colder. It could be short lived That is all from the BBC's

:00:00.:00:00.

Hello. In the programme tonight. The power of the storm, trains are

:00:00.:00:15.

delayed, houses are damaged and this plane is turned upside down.

:00:16.:00:19.

The storm made mincemeat of this aircraft, it flipped it over and

:00:20.:00:24.

damaged the propeller, wrecking detail as well.

:00:25.:00:26.

Another car is hit by something thrown from a bridge in Essex, this

:00:27.:00:31.

time on the M11. What happens next to the seals left

:00:32.:00:36.

orphaned by the tidal surge? And a good year for the snowdrops, a

:00:37.:00:41.

male point brings them out early and in their thousands.

:00:42.:00:52.

First tonight, after a winter of floods, this weekend it was the turn

:00:53.:00:55.

of strong winds to wreak havoc across parts of our region. And

:00:56.:00:58.

tonight many people are still picking up the pieces.

:00:59.:01:04.

The storm didn't last very long, but it made a real impact. Late on

:01:05.:01:07.

Saturday afternoon an area of low pressure blew in from the west.

:01:08.:01:11.

Trees were blown down trains were delayed and houses had their roofs

:01:12.:01:14.

blown off. Let's get more detail now from Richard Daniel at Leiston in

:01:15.:01:25.

Suffolk. I am on the allotment site here in

:01:26.:01:28.

late and Stewart, and the storm poured through the year. It

:01:29.:01:32.

flattened this fence and oversee there is a bit of riffing from a

:01:33.:01:37.

shared that was passed aside. Most of us would have experienced this

:01:38.:01:43.

storm as intense wind and strong rainfall. It was very extreme.

:01:44.:01:48.

Mother nature has a habit of remaining is how small and

:01:49.:01:53.

insignificant we humans are. Recently we have had the North Sea

:01:54.:01:56.

tidal tidal surge and now this.

:01:57.:02:06.

It struck out of the blue leaving a trail of destruction, the Whigs

:02:07.:02:09.

tying down this aircraft were no match for the storm force winds. The

:02:10.:02:12.

Cessna was flipped onto its back like a toy. The storm made mincemeat

:02:13.:02:19.

of this aircraft, flipping it over, damaging the propeller and wrecking

:02:20.:02:24.

the tail. Worse than that it has also buckled the fuselage, here. It

:02:25.:02:28.

is highly unlikely that this aircraft will ever take to the skies

:02:29.:02:31.

again. In just a few minutes the storm

:02:32.:02:36.

wreaked havoc, near Chelmsford trains were delayed by an hour and a

:02:37.:02:41.

half, by trees blocking the line. The driver came on the tannoy and he

:02:42.:02:45.

said he had hip reports that there were branches on fire in the lane is

:02:46.:02:53.

further down the track. In Essex the breeze at 130 calls, at least 90

:02:54.:02:57.

trees where brought down. This was the storm as it hit Ipswich, filmed

:02:58.:03:05.

by a viewer. In Acton in Suffolk, devastation in one cul`de`sac.

:03:06.:03:09.

Everywhere, tiles ripped from roots. All of a sudden, this black cloud

:03:10.:03:15.

came and the noise was incredible. We thought we had been hit by

:03:16.:03:18.

lightning. The dogs were going ballistic. As fast as it came it was

:03:19.:03:24.

gone but the devastation it done coming through, we have things all

:03:25.:03:31.

over the place. The clean`up is now over `` underway these contractors

:03:32.:03:36.

are rushed off there. There are seven on this cul`de`sac alone.

:03:37.:03:40.

Cars, things have gone through windscreens on cars, damage to the

:03:41.:03:47.

gutters, everything. People see they have never seen a storm like it.

:03:48.:03:52.

Intense, fears and belief. Remarkably, it seems, no one was

:03:53.:03:58.

seriously hurt. It is very fortunate that no one was

:03:59.:04:04.

hurt. In that close in Acton people spoke of tiles flying through the

:04:05.:04:08.

air, slicing the fences as if they were not there. One family have

:04:09.:04:13.

their conservatory damaged, debris came in and smashed the glass. One

:04:14.:04:17.

man that at his car and found a piece of tile embedded in the tyre.

