Police condemn the behaviour, which closed roads for two hours. | :00:11. | :00:17.
They didn't give a fig for anyone but themselves. | :00:18. | :00:21.
It was taunting behaviour, they were trying to get in to trouble. | :00:22. | :00:25.
An arrest has been made, police say they will catch those responsible. | :00:26. | :00:29.
If she thinks that is going to stop us, stand back and stand cldar. | :00:30. | :00:39.
Campaigners calling for an hnquiry in to the Battle of Orgreavd say | :00:40. | :00:42.
the gloves are off and they're planning legal action. | :00:43. | :00:44.
Hundreds of people oppose plans to build thousands of new homes | :00:45. | :00:49.

A leafy lidded cello with the next few days. Station for a fordcast | :01:08. | :01:16.
shortly. -- we will really feel the chill over the next few days. | :01:17. | :01:19.
People who witnessed a gang of bikers rampaging through Leeds | :01:20. | :01:23.
have told Look North they feared for their lives. | :01:24. | :01:27.
Around 50 motorcyclists brotght roads to a standstill | :01:28. | :01:29.
as they drove at speed down pedestrianised areas | :01:30. | :01:31.
Police called it appalling behaviour that showed a complete | :01:32. | :01:35.
disregard for the safety of the public. | :01:36. | :01:38.
Ali Fortescue is on Briggate tonight. | :01:39. | :01:51.
This is a pedestrianised arda of light in the centre of Leeds. But it | :01:52. | :01:55.
didn't look much like that last night. What a cyclists were driving | :01:56. | :02:01.
up and change your many with croissant. There were a lot of | :02:02. | :02:05.
children out trick or treathng and it was very lucky that nobody was | :02:06. | :02:07.
injured. According to social media, | :02:08. | :02:08.
this was meant to raise But witnesses have compared | :02:09. | :02:10.
the chaos in Leeds last night More than 50 bikers charging | :02:11. | :02:13.
through the city centre in convoy. Eyewitnesses say they saw rhders | :02:14. | :02:19.
pulling wheelies and driving against They totally were just having fun, | :02:20. | :02:22.
clearly, but without any regard You know, driving on | :02:23. | :02:28.
the pavements and things. Yeah, if it had been organised | :02:29. | :02:32.
and they had planned it in `dvance, perhaps it could have | :02:33. | :02:35.
been totally fine. But it felt unsafe and with | :02:36. | :02:39.
little kids out on Halloween, From the behaviour that I s`w, | :02:40. | :02:41.
it was surely only a matter of time It was really dark, | :02:42. | :02:46.
dark up the side streets. They were trying | :02:47. | :02:50.
to get into trouble. West Yorkshire Police shut | :02:51. | :02:53.
Kirkstall Road for around an hour and a half last night, | :02:54. | :02:56.
causing major traffic delays. They have since arrested | :02:57. | :03:00.
a 26-year-old man who they believe was actively involved | :03:01. | :03:03.
in organising the event. It comes as eight men were | :03:04. | :03:07.
arrested after a similar ride-out This is where it all happendd, | :03:08. | :03:10.
Kirkstall Road, one People say they saw bikes | :03:11. | :03:17.
for about an mile that way, travelling all the way down this | :03:18. | :03:21.
road, down those sidestreets, into the centre of town, | :03:22. | :03:23.
until police blocked them at those But many feel there wasn't dnough | :03:24. | :03:26.
of a police presence Halloween is a typically | :03:27. | :03:29.
busy night for policing in West Yorkshire, as, | :03:30. | :03:32.
I think, the public would expect. We were dealing with over 800 | :03:33. | :03:35.
incidents yesterday in Leeds alone. What I can say to reassure | :03:36. | :03:38.
the public is that there were significant policing rdsources | :03:39. | :03:42.
deployed onto the streets of Leeds in response to this | :03:43. | :03:44.
particular issue. These scenes, police say, | :03:45. | :03:49.
are unprecedented and put a strain on their force on one of | :03:50. | :03:52.
the busiest nights of the ydar. As I say, police have arrested one | :03:53. | :04:09.
person, a 26 to Bosman, thex think that this event was started on | :04:10. | :04:14.
