It's been claimed tonight that a car rally in Southend at the weekend | :00:00. | :01:06.
will leave tax payers with a policing bill | :01:07. | :01:08.
The cruising event attracted 2000 cars, and a big police presence. | :01:09. | :01:15.
Two years ago, there were widespread complaints after a similar event, | :01:16. | :01:19.
and the local council took out an injunction to stop | :01:20. | :01:21.
The rally this weekend passed off peacefully, | :01:22. | :01:27.
but the council wants organisers to make future events official. | :01:28. | :01:37.
A Nissan Skyline, one of over 2000 high performance modified cars on | :01:38. | :01:47.
display on Saturday night. I did manual conversion on the drive. Dan | :01:48. | :01:52.
and David are brothers from Surrey and see events like this is great | :01:53. | :01:57.
days out for the family. It is a great vibe, I have my daughter and | :01:58. | :01:59.
my brother has his daughter and son here. We've been down to Peter Pan's | :02:00. | :02:06.
down there this afternoon. And we finished the day with a meat like | :02:07. | :02:13.
this. It is fun, it's the right vibe. You get the odd cars that are | :02:14. | :02:18.
revving but it is good. It is all good. This is the first major car | :02:19. | :02:22.
cruising southbound since the council clamped down on unauthorised | :02:23. | :02:29.
events in town. Following filming of an event in 2015, the local | :02:30. | :02:34.
authority secured an injunction. The banning order was aimed at car | :02:35. | :02:38.
cruising events, and allowed police to prosecute anyone driving | :02:39. | :02:44.
dangerously or anti-socially. We are giving reassurance to everyone | :02:45. | :02:47.
tonight... On Saturday, extra officers were on hand to carry out | :02:48. | :02:52.
spot checks and determine truck -- and deter troublemakers. There were | :02:53. | :02:57.
no arrests and police praised the public who attended but they would | :02:58. | :03:00.
like to work closer with organisers. It's a community event and we would | :03:01. | :03:06.
rather organisers got in touch with us before the event but it is what | :03:07. | :03:12.
it is, and we would look forward to working with participants to ensure | :03:13. | :03:16.
safety of those involved and those going about their business. Other | :03:17. | :03:21.
emergency services use the event to reach out to car enthusiasts, | :03:22. | :03:25.
bringing their own modified car. The casualty reduction team from | :03:26. | :03:29.
Essex Fire explained the dangers of driving. We go to accidents | :03:30. | :03:34.
first-hand, we are the first ones in attendance and have to do with the | :03:35. | :03:40.
aftermath of an accident. If I can instil some positivity into anyone | :03:41. | :03:43.
in their driving, it's positive for us because it would minimise the | :03:44. | :03:48.
amount of accidents I have to go to. Drivers from across the country went | :03:49. | :03:52.
to Southend for this event. Critics of the crusade that local residents | :03:53. | :03:56.
have two foot the bill for a national event. -- cruising. Some | :03:57. | :04:02.
argue that the cost is no more than policing a sporting event and that | :04:03. | :04:06.
it brings economic benefit to the town. People are here from all over | :04:07. | :04:13.
the UK, spending money. Buying diesel and petrol, going to the | :04:14. | :04:17.
shops, it brings money to the town as well. The event went well, | :04:18. | :04:21.
securing Southend as the capital of car cruising in the UK. | :04:22. | :04:25.
But the title doesn't sit well with the whole of the town. | :04:26. | :04:28.
Robbie West, BBC Look East, Southend. | :04:29. | :04:32.
Earlier this afternoon I spoke to Councillor Martin Terry, | :04:33. | :04:34.
who has been critical of these events in the past, | :04:35. | :04:37.
and asked for his reaction to the meeting this weekend. | :04:38. | :04:40.
The big problem for us was that it was not organised by the council | :04:41. | :04:46.
itself, we would rather that they came through our organised services, | :04:47. | :04:51.
as an official event. But I do have to say that of the 2000 or so | :04:52. | :04:55.
vehicles that turned up behaved very well this time. There was a very big | :04:56. | :05:03.
police presence, who pays for it? Sadly, the taxpayer. Which is why we | :05:04. | :05:07.
would rather these events, in a sense they are trying to circumvent | :05:08. | :05:13.
the rules. If it is an organised event, we would obviously charge | :05:14. | :05:16.
fees and so one for policing costs and so on. By it being an | :05:17. | :05:23.
unorganised event, which implies less policing and less stewarding, | :05:24. | :05:28.
they are not having to pay the due cost to the taxpayer. But there was | :05:29. | :05:33.
a very big police presence, both in the area, and on the road leading | :05:34. | :05:37.
out of Southend? Yes, and there is the hidden cost, at times when we've | :05:38. | :05:44.
got very limited police resources, those police have been drawn away | :05:45. | :05:47.
from other jobs that they should be doing. | :05:48. | :05:52.
