there are major concerns about the spread of disease. That is all from | :00:00. | :00:00.
us. Hello and welcome to Look East. In | :00:00. | :00:09.
tonight's programme, the news from Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. | :00:10. | :00:15.
Our top story... The trial of two men in Chelmsford charged in | :00:16. | :00:18.
connection with a terrorism alert at Stansted Airport. | :00:19. | :00:21.
The region's house prices reach their highest peak since the crash | :00:22. | :00:24.
of 2008. We ask the experts if that's a good thing. | :00:25. | :00:28.
And the magical work by one of our most talented illustrators goes | :00:29. | :00:30.
under the hammer in Essex. Hello. Also in tonight's programme, | :00:31. | :00:49.
Stewart's latest report from China. I am at the Port of Shanghai, the | :00:50. | :00:57.
biggest container port in the world. We speak about Felixstowe as the | :00:58. | :01:02.
biggest one in the UK, but ten times as many containers are moved every | :01:03. | :01:06.
year here than they do at Felixstowe. The details later in the | :01:07. | :01:12.
programme. First night, a jury in Essex was | :01:13. | :01:18.
told today that fighter jets were scrambled to intercept a commercial | :01:19. | :01:20.
airliner after two passengers threatened to blow it up. `` first | :01:21. | :01:25.
tonight. The Boeing 777 was en route from Pakistan to Manchester when it | :01:26. | :01:29.
was diverted to Stansted. The incident triggered a full terrorism | :01:30. | :01:31.
alert. The two defendants are charged with endangering an | :01:32. | :01:34.
aircraft. Let's get the details now from our Essex reporter Gareth | :01:35. | :01:37.
George, who is at Chelmsford Crown Court. | :01:38. | :01:39.
At the very outset here, the jury were told that this is not a | :01:40. | :01:43.
terrorist trial, the men not political extremists, not having the | :01:44. | :01:49.
capacity to carry out their alleged threats, but the jury also told | :01:50. | :01:54.
that, if you are on the aircraft that day, you would have been | :01:55. | :02:00.
absolutely terrified. Pakistan Airlines, after making an emergency | :02:01. | :02:04.
landing at Dan Sclebin airport in May this year. | :02:05. | :02:09.
The flight was bound for Manchester. `` at Stansted Airport. But it was | :02:10. | :02:16.
diverted there. Among the 347 passengers were Mohammed Safdar and | :02:17. | :02:22.
Tayyab Subhani, flying back to England after attending a funeral. | :02:23. | :02:26.
The jury were told that some passengers said the men were | :02:27. | :02:30.
behaving in a rude and aggressive manner before the flight took off. | :02:31. | :02:35.
Mohammed Safdar in particular became angry when his offer to help an ill | :02:36. | :02:43.
passenger was turned down. The jury were told the threats included... | :02:44. | :03:00.
Mohammed Safdar and Tayyab Subhani both deny a charge of endangering | :03:01. | :03:07.
the safety of an aircraft. The trial continues. What did the pilot say? | :03:08. | :03:16.
The jury were told that the pilot described this as the most serious | :03:17. | :03:24.
incident of his career, he contacted UK air traffic control, and he was | :03:25. | :03:30.
instructed to go to emergency procedures, which included diverging | :03:31. | :03:34.
from Manchester to Stansted. The trial is expected to last five | :03:35. | :03:40.
weeks, hearing evidence from passengers and cabin crew. Brian | :03:41. | :03:44.
O'Neil QC also told the jury that what was said on that plane meant | :03:45. | :03:50.
that, as it was being diverted, the situation on that aircraft was life | :03:51. | :03:54.
threatening. The two men deny the charges. Gareth, thank you very | :03:55. | :04:00.
much. Some housing experts expressed | :04:01. | :04:03.
concern today over new reports which say house prices have soared to | :04:04. | :04:08.
their highest level for a decade. Some believe the Government's | :04:09. | :04:11.
help`to`buy scheme is in danger of driving up prices and creating a | :04:12. | :04:14.
house price bubble. Our chief reporter Kim Riley has been going | :04:15. | :04:18.
through the details. He is here now. According to the Office of National | :04:19. | :04:22.
Statistics, today house prices in the East are up 2% year on year. | :04:23. | :04:28.
Bringing the price of an average home in the East to ?255,000. | :04:29. | :04:36.
