In the headlines tonight: Referral Row. | :00:11. | :00:15.
GPs for half a million North East patients have to go | :00:16. | :00:18.
through a private company if they want to refer | :00:19. | :00:20.
It's absolutely disgraceful that they have gone ahead whth this | :00:21. | :00:24.
Also tonight: The hunt is on for the criminals who drove | :00:25. | :00:28.
a nail through a dog's head before burying it alive in these woods | :00:29. | :00:31.
The RSPCA says it's inexplicable cruelty. | :00:32. | :00:37.
It is probably the most graphic and horror horrifying incident H have | :00:38. | :00:47.
Plans for a shared space between traffic | :00:48. | :00:52.
The outdoor epic Kyren will be back next year with even more | :00:53. | :01:02.
volunteers and some Olympic opening ceremony magic. | :01:03. | :01:04.
In sport, could Newcastle Dhamonds finish the speedway season | :01:05. | :01:06.
And what does the new York City football manager make | :01:07. | :01:10.
There is outrage from a loc`l MP tonight after it was revealdd GPs | :01:11. | :01:22.
in part of our region are no longer able to refer patients | :01:23. | :01:25.
Look North's discovered that all GPs across North Durham | :01:26. | :01:30.
and North Tyneside must now go through a private company bdfore | :01:31. | :01:34.
It affects half a million North East residents. | :01:35. | :01:39.
The contract was given to the company by the local | :01:40. | :01:42.
Clinical Commissioning Groups which plan health services. | :01:43. | :01:45.
They say cutting hospital admissions has already saved a million pounds. | :01:46. | :01:50.
Our Health Reporter Sharon Barbour has this exclusive report. | :01:51. | :01:56.
After investigations, your GP wants you to see | :01:57. | :02:01.
But Look North has learned for half a million North East patients, | :02:02. | :02:07.
the decision as to whether xou can see a range of hospital specialists | :02:08. | :02:11.
has been taken away from doctors and handed to a private company | :02:12. | :02:16.
NHS bosses say the process will save money, get patients | :02:17. | :02:25.
to specialists sooner and reduce hospital admissions. | :02:26. | :02:29.
Some GPs say it undermines their role. | :02:30. | :02:37.
This is mainly about money, trying to save money in the NHS, btt if | :02:38. | :02:45.
they really need treatment within a hospital, that is what has got to | :02:46. | :02:51.
happen. I think the majoritx of GPs are the sale, and within my own | :02:52. | :02:55.
practice, we were only refer the patient if we think that is the most | :02:56. | :03:00.
appropriate way forward. I can understand many of my GP colleagues | :03:01. | :03:05.
who are feeling their autonomy and clinical decision-making is being | :03:06. | :03:07.
It's been in place on North Tyneside for a year. | :03:08. | :03:16.
The GPs now have to send their hospital referral reqtests | :03:17. | :03:21.
or patient concerns including Cardiology, | :03:22. | :03:27.
Gynaecology, Dermatology, ENT, Gastroenterology | :03:28. | :03:29.
It won't affect suspected c`ncer or other urgent cases. | :03:30. | :03:38.
Durham's MP has called for the contract to be stopped. | :03:39. | :03:46.
It is that have gone ahead with this with no public consultation on with | :03:47. | :03:56.
the approval of GPs, I understand. That is what I will be demanded of | :03:57. | :04:02.
them today. That they put a halt until there is proper consultation | :04:03. | :04:06.
and oversight in place. I rdally do not want this contract to go ahead | :04:07. | :04:10.
because I think it would compromise patient safety. | :04:11. | :04:12.
The MP says she'll raise questions about | :04:13. | :04:14.
The MP says she'll now raise questions | :04:15. | :04:25.
If you didn't know about the contract, | :04:26. | :04:28.
its because the public haven't been told. | :04:29. | :04:29.
The British Medical Association says that is wrong. | :04:30. | :04:34.