If people apply to the council to get it as a proper and sanctioned | :05:53. | :05:55.
event, you believe the council would say yes? It would do, yes. Because | :05:56. | :06:01.
then, we would expect that there would be standards. And a public | :06:02. | :06:06.
event safety team. We would expect them to provide stewarding and so | :06:07. | :06:10.
one, which would of course mean less policing. It's one of the reasons | :06:11. | :06:15.
why people try to organise these things on social media, to almost | :06:16. | :06:19.
circumvent responsibility of having to organise stewarding. And how much | :06:20. | :06:24.
would it have cost the taxpayer, any idea? I would imagine it would be a | :06:25. | :06:32.
6-figure sum, at least. Councillor Terry, thank you. | :06:33. | :06:37.
A man has gone on trial, accused of the attempted rape | :06:38. | :06:39.
of a woman at an isolated railway station in Suffolk. | :06:40. | :06:42.
Sam Duncan, who's 24 and from Ipswich, denies three | :06:43. | :06:44.
Our Chief Reporter Kim Riley is at Ipswich Crown Court. | :06:45. | :06:51.
Suzy, the prosecution said that the victim was approached by a man as | :06:52. | :06:57.
she sat on a bench at the unmanned melton station on the Ipswich to | :06:58. | :07:02.
Lowestoft line. It was the 19th of July last year. She ran out at | :07:03. | :07:06.
9:30pm in the evening to catch a train to Ipswich. In the darkness | :07:07. | :07:10.
she noticed a man on the platform wearing motorcycle clothing and | :07:11. | :07:15.
carrying a white helmet. Richard Kelly, prosecuting, said the man | :07:16. | :07:20.
approached the woman, saying "Hello sexy" as he went by, before walking | :07:21. | :07:25.
off along the platform. The platform listened to an extended interview | :07:26. | :07:29.
she gave to British Transport Police three days after this event. | :07:30. | :07:32.
After that initial exchange, she said she kept her head down and felt | :07:33. | :07:37.
uncomfortable. Because she walked away, -- he walked away, I thought | :07:38. | :07:39.
it was OK. I did not think it would escalate | :07:40. | :07:43.
into what happened. He came back and stepped in front of | :07:44. | :07:48.
me and looked directly at me, and said "I was going to get it tonight" | :07:49. | :07:52.
or something like that. I kept saying "No thank you, no | :07:53. | :07:59.
thank you". Have we yet heard from the defence? Not directly, Sam | :08:00. | :08:02.
Duncan, in the dock, denies attempting to rape the woman and | :08:03. | :08:06.
denies sexual assault and exposure. During the police investigation, | :08:07. | :08:15.
CCTV shows a man departing from the station that night, the jury said | :08:16. | :08:19.
there was no issue with identification. Mr Duncan did not | :08:20. | :08:22.
dispute he was the man on the motorhead and had been at the | :08:23. | :08:26.
station that night, he went to see a friend. | :08:27. | :08:31.
-- on the mopeds. He did say that to the woman but said there was no | :08:32. | :08:37.
further contact after he said "Hello sexy". | :08:38. | :08:41.
More police interviews given by the woman complainant will be shown to | :08:42. | :08:44.
the jury tomorrow. Thank you. | :08:45. | :08:48.
A man and woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder | :08:49. | :08:50.
The police were called to Rochford road, in St Oysth, | :08:51. | :08:54.
A 23-year-old man died later in hospital. | :08:55. | :08:57.
Norfolk County Council has been fined ?60,000 for leaving sensitive | :08:58. | :08:59.
files about children in a filing cabinet, which was sent | :09:00. | :09:02.
It came to light three years ago, when the person who bought | :09:03. | :09:10.
the cabinet found social work case files. | :09:11. | :09:12.
The council has apologised and says procedures have been tightened. | :09:13. | :09:17.
Lorry drivers are facing a ban on overtaking along stretches | :09:18. | :09:19.
Highways England is introducing the restrictions next week | :09:20. | :09:22.
to improve traffic flow, especially near Stansted airport. | :09:23. | :09:24.
The announcement was criticised by some truckers. | :09:25. | :09:33.