:04:18.:04:22.

The tyre obviously written off. That is a measure of how severe this

:04:23.:04:24.

storm was. So, what exactly happened to the

:04:25.:04:27.

weather on Saturday evening? Here's Julie to explain. On Saturday we had

:04:28.:04:35.

this line of thunderstorms pushing down from the north`west. They were

:04:36.:04:39.

associated with a cold front and as the cold front and cold air hit the

:04:40.:04:45.

mild heir over is it forced the mild heir to rise very rapidly which

:04:46.:04:51.

caused the strong winds. As we take a closer look the thunderstorms

:04:52.:04:55.

started to push in just after 3pm and the strongest most damaging

:04:56.:04:58.

winds were on the leading front of the thunderstorms. What is unusual

:04:59.:05:03.

but Saturday is that typically during the winter storm the winds

:05:04.:05:07.

will pick up gradually but on Saturday the increase in minutes and

:05:08.:05:10.

within five or ten minutes the worst was over. Ethically, across the

:05:11.:05:15.

region, we had gusts in excess of 15 mph but I should point out that

:05:16.:05:21.

these were taken in official recording stations so almost

:05:22.:05:24.

certainly there will be some spice `` some places that sort stronger

:05:25.:05:27.

gusts. And thanks for all your photos of the storm. Do keep your

:05:28.:05:31.

pictures and your story ideas coming in. We love to hear from you. You

:05:32.:05:35.

can phone or email. And there's Facebook and Twitter too.

:05:36.:05:37.

Meanwhile council leaders have been to London today to lobby the Floods

:05:38.:05:41.

Minister for more money. It's to help cover the cost of the clear up

:05:42.:05:44.

operation following the tidal surge last month. Several councils in

:05:45.:05:47.

Norfolk and Suffolk say they are seriously out of pocket. Brandon

:05:48.:05:51.

Lewis said an extra ?6.7 million is being made available but councils

:05:52.:06:02.

will have to bid for it. Clearing up after last month's storm

:06:03.:06:05.

is time`consuming and expensive. Here in North Norfolk where they are

:06:06.:06:11.

rebuilding the Sheringham promenade this afternoon they are facing a

:06:12.:06:16.

bill of more than ?3 million, half of which will not be covered by

:06:17.:06:20.

insurance. If we did not get that back we will have used around 85% of

:06:21.:06:26.

the general reserve. That is what it is for, but it's something else

:06:27.:06:30.

untoward happens then we will not be in a good place. In neighbouring

:06:31.:06:34.

West Norfolk the council faces a bill for ?97 million, Waverley and

:06:35.:06:40.

Suffolk coastal belt cost of ?40,000. `` ?97,000. The government

:06:41.:06:45.

had a scheme in place to help councils affected by such

:06:46.:06:49.

emergencies but the criteria is tough and many will be left out of

:06:50.:06:54.

pocket. The meeting in London today was important. This is money we have

:06:55.:06:58.

not budgeted for, we have huge financial restraints and budget cuts

:06:59.:07:01.

that we are needing to go through and we would welcome any funding the

:07:02.:07:05.

government is able to give us. The meeting today was chaired by Brandon

:07:06.:07:10.

Lewis, an MP with a flood constituency so he does understand

:07:11.:07:15.

the problem. The event he has secured extra money to help out

:07:16.:07:19.

councils so his message was positive. There is a good package of

:07:20.:07:23.

support the government has put in place but as I said to all of the

:07:24.:07:26.

authorities that they have anything they think goes beyond that, come

:07:27.:07:32.

and talk to us. Today's meeting is all about reviewing how the council

:07:33.:07:36.

and emergency services responded. On that front the minister was

:07:37.:07:40.

pleased. Everything had worked well, although there were problems of

:07:41.:07:44.

mobile phone reception along parts of the course. For the authorities

:07:45.:07:48.

