In Look East tonight: This region is standing by to host

:00:11.:00:14.

the greatest show on earth. Next year, the Tour de France will pass

:00:15.:00:17.

through towns and villages here before it crosses the Channel: ``

:00:18.:00:27.

the Channel. With the tour coming to Britain, it will be inspirational

:00:28.:00:30.

from a racing point of view. People want to compete more.

:00:31.:00:33.

Hello from Susie and me. Yes, in tonight's programme:

:00:34.:00:36.

I will take you through the route of Stage Three of Le Tour as the

:00:37.:00:38.

international cavalcade races through Cambridge and Essex.

:00:39.:00:41.

In other news tonight, Norfolk and Suffolk get ready to shake hands on

:00:42.:00:45.

a new deal on merging services to save money.

:00:46.:00:49.

And the Suffolk car park raking in the money when drivers struggle to

:00:50.:00:51.

park inside the lines. We start tonight with news that the

:00:52.:01:06.

greatest annual sporting event in the world is coming to this region.

:01:07.:01:11.

In July of next year, Stage three of the Tour de France will start in

:01:12.:01:17.

Cambridge. It will then snake its way around Essex go past the Olympic

:01:18.:01:21.

Park at Stratford and into London. Confirmation of the route today

:01:22.:01:24.

guarantees an audience of billions around the world for this region.

:01:25.:01:27.

Organisers expect thousands of spectators to line the route in the

:01:28.:01:31.

hope of seeing cycling stars like Chris Froome, Sir Bradley Wiggins

:01:32.:01:36.

and Mark Cavendish. I'll be giving you full details of the route in a

:01:37.:01:40.

moment after this from Mike Cartwright: we knew the race was

:01:41.:01:50.

coming. In Paris today, after months of

:01:51.:01:57.

speculation, we learned the truth. A huge gathering there, anticipation

:01:58.:02:01.

here. Outside in Cambridge, a place the Tour de France will have to

:02:02.:02:07.

pass. It is really important for the city. This is the biggest annual

:02:08.:02:11.

sporting event in the world. We have never had anything like this before

:02:12.:02:14.

and probably won't for a very long time. I think Cambridge is already

:02:15.:02:19.

on the map but it will help it have its position cemented as the cycling

:02:20.:02:25.

capital of the UK. In July, the cyclists are coming to our part of

:02:26.:02:28.

the world. Among them, Mark Cavendish. He has been described as

:02:29.:02:33.

the fastest man on two wheels. He trained in this region, he knows it

:02:34.:02:38.

well. I know the road and all three of the first stages I know the roads

:02:39.:02:42.

really well. Hopefully we can make it a successful weekend for us.

:02:43.:02:47.

After months of speculation, we know that the reason will start right by

:02:48.:02:51.

these lights and will snake through the city of Cambridge, across Essex

:02:52.:02:55.

and head into the capital. The tab for the tour to come here is being

:02:56.:03:00.

paid for by the Government and councils. What of its legacy? More

:03:01.:03:05.

youngsters and women in cycling is the hope. Holly is from Huntingdon.

:03:06.:03:10.

She is on the verge of joining the Junior Olympics God. To see people

:03:11.:03:18.

on bikes and I think with the tour coming to Britain, it would be

:03:19.:03:23.

inspirational from a racing point of view. `` junior Olympics squad.

:03:24.:03:29.

People will want to get into the squad sport a bit more. The last

:03:30.:03:35.

time it left from the UK was 2007. Mixture, it is coming to our part of

:03:36.:03:45.

the world. `` next year, . So, the big question ` where can you

:03:46.:03:49.

see it? Well, the riders will set off from Cambridge city centre at

:03:50.:03:52.

midday on Monday seventh July. From Parker's Piece, they will turn

:03:53.:03:55.

towards the centre of the city down Regent Street and Sidney Street

:03:56.:03:58.

before turning back past the historic colleges of St John's,

:03:59.:03:59.

Trinity and Kings. off from Cambridge city centre at

:04:00.:04:01.

midday on Monday They will leave the city centre along Trumpington

:04:02.:04:02.