Compare that to London. Prices have risen by over 9% and more. And you | :04:37. | :04:40.
might think we are a long way from a bubble. The latest phase of the | :04:41. | :04:44.
help`to`buy scheme is designed to make it easier for first time buyers | :04:45. | :04:48.
to get on to the ladder, with the chance to buy a home with just a 5% | :04:49. | :04:52.
deposit. That is backed by a government guarantee. In its monthly | :04:53. | :04:55.
survey, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors reports | :04:56. | :04:56.
"rocketing interest from buyers". And "dwarfing the number of | :04:57. | :04:59.
properties for sale" in the East at least. And in fact in most other | :05:00. | :05:02.
regions. Critics say the government scheme makes a damaging property | :05:03. | :05:06.
boom. One estate agents in Norwich one of those to contribute to the | :05:07. | :05:09.
latest RICS survey. The message here that the market in Norfolk remains | :05:10. | :05:12.
slow, with no signs of overheating. Sales are still not back to | :05:13. | :05:15.
pre`recession levels. But certainly a brightening picture. I have been | :05:16. | :05:21.
through several recessions in my time. I have been an estate agent | :05:22. | :05:27.
for 37 years and now that the property market always bounces back. | :05:28. | :05:31.
It can take longer sometimes, this time taking longer, because interest | :05:32. | :05:35.
rates have been artificially held down. We are bouncing back, the | :05:36. | :05:40.
economy picking up, a feel`good factor, and I am optimistic. | :05:41. | :05:45.
That's the picture in Norfolk. Kevin Burch has been to the Suffolk market | :05:46. | :05:49.
town of Saxmundham to assess the housing market there. | :05:50. | :05:51.
In this historic market town, it did not take long to find locals | :05:52. | :05:55.
struggling for a toehold on the housing ladder. Take Steve. I live | :05:56. | :06:01.
with mum and dad, I cannot afford to move out, and I am 41. You have | :06:02. | :06:08.
never had a place of your own? Impossible if you want to have a | :06:09. | :06:14.
family. Some struggling, but is Help to Buy the answer? Banks and | :06:15. | :06:19.
moneymaking organisations. Help to Buy? Helping themselves. I have no | :06:20. | :06:25.
understanding of the schemes. If it is viable, then yes, take it. Any | :06:26. | :06:32.
type of scheme that will get you a step on that ladder, once that is | :06:33. | :06:36.
achieved, more people will be happier. Just up the road is a | :06:37. | :06:41.
brand`new development of 90 properties being built by the | :06:42. | :06:47.
company David Wilson Homes. This is the four`bedroom home, the largest | :06:48. | :06:54.
property. Jason is the marketing director and that, after stagnation, | :06:55. | :06:59.
the activities market `` the market is active again, but he is wary of | :07:00. | :07:05.
talking about inflating a new bubble. There is a new amount of | :07:06. | :07:10.
inflation, but an increased of costs to the house`builders, and that is | :07:11. | :07:16.
offset with other costs associated with people's income, so a small | :07:17. | :07:21.
increase, but cleverly managed to ensure the customer is protected. | :07:22. | :07:27.
Suffix has demand, lotsa people want to live here, the first`time buyer | :07:28. | :07:31.
market has been difficult. `` Suffolk has demand. This development | :07:32. | :07:39.
only open sales last weekend, and two plots were reserved | :07:40. | :07:42.
straightaway, and Wales there would be foolhardy to draw too many | :07:43. | :07:46.
conclusions from one development, both reservations were made through | :07:47. | :07:51.
Help to Buy. Kim is still with me. What lessons | :07:52. | :07:59.
can we draw from this? Help`to`buy scheme is providing a welcome boost | :08:00. | :08:04.
for now. Most important, the need for more house building to bring | :08:05. | :08:07.
supply and demand for starter homes back into balance. Thank you. | :08:08. | :08:13.
Bidders in Essex paid more than ?40,000 today for a collection of | :08:14. | :08:19.
first edition books. They were illustrated by an Edwardian artist | :08:20. | :08:22.
whose work adorns classics such as Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan. | :08:23. | :08:26.
They were offered for sale at auction by his surviving relatives. | :08:27. | :08:29.