the important thing is to get reimbursed. On that front they are

:07:49.:07:54.

left feeling more positive. Andrew is at Westminster now. Was more

:07:55.:08:00.

money promised question mark now, attention was drawn to the billing

:08:01.:08:05.

scheme, which is supposed to help councils at times like these. He

:08:06.:08:09.

drew their attention to the extra ?6.7 million he has found. He drew

:08:10.:08:13.

their attention to a fund the Department for Transport has for

:08:14.:08:17.

repairs to roads which will be important for Suffolk county

:08:18.:08:21.

council, which has spent ?150,000 repairing the aid well. He did not

:08:22.:08:26.

promise extra money, his message was we understand your problem, there is

:08:27.:08:30.

help out there, claim it and we will see what we can do to help. Councils

:08:31.:08:36.

are facing tough bodies and do not want to talk, they want to know how

:08:37.:08:40.

much money they are going to get and they will not find out until all of

:08:41.:08:43.

the claims have been processed and that will be several months. There's

:08:44.:08:48.

one other thing I have heard, there is lots of extra money for the

:08:49.:08:51.

narrow but there is also still a of fighting going on and a couple of

:08:52.:08:54.

people said to me today that they are worried by the time everything

:08:55.:08:58.

has been processed there will not be anything left to go round.

:08:59.:09:01.

A woman has told Look East that she's lucky to be alive after an

:09:02.:09:04.

object was thrown onto her car from a bridge over the M11 in Essex. It

:09:05.:09:08.

happened on Tuesday night at junction seven near Harlow. The

:09:09.:09:10.

police are appealing for information. This morning, Jane was

:09:11.:09:20.

scraping the snow from Volkswagen golf, the incident has affected her

:09:21.:09:25.

so much she does not want us to use her full name but she knows she is

:09:26.:09:29.

lucky to be alive. When I reported it to the police they did say that

:09:30.:09:33.

had gone through the windscreen the chances of my keeping a straight

:09:34.:09:38.

line was not good and I might have actually caused an accident. And

:09:39.:09:42.

maybe even a pile`up and I might not be talking to them. Jane was on the

:09:43.:09:48.

11 after visiting her mother in Norfolk. A large sharp object was

:09:49.:09:53.

dropped from a motorway bridge, smashing her sunroof. The bank was

:09:54.:09:58.

so loud that I was very shocked and slightly scared, and then I realised

:09:59.:10:07.

what was happening. That past. It's just annoyed me after that. This is

:10:08.:10:12.

what it did to her sunroof. Thankfully the solid cover inside

:10:13.:10:16.

was closed. This is the latest in a number of incidents when one is of

:10:17.:10:19.

concrete have been dropped from motorway bridges. There was the

:10:20.:10:24.

potential for serious injury, if not the fatality to the driver. Also it

:10:25.:10:28.

was a risk to other motorists using the road through the driver was in

:10:29.:10:34.

control. The suspicion is that it might well be children and they may

:10:35.:10:37.

not be aware about how serious their actions are. Dean was not injured,

:10:38.:10:43.

she is now waiting for her car to be properly prepared and does not

:10:44.:10:46.

understand why anyone would do something so dangerous.

:10:47.:10:48.

One of Norfolk's hospitals wants to start generating its own

:10:49.:10:51.

electricity. The James Paget in Gorleston is hoping solar panels

:10:52.:10:54.

will cut carbon emissions and help treat patients. The hospital's in

:10:55.:10:57.

line for special NHS funding to develop a ground`based solar farm

:10:58.:11:11.

generating 450 kilowatts. Norfolk county council will resume control

:11:12.:11:14.

of social care for adults with mental health problems. It follows

:11:15.:11:16.

criticism of the trust that currently runs the service. County

:11:17.:11:19.

Hall is to take responsibility for the service back from the Norfolk

:11:20.:11:22.

and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust from September. A council meeting in

:11:23.:11:25.