Street. They'll pass up Trumpington Road

:04:03.:04:06.

before turning left onto the A1301 ` Shelford Road. The peloton then

:04:07.:04:09.

travels down through Great Shelford, past Sawston, crossing the A 505.

:04:10.:04:15.

They will follow that road on past Hinxton under the A11 past Great

:04:16.:04:18.

Chesterford and on to Saffron Walden. We were there, earlier

:04:19.:04:25.

today. A lone cyclist in the city.

:04:26.:04:35.

Outnumbered by cars today but they will rule the roads next year. It is

:04:36.:04:40.

good news for this cycling shop. The route goes right past the front

:04:41.:04:44.

door. Locally, the buzz has been going round. Everybody has been

:04:45.:04:48.

waiting to find out exactly where it is going to come. There is a big

:04:49.:04:57.

cycling community and so, sort of, interesting road bikes have been

:04:58.:05:02.

going phenomenally well. Next July, this street will be completely clear

:05:03.:05:06.

of traffic. The writers will make the weekend before turning down

:05:07.:05:10.

there to go further into Essex towards Braintree and passed

:05:11.:05:14.

Chelmsford before making their way towards London. `` riders. How

:05:15.:05:21.

challenging wilderness part be? We ask the Cambridge and reverse the

:05:22.:05:24.

men's cycling captain to try it out. It's quite flat. It is quite

:05:25.:05:33.

open and exposed. As it gets nearer towards the village, it is generally

:05:34.:05:36.

rolling so I don't think it will test them too much. If it is windy

:05:37.:05:42.

like this, like it is today, it will be tough. Of course, big sporting

:05:43.:05:46.

events draw big crowds and that should be a big boost for local

:05:47.:05:50.

businesses. Hundreds and thousands of people coming along to line the

:05:51.:05:55.

route and cheer them on. Hopefully, wild hair, they will be spending

:05:56.:06:02.

money on our shops and cafes. `` hopefully while they are here. They

:06:03.:06:06.

have just eight months to the rear. Next to lie, this part of the region

:06:07.:06:11.

will be in the spotlight, hosting a global event watched by millions. ``

:06:12.:06:17.

eight months to prepare. These are all the places it will go

:06:18.:06:19.

through in Essex. So, from Saffron Walden the route

:06:20.:06:23.

takes the B1053 through the villages of Radwinter and Finchingfield

:06:24.:06:25.

before entering the district of Braintree via Rayne and Felsted. The

:06:26.:06:28.

riders will take in Great Waltham and the outskirts of Chelmsford,

:06:29.:06:31.

then head West along the A1060 before turning off through Roxwell

:06:32.:06:32.

and Willingale. Braintree via Rayne and Felsted. The

:06:33.:06:34.

They'll pass through Fyfield and Moreton and leave Essex through

:06:35.:06:38.

Epping. From there, stage three will finish in London, going through the

:06:39.:06:42.

Olympic Park at Stratford before a final dash through the Mall.

:06:43.:06:48.

Later in the programme, we'll take a look at the star riders and some

:06:49.:06:53.

local names to look out for. It's been revealed today that the

:06:54.:06:56.

County Councils in Norfolk and Suffolk have started talks to merge

:06:57.:06:59.

some services. Between them, they employ 10,000 staff and both are

:07:00.:07:04.

struggling to cope financially. Both say it's too early to predict how

:07:05.:07:09.

many jobs could be under threat as a result.

:07:10.:07:19.