Facebook. They are trying to ascertain who organise it. | :04:15. | :04:16.
The Orgreave Truth and Justhce Campaign says the gloves ard now | :04:17. | :04:19.
off in its fight for an inqtiry into clashes during | :04:20. | :04:22.
At least 90 men charged with rioting at the coking plant | :04:23. | :04:27.
near Rotherham were acquittdd after suggestions that | :04:28. | :04:30.
Yesterday the Home Secretary ruled out any | :04:31. | :04:34.
Now campaigners say they're considering a legal | :04:35. | :04:37.
A woman making that arrogant statement, if she thinks th`t is | :04:38. | :04:53.
done to stop us, stand back and stand clear. The rage after the | :04:54. | :05:01.
storm. These are people who feel led on and let down. Dismay and | :05:02. | :05:06.
flabbergasted is no turning to anger. We are not going anywhere and | :05:07. | :05:12.
we have plenty of tricks up sleeves. Just watch this space. We whll get | :05:13. | :05:17.
justice and what happened 22 years ago. -- that you two years `go. | :05:18. | :05:24.
There has been a huge and interest in this decision. If there was one | :05:25. | :05:29.
message that came time and `gain from the platform it was th`t if the | :05:30. | :05:33.
Government think that yesterday s announcement has made Orgre`ve | :05:34. | :05:37.
slipped quietly into the night, think again. The violins is a | :05:38. | :05:46.
defining moment of the industrial dispute. The sound of these tactics? | :05:47. | :05:52.
Did the Government orchestr`ted these events? For now, camp`igners | :05:53. | :05:59.
will have to wait because there is a new question to ask. Why did the | :06:00. | :06:05.
Home Secretary refused an enquirer? They are considering an application | :06:06. | :06:07.
for a judicial review of thd decision. It is not good enough to | :06:08. | :06:12.
say that it was a long time ago and that lessons have been learned. We | :06:13. | :06:17.
are all and hurtled to feel that if wrongdoing has been done th`t those | :06:18. | :06:24.
who did it our custom code. We need to get the public by this c`mpaign. | :06:25. | :06:28.
My view is that Amber Rudd has made a mistake by actually pushing it up | :06:29. | :06:38.
the agenda. I hope that you can see that it is still very, very raw | :06:39. | :06:45.
Thank you. The last word and a standing over nations was rdserved | :06:46. | :06:50.
for Barbara Jackson who has helped to drive the campaign forward. If | :06:51. | :06:55.
they were looking for a mandate to continue, it was given with volume. | :06:56. | :07:00.
There was also anger in the Commons today as Labour MPs asked for more | :07:01. | :07:03.
detail about how the Governlent came to its decision | :07:04. | :07:05.
Before making her decision, did the Home Secretary recall files | :07:06. | :07:09.
held by South Yorkshire Polhce and review them personally? | :07:10. | :07:11.
I am told they never left Sheffield - is that true? | :07:12. | :07:15.
Did she consider in detail the new testimony that has dmerged | :07:16. | :07:18.
from police officers, particularly in relation | :07:19. | :07:20.
Did she review all relevant Cabinet papers, such as the minutes | :07:21. | :07:26.
of the meeting between Margaret Thatcher and Leon Brittan, | :07:27. | :07:29.
stamped "secret", where the then Home Secretary states that he wants | :07:30. | :07:33.
to increase the rate of prosecutions of miners? | :07:34. | :07:36.
The Home Secretary did consider a number of factors | :07:37. | :07:39.
She reviewed a wide range of documents, carefully considered | :07:40. | :07:42.
the arguments contained in the campaign's submission and, | :07:43. | :07:45.
indeed, spoke to the campaign and their supporters in person. | :07:46. | :07:50.
I fully appreciate that we have a disagreement on this. | :07:51. | :07:52.
That doesn't mean the Home Secretary's decision is wrong. | :07:53. | :07:57.
So what documents relating to Orgreave have yet to be reldased? | :07:58. | :07:59.
James Vincent is at South Yorkshire Police headquarters this evdning. | :08:00. | :08:11.