November heard concerns over its performance. The council said it

:11:26.:11:28.

planned to "revise and strengthen" services and the trust says it

:11:29.:11:31.

accepts changes were needed. The council ran the service, for adults

:11:32.:11:35.

aged 18 to 65, until 2008 when the trust took over.

:11:36.:11:37.

Transport police are still trying to find out why a city banker was shot

:11:38.:11:41.

at a railway station in Essex. Robin Clark was attacked at Shenfield

:11:42.:11:44.

Station early on Friday morning. He is still in hospital with a serious

:11:45.:11:50.

leg injury. This is Robin Clark, the banker who was shot on his way to

:11:51.:11:54.

work. These pictures were posted by Kim on social media websites. He

:11:55.:12:00.

works for a firm of city of London brokers called party Martin. The

:12:01.:12:05.

firms say they are giving him all the support they can. Robin is now

:12:06.:12:09.

in Basildon hospital being treated for a serious leg injury. Police

:12:10.:12:12.

will not confirm whether or not he is under guard. Officers

:12:13.:12:17.

investigating the shooting are still waiting to speak to Robin Clark,

:12:18.:12:20.

they are hoping he will be well enough to be interviewed in the next

:12:21.:12:25.

few days. He was shot on Friday just before 6am and just after parking

:12:26.:12:29.

his car. The government was wearing a balaclava, and escape in another

:12:30.:12:34.

vehicle. A spokesman for the British transport police said, we are doing

:12:35.:12:39.

everything in our power to identify the motive behind the attack which

:12:40.:12:43.

we hope will in turn enable us to identify the person or people

:12:44.:12:48.

responsible. There are CCTV cameras at the station, footage from them

:12:49.:12:53.

will be scrutinised by officers. Police are still appealing for

:12:54.:12:56.

commuters who use the station and who might have seen something to

:12:57.:12:59.

contact them. The public are being told not to worry because police say

:13:00.:13:02.

Mr Clarke was specifically targeted. Still to come, a headteacher on the

:13:03.:13:19.

warpath over parking problems on the school run.

:13:20.:13:22.

And signs that spring may just be on its way, Alex Dolan has been to see

:13:23.:13:26.

some very early snowdrops at Anglesey Abbey.

:13:27.:13:35.

I am sure you know in a lot of places the clean`up after the pedal

:13:36.:13:37.

search last month is still going on. Everything from repairing the sea

:13:38.:13:40.

defences to helping people who were made homeless. And it wasn't just

:13:41.:13:44.

people there were the animals as well in particular the seals. In all

:13:45.:13:47.

108 pups were taken to the RSPCA centre at East Winch in Norfolk.

:13:48.:13:51.

Because they were so young they needed hand feeding at regular

:13:52.:13:53.

intervals ` an incredibly laborious process. So, nearly two months on

:13:54.:13:57.

how they getting on. This report is from our Chief Reporter Kim Riley.

:13:58.:14:05.

The tidal surge brought the largest influx of seal pups to this centre

:14:06.:14:11.

in its 25 year history. When I last visited it was overwhelmed. Staff

:14:12.:14:15.

working around the clock to keep over 100 orphaned pups, many of them

:14:16.:14:21.

very sick, alive. The seals are improving, which is great, we have

:14:22.:14:24.

lost three, sadly, but the less are living. Numbers in the isolation

:14:25.:14:30.

unit, all of them named after breakfast foods, are now below 40.

:14:31.:14:35.

Greek yoghurt was brought in just yesterday from Winterton, he is fed

:14:36.:14:39.

fish soup through a tube of the three hours. He is on antibiotics

:14:40.:14:43.

and pain relief for the deep wound on his father. The possible dog

:14:44.:14:50.

bite. Leading the wind requires firm handling. He is quite strong and

:14:51.:14:54.

seal handling is quite difficult, it is a physical job, they do not want

:14:55.:14:58.

to be fed so we must set a physical job, they do not want to be fed so

:14:59.:15:01.

we must sit astride them and feed them. You must be quite firm but

:15:02.:15:04.

gentle. Is the other pair in intensive care, at the coming along

:15:05.:15:09.