30 bridges span this river, the traditional border between Norfolk

:07:20.:07:21.

and Suffolk. Here is another. This one is still being built. We see

:07:22.:07:26.

that there are great things that we can make working together, working

:07:27.:07:28.

in the back office perhaps. Binding new ways of working together. We are

:07:29.:07:33.

in the early days of this. I know that we will always be separate

:07:34.:07:39.

counties but we have so much in common that is Norfolk and Suffolk

:07:40.:07:42.

can't work together then no counties in England can. We urge you think

:07:43.:07:48.

you could make savings, apart from within the Council itself? There are

:07:49.:07:51.

huge opportunities in procurement which will work very well because we

:07:52.:07:55.

will have economies of scale between the two counties because we provide

:07:56.:08:01.

similar services to each other. Services like road maintenance, care

:08:02.:08:03.

for children, libraries and Social Services. Huge cutbacks help

:08:04.:08:12.

concentrate the mind. My counsel has two find ?136 million. 180 million

:08:13.:08:19.

in Norfolk. We have these huge challenges. We can find benefits for

:08:20.:08:26.

the people of Suffolk and Norfolk. Will be a delusional services

:08:27.:08:29.

question marks that is nonsense. Anybody looking at us today should

:08:30.:08:32.

be able to see that what we are trying to do is enhance ourselves.

:08:33.:08:36.

`` there will be a dilation of services? With two people working

:08:37.:08:43.

together, we should enhance the services. Together we are stronger.

:08:44.:08:50.

You heard it here first, Labour and Conservative leaders stronger

:08:51.:08:52.

together. Is there a queue is irony that we have a love in between the

:08:53.:08:59.

Labour and Conservative leader? In some ways people would say is it not

:09:00.:09:03.

interesting it is between Norfolk and Suffolk, even more than party

:09:04.:09:06.

politics. What matters is that you both want to do best for your

:09:07.:09:10.

community. It does not matter that we are in different parties, we both

:09:11.:09:14.

want the same thing. We should have a clearer idea of what that is on

:09:15.:09:18.

November 20. That is when both counsel leaders will meet on a

:09:19.:09:21.

bridge and tell us more about their new cross`border operation.

:09:22.:09:30.

The Church of England in Essex is hoping to make a million pounds by

:09:31.:09:33.

fitting solar panels to more than 200 vicarages. The Diocese of

:09:34.:09:36.

Chelmsford says the panels will generate cheap electricity for

:09:37.:09:39.

vicars with any surplus being sold back to the National Grid.

:09:40.:09:46.

The reverend checks are level on the vicarage's can of heating oil. Will

:09:47.:09:52.

need to get refilled again. But the energy bills are good to go down.

:09:53.:09:56.

This morning, solar panels were fitted to the roof. In the Bible, it

:09:57.:10:02.

teaches us that God created heaven and earth and humankind to be good

:10:03.:10:08.

stewards. I see this as being a good steward of what God has given us to

:10:09.:10:14.

use for anything. He will not be the only figure getting cheap or even

:10:15.:10:20.

free electricity on sunny days. The diocese is investing nearly ?1

:10:21.:10:22.

million to install solar panels on over 200 vicarage is across the

:10:23.:10:29.

diocese. The returns they expect will be that and again over the life

:10:30.:10:35.

of the panels in 25 years. The diocese is thought to be the only

:10:36.:10:38.

one installing solar panels on so many of its big Regs. By filling the

:10:39.:10:43.

XS electricity back to the National Grid, it is hoping to make a big

:10:44.:10:51.

profit. `` vicarages. We will pray that the sun keeps shining. The XS

:10:52.:10:54.

goes straight into the National Grid. In fact, every rectory and

:10:55.:11:00.

vicarage is sort of like a mini power station, as far as I

:11:01.:11:04.

understand. In a thing we do not use goes straight to the National Grid

:11:05.:11:06.

to help power other people's houses. goes straight to the National Grid

:11:07.:11:13.

many of the dioceses now has a financial stake in good weather.

:11:14.:11:17.

Congregations may find themselves praying for the rain to stop and the

:11:18.:11:20.

sun to shine. `` with panels being fitted. In Norfolk paramedic accused

:11:21.:11:32.

of not adequately assessing a woman who died in a car crash has been

:11:33.:11:35.

cleared to continue working Fiona Turner was working for the East of

:11:36.:11:38.

England Ambulance Service when she was called to the accident on the

:11:39.:11:42.

B1107 near Thetford in August 2011. She told the Health and Care

:11:43.:11:45.

Professions Council panel she felt left out there alone.