As it stands, the campaigners want see any more documents than they | :08:12. | :08:16.
have already seen. What thex want their hands on is what Andy Burnham | :08:17. | :08:22.
was waiting in the House of Commons. Cabinet papers. What was Margaret | :08:23. | :08:25.
Thatcher and her cabinet thhnking at the ten question mark what would the | :08:26. | :08:29.
administration is between them and the army and security services? How | :08:30. | :08:35.
was the miners strike policdd, particularly the Battle of Orgreave. | :08:36. | :08:43.
Just to show you how expect`nt people, South Yorkshire Polhce. | :08:44. | :08:46.
Ready prepared a lot of the documents and had been around every | :08:47. | :08:50.
police station making sure they had every pupil rectitude. They had even | :08:51. | :08:53.
appointed an archivist submhtted altogether. That person sitds are | :08:54. | :09:04.
job next week. -- that person starts their job next week. I spokd to the | :09:05. | :09:08.
Police Commissioner today. He said that this was an opportunitx for the | :09:09. | :09:12.
campaigners and the police to be open and honest about what happened | :09:13. | :09:16.
30 years ago. People want the truth. They want to go to the facts. If the | :09:17. | :09:21.
sense of justice will be satisfied, you have to do that. From the police | :09:22. | :09:28.
perspective, that has to be done as well. This was a moment when the | :09:29. | :09:31.
police could have said that they were being cooperative and the not | :09:32. | :09:36.
been self-justifying, we will make this archive available. We will talk | :09:37. | :09:40.
about how we can do that anx sensible way. You had the | :09:41. | :09:46.
campaigners previously sounding very angry and upset. One of the Brits | :09:47. | :09:53.
now is a judicial review. It is not whether the decision was right but | :09:54. | :09:59.
was the process the rich to get to that decision right? It would be a | :10:00. | :10:06.
challenge to the way the decision was made. I also spoke to Kdn | :10:07. | :10:12.
Capstick, he was the right hand man of Arthur Scargill. I asked him what | :10:13. | :10:18.
he wanted to happen now? I was there with my son and I can remember those | :10:19. | :10:23.
horses coming, charging through the police lines and it was unndcessary. | :10:24. | :10:30.
I would like to know when that decision was taken and why. Because | :10:31. | :10:35.
miners had to basically run for their lives or gets trampled | :10:36. | :10:41.
underfoot by that cavalry. Do you think we will ever see thesd Cabinet | :10:42. | :10:46.
papers and get to the bottol of what happened? I don't think that we will | :10:47. | :10:51.
from a Tory Government. We didn t get it from the Labour Government | :10:52. | :10:55.
either. We have to remember that. Whether Jeremy Corbyn would do so if | :10:56. | :11:03.
you was a Government, I don't know. It is one of those things when it | :11:04. | :11:07.
comes to national security, they will always try to protect ` former | :11:08. | :11:14.
prime ministers. So Governmdnt papers look out of reach for the | :11:15. | :11:17.
campaigners at the moment. But South Yorkshire Police already have their | :11:18. | :11:22.
papers all marshalled up and ready to go. A big decision for the police | :11:23. | :11:26.
force, do the release those papers without the public enquirer? We | :11:27. | :11:31.
asked Home Office for an interview but nobody was available. | :11:32. | :11:35.
We're joined now by Elizabeth Peacock, the former Conserv`tive MP | :11:36. | :11:37.
for Batley and Spen who served under Margaret Thatcher. | :11:38. | :11:39.
You supported miners during the strike | :11:40. | :11:41.
and yet you don't support an inquiry into Orgraeve | :11:42. | :11:43.
I did support the mining industry all through my political career and | :11:44. | :11:55.
I don't support them now. I don t think that 32 years later it would | :11:56. | :12:00.
do any good to anybody have the public enquirer. We have to remember | :12:01. | :12:06.
that the strike was not abott the coal industry, it was about Arthur | :12:07. | :12:12.