GPs and patients will be concerned if there are barriers being placed | :04:35. | :04:40.
between them and specialists in their local hospital when their | :04:41. | :04:41.
patient needs to see a spechalist. Commissioning Group, | :04:42. | :04:48.
which began the contract thhs week with the private company, | :04:49. | :04:51.
insists GPs will benefit and if hospital appointments | :04:52. | :04:53.
are denied, patients will bd I would not see it as underlining, I | :04:54. | :05:03.
am asking for an opinion from a specialist and if they writd to me | :05:04. | :05:07.
after three days and say, h`ve you tried this medication? I thhnk that | :05:08. | :05:12.
is better for my patient. Wd are trying to make the NHS work more | :05:13. | :05:18.
quickly. If we can get patidnts to specialists earlier and diagnose | :05:19. | :05:21.
conditions earlier, we will take the fissures that way by stopping | :05:22. | :05:27.
hospital admissions. But if it goes on? In that rare instance it is | :05:28. | :05:32.
About Health who are responsible. I wanted to know how many | :05:33. | :05:43.
patient referrals had expert medical opinion and how | :05:44. | :05:45.
they could be getting that specialists have an input | :05:46. | :05:47.
for every single referral. All of our clinical team | :05:48. | :05:52.
are specialists in the area So cardiologists review | :05:53. | :05:54.
cardiology referrals. How we pay our staff | :05:55. | :05:59.
is an internal matter." Some people will bring about whether | :06:00. | :06:21.
About How Will Ever See A P`tient. They Will Look At The Letter From | :06:22. | :06:24.
The Gp And Some History, But They Will Never See The Patient. The NHS | :06:25. | :06:30.
is under extraordinary financial pressure. North Tyneside | :06:31. | :06:36.
commissioning group is in special measures and managing a defhcit of | :06:37. | :06:40.
?19 million. Durham is trying to save ?7 million. They managdd 1 ,000 | :06:41. | :06:46.
referrals and they have told patients that 2000 of them will not | :06:47. | :06:51.
be going to hospital and th`t has saved ?1 million. You can sde the | :06:52. | :06:56.
financial attraction. I havd just had a look at a chart and it shows | :06:57. | :07:01.
that of the whole country North Tyneside has had less referrals in | :07:02. | :07:05.
the last year than anywhere else. But we do not know how it affects | :07:06. | :07:10.
the patient. If you have bedn affected, we would be reallx keen to | :07:11. | :07:11.
hear from you. And you can have your | :07:12. | :07:16.
say on this story on our Facebook Page: that's | :07:17. | :07:19.
at facebook.com/BBCLN The words today from the RSPCA | :07:20. | :07:25.
after a small dog was buried alive And we must warn you that | :07:26. | :07:31.
in this screen behind me, we're about to show an x-rax image | :07:32. | :07:38.
which is shocking. If children are watching, you might | :07:39. | :07:40.
want to ask them to look aw`y. Walkers discovered the dog | :07:41. | :07:44.
in Kirkleatham Woods near Redcar yesterday | :07:45. | :07:47.
after they heard it whimperhng. They called the police but ht had | :07:48. | :07:51.
to be put down immediately. An act of horrific cruelty was how | :07:52. | :07:54.
the RSPCA described it. A five inch nail hammered | :07:55. | :08:01.
through the head of a small dog It was found in Kirkleathem Woods, | :08:02. | :08:06.
burried here, just off the footpath. It was only found because a couple | :08:07. | :08:11.
of walkers heard the dog whhmpering. And almost inexplicable crudlty It | :08:12. | :08:28.
is probably the most graphic and horrifying and it might be. | :08:29. | :08:33.
Obviously this dog was found by members of the public out w`lking | :08:34. | :08:37.
their own dogs and they havd said it is something that will live with | :08:38. | :08:40.
The North East and Cumbria has one of the higest rates of anim`l | :08:41. | :08:44.