:11:46.:11:50.

A new care home opened in Norfolk today which provides a glimpse of

:11:51.:11:53.

how dementia patients of the future will be looked after. It has cost ?8

:11:54.:11:57.

million to build Downham Grange in Downham Market. It's privately run

:11:58.:12:00.

and says it can provide the best specialist care available for people

:12:01.:12:07.

with dementia. Launched with a musical flourish

:12:08.:12:12.

today, this is certainly different. Purpose`built to provide home for 62

:12:13.:12:17.

residents who will be looked after by up to 80 staff. There are so many

:12:18.:12:21.

special touches to enrich the lives of residents with dementia. Not just

:12:22.:12:24.

corridors, here there is memory lane, fashion parade and melody way.

:12:25.:12:31.

Operations director Mandy to cause an equipped. This is a typical front

:12:32.:12:36.

door. This person has their own number, door knob and letterbox as

:12:37.:12:39.

we like to make it feel like it's somebody's home. This is the bedroom

:12:40.:12:45.

area. As you can see, it is fully furnished. Nursing bed because they

:12:46.:12:49.

are catering for people with those knees. Each bedroom has its own

:12:50.:12:56.

ensuite bathroom. `` those needs. They are all single rooms and have

:12:57.:13:00.

school disabled facilities. This is one of our lounge, dining areas. It

:13:01.:13:06.

is specifically designed to encourage more group living. We feel

:13:07.:13:09.

it is important for people with dementia to have smaller groups.

:13:10.:13:12.

Expect actually building is one thing, it is the staff who must make

:13:13.:13:16.

it a home from home. It is a huge challenge. It is a big challenge to

:13:17.:13:23.

take on. I have not won a nursing home to so this is going to be a

:13:24.:13:26.

challenge for me also but I have lots of help and support. `` run a

:13:27.:13:28.

nursing home. lots of help and support. `` run a

:13:29.:13:32.

the early residents are. She has dementia. Your 94 years old? I have

:13:33.:13:42.

not. I read? Yes. How do you rate the cure? Very good. Everybody's

:13:43.:13:48.

happy, pleasant. Could not wish for better. `` rate the care. Specialist

:13:49.:14:00.

dementia and nursing care here is quoted as ?750 per week.

:14:01.:14:09.

Also coming up: Who do watch out for when the best

:14:10.:14:17.

cyclist in the world come here for the Tour de France.

:14:18.:14:20.

Why drivers are being forced to pay the price of four lost parking. ``

:14:21.:14:26.

for careless parking. A schoolboy from Milton Keynes has

:14:27.:14:29.

become one of the first children in the world to undergo a transplant

:14:30.:14:32.

operation using a pioneering technique.

:14:33.:14:34.

Mohammed Ahmed was chosen because he needed a life saving bone marrow

:14:35.:14:37.

transplant. What makes this treatment special is that you don't

:14:38.:14:41.

need a perfect cell match and that could solve the problem of a

:14:42.:14:45.

shortage of donors. Helen Drew has been to the Great

:14:46.:14:49.

Ormond Street Hospital for our special report tonight.

:14:50.:14:57.

Enjoying a family afternoon in the playground but life has not always

:14:58.:14:59.

been so upbeat for this family. Mohamed Gedo four, waited years for

:15:00.:15:06.

a bone transplant. `` Muhammed, four. He has a weak immune system,

:15:07.:15:13.

as did his sister. He has become the second child in the world to try a

:15:14.:15:16.

new bone marrow transplant technique with his dad as a donor. They said

:15:17.:15:21.

to me, this treatment is the only home otherwise he could die. So we

:15:22.:15:27.

have not got a choice. We were just hoping and praying to God that he

:15:28.:15:33.

will get better. The treatment was carried out as part of a study at

:15:34.:15:37.

Great Ormond Street Hospital, along with the Institute Of Child Health.

:15:38.:15:47.