Scargill tractable down a Conservative Government. -- trying | :12:13. | :12:17.
to bring down. I think that it gets lost. There was no authoritx or | :12:18. | :12:22.
private or anything. They lots of people, both miners and polhcemen, | :12:23. | :12:26.
got seriously injured. Quitd a lot and not know around. They c`n still | :12:27. | :12:34.
do stories because they are not here. I spoke earlier today to a | :12:35. | :12:40.
miner who went to the pits when he was 50. He said, no, it shotld not | :12:41. | :12:45.
be brought up again. He said, V have tried to settle down over the years. | :12:46. | :12:50.
He is a strong Labour man btt that it would not help anybody as the | :12:51. | :12:55.
trusted everybody up against such other again. Is it not posshble that | :12:56. | :13:03.
this contains a hint of a cover up? I know that is being said, H don't | :13:04. | :13:08.
believe that. If you come b`ck as Ken Capstick said, the game Labour | :13:09. | :13:15.
Government themselves recognised what a hornets nest it was. I think | :13:16. | :13:21.
it is not managed to say th`t this is a Conservative Government | :13:22. | :13:27.
cover-up. I don't think that -- I think that Amber Rudd is correct in | :13:28. | :13:30.
what she was doing. It would be quite wrong to drag it up again You | :13:31. | :13:34.
were there at the time and close to Margaret Thatcher. Is it trte that | :13:35. | :13:38.
she made these changes to police tactics? Not to my knowledgd. We had | :13:39. | :13:44.
lots of meetings with her and she was concerned about the mindrs who | :13:45. | :13:50.
wanted to go to work and whose houses were being demolished, they | :13:51. | :13:54.
couldn't buy food because the food shops wouldn't sell them food and | :13:55. | :14:00.
her call minister asked me to help home bring some working men's ways | :14:01. | :14:06.
to Westminster is of the grdat tell them what the was going on. She was | :14:07. | :14:12.
concerned about how the comlunities were surviving. The police has a | :14:13. | :14:18.
battered reputation and written in acquiring up then? I don't think | :14:19. | :14:22.
this would be the thing to help them restored. I haven't been thhnking | :14:23. | :14:28.
about the other position. They have two out of that on other thhngs -- | :14:29. | :14:36.
about their reputation. I think that the Government is doing this because | :14:37. | :14:39.
they believe it is the right thing to do. | :14:40. | :14:41.
Major changes to major investigations - | :14:42. | :14:44.
North Yorkshire Police begins working with a neighbouring force | :14:45. | :14:46.
to tackle some of the countx's most serious crimes. | :14:47. | :14:57.
It's an issue which always provokes debate - does the need | :14:58. | :15:00.
for new homes outweigh the need to protect the countryside? | :15:01. | :15:04.
Figures from the Campaign to Protect Rural England show that | :15:05. | :15:07.
in Yorkshire 46,900 homes are proposed for green belt land. | :15:08. | :15:11.
Several schemes are being considering | :15:12. | :15:13.
in the Leeds area, including one where the council | :15:14. | :15:19.
is consulting on proposals to build up to 5,000 houses on the P`rlington | :15:20. | :15:22.
The Parlington Estate, green belt land in north-east Leeds, close to | :15:23. | :15:29.
Aberford, Garforth and Barwhck, that could have up to | :15:30. | :15:31.
It could help Leeds City Cotncil tackle a housing crisis, but many | :15:32. | :15:36.
people who already live here are not happy. | :15:37. | :15:40.
We understand that Leeds needs homes. | :15:41. | :15:44.
Our big issue with Parlington is that 5000 homes between an dxisting | :15:45. | :15:48.
town and two villages that have stood for getting on for 1000 years | :15:49. | :15:51.
apiece is just the wrong place to put it. | :15:52. | :15:55.
Although privately owned, the estate is used as an amdnity, | :15:56. | :15:59.
popular with cyclists, walkers and nature lovers. | :16:00. | :16:07.
This would all disappear to be replaced by homes and all | :16:08. | :16:10.
If you add another 10,000 c`rs, making up to about 25,000 | :16:11. | :16:21.
journeys a day from the devdlopment and we are very worried abott what | :16:22. | :16:24.
All over this area, posters have been springing | :16:25. | :16:29.
up, encouraging residents to take part in the council's consultation. | :16:30. | :16:33.
For new homes to spring up here is nothing new. | :16:34. | :16:38.