A Arthur Rackham. If you do not know his name, you will recognise his | :08:30. | :08:31.
work. And the reward being master illustrator. `` and Edwardian master | :08:32. | :08:44.
illustrator. Now, 26 books he gave to his sister`in`law each Christmas | :08:45. | :08:49.
are up for auction. His sinuous lines, his looming trees, his | :08:50. | :08:57.
unusual landscapes, this fantasy world he built, will be instantly | :08:58. | :09:01.
familiar to most viewers. This is my favourite picture. I just love that. | :09:02. | :09:08.
Just beautiful. I saw it as a greetings card years ago, but not | :09:09. | :09:14.
recently, which is a great shame. Jane Starkie is selling it, handed | :09:15. | :09:20.
down through her husband's side of the family. My husband died three | :09:21. | :09:24.
years ago, but not long before he died, one of my children was | :09:25. | :09:29.
diagnosed with MS, and he wanted to pay off her mortgage and that is | :09:30. | :09:33.
when he seriously thought of selling the collection. He never got around | :09:34. | :09:39.
to it, and I considered it, talked about it with my children, and we | :09:40. | :09:44.
thought it was sitting in a glass cabinet, we hardly ever look at | :09:45. | :09:50.
them, but we decided to do it. It was thought the books would fetch | :09:51. | :09:55.
?30,000. In the end, they sold for 43,000, Testament to the enduring | :09:56. | :10:02.
polarity of one of the century's finest illustrators. | :10:03. | :10:13.
Still to come on Look East this evening, high domestic violence | :10:14. | :10:19.
affects children, we hear one girl's story, and Alex will have the | :10:20. | :10:25.
weather. It will be a cold night, so wrapped up warm and wrap up your | :10:26. | :10:29.
plants, because there is a risk of Frost, but the weather is looking | :10:30. | :10:34.
fine for tomorrow. Join me at the end of the programme for all the | :10:35. | :10:39.
details. This week, Stewart is in Shanghai, | :10:40. | :10:42.
reporting on the growing trade links between our region and China. Last | :10:43. | :10:47.
night, we saw how Chinese tourists were boosting trade in Cambridge. | :10:48. | :10:51.
For tonight's report, Stewart has been to the dockside area of | :10:52. | :10:54.
Shanghai which has become the busiest container port in the world. | :10:55. | :11:00.
We are on the East China Sea, just a part of the Port of Shanghai, and it | :11:01. | :11:05.
is massive. At the 2 million containers coming through here every | :11:06. | :11:10.
year, making it the busiest container port. Seven of the top ten | :11:11. | :11:15.
container port southern China, Felixstowe is number 36. But there | :11:16. | :11:20.
are strong links with Felixstowe. Richard Daniel has been to see a | :11:21. | :11:26.
brand`new container ship about to leave Suffolk on its maiden voyage. | :11:27. | :11:41.
China's largest container ship. A statement of intent by china's | :11:42. | :11:47.
largest shipping line. This ship is 3.5 football pitches in length, it | :11:48. | :11:52.
can carry 13,000 containers, but the astonishing thing is the company | :11:53. | :11:56.
have built three vessels like this and plan five more and those will be | :11:57. | :12:01.
in service by the end of next year. We need to keep the fleet to be one | :12:02. | :12:08.
of the best choice for customers between the UK and China and we do | :12:09. | :12:14.
have so many customers, not only in China but the UK, to require weekly | :12:15. | :12:23.
services. This is home for months on end for the 26th globe trotting | :12:24. | :12:27.
crew. Down below, a huge galley for the ship's chef and accrue | :12:28. | :12:35.
recreation room. Near the stem, the cavernous engine room, the ship | :12:36. | :12:40.
running up to 160 tonnes of you will every day. It can cover nearly | :12:41. | :12:43.
20,000 nautical miles before refuelling. `` 160 tonnes of fuel. | :12:44. | :12:52.
It gives me leisure for myself, my wife, embassy staff, to attend this | :12:53. | :12:59.
celebration. The Chinese ambassador was guest of honour for the maiden | :13:00. | :13:03.
voyage from Felixstowe. The UK has a huge trade imbalance with China, but | :13:04. | :13:10.
little by little, that is changing. What is significant is increasing UK | :13:11. | :13:16.
exports to China, increased by 15%, so a large increase, so China now | :13:17. | :13:21.
becomes the fastest growing export market for the UK. The UK exports | :13:22. | :13:28.
more products like aviation equipment, medical equipment, cars, | :13:29. | :13:35.