And the Redcar MP Anna Turldy is campaiging to change the law | :08:45. | :08:48.
so people convicted of thesd crimes will recieve tougher | :08:49. | :08:50.
The maximum sentence for anhmal abuse of any kind is one ye`r in | :08:51. | :09:01.
prison and that seems to me totally insufficient for the huge scale that | :09:02. | :09:05.
is taking place around this country of animal abuse. The statistic show | :09:06. | :09:10.
if people abuse animals, thdy often abuse people in life as well. | :09:11. | :09:11.
Back in Redcar the dog, which it's thought was a Jack Russell | :09:12. | :09:15.
or a West Highland Terrier, had to be put down after thd attack. | :09:16. | :09:18.
The RSPCA says because of the force of the attack it's likely that more | :09:19. | :09:22.
And it's urging anyone who lay have information to get in touch, | :09:23. | :09:26.
so it can prosecute those rdponsible for this horrifying act of cruelty. | :09:27. | :09:37.
Emergency services have been on board a ship of Tynemouth after a | :09:38. | :09:44.
man fell from the vessel. There is no word on the casualty's condition. | :09:45. | :09:49.
Further down the coast the bomb squad has been at Teesport `fter a | :09:50. | :09:54.
suspicious package was found. In the last hour it has been confirmed it | :09:55. | :09:58.
Nine people have now been arrested over the death | :09:59. | :10:01.
Jodie Wilkinson was stabbed in Stanhope Street, near Newcastle | :10:02. | :10:05.
Those held are aged between 14 and 43. | :10:06. | :10:08.
The police say the investig`tion's ongoing and they are keen to hear | :10:09. | :10:11.
Disability groups in Morpeth who'd been campaigning against pl`ns | :10:12. | :10:15.
for a "shared space" road network are celebrating tonhght | :10:16. | :10:17.
after Northumberland County Council decided to scrap the scheme. | :10:18. | :10:20.
The controversial proposals for the Stobshill area would have | :10:21. | :10:23.
meant the removal of all pavements, kerbs and crossings. | :10:24. | :10:27.
Jim Knight joins us live now from Morpeth. | :10:28. | :10:38.
Thanks, Carol. It is fair to say these proposals have caused a great | :10:39. | :10:45.
deal of alarm for some people in Morpeth, particularly among | :10:46. | :10:49.
disability groups. From thel tonight there has been a collective sigh of | :10:50. | :10:54.
relief. If the scheme had gone ahead, all these papers behhnd me | :10:55. | :10:59.
would have been stripped aw`y to create the so-called shared spaces. | :11:00. | :11:02.
We can show you pictures of a similar scheme in operation in | :11:03. | :11:08.
Cheshire. The idea is that pedestrians and motorists qtite | :11:09. | :11:12.
literally shared the same space But for disability groups they say they | :11:13. | :11:15.
are complete no go areas and that is why they are celebrating in Morpeth | :11:16. | :11:19.
They don't normally get this excited at the meetings | :11:20. | :11:25.
of the Northumberland Low Vhsion Action Group, but there | :11:26. | :11:27.
was a tangible sense of relief that this scheme, | :11:28. | :11:30.
which they had all been dre`ding, has finally been scrapped. | :11:31. | :11:32.
For Ace and Trish and their guide dogs Peggy and Beth | :11:33. | :11:35.
I think it's a success for the people. | :11:36. | :11:40.
A voice for the people and safer for all guide dog | :11:41. | :11:44.
users and everywhere in the country, take note. | :11:45. | :11:47.
Maybe this will help other people in other parts of the country. | :11:48. | :11:50.
Sometimes we have to go through a traumatic, well, | :11:51. | :11:55.
it was not that traumatic, but a very difficult time to help | :11:56. | :11:58.
other people understand and know let's not do that. | :11:59. | :12:06.
Local councillors welcomed the council's U-turn. | :12:07. | :12:11.
I am pleased to see that common sense has prevailed | :12:12. | :12:14.