In fact, these homes have bden here just a few years. | :16:39. | :16:45.
But it is the scale of the proposed development | :16:46. | :16:47.
Six local councillors have put in writing they would prefer one | :16:48. | :16:50.
large development rather than many smaller ones. | :16:51. | :16:53.
Forcing 5000 houses on a rural area like this in the outer north-east | :16:54. | :16:56.
tacitly approves the building on green field | :16:57. | :16:58.
and green belt land, which is very hard to stomach | :16:59. | :17:00.
when we know that there is brown field land in the city that | :17:01. | :17:03.
We have a housing crisis in this country. | :17:04. | :17:08.
We only built about 175,000 last year. | :17:09. | :17:22.
We should be building a quarter of a million. | :17:23. | :17:25.
The problem is where do we place all these homes? | :17:26. | :17:27.
We need to actually build somewhere and sometimes green belt | :17:28. | :17:30.
This is just one of several schemes under | :17:31. | :17:32.
consideration across Leeds at the moment. | :17:33. | :17:34.
The council has said it | :17:35. | :17:35.
couldn't put up anyone for hnterview today while the consultation | :17:36. | :17:38.
process is going on but it says it is taking into account local | :17:39. | :17:41.
concerns while also taking into account the needs | :17:42. | :17:43.
Long-running unsolved cases and serious crimes in north | :17:44. | :17:46.
Yorkshire will now be investigated with the help of Cleveland Police. | :17:47. | :17:49.
The two forces have announced a merger, | :17:50. | :17:50.
with a combined unit to look at murders, rapes | :17:51. | :17:53.
It's the latest sign that otr police forces are working more | :17:54. | :17:56.
Sharing resources with neighbouring police forces is not a new concept. | :17:57. | :18:04.
For instance a combined unddrwater search unit which covers north, | :18:05. | :18:07.
South and West Yorkshire plus the Humber region | :18:08. | :18:09.
South Yorkshire and Humbershde combine their human resourcds and | :18:10. | :18:15.
They also share a technology department. | :18:16. | :18:21.
Many police forces across the country | :18:22. | :18:26.
including those in Yorkshird now work routinely together to procure | :18:27. | :18:28.
West and South Yorkshire Police recently led a | :18:29. | :18:33.
consortium of seven forces in awarding a contract for vehicles | :18:34. | :18:35.
involving 11 models from three manufacturers. | :18:36. | :18:37.
A mounted section of horses based in West Yorkshire | :18:38. | :18:40.
Police's operations complex in Wakefield | :18:41. | :18:41.
can provide support in | :18:42. | :18:42.
other parts of Yorkshire as and when needed. | :18:43. | :18:47.
And the National Police Air Service has a helicopter base in | :18:48. | :18:56.
West Yorkshire that can be deployed when called | :18:57. | :18:58.
upon by other forces in | :18:59. | :18:59.
Today a new partnership as North Yorkshire Police and | :19:00. | :19:02.
Cleveland combined to form ` major investigation team to tackld the | :19:03. | :19:06.
I've been speaking to Assistant Chief Constable Amanda Olivdr | :19:07. | :19:11.
about the thinking behind the new Major Enquiry Team. | :19:12. | :19:14.
We've looked really carefully at demand over the last few years. | :19:15. | :19:16.
What we've done in the past is pulled in | :19:17. | :19:18.
local officers, usually detdctives, at times in those first few days. | :19:19. | :19:23.
Now with two teams across the areas operating as one we will be able to | :19:24. | :19:29.
secure that local policing footprint but really concentrate that team's | :19:30. | :19:31.
Something like the Claudia Lawrence investigation, will this have any | :19:32. | :19:37.
impact on that in terms of ` fresh pair of eyes on the investigation? | :19:38. | :19:40.
OK, the Claudia Lawrence investigation will continue as is | :19:41. | :19:45.
under Detective Superintenddnt Dai Malyn but what we | :19:46. | :19:47.
review team, so periodicallx and robustly we will review all | :19:48. | :19:51.
outstanding cases between Cleveland and North Yorkshire to look at new | :19:52. | :19:54.
So, as DNA techniques improve for instance, we | :19:55. | :20:01.
will be able to look again `t all the outstanding cases that dach | :20:02. | :20:04.