China now is their number one importer of cards. The trend for | :13:36. | :13:41.
larger and larger ships continues. `` of cars. In Felixstowe, that will | :13:42. | :13:47.
mean more and more investment to accommodate them. We continue | :13:48. | :13:53.
investment in Felixstowe, East Anglia, and trade between the UK and | :13:54. | :13:58.
China has grown, probably about 50% of all containers nowadays relating | :13:59. | :14:05.
to Chinese and UK trade. Early evening and it slips out of | :14:06. | :14:10.
Felixstowe. It will take three weeks for the ship to arrive in the Far | :14:11. | :14:12.
East. Just before it left Suffolk, we put | :14:13. | :14:25.
a tiny time`lapse camera on board. Since then, it has called at | :14:26. | :14:35.
Hamburg, and work, and Suez, docking at Hong Kong just over a week ago. | :14:36. | :14:43.
`` Antwerp. It is due to .co after many Chinese ports on Sunday. It | :14:44. | :14:47.
will head back to Britain back with the kind of goods and many others | :14:48. | :14:53.
will find under Christmas trees in a few weeks time. Tomorrow night, | :14:54. | :14:57.
business and education, those of students coming to study in the | :14:58. | :15:05.
Easter thing than from China. Tonight, young man from Norwich who | :15:06. | :15:12.
come to Shanghai to carve out a new life. `` coming to study in the East | :15:13. | :15:23.
from China. When he was 11, this man came to | :15:24. | :15:28.
Shanghai with his family and stayed for two years. Last year, he moved | :15:29. | :15:32.
back to Shanghai after finishing a make up art course in Britain. His | :15:33. | :15:37.
parents now work in Beijing and Shanghai and he says this time one | :15:38. | :15:44.
of his mage is `` major tasks is to learn the language and adapt better | :15:45. | :15:53.
to local life. When I last lived here, and was at school here, we | :15:54. | :15:57.
would learn how to save hen, ruler, what was in your pencil case, | :15:58. | :16:02.
pointless things. Things she would never need to stay in the future, | :16:03. | :16:07.
but now learning things about how to get around the Metro, speak to taxi | :16:08. | :16:11.
drivers, going shopping, important things. As a make up artist, it is | :16:12. | :16:18.
not easy to start a career in the city, one thing finding potential | :16:19. | :16:23.
clients. He said one Chinese customer asked him to make her look | :16:24. | :16:29.
more like a foreigner. It is kind of a mixture between the two, you want | :16:30. | :16:34.
to tell them that you do not have to look, you know, foreign, Western, to | :16:35. | :16:41.
be beautiful. But what I can do is make their eyes look slightly | :16:42. | :16:46.
bigger. Even though he has only had two clients per week so far, he is | :16:47. | :16:51.
still looking forward to his job development. He says Shanghai is a | :16:52. | :16:55.
large modern city with more opportunities. I like that people | :16:56. | :17:00.
are not afraid to be themselves, I think it is, when you walk down the | :17:01. | :17:05.
street, you see the older generation, they just sing or | :17:06. | :17:11.
randomly start to dans, or something. He says he plans to stay | :17:12. | :17:16.
in Shanghai for at least four years and will try to develop his career | :17:17. | :17:20.
as a professional make`up artist working for shows in China. | :17:21. | :17:28.
Tomorrow night, Look East is live from the studios of international | :17:29. | :17:35.
channel Shanghai, we will hear from Weetabix, a company based in | :17:36. | :17:38.
Northamptonshire, but recently taken over by a company in China. And from | :17:39. | :17:42.
three British companies doing very well over here. That is Look East | :17:43. | :17:51.
tomorrow night at fixed 30p.m., 2:30am Shanghai town. `` tomorrow | :17:52. | :18:02.
night at the 30p.m.. ``6:30pm. Now, it's Children in Need this | :18:03. | :18:06.
Friday. Last year, the Look East region raised ?2 million. Some of | :18:07. | :18:10.
the money went to a charity called Leeway, which helps children | :18:11. | :18:12.
affected by domestic violence. I've been to meet one them, Ellie. To | :18:13. | :18:16.
hear her story. We have disguised the identities of those involved. | :18:17. | :18:18.
