:59. | :03:00. | ||
know what they do? Gives you a high. Do you know what they are? I could | :03:01. | :03:05.
not guess. Discarded canister after a recent | :03:05. | :03:11.
raids in Norfolk. Nitrous oxide is not banned but it is illegal to sell | :03:11. | :03:15.
it to anyone under the age of 18. Police believe that many young | :03:15. | :03:24.
people are now turning to these legal highs. This team in Norwich | :03:24. | :03:29.
work with young people who have drug and alcohol problems. They are | :03:29. | :03:34.
asking what is going to happen if you use nitrous oxide. Is it safe or | :03:34. | :03:39.
something I have to worry about? We have seen people use it and have had | :03:39. | :03:44.
a perfect but they have passed out from it, using it with other drugs | :03:44. | :03:49.
increases the risk as well. Police and rob actions teams know that they | :03:49. | :03:55.
cannot stop people from buying these drugs, but they do want people to | :03:55. | :04:05.
:04:05. | :04:07. | ||
know that they can and do kill. I ask the expert if it is addictive. | :04:07. | :04:13.
not really. I think there are probably some cases of people who | :04:13. | :04:18.
will use quite a lot every day long term and that would turn into a male | :04:18. | :04:23.
dependency. But essentially in the long term not much. -- a mild | :04:23. | :04:31.
dependency. why should we be concerned about it? There are number | :04:31. | :04:35.
of factors that we are concerned about. The main one is that it seems | :04:35. | :04:42.
to have normalised the inhalation of gas to achieve intoxication. That is | :04:42. | :04:44.
worrying from our perspective because it could then lead into the | :04:44. | :04:49.
inhalation of other gases, specifically butane, which is a very | :04:49. | :04:54.
dangerous and problematic gas that people struggle with and it kills. | :04:54. | :05:01.
It has killed over 300 people since 1999 in the UK. but nitrous oxide | :05:01. | :05:06.
can kill as well? There are some deaths on record from nitrous oxide. | :05:07. | :05:14.
The last figures that we had were from between 2006-2009, 14 deaths. | :05:14. | :05:20.
These are primarily from people using them with tanks and masks and | :05:20. | :05:30.
:05:30. | :05:30. | ||
bags, which cause asphyxiation. But there are details of some incidents | :05:30. | :05:34.
with balloons that we are seeing in clubs and festivals. You cannot say | :05:34. | :05:37.
that it is entirely safe and it is important to know that there are | :05:37. | :05:44.
some deaths. Should we license nitrous oxide? There is an argument | :05:44. | :05:48.
for licensing all drugs, I suppose. Generally speaking I think what | :05:48. | :05:56.
people are using is relatively pure. Although again there is a risk. | :05:56. | :06:01.
There is a story about a 17-year-old boy who died last year in | :06:01. | :06:04.
Hertfordshire who thought that he was in healing nitrous oxide, but in | :06:04. | :06:12.
fact it was not, primarily butane. To license it for Tim and | :06:12. | :06:16.
consumption, probably not. The police have revealed that three | :06:16. | :06:19.
young children whose bodies were found at a flat in Lowestoft died | :06:19. | :06:21.
from drowning. They were discovered in April | :06:21. | :06:25.
shortly after their mother fell to her death from a multistorey car | :06:25. | :06:33.
park. This is with the bodies of the three | :06:33. | :06:39.
youngsters were found in April this year. After year -year-old, a | :06:39. | :06:44.
two-year-old and an 11-month-old. Inquests into their deaths were | :06:44. | :06:49.
opened three days later but at that stage because is unclear. Tests were | :06:49. | :06:53.
inconclusive and more would be needed. Police have revealed that | :06:53. | :06:57.
more checks have confirmed that they died from drowning. Police found the | :06:57. | :07:04.
children in a bedroom the property. They had been investigating the | :07:04. | :07:09.
death of their mother, Fiona Anderson. She died from jumping from | :07:09. | :07:13.