It allows the use of cells that are not a perfect match. The doctors

:15:48.:15:50.

take donated cells and engineers safety switch so that once the cells

:15:51.:15:55.

are put in the patient body, if they attack the body because they are not

:15:56.:16:00.

a patient match, they can effect be killed off. That will have

:16:01.:16:03.

applications beyond this particular study for other conditions. Some

:16:04.:16:10.

types of leukaemia, when some of those conditions are not treated

:16:11.:16:14.

with normal chemotherapy and need extra treatment. There is a whole

:16:15.:16:17.

bunch of studies in the pipeline, not just here but across the adult

:16:18.:16:22.

centres also, using the same platform of technology and the

:16:23.:16:26.

expertise that we have developed. For Mohammed Afroz family, it has

:16:27.:16:31.

been a success. He is taking his medication but a minimal amount to

:16:32.:16:36.

keep him better. `` Muhammed and his family. Otherwise, he is fine. He is

:16:37.:16:43.

all right. It is only a trial at the moment but the hope is that this new

:16:44.:16:47.

technique will help with donor shortages so that children like him

:16:48.:16:51.

not have to wait years for potentially life`saving operations.

:16:52.:16:55.

Let's return to our top story now ` the announcement that next summer's

:16:56.:16:58.

Tour de France will pass through our region. On Monday seventh July, the

:16:59.:17:01.

huge convoy will race from Cambridge through Essex and into London. Of

:17:02.:17:05.

course, the last two champions were from this country. Chris Froome won

:17:06.:17:09.

it this year and Sir Bradley Wiggins in 2012. So who are the hot tips for

:17:10.:17:21.

next year? This from Tom Williams. The Tour de France, the world's

:17:22.:17:28.

greatest annual sporting event. Next year, the 101st edition returning to

:17:29.:17:34.

these shores for the fourth time in a race the Brits have started to

:17:35.:17:40.

dominate. For me, it feels like a real privilege to have the tour

:17:41.:17:46.

coming to the UK. Going there as a defending champion, if you like. I

:17:47.:17:50.

was bowled over this year at the support we had in France so I can

:17:51.:17:54.

only imagine what it is going to be like. It is going to be massive.

:17:55.:17:58.

only imagine what it is going to be Chris Froome unquestionably OBD man

:17:59.:18:02.

to beat in 2014. Unflappable, , en route to winning this year. Cool

:18:03.:18:07.

under pressure and in the spotlight. For his opponents, no

:18:08.:18:14.

apparent weakness. Yes, I think definitely Chris Froome is again

:18:15.:18:28.

favourite but maybe also Rodriguez. He is now established as Team Sky's

:18:29.:18:31.

number one rider. However, Sir Bradley Wiggins could yet hold out

:18:32.:18:38.

`` help out. The two men have won the last two editions of the tour.

:18:39.:18:46.

It is unlikely there will be `` he will be ``. `` make up for Alberto

:18:47.:18:55.

Contador, winner of five grand jurors. Of course, Britain's Mark

:18:56.:19:00.

Cavendish, 25 stage wins putting him third on the all`time list. For the

:19:01.:19:04.

Tour de France to visit the UK for the second time in my career is

:19:05.:19:10.

something I could not have imagined. To be an ambassador, it is a great

:19:11.:19:13.

honour and I would love to be successful there. The world's

:19:14.:19:16.

greatest riders cycling the streets in this region. You won't need a

:19:17.:19:20.

ticket. A short while ago, I spoke to Ann

:19:21.:19:23.

Naylor from Essex County Council. She is the Cabinet Member for Public

:19:24.:19:27.

Health Wellbeing and is involved in planning for the Tour de France.

:19:28.:19:34.

She is delighted the race is coming to Essex.

:19:35.:19:40.

It is already a classic. It occurs and so many calendars and pitches of

:19:41.:19:44.

Essex. It just is the prettiest place in the world. It has a duck

:19:45.:19:49.

pond, a church, a slanting green. It is just such a pretty place.

:19:50.:19:54.

Millions of people will be watching on television and a lot of people

:19:55.:19:57.

will be watching live. Have you thought about the safety? Of course.

:19:58.:20:02.