She saw her father abuse her mother since she was very small and, since | :18:19. | :18:22.
her mother died, she has lived with another family member, but struggled | :18:23. | :18:26.
emotionally. My dad would beat her up, and I would be in the other | :18:27. | :18:32.
room, but I would hear her crying and he would call her names. Because | :18:33. | :18:37.
of his anger, I would start to become angry. Choose a feeling and | :18:38. | :18:43.
tell me when you felt that way. Through the charity Leeway, she has | :18:44. | :18:54.
dealt with a care worker and been able to talk about her feelings, | :18:55. | :18:59.
making a huge difference. We had huge difficulties, my family at | :19:00. | :19:03.
breaking point many times, and I was at a loss how to help Ellie. It was | :19:04. | :19:12.
beyond my experience how to deal with it, so I am grateful. I would | :19:13. | :19:17.
urge anyone to deal with that help, if they can, it has done wonders for | :19:18. | :19:24.
our family. Leeway supports nearly 10,000 adults and children every | :19:25. | :19:27.
year across Norfolk and Suffolk, with three refugees and `` refuges. | :19:28. | :19:40.
Children in need support their outreach programme. It can take | :19:41. | :19:46.
several times before someone seeks advice. We need to get it right and | :19:47. | :19:51.
have trained professionals within the community who can help these | :19:52. | :19:55.
people. And actually seek the right path for them to help them out of | :19:56. | :20:01.
that abusive the duration. What would you say to someone else who | :20:02. | :20:07.
may be suffering this kind of thing, as a child? I would say, always try | :20:08. | :20:13.
to find someone nearby that you can't opt to and you are comfortable | :20:14. | :20:19.
with, `` you can talk to. That can help a lot. It can help you | :20:20. | :20:25.
understand how you are feeling and get through your life when you get | :20:26. | :20:29.
older. Ellie. Just one of the many children | :20:30. | :20:33.
who've been helped by Children in Need. This year's appeal is on | :20:34. | :20:37.
Friday. And on Look East, our live broadcast event is coming from | :20:38. | :20:41.
Wicksteed Park in Kettering. Do join us there if you can. The details are | :20:42. | :20:51.
on our Facebook page. As we've seen, the national news | :20:52. | :20:54.
continues to be dominated with the impact of typhoon in the | :20:55. | :20:57.
Phillipines. Earlier today, two friends from Norfolk returned from a | :20:58. | :21:00.
diving holiday in the Philippines. Nigel Walters is from Garvestone. | :21:01. | :21:03.
Mark Evans is from Horsford. Welcome to you both. Let us look at the map | :21:04. | :21:09.
and explain where you were. You were staying on the small island of | :21:10. | :21:16.
Malapascua at a diving resort. This is west of the island which bore the | :21:17. | :21:20.
brunt of the devastation. But you are in the eye of the storm? We were | :21:21. | :21:26.
near Malapascua, but took a direct hit. Let us look at some of your | :21:27. | :21:32.
pictures, how it looked when you arrived, which looks beautiful. Talk | :21:33. | :21:37.
us through the kind of place you were staying? It was the perfect, | :21:38. | :21:44.
the delegation. Trees and palm trees. `` it was a perfect | :21:45. | :21:51.
location. A tropical place, and you can see in the photographs, is | :21:52. | :21:55.
somewhere outstanding for a holiday. Mark, were you aware the storm was | :21:56. | :22:02.
coming? We were told earlier that there was some typhoon coming in, | :22:03. | :22:07.
but the locals get hit by these about five times per year, and no | :22:08. | :22:11.
one knew what was coming until later in the week. We can see you filming | :22:12. | :22:18.
during the storm, so Nigel, you are at the resort just filming from your | :22:19. | :22:25.
balcony? Yeah, the storm was staged, really, in terms of how it | :22:26. | :22:30.
came, slowly kicking in bit by bit, starting to eat away at the trees, | :22:31. | :22:34.
smaller ones asked, bigger ones next, and I was able to stay on the | :22:35. | :22:42.
balcony for some time, filming some of this. That was the dining room? | :22:43. | :22:50.