Long stretches of the M11 are just two lanes, meaning when lorries | :09:34. | :09:39.
overtake each other, there is a big tailback that can build up behind. | :09:40. | :09:45.
So, Highways England will restrict lorries overtaking during the day on | :09:46. | :09:49.
uphill stretches of motorway. Signs are going to go up saying any | :09:50. | :09:54.
vehicle over 7.5 tonnes cannot use Lane two between 7am and 7pm. The | :09:55. | :10:01.
lorry overtaking restrictions would be in place between junctions eight | :10:02. | :10:10.
near Stansted, and junction nine for the A11. Highways England believe it | :10:11. | :10:14.
will ease congestion but at a nearby service station, some drivers said | :10:15. | :10:20.
not be -- being able to overtake would hold them up. You are stuck | :10:21. | :10:27.
behind trucks going at 40 mph, ours can do 50 or 60, some trucks way | :10:28. | :10:35.
over 44 tonnes, they will take a long time to get over the hill. They | :10:36. | :10:43.
could do anything under 20 mph. Some go slower, there will be a long | :10:44. | :10:47.
queue of traffic. It will make it worse. You have vehicles with awed | :10:48. | :10:54.
weights and loads, and if it is a slight incline, it is surprising how | :10:55. | :10:57.
much it can slow you down. Then you are stuck. Probably behind 20 or 30 | :10:58. | :11:03.
lorries, and then everybody is flying by you. The daytime | :11:04. | :11:07.
overtaking ban for lorries is enforced on this stretch of road, | :11:08. | :11:16.
the A14 in Northamptonshire. Car speeds have improved, lorry drivers | :11:17. | :11:20.
caught overtaking where they shouldn't can be fined. On the M11, | :11:21. | :11:24.
overtaking restrictions are expected to begin at the end of this month. | :11:25. | :11:29.
One lorry driver said that the best way of tackling congestion would be | :11:30. | :11:32.
widening this section of the M11 to three lanes. | :11:33. | :11:45.

We have the latest news off the pitch from Norwich city, and how | :11:52. | :11:55.
working dogs trained here are helping to protect Africa's wildlife | :11:56. | :11:56.
against poachers. Next tonight, we're back on the road | :11:57. | :12:01.
for our Brexit roadtrip - nine months after the EU Referendum, | :12:02. | :12:04.
we are finding out if people have changed their minds | :12:05. | :12:07.
about leaving the EU... Today we were told the Prime | :12:08. | :12:11.
Minister will start the Brexit process on March 29th, | :12:12. | :12:19.
when she triggers Article 50. Our Brexit Mini is | :12:20. | :12:21.
on the final straight and is heading into Suffolk, | :12:22. | :12:29.
where the Port of Felixstowe is the UK's container gateway | :12:30. | :12:31.
to Europe and the rest Careful manoeuvring | :12:32. | :12:34.
by the Estelle Maersk brings it At 175,000 tonnes, carrying 15,000 | :12:35. | :12:37.
containers, it's not an easy task. Free-flowing freight through our | :12:38. | :12:42.
ports is critical to the economy. Containers are opened, | :12:43. | :12:46.
the good see the light of day, Containers are opened, | :12:47. | :12:57.
the goods see the light of day, There are no further | :12:58. | :12:59.
inspections necessary. A clear road ahead to the rest | :13:00. | :13:08.
of the UK or the EU. Felixstowe Port has expanded | :13:09. | :13:13.
in the last decade. This has allowed it to manage 44% | :13:14. | :13:15.
of the country's container traffic, coming from over 400 ports | :13:16. | :13:18.
around the world. One quarter of the trade | :13:19. | :13:20.
comes from the EU. When you are driving | :13:21. | :13:28.
here at the quayside at the Port of Felixstowe, | :13:29. | :13:32.
you can't ignore the size of the ships or the massive scale | :13:33. | :13:35.
of the operation here. You can imagine that one | :13:36. | :13:37.
slight change will have At the moment, the security | :13:38. | :13:40.
checks are enough. If the government, after Brexit, | :13:41. | :13:49.
says that they need to increase the security checks by 25%, | :13:50. | :13:52.
they must make sure that they have the funds and people | :13:53. | :13:54.
in place to do those. It is not just the port that | :13:55. | :14:01.
will have to put extra resources into the business, | :14:02. | :14:05.
it is the customs and excise that will have to increase their staff | :14:06. | :14:08.
to make sure they have people in place to check the containers | :14:09. | :14:11.
and the cargo, and the paperwork. Those importing goods | :14:12. | :14:19.
are feeling the pressure too. In Ipswich, Miguel and his wife, | :14:20. | :14:25.