We had a great history for the safety aspects being covered for the

:20:03.:20:05.

Olympic Games, we were in combination with the city of London

:20:06.:20:10.

and other forces while the Olympics were on in Stratford. We also have

:20:11.:20:13.

the white`water rafting and the mountain biking. The safety aspects

:20:14.:20:19.

were always on our mind. Have you put a value on this, how much you

:20:20.:20:24.

think it is worth to the county? No, we have not. It is really very

:20:25.:20:30.

difficult to quantify. It will not cost us anything in absolute terms.

:20:31.:20:33.

It is a self funding organisation. We just think that people will have

:20:34.:20:38.

a jolly good time. There will be marketing opportunities,

:20:39.:20:40.

opportunities for people to stay, to eat, to enjoy Essex. I think it is a

:20:41.:20:45.

great thing that is happening to us. You are the Cabinet Minister for

:20:46.:20:50.

health and well`being, how is the cycle race going to help you? Heart

:20:51.:20:58.

of the East of `` ethos of public health is that people should look

:20:59.:21:00.

after themselves and seeing people being active is a very important

:21:01.:21:04.

part of public health. We would encourage everybody to take up sport

:21:05.:21:06.

and to be active and to improve their general health. It is very

:21:07.:21:11.

important to me. Will you turn out and watches as it goes through? And

:21:12.:21:13.

hopeful! and watches as it goes through? And

:21:14.:21:18.

watch it as it goes through. If you're going to be involved, we

:21:19.:21:22.

would like to hear from you. You can phone or a nail or contact us

:21:23.:21:26.

through Twitter or Facebook. We look forward to hearing from you. `` a

nail. There are claims today that hundreds

:21:29.:21:32.

of drivers have been fined for offences in a council`run car park

:21:33.:21:35.

because they were forgetful or a bit careless. The scale of the fines in

:21:36.:21:39.

the market Town of Sudbury in Suffolk has been made known under

:21:40.:21:42.

the Freedom of Information act. The main offences were for people

:21:43.:21:45.

not displaying a ticket in their windscreen ` even though parking is

:21:46.:21:50.

free for the first three hours. And others have been forced to pay a

:21:51.:21:53.

penalty because they didn't ` or couldn't ` park within the allocated

:21:54.:22:01.

bays. Mike Liggins reports. The Station Road car park in Sudbury

:22:02.:22:06.

and everything is fine. Unless, that is, you get a fine. It is actually

:22:07.:22:14.

free to parking is car park but you do need a ticket. If you do not have

:22:15.:22:17.

one, you will get a ticket. To explain, you get three hours free

:22:18.:22:22.

parking but you do need a ticket putting your window. Last year, 2851

:22:23.:22:29.

people were fined ?25 for not displaying a ticket. The reason we

:22:30.:22:35.

know this is because David Holland, who runs a curtain shop in the town,

:22:36.:22:41.

admitted a Freedom of Information request to the district council. We

:22:42.:22:44.

want people to come here and spend their money. We want people to come

:22:45.:22:48.

and visit us. It is a lovely old marketing. We need people to come

:22:49.:22:52.

here. The last thing we want is parking regimes from the district

:22:53.:22:57.

council which actually makes people want to stay away. That is precisely

:22:58.:23:02.

what is happening now. Back in the car park, the car park attendant has

:23:03.:23:08.

spotted us. Not keen to appear on TV, he takes refuge behind a tree. I

:23:09.:23:14.

could not help noticing that you are a bit wonky. Also last year, 342

:23:15.:23:22.

people were fined. A bit wonky. For not parking in the base properly.

:23:23.:23:25.

Keen to stop people getting a ticket, I decided to put one or two

:23:26.:23:31.

on the straight and narrow. It is not brilliant. You have said it

:23:32.:23:35.

yourself. We would not want you to get a fine now, would we? No. Want

:23:36.:23:40.

another go? I think I will. get a fine now, would we? No. Want

:23:41.:23:45.