Yeah. Obviously devastating to see this happening, the before and | :22:51. | :22:59.
after? Totally, as Nigel said, it was paradise before. Crazy what | :23:00. | :23:04.
weather can do. And this footage is driving to the airport? This was one | :23:05. | :23:12.
of the areas most badly hit, no aid getting up there yet. Everyone is | :23:13. | :23:16.
hungry. Small children with signs looking for food and water. We did | :23:17. | :23:23.
not see any aid getting to them. We were isolated for a couple of days, | :23:24. | :23:28.
no information coming through. It was a total shock when we were on | :23:29. | :23:33.
the way there, which is when the news came about the amount of death | :23:34. | :23:40.
going on. What about the local people, what was their reaction? On | :23:41. | :23:45.
the island itself, they were very upbeat, a lot of teamwork and morale | :23:46. | :23:51.
boosting, dragging boats ashore, creating pathways. The general | :23:52. | :23:58.
belief they could get back to normal quickly. The holiday`makers were | :23:59. | :24:02.
getting stuck in as well, helping out wherever possible. Mark, you | :24:03. | :24:08.
only arrived back this morning, as it sunk in? Not really, straight off | :24:09. | :24:13.
the plane, just seeing the news what has happened in other places such as | :24:14. | :24:23.
Leyte. Lovely people, and a beautiful place, just really | :24:24. | :24:28.
devastated? Absolutely. It is not just the islands, it is going | :24:29. | :24:34.
straight up the airport, and spread across that part of the island. | :24:35. | :24:41.
Thank you very much for coming in, we are grateful. | :24:42. | :24:45.
The Disasters Emergency Committee launches its appeal campaign this | :24:46. | :24:51.

dec.org.uk. Now for the weather. High pressure is our friend during | :24:57. | :25:09.
the day, but becomes our enemy overnight, which is what will happen | :25:10. | :25:16.
tonight. High pressure has been building, introducing light wind and | :25:17. | :25:20.
clear skies, sunshine this afternoon, but overnight, any heat | :25:21. | :25:24.
being lost, meaning a cold night with the risk of frost. Temperatures | :25:25. | :25:29.
just three Celsius in the last hour near Thetford, and many places, | :25:30. | :25:36.
particularly in the countryside, expected to drop below freezing, so | :25:37. | :25:47.
expect some ground frost. We start tomorrow really quite chilly, but it | :25:48. | :25:53.
will be a fine day, and the next weather system approaching from the | :25:54. | :25:58.
north`west, not spoiling things in the East, but will mean a | :25:59. | :26:02.
strengthening wind overnight and the introduction of cloud and rain, | :26:03. | :26:05.
Andrew tomorrow, despite a chilly start, it will be glorious. `` | :26:06. | :26:12.
through tomorrow. Good spells of sunshine through the morning. | :26:13. | :26:16.
Temperatures not high, but the sunshine making the difference, and | :26:17. | :26:21.
a light south`westerly wind, so not a bad autumn day. The western half | :26:22. | :26:25.
of the region developing more cloud in the afternoon, but staying dry, | :26:26. | :26:29.
and cloud developing across the region overnight which could bring | :26:30. | :26:35.
outbreaks of rain. This rain looks mainly light and patchy, but | :26:36. | :26:39.
gradually tracking eastwards overnight. We should be done with | :26:40. | :26:44.
most of it by Thursday morning, but quite different conditions or | :26:45. | :26:46.
Thursday morning and Friday, so you might look at those days being | :26:47. | :26:51.
similar, but factor in the strength of the wind, particularly on | :26:52. | :26:58.
Thursday, feeling quite cold with temperatures at nine Celsius. | :26:59. | :27:03.
Largely dry, sunny spells, but the chance of blustery showers. Most | :27:04. | :27:08.
places dry on Thursday. As well as Friday, with decent spells of | :27:09. | :27:12.
sunshine, but the wind still north`westerly, so quite cold. By | :27:13. | :27:16.
the weekend, some drier weather around, but overnight, more chilly | :27:17. | :27:21.
nights, temperatures lower than this. Clear skies, light wind, | :27:22. | :27:27.
meaning the introduction of mist and fog. That could linger through the | :27:28. | :27:38.
day on Saturday. Back to you. That is all from us this evening, | :27:39. | :27:41.
thank you very much for your company. Have a good evening, | :27:42. | :27:43.
goodbye. | :27:44. | :27:48. |