Olga, opened their Portuguese cafe last September, | :14:26. | :14:28.
just two months after the UK decided I'm concerned with how difficult it | :14:29. | :14:31.
would be in the negotiations, to the products that come | :14:32. | :14:43.
from the EU into the UK. But it could have a detrimental | :14:44. | :14:50.
affect on the consumer, but I hope it will not | :14:51. | :14:59.
be that harsh. He is optimistic for | :15:00. | :15:01.
the future and has plans This area of Ipswich has a long | :15:02. | :15:04.
history of welcoming communities, That is despite the local MP | :15:05. | :15:08.
campaigning to remain. Although I was disappointed, | :15:09. | :15:16.
my job is to make sure that Ipswich prospers and Suffolk prospers, | :15:17. | :15:20.
and East Anglia prospers, My vote is the same as everyone | :15:21. | :15:23.
else's, and I promised people when I was campaigning that this | :15:24. | :15:30.
is what I believe in. But if you vote the other way, | :15:31. | :15:33.
I will make sure I do my very best which is what I'm completely focused | :15:34. | :15:37.
on at the moment. There are opportunities and we have | :15:38. | :15:41.
to make them happen. There is optimism and uncertainty | :15:42. | :15:43.
here in Suffolk, over Tomorrow we'll be in Essex on our | :15:44. | :15:45.
last stop on the Brexit minitour, and we will be seeing | :15:46. | :15:53.
if they are embracing the opportunities, | :15:54. | :15:55.
or driving for the hills. A year ago, we met a former military | :15:56. | :15:57.
dog trainer from Norfolk. For the first time, | :15:58. | :16:10.
he was training dogs in the UK, Daryll Pleasants believes | :16:11. | :16:13.
if the poachers aren't stopped, elephants and rhinos will be extinct | :16:14. | :16:16.
in less than a decade. The three dogs are now fully | :16:17. | :16:21.
operational in Africa. But over the last 12 months they've | :16:22. | :16:23.
been trained to sniff out ivory, to stop a poacher in his tracks, | :16:24. | :16:26.
and have come face This special report | :16:27. | :16:30.
from Debbie Tubby. Polaris is one of the three | :16:31. | :16:39.
dogs trained in the UK by Darryl Pleasants, | :16:40. | :16:42.
sitting on the back of this truck in Zimbabwe, being chased | :16:43. | :16:44.
by one of the animals Perhaps not quite the welcome | :16:45. | :16:46.
he was expecting, but their How successful have your dogs | :16:47. | :16:51.
been so far in Africa? We've seen a definite | :16:52. | :16:56.
downward turn in poaching. Because, there is an inherent | :16:57. | :17:00.
fear of dogs in Africa. We sent out a very clear message | :17:01. | :17:03.
to everyone else that if you come onto the Conservancy and you intend | :17:04. | :17:06.
to poach, you're not going to leave. It was in April last year we filmed | :17:07. | :17:09.
Polaris's brothers Bo and Rogue checking into Norwich Airport | :17:10. | :17:13.
to acclimatise to Similar to the one they'll use | :17:14. | :17:15.
while working in the African bush. Three months later, and Joshua Kobal | :17:16. | :17:26.
steps into the shoes of a poacher. He is volunteering to be chased | :17:27. | :17:29.
and bitten by the dogs Do you train the dog to bite, | :17:30. | :17:32.
or do you train it to just hold? All of the dogs target the arms, | :17:33. | :17:37.
so we do inside bites What we try and teach the dogs to do | :17:38. | :17:42.
is target what they are offered. At 30 mph, the momentum lifts | :17:43. | :17:58.
the dog off the ground and with a bite like a hydraulic | :17:59. | :18:01.
press, there's no chance of escape. They are wearing armour, | :18:02. | :18:04.
whereas a human being, as he's moving through the ground, | :18:05. | :18:05.
you have a front profile. With the armour as well, | :18:06. | :18:08.
we've never had a problem. We've never had a dog that's even | :18:09. | :18:15.
been injured operationally Maria wasn't so lucky, | :18:16. | :18:17.
shot 17 times by poachers. Her horn was hacked off | :18:18. | :18:21.
while she was still alive. Maria died in Zimbabwe two years | :18:22. | :18:23.
before Darryl's dogs arrived here. That's why he is so desperate no | :18:24. | :18:27.
more animals lose their lives. It is the height of the summer, | :18:28. | :18:32.
and Rogue and Polaris get a trip to the zoo, | :18:33. | :18:35.
a chance to meet the animals they will see in Africa, | :18:36. | :18:43.
but hopefully they These dogs have got to find out | :18:44. | :18:44.
exactly what their position They must know because dogs | :18:45. | :18:48.
will generally react We want the dogs to be | :18:49. | :18:51.
stable under pressure, we don't want dogs that will run | :18:52. | :18:54.
off, suddenly chasing wildlife. After months of hard work, | :18:55. | :18:57.