I agree and I am delighted to put a stop to this waste of ?280,00 | :12:15. | :12:20.
of taxpayers' money and stopped a very controversial scheme. | :12:21. | :12:25.
So relief in Morpeth, but it has still left disabhlity | :12:26. | :12:28.
groups in Morpeth still wondering who else is on the list for one | :12:29. | :12:31.
Is that it for shared spaces in Northumberland? This is far from the | :12:32. | :12:46.
end of the road, so even though the County Council declined to put | :12:47. | :12:50.
anyone forward for interview, they made it clear in a statement that | :12:51. | :12:55.
they are still in discussions about two shared space schemes in Bamburgh | :12:56. | :13:00.
and Alnwick. They say they have already had a successful medting in | :13:01. | :13:06.
Bamburgh about the scheme. But whilst we were filming, somdbody | :13:07. | :13:08.
from Alnwick came over to md and wanted to express his concerns. What | :13:09. | :13:15.
about young children? Will Xoung children be able to underst`nd that | :13:16. | :13:19.
road is different from the road next to it? There are real concerns about | :13:20. | :13:26.
this, not only in Alnwick, but in Banbury as well. That is next on the | :13:27. | :13:32.
list. The County Council has promised to consult a much wider and | :13:33. | :13:35.
particularly with disabilitx groups next time, so we will have to see | :13:36. | :13:39.
what develops over the next few weeks. | :13:40. | :13:42.
Crunch talks have been taking place this afternoon over plans that | :13:43. | :13:45.
promise new investment and jobs to the Tees Valley in return for | :13:46. | :13:48.
The area's five council leaders discussed the deal with comlunities | :13:49. | :13:53.
But after local authorities in the rest of the north east | :13:54. | :13:58.
rejected similar proposals, the approach remains contentious. | :13:59. | :14:02.
Our political correspondent Luke Walton joins us from Westminster. | :14:03. | :14:07.
Carol, last year two parts of the north east signed up | :14:08. | :14:10.
But this summer the seven councils from Durham | :14:11. | :14:15.
to Northumberland abandoned the plan, leaving only | :14:16. | :14:18.
the Tees Valley on course for mayoral elections next spring. | :14:19. | :14:23.
Teesside councils say the area needs extra funding and responsibhlity | :14:24. | :14:25.
in return and today they cale here to westminster | :14:26. | :14:28.
En route to a new type of politics, but with plans for a region`l Mayor | :14:29. | :14:36.
hitting the buffers elsewhere, can Teesside keep its proposals | :14:37. | :14:39.
on track and make sure ministers keep their side of the barg`in? | :14:40. | :14:45.
I think we wanted to get sole reassurance around the things | :14:46. | :14:48.
that we negotiated as part of our devolution deal. | :14:49. | :14:50.
Particularly within that was the whole agenda around jobs | :14:51. | :14:54.
and ensuring we get the invdstment that we need to secure | :14:55. | :14:57.
I think there is a subtle mdssage here, and that is we are taking | :14:58. | :15:03.
power from 250 miles away and bringing it to Tees Valley. | :15:04. | :15:05.
The election next May will focus on that. | :15:06. | :15:08.
Teesside's leaders may be on their way to Westminster, | :15:09. | :15:14.
but they hope their final destination will be a region | :15:15. | :15:17.
with more power and investmdnt, so can they get the deal thdy want | :15:18. | :15:20.
On the table, a promise of `n extra ?450 million over 30 years, | :15:21. | :15:30.
that's funding for transport, housing and skills. | :15:31. | :15:32.
So after a 40-minute meeting with the new communities Secretary, | :15:33. | :15:35.
I think we've got the best deal on the table, certainly a bdtter | :15:36. | :15:41.
We have been very clear this is about economic growth and jobs | :15:42. | :15:46.
I am very confident that with the assurances we have got | :15:47. | :15:52.
we can deliver those 25,000 jobs and I suspect a few thousand more. | :15:53. | :15:56.
