The what's the biggest electricity bill that you have ever had? One

business is being possibly forced out of business after receiving a

bill of �73,000. British Gas have admitted that the huge bill is

their fault after overcharging -- I wonder how many times you have

gone to the door to collect your post, open a letter from a utility

company and taken a big gasp when you have read the Bill. The company

here almost -- the couple here almost fell to the floor when they

receive their bill from British Gas. Shaun Coleman has been running this

business for 11 years. In 2006, he and his wife Catherine decided to

build an extension to the bar. At the time, a new electricity meter

was installed. It has been read eight times and the couple have

never missed a payment. But then As you can see, this is the first

bill we have received. That was then amended from �70,000 to

�58,000. We could not believe it. We have paid our bills every time,

and just to have this debt on our doorstep, totally out of the blue,

is amazing. We cannot sleep, we were worried anyway about how to

deal with things in the recession. To have that put on top of us, it

is a step too far, really. By an quite angry that they are allowed

to operate in such a way. Shaun Coleman says that despite phone

calls, he is no longer -- he is not moving forward. They have made a

mistake over five years. It would be a courtesy to allow us the same

time to pay it back. In the meantime, it is business as usual

for the time being. No wonder Sean Coleman is confused. When they

first released -- receive the paperwork, it was a bill of �72,000.

a new meter reading. This afternoon, we have heard from British Gas, who

released a brief statement. They say they are investigating the

situation fully, and hope to come two a settlement. We have been

joining us from London. What rights do Sean and Catherine Coleman have?

It was first their fault in the first place. They have no

protection. It is different if you are a domestic user. In cannot

receive back billing for more than the year. You can be back build for

up to six years if you are company, and that is not right. British Gas

say they are sorry. That seems to be good news. But it is a

commercial arrangement, so British Gas could get it out over a phased

have close family relatives? Bradford Hospitals say they have an

Newsam House. The cooler which was commissioned by The Earl of

Stafford in 1706 is the largest of three surviving ambassadorial

coolers in the UK measuring 129 centimetres and weighing 70 kilos.

The museum secured �2 million worth of grants to stop it going to a

foreign buyer. Now the last flying vulcan bomber

needs half a million pounds to get it off the ground again next year.