Rogue and Polaris finally Their new home is this Conservancy, | :18:58. | :18:59.
and it is also home to 200 I think it's quite an irresponsible | :19:00. | :19:06.
attitude, to turn around and say, I want to save the world | :19:07. | :19:13.
and make a difference. As a team, across the broard | :19:14. | :19:15.
spectrum of conservation, It's making a difference | :19:16. | :19:27.
to future generations. I have to say, I don't | :19:28. | :19:32.
want my grandchildren to look Darryl's dogs continued | :19:33. | :19:34.
training, even though With man and dog working together | :19:35. | :19:37.
to save animals that could otherwise Some brilliant pictures there. You | :19:38. | :19:50.

a new behind-the-scenes structure - this involves scrapping | :20:10. | :20:12.
the Chief Executive's The Sporting Director will also lead | :20:13. | :20:13.
the search for a new head coach Fans on Saturday came to watch the | :20:14. | :20:21.
same team but a different looking club. The manager and Chief | :20:22. | :20:24.
Executive both gone, seemingly gone for good and seem to be replaced by | :20:25. | :20:29.
a sporting director, Head Coach and new managing director. Do you think | :20:30. | :20:33.
the previous Chief Executive's role is a most too big for one person to | :20:34. | :20:38.
do effectively? It is challenging in the timescale, you have one person | :20:39. | :20:44.
with a lot of responsibility, especially around some parts of the | :20:45. | :20:47.
year, like transfer windows. By splitting the role in two, you can | :20:48. | :20:52.
focus on your expertise. The new look structure has the sporting | :20:53. | :20:57.
director overlooking the whole operation, including recruitment. | :20:58. | :21:03.
And a managing director in Taj of business. | :21:04. | :21:05.
They report directly to the board, with a Head Coach responsible to the | :21:06. | :21:11.
first team working with the technical director and academy | :21:12. | :21:13.
manager. The purpose of the new sporting | :21:14. | :21:17.
director is that at an advanced stage, they could be named this week | :21:18. | :21:20.
and then they will step up the search for a new head coach. The | :21:21. | :21:24.
relationship between the two will be so important for this new structure | :21:25. | :21:30.
to work. We want to bring in a sporting director who can, in a | :21:31. | :21:34.
long-term way, in body B style and value of play, working with the | :21:35. | :21:40.
sporting director and head coach who can deliver for the first team. | :21:41. | :21:45.
There will be Head coaches and managers unhappy working in that | :21:46. | :21:48.
framework. For our club, recruitment and the Academy is vital in how we | :21:49. | :21:52.
plan for the future. It is impossible to have a Head Coach | :21:53. | :21:56.
running the football side. What do you make of this new setup gritter | :21:57. | :22:02.
at its a joke, absolute joke. It's all right, providing the director | :22:03. | :22:07.
and manager can speak as one. You have one person making decisions, | :22:08. | :22:10.
not two. Whoever the new sporting director is need someone they have | :22:11. | :22:15.
worked with before. You will get a new head coach working with the | :22:16. | :22:18.
sporting director, what do you think? Well, I don't know about | :22:19. | :22:22.
that, I would rather have a manager. Norwich told me they went rush a | :22:23. | :22:26.
decision for either role, with this summer so crucial in achieving their | :22:27. | :22:32.
long-term goal of top-flight football. | :22:33. | :22:36.
After you see our next item, you might think twice before | :22:37. | :22:38.
I do everything before -- I do that with everything before I throw it | :22:39. | :22:45.
away! A man who enjoys tinkering | :22:46. | :22:46.
with old bits of furniture in his workshop, has just discovered | :22:47. | :22:48.
a new line in business - Rob Howard lives in Norwich, | :22:49. | :22:51.
and loves anything - from an old TV set to | :22:52. | :22:55.
a vintage hoover. Now other people's unwanted rubbish | :22:56. | :22:57.
is appearing in some top dramas. Set in the 1950s, this BBC drama | :22:58. | :23:17.