On top of that a pledge from the Minister of more to come. | :15:57. | :15:59.
We talked about taking this deal further. | :16:00. | :16:02.
This is very much in the beginning of a process. | :16:03. | :16:04.
I want to see more power devolved to these deals, | :16:05. | :16:08.
including to the Tees Vallex, and I think it will continud | :16:09. | :16:10.
We talked about that as well and I think | :16:11. | :16:13.
Many still see regional Mayors as undemocratic and promises of cash | :16:14. | :16:18.
But with Teesside's top brass returning happy, that area | :16:19. | :16:23.
That is the Tees Valley, but has the rest of the region opted out? It | :16:24. | :16:40.
certainly has. Councils likd Sunderland and Gateshead rejected | :16:41. | :16:44.
the idea of an elected Mayor because the public does not want ond and the | :16:45. | :16:47.
extra money being offered bx the government is a fraction of the cash | :16:48. | :16:51.
being taken from councils in funding cuts. It was a point I put to the | :16:52. | :16:57.
Minister. They did not want the deal and that is bad for local pdople in | :16:58. | :17:02.
terms of jobs and growth and it is a shame. They say you were not | :17:03. | :17:07.
offering the North East good enough financial support. Their de`l is as | :17:08. | :17:12.
good as anyone else's. People have to ask if it was good enough for | :17:13. | :17:15.
anyone else, why was it not good enough for them? But the minister | :17:16. | :17:21.
did not rule out striking a separate deal with the three north-e`st | :17:22. | :17:27.
council that support the devolution deal, Newcastle, North Tyneside and | :17:28. | :17:31.
Northumberland. In the meantime what we know is the Tees Valley is | :17:32. | :17:35.
on course for mayoral electhons in six months' time. | :17:36. | :17:41.
A project to help people with mental health issues has been founded | :17:42. | :17:44.
in memory of a Northumberland woman who went missing on | :17:45. | :17:47.
Around ?25,000 was raised after Sally Allan disappeardd | :17:48. | :17:49.
and half of that will now bd spent on raising awareness. | :17:50. | :17:52.
Alison Freeman spoke to Sally's husband and daughter. | :17:53. | :18:04.
New Year's day, Sally Allen's family gathered at the place | :18:05. | :18:06.
A month later their worst fears were confirmed. | :18:07. | :18:09.
She had taken her own life after an apparently | :18:10. | :18:12.
I think she was doing a good job of keeping it hidden. | :18:13. | :18:16.
I was shocked in myself and the children and friends. | :18:17. | :18:18.
I did try and get Sally to talk about it, but she was very good | :18:19. | :18:22.
at moving on, or blaming things like the menopause | :18:23. | :18:24.
But some of the things I have learnt, I mean, | :18:25. | :18:28.
So now the family are hoping to stop others going through the sale | :18:29. | :18:37.
Since Sally's death more than ?25,000 has been | :18:38. | :18:41.
Half of that money will enable the charity Tyneside | :18:42. | :18:46.
and Northumberland Mind to put on presentations in workplaces | :18:47. | :18:50.
across the region about how to cope with mental health issues. | :18:51. | :18:56.
We have had low moments over the last couple of months. | :18:57. | :18:59.
We use some of those technipues and they really do help. | :19:00. | :19:01.
I think we want to spread those out to everybody, | :19:02. | :19:04.
to look after their own mental health and look after other people | :19:05. | :19:07.
and maybe that will help people talk and that will hopefully help someone | :19:08. | :19:10.
else with their mental health and hopefully it will not end | :19:11. | :19:12.
As Christmas, on the anniversary of Sally's death approaches, | :19:13. | :19:20.
the family are trying to remain positive. | :19:21. | :19:22.
We will probably go for walks or visit the quayside, for dxample, | :19:23. | :19:24.
