vulnerable homeless people in Lincolnshire.

120 rough sleepers will gain intensive support over a

four year period with an aim to get them into employment.

Going to feed these, cos they'll be hungry now.

Mark is 51 years old, but it's only in the last two years

that his life has finally been turned around with the right help