OK? Yes, muesli and stroppy, what are doing very well. They are

:15:10.:15:14.

beginning to hand feed at almost always picking up the flesh by

:15:15.:15:18.

themselves. It is progressing well and they are looking fitter and

:15:19.:15:23.

better. `` picking up the fish by themselves. The good news is that

:15:24.:15:27.

real progress is being made, more than two dozen pubs are now building

:15:28.:15:34.

up strength in outdoor pools. Encouraged to compete for the

:15:35.:15:36.

herring and mackerel as they must do in the wild. It costs ?22 per week

:15:37.:15:42.

to feed a seal pup, the RSPCA overwhelmed by the public response

:15:43.:15:47.

to crisis appeal to help the seals. It has been lovely, we have had all

:15:48.:15:51.

sorts of and cards telling us that they think we are doing the right

:15:52.:15:58.

thing. It has been fantastic. It may be months before all of the orphans

:15:59.:16:02.

are returned to the wild. But this group, enjoying feeding time in a

:16:03.:16:05.

pool normally reserved for Swans, could be heading for open sea in

:16:06.:16:18.

just two or three weeks. Muesli and compost, they will soon run out of

:16:19.:16:20.

names! Dropping the kids off on the school

:16:21.:16:24.

run is something many of us take for granted. But are you parking safely

:16:25.:16:28.

when you do so? One head teacher from Northampton is so fed up with

:16:29.:16:31.

bad parking outside her school that she invited cameras from Inside Out

:16:32.:16:35.

to spend the day with her. As these pictures show Jackie Lapsa has got

:16:36.:16:39.

quite a problem on her hands. When I spoke to her earlier today Jackie

:16:40.:16:42.

Lapsa told me about the reaction she gets when she approaches the

:16:43.:16:51.

drivers. It does tend to be very mixed. I have got to emphasise it is

:16:52.:16:55.

only a small percentage of parents who drive illegally or drive

:16:56.:16:59.

dangerously. I have got to say that at times the responses have been

:17:00.:17:05.

very rude, and verbally aggressive. Why don't you get the police to do

:17:06.:17:10.

this rather than you taking it on? The police say they haven't got the

:17:11.:17:14.

presence to have someone here all the time. My answer is that I am a

:17:15.:17:18.

very expensive traffic warden, and really my focus should be on

:17:19.:17:21.

educating the children and providing the best education we can. The

:17:22.:17:28.

answer I feel would be for the police to come here every three to

:17:29.:17:33.

six months and actually enforce the law. Then I think we would see a

:17:34.:17:38.

real turnabout. Give me an example of the worst case you have seen.

:17:39.:17:43.

Last week, for instance, we had a car reversing, not really looking

:17:44.:17:47.

where it was going and going up on the path, narrowly missing two

:17:48.:17:52.

children and their parents. And that is the point, isn't it? It is not

:17:53.:17:57.

about keeping the road clear but the danger to children. Absolutely, the

:17:58.:18:01.

danger to children and to the adults, the parents, as well. There

:18:02.:18:05.

is an accident waiting to happen and that really does concern me.

:18:06.:18:14.

Jackie Lapsa speaking to me earlier today. I am sure many of you have an

:18:15.:18:20.

opinion about that. We always love to hear from you. We spoke to

:18:21.:18:23.

Northamptonshire Police this afternoon. They told us they do

:18:24.:18:26.

patrol the area around the school but "it is not possible to dedicate

:18:27.:18:30.

an officer solely to the parking issues at the school, considering

:18:31.:18:33.

other incidents and issues we are dealing with on a daily basis". You

:18:34.:18:36.

can see what happened when Mrs Lapsa confronted some of the drivers in

:18:37.:18:40.

Inside Out tonight at 7.30 on BBC One.

:18:41.:18:46.

Football now and it was not a good weekend for our last surviving teams

:18:47.:18:49.

in this year's FA cup. Both Stevenage and Southend were dumped

:18:50.:18:53.

out in the fourth round. To be fair both teams faced Premier League

:18:54.:18:56.

opposition. And on both occasions Goliath knocked out David. Our

:18:57.:18:58.