It will be very much one dax at a time and trying to be together | :19:25. | :19:29.
and look out for one another and try and remember the good times | :19:30. | :19:32.
A good cause. The organisers of the successful Bishop Auckland night | :19:33. | :19:49.
show Kynren have announced next year there will be more performances with | :19:50. | :19:53.
even bigger and better spechal effects. They will be taking on | :19:54. | :19:56.
hundreds of additional volunteers. New creative director is working on | :19:57. | :20:02.
the show and he has just returned from the Rio Olympics. | :20:03. | :20:07.
This summer, a previously dhsused piece of land in Durham bec`me | :20:08. | :20:14.
something spectacular. The new creative director is looking ahead | :20:15. | :20:18.
to next year. He has worked here before with the volunteers `nd then | :20:19. | :20:23.
he headed off to Rio to work on the opening ceremony to take an | :20:24. | :20:26.
opportunity to capture what it was like behind the scenes on hhs phone. | :20:27. | :20:33.
He also helped create the one in London four years ago. Kynrdn has | :20:34. | :20:43.
the same DNA. Volunteers cole from all walks of life, people who have | :20:44. | :20:49.
not necessarily performed bdfore. They have 1000 volunteers and one | :20:50. | :20:54.
500 more. But over the summdr, some of the cast cause problems, they | :20:55. | :21:01.
refused to go on stage. Thex did not move and then the others followed, | :21:02. | :21:08.
but that has all ended now. They are part of the family. It is lhke | :21:09. | :21:15.
anybody, we will convince them. Over the summer 100,000 people c`me to | :21:16. | :21:18.
see it and next year they whll have two more shows and they hopd 13 ,000 | :21:19. | :21:24.
people will come here to sed it They hope the participants will be | :21:25. | :21:30.
prepared for 2017. Kynren mdans resurgence and that is why we chose | :21:31. | :21:33.
it for our name and we are dxcited to be there, at the beginning of the | :21:34. | :21:41.
next journey. I am a fan and we are going again. | :21:42. | :21:45.
That is enough commotion. A week is a long time in politics, but try 48 | :21:46. | :21:49.
hours in the life of a football manager. Gary Mills was reappointed | :21:50. | :21:58.
manager of York city and Wrdxham dismissed their manager. Gary Mills | :21:59. | :22:04.
has found life on and off the page a bit of a struggle. A teenagd | :22:05. | :22:09.
European cup winner with Nottingham Forest, Gary Mills was back amongst | :22:10. | :22:13.
the silverware with York city, winning the FA Trophy and conference | :22:14. | :22:18.
play-off final in the same season. Two years later he nearly achieved | :22:19. | :22:23.
promotion with Gateshead. Hd replaces manager Jackie McN`mara who | :22:24. | :22:26.
failed to halt a run of poor results. I lost my job on Thursday | :22:27. | :22:33.
and I made my call about two hours later because I knew the job was | :22:34. | :22:38.
available. Fortunately for le the chairman felt it was right to speak | :22:39. | :22:42.
to me and offered me the job. I do not feel like I have been away. It | :22:43. | :22:48.
is a big challenge, but one I am looking forward to. McNamar` has | :22:49. | :22:53.
gone upstairs to become the club's Chief Executive. They will not be | :22:54. | :23:00.
interfering in what I do in any way, shape or form. What Jackie will do | :23:01. | :23:11.
is deal with issues with anx of the players, so I can totally focused on | :23:12. | :23:14.
the first team and getting them in the shape I want them to get into. | :23:15. | :23:21.
Mills had only been just appointed when York had crashed out of the | :23:22. | :23:29.
cup. We cannot play like th`t in major football matches. The training | :23:30. | :23:31.
sessions this week have gond really well. I want the supporters on | :23:32. | :23:37.
Saturday to see the change hn such a short space of time. In spedd | :23:38. | :23:42.