If this is such a good idea how come we haven't done it | :20:05. | :20:08.
OK, it has been done elsewhdre around the country but | :20:09. | :20:11.
this is a first for the north-east of England. | :20:12. | :20:13.
What we are keen to do across the north-east is to look at | :20:14. | :20:17.
Cleveland is ideal because ht is a neighbouring force, a verx similar | :20:18. | :20:20.
size to North Yorkshire, with similar demand. | :20:21. | :20:22.
So this is a first for the north-east but | :20:23. | :20:24.
Where do you draw the line here because the logic | :20:25. | :20:29.
in all this is we're moving towards one combined police force, | :20:30. | :20:32.
aren't we, rather than separate county police forces? | :20:33. | :20:34.
So the local policing footprints in each of the | :20:35. | :20:41.
areas will be really focused on delivering just that, local | :20:42. | :20:43.
The specialist areas of polhcing that is high demand in the | :20:44. | :20:50.
first few days but not high demand on each day of the year, th`t means | :20:51. | :20:53.
you can concentrate those specialist resources there but then re`lly | :20:54. | :20:56.
secure foundation in relation to local policing. | :20:57. | :20:57.
Thanks for coming in | :20:58. | :20:58.
An inquest into the death of a teenager in a shed fird | :20:59. | :21:06.
in Doncaster has heard there was no criminality involved. | :21:07. | :21:10.
The body of 13-year-old Jack Sheldon was found after | :21:11. | :21:12.
After a short hearing the inquest was adjourned | :21:13. | :21:15.
A development of up to 10,000 homes could be | :21:16. | :21:21.
The former RAF base at Church Fenton is home | :21:22. | :21:26.
to the new Leeds East Airport, but another part of the sitd | :21:27. | :21:29.
is being explored as a posshble location for a new village. | :21:30. | :21:32.
Selby District Council says it's just an idea put forward | :21:33. | :21:35.
to Government at the moment and there would be | :21:36. | :21:37.
a full consultation if it was taken further. | :21:38. | :21:44.
Sheffield's Olympic silver medal winning | :21:45. | :21:46.
trampolinist Bryony Page saxs it's important for people | :21:47. | :21:47.
like her to prepare for life after competition. | :21:48. | :21:53.
She was one of many Olympic and Paralympic athletes | :21:54. | :21:55.
who attended a special caredrs fair today to help them think | :21:56. | :21:58.
Though she intends to carry on until Tokyo in 2020, | :21:59. | :22:01.
she says now's the perfect time to look ahead. | :22:02. | :22:04.
It's transitioning from being completely focused on sport, | :22:05. | :22:09.
whatever sport you've chosen to do, and being the best you can be | :22:10. | :22:12.
at that, to a world outside the sport where you | :22:13. | :22:17.
might not be participating, you might want to still be involved but | :22:18. | :22:20.
as a coach or something, so it's working through the transithon. | :22:21. | :22:22.
It's especially important to prepare for | :22:23. | :22:24.
There are calls for a volunteer who has helped hundreds of people | :22:25. | :22:29.
affected by the boxing day floods across the Calder Valley to be | :22:30. | :22:31.
Trevor Bannister says he doesn't want any fuss - | :22:32. | :22:37.
Ever since the Calder Valley was devastated | :22:38. | :22:44.
by those floodwaters last | :22:45. | :22:50.
December we've heard many t`les of the amazing community response | :22:51. | :22:52.
story of just one man who has worked tirelessly | :22:53. | :22:56.
help people all the way from Walsden to Elland. | :22:57. | :23:02.
The man in question is | :23:03. | :23:03.
And I'm honestly not exaggerating when I say that | :23:04. | :23:11.
wherever you go in this valley someone will know him. | :23:12. | :23:14.
working in Mytholmroyd and were told to follow the hosepipe | :23:15. | :23:18.
Cleaning the footpaths at a sheltered housing | :23:19. | :23:26.
A painter and decorator by trade, he's | :23:27. | :23:31.
turned his hand to almost everything over the past year with just one day | :23:32. | :23:34.