a multistorey car park. She was eight and a half months pregnant at | :07:13. | :07:18.
the time and was described as her family as a beautiful and | :07:18. | :07:24.
intelligent girl. In June a service of thanksgiving | :07:24. | :07:31.
was given for the girls, including the unborn daughter. It reflected | :07:31. | :07:36.
the overwhelming sense of shock and lost within the community. There is | :07:36. | :07:40.
a real mix of feelings. It is a terribly tragic situation. A very | :07:40. | :07:47.
sad case. It is almost hard to imagine something more sad. | :07:47. | :07:52.
now that the cause of the children's deaths have been established, they | :07:52. | :07:55.
will be added to the file which is being prepared for the coroner so | :07:55. | :08:00.
that a full inquest can be held at A woman whose body was found in the | :08:00. | :08:04.
lake at the University of East Anglia just over a week ago has been | :08:04. | :08:06.
identified. A future date. She was a 43-year-old | :08:06. | :08:09.
who came from Lithuania and had been living in the Norwich area. Her | :08:09. | :08:12.
death is still being treated by police as unexplained. | :08:12. | :08:15.
Millions of pounds are coming to this region for research into | :08:15. | :08:18.
dementia. The money from the Government will go to projects that | :08:18. | :08:22.
show quick results. The idea is to find ways of helping patients within | :08:22. | :08:32.
:08:32. | :08:33. | ||
three years. I do not want to forget. When | :08:33. | :08:38.
Pauline was diagnosed with dementia eight years ago her son made this | :08:38. | :08:42.
film to show how the disease developed over the years. | :08:42. | :08:47.
It is a condition that affects the brain, leaving sufferers confused, | :08:48. | :08:51.
forgetful and increasingly relying on others. won a practical level, | :08:51. | :09:00.
mummies given personal care throughout the day. -- mum is given. | :09:00. | :09:05.
Either I or the current carer makes the food. It is companionship. It is | :09:05. | :09:09.
hoped that dementia sufferers like Coleen will help from research into | :09:09. | :09:18.
the condition thanks to add 10 million brand -- Pauline. | :09:18. | :09:22.
You'll maximal important thing to do is to try and see what we can do | :09:22. | :09:29.
about it and find ways of trying to help sufferers of dementia get | :09:29. | :09:35.
adequate hydration and nutrition. the money will be spent on projects | :09:35. | :09:39.
across the east of in and, including one at the University of | :09:39. | :09:42.
Hertfordshire and one at the University of East Anglia in | :09:42. | :09:46.
Norwich. it is a large amount of money. It | :09:46. | :09:50.
involves social care bodies, charities, and working with patients | :09:50. | :09:56.
and carers to really move things on. We hope to develop dementia have | :09:56. | :09:59.
across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk | :09:59. | :10:04.
to really show the rest of this country expertise. | :10:04. | :10:09.
The 10 million will be divided up among various projects, but is that | :10:09. | :10:15.
enough to make a difference? it is not an overly funded area and | :10:16. | :10:20.
therefore sums of money like this do make a good difference. Going to | :10:20. | :10:23.
research such as this we can be confident that it will have some | :10:23. | :10:29.
results. All of the schemes are designed to | :10:29. | :10:39.
:10:39. | :10:39. | ||
benefit patients and improve treatments within 3-5 years. | :10:39. | :10:42.
A hotel owned by the celebrity chef Marco Pierre White has been | :10:42. | :10:45.
repainted because it was the wrong shade of pink. The Angel, in | :10:45. | :10:49.
Lavenham, was painted pale pink but local people said it "lowered the | :10:49. | :10:55.
tone". It's now been replaced with a more traditional "Suffolk pink". | :10:55. | :11:01.