Sports Editor Jonathan Park has this report. It was the dream tie for

:18:59.:19:16.

Southend manager Phil Brown, and new Lady dream start against his old

:19:17.:19:26.

club. The team played with gusto, and they very nearly had the goal in

:19:27.:19:31.

round two. It hits the bottom of the bar and out again. The difference

:19:32.:19:37.

between the haves and have`nots is finishing chances of, and all

:19:38.:19:41.

back`up striker Matthew prior to prove just that with two goals that

:19:42.:19:47.

ended the cup run. The manager was proud of his players but maintain

:19:48.:19:51.

winning promotion is more important than any cup win, even against his

:19:52.:19:57.

old club. The theme continued at Stevenage when a call would have

:19:58.:19:59.

given the Ordovician team extra belief. The reason that spurs and

:20:00.:20:07.

Newcastle have failed to beat Newcastle on home soil, at Everton

:20:08.:20:10.

found only on the do not fear reputations. The finishing of

:20:11.:20:14.

Premier league level was on display again. Naismith with the goal! FA

:20:15.:20:20.

Cup wins in the past have helped pay for a new training ground, but

:20:21.:20:23.

irrecoverable beaten 4`nil by Everton. Try estimate, a fat blue

:20:24.:20:28.

line kept them off the scoresheet. Then I'd buy another FA Cup

:20:29.:20:35.

giant`killing. `` they were denied another FA Cup giant`killing.

:20:36.:20:37.

And on tomorrow night's Look East. We'll be looking at moves to

:20:38.:20:40.

eradicate racism from football. There've been plenty of incidents

:20:41.:20:43.

over the years. Tomorrow we'll be talking to those in the game about

:20:44.:20:53.

their experience. Actually, it's not just the seals

:20:54.:20:56.

that have been affected by the weather. Lots of rain strong winds

:20:57.:21:00.

but very mild, which is why the aconites have been out for weeks and

:21:01.:21:03.

now it's the turn of the snowdrops Anglesey Abbey in Cambridgeshire has

:21:04.:21:06.

more than 20 varieties in its grounds. And the lack of snow and

:21:07.:21:10.

ice this winter means some are blooming two weeks ahead of

:21:11.:21:13.

schedule. Alex Dolan has this report.

:21:14.:21:22.

Anglesey Abbey, Cambridgeshire, in the depths of winter. But already

:21:23.:21:28.

there are signs of spring. It might have started to get called this

:21:29.:21:32.

week, but we have had some really mild weather this winter and so far

:21:33.:21:37.

no extended cold snap. That has confused some plans into following

:21:38.:21:42.

LA. And that means this year 's snowdrop Festival is starting ahead

:21:43.:21:48.

of schedule. Ten days or two weeks only from anything we would expect.

:21:49.:21:54.

What strikes me is how many there are. Over 270 varieties in our

:21:55.:22:00.

collection. This is Richard Ayres, our last head gardener. A beautiful,

:22:01.:22:04.

strong early double with a cluster of petals of the inside. Absolutely

:22:05.:22:10.

beautiful. If you are to be brave enough to bring a tent doors you

:22:11.:22:14.

would find it has a lovely Connie sent. 44,000 people came to see the

:22:15.:22:19.

snowdrops last year and the early blooms are attracting the close ``

:22:20.:22:25.

attracting the crowds. Last year became infected the added was deep

:22:26.:22:28.

in snow and we could not see any plans but this year we have come and

:22:29.:22:34.

it is so much more forward, earlier in the year. What have you thought

:22:35.:22:37.

of the snowdrops? Dutiful, they make you feel good.

:22:38.:22:42.