Young Hyacinth has been watched by thousands. Part of the charm is the | :23:18. | :23:22.
original features, including this television from the time. Behind the | :23:23. | :23:27.
scenes, many have had the Rob Howley treatment. What started as a hobby | :23:28. | :23:34.
has become the go to place the major television production companies. | :23:35. | :23:37.
There are a lot of proper houses that higher stuff, but all of our | :23:38. | :23:40.
stuff is fully restored and working. If they want a working TV set, they | :23:41. | :23:47.
can come to us and choose from our selection. It is surreal, dealing | :23:48. | :23:51.
with massive companies, like the BBC and film companies, sometimes I get | :23:52. | :23:56.
to go to film sets, and see things being filmed. He has close to 500 | :23:57. | :24:03.
TVs and wireless is, dating back to the mid-1920s. This wireless, or | :24:04. | :24:13.
radio, in today's world, is from 1939. It now echoes the sounds of | :24:14. | :24:17.
2017. This place certainly takes you back | :24:18. | :24:23.
in time for this 1950s television set, which recently featured in a | :24:24. | :24:28.
BBC production, to this 1930s Hoover, which, believe it or not, | :24:29. | :24:37.
still works! Although, to be fair, it sounds more like a lawn mower | :24:38. | :24:41.
than vacuum cleaner! Increasingly, we live in a throwaway society but, | :24:42. | :24:47.
before you start clearing out your smartphones and gadgets, just think, | :24:48. | :24:50.
it could be valuable vintage in future! | :24:51. | :24:55.
I should imagine you have a treasure trove in your garage! We have a | :24:56. | :25:02.
trove... I don't know about treasure! That was brilliant, they | :25:03. | :25:07.
made them so well in those days and it works! | :25:08. | :25:09.
They lasted it works! | :25:10. | :25:10.
They lasted for ever! Let's have a look at the weather. | :25:11. | :25:14.
It is the spring equinox today, however you look at it, we are well | :25:15. | :25:19.
and truly into spring. This morning, not an inspiring | :25:20. | :25:22.
scene... Things improved, in April's Garden, | :25:23. | :25:27.
more in the way of sunshine and blue skies! This cold front works down | :25:28. | :25:32.
across the country. Cloud associated with that. Cold weather behind moves | :25:33. | :25:37.
through tomorrow night. On the radar, these lines of intense | :25:38. | :25:43.
downpours, lying convection, working downwards. 10-15 minutes of heavy | :25:44. | :25:46.
rain were given to parts of the region which have all but cleared. | :25:47. | :25:51.
For many it is dry and clear and breezy, carrying a couple of showers | :25:52. | :25:56.
from the West. Dry overnight and with cold air coming in, it turns | :25:57. | :26:00.
chilly. Temperatures down to one or 2 degrees by the morning. A fine | :26:01. | :26:05.
start on Tuesday, sunshine in the morning. Cloud bubbles up, | :26:06. | :26:10.
Fairweather cloud, bringing a couple of isolated showers in from the West | :26:11. | :26:14.
and into the afternoon. It does not last long. Highs of nine or 10 | :26:15. | :26:18.
degrees, average for this time of year. No pressure dominates on | :26:19. | :26:23.
Wednesday, rotating around each other. It gives headaches when it | :26:24. | :26:28.
comes to the forecast. Some uncertainty about how quickly this | :26:29. | :26:30.
band of rain comes across the region. Potential of rain on | :26:31. | :26:39.
Wednesday. Low pressure on Thursday, slipping southwards. A | :26:40. | :26:42.
north-easterly winds develops which pushes rain back westwards, through | :26:43. | :26:47.
the day on Thursday. Some uncertainty about the position and | :26:48. | :26:51.
timing of that. Subject to change over the next few days. On Friday, | :26:52. | :26:55.
potential for rain to creep into southern parts of the region. In the | :26:56. | :27:00.
north, dry and bright and at the weekend, this low weakens and pulls | :27:01. | :27:05.
away. I pressure builds over the top so things settle at the weekend and | :27:06. | :27:10.
it should be dried -- high pressure. Pleasant by David chilly and night. | :27:11. | :27:16.
In the early hours of Sunday, the clocks go forward as well. | :27:17. | :27:20.
He always brings us good weather! Good night! | :27:21. | :27:56.
The 24-year-old man has been charged with murder. | :27:57. | :27:59.
You made sure an innocent man is charged! | :28:00. | :28:02.
What gives you the right to say that he's innocent? | :28:03. | :28:05. |