Still to come, the government tells councils to act quickly to avoid | :11:01. | :11:07.
travellers setting up on illegal sites. And a special report on the | :11:07. | :11:15.
eve of the world Championships. The recent heatwave has been great | :11:15. | :11:19.
news for sun lovers and great news for our tourist industry. But our | :11:19. | :11:22.
rivers and lakes have suffered and thousands of fish have died. The | :11:22. | :11:26.
reason - not enough oxygen in the water. And we can blame that on the | :11:26. | :11:30.
heat and that we haven't had enough rain. The Environment Agency has | :11:30. | :11:33.
been pumping oxygen into the water to keep the fish alive. Our Chief | :11:33. | :11:40.
Reporter Kim Riley has been to Welney in the Fens. | :11:40. | :11:48.
This man of the agency 's operations team is used to working actor these | :11:48. | :11:53.
kinds of areas. Today he is looking after fish. The recent hot weather | :11:53. | :11:59.
has seen oxygen levels in the water plunge. The pump sucks air into the | :11:59. | :12:04.
water like a Jacuzzi. On the bridge, one of the agency 's remote | :12:04. | :12:07.
monitoring probes. It levels the amount of oxygen and the | :12:07. | :12:13.
temperature. Data from year is sent back automatically to laptops and | :12:14. | :12:20.
can trigger immediate emergency action. This year there have been | :12:20. | :12:24.
very few dead fish on this stretch of water but lack of oxygen can | :12:24. | :12:29.
cause fish great distress. To see fish at the surface gasping for air, | :12:29. | :12:33.
the move to the top of the river because that is where the remaining | :12:33. | :12:43.
:12:43. | :12:43. | ||
oxygen is. Are you pleased with the way that they have responded? | :12:43. | :12:47.
have lost a handful of fish in this stretch of water here. That is | :12:48. | :12:50.
compared to last you have lost a handful of fish in this stretch of | :12:50. | :12:53.
water here. That is compared to last year we so our actions have saved | :12:53. | :12:59.
the lives of lots of fish. Last month agency teams were called to | :12:59. | :13:03.
this village pond. They found 50 dead fish, 100 and distress. Oxygen | :13:03. | :13:12.
levels were down to 3% and pumps were deployed. At these lakes, | :13:12. | :13:18.
around 200 fish were found dead. Hydrogen peroxide was added to the | :13:18. | :13:21.
water, increasing oxygen levels to over 20%. | :13:21. | :13:31.
:13:31. | :13:35. | ||
It is reckoned that 15,000 fish died and said that incidents in July. It | :13:35. | :13:42.
is asking people to be vigilant and ring the hotline if they spot fish | :13:42. | :13:46.
gasping for breath. Councils have been told they must | :13:46. | :13:49.
take quick and effective action against illegal traveller sites as | :13:49. | :13:52.
soon as they spring-up. That's the message today from the Communities | :13:52. | :13:55.
Secretary and Essex MP Eric Pickles. The Government wants to avoid | :13:55. | :13:58.
long-drawn-out disputes like the one at the Dale Farm in Essex. | :13:58. | :14:02.
The illegal site was finally cleared by the local council in 2011. This | :14:02. | :14:04.
report from the BBC's Local Government Correspondent, Mike | :14:04. | :14:13.
Sergeant. Most travellers 's caravans are on | :14:14. | :14:17.
legal sites, but a minority are living in not rise locations. | :14:18. | :14:25.
Council say that they provide new plots but there is often resistance. | :14:25. | :14:35.
:14:35. | :14:39. | ||
Rule area can only support so much work. -- countryside area. They are | :14:39. | :14:42.
all trying to get a little bit of work that there is and it spills | :14:42. | :14:47.
over into the community. Ministers think that councils should act | :14:47. | :14:52.
quickly. Eric Pickles did that earlier this year. The Cabinet | :14:52. | :14:57.
Minister spotted caravans on this cricket pitch and phoned the police. | :14:57. | :15:03.
Now he wants councils to deploy the powers that they have. I am pleased | :15:03. | :15:09.
to say that 86% of the Traveller population is happily within legal | :15:09. | :15:19.