There are many varieties and lots of them. Each year there are more and

:22:43.:22:50.

more. If it gets really cold, what'll happen? The thing they will

:22:51.:22:54.

worry about is if there is a really sharp frost it will burn some of the

:22:55.:22:58.

flowers in our winter garden, especially, they are not used to

:22:59.:23:02.

frost and it is not good for them. How will the snowdrop cork? The IV

:23:03.:23:08.

medical flower, they fall down in frost and stand up the next day. ``

:23:09.:23:15.

they are the miracle flower. It is going to get cold and for these

:23:16.:23:19.

snowdrops winter is not quite over yet.

:23:20.:23:26.

Like little soldiers who stand up after the frost. That one with the

:23:27.:23:33.

green on the outside is lovely. My daughter said she thinks spring

:23:34.:23:36.

is just around the middle. Not just around the corner. I am sorry. Just

:23:37.:23:45.

to say the snowdrop Festival at Anglesey Abbey runs until Sunday the

:23:46.:23:51.

9th of March. You have probably guess it is time for the weather.

:23:52.:23:57.

It has not been the most exciting day, on Monday that has been fairly

:23:58.:24:04.

miserable, it has to be said. We have had some breaks in the cloud

:24:05.:24:07.

allowing for some sunshine but generally a lot of cloud feeding

:24:08.:24:11.

down from the north`west and the thickest of that has produced

:24:12.:24:14.

showers and rein in places for the time. Overnight we will have further

:24:15.:24:18.

showers pushing them from the West, some of these will be heavy and

:24:19.:24:22.

possibly somebody, too. Some will band together to give a longer spell

:24:23.:24:28.

of rain. The cloud and rain means it will not be as cold as last night,

:24:29.:24:33.

temperatures no more than four degrees or five degrees. We could

:24:34.:24:35.

see some rural spot dropping to two degrees. We will have a moderate

:24:36.:24:42.

south`westerly wind for many of us, inventing a frost in most areas.

:24:43.:24:47.

Tomorrow the low pressure is still with us and the weather front will

:24:48.:24:51.

slip over the top, bringing a fairly unsettled state. A lot of cloud and,

:24:52.:24:58.

perhaps some sunshine if we're lucky but generally cloudy skies with

:24:59.:25:01.

showers moving through and against some of those will join together to

:25:02.:25:04.

give a longer spell of rain and some could be heavy possibly somebody.

:25:05.:25:08.

Temperatures are around average, six degrees or seven degrees. ``

:25:09.:25:16.

possibly thundery. There will be modest to freshen south to

:25:17.:25:21.

southeasterly wind. We finished the day with further showers or a longer

:25:22.:25:26.

spells of lean. Perhaps some sunshine before it gets dark in some

:25:27.:25:31.

places. Over the next four days we could see brightness or sunshine on

:25:32.:25:35.

all of these days but generally we are expecting a lot of clothes

:25:36.:25:38.

alone. Wednesday will be unsettled with longer spells of rain with dry

:25:39.:25:42.

interludes in between. The thing about Wednesday is the wind starts

:25:43.:25:47.

to go easterly and that means it will feel quite cold on Wednesday

:25:48.:25:50.

with highs of only around five degrees. On Thursday the wind eases

:25:51.:25:56.

down a touch, temperatures are struggling to around three degrees,

:25:57.:26:02.

if we're lucky, so bitterly cold. On Thursday the greater chance of some

:26:03.:26:05.

of that train of thought showers turning when the with sweet or wet

:26:06.:26:09.

snow, the small chance that this will happen to the rain showers on

:26:10.:26:12.

Wednesday but a greater chance on Thursday. No Friday, the showers and

:26:13.:26:16.

rain should be out of the way for most of the day, it looks as though

:26:17.:26:19.

the bulk of the day will be dry with some brightness and sunshine if

:26:20.:26:24.

we're lucky but generally cloudy skies and eventually a weather front

:26:25.:26:27.

pushing them from the West. At the moment it looks as though that rain

:26:28.:26:35.

should not rise until after dark. `` should not arise. There will be

:26:36.:26:40.

frost timing more widespread, and Thursday is looking very cold

:26:41.:26:43.

indeed. That said for tonight. Goodbye. ``

:26:44.:26:48.

that is it for tonight.

:26:49.:26:50.