Maybe delivering new possessions to a property, that sort of thing. | :23:35. | :23:41.
I've done some fitting of carpets for people. | :23:42. | :23:43.
If I can help out and I know people who can help out | :23:44. | :23:53.
we will get together and do whatever we can. | :23:54. | :23:55.
Trevor's efforts have not gone unnoticed. | :23:56. | :23:59.
There is now a Facebook campaign calling for some | :24:00. | :24:01.
He is having to use shanks's pony, or his push-bike, | :24:02. | :24:06.
lives, and he's got to cycle everywhere. | :24:07. | :24:10.
Or he walks or gets public transport. | :24:11. | :24:11.
It doesn't matter who you speak to within Calder | :24:12. | :24:17.
Valley, everybody's heard of Trevor Bannister. | :24:18. | :24:21.
Eventually, hopefully we'll get the lot done. | :24:22. | :24:26.
If there were a VC for what Trevor has done he deserves | :24:27. | :24:29.
He's had one day off in nearly a year. | :24:30. | :24:37.
Well he wants sacking because he's not allowed to | :24:38. | :24:39.
Trevor says he doesn't want any fuss but something | :24:40. | :24:48.
Calderdale won't rest until they see an official `ward | :24:49. | :24:51.
Time to check out the weathdr prospects. | :24:52. | :25:12.
We will be in for the first frost of the season? Yes. That is fudlling | :25:13. | :25:16.
calls. Let us have a look at some of your weather pictures. Look | :25:17. | :25:21.
carefully, there is actuallx a dog in that figure. Thank you. Blue | :25:22. | :25:31.
skies there. The next one. Not blue skies for everyone. Keep sending | :25:32. | :25:41.
your pictures in. Tomorrow morning starts off on a | :25:42. | :25:46.
call zero yet again. Overnight we will see clear spells forming. That | :25:47. | :25:51.
will lead to a chilly start. Dry and write across Yorkshire. This is the | :25:52. | :25:55.
air mass and it shows the temperature difference. This is cold | :25:56. | :26:00.
here is going to continue to flow down. This is an Arctic marhtime air | :26:01. | :26:06.
masks or that there is any calls. Overnight not a lot going on on the | :26:07. | :26:10.
map. Clear spells, a little bit of cloud. You could see some mhst and | :26:11. | :26:16.
fog patches. They are not showing up on the graphics. But look at these | :26:17. | :26:19.
temperatures. We will be down to two or three Celsius tonight. It will | :26:20. | :26:24.
feel chilly first thing tomorrow morning. The pressure chart tells | :26:25. | :26:35.
the story from what will happen tomorrow in the next couple of days. | :26:36. | :26:40.
High pressure in charge. Low pressure is a fair bit away from us | :26:41. | :26:44.
but this is pooling and call you from the north. That will flood down | :26:45. | :26:49.
tomorrow so despite its being a chilly start we not expecting | :26:50. | :26:52.
temperatures to rise much in the sunshine. You may see showers on the | :26:53. | :26:58.
East course. It will be a dry day. It will be a great day. Feeling more | :26:59. | :27:04.
like autumn. Temperature is a very disappointing nine or 10 Celsius | :27:05. | :27:09.
across-the-board. Something a little bit higher where we see prolonged | :27:10. | :27:14.
spells of sunshine in South Yorkshire and north Derbyshhre. This | :27:15. | :27:19.
high pressure slowly moves `way Another area of low pressurd will | :27:20. | :27:27.
get to us by the end of the week. I think it will be dry for thd next | :27:28. | :27:30.
couple of days but that will be calls. | :27:31. | :27:33.
That sounds good. It has been warm. | :27:34. | :27:39.
But frost on the way. We have been warned. I am b`ck with | :27:40. | :27:43.
the week 's news. Goodbye. | :27:44. | :27:51.
He's a scientist, brilliant apparently. | :27:52. | :27:53.
But you may be bringing people over here who did things during the war. | :27:54. | :28:02.
I will not work for you. I will not work for the British Government | :28:03. | :28:07.
Let us not let the past haunt all of our actions. | :28:08. | :28:11.
You've got to do something! It's only you that can! | :28:12. | :28:15. |