:15:19. | :15:19. | ||
sites. So we are all dealing with a minority, but minority can cause an | :15:19. | :15:24.
enormous problem, and bring disrespect and dislike to the | :15:24. | :15:26.
Traveller community. Local authorities are trying to avoid | :15:26. | :15:30.
another situation like Dale farm, through the removal of dozens of | :15:30. | :15:35.
travellers took years and cost the council millions of pounds. | :15:35. | :15:39.
Caravans are still part year on the approach road. The people here say | :15:39. | :15:43.
that they have no clear yet to go. The experience of Dale farm shows | :15:43. | :15:50.
just how hard it can be to remove an unauthorised site once it is firmly | :15:50. | :15:53.
established. The travellers here did not want to speak on camera but | :15:53. | :15:58.
representatives in London said that the government was in the flaming | :15:58. | :16:05.
prejudice. this does not address the root cause of the issue, which is a | :16:05. | :16:12.
chronic shortage of Traveller sites. That is due to years of under | :16:12. | :16:22.
:16:22. | :16:29. | ||
provision by local authorities. travellers here are still waiting. | :16:29. | :16:33.
Sport now, and this weekend some of our top athletes will be facing | :16:33. | :16:35.
their biggest challenge since London 2012. It's the World Championships | :16:35. | :16:39.
in Moscow. We have seven athletes from this region taking part and | :16:39. | :16:41.
hoping for medals. Yes, we're well represented The | :16:41. | :16:43.
headline act Greg Rutherford. The long-jumper from Milton Keynes who | :16:43. | :16:46.
won gold at London 2012 has recovered from injury. | :16:46. | :16:49.
Others to watch - Cambridgeshire's Robbie Grabarz who won bronze last | :16:49. | :16:52.
year in the high jump. Andrew Osagie from Harlow, in the men's 800 | :16:52. | :16:55.
metres. In the women's, Jessica Judd from Chelmsford. | :16:55. | :16:57.
Sprinter Jodie Williams from Hertfordshire. Corby's Will Sharman | :16:57. | :17:00.
who's back in form in the hurdles. And there's high hopes too for | :17:00. | :17:04.
Bedford's Nigel Levine in the 400m. An Olympian, he reached the | :17:04. | :17:08.
semi-finals in London. This is his first World Championships and he's | :17:08. | :17:16.
made sacrifices to be there. He has been setting the blistering | :17:16. | :17:26.
:17:26. | :17:26. | ||
pace all year. A dominant display at the British trials picked his trip | :17:26. | :17:35.
to Moscow. Nigel Levine has been getting faster and faster over 400 | :17:35. | :17:41.
metres, pumped up he is now ready to take on the world. I am so excited I | :17:41. | :17:47.
just do not know what to do. Years used to life in the fast lane, | :17:47. | :17:51.
growing up his passion was cars. Qualified mechanic, but in his | :17:51. | :17:55.
pursuit of excellence on the track he had to down tools to continue | :17:55. | :18:05.
:18:05. | :18:05. | ||
running. I love cars and competing as well so that was great. And | :18:05. | :18:09.
fortunately I could not mix the two and come out on top in athletics. I | :18:09. | :18:14.
had to drop the mechanics side. dedication is paying off. | :18:14. | :18:20.
Semifinalist at the Olympics. He did not shine at last month 's | :18:20. | :18:25.
anniversary games, but he is geared up for the big occasion. not making | :18:25. | :18:29.
the final in the Olympics was very difficult. I know what you need to | :18:29. | :18:34.
do to make that final. So World Championships, I have got the | :18:34. | :18:39.
mindset of what to do and hopefully I have the ability to do it. | :18:39. | :18:45.
Other contenders, Greg Rutherford, Robbie Grabarz, and Will Sharman is | :18:45. | :18:50.
back in the form of his life. been a long time coming for me. | :18:50. | :18:55.