Newcastle Diamonds have the chance to end the season with some | :23:43. | :23:46.
silverware. At 6:30pm on Sunday evening they host Glasgow Thgers in | :23:47. | :23:52.
the first leg of the knockott cup. They finished third in the league | :23:53. | :23:56.
with the Tigers second, but because the Scots are in the play-off final | :23:57. | :24:01.
and have not yet finished their fixtures, they face four matches in | :24:02. | :24:06.
four days, so might work in their favour? It might do, but it is also | :24:07. | :24:12.
a fortnight since we have rhdden as a team and that could work `gainst | :24:13. | :24:16.
us. We have stayed unbeaten at home all season, and we will be | :24:17. | :24:21.
disappointed not to come aw`y on Sunday with a home victory. Our last | :24:22. | :24:29.
story helped teach self-estdem to children and raised thousands for | :24:30. | :24:33.
charity. What makes her all the more | :24:34. | :24:37.
remarkable is she is just 13 and she is off to a BBC Radio one p`rty to | :24:38. | :24:41.
celebrate. Taking selfie 's, typical tdenagers | :24:42. | :24:48.
you might think. Only there is little predictable about Leo Ramsay, | :24:49. | :24:55.
a pupil in Carlisle. Her colmunity work has seen her nominated for | :24:56. | :25:01.
this. Get ready to shout and go crazy! The Radio 1 teenager awards, | :25:02. | :25:09.
taking place this weekend. Ht is amazing getting the feeling you have | :25:10. | :25:11.
achieved something and people recognise what you are doing. None | :25:12. | :25:16.
of us do this for the recognition, we do it because we want to make a | :25:17. | :25:21.
difference and help people. Bright and hard-working, she is a source of | :25:22. | :25:25.
great pride to her mum. Words cannot relay just how proud I am of her and | :25:26. | :25:30.
she gives me so much inner strength and happiness that I cannot wait to | :25:31. | :25:35.
see what she is going to cole up with next. It seems only fitting | :25:36. | :25:40.
that Leah, who is a runner-tp, will be treated to a shindig featuring | :25:41. | :25:46.
some of the biggest pop stars at Wembley on Sunday. | :25:47. | :25:52.
Well done. Let's have a look at the weather. | :25:53. | :25:57.
We talked about strange birds visiting our neck of the woods the | :25:58. | :26:03.
other night. These did not fly in, but they floated in, Mediterranean | :26:04. | :26:09.
snails. But now they have to investigate how they are gohng to | :26:10. | :26:13.
affect the natural species, the resident species. The changds in the | :26:14. | :26:18.
weather will not happen verx quickly at all. Tonight there are a few | :26:19. | :26:25.
showers around, but they become fewer and further between. Clear | :26:26. | :26:30.
spells for many of us, especially in the West. Down to four or fhve | :26:31. | :26:37.
Celsius generally across Culbria. There could well be one or two mist | :26:38. | :26:42.
or fog patches forming and the clear skies. They will lift and clear | :26:43. | :26:47.
tomorrow morning and most places will have a dry and sunny d`y with | :26:48. | :26:53.
patchy cloud. A risk of the odd shower popping up, but nowhdre near | :26:54. | :27:00.
as widespread as today. Temperature is very similar, 12 or 13 at the | :27:01. | :27:04.
best. The winds are fairly light and they are coming down from that cool | :27:05. | :27:10.
northerly direction. Over the next few days high pressure builds over | :27:11. | :27:13.
Scandinavia and feeds -- easterly wind. We will see a few showers in | :27:14. | :27:20.
eastern areas. Get tomorrow out of the way and the weekend will see the | :27:21. | :27:25.
odd shower on Saturday, but a fair amount of dry and bright we`ther. | :27:26. | :27:33.
More cloud around on Sunday. Just a bit of garlic and pepper for | :27:34. | :27:39.
that snail. Oh! I am in trotble now. Good night. | :27:40. | :28:24.
Everyone's living these amazing lives, | :28:25. | :28:27. |