District Council collected ?87,000 in car parking fines last year. A

:23:46.:23:50.

spokesperson said they would much prefer people to use it

:23:51.:23:52.

appropriately so they did not have to give friends. A warning he did by

:23:53.:23:56.

our friend Robert. `` give out fines.

:23:57.:24:02.

He would make an excellent parking attendant. An alternative career!

:24:03.:24:08.

He would make an excellent parking Sometimes. But

:24:09.:24:08.

He would make an excellent parking Sometimes. That is not what you told

:24:09.:24:12.

me just now. If I have a lot of time. You like to park on the line

:24:13.:24:17.

and then you know where you are. I think I would be find all the time

:24:18.:24:20.

at that car park. Let's have a look at the weather.

:24:21.:24:21.

at that Good evening. We have really like

:24:22.:24:25.

the weather last night. Mark sent us this photograph showing a lightning

:24:26.:24:31.

bolt in the hub, just above that, in central Milton Keynes. Things did

:24:32.:24:37.

calm down a bit more today. We have seen something conditions across the

:24:38.:24:39.

region. There was some showers first thing. This is our satellite and

:24:40.:24:43.

reader looking, showing the front that borders the rain. Then we for

:24:44.:24:50.

brighter skies. `` that brought us the room. It has stayed quite windy

:24:51.:24:53.

but they have now eased and they will continue to do so overnight.

:24:54.:24:57.

Whether clear skies and light winds, that means we are in for a chilly

:24:58.:25:01.

night from last May. Temperatures certainly getting down into single

:25:02.:25:05.

figures across the board. `` last night. The chance of mist and fog

:25:06.:25:09.

forming into tomorrow. They will be quite isolated. These are the

:25:10.:25:12.

typical temperatures we can expect in towns and cities. Certainly, I'd

:25:13.:25:16.

no country said, it could let what about colder. Take a couple of

:25:17.:25:21.

degrees of those values. In terms of winds, we have a south`westerly. ``

:25:22.:25:26.

quite a bit colder. It is going to be a chilly start to tomorrow but

:25:27.:25:30.

quite a fine autumn day with sunny spells and light winds. It should be

:25:31.:25:35.

quite comfortable. Any mist and fog clearing away quite quickly and

:25:36.:25:37.

plenty of sunshine through tomorrow morning. As we get into the

:25:38.:25:41.

afternoon, the tendency for a bit more cloud to start to form. The

:25:42.:25:45.

winds should stay light and it should stay dry for all tomorrow.

:25:46.:25:48.

Temperatures getting to around 16 degrees. That is 61 Fahrenheit. The

:25:49.:25:56.

winds clinging to a southeasterly direction but a light went for most

:25:57.:25:59.

of the day and then we have got changes on the way. The amount of

:26:00.:26:03.

cloud will increase from the West into the evening and overnight.

:26:04.:26:05.

Eventually bringing a family. Some of this could be quite heavy. ``

:26:06.:26:09.

bringing us some rain. If this is how the rain, weather is shaping up.

:26:10.:26:15.

It is all coming in on this area of low pressure. `` this is how the

:26:16.:26:20.

weather is shaping up. Going to keep those in strong winds into the

:26:21.:26:23.

weekend and for the start of next week. Make the most of tomorrow. It

:26:24.:26:27.

will be a fine day indeed. Increasing amounts of cloud later on

:26:28.:26:31.

will bring us rain and it should clear away through Friday. It is

:26:32.:26:34.

going to stay very windy through the day on Friday. Temperatures

:26:35.:26:40.

climbing. Still quite mild. Some of this rain is heavy. A better

:26:41.:26:43.

prospect of something drier, perhaps brighter, into the afternoon. At the

:26:44.:26:47.

moment, a dry start to weaken. Still windy. Some rain turning up later on

:26:48.:26:56.

Saturday. Some heavy showers around for Sunday. Overnight lows, don't

:26:57.:27:00.

forget that tonight will be our chilly night but after that, we get

:27:01.:27:03.

into double figures. We have some mild nights on the you very much.

:27:04.:27:08.

That is it. We will see you tomorrow. Good night.

:27:09.:27:09.

Goodbye.