Everyone keeps telling me of what I'm capable of but I never seem to | :18:55. | :19:01.
be fulfilling my potential. Here is a step towards it. Accuracy reason | :19:01. | :19:03.
to ping revelations, organisers are promising the most comprehensive | :19:03. | :19:12.
testing ever. Increasing the level of sanctions so that the risks have | :19:12. | :19:17.
to outweigh the benefits to potential cheats and the sanctions | :19:17. | :19:23.
have to extend to the entourage. Olympics aside, the World | :19:23. | :19:26.
Championships or the one to win. Nigel Levine hopes to return home | :19:26. | :19:34.
with silverware. In football, Coventry play their | :19:34. | :19:37.
first home game in Northampton on Sunday after their controversial | :19:37. | :19:40.
switch to Sixfields. The Sky Blues fell out with the | :19:40. | :19:43.
owners of the Ricoh Arena in Coventry following a rent dispute. | :19:43. | :19:47.
Very few Coventry fans are expected to follow the team to Northampton. | :19:47. | :19:54.
One football grounds that this weekend will host two home clubs. On | :19:54. | :19:59.
the Sixfields pitch on Saturday, cobbler 's play. On Sunday, Coventry | :19:59. | :20:06.
City, there renewed attendance. -- tenants. We do not have any boxes | :20:06. | :20:12.
like that to sell to the public. The extra revenue will help. the only | :20:12. | :20:19.
concern we have as fans is what will happen to the pitch in the winter. | :20:19. | :20:24.
it is a long way to come for Coventry fans. Coventry fans have | :20:24. | :20:29.
marched against the move. The club is in administration and | :20:29. | :20:35.
involved in a dispute with the stadium. Nobody that I talked to | :20:35. | :20:40.
things that this relocation is a good idea. We have to keep telling | :20:40. | :20:44.
them over and over again that this is not about franchises. This is a | :20:44. | :20:49.
better football club rooted in the community and that community is | :20:49. | :20:54.
Coventry. Sixfields say that the pitch can hope. Coventry will pick | :20:54. | :20:58.
up their own costs. This is a chance for the club to make money. Every | :20:58. | :21:07.
club struggles to balance the books. If you are generating a rental | :21:08. | :21:11.
income for letting out the stadium and economic sub business mean that | :21:11. | :21:17.
something you have to consider. club have big expansion plans for | :21:17. | :21:19.
this ground. Having another team to play here | :21:19. | :21:23.
means more money to invest. Not a great day for England's | :21:23. | :21:26.
cricketers, despite Alastair Cook's 50. But his Essex team-mates enjoyed | :21:26. | :21:29.
last night, especially their Australian bowler, Shaun Tait. A | :21:29. | :21:32.
hat-trick in their T20 victory against Notts booking Essex a place | :21:32. | :21:35.
in Finals Day for the fourth time, where'll they'll join Northants. A | :21:35. | :21:43.
good week for our cricket teams. When we were very young, most of us | :21:43. | :21:47.
will have ventured into the back garden with a torch, a sleeping bag | :21:47. | :21:51.
and some food, for a night under canvas. | :21:51. | :21:54.
Thousands of children will be doing just that this weekend. They're | :21:54. | :21:57.
taking part in the the Big Wild sleep-out, organised by the RSPB, | :21:57. | :22:00.
and there are events across the region. One of them is at Minsmere | :22:00. | :22:09.
in Suffolk and Shaun Peel is there now. | :22:09. | :22:14.
Right on the coast you at Minsmere. Find me in the background, | :22:14. | :22:19.
Southwold, very pretty. This site, Sizewell power station, not so | :22:19. | :22:25.
pretty. Happy campers arrived about an hour and a half ago. The trucks | :22:25. | :22:31.
came in and the tents were taken away. Young and old, families. We | :22:31. | :22:35.
had toddlers, babies. They will spend the night year under the | :22:35. | :22:39.
stars. They will be catching moths, they will be listening out for bats, | :22:39. | :22:45.
they will see the sunset, they will see the sunrise. They will have | :22:45. | :22:49.
cocoa and marshmallows in the morning. It is all about rekindling | :22:49. | :22:53.
the spirit of the Beano. Dennis the Menace in the back garden camping | :22:53. | :23:01.
out. I'm joined by a representative from the RSPB. What is it all about? | :23:01. | :23:06.
It's about getting outside under the stars and capturing that in a sense | :23:06. | :23:12.
of adventure. Getting away from the television and having fun outdoors. | :23:12. | :23:20.
sounds. At night that might not be too important -- at night light | :23:21. | :23:27.
might not be too important, but sounds. you might get sounds of owls | :23:27. | :23:30.
coming past, you make sure the odd bats. You have moths and all kinds | :23:30. | :23:40.
:23:40. | :23:41. | ||
of creatures. If you cannot go to an organised event, get out into your | :23:41. | :23:45.
back garden away from the double glazing? yes, you just need to get | :23:45. | :23:49.
out under the stars and seek out that adventure from foxes to | :23:49. | :23:55.
hedgehogs, all sorts going on. you very much. Let us have a work | :23:55. | :24:01.
with one -- word with one or two happy campers. A night under the | :24:01. | :24:08.
stars, what are you in for? Hopefully some bats, hopefully | :24:08. | :24:18.
:24:18. | :24:18. | ||
Noreen. Have viewed in looking further to this, Harry? yes.What | :24:18. | :24:24.
have you been looking forward to hearing this evening? I hope I can | :24:24. | :24:34.
:24:34. | :24:35. | ||
hear the sea. and some bats?and some bats. Go to the BBC website, | :24:36. | :24:39.
look out for RSPB and there will be an event just like this this weekend | :24:39. | :24:49.
:24:49. | :24:49. | ||
some queer near where you live. -- somewhere near for you live. | :24:49. | :24:53.
I have to say, that makes me feel guilty. I have been using my baby | :24:53. | :24:58.
who is about the same age as an excuse not to camp. Let us get the | :24:58. | :25:06.
It should stay dry for those campers tonight. We did have some rain this | :25:06. | :25:11.
morning. But then you can see this line of fairly hefty shavers. They | :25:11. | :25:18.
have also cleared out into the North Sea. I am hopeful that we will see | :25:18. | :25:22.
some sunshine before the day is out. We start the night with some clear | :25:22. | :25:27.
spells. That will allow temperatures to drop. They will probably stay in | :25:27. | :25:32.
double figures in towns and cities. In the rule locations we could get | :25:32. | :25:39.
down to single figures. Mist and fog patches are possible as well. The | :25:39. | :25:45.
winds will continue to these coming in from a north-westerly direction. | :25:45. | :25:50.
This is a pressure pattern. A bump of high pressure keeping things mean | :25:50. | :25:55.
me fine for tomorrow. Some weather fronts just working. They may bring | :25:55. | :26:00.
some showery rain tomorrow night. The chance of a shower, a bit of a | :26:00. | :26:05.
cool breeze on Sunday. Plenty of sunshine into tomorrow morning. If | :26:05. | :26:09.
we do get any mist patches they should clear. Temperatures down a | :26:09. | :26:15.
touch on where they got too today. Highs of 21 or 20 degrees Celsius. | :26:15. | :26:21.
That is what we should expect, and a light went. There could be an | :26:21. | :26:25.
isolated shower but for most of us it does look dry. Overnight that | :26:25. | :26:29.
approaching weather front could bring some rain, but not for | :26:30. | :26:36.
everyone. You can see the extent that by 5am on Sunday. Sunday maybe | :26:36. | :26:40.
a little but cloudy but that weather front moves quickly out into North | :26:40. | :26:46.
Sea. Certainly across the eastern half of the region. I am hoping we | :26:46. | :26:49.
will see some sunny spells developing through the day on | :26:49. | :26:54.
Sunday. On Monday it looks like a largely dry starting next week. Not | :26:54. | :26:58.
a lot happening with the weather, but we do keep a bit of a breeze | :26:58. | :27:02. |
